- 0:17Speaker 1: pedestrian and just kept on going.
- 0:19Speaker 2: He needed to get his Mickey Mouse here Roland rolling
- 0:24Speaker 2: rolling rolling.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Well, somebody saw it and said, I'm not sure of this.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I'm not sure of that. They had an idea. The
- 0:30Speaker 1: police go and see this guy. They go and talk
- 0:33Speaker 1: to him.
- 0:33Speaker 3: I don't know. I won't even drive it. I don't
- 0:34Speaker 3: even know, you know. He was like, of course, not deniability.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I don't I don't drive that way ever, and so
- 0:41Speaker 1: there they had probable casts. So they checked his phone,
- 0:44Speaker 1: his latest Google search ways to cover up a Tuesday,
- 0:49Speaker 1: the Thanksgiving Tuesday version of The Big Show Froggy John
- 0:52Speaker 1: and Meghan, Good.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Morning to you.

- 0:57Speaker 3: It is.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I'm going to go home and there's going to be
- 0:59Speaker 1: sausage cooking. My wife puts sausage into her uh stuffing. Yeah,
- 1:03Speaker 1: gonna come home it is gonna smell like Thanksgiving. So
- 1:05Speaker 1: you're seeing the smells are starting today. They are starting today.
- 1:08Speaker 1: From what I've been told. I just love it.
- 1:10Speaker 3: Man.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Already yesterday Lisa had the already starting to get like
- 1:14Speaker 4: the castroll dishes out and send them on the countershit.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Lisa is a she's a planner, so she writes on
- 1:20Speaker 4: little post it notes what's gonna go in each dish.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That's smart.
- 1:23Speaker 3: She knows what she has out as we do it.
- 1:24Speaker 4: And yesterday it started, and I'd be honest, I got
- 1:27Speaker 4: a little excited.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I know it is. It's so stupid, always the same way, man,
- 1:34Speaker 1: you love love it.
- 1:35Speaker 4: I love it. The holidays are here. We could eat
- 1:37Speaker 4: like this any day of the year. For some reason,
- 1:39Speaker 4: we have to do it on Thanksgiving.
- 1:41Speaker 3: True.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad the two of you are planning, because
- 1:44Speaker 2: I'm planning to go to the grocery store tonight. I
- 1:46Speaker 2: waited till the very last minute. This is bad news, bears.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I understand that I'll be there. I'll be there getting
- 1:51Speaker 2: marshmallows because I forgot marshmallows. Oh I got this when
- 1:54Speaker 2: I woke up. I went to bed early last night.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I watched a little bit of money that football for
- 1:57Speaker 2: the bit. I saw the fight and then went to bed.
- 1:59Speaker 3: I done.
- 2:00Speaker 4: The team I wanted to win was gonna win some
- 2:02Speaker 4: like I'm done. At least it was up late getting
- 2:04Speaker 4: stuff done. I did wake up to a shopping list. Ah,
- 2:06Speaker 4: and there was a note on the counter. That's a
- 2:09Speaker 4: note said, you know how much I love you, you
- 2:11Speaker 4: could please go buy publics on Wednesday, the worst day
- 2:15Speaker 4: of the year to go to public. So I'm going
- 2:17Speaker 4: to brave publics tomorrow.
- 2:18Speaker 3: You got it.
- 2:19Speaker 2: You love that public so at least you know where
- 2:21Speaker 2: everything is, because you've been twelve times since they've opened the.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Brand new publics. It's only been over five days.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I've been twelve times yet, right, yea, he knows him
- 2:30Speaker 1: by name now he walks through.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I didn't know you were working today.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Well that was whenever he took me there. I mean, yeah,
- 2:36Speaker 2: he walked in. He was like, oh, hey, so and so,
- 2:38Speaker 2: oh hi, so and so. People were stopping him at
- 2:40Speaker 2: the door. He's a frequent flyer.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I have a new publice that have been over three
- 2:45Speaker 3: days at that point.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I know how it is, man, I know that I
- 2:47Speaker 1: go to Minde all the time. I get that nod
- 2:49Speaker 1: of oh you again, point at what point?
- 2:54Speaker 5: There?
- 2:54Speaker 4: There is a point in life, always where And I
- 2:57Speaker 4: catch myself doing it. Now I realize I am my dad,
- 3:00Speaker 4: and I realize I'm doing things that used to irritate
- 3:03Speaker 4: the immortal heck out of it, and now I'm doing them
- 3:06Speaker 4: and I think, but they're not that bad.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I have good inten exactly he did too. Actually, yeah,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I apologize to dad about it.
- 3:12Speaker 2: You're that commercial that says you cutting up cardboard is
- 3:16Speaker 2: something you have to do, not something you get to do.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Yes, it is, boy, I can relate to that commercial.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It is.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I'm the guy. I'm the dad.
- 3:23Speaker 4: On Christmas morning, I'm bringing the garbage can right up
- 3:24Speaker 4: to the door. I separate everything as we're opening gifts.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Here's the paper, here's the boxes, we'll break these down,
- 3:30Speaker 4: We'll save this.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I can imagine on Christmas morning you're like, no
- 3:34Speaker 2: throw away wrappers right now? You bring the bag around.
- 3:37Speaker 5: Don't you want to save the boat?
- 3:40Speaker 3: To hear what that mess?
- 3:41Speaker 2: Take the wrapping paper.
- 3:42Speaker 3: You did two.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Megan's three things and get you started on this. Jacksonville Tuesday,
- 3:47Speaker 4: what is going on?
- 3:47Speaker 3: Girl?
- 3:48Speaker 2: River's Edge Park is now open on the South Bank Riverfront,
- 3:52Speaker 2: which is awesome because this concept that they've got going
- 3:55Speaker 2: on is just cool. Four parks in one very exciting.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's covered by the Frendship Fountain too. It's going to
- 4:00Speaker 1: kind of work its way into friendship from Oh wow,
- 4:02Speaker 1: that's cool.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that area. It's so good to walk
- 4:05Speaker 2: the dog. Vice President jd Vance and his wife they're
- 4:08Speaker 2: spending Wednesday at Fort Campbell to celebrate Thanksgiving by serving
- 4:12Speaker 2: meals to soldiers. I love that they're doing this.
- 4:14Speaker 3: It is cool.
- 4:15Speaker 2: For the sixth year in a row, the Jaguars handed
- 4:18Speaker 2: out six hundred turkeys to help families in our communities.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Go Jacks, Go Jack, thanks for helping feed families during
- 4:24Speaker 2: the holiday season. That's three things, all right.
- 4:26Speaker 4: If you're up early on this at Jack's Tuesday, we
- 4:29Speaker 4: want to know why you up so early. So call
- 4:30Speaker 4: us right now looking for our first caller of the day.
- 4:33Speaker 4: You want to be it called nine oh four, three, eight,
- 4:35Speaker 4: eight thirty six ninety nine. Still hard to believe it
- 4:38Speaker 4: is Thanksgiving week, but kind of busy time going on
- 4:41Speaker 4: right now. We're in that weird time where I don't
- 4:43Speaker 4: know if it's Christmas, if it's Thanksgiving.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I don't know what's going on. Everybody's trying to get
- 4:46Speaker 3: ready of it. Would you do?
- 4:47Speaker 2: Last night, Megan, I watched this Harry Potter Holiday Baking show. Amazing,
- 4:53Speaker 2: absolutely amazing. Everything's Harry Potter themed. They have to do
- 4:55Speaker 2: cool magic tricks on their cakes.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Are you going to bake all about it that you saw?
- 5:00Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm if I'm not adventurous yet.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I got to focus on getting the groceries for.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Thanksgiving before I can focus on those about you, John,
- 5:09Speaker 5: I watched the holiday baking show, not the Harry Potter one, No,
- 5:13Speaker 5: the one Jesse Palmer host.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Oh, it's fun. It's amazing what these people whip up.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm blown away by that stuff. So that's the one
- 5:21Speaker 1: thing Jill and I will watch that during the holidays.
- 5:23Speaker 1: We'll watch a holiday baking show. And then I saw
- 5:25Speaker 1: Luke Combs on Monday Night Football with the Mannings.
- 5:27Speaker 3: How was that? He was great?
- 5:29Speaker 1: He was funny and great and they kept getting turnovers
- 5:31Speaker 1: while he was on the segment. So he's like it
- 5:33Speaker 1: was because of him that they were getting the turnover.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Team lost?
- 5:36Speaker 4: Yeah, how about you? So last thing was a stressful night.
- 5:39Speaker 4: In the foggy household. Why it was Separate the Tree Night.
- 5:42Speaker 4: So we have an artificial tree. I like to call
- 5:44Speaker 4: it artificial, not fake, because it's not fake. It's really theirs. Yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 4: it's an artificial tree.
- 5:48Speaker 3: It's not real. No, it's an artist. It's there.
- 5:50Speaker 1: It's real and it's real. It's just not a live
- 5:52Speaker 1: Christmas right, it's not a breathing thing. But it is real.
- 5:57Speaker 2: So it's real. It's there, so you have it's not
- 5:59Speaker 2: an imaginary tree and house.
- 6:00Speaker 3: It's real. It's not an ai tree. Oh exactly, it's
- 6:04Speaker 3: fully human.
- 6:04Speaker 4: It's guaranteed man put some rejector up, guaranteed human tree.
- 6:10Speaker 3: So it was the Separate the Tree night. Because it's
- 6:12Speaker 3: been in a.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Box all year, you know, since December, yes, twenty ninth
- 6:17Speaker 4: of last year.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Whatever, it's been in a box. So you had to
- 6:19Speaker 3: separate it.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Well, nobody separates it, right because Lisa's like, well, can
- 6:24Speaker 4: I get some help? So Cayden and I start helping. Well,
- 6:26Speaker 4: eventually you see that she's going around behind you. I'm like, no,
- 6:30Speaker 4: I'm done seconding you fix something. I'm all right, I'm
- 6:33Speaker 4: not doing it right, I'm not helping. Well, you can
- 6:36Speaker 4: that didn't. That starts a problem.
- 6:38Speaker 1: When you're opening the branches on everything. You're trying to
- 6:40Speaker 1: open each branch on each stem. I was told I
- 6:42Speaker 1: was not a good tree fluffer. Uh, you need to
- 6:45Speaker 1: work on that something.
- 6:48Speaker 4: I'll never be a fluffer, never be a professional fluffer
- 6:51Speaker 4: during the luck, man, what will I do?
- 6:53Speaker 1: That's that's kind of sad. What will I do with
- 6:55Speaker 1: my life? Fluff? I'll never be a fluffer. But yeah,
- 7:00Speaker 1: that was the night in the house. It was great,
- 7:01Speaker 1: all right. It was a really good you're ready man,
- 7:03Speaker 1: getting ready for Christmas. So it is starting to kind
- 7:05Speaker 1: of just start the bloom in the house.
- 7:06Speaker 3: So it's nice. But I like nice. I do like it.
- 7:09Speaker 4: It's very fested, it feels good. It just makes you smile.
- 7:12Speaker 4: It's nice to be there this time of year.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Bring it on.
- 7:15Speaker 4: But on Megan's three Things, we have done that. We
- 7:17Speaker 4: got Megan's music, city Minutes and.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Nations a lot.
- 7:20Speaker 4: I saw some new concerts announced yesterday, all kinds of stuff.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Zach Bryan said he's coming to Florida on a tour.
- 7:26Speaker 2: He won't be in Jackson unfortunately, but he will be
- 7:28Speaker 2: in Tampa on March fourteenth. So how's he playing at
- 7:32Speaker 2: the stadium in Tampa?
- 7:34Speaker 1: Holy, Zach Bryan plays stadiums now. Guess so, I mean,
- 7:39Speaker 1: that's just amazing. He continues to blow me away that
- 7:43Speaker 1: he's getting that big, probably get more people than they
- 7:45Speaker 1: get for a Bucks camp. I can say that because
- 7:47Speaker 1: I'm a Bucks fan.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Maybe they'll make the fence around the stadium electrics so
- 7:50Speaker 2: he can't climb it, just just a case. The girl
- 7:54Speaker 2: in Morganwallan's twenty cigarettes music video Devin. She's stirring up
- 7:58Speaker 2: a lot of conversation in town because people are climbing
- 8:00Speaker 2: they know her and that she's from Jacksonville. But this
- 8:02Speaker 2: is a false rumor. Is it really actually from La?
- 8:05Speaker 2: She must just have a complete look alike. Really, yeah,
- 8:08Speaker 2: Oh that's hilarious. It is kind of cool, though, to
- 8:10Speaker 2: see someone in a music video like that looks like
- 8:13Speaker 2: someone here. I wish she looked like me, but unfortunately
- 8:16Speaker 2: she doesn't. And the Jonas Brothers States announced they're coming
- 8:19Speaker 2: to town, stopping by Jacksonville's Daily Place on December thirtieth.
- 8:23Speaker 2: And you know they've got that song with Rascal Flat So, yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 2: dare you? You always have to kind of wonder maybe
- 8:28Speaker 2: they'll come to one of the shows. I don't know.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You could test your luck. That's what's happening in Nashville.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Quick check on your Jacksonville traffick. So much going on.
- 8:36Speaker 4: When to get you wherever you're going right on time.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Remember today and tomorrow they say are going to be
- 8:40Speaker 4: the heaviest traveled days on the road for Thanksgiving weekend.
- 8:44Speaker 3: So if you are getting on the road, pack.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Your patients, but you can always take us with you
- 8:48Speaker 4: could travel a lot in this area.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Download totally free I Heart.
- 8:50Speaker 4: Radio aut make sure number one pre set. It's easy
- 8:53Speaker 4: to find us that way, and we'll go wherever you are.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Let's get a quick check.
- 8:56Speaker 3: On your roads.
- 8:57Speaker 1: This is the time, this is the time to be
- 8:59Speaker 1: out on those busy roads because right now nothing to
- 9:01Speaker 1: be reported.
- 9:02Speaker 3: So we got the good stuff.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Sponsored by Edna jar and Levine Accident Attorneys.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Call one eight hundred seven four to seven.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Country ninety nine one WQIK. Good Morning, the Big Show
- 9:13Speaker 1: with Frankie, John and Meghan. It looks like it's going
- 9:15Speaker 1: to be a gorgeous Thanksgiving Day, a little cooler, which
- 9:18Speaker 1: a lot of people are very happy about. I'm good
- 9:20Speaker 1: if it's eighty but if it's in the sixties, I know,
- 9:22Speaker 1: people like Megan are just ecstatic that it's going to
- 9:24Speaker 1: be a little cooler for Thanksgiving Day.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'll wear shorts and be outside and feel
- 9:28Speaker 2: that cool breeze.
- 9:29Speaker 4: It is going to be nice sixty eight and Sunday,
- 9:31Speaker 4: I believe on on Thanksgiving. Yeah, but now Friday morning
- 9:33Speaker 4: will be a little chilly. If you're doing the early
- 9:35Speaker 4: Black Friday shopping thing. You're talking about ourber thirties on
- 9:40Speaker 4: Friday morning.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Wow, that is brisk.
- 9:42Speaker 4: We wear layers because it is gonna warm up a
- 9:44Speaker 4: little bit lighter in the day, so you'll want to
- 9:45Speaker 4: take those off, bring them layers. But beautiful time right now,
- 9:49Speaker 4: holiday lights everywhere you look.
- 9:51Speaker 3: We were in Saint Augustine. What was it when did
- 9:53Speaker 3: we go?
- 9:54Speaker 2: Mayn Monday?
- 9:55Speaker 3: We could go Monday, last Monday? Okay, so what's been
- 9:58Speaker 3: seven eight days ago? Now? Right? So Meghan, do you
- 10:00Speaker 3: remember when.
- 10:01Speaker 4: We were walking around downtown there was that golf cart
- 10:04Speaker 4: grench Yeah, trolley ride that I said I wanted you
- 10:07Speaker 4: to sit in the front.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Meghan doesn't like costumed characters.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Yeah I could. I can't forget that. I mean, because
- 10:12Speaker 2: I really thought I mean, rog was pushing for it.
- 10:15Speaker 2: It was like, we need to get you all on
- 10:17Speaker 2: the ride, the Grinch ride. Yeah, And I was not
- 10:19Speaker 2: about it at all. I was like, I'll wait. I
- 10:21Speaker 2: don't know where the car is, but I'll wait by
- 10:22Speaker 2: the car.
- 10:23Speaker 1: So mascots and people just I mean a real person,
- 10:26Speaker 1: you know, is real person dressed up like the Grinches,
- 10:28Speaker 1: not up your ally.
- 10:29Speaker 2: No, the Grinch is too mascottie to me. Okay, yeah,
- 10:33Speaker 2: they don't like him.
- 10:34Speaker 4: The way this Grinch ride works is he's in a
- 10:37Speaker 4: golf cart, but it's got like six or eight rows
- 10:39Speaker 4: behind him.
- 10:40Speaker 3: It's like a trolley. Yeah.
- 10:41Speaker 4: And so you can sit next to the Grinch if
- 10:43Speaker 4: you want. There was an empty seat. I'm like, Megan,
- 10:45Speaker 4: that's for you.
- 10:46Speaker 2: No.
- 10:47Speaker 4: But Lisa, my wife, is really into this stuff right,
- 10:50Speaker 4: very much. So yes, So she wanted to book a
- 10:52Speaker 4: ride that night. She's like, we should really come back
- 10:54Speaker 4: and do this. I'm like, okay, cool.
- 10:56Speaker 2: She was so excited about it.
- 10:57Speaker 4: She was, so I waited until just now and looked
- 11:00Speaker 4: to see what the Grinch ride. If I could book something, Yeah,
- 11:02Speaker 4: what you got? It's booked from now till Christmas. At
- 11:05Speaker 4: every single night Wow, you're kidding me. Every single night
- 11:08Speaker 4: book solid. We need to do like Grinch Ride too.
- 11:11Speaker 4: There's a waiting list.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Well, let's make our own.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Can't we just bring our own golf cart?
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm wondering, So I just put Megan in the mascot suit.
- 11:18Speaker 1: She can't be scared of herself.
- 11:20Speaker 2: That's right, that's right.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Now? Would you do that, Chrisha Grinch? Maybe?
- 11:22Speaker 1: Sure, over she'll overcome her fear of mascots by becoming one.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Would you do that? Yeah, so you'll get in the suit. Yeah,
- 11:30Speaker 3: you won't interact with this.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm already smelling Thanksgiving smells all over the place, and
- 11:34Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 11:35Speaker 3: It is Thanksgiving e Eve here at the big show,
- 11:38Speaker 3: the eve Eve.
- 11:39Speaker 2: I love it.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Are y'all cooking anything? Froggy, y'all cooking anything already? Today?
- 11:43Speaker 1: Is there gonna be some pre cooking cooking going on
- 11:45Speaker 1: with you and Lisa? We're just kind of prepping. We're
- 11:48Speaker 1: prepping right now. We'll actually start cooking tomorrow. My mom
- 11:50Speaker 1: will probably do a couple of things today. Like you said,
- 11:53Speaker 1: Joe was cooking some sausage.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Jill's cooking sausage for stuffing.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, yes, what about you, Meg, I haven't even
- 11:59Speaker 2: gone to the grocery sto yet.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Oh it's right. Yeah, you're not starting anything until tomorrow night,
- 12:04Speaker 3: today or tomorrow.
- 12:05Speaker 2: I'm hoping today. I guess we'll have to see.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Don't forget to you said two gps is to get
- 12:11Speaker 4: to the grocery store.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Just one suffice for that.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I'll have to wait till my boyfriend gets home because
- 12:15Speaker 2: if he doesn't drive me there, I'm not making it okay.
- 12:17Speaker 2: And it's too much for me to do groceries delivered.
- 12:20Speaker 2: It makes me feel guilty.
- 12:21Speaker 4: There's just going to get a directionally challenged class. We
- 12:24Speaker 4: can put Meghan in where she can learn directions.
- 12:26Speaker 1: While wearing a mask pot suit. We'll cut. We'll conquer
- 12:29Speaker 1: all your fears at once.
- 12:30Speaker 2: We gotta choose one at a time. What happened to exactly?
- 12:38Speaker 4: I got a quick question? What time do you eat
- 12:41Speaker 4: your Thanksgiving dinner?
- 12:43Speaker 3: Two?
- 12:44Speaker 1: You're a two o'clocker? Yep, okay, well you John, we're
- 12:46Speaker 1: around one. I'm around the same time are you. Yeah,
- 12:49Speaker 1: so we're one to two o'clock. I'm one of those
- 12:51Speaker 1: where I'll back time.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Everything is.
- 12:53Speaker 4: I'm gonna fry the turkey, so you got to give
- 12:54Speaker 4: you time. You gotta drop a turkey, you gotta let
- 12:56Speaker 4: a cook, you gotta.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Take it out.
- 12:57Speaker 4: You got a little rest, and then you gotta backtime everything.
- 13:00Speaker 4: But we're one to two o'clock. But I've heard of
- 13:02Speaker 4: people eating it like wait to Thanksgiving dinner, like seven
- 13:04Speaker 4: o'clock at night.
- 13:05Speaker 3: I know that's weird.
- 13:06Speaker 1: We've never been the family when I was growing up,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and now since we've had our own family.
- 13:11Speaker 4: Nope, it says experts say that it's better to eat
- 13:14Speaker 4: earlier in the day because it gives your time for
- 13:18Speaker 4: your food to digest before you go to bed. Like
- 13:19Speaker 4: they says, seven o'clock Thanksgiving dinner is not the best
- 13:22Speaker 4: because your food doesn't yet digest, right, so you better
- 13:26Speaker 4: to eat around one o'clock.
- 13:27Speaker 3: One to two o'clock is the.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Ideal time and of course perfect nap for the beginning
- 13:31Speaker 1: of the Cowboys game. Wake up at halftime, watch the
- 13:33Speaker 1: Fun halftime Show. That's how I bank mine around normally
- 13:36Speaker 1: the football games. Where's my nap coming from? Because the
- 13:39Speaker 1: earlier game is going to be Lions and somebody the
- 13:42Speaker 1: Lions are good. Lions Packers is the first game you
- 13:44Speaker 1: can watch some of that second game is.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Chiefs, Cowboys and Post Malones performing.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Go Cowboys have never said that in life.
- 13:51Speaker 2: You can't do that.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Ye you can. It's America's team on Thanksgiving Day. Hey,
- 13:57Speaker 3: just in case you don't know, Megan drinking out of
- 13:59Speaker 3: Kansas City Chiefs mug right now.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Hey, you got to support where you're from, and you
- 14:03Speaker 2: should support two of four friends.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Just saying I'm your friend. I just I don't pull
- 14:07Speaker 3: for the Chiefs.
- 14:07Speaker 1: John.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Do I have your vote?
- 14:09Speaker 3: Yeah? No, you don't. I grew up.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I listen.
- 14:11Speaker 3: I grew up loving the Cowboys, but I'm pulling for
- 14:12Speaker 3: the Chiefs.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Wow, there you go. John is on the good list.
- 14:16Speaker 2: You're not. You're getting cold for Christmas from Santa.
- 14:18Speaker 4: John's lying to you. He needs the Chiefs to loosen.
- 14:20Speaker 4: The Jaguars can be I have a better shot. Go Cowboys.
- 14:23Speaker 2: You tang it crowd, you can.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Do naggage three things. Lots going on around town? What
- 14:31Speaker 3: is up? Girl?
- 14:31Speaker 5: Well?
- 14:32Speaker 2: Speaking of the Jags, for the six year in a row,
- 14:34Speaker 2: they've handed out six hundred turkeys to help families in
- 14:37Speaker 2: our community. Love that they.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Beat a turkey earlier this year, and Patrick Mahomes.
- 14:41Speaker 2: He far deck the Chairs kicks off tomorrow. It's family
- 14:50Speaker 2: and pet friendly, and there'll be some student performances you
- 14:53Speaker 2: can check out too at Jack'speech, and of course it's free.
- 14:57Speaker 2: There's something crazy going on at the airport, a spike
- 15:00Speaker 2: in what the airlines are calling flying fakers. I guess
- 15:04Speaker 2: people are trying to get boarding priority and better seats
- 15:08Speaker 2: by using the wheelchair services when they don't actually need
- 15:11Speaker 2: a wheelchair. This is crazy. I can't believe we've come
- 15:14Speaker 2: to this.
- 15:15Speaker 3: They call that the miracle flight. When you get on
- 15:17Speaker 3: you use the wheelchair to get on the plane.
- 15:18Speaker 4: When you get to your destination, all of a sudden,
- 15:20Speaker 4: you hop right up and leave like bit a second
- 15:22Speaker 4: selling them line miracle.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Yep.
- 15:23Speaker 2: If you see someone getting launched out of a wheelchair,
- 15:25Speaker 2: just know they were a flying faker. That's three things.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Looking for colors nine and ten Right now. You gonna
- 15:31Speaker 4: play the pop quiz for some tickets to see Lady
- 15:34Speaker 4: A Megan. You're an angry girl sometimes I love you.
- 15:37Speaker 2: You shouldn't be faking wheelchairs. People that need them need them.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Launch the fakers out of their chairs.
- 15:43Speaker 1: They'll be flying hit a rock out of their chair.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Call us right now, if you want to play the
- 15:46Speaker 1: pop quiz nine. Here we go, Eric and mclenny.
- 15:49Speaker 3: We start with you.
- 15:50Speaker 1: What percentage of people say they love the sense of
- 15:53Speaker 1: adventure that comes with a holiday road trip?
- 15:57Speaker 3: Twenty five? Eric's not thinking that's adventure?
- 16:01Speaker 2: Ed?
- 16:01Speaker 3: Is that number higher or lower? If people enjoy the adventure,
- 16:05Speaker 3: I'll go higher. You are correct fifty seven percent?
- 16:09Speaker 1: Just not Eric, erics a lot of work, y'all come
- 16:13Speaker 1: to my house much traffic?
- 16:15Speaker 3: All right?
- 16:15Speaker 1: Ed gets that point, and Ed, you get this question first.
- 16:18Speaker 1: She has nothing to do with Thanksgiving? But Anne Hathaway.
- 16:21Speaker 1: How old is Anne Hathaway actress Anne Hathaway.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Oh hey, let's go seventy two? Okay, okay, Eric, Eric,
- 16:33Speaker 3: do I need to ask him? Don't let us down,
- 16:34Speaker 3: buddy lower? Yeah, yeah, a little bit, Hey, I ain't
- 16:39Speaker 3: got a.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Ed. We appreciate him another halfway?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Probably yeah, forty three, forty three Anne Hathaway, Yes, okay,
- 16:49Speaker 1: very good?
- 16:49Speaker 4: All right, it ends defense, Ed Hathaway. I mean Anne
- 16:52Speaker 4: Hathaway does sound like an old day.
- 16:53Speaker 3: It does? It does? So, okay, we got a tie.
- 16:56Speaker 3: It's time for a tie breaker. Here we go. If
- 16:58Speaker 3: you know the answer to this question, shout you name.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I'm going to be asking a year, but there's a
- 17:02Speaker 1: multiple choice, so please wait for the multiple choice. Abraham
- 17:06Speaker 1: Lincoln made Thanksgiving a national holiday by issuing a proclamation
- 17:10Speaker 1: in what year? Was it eighteen sixty three or eighteen
- 17:14Speaker 1: ninety three?
- 17:15Speaker 3: Eric, Eric, Eric, eighteen ninety three, No, it was not.
- 17:21Speaker 3: He was the Civil War president, so that was eighteen
- 17:24Speaker 3: sixty three. It's going to be our winner mayday.
- 17:29Speaker 5: Eric.
- 17:29Speaker 3: We appreciate you, try man, thanks so much for sir.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I like calling it a Thanksgiving eve eve on this Tuesday.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Uh huh, I love.
- 17:37Speaker 2: It's a cute take.
- 17:38Speaker 4: It sounds good. It just makes it feel a little
- 17:40Speaker 4: bit closer Thanksgiving. John, you having people over for Thanksgiving?
- 17:44Speaker 4: My my mother in law is coming over, Okay, and
- 17:47Speaker 4: that's it. That's a small party, small party of it's
- 17:49Speaker 4: going to be just the three of us. Actually, my
- 17:51Speaker 4: son and his family are out in the Panhandle visiting
- 17:54Speaker 4: my daughter in laws. Okay, yeah, okay, Meggan, you're having
- 17:57Speaker 4: people over.
- 17:59Speaker 2: No, and both of you so nice to invite me
- 18:01Speaker 2: over for Thanksgiving. But I like to just be a
- 18:02Speaker 2: hermit and enjoy the two days off. We'll cook any
- 18:06Speaker 2: and then bet.
- 18:07Speaker 3: That's right to tag your pants on and just hang
- 18:09Speaker 3: out on the cat. Who's going to be your house?
- 18:11Speaker 4: So it's going to be me, Lisa, my son Caden,
- 18:14Speaker 4: he's home from school. My stepdaughter is not able to
- 18:16Speaker 4: be or she's coming for Christmas this year. She usually
- 18:18Speaker 4: does one or the other. Right, my parents will be there,
- 18:21Speaker 4: and then my wife has invited somebody from work. Okay,
- 18:23Speaker 4: So the reason I ask is there are things that
- 18:27Speaker 4: you probably shouldn't talk about at the thanks One table
- 18:32Speaker 4: with my.
- 18:32Speaker 3: With my mother in law.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I know what is going to be talked about, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: it's only going to be the three of us, so
- 18:37Speaker 1: we're good, right, but if anybody else were to show up,
- 18:39Speaker 1: we were going to have to might say something.
- 18:41Speaker 4: So John, So let me ask you, Megan, let me
- 18:43Speaker 4: ask you, what do you think is something on that
- 18:45Speaker 4: there are ten things that you're not supposed to discuss
- 18:49Speaker 4: at Thanksgiving dinner.
- 18:50Speaker 3: What would you think is on the list?
- 18:52Speaker 2: Politics coming in at number one?
- 18:56Speaker 3: How did we guess that number one? John? The other
- 19:00Speaker 3: guesses religion, religion coming in at number four on the
- 19:03Speaker 3: last book, you should not talk about Thanksgiving anything else?
- 19:08Speaker 2: Make it yeah, past conflicts in the family, Why you're
- 19:11Speaker 2: mad at someone.
- 19:13Speaker 4: That could fall under personal struggles or other family members. Okay, yeah,
- 19:20Speaker 4: don't trash talk other family members anything else, John gosh, Well,
- 19:26Speaker 4: I would guess like the personal relationships. Why don't you
- 19:29Speaker 4: have a boyfriend? Why a boyfriend?
- 19:31Speaker 2: That's always the question. Why are you married yet?
- 19:34Speaker 3: Personal relationship status? Yes? Coming into number two is money.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yep, I've seen that one. Get a little wild, like.
- 19:41Speaker 3: How much are you making these days? Five question, there's.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Always one cousin who is acting like they are mister
- 19:48Speaker 2: money bags, and then everyone else is a peasant at
- 19:50Speaker 2: the table right, and you're like, you're still sitting at
- 19:52Speaker 2: the kids table. Honey, Yes, so sir, you get this.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Number three parents are weaked. Don't shame anyone for how
- 19:59Speaker 4: much is on their plate?
- 20:00Speaker 3: Wow? Oh?
- 20:04Speaker 4: Number five is their ex Avoid questions like well, why
- 20:07Speaker 4: isn't Jerry here this year?
- 20:09Speaker 3: Oh my god?
- 20:10Speaker 2: Maybe you could give me a copy of that I
- 20:11Speaker 2: can send to my family.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Yes, now you're wondering why Megan likes to spend it alone.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Grandma shows up and you Grandma will say anything, Oh yeah,
- 20:22Speaker 1: she don't care. Yeah, my mother in law. Really, that's
- 20:25Speaker 1: why if Meghan was coming over saying, Okay, listen, let
- 20:27Speaker 1: me she's from Mississippi.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Hey, you know what, I spent some time over there.
- 20:31Speaker 3: The two of y'all would get along famously. Trust me.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Let's get into Meghan's three things. Lots going on around
- 20:38Speaker 3: Jacksonville in foremost girl.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Well, River's Edge Parks now open on the south Bank
- 20:43Speaker 2: river Front. Really cool. It's like a four parks and
- 20:46Speaker 2: one kind of thing. And John, you were saying, it's
- 20:48Speaker 2: right over by Friendship Fountain.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I think it's gonna it works its way.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I was trying to visualize it when I saw the story,
- 20:53Speaker 1: and I was trying to visualize exactly where this thing is.
- 20:56Speaker 1: My wife and I probably planning on going after she
- 20:59Speaker 1: cooks the sausage stuff from stuff and tomorrow today we
- 21:03Speaker 1: might go over there.
- 21:03Speaker 3: And check it out.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Well, it is a nice walk over there after you
- 21:06Speaker 2: eat Thanksgiving if you're looking for something to do, real, wife,
- 21:09Speaker 2: you walked, come waddle around, bring the dog to pull
- 21:11Speaker 2: you down the streets. Vice President J. D. Vance and
- 21:14Speaker 2: his wife they're spending a Wednesday at Fort Campbell to
- 21:17Speaker 2: celebrate Thanksgiving by serving meals to soldiers. Love it, absolutely,
- 21:21Speaker 2: love it. Indeed for the sixth year in a row,
- 21:23Speaker 2: the Jaguars are giving back to the community. They gave
- 21:26Speaker 2: out six hundred turkeys to help families.
- 21:29Speaker 1: About to have That was very nice. And on Sunday
- 21:31Speaker 1: Trevor Lawrence gave away three footballs to the other team.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Yeah, he does that a lot.
- 21:36Speaker 2: And we still want the season of giving.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Hey, I love it.
- 21:39Speaker 1: We have a better record than anybody thought we'd have already,
- 21:42Speaker 1: So you go, trev that's my three things.
- 21:44Speaker 3: All right.
- 21:45Speaker 4: Coming up, we're going to talk about a new way
- 21:46Speaker 4: to vacuum your house that does not include a vacuum
- 21:50Speaker 4: just can't do it when your wife's home.
- 21:52Speaker 3: We'll talk more about that in just a few minutes.
- 21:53Speaker 3: From the Country ninety nine to one WQYK.
- 21:56Speaker 4: Good Tuesday morning to you. Thanksgiving week. Hard to believe
- 21:59Speaker 4: it is already Thanksgiving, we know it. I remember saying, oh,
- 22:02Speaker 4: it's so many days away, it's a month away.
- 22:03Speaker 3: It is.
- 22:03Speaker 4: It's that now. It's like, no, it's here, down here,
- 22:06Speaker 4: it is here. Man, Tomorrow will be tomorrow. You start
- 22:09Speaker 4: the pre cooking.
- 22:10Speaker 1: My wife's already pre cooking, like this morning. I'll come
- 22:13Speaker 1: home just the smells of Thanksgiving. Oh, that's wonderful.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I can't wait.
- 22:17Speaker 4: We've got some family coming over, and so I was
- 22:20Speaker 4: asked to we kind of start preparing the house, like
- 22:23Speaker 4: because there's so much going on. Lisa's working, I'm working.
- 22:26Speaker 4: There's so much going on. So over the weekend she's like, hey,
- 22:28Speaker 4: can you knock a couple of things off the list
- 22:29Speaker 4: that we need to get done right part of family
- 22:31Speaker 4: coming over. One of the things was vacuuming all the
- 22:34Speaker 4: time tall floors. So I did a man vacuum job.
- 22:37Speaker 4: What what's man vacuum? So if you had to guess
- 22:41Speaker 4: what man vacuuming is, I'll give you a hint. There's
- 22:44Speaker 4: not a vacuum involved.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Well, my guess would have been if it had been
- 22:46Speaker 1: carpet that you would have just like done it and
- 22:48Speaker 1: got the lines on it to make it look like
- 22:50Speaker 1: it's clean.
- 22:50Speaker 3: All tall floors. I'm gonna change it. So I don't
- 22:52Speaker 3: know then what's up.
- 22:53Speaker 2: I'm imagining some kind of knowing you you mcguiver things
- 22:58Speaker 2: so well, I'm imagining like a pole and a microfiber
- 23:02Speaker 2: and you're just like at home swiffering.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Nope, I'll tell you there were power tools involved.
- 23:07Speaker 5: What I.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Went out to the garage and got the leaf blower.
- 23:15Speaker 4: Oh that's smart, opened up the sliding glass door and
- 23:19Speaker 4: just blew everything out.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Put that horse power that dust won't know what hit him.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Yes, that's a game changer.
- 23:25Speaker 5: It is.
- 23:26Speaker 3: See.
- 23:27Speaker 4: I didn't even tell Lisa. She came home, She's like, wow,
- 23:30Speaker 4: it did a really good job back to me. And
- 23:32Speaker 4: so we had to move some stuff because we started
- 23:34Speaker 4: putting on Christmas decorations. No, there were no like dust
- 23:38Speaker 4: balls or dog hair behind anything. I'm telling you the
- 23:41Speaker 4: best way to vacuum your house open the doors and
- 23:44Speaker 4: get the leaf blower, leaf and just blow everything out.
- 23:47Speaker 3: And just don't don't aim at too high and luck
- 23:49Speaker 3: pictures off the.
- 23:49Speaker 4: Wa It is Tuesday, November twenty fifth. What significance is
- 23:53Speaker 4: that Thanksgiving week?
- 23:56Speaker 2: No?
- 23:56Speaker 3: I mean that's right. No, November twenty fifth is it?
- 24:00Speaker 2: Do we miss your birthday?
- 24:01Speaker 3: No, no, we didn't miss that. We are one month
- 24:04Speaker 3: from Christmas. Oh there you go.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, yeah, that's crazy to think about.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Wow, I was just thinking we're two days from Thanksgiving.
- 24:11Speaker 1: I'm focused on it too, don't get me wrong.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Eyes off the.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Prize short term forecast. But yeah, we are one month
- 24:17Speaker 4: from Christmas. Have you bought your first Christmas gift yet?
- 24:20Speaker 3: Yes?
- 24:20Speaker 1: I have you have?
- 24:21Speaker 3: Now? Hold on, hold on, could come back to you
- 24:23Speaker 3: in a second, John, have you bought your first gift? Hit?
- 24:25Speaker 4: Oh no, heck no, no me either. Okay, I thought
- 24:28Speaker 4: about it. I've done some looking. Okay, I ain't bought
- 24:30Speaker 4: nothing yet.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you had the opportunity to, because when I went
- 24:34Speaker 2: with you and Lisa to Nights of Lights, that's where
- 24:36Speaker 2: I snagged the first Christmas gift.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Oh so you corid of you did, that's right? Okay,
- 24:39Speaker 3: So I won't say what it was then, because that's
- 24:41Speaker 3: for your boyfriend. I don't want to ruin a surprise.
- 24:43Speaker 2: I don't either, because I don't know what else to
- 24:44Speaker 2: get him.
- 24:45Speaker 4: But here's the problem. Megan goes around her house and
- 24:47Speaker 4: wraps other things in her house. Okay that's crazy, Yes,
- 24:51Speaker 4: and in a great I love you way, but that's crazy.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Well, I wanted to get into the holiday spirit. I
- 24:55Speaker 2: only had one thing to wrap, and the item I got,
- 24:58Speaker 2: I mean, it's so small, it's smaller than my zin can.
- 25:01Speaker 2: So I'm not done.
- 25:03Speaker 3: So what else in your house? How do you wrapped?
- 25:04Speaker 3: It's under your tree. That's really not a gift.
- 25:06Speaker 2: A hammer I got from my great grandfather.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Is it in a box or is it just a
- 25:11Speaker 3: hammer where you can tell it's a hammer that's wrapped up.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Hey, I'm good at mechanics stuff. I'm not good at
- 25:16Speaker 2: wrapping things. So it looks horrible.
- 25:18Speaker 3: It looks like a hammer. Yeah, wrapping paper on top.
- 25:20Speaker 2: The Halloween Yes, the Halloween bucket full of popcorn balls
- 25:24Speaker 2: and left of for candy in my house.
- 25:26Speaker 3: You wrapped it.
- 25:26Speaker 2: It's wrapped. It's wrapped.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Who's going to open set items? If I was your boyfriend,
- 25:33Speaker 4: I'd be mad. He's thinking, Almos, Sarah, watch in here. No,
- 25:36Speaker 4: it's a hammer. Funny enough, it looks like a hammer.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I'm going to open it and it's wait a minute,
- 25:40Speaker 4: it's the hammer we already have. I'm going to buy
- 25:42Speaker 4: Alia gifts for Christmas, just because I feel bad for him.
- 25:45Speaker 2: We got He's onto me though, He's onto me because
- 25:47Speaker 2: he I think he saw these weird objects in our house.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Right.
- 25:51Speaker 2: He said to me, I got you an early Christmas present.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Do you want to open it now? I said, yeah,
- 25:55Speaker 2: guess what it was? My laptop computer mouse? He said,
- 25:59Speaker 2: I think you're gonna need.
- 26:00Speaker 3: This y yell are meant to be together, your match.
- 26:04Speaker 2: So now the challenge is for me. I need to
- 26:06Speaker 2: wrap more items in the house than him, so he
- 26:09Speaker 2: has more to open up without me having to buy him.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Right, Oh, that's under the tree. Where's the cat out
- 26:18Speaker 3: with the bow? Lots going on around town? What he's
- 26:22Speaker 3: up on?
- 26:22Speaker 2: Our Jack's Tuesday Deck the Chairs is kicking off tomorrow.
- 26:25Speaker 2: It's family and pet friendly, which we love, and some
- 26:28Speaker 2: student performances are taking place. It's all at Jack's speech
- 26:31Speaker 2: and of course it's completely free, always fun. Our vice
- 26:35Speaker 2: president j d Vance and his wife said that they're
- 26:37Speaker 2: spending Thanksgiving on Wednesday at Fort Campbell and giving out
- 26:41Speaker 2: meals to service members, which is awesome. It is that
- 26:45Speaker 2: would have been a cool experience while I was in
- 26:47Speaker 2: the Army. They just gave us MRIs.
- 26:49Speaker 3: There's a sim awful I can bring you guys. That's fine.
- 26:57Speaker 2: There's a spike in what airlines are calling flying fakers.
- 27:00Speaker 2: They're people that are trying to get boarding priority in
