Latest / Neil McCoy-Ward Podcast / ⚠️ Just Happened! (London MASS Power Outage!)
Transcript
- 0:03SPEAKER_01: Just happened again today.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: A mass power outage right across London.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: Why are we not surprised by this?
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: We've talked about this a lot, how this is going to keep happening.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: We've had all these warnings over and over again.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: The dark winter warning, the fuel warning, the infrastructure warnings, the government warnings.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: And now we've had yet again another power cut.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: It started at 10.30am and went right the way through to the early afternoon.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Now, what I thought was really interesting about the media reporting
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: of this mass power outage was that they said 33 distinct districts,
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: that's how they described it, were affected.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: And they said it was...
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Get ready for this.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: It said the regions of London that were affected were North London,
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: East London, South London, Central London.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: All they had to say was the whole of London was affected except for West London.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: I mean they didn't need to go into so much detail naming every single part.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: They said even Westminster The Houses of Parliament,
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: where everything goes on, was plunged into darkness.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: You'd think that they'd have a backup generator, but obviously not.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: That might fly in their face of their policies, hey, with the net zero and everything else.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: But I just found it absolutely baffling that this took place,
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: although it wasn't really a surprise and it's not the first time.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: They said that the,
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: this bit made me laugh,
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: the fault caused today that triggered the blackout was caused by a fault on
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: an electrical cable.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Well, obviously the fault was caused by a fault.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: This effect, gosh, I mean,
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: it said that this caused absolute chaos across London,
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Liverpool Street, Railway station was the worst affected.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: They said that it was just a complete blackout.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: Nothing was working whatsoever across the station.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: If you were there or you know someone who was there, leave a comment for us.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Let me know what your experience was.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: The City of London was in a blackout as well, nothing could happen.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: Financial district, why did they not have generators?
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: Surely the financial district would have backup generators.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: It said it affected the financial district.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: A lot of money was lost today in trading and everything else.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Wi-Fi networks were down.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: Another interesting thing is that CCTV was down.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Again, why would you not have backups on your CCTV or the security services?
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: This is bizarre to me.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: It doesn't make sense.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Unless, you know, that would be a perfect cover though, wouldn't it?
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Think about that one day when something really major happens and they say,
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: oh, there was a power cut.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: We just don't have the Video evidence or something like that.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: You remember when I told you my van was stolen in the UK.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: I'd driven over from the Isle of Man.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: I was there for one night basically.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: My van was stolen.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: They had two or three pieces of evidence.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: They said We really need some video evidence, some CCTV.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: We need that extra piece of evidence.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, there's no point.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: I said, I can describe it.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: I can tell you about the guys, you know, everything.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: Not interested.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: They wanted some CCTV.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: So they said they have restored power now to most areas.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: There's some areas that is still ongoing.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: And wow, wow, wow.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, so this was interesting.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: I want to really focus then on the The warnings and what could come a bit later on.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: And just so that I couldn't be accused of being biased in this,
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: I even used Google, yes, Google,
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: to help me to forecast some of the scenarios for the UK power grid going forward.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: And I think you'll find this quite interesting because
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: when I used Grok versus Google,
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: Grok was a little bit more extreme in its forecast,
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: but even the Google forecast was extreme.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: It started out by saying,
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: yes, there are significant ongoing concerns regarding the UK electrical grid.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: And it was talking about all these concerns right across the board,
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: from government to power companies,
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: all the way through to climate activists, so I had to get those in there.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: But it said the impact...
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: Of war on supply and cost.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: It blamed all of this on the war.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: It blamed it on Russia, first of course.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: Then it blamed it on Iran.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: Blaming it on Iran is a bit of a stretch.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: Blaming it on Iran starting a war.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: Firstly, Google, Iran didn't start the war.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: But anyway, we won't even get into all of that.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: It's also talking about the gas squeeze.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: It said this is the one that isn't being talked about,
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: is the disruption to LNG, so liquefied natural gas.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: It says this is going to be one of the big ones right across Europe,
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: and Europe hasn't got a plan to stop this as they go into freezing winter.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: So that's one that isn't talked about a lot.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: The other one it said is soaring bills.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: It said not blackouts, but soaring bills.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: This is going to be,
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: and I'll come onto an article on this,
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: it's just come out today, on what is going to happen to UK energy bills.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: Shocking.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: So is the grid at risk of failing?
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Well, yes and no.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: They've put in some new emergency safety nets to try and stop this from happening,
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: especially in London.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: But they say that net zero policies and some other things are blocking this.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: So they can't start putting in redundancies because it would counter the net zero policies.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: And apparently most people in London support this.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: So they don't want to have backup diesel and coal and all the other stuff in place.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: They would rather have a blackout than actually...
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: It just is mind-blowing to me.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: I was reading a really interesting book last night and it kind of builds on some of
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: the other books I talked about previously on energy and civilization
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: and how civilization was built.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: And this book was kind of interesting because it went another level further,
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: so a bit of foundational context here then.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: Civilisation, GDP,
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: the rise of living standards right across the world is actually built upon
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: from energy.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: Fossil fuels if you want to call them that,
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: I don't really like that term,
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: but either way that's the term, fossil fuels, hydrocarbons etc.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: So that is what has built
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: This was one of the biggest fallacies of the whole thing.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: It was destroying the infrastructure before the renewables and the connections to
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: the grid were in place.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: Not only that, the The electricity is very different now.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: So you think about how it was produced before with coal and power plants and things like that.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Now a lot of it is your wind turbines.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: Out at sea, you've got your...
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Solar panels,
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: and why don't they like geothermal,
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: which is always the question that I ask,
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: or your tide,
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: you know,
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: you're on an island with waves constantly,
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: all that energy, but no, they don't seem to like that as much.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: They want to focus on making the landscape look ugly with wind turbines and solar panels.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: I mean, it defies belief, really.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: Cutting down forests, beautiful forests, in order to put a solar farm there.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: It's like the big climate conference.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: Do you remember when we covered that?
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: They bulldozed the rainforest for I don't even remember how long that stretch was.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: So they could build a road so that delegates could get to the climate conference.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: I mean, this is the absurdity of some of the things going on.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: But coming back to it, what's actually happening now is this big transition.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: But the transition was based upon or predicated upon...
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: The very premise that the US would continue to supply energy,
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: that Hormuz would continue to provide energy,
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: Bab al-Mandeb Strait would continue to provide energy,
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: that other places would continue to provide energy.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Well, that's actually not what's happening.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: We're seeing this breakdown of globalization,
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: especially energy globalization, is actually breaking down.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: And you're seeing everyone's dying to close ranks.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: And we just had another big announcement out this week which didn't surprise me.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: And that's that China has joined in with Russia and some of
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: the other BRICS countries to actually put an export ban on energy as well.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: So this is going to be even worse.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: It is just getting worse and worse and worse.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: And I'm surprised that they haven't called a COBRA meeting,
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: an emergency meeting, to say, OK, look, we've messed up here.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: What are we going to do?
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: At least let's get in some of the Brent and the crude, let's do something with refineries.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: Let's figure this out now.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: They're not even trying to figure this out.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: They're just going to keep releasing,
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: that's their plan, keep releasing oil and other fuels from the emergency reserve.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: And that's basically it.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: They're saying, look, the International Energy Agency is going to figure this out.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: It's not for us to figure it out at a government country level.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, we're going to let them figure it out.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: So that's their plan.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: That is no plan whatsoever.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: I mean, talk about a dark winter.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: I know we've talked before and I've said,
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: hey, make sure you've got your emergency sleeping bags, right?
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: These things, emergency sleeping bags.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: Talked about these.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: I have got, I think, six or eight of these things.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: Trust me, these things will save your life.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: I've talked before about the emergency water straws, right?
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: Or pure water straws.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: These things are brilliant.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: I'll leave a link below in the description.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: You know, these are absolutely brilliant.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: It's like a giant felt tip pen.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: You don't just store gallons and gallons, hundreds of litres of water.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: You just get yourself one of these, you know.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: Now this is a clean glass of water, but if it was dirty, stick it in there.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: Other way.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Stick it in there.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: Drink it up right from the...
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: I don't recommend it from a nasty pond, but you could.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: I'll leave a link below.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: In fact, let me just show you that very quick.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: So, you know, these are the things here.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: That's what it opens up as.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: That little blanket I just showed you opens up with that.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: Absolutely save your life.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: And there's the pure water straw.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: Here's Richard there drinking out of a puddle with his German Shepherd just
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: to show what it does.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I'll leave a link below for this sort of stuff.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: You've genuinely got to start preparing for a lot of this stuff now.
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: You really do.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: I'm definitely prepared.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: I've already written...
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Hundreds and hundreds of pages, actually, for a new preparedness guide.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: And then once I'd written so much of it, I thought, actually, we need some interviews in here.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: So I'm now speaking to some incredible guys,
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: about a dozen guys, one lady, who are experts around the world in preparedness.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: Not necessarily survivalist,
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: but preparedness,
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: because I don't want the whole pack and the course to be just about,
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: you know,
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: if you've ever seen the movie The Road,
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: No, we're not talking about cannibalistic marauders going around.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: What we're talking about is realistic things.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: You've seen what's been happening with the weather recently.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: Crazy.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: Crazy things with the weather.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: You've seen what's happening with blackouts,
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: and the government's warned us of blackouts,
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: telling us to prepare 72-hour emergency supplies.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: You've seen what's happening with riots and protests and Crime and home invasions,
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: not in America as much now, but happening right across Europe.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: There's all this stuff you've got to start preparing for.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, what was the big one last year?
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: It was the big chemical fire in the US.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Do you remember the big train chemical fire?
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: We've got wildfires now.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: All sorts of things that people just...
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: So that's what the guide is going to be, the course is going to be.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: So we're going to have some really good interviews.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: The first interviews are going to begin potentially this week,
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: but I've written about 800 pages of guide for you.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: So that will be coming out very shortly.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: If you're on the email list, you'll get an email about that.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: Probably get a series of email, write some emails, teach you a lot of stuff beforehand.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: So yeah, if you're on the email list, you can get that as well.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: If not, again, link below in the description to get on the email list.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: But let's continue on with this.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: This is probably a longer stream today because there's a lot I want to cover.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: Not just this, there's a lot of stuff.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: So what have they said?
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: Well, Coming back to the blackouts there, new emergency safety nets have been approved.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Because the geopolitical climate is volatile, the UK has updated its contingency plans.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: One of them is called Rapid Response Power Cut.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: So this is as of 2026 this year.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: The authority has now been passed to,
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: it's called NESO basically,
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: it's passed to this organisation
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: to initiate Rolling three-hour emergency power cuts,
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: giving just eight hours notice to residents.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: So they said this is one of the things they're going to be looking to do to balance
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: the load across the UK.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: Gosh, reminds me of South Africa.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: For my South African subscribers here, leave a comment.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: Does it sound like the shedding that you guys have there?
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: So I wanted to go over the sort of Medium-term cases through to
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: a worst-case scenario, I guess, hypothetically speaking.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: So it said, best-case scenario... What?
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: I had to check this again.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Best-case scenario is a controlled three-hour blackouts for the United Kingdom.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: And again, it's not saying when this will happen.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: It's saying because the infrastructure is getting so old,
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: there's no plans to replace it, and all the other stuff...
- 15:35SPEAKER_01: Hedge funds are bought, some of the power companies, all the other things.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: He's saying this is now the best case scenario that it predicts.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: So these are controlled three-hour blackouts.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: So it said,
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: if a severe winter,
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: and it says gloomy weather with zero wind generation and a failure
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: of net zero coincides with a major war-related gas halt, Neso,
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: which is N-E-S-O,
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: it's the National Energy System Operator,
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: will trigger emergency eight-hour blackouts for the United Kingdom.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: So the mechanism then is to shed up to 20% of the country's electricity load at
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: a time, and this translates to three-hour daily.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Okay, daily blackouts mapped across the UK by postcode.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: And if you think, you know, if you're thinking, it's just Neil making this up, by the way.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: Here's the evidence for it.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: This was last month.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: You can see this article is one month old.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: Millions in Great Britain could face emergency power cuts at short notice.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: So this was the article, if you want to read it.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: People always say, could you put all the links in the description?
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: I actually can't put all the links in the description to a lot of this stuff, unfortunately.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: And it's annoying, I know,
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: it's annoying for me as well,
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: because if you put too many links in the description,
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: when you think I've got 20 different articles open here,
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: If you put all these links in the description, YouTube penalizes the contents.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: It thinks I'm spamming, spamming you with links and stuff.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: So that's why I don't put links.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: But all you have to do is just do a search for the title of the article, by the way.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: That's the easy way to do it.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: So who will get spared them?
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: It said the emergency blackout plan will protect sites like hospitals,
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: water treatment plants, and major transport hubs.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: But here's the interesting thing about the water treatment plants,
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: straw again by the way,
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: just because that's protected, it doesn't mean the pumps are going to work.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: If you've got no electricity, how the tap's going to work, right?
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: I actually didn't know this when I was a kid, you know, when the electricity went off.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: I said, but I don't understand.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: Why don't the taps still work?
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: And because, oh, well, it needs electricity, you need pumps and everything else.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: So, you know, it says for three hours a day, your home will be dark.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: You'll have zero power, no Wi-Fi, no heating.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: Get your emergency sleeping bag.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Get yourself some warm pyjamas and some blankets.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: No cooking either.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: Even mobile data probably won't work because of heavy congestion.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: So if you've got an emergency, good luck there, ladies and gents.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: Okay, let's go on to the next.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: This is the sort of medium case, worst case.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: It's called total system collapse.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: It says if this happens due to a sudden imbalance of the grid or
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: an international cyber attack targeting substations during a period when
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: the grid is already operating outside the safe limits,
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: frequency would drop too fast for automated safety switches to cope and
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: the entire UK grid would instantly shut down to prevent the actual burning out
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: of transformers which would be even worse.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: If that happens,
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: a black start is triggered and it would enter the country into uncharted territory.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: And it gives you, it even explains all this.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: Hour 1 to 12, immediate chaos.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: Total darkness.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: No street lights, no traffic lights, no digital sight.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: Hold on, how is this the medium case?
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: Surely this is the worst case scenario.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: I don't even want to know what the worst case is if this is the media.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: Stranded trains and elevators.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: Elevators would stop mid-floor.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: Communication blackout.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: There would be absolutely no phone usage.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: The battery backups, it says, on the mobile towers would only last two to three hours.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: Internet would vanish entirely.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Day 2-5, the Black Star Nightmare.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: It's said that restoring a collapsed national grid is not like flipping a switch.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: You can't just turn on a giant power plant.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: It takes days.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: Engineers must start small and isolated,
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: beginning with diesel generators to start a hydroelectric dam.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: Okay, and then the dam would start a gas plant and it would gradually wake up piece
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: by piece and it would be improving area by area.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: The complication is whistleblowers and energy consultants have warned that,
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: by the way,
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: I'm just going to put this on screen a second here,
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: just in case you think, where's Neil reading this from?
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: This, look, you can see the URL, this is Google here.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: And this is the actual page, right?
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: So complication,
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: whistleblowers and energy consultants have warned that the UK's massive influx
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: of uncontrolled home solar panels
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: and localized wind turbines makes this balancing act incredibly erratic.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: This just goes on and on.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: It talks about wind turbines,
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: government admissions,
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: internal documents from the Department of Energy,
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: Security and Net Zero admit that recovering from
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: a nationwide total grid outage would take weeks to fully restore.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: Weeks.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: It said this would then go on to an even worst case scenario here.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: Okay, so this is where we've got the food supply chain would break down within 24 hours.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: There would be no refrigeration.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: Supermarkets would legally have to take off the food out of the refrigerators,
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: out of the freezers.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: You wouldn't be able to get any food.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: Obviously, there'd be a run on the supermarket as well.
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: That goes without, it doesn't say that here, but there'd be a massive run on the supermarket.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Water pressure drops and
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: without any electrical pumps there would be no water pressure
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: so you wouldn't have water and you'd have to figure out a way to get water.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: You wouldn't be able to have any fuel.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: Actually,
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: this is a key one that I was writing about only yesterday in my guide was what to do
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: about prepping your vehicle,
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: prepping for fuel and other things because this is a big one that would be hit
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: as well.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: How to actually get out of certain areas because you know what everyone does, people are sheep.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: They all follow,
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: they all get onto the motorway and they all go on the motorway at the same time,
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: of course.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: So this was an article that just came out And it says the UK faces
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: the worst winter energy crisis since 2022.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: This is the suppliers, by the way.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: It's the suppliers that are actually warning of this.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: And they said that the PM, basically, should provide more help to the poorest of households.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: That's what the Industry body has now warned.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: So British households face a winter energy crisis, a dark winter, as bad as 2022.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: Now remember, that was meant to be just a blip when the whole Russia-Ukraine thing started.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: Suppliers have warned and they've called for ministers to take urgent action
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: to support struggling bill payers.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: The industry group said typical household bills could rise to £2,100 in just a few months time.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: But they said this is the equivalent of £2,500 in 2022.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Now, the government's being very misleading on this and they're not explaining that.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: They're saying, oh, it's still less than 2022.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: No, it's not.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Because, two reasons.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: Number one is inflation, that's the minor reason.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: But number two is that energy prices have increased dramatically since 2022.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: So a rise to £2,100 is basically the equivalent to £2,500.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: And that's also because energy usage has been cut a lot by homeowners now.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: Because the prices have gone up,
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: people have started to reduce their energy usage,
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: turn off their lights and everything like that.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: Now, I thought this was interesting.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: What did they blame this on?
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: Let's get this in black and white for you here.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: What did they blame it on?
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: Iran War.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: The sharp rise in energy costs this winter follows widespread disruption
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: to gas supplies because of the conflict in the Middle East.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: That is not the reason why, ladies and gents.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: It's their own making.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: The government has done this to us.
- 24:35SPEAKER_01: Another crazy one that happened.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: This is, again,
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: my South African friends are going to say,
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: this is what happens in South Africa, not in the UK.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: You ready for this one?
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: More households are now stealing energy to cope with rising cost of living.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: The numbers on this are staggering as well.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: They're absolutely mind-blowing.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: So it's risen that this is the number of gas and electricity.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: How on earth do you steal gas?
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, I know how to do it with electricity.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Not that I've ever done it.
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: I understand that, but gas, how on earth do you steal gas?
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: That must be dangerous.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: So they've confirmed now it's risen to 21,354 cases of this just this year,
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: and that's an analysis by Stay Safe Energy.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: Some of the biggest increases have been among theft from businesses,
- 25:33SPEAKER_01: which has more than trebled.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: More than 61% of people surveyed for this said it was easy
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: to understand why households stole energy due to the increase in bills.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: 38% believed that people were stealing energy because of financial need rather
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: than cheating, according to the poll of more than 2,000 members of the public.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, maybe.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: I mean, does the average person Know how to steal electricity.
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
- 26:04SPEAKER_01: It's the sort of thing you see in developing nations, isn't it?
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: You see that a lot there.
- 26:09SPEAKER_01: So this massive rise is again correlated.
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: The data shows electricity and gas,
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: and when we see the areas, again,
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: I just said, okay,
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: surely this is obvious at this point when it names the areas,
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: but the data shows electricity and gas are most likely to be stolen in Certain parts
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: of London, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford and Doncaster.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: It's estimated that the rising theft could be costing the industry and consumers
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: a billion pounds a year, meaning that your bills have to go up.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: They said the latest figures from the industry confirmed more than 100,000.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: This is confirmed, but they believe it's five to ten times that amount.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: 100,000 were confirmed in the last few years.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: They also said friendly fraud is on the rise.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: This is what they're calling it now.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: They're calling it, here it is, friendly fraud.
- 27:16SPEAKER_01: This is where people are scamming, using their credit cards to scam businesses.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: And they're saying, and then doing chargebacks and other things.
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: And they're saying that this is a friendly fraud and it's more of a misdemeanor.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: You know, these business owners, yeah, let's not worry about them too much, hey.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: We had another big one out today, just adding to energy.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: And here it is.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: Europe's diesel woes just got even worse.
- 27:46SPEAKER_01: Europe's diesel supply crunch is worsening with imports hitting
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: a record September low as China suspends fuel exports
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: and Russia Supplies remain constrained.
- 27:58SPEAKER_01: So the BRICS are really, really doing a number at the minute on the West.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: Europe is heavily dependent on imported diesel after decades
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: of diesel-focused demand and the closure of 30% of the EU refineries.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: Strategic stock releases may become unavoidable,
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: particularly if the US restricts diesel exports before the flows actually recover.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: China this week announced it will suspend all fuel exports.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: Also this week,
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: President Trump demanded that Germany and France release 120 million barrels,
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: or they could be hit with a ban.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: So this is not looking good at all.
- 28:41SPEAKER_01: It's really not looking good for what is taking place here.
- 28:46SPEAKER_01: Now, the UK's supply has actually dropped even further, so we're now down to roughly 20 days
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: This is commercial diesel and gas oil cover.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: Now remember that's rolling days,
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: it doesn't mean they'll run out in 20 days, it just means it's rolling.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: So now there's just coming down and down and down and down and down.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: And wow.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: But they've said, I thought this was an interesting one, good news today.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah, what's this good news?
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Let's hear it.
- 29:16SPEAKER_01: Well, Britons will no longer have to scan passports at gates.
- 29:20SPEAKER_01: You can use your face instead.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah,
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: facial recognition technology could mean Britons no longer need
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: to show their passports at eGate when they fly back to the UK.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: This, they're saying, is a great thing.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: You don't need anymore to show your passport.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: You just scan your face now.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Facial recognition technology.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: I'm sure everybody loves this.
- 29:44SPEAKER_01: You'll still need to travel with your passport.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: But it's going to be contactless now.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: And this is all to reduce cues.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: So it's all for you.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: It's not for,
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: you know,
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: they're saying because the border force has been shrinking,
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: all these difficulties, of course.
- 30:03SPEAKER_01: My goodness.
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: So they're saying this is a good thing.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: Or did they deliberately shrink the border force?
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: That's what I'm wondering.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: Oh, look at these long cues.
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: Don't worry, we've got the solution to this problem.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: We're going to make these contactless facial recognition gates so
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: that you can just walk your way through.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: This is going to be extended to all the e-gates already in operation at Birmingham,
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Bristol,
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Cardiff,
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: East Midlands,
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: Edinburgh,
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, London City, Luton, it's basically all of them.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: Let's just be honest, it's almost all of them at this point.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Another one, interesting.
- 30:45SPEAKER_01: We'll talk about this in a second.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: Entire town under police powers after, look at this, anti-migrant protest breakout, really.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Okay, we'll come to that in a minute.
- 30:55SPEAKER_01: The government is keeping a list now of people who question their policies.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: Social media posts here And they've blocked a couple of them out.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: But social media posts criticizing government policy are being monitored
- 31:09SPEAKER_01: and investigated by officials.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: If you post a negative X post or a Reddit post,
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: then you will be logged under the UK's anti-terror program called Prevent.
- 31:23SPEAKER_01: And this is if you create critical comments.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: It doesn't have to be illegal.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: It can just be critical now.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: We are falling deeper and deeper into an authoritarian regime.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: We really are.
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: One campaign group whose tweet was recorded in the database said
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: the revelations raised serious questions about the freedom of expression and
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: the right to protest in the UK.
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: Jacob Smith,
- 31:55SPEAKER_01: who fought for a year to get the Home Office to publish the information,
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: said you should be allowed to criticise government policy without being put on
- 32:05SPEAKER_01: a list.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: Another person got put on the list for this tweet here, this post.
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: I sat through prevent training at work a few weeks ago and
- 32:20SPEAKER_01: the narrative was very much that the far right is the biggest threat.
- 32:23SPEAKER_01: I kid you not.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: It only had 10 views, but it doesn't matter.
- 32:27SPEAKER_01: Even if it had zero views, it still gets logged and this person gets put on the list.
- 32:35SPEAKER_01: This is pretty disturbing.
- 32:38SPEAKER_01: All of these things are going on.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: Let me know what you think in the comments, by the way.
- 32:44SPEAKER_01: Please subscribe if you're not already.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: But let me know in the comments what you think about this insanity that is going on in the UK.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: It's just going from bad to worse.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: It really is.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Let's go on now then to talk about what's happening in Gosport.
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: I really had to look into Gosport.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: Do a lot of research on the legality of what's taking place there.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: I thought, surely this can't be legal.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: They've basically, in effect, locked down an entire town.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: That is the only way I can describe it.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: They have put a Section 34 notice on an entire town,
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: locking the town down,
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: restricting their movements, just so they could bring in illegal migrants.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: This is insanity.
- 33:38SPEAKER_01: Absolute insanity what they are doing.
- 33:44SPEAKER_01: You cannot believe what is going on here.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: So residents took it into their own hands.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: What did they do?
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: They started putting up barricades.
- 33:55SPEAKER_01: Started putting barricades up.
- 33:57SPEAKER_01: Well, a lot of these were arrested right away.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: Arrested for doing that.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: This was another one then.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: Screen recording.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: This was...
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: Single file line.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: Hundreds of migrants.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: All in a single file line.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: I promise you this is not a joke.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: I promise you this is 100% genuine.
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this was actually genuine.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: It was from drone footage.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: And then you look at the ambulances arriving.
- 34:33SPEAKER_01: No wonder you can't get an ambulance.
- 34:35SPEAKER_01: Look at this.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: Look at them all.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: Just a line after line of ambulances.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: It's terrible what's going on.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: It really is.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: So, you know, the arrests are emptying the prisons of actual criminals.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: And putting people in for tweets or for being in the area.
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: Where was the...
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: I wanted to talk about...
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: I had to really research it because, you know, I'm not a
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: lawyer or have a deep legal background.
- 35:21SPEAKER_01: So I was looking into this and I just couldn't believe it was true.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: So section 14 of the Public Order Act 1986, the police can invoke this without...
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: Well, they've got to have reason,
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: but they said anyone gathering to protest had to go to a designated area
- 35:41SPEAKER_01: in Walpole Car Park, and this was in force until 4pm.
- 35:46SPEAKER_01: If you ignored it, it was an arrestable and you could be convicted for this.
- 35:53SPEAKER_01: Section 158 of the Crime and Policing Act 2026 and Section 60AA of
- 35:59SPEAKER_01: the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 were Face coverings used
- 36:04SPEAKER_01: to hide identity at protests are banned.
- 36:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's just talk about that for a second.
- 36:11SPEAKER_01: Why is it,
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: I've said this before,
- 36:13SPEAKER_01: you saw all of these protests of Antifa and all of these other groups,
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: and even, do you remember that video I did?
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: Where, in fact, I'm going to pull it up right now while we're talking.
- 36:25SPEAKER_01: I'm going to pull up that video where I was in London, and I said, what on earth is going on?
- 36:31SPEAKER_01: What have I...
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: What have I just walked into here?
- 36:34SPEAKER_01: Do you remember that?
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: And all of those guys, and I even interviewed that police officer.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Here it is.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Let's get this on.
- 36:43SPEAKER_01: I'll turn the sound off of it.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: Okay, so here it was.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Just load this up.
- 36:55SPEAKER_01: Okay, do you remember this video?
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: They were all...
- 36:59SPEAKER_01: All these guys, not all, but look at this guy.
- 37:01SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm just randomly picking one thing here.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: Look at this guy.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: And he had tactical gear on as well.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Okay, so you had all these people in, look at this as well.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: They were all masked up in the park.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: Loads of guys masked up in the park.
- 37:28SPEAKER_01: It was the police, if you remember.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: Didn't like me filming them, but okay.
- 37:34SPEAKER_01: So you just had loads of people in masks.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: And this was fine.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: There was no problem with all these guys wearing masks.
- 37:47SPEAKER_01: But all of a sudden now, everyone, they've banned masks.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: It's crazy the way this is going.
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: And then the other one was Section 34 Dispersal Order under
- 38:01SPEAKER_01: the Antisocial Behaviour Crime in Policing Act 2014.
- 38:05SPEAKER_01: It covered the whole of Gosport.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: And this is still in force, by the way, until tomorrow.
- 38:12SPEAKER_01: So basically two full Days, an officer can order someone to leave and not return.
- 38:18SPEAKER_01: They were blocking people.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: There's videos on X of people who were...
- 38:22SPEAKER_01: They've got their shopping bags trying to go home and the police wouldn't let them through.
- 38:26SPEAKER_01: And the guy's shouting and swearing and he's saying,
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: if you do that, you're going to be arrested.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: And he's like, I'm trying to get home.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: I've got kids at home.
- 38:34SPEAKER_01: What are you doing?
- 38:35SPEAKER_01: I have nothing to do with this protest and all the other stuff.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: It is just...
- 38:41SPEAKER_01: So it's completely...
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: Even though what's happening,
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: because I started,
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: you know,
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: talking about this and saying,
- 38:47SPEAKER_01: having a conversation with my AI about this,
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: saying it doesn't make any sense if,
- 38:52SPEAKER_01: you know, this is illegal landings, is what it's known as.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: And it says, yes,
- 38:57SPEAKER_01: it is a criminal offence under section 24D1 of the Immigration Act 1971,
- 39:02SPEAKER_01: but there's something called Nationality of Borders Act 2022.
- 39:06SPEAKER_01: So it's trying to say this is a grey area now.
- 39:09SPEAKER_01: Well, why is it a grey area?
- 39:12SPEAKER_01: What have they passed?
- 39:13SPEAKER_01: And they're also saying that because of how this is going on in the sea and
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: that France is not living up to their responsibility and they're helping
- 39:24SPEAKER_01: to move them over and we know about Danny Tomo and everything with the slashing
- 39:28SPEAKER_01: the boat and all the other stuff.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: It's obvious now to me,
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: I don't know what your thoughts are,
- 39:35SPEAKER_01: probably this will get flagged,
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: oh this extreme content or something,
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: but it's obvious that you look at the videos and you see inside the coaches
- 39:44SPEAKER_01: and you see the board of force and everyone, it's obvious this is all planned now.
- 39:49SPEAKER_01: They're deliberately facilitating this.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: And the BBC doesn't report on it,
- 39:54SPEAKER_01: or if they do,
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: they just say,
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: all these thugs,
- 39:57SPEAKER_01: you know,
- 39:57SPEAKER_01: thugs and what they're trying to do, they're racist and all the other stuff.
- 40:02SPEAKER_01: And you can't even talk about the crime statistics.
- 40:05SPEAKER_01: You talk about crime statistics or you can't talk about that because that's racist
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: towards these other countries in Africa and the Middle East.
- 40:14SPEAKER_01: It's facts.
- 40:15SPEAKER_01: It's what's happening.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: You know, it's crazy what is happening now.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: I mean, you look at what happened as well in this article.
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: US bombers now, they've pulled out of RAF Fairford after the terror plot.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: And You've got to ask why.
- 40:33SPEAKER_01: Why did they pull out?
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: You listened to Trump, you heard him on the interview.
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: He basically said he just couldn't believe that these men were released.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, they didn't have explosives in the van,
- 40:47SPEAKER_01: but they had huge quantities of,
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: I think it was petrol,
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: I don't think it was diesel, it was petrol in the back of these three vans.
- 40:57SPEAKER_01: Well, is that not suspicious to anyone?
- 41:00SPEAKER_01: And they found terror-related material.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: So they released these guys on bail.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: Release them on bail because there isn't enough prison places.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: It is crazy.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: I just can't believe how insane this is.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: So Trump is saying the same thing.
- 41:19SPEAKER_01: They released these guys.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: So it's no surprise that now An ally of the UK,
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: the strongest ally militarily,
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: can't trust the UK to protect its bombers on UK soil.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: That is how bad this has now gotten.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Another one today.
- 41:42SPEAKER_01: We talked about this the other day.
- 41:44SPEAKER_01: They've calculated that it's going to be £8 billion to seize all
- 41:48SPEAKER_01: of these empty homes that are around.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: But it's not just the empty homes.
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: This is what worries me.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: It's not just the empty homes that they're looking at.
- 41:58SPEAKER_01: They're also going to be looking now at buy-to-lets if they are vacant after just six months.
- 42:04SPEAKER_01: Now, let me tell you why that's disturbing.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: Because a lot of Pensioners in the UK,
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: a lot of older people, they have a buy to let as their pension.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: This is very, very common.
- 42:16SPEAKER_01: And these people are not rogue landlords.
- 42:20SPEAKER_01: They're not evil people trying to take advantage of families and young people.
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: No, they're offering a service.
- 42:28SPEAKER_01: They are renting a home at a fair price because the market sets the price.
- 42:33SPEAKER_01: And the standards have to be maintained to a certain level, right?
- 42:37SPEAKER_01: You can't Rent out rat-infested cockroach properties with no running water, right?
- 42:43SPEAKER_01: It's not legal.
- 42:44SPEAKER_01: So there's already
- 42:49SPEAKER_01: legal things in place to make sure that property is rented correctly, right?
- 42:56SPEAKER_01: So what are they going to be going after?
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: They're not going to go after those houses like the one you just saw in that image,
- 43:03SPEAKER_01: all boarded up and everything.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: Oh, no.
- 43:06SPEAKER_01: They're going to go after the easy, the low-hanging fruit.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: These are the buy-to-let rental properties because who's going to fight the council?
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: If you're just a mom and pop or you're just retired,
- 43:19SPEAKER_01: are you going to have the resources to fight the council?
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: No.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: If it's a big company,
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: like you've got these big companies now that own hundreds and hundreds
- 43:27SPEAKER_01: of properties, they're not going to touch them, are they?
- 43:30SPEAKER_01: So this is what they're going to do.
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: They're going to go after the low hanging fruit because this 8 billion pound bill is
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: a lot of money.
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: It's going to cost 25,000 pound on average per property.
- 43:42SPEAKER_01: So it's going to be up to 8 billion pounds.
- 43:44SPEAKER_01: And they've even said that they've scrapped the previous rules.
- 43:48SPEAKER_01: This was empty dwelling management order.
- 43:52SPEAKER_01: So before there had to be a reason for taking the property.
- 43:55SPEAKER_01: Now, no, if it's unoccupied for six months, then it can be confiscated by the government.
- 44:05SPEAKER_01: So is it any surprise that we heard this today?
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: Britain's second richest person, man, leaves the UK for Monaco.
- 44:18SPEAKER_01: This guy is worth, where is it?
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: He is worth 28 billion pounds.
- 44:26SPEAKER_01: 28 billion pounds.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: And he's going to be leaving with all of that money, which is sat in UK banks, a lot of it.
- 44:33SPEAKER_01: He's taking that money with him.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: And people are celebrating this.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: They don't understand the implications of that.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: Now, he may have some sort of arrangement or deal,
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: I would have thought, with the British government anyway for taxes.
- 44:51SPEAKER_01: So he'll probably pay less taxes than you would pay as an employee or something like
- 44:57SPEAKER_01: that, right?
- 44:58SPEAKER_01: You might pay 40%, 45% on the higher rate, national insurance on top.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: Some people might be paying as much as 60% taxes, right?
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: It'd probably be less than that, actually, when you scale it out.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: But either way, he won't be paying that sort of money.
- 45:15SPEAKER_01: But he will be paying a lot of money in taxes.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: So the reason I share that,
- 45:19SPEAKER_01: you've got to think about the loss of that one man would probably be equivalent
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: to huge numbers of people, employees that pay taxes.
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: And the government, the Labour government, Just doesn't get it.
- 45:36SPEAKER_01: They don't see it.
- 45:37SPEAKER_01: They don't get it.
- 45:39SPEAKER_01: What they are doing to the country.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: It wasn't just him that's left.
- 45:44SPEAKER_01: That's David Rubin.
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: Christopher Rokos, worth $4 billion.
- 45:48SPEAKER_01: Lashmi Mattel, remember we talked about him, the steel magnet, Jaguar Land Rover, etc.
- 45:54SPEAKER_01: $15 billion.
- 45:55SPEAKER_01: Alan Howard, we saw Richard Node, I think his name is.
- 46:01SPEAKER_01: And they keep talking about, well, we're replacing all these people.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: We're replacing them with new people migrating into the country.
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: Well, that's just, again, one doesn't equal one.
- 46:16SPEAKER_01: You don't replace a billionaire with someone from a developing nation or whatever.
- 46:24SPEAKER_01: It doesn't work like that.
- 46:28SPEAKER_01: My goodness, we are in for some dire times.
- 46:32SPEAKER_01: Get you a sleeping bag.
- 46:35SPEAKER_01: Start thinking about all these things.
- 46:37SPEAKER_01: I'll let you know as soon as that preparedness program is ready.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: Get on that right away.
- 46:42SPEAKER_01: It's going to leave no stone unturned.
- 46:44SPEAKER_01: If you're not sure how to prepare for all this stuff, that will cover everything for you.
- 46:49SPEAKER_01: Long live stream today.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: Long one.
- 46:52SPEAKER_01: But I hope you got a lot of value from that.
- 46:54SPEAKER_01: Hope it really helped.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: Thanks so much.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: Take care.
- 46:57SPEAKER_01: God bless.
- 46:58SPEAKER_01: And I'll see you on the next one.
