- 2:02[SPEAKER_06]: I'm doing fine.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_06]: I just recorded an episode of Wrestling on my car save with John Carroll yesterday.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_06]: So this is my second day in a row where I'm podcasting.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_06]: Ah, I literally just clocked out of work like five minutes ago.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not going to lie.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_06]: I literally like clocked out of work and then ran over here.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: Ha ha ha.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: Well, since you were on another podcast, I mentioned this last time, but I did record my episode with Alan on the pro Russ of Paradise,
- 2:32[SPEAKER_02]: PW torch podcast network and we talked for like about cuts of Hiko Nakajima for two hours and it was not we want to find and we went over his whole career and a lot of mis possibilities and I I reiterated my my belief that I wish he would come back to all Japan, although I did say I think him going to popping up in zero one is the second best option right now at least given the current
- 3:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, no, no, I mean, I'm curious what it's gonna do.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, have you seen the Bushy was also sniffing around zero one as well?
- 3:10[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes, that's right.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: but that you do really think that's that's going to be pushing where you say there's no way that that was going to work uh zero.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, no, no, I don't think night is going to work.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think night is like going to get up and like get out to like stinky buff first ring.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think this any chance at all.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think they'll do have someone in that mask that's supposed to be night open, not actually.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_06]: And even if they're going to put like, did you, like, do you say thing again where he's under the mask?
- 3:38[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't know, like, oh, neither that's coming to Shinki, but like, oh, it's not, it's real say.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, that's interesting, but like again, um, I can't fault zero one for having, um, using where you say and, uh, bushy actually.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_06]: Also, I just realized I don't think NATO can even, like, get down those steps and shanky, but like those are some pretty steep, like, there's still like, get down to the ring, like, to get down to the stage.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: In other news of, uh, older washup wrestlers popping up in strange places,
- 4:13[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, she, uh, it looks like you've had it.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: Osaka Pro.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: Your thoughts on this, fine.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, I kind of liked that one.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_06]: It feels like a homecoming for him, right?
- 4:25[SPEAKER_06]: So is Gamma coming out of retirement?
- 4:27[SPEAKER_06]: He's got to be for this, right?
- 4:28[SPEAKER_06]: Probably, yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean, it's no way, it's no way Gamma's like, yeah, I'm gonna get that.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, here's the thing, do you think that's still like a show that can draw some money, like the like, eventual, like, Schema retirement show?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_06]: Because we can't be that far off from it, right?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I think,
- 4:45[SPEAKER_06]: even he probably has to admit that like the end is closed and it's probably like time to cash out.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_06]: Now as much as he still can, which I don't know, like, step still, like, is that something you could even run and like the bigger ED on arena?
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, the bigger one.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_02]: But the thing is like, yeah, I mean, you could sell a cork in with it.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: But obviously, do you want to do it in cans I reason, right?
- 5:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, oh, yeah, no, like you want to do it in Kobe or like in, yeah, but the thing is Osaka doesn't really have like a 1,500,000 cedar Right, you've got any on to which is like a thousand if you pack them in there and then you know, obviously
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: Any on one seems too big for she misses retirement show to be completely honest with you.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that maybe not.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, 10 years ago, but today.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's the fact that 2018.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_06]: Like that's the thing.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_06]: Like I think he's one of those guys that just like missed that window of when he showed up retired.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's not even that he should have, he missed the window, it's just that he made himself a robber.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that too, yeah.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_06]: Which is weird, like again, if you told somebody like 10 years ago, 10, 15 years ago, that like, yeah, we're not sure if they like, she, my retirement show is going to be a big money draw.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_06]: They would look at you really weird, because they would think you're insane.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, I mean, I don't know, but like him and Osaka pro, you know, like I think that's again, like I think that's the other promotion that is like, you know what terms of like the promotions that are doing really well right now in Japan It seems to be like all of the like, you know, like secondary to like tertiary role like promotion like Osaka pro zero one q-supro that all like kind of just quietly chucking along and doing pretty well.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_06]: I guess maybe that's why they are doing well because they get less scrutiny.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I was going to say, do you think they're doing well?
- 6:39[SPEAKER_02]: They're just offering basic meals, because I was resting when everyone's having heal units run in.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, I think that is actually the reason to be honest with like I don't even know if you super even has heals, like they kind of have some people that lean healers, but I don't think they really have out and out heals.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I certainly think though, I mean, I think zero one for what I've seen and I've seen most of
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's good solid mean potatoes rustling with the whole story of Hayabusa and Junia who they seem to be really willing to obviously make a main event.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_02]: I would seem to feel like this is the case in the last 0-1 version of 0-1, but it seems like that's going there now.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I also feel like Jr. has improved as well, I don't think they didn't really try a firm like last time around, but it's also like I don't think he really felt like he was ready for that at that point because he's not a charismatic machine now, but it was pretty dire.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_06]: two, three years ago and like now I think he's like he's always been a good wrestler but like I think now he's at least like figured out how to do like project somewhat like credibly as like a main event guy There's anything else you watched or shall we just oh Paul I forgot sorry you're going to care at this weekend Yes, yeah, I'm going to care at this weekend Leaving it what's going on in over housing
- 8:05[SPEAKER_06]: So I bought myself a ticket for the tournament shows and then I'll even not really planning to go to like Like because there's a bunch of like shows around that as well.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_06]: So like in theory I could have like gone to like way more like in theory actually the first show is today.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_06]: There's like a show in the academy But yeah, so I'm going I'm going to do the tournament and then I'm going to do ambition as well.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_06]: So looking forward to that one and I mean I think like the first round sounds pretty good Like you have Yamato with access to show on that you have a rest with this Peter Tihani I think that should be a good match.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_06]: I am somewhat morbidly curious how nightals going to do
- 8:46[SPEAKER_06]: They gave them like a technical like wrestler like deteshwarts in the first round, so that should keep like most of the match like on the ground, which should hopefully help nighto, we'll see.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_06]: You have Thomas Shire was to hero Hashimoto, that's what I'm kind of curious about, like those directors kind of throwing each other on the range should be fun.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_06]: and then for ambition you have like the uh you have uh you have Bobby Guns was Chris Ray Ray you have to return like I don't know I don't think you know like Sasha Kiel like I think I don't think you were watching WXW at that time right like because he was like a guy there like 10 years ago
- 9:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he's like a tall like creation guy who kind of like semi retired a couple years ago because he got like a new job, but I always enjoy the stuff.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm happy to like see him back.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_06]: You also have like menores Suzuki on the show as well as like Katsey Amura Schema as well from New Japan.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, no, I think those shows would be fun and then like whatever else happens with the tournament should be pretty good as well.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_06]: I don't get a lighter bloom, so I'm really gonna root for like one cold manness, but I think manness is really good.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_06]: So I don't know.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_06]: At the very least, I think it should be a good match and both should be motivated.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_06]: So I am really looking forward to it.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_06]: Like, it's like carrot, like S, S, the like song goes.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_06]: It's like carrot is only like once a year.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_06]: Carrata, Carrata's no I'm Malimia.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_06]: So it's always a good time at the very least.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll have a review of that on our next episode.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_02]: So we want to know that just completed their junior tag league this year over a number of shows and we talked about the tournament last episode, but Paul
- 10:40[SPEAKER_02]: Before we dive in some big picture ideas, how do you feel about this tournament because I have some thoughts?
- 10:46[SPEAKER_06]: I thought it was solid overall.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_06]: I think the outcome was very predictable, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, right?
- 10:54[SPEAKER_06]: Like it felt pretty obvious from the beginning that it was going to lead to the brothers facing the betrayed brothers facing off of the betrayer brothers in the final.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, so I don't know like I don't think it was like a spectacular tournament.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_06]: There was some stuff in it that I liked Like I liked true and lazy in it overall.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_06]: I thought it was to be doing fine.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_06]: I think Dragonbane at Alejandro have actually become a pretty good team I think Kai Fujimura is absolute dark shit as a heal
- 11:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's not very good.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_06]: I think Alfa Wolf is is so so like that team was like really up and down I was like when Alfa Wolf was in there I thought it was fine Whenever Kai Fuji Moro was doing terrible heel work.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_06]: I was like I was like Trying to restrain myself from like just fast forward.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I feel good I was gonna ask what did you think of Ada in in a hat?
- 11:49[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know like they
- 11:51[SPEAKER_06]: But somewhat memorable to me.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: I thought, well, Ada was unrememberable.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_02]: I thought Ada was doing some promise, especially the final stretch of the tournament.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_06]: No, for sure.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_06]: For sure.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_06]: It's, but he's also not going to be a junior long term.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, no, no, no.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he's, he's way too tall for that.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, no, I, I thought he was doing fine.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_06]: Ada was just like a white boy basically the entire tournament.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_06]: Like he might as well just not have been there.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_06]: I am struggling to think of a single thing he did in any of the mattress.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_06]: Like anything I remember from this mattress are all like stuff in the heart of it.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, I also got to say though, once I started getting to the last couple of block shows, I mean, it was getting long in the tooth because you got two team, two thousand X teams going in this moment.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_02]: I can't handle this.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_06]: It's got very, say me.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_06]: It got very, very say me.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_02]: I can't, um,
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: This is just really bringing my any enjoyment of nowhere down because I just know that what all this and what all this is.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, yeah, I'm still not sure how long.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_06]: I think we're different for some change.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_06]: It's like it feels at least a moving them out of like the main title picture.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_06]: We'll see.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_06]: Like I'm still somewhat afraid they're going to put cano in there, but like I don't know that feels such like it's like such a thumb move.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: at the next Yorker Hammer.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a little Yorker.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, I think he's going to win either way.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, well, uh, we'll get to that.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_06]: We'll get to that.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, yeah, I tend to- It was, it was very, it was like, but yeah, and it was like them having two teams and it just made this like very overwhelming.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_06]: At least they kept like true and lazy as like faces throughout the tournament.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: And would you give, um, I'm going to owe the team to the tournament.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_06]: I've got to be them on Dragonbane and Alejandro.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I'm really looking forward to that title match.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_06]: I think that should be tremendous, but yeah, I'm really, like, I guess maybe because Dragonbane and Alejandro would have, like, newer teams, or maybe I'm going to give them the slide edge, but, like, you know,
- 14:05[SPEAKER_06]: Diky and Daga have to have to have become like a really fucking good team now.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_06]: Like they just like click insanely well.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, um, spoiler alert.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm really looking forward to this next big Noah show compared to some of their big shows lately, because of big institutions like, of having like been an hour honder when this tournament instead of Wolf and Fujimura.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_06]: or like because to me like the outside one would have been like they basically the brothers like eliminate each other or whatever and then we get like Masao Jun Masao Gantara scale something like Although I think they just yeah, no, but yeah, I'm looking for because it's like It's like the first show in a long time or like I don't think team 2000 access in like any like prominent spot or even like a title match, right?
- 14:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah
- 14:54[SPEAKER_06]: Like, they just have like, yeah, they just have like, two eight-ment tax, it's like, that takes up like, all of like, team 2,000 eggs.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_06]: And then otherwise all of the like, notable matches, all like don't involve them at all.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's a nice change.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, we don't.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, they also don't hold any titles right now.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah?
- 15:13[SPEAKER_06]: No, we've got the national title, yeah, yeah.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_06]: I forgot about that, but other than that, he's the only one.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_06]: So I don't know, those feel like they're getting down cycles a little bit, but who knows how long that's going to stick?
- 15:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, don't know.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_02]: Go ahead.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_02]: On the next show.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_06]: I really hope that they don't do like some, I don't know, maybe somebody turns
- 15:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's the big no return.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll just dive in quickly out because this does I mean it's a salt tournament but does get repetitive, but on the 20th at Hiroshima Industrial Hall East exhibition hall in front of 388 fans you had Alpha Wolf and Kai Fujimaru defeating Amasuka black mess around 355 and you can imagine what that was like, yes, most a lot of cheering.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_02]: Mark Turing, Kieran Lacy, defeating Tatus Gain during Massooka and 11-15 with a black flag on Turing Massooka.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_02]: Again, you can expect how that was.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: Dragon bait in Alejandro defeated Aida and kept Suomi in a hot and 10-13 with the zero gravity from Alejandro on Inahata.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_02]: I actually thought that this was a nice little solid match.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_02]: uh, but uh, ADA is completely like just the mysterious, like, I don't remember it anything like that.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, we're very firmly back into ADA does not give a single shit territory.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_02]: And then because if he did, they could have been like a sleeper team or the tournament in her question, right?
- 16:49[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_06]: That's kind of what I had then packed us and then, yeah, ate at just was just like, yeah, I'm just not gonna, I'm gonna so physically but not mentally.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_02]: And so you could tell again, Haroki defeated Dog at Dekio to Sheema in 1234 with the inside cradle from Baroquea and Daga and upset there at least with Haroki-pinning Dog and actually
- 17:11[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I do think it was necessary, right?
- 17:13[SPEAKER_06]: To like, yeah.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_06]: So that loss in talk, I just can't, I'm just going to call him that.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_06]: I can't, I can't remember how this is like, oh, that's what they got.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_06]: It's too close to loss in Gobernol.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, that's the problem.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_02]: Um, these are, you know, little difference on some small show.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_02]: I guess these guys are bad.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, oh, I can definitely see that I, unless I, I don't know if I, I would say Alejandro and I'll and Alejandro and Dragon Bay and have a chance at least, but I'm like, I'm taking it so good to just give him a long run, like you really want to establish Nike.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I guess we'll get to this now, but like Alejandro and Bay don't need to win the tiles because they've anchors their evil brothers already.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's the story.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_06]: True, you know what, you're right.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, let's just keep it on tag and I keep.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_06]: They're run as too good.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_06]: Just keep it on them.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_06]: And then you can do like Yokohama radiant hall, so like made invented with like this, the rematch of this match.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: So, and then on the 21st Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, the sub Arena.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_02]: That's a mouthful.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: Um, we, and that was front of 370 7 fans.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_02]: I would just like to add that I didn't draw.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_02]: I must have could have been a beating up, uh, you know, coin and aga, and winning with the straggle hold gamma.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, that was fun.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_06]: That was like a little bit of like the old mass like it.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yeah.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, you know, it's fun when the rookies are in against the guys like that.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 18:45[SPEAKER_02]: Um, to start off in the tagly, junior tagly.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: We had Mark true and Kieran Lacy defeating Ada and Kat Sumi in Hada in 832 with a black funding from Lacy and in Hada.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I really like, generally, in a hot of showing as this tournament went on.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: But again, it's not particularly memorable A because it's short and B because the Ada didn't really do anything.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and then in the next one was dragging me out of 100 defending obasca and black men so right in 905 with the Twitter ban from being on men so Ray and Paul I got to say I think obasca and men so Ray did perform better than you might think they would because yeah, they started off as the joke as the tournament started.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: But that, like, sort of got serious towards the end of this, turning it.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I think you definitely saw that, like, especially, like, on the final show where they didn't have a, didn't have a, like, league match anymore.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_06]: But like, that one was basically just, like, black, men's array, like wrestling, like the entire match, like, seriously more or less, yeah.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_06]: Which again, he's really good at, like, I put just from mind people that, like, no, he is a really good wrestler when he's given the chance to do that.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_02]: Even though he had, like, the worst feud of last year.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_06]: Oh god, I mean yes, I mean it's not he's not going to win like the you know what regardless of what happens He's not going to win versed feet this year because that will go to a Gadadoko or a side-pattera because that field is awful You don't take air and wolf versus house and torture is worthy of that versed feet I mean at least in that field you have a very clear person you can cheer for which is Aaron Wolfe Which does not exist in that field in the side-pattera Gadadoko or feud
- 20:29[SPEAKER_06]: Dragon get just expect to you to be like these guys are both heels, but you're supposed to cheer for side-patra Despite the fact that you have no reason to do so And then that's basically you know what like you know this I click quite literally because it's quite literally like Did like side-patra sites with team 2,000 eggs like they bring team 2,000 eggs guys to fight with them.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_06]: Why the fuck am I supposed to cheer for these guys?
- 20:51[SPEAKER_06]: Like what?
- 20:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, isn't
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: weren't 10,000 X on the, yeah, they were on the Draingate show.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: And they want them.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, they run very good.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_02]: So next up, we had Alpha Wolf and Kai for Jamar into feeding at sushi Katoke and Haroki in 720 with the Wolf driver on from Wolf on Haroki.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_02]: This is what exactly you'd expect it was, but at least hey, it was like short.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: It went under the a lot of time limit.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_02]: So
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: uh... and then uh... data data and decade of sheema defeated tattiske in jrima saoka in nine twenty three when uh... out of sheema pin did tattiske with the rolling olympic hell all was a dog of that pin's tattiske after it was sheema hit the rolling olympic hell i don't remember of the top of my head
- 21:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'm just reading the uh, yeah, this is written up very confusingly by plural of yes.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember the end of this match.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but I did think that this was actually one of the better teeth.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_02]: These are the next outings in this pyramid because oh, the sheet was just such a great baby face as well.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_06]: No, it just sold us a ass off on this.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_02]: Um,
- 22:09[SPEAKER_02]: Then on the 22nd, we had the grand Messe Cuba mode, a hot D-Hall, a front out of 540 fans.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_02]: Also, again, coin-outs getting beat up by the older wrestlers, that was our match, was all the kind of fun.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_02]: I have to say.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_06]: That actually, I know I will agree.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_06]: Although, it's a Zawa, even that much older.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_06]: Trying to think like I think that isn't you two was the one that was a bit old as in the others, right?
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember Yeah, he might be one of them.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_06]: I think that I think that only one year apart But yeah, he's technically old.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, definitely.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I've just 25 years old and Now was gotta be As I was like 27 No, it's 29.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, he's a bit old.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's turned 30 this year.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_06]: Wow
- 22:57[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, definitely, okay, Jarad, we need to like get him on the like Furrier.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_06]: They mean he's probably going to make it anyway.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_06]: What do we need to get him on the Furrier under Furrier list?
- 23:05[SPEAKER_06]: This is last year.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_06]: What are you doing?
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: Kind of old.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's not that old, but you know what I mean?
- 23:12[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't you get in your way?
- 23:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_02]: A little different, but he started, yeah.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_02]: He would have been like 20 sequily started.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, because it started in 2022.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: He's only one year younger than you, my A.O.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yagi.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_06]: Who has been around forever, yeah?
- 23:25[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, well, he's not around now.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_06]: No, it's not around now.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, wait a fuck.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_06]: Isn't this like, isn't this, like, wasn't his suspension only supposed to, okay, we'll get to that later, I guess, but like, wasn't suspension only until like mid-February, like we're like two weeks after that.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_06]: No, it's nowhere to be seen.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe he's in big trouble.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: bigger kind of thing.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so on, so we'll look at in the tagging matches.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: We had Mark True and Kieran Lacy defending at sushi, Kateau Gai in Haroki in 10 minutes.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_02]: The black flag for the true on.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Haroki again, solid match.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_02]: Then we had Alpha Wolf and Kai Fujimura defending.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_02]: Ada and Ketsumi in a hot at 541 with a death hangar from Fujimura on in a hotout, which was the old Golazo.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_02]: Um, uh, nothing, uh, it was nothing.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_02]: And then Tadiske, they and June Masso, Oh, good to be a Dragon Bean in Alabama, 10909 with the Tadiske crash to, uh, from Tadiske, Alejandro, which kind of made sense that they, the other team, 2018 would beat the in and out of 100 on all of this and it again.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_02]: when you think it was.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then dog and deck you'll be able to shoot him a defeated Amosca and black men said right in 12 or three with the cradle from uh dog on men's array and uh that was a lot of fun.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_06]: This is yeah.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_02]: Men's arrays and Amosca are stepping up.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_06]: No, like this again was like
- 24:53[SPEAKER_06]: black man's writer's being like no no like you can literally feel like threw out the tournament is like no no wait I'm actually serious wrestler like as he kept on losing more matches he got more and more serious basically and he was like no no wait I'm not a loser like like I can do more than just comedy I can actually win matches and you could like see the desperation like basically build up and then I thought that was actually one of the best like things they did in the tournament but it
- 25:23[SPEAKER_02]: And then we go to the last block day at Acros Thukoka event hall in front of 559 fans.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_02]: For the tagging, we had Aida and Katzumi in a hot-up with scorn the upset over at Sushi Kato again, Roki and Aida Levin went in a hot-up pinned Roki.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_02]: And Paul and I loved about this is that they actually had someone lose when they did the, I'm going to pin you directly after already trying to pin you again to tire you out.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_02]: but in Hadith.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_06]: Oh yeah, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in Hadith, in
- 26:19[SPEAKER_02]: And then we had a mask on black men's surgery, defeating Katasuke and Drew Massook in 612 with the passion ground quibra on the mask on Massooka.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_02]: And I will say that it was kept short and completely in a fence of.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_02]: And then Alfa Wolf of Kai-Fuja, Moritz could have marked true and curing Lacey in 826 with a package to pile driver for Wolf on Lacey.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_02]: And honestly, like, you could have given this a couple more minutes.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, notice what's actually quite good.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_02]: uh... and then uh... they got the main event spot because it was this is basically the decision action was going to go to the finals against the team to that's next team of food tomorrow and uh...
- 26:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'll fuck off.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_02]: During a beating, Alejandro defeated Dagi, I'm sorry, Daga and Dagi owed a shaman.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_02]: 1253 with a zero gravity from Alejandro and over to Shima.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_02]: And Paul, the biggest problem with this match is that it could have used other f**k minutes.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, but he has to think to rod.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_06]: It will get that additional five minutes on the match.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_02]: And also why I think that they're just going to retain the titles.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_02]: Sort of drop.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_06]: No, you know what?
- 27:25[SPEAKER_06]: You're right, yeah, because they got the win here.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_06]: So like.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_06]: They don't need to win two matches on a row.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_06]: No, you know what you've talked me into, like Doug and Dikey.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_06]: It was like, I was basically 60, 40 before hand, unlike Doug and Dikey retaining, but now I'm more like 80, 20.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_05]: I'm nervous.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, no.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_06]: Like I definitely, this was a great.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_06]: Like this felt like a preview, essentially.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_06]: Like it was a great match, but it was essentially just a preview for hopefully an even greater match.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: So then we go to Cork and Hall on March 1st, sort of 1,396 fans.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_02]: We had in the opening match sort of like the no-one junior tag league extra edition, Twitter, Moscow, and Buckmans array defeating Ada and Ketsumi in 1744, then their passion ground cobra.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_02]: This time for men surrounding the Hada and yeah, this is a nice little opener.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, this was awesome, honestly.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_06]: Again, this paid off the whole story of like, like, men's array.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_06]: But again, the entire time you was trying to get to pin, right, like, you never could do it.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_06]: The entire, like, league.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_06]: And he actually finally pulls it off here.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_06]: And the way, like, he celebrated after the men's, like, he just won the world title.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_06]: Like, it was, it was nice.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, and then, uh, bushy and, uh, sort of kenta tatsuya and no, and Hayada defeated Daga, that geodashimen, medoria, medori takahashi, and 1013, with a modified chicken wing, our lock from Hayada on takahashi, perfectly acceptable six band.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'd say.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, the thing is I set this, as well on, on my car, say, like, right Raven squad just feels like completely lost in a shuffle already.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_06]: Like in theory, you make a new faction for like the people in it, they get something to do.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_06]: But it feels like all free, like, like, the free that I still, like, a one of them immediately, like, left to go to the US and now the other free
- 29:25[SPEAKER_06]: irrelevant essentially.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_06]: We're like all free of them, we're like pretty like notable people just last year and now they're just like, I don't know, just bodies on the roster is what they feel like.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this, yeah, it's bizarre because they also like, they're clearly for that group doing full world like, Uka was going to like the states.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_06]: So it's like interestingly it's like the apparently like deleted the tweets of him at the Performance Center.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we had tweets.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't the performance center until we did them.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_06]: I, yeah, I mean, apparently like, I didn't even get their entire time.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't see them.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I don't know if this like a general weirdness going on with like no trainees right now, because like for example, GWF had like a show last like this past Sunday.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_06]: three days ago and I didn't end up going because I did this like I did this thing called hanging out with your friends instead.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_06]: So but like originally announced for that match for that show was I don't remember is it cool guy think it was over a sense like new names right now yeah yeah yeah
- 30:41[SPEAKER_06]: But originally announced him because he's the Berlin champion right now like the announced him versus Jack Morris for the Belintine.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, then that tweet but then that tweet got deleted and that match didn't happen either.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe like hadn't
- 30:55[SPEAKER_06]: They had Jack Morris versus, they did Jack Morris was Peter Tahanian, instead interesting, though, who knows it.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, like, these could be completely unrelated, but it is notable that, I don't know, there was like, there was some weirdness with two Noah people on excursion, like, within the same way, essentially.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: And slow, next stop was Bush and Angel Reyes, defeating Sri Jikanan Yudio Koyan Nagi in 1915 with the Superx cutter from Reyes on Koyan Nagi, not particularly memorable.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_02]: No, I think so.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean, I would say I underrated his look nervous, but I think he got better as the match went along.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and then Ozzawa, Masakitami, Tadisuke, and June Masakoka defeated Sushikato game, Muhammad Yone, for Rocky and Hanger Manohara in 1033, with the swan dive style moonsault press from Ozzawa on Ozzara.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: This was just obviously just to give Ozzawa some heat going into it.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that Ozzawa spinning his wheels at all?
- 32:04[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, they did kind of do one promo where Ozzawa was kind of teasing, feuding with Naito.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_06]: So, I feel like that's basically where they're like essentially spitting his wheels until they're like ready to pull the trigger on that, which, so like the thing the way I see this going is Kenno beats in a mora.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_06]: And then because it's Kenno, he's going to like more or less immediately maybe like one title defense, maybe a zero title offense will see.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_06]: Like he's going to then lose the title tonight.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_06]: And then I think they're probably pretty quickly going to
- 32:40[SPEAKER_06]: because you can't have a night to hold the title very long, because it's body will just not allow that.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think you stream that out to, I mean, if you're gonna hold that over so far, you kind of gotta do that at BudaCon, right?
- 32:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but you can't have night to hold the title for like six months.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you could draw the kind of brain a little longer.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_06]: Me, yeah, I mean, they should, like I would be all in the favor of the legs in night to get a right answer.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_06]: does Nero sit out the end one that I mean from a drawing perspective he shouldn't but like I don't think he can do the end one like I just don't think the body is able to so yeah I mean that's the thing like if he's champion you can at least have like the whole argument where he's like oh like because right that happens every once in other promotions as well well like the champion is like oh I'm going to sit out this tournament because I am the
- 33:33[SPEAKER_06]: like who challenges me.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_06]: So like, yeah, I could see that, where they might go for that.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, we'll see.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_02]: And then the all rebellion final triangle through a match, Galeno defeated Kido Kimia and Harold Tokyo in 746 with a wagon drive around Harutoki.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I like this just for what it was.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_02]: It's a quick little sprint and obviously building to the big Galeno versus Kido match.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: Although with the result, this had feel confident that WWE
- 34:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, no, no, I also feel that it's also, I mean, talking about factions that are just like spinning their wheels and I just lost a shuffle like all rebellion.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_06]: Again, supposed to rebuild Kai to Kumi as career and Kai to feels more relevant than he ever has in his entire career.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, it's just confusing because like they do these things and they click like, because how long was Kenna we've been in our balance.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_06]: Like a month and a half feels like maybe a bit like I think he was in there a bit long I think he was in there until like make like they formed and like January February right And he was in there until like may I think I think I think I don't like watch me I'm actually not sure Yeah, it was fun when it was like Ken Owen
- 34:46[SPEAKER_02]: and kind of together, but then it just, yeah.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: Some lustre.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_06]: And if that was the whole point, that was the whole point of the faction was that it's Keno and Kaito together.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_06]: And like the inherent tension that came out of that of them, like long-term rivals, that I know.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_02]: And they'll forget, of course, they had that other match when they did the Iron Man match.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now that was awesome, not all of like 10, that's the year.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_02]: But it was still like,
- 35:13[SPEAKER_02]: they had been making you think that they were going to be another match between them at least for a while long time.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_06]: So, oh, it formed a lot.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_06]: I thought, okay, it did actually form an october 2024.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_06]: For some reason, I thought they had forms in early 2025, but they had a forms in October 2024.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_06]: And unfortunately, in case my address says, can only left the stable in 2025.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_06]: Of course, they had to have formed the 2024 because Osaba was a member for like, right, like, did it the whole thing.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_06]: when he came back, got injured, joined the faction, and then turned on them immediately, when he was healthy.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it didn't give him the crutch gimmick.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_06]: Which for some, like, okay, at first I was like, our how long is he gonna keep this up, but then he got another reason to keep this going.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_06]: Like at this point, I don't know if he's ever gone to drop it.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_06]: Oh yeah, wait, no, they formed all the way back in like May of 2024.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't know why I thought they formed in 2025, yeah, like at least cage match had this as they're like first match Right, which is where did we know I did a great job of establishing this new faction by having them lose to ateer Really we were a sugy condo and ulkasusaki, but yeah, I don't know.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's time to just Put or rebel the an order of its misery like now that I know it's been around for even longer than I thought of it like it's like if we're getting up on two years and like
- 36:37[SPEAKER_06]: probably time to call it.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so next up we had Tetsuya Nato and Rusei, Rusei, defeating Manibusari in Herodosaruria in 1015, with the crowdholds from Rusei on Surya.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_02]: And Paul, is this a hard take to say this is the best match that Nato has had in Noah?
- 36:55[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, but that's also because he wasn't in no-for-most of it.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was mostly Rusei and Surya who were obviously the two hot prospects as well, right?
- 37:05[SPEAKER_06]: like, yeah, yeah, right, but like, oh, yeah, it was the best effort.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to get a push.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_02]: Because night was boy.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_02]: And Syria is clearly there.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_02]: Also, it seems like Noah's sort of guy that they're focusing on of this this crop rookies.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_02]: So that they did all the work and basically made it into
- 37:32[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think Syria even has taken that many pins as well.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_06]: So, like, as much as it is notable to pin a rookie, this was probably one of the more notable ones to pin a rookie.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think that they should go to a Syria, or say, yeah, so you go to a match and have like Syria when that?
- 37:47[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, I mean, yeah, it would be a great place.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_06]: It's also a young boy, yeah.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_06]: No, I'm not opposed to that.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_06]: I think that actually would be a good idea.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_02]: And then in the semi-media event, Keno Nail Michi Morifujian, Shu-Hitana Guchi defeated Yoshiki and Amura, Mark Tru and Kieran Lacy, in 1319 with the PFS from Keno on to Lacy.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: And I thought this was a solid match, and I thought that Keno and Inamura did a very good job.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_02]: I've built into their match and I know that people really hate the gimmick, but I still quite enjoy in a more as in-ring work, and I'm actually quite excited for their match.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_02]: Probably the most excited for anything I've been all year in.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_02]: No, I think that's still.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_06]: That's it.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it should be good, right?
- 38:33[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I don't fling.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_06]: Again, unless they do something stupid, like, I mean, we set the same thing with the like alpha wolf dragon brain match.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_06]: So like, that's the only way this could be bad if they do something like that.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_06]: Otherwise, like, if it's just a straight-up thing, let's match, I think it's going to be.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, you can't discount that either of them would turn joint in 2000x.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, what would be the dumber decision?
- 38:56[SPEAKER_06]: Would it be dumber to turn in a moro?
- 38:59[SPEAKER_06]: Would it be dumber to turn cano?
- 39:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think it could be Dumber to turn in Amura.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_02]: Because that also clearly, that would also clearly sort in Amura below Osawa instead of being rivals.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, but then he joins the faction asked champion.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_06]: Like it almost creates this like we attention of like, yeah, Osawa being faction leader and like another guy being like champion, like that would also be weird.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, it's just they all around it's the worst decision.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, and then, uh, no, a junior tag league finals drag you ban in Alejandro defeated Alfa Wolf and Kai Fujimura in 256 with the zero gravity from Alejandro on Fujimura.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_02]: Now, look, this is a good match, but again, what did you like it hit all the beats that you were going to expect in terms of ref getting pulled out of the ring interference.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_02]: Although, I would say that I feel like, especially for the first 10, 15 minutes, this did not feel as heated as you think the brothers versus brothers would be.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't know, it just wasn't quite as dramatic as I thought it could have been.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I did like the finishing sequence between Alejandro and Kai Fujimura.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, I mean, I think what what did hurt, it's just the fact that Kai Fujimura is just not good as a heal.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_06]: Right, like I think that's the problem is because also like alpha wolf and Kai Fuji more like alpha wolf is a little bit over as a heel.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think Kai is over as a heel at all And I think that's really what hardest match.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_02]: I popped when Mark Pickering on commentary called Yoshi Tatsu the former bullet club hunter Yes, no, that is that is a great full That's a great point I remember when he was still wearing the bullet club hunter I used an algebra pan for a bit
- 40:44[SPEAKER_02]: For like a wire, like for way longer than I should have been really I think I don't pull a couple of more, you don't have to be like I just don't give it to you
- 40:56[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, like on the other hand, I will say, like as much as I'm annoyed with Team 2000X, this is still the best run Yoshi Tatsu has ever had.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: I actually like him as Ken Toe's takes, he part of that.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, then again, he did actually have that weird chemistry with Suwa Muffalo.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that eventually faded out, because if they had a backslater, it wasn't very good.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that was very good.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_06]: That wasn't very good yet.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_06]: I think I think we previewed it on here and I was like well these two have always great have great chemistry So it will be good and then it wasn't I was like oh and I think it's run was over pretty quickly after that as well because that was probably also all Japan being like oh yeah, there's nothing left here.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_06]: Can't fuck off.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's nothing left in this tank So let's preview the show that is going to be on Sunday, March 8 starting at
- 41:45[SPEAKER_02]: uh three p.m. Japan time, which means that I'll be able to watch it alive and if it's early here, so that's good.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, I'm going to see, because this is a very curious given some of Noah's infamous attendances in this Yokoama, Budakon.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think the show draws?
- 42:02[SPEAKER_02]: Because there's no neto on this show, either I might add.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_06]: I'm really not sure, like because it's also
- 42:09[SPEAKER_06]: Like the people you would generally consider like to draw us like it's not even just at night or isn't right like it's it's also like who elective I mean yeah
- 42:18[SPEAKER_06]: like it's not just that nighto isn't in a drawing position, so also that really like the other people that you would consider like to draw in a promotion aren't really in one, like kind of, I guess kind of is at least in a single smash, but it's like way down the card, Kenta and Ozaawa are just like in an eight-man tag.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I would say it's a really big test of like in a moral drawing power.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, for sure.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_06]: So
- 42:42[SPEAKER_06]: I don't like do we have kind of like a thing of like I mean at least so far on the website it does still show or every like category as available they got a break at thousands of all right
- 42:55[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, no, no, no.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_06]: They do have to at least break that.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, let me just really quickly check what E-ploss is saying.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_06]: If there's like the website maybe is just kind of showing it.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_06]: It's like not that well yet, so maybe if I actually go to like the thing.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's always check-loss and when I'm looking up the ticket sales.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, I'm saying, but it's just that if you're on the Noah website and if you click on by tickets, that's where it takes you.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_06]: Ah, goddammit, the thing is down for maintenance, never mind.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so I can I want to loss it here, Paul got four types of tickets that arena s seats for the boost expensive at 12,000 and then the 10,000 and 7,000 and then 5,000 Paul nothing is sold out and the arena s and the arena tiered the two most expensive tickets both have triangles and then the other ones are still the circles.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, on ticket peer, it looks even worse.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_06]: They basically have arena S and arena A are at the regular ones.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_06]: They're all still on like circles.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_06]: And then only arena tiered seats are on like only few left.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_06]: So this might be this might be a bad number unless they like manage to sell a bunch of tickets in like the next one, two, three, four, four days, basically.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_06]: Well, it's already the fifth in Japan, so it's like even less time, so yeah, I don't know.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_06]: I think it definitely shows that like in a more like if it if that it ends up being a bad number, I think it's definitely a black market in a mora.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we'll see.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you could never tell.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's still very much a walk up business in a lot of ways in Japan.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but if it was hot, if we knew it was really hot, then there would be more ticket movement for sure.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, again, we still see that they still sell out like Corrican.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_06]: Well, not sell out, but they still threw out like really good like numbers and Corrican still even with bad even without legit title matches.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this yeah, whatever it did.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_02]: 396 that's good for what this card was.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_06]: Exactly.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's like with like a junior title like with like a junior like match on top and everything and like no title match and everything So that that's still a good number for like what that show was, but I don't know like I would like to see at least like the expensive seeds on like Triangels at least, which yeah, I don't know we'll see
- 45:17[SPEAKER_02]: So, the show on the A3've got, at sushi Katalka, Mohamed Yona and Hajimeo Harah versus Manibu Soya, Shuhi Tanaguchi and Madori Takahashi.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_02]: And then the eight man tag matches, Alpha Wolf Kai Fujimura, Tattisuke and Junmasoka versus Aida, Keirung Lacy, Blackman Surrey and Katsumi inabada.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_02]: Inabada, sorry.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_02]: And then inabada, yeah.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_02]: Naomi Chimara Fuji,
- 45:44[SPEAKER_02]: and you don't know, sir.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_02]: A warrior is the real versus on how RAS and Ray you say.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_06]: Interesting.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_06]: So I mean, it's like, because I'm actually not 100% certain on the result.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, like normally I would say we'll murder Fuji Winsters, but I don't know.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I mean, realistically it's probably Ray is that takes the pin here, but I couldn't, I can't really roll out like the like LTJ, like young boys getting a win here.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I was going to say, could Seria pin where you're saying the trade winds, maybe?
- 46:17[SPEAKER_06]: maybe, yeah, but I don't know, like I feel like with my refugee and it's still just the most likely one that he gets to pin.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_06]: And in that case he's pinning Ray as I don't think he's pinning Ray you say.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_06]: Also sorry just but this is I propose nothing but like man, Ray you say he needs to get like a different profile picture and you want to know our website that yeah that too but like that picture is awful.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's got I think he's got potential for his work.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_02]: He just got
- 46:45[SPEAKER_02]: Look, look right now.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_02]: No, he looks like he's an indie scummer.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_02]: He looks like he's like, uh, uh, you know, work in Duff Pro or something, you know, but he's from Mexico.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_02]: You say?
- 46:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, is he?
- 46:59[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, at least it says on a Noah website that he's, oh, yeah, for Mexico City.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, right, because he's the, um, he's the Beatles son.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right, right.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, uh, yes, who does brother?
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I just, I sort of thing.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_02]: With the better look and then it's crazy because and yeah, race is only like 20 years old.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's super young.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, quite let quite I think he's day is turning 21 this year Yeah, we'll see with that are Marfooji how long do you think you what percentage of the match do you think he's tanked in for 20% 15?
- 47:37[SPEAKER_06]: I mean I think he needs to be just sit out of race
- 47:44[SPEAKER_06]: I, I, I'd say he's like, I think 20, 40.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_06]: I think 20 to 40%, I think it's a good guess.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: That in eight man, Taiti match, Kentac, Tetsuya, Endo, Hayata, and Yuto Koya Nagi versus Ozawa, Masakita Mia, Tikashi Sugara, and the returning and null.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_02]: So, uh, I think nulls pinning Koya knock.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that feeling to that that's got it knows back.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_02]: You got to give them a win built them up for some momentum.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_02]: I and I run a really like, no, I I just think that as a someone of his side, he's he moves pretty well.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, obviously, there's things he's work on, but he's just a trip, but does the road.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_02]: So I can't I can't like dismiss him, right, because he's got that probably amazing training.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, no, no, no, I'm like, I think I think there's potential there for sure.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_02]: He should watch a towel's tapes.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, oh, he kind of, yeah, actually.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean, he's kind of towels, like, what if towels could do like a fucking dive over the top row?
- 48:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, towels dives, but they're much more, uh,
- 48:55[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_02]: We're strained.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he doesn't do topatooth topatooth topatooth.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_02]: And then sort of the farewell match for Gleano, Kato Kimi vs. Gleano, and it's confident that WWE's not going to make him win.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think it's just going to take, he's just going to go out on his back here.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_06]: Happy retirement to him.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_02]: Happy retirement to him.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's funny because on commentary on the court, in Shimo, like, Fulton and Pickering were saying, like, oh, Glano and his brother will be back because they love Japan so much.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see about that.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, we'll see.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I could see them come back eventually.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_06]: I just don't think it's going to happen.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then for the GEC junior heavyweight tank team titles, we got Doug and Dakey or Sheetler for the Dragon Band in Alejandra, which has to be heard only in my second most anticipated match on the show.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_02]: And frankly, it could, if they wanted to, they probably, might be able to steal the, might be able to steal the show.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_06]: I could definitely see that happen.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_06]: Like, if they go, like insane, then like, yeah, I can definitely see that being the match of the show.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_02]: And then for the GC Junior Heavyweight Championship, we got a Moscow versus Mark True, which, you know what?
- 50:06[SPEAKER_02]: Good, I like that.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: Give it the guy the chance and I just could be a nice little match.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, a Moscow's great and can carry him to this sort of thing.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_02]: So I have no problem with this at all.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_06]: Like, is this one the most likely one where there is a term?
- 50:22[SPEAKER_06]: Or somebody joining Team 2,000X?
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, like, Lacey and true, or they split up with true and what are the joints?
- 50:29[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think they're going to split them up, but I could see them basically turned.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I was kind of happy that they burned and team 2,000 eggs, but I don't know.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_06]: I could.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_06]: I can't rule it out that they're joining.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you just any match could.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we should just have a chance of a turn and joining team 1,000 eggs in this match.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: We do a match.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_02]: That doesn't have anyone in team 2,000
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: The main event, Kenel versus Yoshiki and Amara for the GH, she title, how do I title, I'm looking forward to it and it could be awesome if they just let them do their thing.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: Or for all we know is always going to come to ringside at some point, you know?
- 51:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, did you see, did you click on the learn more button on the Noah website under the match?
- 51:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, because it's not, did you want me to read out what it says there?
- 51:16[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, we did it out, Paul.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_06]: This championship match is the fulfilment of the Champions' long cherished wish.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_06]: Yushiki, who had been a hoping to fight Kenno, has overcome repeated interference from Team 2000x to face Kenno.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_06]: Kenno feels the same way.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_06]: He has overcome repeated attempts to steal his challenge right to face Kenno and is ready for this match.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_06]: Enjoy the pure mutual love of no-up professing to the fullest.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, I want to enjoy the pure mutual love of no oppressing tools for this, but are they going to give it to us?
- 51:52[SPEAKER_02]: Hopefully.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like they better.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like to kind of teasing like this is just going to be a straight, slobber knocker type match, right?
- 52:00[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_06]: Which I don't know if that sets off my angle or not, but like I'm going to try and like keep that away unless it actually happens.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to try to just enjoy the match because it's going to ruin it for me otherwise.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so we'll see how that is, so the color kind of, a lot of questions going into the show in terms of attendance and like,
- 52:20[SPEAKER_02]: Are they going to do something stupid and to screw up the very good looking, uh, that's something they're very good looking back on the show.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so we turned over to all Japan progressing for exciting series on February 23rd, uh, an oldest city general gymnasium for in front of 2,237 fans and Paul.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_02]: That's actually a pretty good number, uh, given how many times we've had 10 tablespoons of June set over the last like year or so, right?
- 52:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, that's definitely not a fresh match on the slightest.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_02]: Are running, having a towel is adding to this attendance using no, okay.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_06]: So while I'm a maybe, I don't think you're the free one.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_02]: No, I don't think so at this point.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_02]: So we saw it with time.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_02]: Right, you keep on dead defeating.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_02]: Hope we're talking more in 828 with the final events.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, this was a good opener.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_02]: And it's a lot of fun.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_06]: I definitely did raise my feeling that, like, Omore might be on the way out.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_06]: He just, like, you know, like, just gets pinned in the opener on the show.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_06]: It's just like, I don't know.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_06]: Like, people are leaving his fight.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_06]: Like, we've talked about this a couple.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_06]: We talked about this already, but like, I don't know.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_06]: I definitely didn't make me think any less that he's leaving.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_02]: I, uh, you know, it was like, are they gonna do it?
- 53:45[SPEAKER_02]: there was no angle on the show where you may have he comes out and they required two numbers to join the chamber carnival or anything like that.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_02]: I should add because I had said that that was possible although they very changed these lineups as a story line or anything like that in these tournaments.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, it is one of them.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, no mention of you, Maia, Yagi, at all, and you know, yeah, yeah.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then, um,
- 54:12[SPEAKER_02]: We then had Atsuki Ouyaki, Rising Hayato, Yuma Anzai defeating Rio in a way, Kanko Machino, and Fuminori Abe, in 1020 with the Gimuit from Anzai on Abe, and this was another solid little six-man attack match that really got the show off to a good start.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, this was really good.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_06]: Again, I'm really curious on the Anzai's rendez-a-champing carnival.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_06]: Again, I don't really know what it's going to look like until we know what the blocks look like.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_02]: And we don't know the blocks here.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_02]: We're not reveal on the show.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_02]: Garrett, the championship.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_02]: Kumorashi defeated Dysuke Sekamoto in 13 or two with the diving cent on.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_02]: So Sekamoto fails on its first defense and Kumor is the 33rd champion of this most illustrious belt.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: Now this is great match.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I kind of expected it was going to be pretty good.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_02]: Kuma really worked hard here and look, sick about it's still good enough that he can deliver on match like this.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: You know, quick 13 minute match where they just hit each other really hard to throw each other around.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_02]: So it was a lot of fun and really good.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_02]: But Paul, here's my issue with it.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_02]: Sick buttering any defenses.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_02]: of this title and this rain.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_02]: So what was the point of having a psychomoto be this chino because you could say psychomoto is a bigger name than a chino but Kuma rushed over coming a chino to win that TV title would have meant more given the history of both of those guys.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_06]: That is actually very true.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_06]: I hadn't even considered that.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, I guess maybe it's to like, if she, you know, if a sheena wasn't going to be in a champion carnival, it would have been weird to leave him out as champion.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_06]: It's like the only reason I can see that, but no, that actually would have been a way better story would have been, yeah, Kuma Arashi, overcoming like, shataroshino, like his format acting part, like his former like stable leader for like,
- 56:07[SPEAKER_06]: They did, they have, yeah, yeah, they have years of history, so yeah, that would have been a way better story.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_06]: I did like the match.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_06]: I love that, like we do a link like torture acts.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that was, I doubt you that was the best spot on the entire show.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_02]: Excuse me, Paul, this is Japan, their Argentine backbreakers.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_06]: Let us do, yeah, they were, yes, you're right.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_06]: They were doing Argentina back, right, yes.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_02]: So, I mean, that's a good sign for Kuma.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about some more later.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_02]: Ray said was a return match.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_02]: Ray said a Mr. Settown who he dois said you're a Settown for whatever reason.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_02]: McConaughey.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_02]: He defeated Goshi Ozaki Chotaris, you know Zion and Odyssey in the 1141 when now Ray pinned Zion with the eyes bind.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_02]: Now Paul, I just think that this makes like obviously Ray is an upper midcarder basically, but this does make
- 57:08[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, also the guy like traditionally with like guys losing their return match and Japan as well.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so they don't do that anymore.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_02]: That's a lot less common these days than that.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_06]: That is true.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_06]: That is true.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_06]: Because I'm trying to think when like the last time that really happened was, but yeah, you might be right.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_06]: That that's kind of a thing that quietly dropped.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, also curious that like Zion is the one that took to pin here.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they're clearly protecting Odyssey for reasons of probably the champion carnival.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_06]: But that's the thing, this one guy in that team that isn't in the champion carnival.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yes of course.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_06]: You know, like I don't know much of like the foot like, you know.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_02]: Well, dare I say that Zan and Ray might be in the same block.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yes, so that's I really get to the end back.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_06]: I think that makes sense.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_02]: Next up in the Zenichi Junior Tank Festival round one, Dan Tamer and Hikar Satter defeated Kota Saka Fuda and to Saka Fuda in 1548 with the cross-arm breaker from Sadol and Saka Fuda.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: And Pa, it's just funny because nobody liked this match.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_02]: No, because it's so funny because they brought out the barbed wire boards, but then it kind of saddle gets the wood with just an arc breaker crossbar.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_02]: And then we think like that, it's a shame because I like Sekafuda and Sekuda is technically a good wrestler, but they decided just to death match it up.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, it's new from the Honest New Death Back Trimotion die instead of having a good wrestling match.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_06]: So that means Sekafuda isn't even a death match guy.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: No, he's not, right.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, again, like it was so weird that they did that, and it didn't really factor into the match, really at all.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it was fucking weird.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_06]: It was a fucking weird as I don't know what they were trying to boo.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_02]: For all, we know Sadok came up with this idea, because he can be weird.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I, this felt like very much like a thing, Sadok came up with.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, and then another, uh, tag festival match.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_02]: Second year, Shioke and you just assume a, Susumu defeated Musashi and sort of confusing 1552 with a nittin' a true, uh, from Yoshioke on Musashi and Paul.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_02]: We have some good things to say about a match feature in you.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_02]: It's a summa.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_02]: Susumu somehow was really good.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that Kofuji also stepped up here playing the role of the young guy.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: And then, of course, you have the whole finish where, uh,
- 59:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's been Yoshiyoka and Usashi and Yoshiyoka wins by using Usashi's move on to him.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: So this is going anywhere.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_02]: I suspect, right?
- 59:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah, this was very good and exceeded my expectations.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_02]: So I will stick on the whole if you sort of take into account the death match fart.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't enjoyed this tournament so far.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, I also have to say like you as a sumo like I think he was the weakest of the foreign match, but he didn't drag it down like he was fun like and yeah, I think I you know what I can kind of loving the like Yoshio Kamusashi feud like I'm still kind of sad that this split that team up because
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_06]: I really enjoyed them, but I think at least, you know, like I think there's something there, like it gives both of them something to do as well.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_06]: And again, like I think they're both like showing an edge, which is something that's promotion kind of like has been lacking, like in like recent times.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_06]: Like they need guys that show an edge, which I think these two definitely are in this feud, where they're just constantly shit talking each other as well.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_06]: And yeah, like I think
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_02]: This is what like, uh, banned wolf versus our, sorry, a bane and, uh, all a hundred versus wolf infusion where it needs.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, that's not an important thing.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_06]: No shit talking in that one.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's weird because they're like brothers, you.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_06]: So you would think that there would be more hate, but yeah.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and these guys were teeming for like what like a year and they're basically treating it like they've been teeming for like 15.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're like great friends or something.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I wonder if there's more in their past that have to look it up because you know, your shiitka was like a kind of a freelancer for a bit.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_02]: Always worked out when he was in Russell one.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_02]: Wait, he's not even a restaurant.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_02]: Hi, he's it to Jerry guy, right?
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he was a tejeri guy and then he went to Vesavon, yeah, and then yes, I mean, they're passing across a lot more than I'd have to look it up.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, so send me me to vent for the world tank team titles, Renai Abay and Talos, if you'd see woman in the deck, he's Suzuki in 1608, with a death roulette from Abay on Suzuki to make your second defense to the totems.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, I'll say that this was not like a great match, but it certainly wasn't as bad as it could have been, especially given how
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_02]: Suam and Hadecki Suzuki sort of shit that bad as a tag team when they were last together as a tag team, but this was solid enough and Hadecki did the right thing by lying down for the death through the leg from my out again.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll give this a nice little like, you know, like thumbs up like three and a quarter, three and a half.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_02]: You know, but like solid.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, I think kind of the best you could expect from when you've got Ryan and Talos in against these older guys.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_06]: I think so far the tightness of calamity rain has been solid.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_06]: Again, I'm not expecting match of the year bangers from them, because that's just not either of them is.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_06]: But I just expect their matches to not be boring and they haven't been.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_06]: They've all lived there.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_06]: Generally being like really good like solid matches like don't overstay that will come either Like you just you know like 60 minutes.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_06]: I think that's perfect for like a title match like you don't need to go longer than that with these guys
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_06]: Exactly, so like again, I think they've been booking that perfectly.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_06]: Also, I just really quickly looked it up at least in terms of like both of them being in the same match.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_06]: The first time Musashi and Yoshiyoka were in the same match was like in 2024.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_06]: It was like both of them teaming with Fuminori Abe on like an older Pancho.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_06]: And at the only time they didn't have him.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_06]: They still made it like stick to heat as few between, yes, when really they've only been attacking with each other for like under under well basically just exactly like two years at this point.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then after the match, Ray came out and what do you think that I'm going right to what everyone was expecting was going to happen.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_06]: I thought they would hold off until after the carnival.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I mean, I kind of get it, but I don't know.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_06]: I thought we could have gotten at least like one more like title defense for the Titans, but.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, so you're you're you're like on the like totally like they're the titles are winning.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like you don't think they're winning.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's why what I think it's going to go right back here.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_06]: It's like this.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: No, here's what I think Titans win, because this is a court.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_02]: have a rematch in July when they usually go to Sendai and that's where the site is when.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, oh, right.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're not setting the world on fire, but they're working for what they're supposed to be.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_02]: And I keep it on them for a few more months.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_06]: And then yeah, I mean, I can kind of see that if they do like the bake show in Sendai, they need something to put on that.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_06]: And yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_06]: I think you know what I can see that because I don't like I hadn't really considered that otherwise I would have to be like, well, I mean, disciples are back.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_06]: So you did just go back to them as champions.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, if you want to do that, like if you want to tease it out a little bit more and then do it in Sendai, think that does make more sense.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_02]: Also, because like March will be the last offense until after the carnival.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, maybe by then you may Ayoyagi will be back and you run business tag versus the Titan.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I also want you if they could get out of them.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_06]: or you do like the, but the fuck was the like, you, uh, the two, you might like, oh, you are the two humans.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_06]: How do I came from it?
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_06]: I just called them you must wear it.
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm just gonna go back there.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_06]: If they're back, but I don't know, like I, I, I am feel, I don't know.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_06]: I, again, I don't really have a good feeling of what the fuck is going on with you.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_06]: My, oh, yeah, I'm here right now.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I will be sure he is actually coming back.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_02]: Um, who really cares?
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, no, I mean, I think, well, it's funny because there was a time where I'm like, okay, obviously Kento is very important and losing him would be, would fuck them.
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_02]: But, and that, but there was also a time where it's like,
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_02]: losing Yuma but even fuck them longer term.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't believe that younger.
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, because no, you have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly right.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know where he would necessarily go because he's not where position we're like he's only a year older than Osawa, so would know a push hand or they just prefer to push their dojo guys, right?
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, for all we know, New Japan might need them.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, he is tall enough, right?
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_06]: Like he's tall enough to go to New Japan.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, maybe he would get to do a bunch of comedy stuff, yeah.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, um, like, uh, so like zero one.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_06]: Oh god.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_06]: He would love to do that, but it's probably he tells that to like whoever books he or one and they would tell him to fuck off.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_02]: And then in the main event of the show, can't you tell me a hard if you did June set or in 2732 with the shutdown during suitplugs to make his fifth defense of the triple crown.
- 1:07:00[SPEAKER_02]: I thought this was a pretty good match.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_02]: It's just been overdone and it was also formulaic, but I think June is becoming a better singles wrestler.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_02]: I said that from like the last couple of matches he had in his triple crown reign and then there was the match against go that I thought was very good and I thought he looked very good here.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_02]: It was just formulaic from Kento's side and we've seen it too much, but it was like I solid enough match and it did what it needed to do.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know Paul what did you think?
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's what I thought as well.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_06]: It's like, it kind of almost felt like them playing the hits essentially.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I mean, there's nobody better at like a closing sequence than can't do me a horror.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_06]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_06]: And...
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_06]: I think that really elevated the match for me still.
- 1:07:46[SPEAKER_06]: Like it was still a good, like it wasn't a great match.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_06]: It's not a match that's gonna be anywhere near my match of the year.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_06]: It's at the end of the year.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:07:56[SPEAKER_06]: But it definitely, it was better than like the title match it did last year.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_06]: Or around the same time last year, like early last year.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_06]: This was better than that.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_06]: Because that again, I think it's still like that was a weirdly bad match.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_06]: I think that was just a weird one where like it just seemed like both members off the game.
- 1:08:25[SPEAKER_06]: And like this definitely wasn't that.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_06]: This was like a good match, not a great match.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_06]: And for a little bit in there, like I think it dragged a little bit around the middle, but then the fucking finishing sequence was good enough at the very end.
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is just like I think a somewhat of a filler defense and somewhat of I like, okay, June's gonna leave a main event single scene for a while now.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, and if you call this a filetidal defense and get to the next title defense.
- 1:08:52[SPEAKER_02]: Well, see, this is funny.
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think we might disagree about this.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_02]: So who comes out, but Comarashi carrying the gay or tv championship, he challenged and they'll face each other later this month to hatch the OG arena, which is that arena like the western edges of Tokyo.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, I saw your response in the course of Russian discord.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think we're going to disagree on this.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_02]: So you go first.
- 1:09:18[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so what I said, basically, I think, like I think like literally the day before, I had called Sawya and condo, challenging Naito and Bushi for like the not attack titles.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_06]: the most like filler title defense possible.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_06]: And then Kuma Rashi comes out to challenge Kento for a trip across and I was like okay no actually you know what this is the most filler title defense possible because like to me a filler title defense is any title defense where the other guy just like doesn't have a fucking lick inhale to like
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_06]: win the match.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_06]: And to me, this is one of those matches.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think Kuma Rashi, like the only way Kuma Rashi wins this match is like Ken took its injured and they have to call the match and like Kuma Rashi wins.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_06]: That is, I think, the only way he has a chance to win this title.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_06]: And that's why, to me, this is like, like, I think he literally has, like, again, a zero percent, like, barring an injury, he has a zero percent chance to win.
- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_06]: And I guess you disagree with that, or do you think, oh, no, I just, I think it's great that they're giving him this chance.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_02]: They built him up very well over several, a couple of months, not super long, but a couple of months, which I feel like,
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_02]: this company doesn't always do.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_02]: I somewhat almost want to say is this go planning things out more carefully because the the midcard feels a little more airfully booked.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what you get that sort of vibe.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, no.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it definitely seems like they're putting a more effort there.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_06]: Well, like it's not a slap dash.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_06]: And again, I think this also like notable like
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_02]: less comedy now than they used to be like that then there was this time last year like this dude some comedy but it's not as overwhelming as it was which again seems to point that there's somebody else in charge of like booking all of that yeah uh so i show whoever it booked kuma rashi did a great job in getting and elevating him because like oh he's getting more and more singles wins and everything like that and okay well he won the title and i was like well i wasn't shocked that he beat
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_02]: but I was not like as shocked as I was when he came out to silence Kento to be completely honest.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it's good that they're just going and getting new guys in there in that main event.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_02]: That's what the desperately need.
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_02]: So I will take it.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_02]: It almost been working hard.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_02]: Kento is Kento.
- 1:11:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think they're going to have a great night.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I can, I, okay, feels weird that I have to be the one that like put some water on like a kuma rashi match because generally I am like his biggest defender, but I, I've never seen him as a guy that should be like in the like, you know, like triple crown like sphere basically.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_06]: Like, I perfectly, I was like, oh no, it's perfect for him to win the gay or a TV type.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_06]: I think that's like a great idea.
- 1:12:16[SPEAKER_06]: That's exactly what he should be doing.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_06]: I just don't know if like triple crown fields just to step too high for him.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, maybe he will deliver in the match.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_06]: I'm just like, I'm just not sure if that's really like where he should be, essentially.
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'd also assume on that show or on the core, I can show where we get the champ and carnival blocks and everything like that.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, kind of, because like, when else are we going to get the?
- 1:12:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_02]: So let's go to previews because we've got to show an algebra for this Sunday March 8th.
- 1:12:49[SPEAKER_02]: And this is going to be the final new age chronicles that with the Z final show.
- 1:12:57[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's also that would actually, which is good.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think it's only an excuse, but still it's good.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_02]: So your first match, we have Dan Tamar and Nubohiko Camara, versus Rio in a way in Guyahox, who is now partnerless since June months, okay, right now, 15,000 nights.
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_06]: I'm still a bad foot that they signed Masa Oka instead of Guyahox.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_06]: I just think Guyahox is just the better guy between them, but I don't know.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_02]: Second match, we've got Hulcuto Amari versus Joe Shinbachi.
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, interesting to like see a Jero match outside of like Dragon Gate, which I don't Yeah, I mean, he's done before, but Ho Kucho after having a nice outing against Honda's back to fourth.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, chart, if he loses to Jero Shampaashi, will you admit that he's probably leaving the promotion?
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, I'll do that.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that is like a safe bet on your end, but still, I feel like, I think that is to such a 100% that if you literally lose as to like, the fucking like comedy drama from Drake, you can't.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's a third match for a three way match.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_02]: We have Sacred Touchy Bon app versus Charlotte from Fuji versus Odyssey, and he's gonna stack him, obviously.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_02]: So that is all about fourth match, special tag match.
- 1:14:14[SPEAKER_02]: 20 minutes, right now, I'll be in Dallas versus Mochizuki Jr. and Kazuma Kamara.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, hey, again, like, I hope much is a good journey on just, you know, goes through here because yeah, we can walk all the dry and gaited.
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, um, well, I mean, I want them to win the egg first of the whole tournament.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:14:38[SPEAKER_02]: And then the main event, this is basically the six-man tag match of all the big Duage Chronicles guys that they have, raise it rising high act to the race side of and if you honda versus asky, oh, y'know, sorry, asky, oh, y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all y'all
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, do you think that they did that Co-Fuji still in his young boy Jarber Stager?
- 1:15:13[SPEAKER_02]: Can he beat me Zada?
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_06]: I have, if he has chance of beating anybody, it's Masada, right?
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_06]: Because it's not even, okay, who actually would he be more likely to beat?
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_06]: Would it be Masada or completely entirely unrelated wrestler's senior side, though?
- 1:15:32[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, we'll be senior side, though.
- 1:15:34[SPEAKER_06]: That's the thing, right?
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_06]: Like Felix, he has to get a chance of feeding Thinus later than Masad.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_02]: That's true, yes.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if we'll see about that then.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_02]: This is not in order, this is just listed on site.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_02]: So triple crown pulmonary six man tag match, can't tell me a higher rakey-honda and you my hand-sciverses.
- 1:15:55[SPEAKER_02]: Kupo Rashi, Daisuke Sikamoto and Sikotachi Bonna, that could be a banger.
- 1:16:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good preview match.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_02]: We've got an eight man tag badge that I don't know how this is going to go.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, have you seen this card because you're not going to like this?
- 1:16:09[SPEAKER_06]: No, what's the match?
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_02]: So we got Go Shiozaki, Shotaro, you know, Zion and Odyssey versus Homer, Neruki Doye, Kota Sekafuda, and Toshiyuki Sakuda.
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_02]: But the fuck?
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, who the fuck book this much?
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so we have the semifinals of the Zenith Jr.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_02]: Tank Festival.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_02]: Asky-O-Yagi vs.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_02]: Rising Hayato vs.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, did I say vs. Asky-O-Yagi and Rising Hayato vs. Seki Ashiyoka and Yuyasusumu.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, I feel like, me,
- 1:16:46[SPEAKER_02]: You know, she, okay, feels like he's got to run back to him, but I think getting that big win over, we saw she with, we saw she's on finisher.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_02]: That's good enough for this tournament.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_02]: I would.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, no, you're, no, your ace is going over here.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_06]: No, absolutely.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_06]: Like, you use a few more seeding dependence match.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_06]: I, like, I don't even know which of them is pinning him, but like, he's definitely getting pinned.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then in the other semi-final that Dan Tamer and her car sideovers is real in a way in which as you can Junior hopefully everyone brings their seriousness because this could be a good match and Look, well, I've already said we I made it known who I want to win here Yeah, I mean the semi-final hot potato to like the finals of this tournament again like it felt like they were like the
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_02]: a team that did stuff like a few years ago now, you can't rule it out, or like a special visit just reformed evolution.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but yeah, I don't know.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_02]: Pin shadow here, I think.
- 1:17:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean that that's the thing with like I think that's also like last time they were relevant shadow was a lot better than he is now.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I don't it was like good to be 46 this year.
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, God, Jesus.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so we'll see about that.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_02]: I, yeah, I can't, I'm not like, I put money on in a way and in multi junior here.
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I can't do that.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_06]: Um, but I'm really happy because it's anyway, right?
- 1:18:09[SPEAKER_06]: Like, that's the problem here.
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_06]: Like, if it was to multi junior teaming with somebody else, I would definitely be like, oh, that they're going to the finals, but like, yeah.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_06]: I want to put a hand rule on me, you know, you're getting a hint, yeah.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_06]: You got a lot of drag and gay guys on these two shows coming up too, so I feel like, yeah, you know, I mean, that definitely seems like a strong, again, not to harp on like something I said earlier, that makes like Team 2,000 X coming in even weirder because Noah is not the promotion that drag and gayed currently has a close relationship with,
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's all Japan, but yeah, I don't know, it's actually interesting with sorry just for quick as well on that because with the whole carnival thing and me saying like last time that I think Ikuta has a chance because he's going to lose the like dream gate to Yoshiyoka.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_06]: But turns out he didn't lose the dream gate to Yoshioka.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, so he's going to go into the carnival asked champion, which I think basically rules him out as the winner.
- 1:19:12[SPEAKER_06]: But also makes it really fucking complicated, like because he can't really take that many pictures.
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_02]: He's either going to the finals or he's like going to be eliminated on the last night.
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_02]: Go versus Kakuto, like that would be a good.
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_06]: Actually, you know what, both are like, you know what?
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_06]: Now I can definitely, because both are Larry at guys.
- 1:19:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:19:38[SPEAKER_06]: And that's like a super fresh match as well.
- 1:19:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, oh, God, it'd be amazing.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_06]: So, but yeah, he basically, my whole idea of him, my whole idea of him winning, and then winning the trouble crown is out the fucking window of the QC.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_06]: He didn't lose the crowd, he didn't lose the bell to the guy they're very obviously built up for him to lose the bell too.
- 1:19:59[SPEAKER_06]: So, again, dragon gate-pocking is like, doesn't make any fucking sense.
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_02]: And then the main event for the World Tag Team Championship,
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_02]: uh... ran out of the accounts the titans of clammy uh... defend their titles for the third time against the set of brothers june center and race that i we already said this i think i don't know i mean i would not be shocked at all if june and rade win the titles here but i just think you can string this along a little longer especially with the carnival coming up just have them retain and then have the set is winning sunday later in the summer yeah
- 1:20:33[SPEAKER_06]: No, I mean, again, like I was fully on the train of like, as I just had to start just going to win a bag, but like, I've really talked me into like, it makes more sense to hold off until Sunday, because then, because it's like, otherwise you just have like a sighted, or like, tighter defense on that, which probably might still draw well, but like having to draw be like, oh, they're actually, they're finally going to win back those belts.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's a much better draw for them to do in Sunday.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_06]: And especially since they haven't held the belts and like, a bit now.
- 1:21:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, not long, but like, by the end, if it's been a while, yeah.
- 1:21:08[SPEAKER_02]: So, Paul, this, uh, I was like, what is what is the show going to do, but Paul, the pre sales are looking pretty good.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_02]: We got the, there's five sections.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_02]: I've got the premium seats in the special ringsides, both sold out, and then all the other sections are in the triangle on lawsuit.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_06]: So,
- 1:21:30[SPEAKER_02]: No, this is the, this is the Titans of Clambi and bigger drop in your system.
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay.
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_06]: Sorry.
- 1:21:36[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, it's that much.
- 1:21:36[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_06]: Everyone.
- 1:21:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_06]: That is a, yeah.
- 1:21:41[SPEAKER_06]: That is a caracan though.
- 1:21:42[SPEAKER_06]: So it's a small ability.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_02]: But they'll break a thousand when you have that kind of presales.
- 1:21:47[SPEAKER_02]: No problem.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then we go to March 20th and I was also concerned because this is the bigger show technically with the triple crown.
- 1:22:04[SPEAKER_02]: So I wasn't going to share that was going to cannibalize it, even though it's way, way, way on the other edge of Tokyo.
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_02]: two titans of clandies versus the cytoprothers singles matches, which when I saw this was like, ooh, it feels like this feud might be getting strong out a little longer.
- 1:22:36[SPEAKER_02]: Don't you think?
- 1:22:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_06]: I think that definitely would be an indicator that it is actually being strong out a bit more.
- 1:22:43[SPEAKER_06]: That is true.
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_02]: So we have talos versus June cyto and Renai Abe versus Ray cyto, which I probably think is the most ideal way to distribute that.
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let them up.
- 1:22:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:56[SPEAKER_02]: And then, of course, we have the Juni tag finals.
- 1:22:58[SPEAKER_02]: Go Mochizuki in anyway on that show.
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_02]: And let's just do a quick ticket look because I haven't done this yet.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_02]: This is the 320 show.
- 1:23:07[SPEAKER_02]: So six sections, all the little triangle.
- 1:23:12[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that's not bad.
- 1:23:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because they have more expensive than usual premium seats.
- 1:23:18[SPEAKER_02]: Usually the premium seats are like one or 2015,000.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_02]: And the premium seats for the short 20,000.
- 1:23:24[SPEAKER_06]: And you're still two weeks out from the show as well.
- 1:23:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:23:28[SPEAKER_06]: So that's not bad.
- 1:23:29[SPEAKER_06]: I would say.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:23:31[SPEAKER_06]: And I mean, will this, will this, I mean, I was like saying that, but like will this actually outsell the like, no, like,
- 1:23:43[SPEAKER_02]: that builds it up.
- 1:23:45[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, because again, they have a, they still have two more weeks to sell tickets for the show where it's no one needs like a big uptake and like for this.
- 1:23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Right, and they haven't done the final angles going into the show.
- 1:23:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:23:58[SPEAKER_02]: On the, so, and then the very next year on March 21st, they're in Guna, uh,
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_02]: And this is the Yuma Anzai Homecoming Show.
- 1:24:10[SPEAKER_02]: Is it Advertite's old?
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's on the poster, it's just him.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:24:15[SPEAKER_02]: And what I assume is going to be the main event because there's only two matches here listed.
- 1:24:18[SPEAKER_02]: We have Yuma Anzai, Ryuki Honda, and Eski Aoyagi versus Kenton Miyahara, Dekis Suzuki and Rising Hado.
- 1:24:26[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that's going to be really good.
- 1:24:28[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, that's amazing.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_02]: Look at at least 15.
- 1:24:32[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and, uh, set of brothers versus havoc, which could also mean that go in Chotaro, Chino, or Zine and Odyssey are going to challenge them next to as well, you never know.
- 1:24:42[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, it's decided when the title back.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:24:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so June, set of race, set of and senior, set of and, um, Makoto Oishi, because maybe, uh, and Ruki Dori is on a Dringy show that day versus go, Chotaro, Chino, Zine and Odyssey.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_02]: And that's all that's been announced for that Goon Mishow.
- 1:25:03[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, that being a bit of that show, I think, will be pretty good.
- 1:25:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:25:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:25:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then, and I'm looking at the ticket sales for the Goon Mishow, and it looks like six sections, the top four acts out, and then like the, you know, the bleachers, those bleeds are triengled.
- 1:25:21[SPEAKER_02]: So, and size a draw in Goon Mishow.
- 1:25:24[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:25:24[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, also notable that like, at ski and like rising higher to an on like opposite sides, like that would indicate to me that like, they're not winning the tournament.
- 1:25:35[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 1:25:35[SPEAKER_06]: Like, because like, I would assume whoever wins is also going to win the belts.
- 1:25:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, we don't know when that's going to happen, though.
- 1:25:41[SPEAKER_06]: That's true.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_06]: But then, I don't know, like, I at the very latest, I would say, like, they're like, opener of the carnival.
- 1:25:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, like the latest, I would put on that.
- 1:25:50[SPEAKER_06]: Well, but then again,
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think it could be in Dragon Gate though because it's going to be father versus son possibly that's true as well When is the big like when is when is the cage match show?
- 1:26:07[SPEAKER_06]: Let me double check on that actually real quick I mean the fingers like the next big Dragon Gate show is not until the 26th though of April okay
- 1:26:19[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if they have a hurricane before, I mean, probably they have a hurricane before that.
- 1:26:24[SPEAKER_06]: But like the whole cage match, like show and everything, that's on the 26th of April, which wait a minute, isn't that yet a, yeah, wait a minute, because we had that problem last year.
- 1:26:36[SPEAKER_06]: Well, like, Kikuta is in that match.
- 1:26:39[SPEAKER_06]: Kikuta is in the cage match yet again.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_06]: We had that problem last year.
- 1:26:43[SPEAKER_06]: Well, remember, when he basically turned
- 1:26:48[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's right.
- 1:26:49[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, I forgot about that so like that that's the case this year again, where he's in that cage match yet again So I don't know like me there is a chance you get his head shave.
- 1:27:00[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's unlikely, but it's possible
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we'll we'll see what happens again more crazy book and with dragon gate booking that's affecting.
- 1:27:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'll prepare maybe we'll see.
- 1:27:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, he will still be dreamgate champion.
- 1:27:14[SPEAKER_06]: Like I don't think he has any title defense as before that.
- 1:27:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the fun tournament starts.
- 1:27:19[SPEAKER_02]: And so we're just on a attendance or the ticket buying kick for a set of the Cardinals moving well.
- 1:27:25[SPEAKER_02]: The premium seats are sold out.
- 1:27:27[SPEAKER_02]: There's a couple of triangles up and already in some of the other sections.
- 1:27:29[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that will do well because we're still over a month away from that.
- 1:27:33[SPEAKER_06]: Which, honestly, that's a really good sign because historically, that show has sold like shit.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_06]: Right, like weirdly, like opening night of the carnival has not sold well for like years at this point.
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_06]: Like, because I remember people always freak out where it's like, because it's like, when a lot of people pay attention to all Japan is like the opening night of the carnival.
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, it's like the summer of the next day.
- 1:27:55[SPEAKER_06]: It's probably about that number.
- 1:27:57[SPEAKER_02]: could also be a case that the card is not spectacular when they finally announce it and then no one else buys tickets in advance.
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_06]: There's no work up yet.
- 1:28:05[SPEAKER_06]: It might be the thing as well.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that could also happen, but it's very popular.
- 1:28:10[SPEAKER_02]: They want to stack the good.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_02]: They could probably do well if they can stack that person.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_02]: So that is it.
- 1:28:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think that I am getting a little frustrated
- 1:28:27[SPEAKER_02]: And I am cautiously optimistic in those opinions direction.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_02]: I guess that's how I set up my feelings on everything.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, I definitely am enjoying like Kentus Rain, so yeah, I think again, I think for me it very highly depends how the like carnival blocks pressure shake out, you know, because just looking at that roster, I don't know like I think there is a way to get to two good blocks even with like the like lineup, but it could also very well be that they just stack one block and we get one really, really, really bad block, but yeah, let's see which way they go for that.
- 1:29:04[SPEAKER_02]: All right, then.
- 1:29:06[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll be back soon, probably to talk about this big Noah show and then we've got some occupants to have to tie this over so that these are moving again and we can get to us, you know, a fairly regular schedule of every other week.
- 1:29:17[SPEAKER_02]: I think for the next little while because then we got the the social march.
- 1:29:21[SPEAKER_02]: Then of course, the championship carnival starts.
- 1:29:23[SPEAKER_02]: So there'll be plenty to talk about.
- 1:29:25[SPEAKER_02]: So until then, enjoy all the wrestling out there.
- 1:29:27[SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
