Speaker 2: You know, I learned how to how to lead and
• 0:34
Speaker 2: I'm still learning how to do that, but the lessons

Speaker 2: that university and those people there.

• 0:44
Speaker 1: You talk about just what in NIL has done for
• 0:48
Speaker 1: individual brands, but also the options of playing in a
• 0:51
Speaker 1: league like unrivaled, you know, going overseas to supplement the
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: income for the w n b A. What can you
• 0:57
Speaker 1: say about that process of your decision to stay in
• 1:00
Speaker 1: school and fore go going into the WBA draft.
• 1:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, it's a blessing that women have all
• 1:05
Speaker 2: of these options. You know, it's just it allows us
• 1:09
Speaker 2: to be more controlling over our lives and what we're
• 1:12
Speaker 2: able to do. Very fortunate I had this extra year.
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: You know.
• 1:16
Speaker 2: My ultimate goal was to come back from a tough
• 1:19
Speaker 2: ACL injury and take that extra year and just build
• 1:22
Speaker 2: my body, build my confidence before I actually go pro.
• 1:26
Speaker 2: So it's a blessing that I had that option, and
• 1:28
Speaker 2: I'm very grateful for my decision and my peace with everything.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: The well, you came here tonight, uh to make that decision,

• 2:17
Speaker 1: it's a warning background. What are you looking forward to
• 2:20
Speaker 1: and what led you to this decision?
• 2:22
Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, coach Mark Campbell is one of the
• 2:24
Speaker 2: greatest in the game. He has a very direct plan
• 2:27
Speaker 2: for me and for our team. You know, I'm in
• 2:30
Speaker 2: those conversations, So I just need people to trust me
• 2:32
Speaker 2: on this. He's one of the greatest, and I just
• 2:35
Speaker 2: want to be a pro without being a pro every
• 2:37
Speaker 2: day on campus. I want to act and and you know,
• 2:41
Speaker 2: be the way a pro would be. So I'm you know,
• 2:43
Speaker 2: prepared when I do actually go to the league. So
• 2:46
Speaker 2: this will be an amazing opportunity for me. I'm so grateful,
• 2:49
Speaker 2: so excited to have this opportunity, and I thank those
• 2:52
Speaker 2: who support me through this. And I know it's been
• 2:54
Speaker 2: hard for everyone, but I really do think my supporters
• 2:56
Speaker 2: who have you know, had my back since day one.
• 2:58
