- 0:03Speaker 1: Good morning family, Good morning, God bless you. Welcome to
- 0:06Speaker 1: the Morning Devo. Oh sorry I had the mute let
- 0:10Speaker 1: me butting on. Sorry about that. So good morning, God
- 0:13Speaker 1: bless you. Welcome back to the Morning Devo. She bro
- 0:15Speaker 1: Sam Lopez aka DJ Sam Rock. Amen, and you're listening
- 0:20Speaker 1: or watching to the Morning watching not too. I always
- 0:24Speaker 1: say watching too. It's like a Blooperrett watching the Morning Devo.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Whether you're listening or watching, welcome back, Amen, And it's
- 0:33Speaker 1: a new day, it's a new start. Amen. And man,
- 0:36Speaker 1: an amazing guy that we serve. I had an opportunity
- 0:41Speaker 1: to speak and to listen to young couple who's getting
- 0:46Speaker 1: married tomorrow from the time that's recording, and I'm so excited.
- 0:50Speaker 1: They're so young and they're in love and they're getting
- 0:53Speaker 1: married and then they're doing it right. Man. And it's
- 0:56Speaker 1: good to see that that in this culture that's still
- 0:59Speaker 1: whole right for the next generation. Amen. Well, people are
- 1:04Speaker 1: young people who want to do this thing right, who
- 1:08Speaker 1: want to get married and then do things right. So
- 1:11Speaker 1: we're gonna talk about sexual purity Amen today in the
- 1:16Speaker 1: Morning Devo. And I know that might be a little
- 1:18Speaker 1: bit heavy for a Morning Devo. Amen, but I believe
- 1:21Speaker 1: that's what the Lord wants us to talk about. Good morning,
- 1:25Speaker 1: sister Jolie. Is good to see you, my sister and
- 1:27Speaker 1: my friend. Amen. Sexual purity, sexual immorality. First of all,
- 1:35Speaker 1: purity is a good thing, but immorality is always bad thing.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Sexual immorality is wrong and needs to be avoided. It
- 1:43Speaker 1: is sinful, period. Amen. And now like to sit in
- 1:47Speaker 1: front of the screen or in front of this mic
- 1:49Speaker 1: and say, I had it all right when I was younger,
- 1:52Speaker 1: and I got this all right. As a matter of fact,
- 1:54Speaker 1: completely opposite. I was sucked right into the culture and
- 2:00Speaker 1: everything that the culture was doing, I was doing probably
- 2:03Speaker 1: even worse than I was supposed to be doing it.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And at the age I was supposed to be so,
- 2:08Speaker 1: I was not practicing sexual purity. I was actually trapped
- 2:14Speaker 1: in sexual immorality. And if you know my testimony, you
- 2:17Speaker 1: know that's true. And it was like deep into sexual morality.
- 2:22Speaker 1: But because of the grace of God, Amen, when I
- 2:24Speaker 1: call upon his name to be saved, he gave me
- 2:26Speaker 1: weapons so that way I want to go back to
- 2:30Speaker 1: that old way of living. Amen. He changed my heart,
- 2:33Speaker 1: changed my mind, renewed me, restoring me redeemed me, protected me,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and still guiding me. Amen. As I still struggle with
- 2:40Speaker 1: the flesh. The flesh still wants to do all kinds
- 2:42Speaker 1: of immoralities, right, but the spirit of me wants me
- 2:47Speaker 1: to stay pure and wants you to stay pure. Amen.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So we're gonna be talking about it. Why not. We're grown, right,
- 2:53Speaker 1: we're grown folks. We could do that first Thessalonius chapter
- 2:56Speaker 1: number four Versus three and four today in the morning devils.
- 3:00Speaker 1: So if you have any questions, comments, concerns, prayer requests,
- 3:04Speaker 1: don't hesitate to leave it on a live chat. That's
- 3:07Speaker 1: what live chat is here for, Amen, So we get
- 3:09Speaker 1: busy on a live chat. If you're watching this and
- 3:12Speaker 1: it's not live by the time you watch this or
- 3:15Speaker 1: listen to this, no worries. If you still have a question, comment,
- 3:18Speaker 1: concern or prayer request, you can still throw it on
- 3:21Speaker 1: the live chat, or you can connect with me through
- 3:23Speaker 1: my contact form on the website. So win is with
- 3:26Speaker 1: a Z, that WI or a G. Amen. So let's
- 3:29Speaker 1: get into it. There's a lot to cover, Amen, And
- 3:32Speaker 1: I'm hoping and praying that this will go through in
- 3:36Speaker 1: the manner that it will make you elevate in your
- 3:40Speaker 1: way of thinking. It will elevate the way I think, Amen,
- 3:43Speaker 1: as the word continues to penetrate our hearts and minds
- 3:47Speaker 1: to do good and to do better. If we don't
- 3:49Speaker 1: know better, we can't do better. We don't know good,
- 3:51Speaker 1: We're not going to do good. Right. So God has
- 3:54Speaker 1: a word for us today and a word for this
- 3:56Speaker 1: culture and man. And if even if my daughters see
- 3:59Speaker 1: this years later, Amen, sexual purity will be a topic
- 4:05Speaker 1: in their time as well. It's always going to be
- 4:09Speaker 1: a topic in every single generation. In morality. We could
- 4:13Speaker 1: see that every day all day. But purity, when you
- 4:17Speaker 1: see it, you better praise it, you better acknowledge it,
- 4:20Speaker 1: you better thank God for it. Amen, Because we're living
- 4:24Speaker 1: in the world that they're calling good bad and bad good,
- 4:28Speaker 1: and then showing our children that, yeah, you could get
- 4:31Speaker 1: ahead and do that, you could get head and be that,
- 4:33Speaker 1: you could get ahead, and you know, experience this and
- 4:37Speaker 1: experience that at such a young age, everybody else is
- 4:40Speaker 1: doing it. You hear that everybody else is doing it.
- 4:42Speaker 1: It's bad, it's not good. So let's talk about purity.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Because I've been craving for messages like this to be
- 4:52Speaker 1: told to the younger generation. And man, I'm sure people
- 4:54Speaker 1: are doing it. But you know what, while I was
- 4:57Speaker 1: craving it, God told me, well, I have a message
- 5:00Speaker 1: you could maybe share with your community, and it's about purity,
- 5:04Speaker 1: sexual purody. So I'm all about it. Let's go for it. First. Thessalonians,
- 5:08Speaker 1: Chapter four, verses three and four. Sure, good morning, God,
- 5:12Speaker 1: bless you, welcome back to the morning, devo. So listen,
- 5:15Speaker 1: let's go for it. And why oh okay, when I
- 5:18Speaker 1: said that, my iPhone thought I was calling Siri, right,
- 5:24Speaker 1: So let's go for it. Let's pray first. After we pray,
- 5:27Speaker 1: let's shut us out for like sixty seconds, and then
- 5:29Speaker 1: when we come back on the other side of those
- 5:31Speaker 1: sixty seconds, we'll get right into it. Are you ready.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I'm ready. Father. I thank you so much for saving
- 5:38Speaker 1: those who called upon your name, and concluding myself and
- 5:41Speaker 1: all those whosoever who called upon your name, whether it
- 5:44Speaker 1: was yesterday or twenty thirty years ago, we are saved,
- 5:47Speaker 1: We are sanctified. We are delivered from all the bondages
- 5:50Speaker 1: of sin. They used to take us down the wrong road,
- 5:53Speaker 1: used to take us down into the pit. But we
- 5:57Speaker 1: are no longer bound to those sins no longer under
- 6:00Speaker 1: the law of sin and death. But we are free
- 6:03Speaker 1: because Jesus you have set us free to do works
- 6:07Speaker 1: of God and to really recapture the heart of the
- 6:09Speaker 1: culture with the truth of the Gospel message. Thank you,
- 6:12Speaker 1: Lord God for sharing what you shared with us and
- 6:15Speaker 1: continue to share with us. Thank you for your Holy
- 6:18Speaker 1: Spirit that lives within us and every single believer. Thank you,
- 6:22Speaker 1: Lord God that we are continuously growing in the faith
- 6:25Speaker 1: and knowledge of our Lord and savior, the Lord Jesus.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Thank you for protecting us. So I pray a heydea
- 6:30Speaker 1: protection over every single person that's listening and watching, including
- 6:34Speaker 1: myself and my family and their families as well, that
- 6:38Speaker 1: they're representing a heydea protection. I plead the blood of
- 6:42Speaker 1: Jesus continuously as a river flows in the water, that
- 6:46Speaker 1: it will flow in our hearts and our minds, and
- 6:48Speaker 1: it will purify us and we will have sexual purity
- 6:51Speaker 1: and we will come against immorality in every single shape
- 6:54Speaker 1: and form in Jesus' name. I also pray lo God,
- 6:58Speaker 1: health to the body, strength to the bone, in a
- 7:00Speaker 1: powerful name of Jesus, and that we will be alert
- 7:02Speaker 1: and fully aware of what the enemy is trying to
- 7:05Speaker 1: do in this culture, and we will go the other way,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and we will not follow the ways of this culture,
- 7:10Speaker 1: the ways of this world, but we will follow the
- 7:12Speaker 1: ways of God and the ways of the Kingdom of
- 7:14Speaker 1: God in Jesus name, I pray it's by faith, and
- 7:16Speaker 1: all those who agree, we say amen, and we keep
- 7:19Speaker 1: it moving. That's six ad minute to shut us out,
- 7:21Speaker 1: help me shut us out. When we come back, we'll
- 7:23Speaker 1: get right into it. I'm right back, alright, Let's go
- 9:01Speaker 1: for it. Let's go for it. I try so hard
- 9:04Speaker 1: to share this out. If you know of an app
- 9:07Speaker 1: I've been aksing for a while, stop asking. Nobody's gonna
- 9:11Speaker 1: tell you. If you know an app that shares your
- 9:14Speaker 1: live stream or whatever you're doing online, and one click
- 9:17Speaker 1: of a button, let me know, cause that'd be great.
- 9:20Speaker 1: So I could get that. Uh. I share to over
- 9:22Speaker 1: like forty groups and it's hard to share it in
- 9:25Speaker 1: sixty seconds, but I try, and man, that's all I
- 9:28Speaker 1: can do. Try and whatever happens happens. But I'm trying
- 9:32Speaker 1: to get this out to the groups that I'm on
- 9:35Speaker 1: and groups that share this. Thank you so much. If
- 9:37Speaker 1: you're one of the groups that helps me spread this
- 9:39Speaker 1: message out. Thank you so much. I really, I really
- 9:42Speaker 1: am grateful. Uh, i'm'a take it for granted, cause I
- 9:45Speaker 1: know for me, when I see something going through one
- 9:47Speaker 1: of my groups, I'm like, who's this person? And I
- 9:50Speaker 1: try to make sure it's legit. So by this time
- 9:53Speaker 1: people deemed this to be legit as a Bible study.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I'm Morning Devotion. However you wanna be it? Amen, So
- 10:01Speaker 1: thank you so much for helping me share this out
- 10:03Speaker 1: for all the people who share it for me, Sexual purity,
- 10:06Speaker 1: Let's put it on the screen for those who are
- 10:07Speaker 1: just listening. It's an amazing thing because we're going to
- 10:13Speaker 1: read it word for word what I'm going to put
- 10:15Speaker 1: on the screen. Amen, Pere Perez, Good morning, God, bless you, God,
- 10:19Speaker 1: bless your family. It's good to see you on the
- 10:21Speaker 1: Morning Devo or we are here. So let's put this
- 10:25Speaker 1: on the screen and let's go for it. Sexual purity. Yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 1: it's a possibility. I know for me, I look at
- 10:35Speaker 1: the culture and I'm like, man, my little girls are
- 10:38Speaker 1: in trouble. But then God says, no, they're not in trouble.
- 10:41Speaker 1: They just need to learn before they're being taught. Heal,
- 10:46Speaker 1: I said, they need to learn what God wants or
- 10:48Speaker 1: what God teaches before they're being taught by the culture,
- 10:51Speaker 1: so that way they'll know better. Amen. And if you
- 10:54Speaker 1: don't know better, you can't do better. Right, So let's
- 10:57Speaker 1: talk about it sexual purity. You could take this and
- 11:01Speaker 1: take it to your children as well. Share this message
- 11:03Speaker 1: with your children. I know it's age appropriate content. Amen.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So as a parent, you decide, but let me just
- 11:10Speaker 1: warn you or encourage you that the earlier we have
- 11:14Speaker 1: these conversations with our children, the better because the world
- 11:18Speaker 1: system they ain't plan. They're trying to show our kids
- 11:21Speaker 1: at four or five years old what they want to
- 11:23Speaker 1: show about sexual morality. So as a parent, we should
- 11:27Speaker 1: be showing our children things about sexual purity, about that like,
- 11:31Speaker 1: this is war. So we're gonna fight for the people
- 11:34Speaker 1: we love a man, and we're not gonna just bow
- 11:36Speaker 1: down to the culture and say, oh, that's all right,
- 11:40Speaker 1: it's okay, it's not alright, it's not okay. We're gonna fight,
- 11:43Speaker 1: and we're gonna fight the good fight of faith. First, Thessalonians,
- 11:46Speaker 1: chapter number four, verses three and four. For this is
- 11:49Speaker 1: the will of God, that's how important. This says to
- 11:52Speaker 1: the Lord it's his will, Amen, that you be sanctified,
- 11:57Speaker 1: I mean separated and set up apart from what from sin?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Say that again. The will of God is for us
- 12:06Speaker 1: to be sanctified, separated and set apart from sin. Please
- 12:13Speaker 1: for the love of God. And next time somebody calls
- 12:15Speaker 1: you a sinner and you know you're born again, you're saved,
- 12:18Speaker 1: you say no, I am no longer a sinner. I
- 12:20Speaker 1: don't identify as a sinner. I identified as a sanctified child
- 12:25Speaker 1: of God. And I am set apart from sin. In
- 12:29Speaker 1: other words, I'm allergic to sin, and so are you.
- 12:33Speaker 1: That you may that you abstain and back away, see
- 12:38Speaker 1: back away from sexual immorality. The backing away part is
- 12:43Speaker 1: where the Holy Ghost comes in. Man, your flesh is
- 12:48Speaker 1: all about let's go forward, let me do it. I
- 12:50Speaker 1: want to be involved in that, and Holy Spirit God
- 12:53Speaker 1: says no, back away from sexual immorality. This is so
- 12:58Speaker 1: big in the word of God, and this is so
- 13:00Speaker 1: much on the heart of God. That is actually part
- 13:03Speaker 1: of His will for your life and for my life.
- 13:06Speaker 1: That's how seriousness is. That each of you know how
- 13:09Speaker 1: to control his own body and holiness and honor being
- 13:16Speaker 1: available for God's purpose, and here it is and separated
- 13:20Speaker 1: from things profane, in other words, separated from wickedness, debauchery, immorality,
- 13:27Speaker 1: and all that. Let me read another version that says,
- 13:31Speaker 1: it is God's will that you should be sanctified, that
- 13:33Speaker 1: you should avoid sexual immorality, that each of you should
- 13:39Speaker 1: learn to control his own body in a way that
- 13:42Speaker 1: is holy and honorable. So the will of God is
- 13:48Speaker 1: that we may be sanctified, separated and set apart from sin.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Like I said, and next time somebody calls you a
- 13:55Speaker 1: sinner and you know you're born again, you could kindly say,
- 13:59Speaker 1: in a way you and the way you say it,
- 14:01Speaker 1: the way your personality is. They say, no, I'm no
- 14:04Speaker 1: longer a sinner. I am a sanctified saint, delivered from
- 14:07Speaker 1: the bondage of sin, and I'm separated and set apart
- 14:10Speaker 1: from it. How about that Only repeat what the Word
- 14:14Speaker 1: of God says over your life, right, that's the vibe.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Don't repeat what the world is saying. Sometimes see your
- 14:21Speaker 1: self talk that the way you talk to yourself, even
- 14:25Speaker 1: that could be dangerous if you're not speaking the Word
- 14:28Speaker 1: over your life and I'm not speaking the Word over
- 14:30Speaker 1: my life, and then what are we doing. We're just
- 14:32Speaker 1: repeating what the nay says are saying, and let's not
- 14:35Speaker 1: to let that happen. So it's huge. It's on the
- 14:38Speaker 1: heart of God. I know it's on the heart of
- 14:41Speaker 1: God because we just read the scripture and it says
- 14:43Speaker 1: the will of God is this. You know, there's many
- 14:46Speaker 1: wills of God. Right, the will of God is for
- 14:49Speaker 1: us to believe in the one who he sent. So
- 14:52Speaker 1: the Father set his very own self in the form
- 14:55Speaker 1: of a man named Jesus. Jesus sent one just like
- 15:01Speaker 1: Holy Spirit God. So we see the trinity, right, we
- 15:05Speaker 1: see to try youn, God working everything perfectly, wants us
- 15:11Speaker 1: to be perfect like he's perfect. And listen, don't stress
- 15:14Speaker 1: yourself out. But I'm not perfect, Sam, You're not perfect either.
- 15:18Speaker 1: We're being perfected. And if Holy Spirit lives inside of you,
- 15:22Speaker 1: we have the perfect one working it out. So we
- 15:25Speaker 1: are working out our salvation with fear and trembling. The
- 15:28Speaker 1: fear and trembling part is respect and reverence to the
- 15:31Speaker 1: Spirit in us. Is that's working his work out. I
- 15:36Speaker 1: don't think anybody could truly be a Christian without the
- 15:39Speaker 1: Christ in us living the Christian life out through us.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Get it so when section morality, and you see it
- 15:47Speaker 1: everywhere in the schools, movies, entertainment, world music, billboys, while
- 15:53Speaker 1: you're driving on a highway minding your own business. Restaurants.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I was at a seafood restaurant. I'm not gonna name it, man,
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm not taking shots at it, but it was a
- 16:04Speaker 1: little strange seafood restaurant. I like seafood. So I was
- 16:08Speaker 1: there and it's a well known, you know, seafood restaurant
- 16:12Speaker 1: in the community. And it was during the afternoon, and
- 16:18Speaker 1: I was like, what kind of music they played? Because
- 16:20Speaker 1: I was a little thrown off by the music. It
- 16:23Speaker 1: was like, you know, rap music, but not radio versions
- 16:27Speaker 1: of the rap music. And it was the genre in
- 16:33Speaker 1: the rap industry they call it porn rap, like it
- 16:38Speaker 1: was real sexual, sexually influenced rap music. And I was
- 16:43Speaker 1: like hoping that it would be some kind of radio
- 16:46Speaker 1: version while I'm eating and minding my own business. And
- 16:49Speaker 1: there were kids in there. It was like during the day,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and I was like, no, they're not even editing that out.
- 16:56Speaker 1: They're just playing it flat out. The waitress was dancing
- 17:00Speaker 1: a little bit, the waited was dancing a little bit,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and the owner was probably oblivious. The owner was from
- 17:04Speaker 1: a different country, maybe a different culture that he was
- 17:08Speaker 1: used to, probably didn't even understand what type of music
- 17:11Speaker 1: was being played. But it was a sexually explicit lyrics
- 17:16Speaker 1: filled music vibe, and it was messing with my mindset.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I ain't gonna lie. It was messing with me. And
- 17:23Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, the food is real good, but
- 17:27Speaker 1: because of the environment and because of the vibe that
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm feeling right now, I'm not enjoying it as much
- 17:32Speaker 1: as I should be enjoying it. Plus the price of
- 17:35Speaker 1: that food. It wasn't like a couple of dollars either,
- 17:38Speaker 1: so I wasn't too happy. So you know, when they
- 17:41Speaker 1: asked you, how's everything on going, I was like, I'm
- 17:45Speaker 1: a little uncomfortable right now, and they were like why,
- 17:48Speaker 1: I said, I don't like the music. Y'all playing like
- 17:51Speaker 1: it's like not family friendly music. And basically they just
- 17:56Speaker 1: looked at me, walked away and kept it moving like
- 17:58Speaker 1: if it didn't even matter. So, needless to say, that's
- 18:02Speaker 1: what's happening in the culture now. Some people are so
- 18:06Speaker 1: desensitized to that type of stuff that they just do
- 18:09Speaker 1: it and they don't really care. Excuse me, They don't
- 18:14Speaker 1: really care what other people say because it's their freedom.
- 18:18Speaker 1: They're right to listen to what they want to listen to.
- 18:21Speaker 1: So it's even leaking into environments that's supposed to be
- 18:25Speaker 1: like family friendly. I'm not saying okay, they got to
- 18:28Speaker 1: play all Christian music. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying,
- 18:30Speaker 1: come on, let's have some decent music going on while
- 18:33Speaker 1: we're eating some decent food. Right, So imagine having your
- 18:37Speaker 1: young daughter or your young son in the restaurant. They
- 18:41Speaker 1: think you're part of it. Every time my daughter, my
- 18:44Speaker 1: nine year old, hears secular music and if I whistle
- 18:49Speaker 1: something about it, or if I turn on the radio
- 18:52Speaker 1: and it goes through the radio, says, you listen to that, dad,
- 18:55Speaker 1: Because she's well aware that some of that music is
- 18:58Speaker 1: not even right to listen to. She recognizes it. She
- 19:01Speaker 1: knows some of the lyrics, and I'd be like, stop
- 19:03Speaker 1: repeating those lyrics. If you can't repeat a Bible verse,
- 19:06Speaker 1: don't be repeating no lyrics like that, and she just laughs.
- 19:10Speaker 1: But it's true though, like I'm not gonna you know,
- 19:14Speaker 1: repeat this, that and the third that's going to lead
- 19:16Speaker 1: me into all kind of sexual immorality. And man. Music
- 19:21Speaker 1: can do that. Music could take you to places where
- 19:23Speaker 1: you your mind shouldn't be. You don't believe me. I'm
- 19:25Speaker 1: a DJ. I've been DJing since I was a teen,
- 19:28Speaker 1: and I noticed to be true. I could take people
- 19:31Speaker 1: to another place. There you go speak out. I could
- 19:34Speaker 1: take you to a place musically by choice that I
- 19:40Speaker 1: could take you to a good space and a good
- 19:43Speaker 1: vibe in your heart and a good vibe in your mind.
- 19:46Speaker 1: There's other DJs out there that could take you to
- 19:48Speaker 1: places that you'll be like. It'll get you angry, It'll
- 19:51Speaker 1: get you wanting to do things with a woman or
- 19:55Speaker 1: do things with men that are not proper through music.
- 19:59Speaker 1: That's a power music is. And it should be obvious
- 20:02Speaker 1: why music is so powerful. Because the prince of this
- 20:05Speaker 1: air that's down here Lucifer, his name is the Devil now.
- 20:10Speaker 1: But when he was Lucifer, he knew a lot of
- 20:12Speaker 1: our music. He was like, he was like, they call
- 20:15Speaker 1: him the worship leader in heaven. So he got before
- 20:18Speaker 1: he got tossed out of heaven. So he knows how
- 20:23Speaker 1: to use music to manipulate the minds of the culture.
- 20:26Speaker 1: If you don't believe me, I'm not even gonna debate that.
- 20:31Speaker 1: You don't understand that, then you must be sleeping. Wake up,
- 20:34Speaker 1: you sleeper, right, because it's all up in music when
- 20:37Speaker 1: people are making a bank on that, they're making their
- 20:40Speaker 1: bag based on volgar music, sexual explicit lyrics and all
- 20:45Speaker 1: of it. And that's what we're facing right now in
- 20:48Speaker 1: our culture. Charis says, right, it's everywhere in this world
- 20:52Speaker 1: now hard to avoid. Yeah, in this world is hard
- 20:57Speaker 1: to avoid. Yeah, that's why I believe the lawyer says,
- 20:59Speaker 1: we're in this world, but we're not all this world.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Being all this world means where all this world's system
- 21:06Speaker 1: and this world system is corrupt, full of all kinds
- 21:08Speaker 1: of sin and vile stuff like I'm not even like
- 21:12Speaker 1: cappen Like I'm not even exaggerated. It's true, like everywhere
- 21:16Speaker 1: you go, every time you turn around on there certain
- 21:20Speaker 1: You know, men, we are visual people and if we
- 21:23Speaker 1: see things, even what we see can start messing with
- 21:26Speaker 1: what we're thinking. And it's that serious. But the will
- 21:30Speaker 1: of God is the will of God, and we're gonna
- 21:31Speaker 1: follow that plan. We're going to follow that that will
- 21:34Speaker 1: of God for us to be sanctified, separated from sin,
- 21:40Speaker 1: and then so that way we can live in freedom.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Spirits behind it all, yeah, evil spirits behind it all,
- 21:48Speaker 1: and we know this to be true. We're in a
- 21:50Speaker 1: spiritual warfare. But don't stress out. We actually win the
- 21:53Speaker 1: war because God already won the war for us. But
- 21:56Speaker 1: we're in a battle, so take the battle seriously. We'll
- 21:59Speaker 1: fight the good by the faith, and the weapons that
- 22:02Speaker 1: we have are weapons of love. They're not carnal weapons.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Don't grab a gun, don't grab a knife. But it's
- 22:07Speaker 1: spiritual weapons that we have to take down the strongholds
- 22:10Speaker 1: and make them bow to the obedience of the Lord
- 22:15Speaker 1: Jesus and us amens says ours. At the doctor's office
- 22:20Speaker 1: and they had a seventies eighties music and I asked
- 22:24Speaker 1: the receptionist and she said, it's the only music we
- 22:27Speaker 1: can play that is not as explicit as today's music.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Very true, very true. But it's as a DJ and
- 22:36Speaker 1: listening to all kind of music, the music in the
- 22:39Speaker 1: seventies and eighties, if you listen to the lyrics, because
- 22:43Speaker 1: I listened to the lyrics, they were heavy at the
- 22:47Speaker 1: time too, but it was more low key and they
- 22:51Speaker 1: were cursing, so it was there, right, but not as yeah, overt,
- 22:59Speaker 1: not as much as it is now. It's like blatant
- 23:02Speaker 1: people are out there like saying this and do this
- 23:04Speaker 1: and that blatantly, and they're making a bank over it. Right, So,
- 23:11Speaker 1: if it wasn't for the grace of God, I'm not
- 23:13Speaker 1: saying I'm you know, really one hundred percent immune to
- 23:18Speaker 1: those things because it's all in the atmosphere, is on
- 23:20Speaker 1: the air. But if it wasn't for the grace of God, right,
- 23:25Speaker 1: I would still be in that vibe and that frequency
- 23:28Speaker 1: that people call it. Right, it's demonic frequencies, and it
- 23:31Speaker 1: really attaches to your flesh and makes you want to
- 23:34Speaker 1: do all kinds of crazy stuff. It could be a
- 23:36Speaker 1: lot of reasons. I get more deep into this in
- 23:40Speaker 1: my Adopte Bible Study series, and man, if you want
- 23:43Speaker 1: to join that, just inbox me I'll get I'll send
- 23:45Speaker 1: a link to join. I actually have other adult Bible studies.
- 23:48Speaker 1: I haven't done it in a while, but when it
- 23:51Speaker 1: starts getting into November early December, I'm going to go
- 23:55Speaker 1: right back into it for adults only, and we talk
- 23:58Speaker 1: about these things more in depth in the morning Devo.
- 24:02Speaker 1: So I don't get too deep with it, and I'm
- 24:05Speaker 1: mindful of the audience. It could be young, you know,
- 24:08Speaker 1: teens or young younger than teens listening. So I watch
- 24:12Speaker 1: what I say. But in the scriptures it gets more
- 24:15Speaker 1: deep into sexual morality, the Old Covenant, you see it
- 24:20Speaker 1: all through there. There's a lot of things happening that
- 24:23Speaker 1: a lot of preachers evangelists don't want to talk about
- 24:26Speaker 1: on these type of platforms for obvious reasons, because it's
- 24:30Speaker 1: deeper than a lot of people think, and it connects
- 24:36Speaker 1: and it attracts our soul. Soulish evil, soulish desires are
- 24:43Speaker 1: attached to that Book of James says that we're taken
- 24:46Speaker 1: out by our own evil, sinful desires if we're not careful.
- 24:50Speaker 1: But when you fill the Holy good Spirit and men,
- 24:53Speaker 1: you should be winning of that battle as well. But
- 24:56Speaker 1: you're correct, it was there. Okay, I said it to you,
- 25:01Speaker 1: and I'm going to be started probably November, But there's
- 25:05Speaker 1: past episodes that we have done concerning these topics, so
- 25:11Speaker 1: you can listen to our sending the link soon. But
- 25:14Speaker 1: prepare yourself. I mean, there was a lot of people
- 25:16Speaker 1: on there, adults. Of course, it was a trust factor.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I wasn't doing background sex of who was over eighteen
- 25:24Speaker 1: and over and adults, but there were many adults that
- 25:28Speaker 1: we used to communicate after the Bible studies. We had
- 25:31Speaker 1: some deeper conversations, interesting conversations, and there was deliverance from
- 25:36Speaker 1: all kinds of sexual morality and all that all glory
- 25:39Speaker 1: to God. But we got deep into it a man,
- 25:42Speaker 1: because God delivered me from that background of sexual morality.
- 25:47Speaker 1: He delivered me from things that people are still addicted
- 25:50Speaker 1: to right now, Amens. And I'm mindful of that, and
- 25:53Speaker 1: my heart breaks over those things because I know what
- 25:57Speaker 1: I know personally what it was to be true in
- 26:00Speaker 1: that kind of life. And then being in that bondage
- 26:05Speaker 1: was no joke, even though your flesh thinks, oh, this
- 26:10Speaker 1: is all fun, because the Bible says sin is pleasurable, pleasurable.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Not sin is horrible. No, the Bible says sin is
- 26:18Speaker 1: pleasurable for a season. That's why so many people who
- 26:22Speaker 1: are in sexual morality and they're not practicing sexual purity.
- 26:26Speaker 1: They keep it moving. Everybody else is doing it. The
- 26:29Speaker 1: flesh is totally filled up. The tank of the flesh
- 26:32Speaker 1: is filled. But the Bible tells us about the flesh
- 26:35Speaker 1: and the spirit right relationship. The five Verse verses nineteen
- 26:39Speaker 1: and twenty. The acts of the sinful nature are obvious
- 26:44Speaker 1: sexual immorality. See how it's first impurity and debauchery. That
- 26:49Speaker 1: debauchery means all kinds of sins idolatry and witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy,
- 26:55Speaker 1: fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions and factions. The acts
- 27:01Speaker 1: of the sinful nature. That's what the acts of the
- 27:03Speaker 1: simple nature all about. It's like the fruit of the
- 27:08Speaker 1: sin full nature. And then if you can continue reading
- 27:12Speaker 1: relationship to five, you'll see the fruit of the spirit
- 27:15Speaker 1: against the fruit compared to the fruit of the sinful nature.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Very interesting things that happens. So for all those people
- 27:23Speaker 1: will say, oh, your Bible is irrelevant, You got to
- 27:26Speaker 1: be out of your mind. The Bible is so relevant,
- 27:28Speaker 1: it's so on time and so today's so now that
- 27:32Speaker 1: I you know, I can't stop talking about it. The
- 27:34Speaker 1: Word of God is the Word of God, and it
- 27:36Speaker 1: frees you. It sets you free. And who the sun
- 27:39Speaker 1: sets free is what is free. Indeed, we can identify,
- 27:42Speaker 1: we can identify and we know. Amen. Amen. So this
- 27:48Speaker 1: is real stuff. We serve a real God. We have
- 27:51Speaker 1: a real inspired word. Amen. So that's why I believe
- 27:56Speaker 1: God wanted me to speak on this this morning. So
- 27:59Speaker 1: sexual and morale is wrong. It needs to be avoided.
- 28:01Speaker 1: It is simple period read first Thessalonius, chapter four, the
- 28:05Speaker 1: whole chapter for yourself. Amen, And I'm out of time,
- 28:09Speaker 1: but listen. I bless you all the name of Jesus,
- 28:12Speaker 1: Thank you so much for coming through so God bless
- 28:15Speaker 1: you all. God keep you all. Remember always that God
- 28:18Speaker 1: is good. Peace,
