- 0:00SPEAKER_00: All right, hi guys, welcome back to a new season and our first episode in this new season of No More Yes Girls, where we, your hosts, Vivian and Viennae, talk about our healing journeys.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: Hello, hello.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Welcome back.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Yes, we are back.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: And honestly, it feels so good being back now and um sitting here and talk about our much needed break.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Um but to be honest with you, I think we needed to do this break in order for us to miss this, if that makes sense.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: But but you know what?
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: We also I think we also needed it um for growth.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: I think every time you need a break, it's because you're in a transition and you're growing.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: So yeah, and it's it's very important to take those the little breaks and say, hey, it's okay, I'll come back, but always come back stronger.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I feel like growth also because becomes much more meaningful when you're living.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: And um just living your life in the present moment in general.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Well, we took the summer off as you guys know.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Um, and no, it wasn't because we were giving up, and no, it wasn't because we didn't run out of things to say.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was basically it was basically more our minds.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: We just needed to turn off our minds.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: We needed to actually live in the present moment.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: I mean, um personally for me, it was more traveling.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Wanted to get out of the routine and again back to um living the present moment.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: And honestly, I needed it.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Well, I needed it, I'm sure my sister needed it too, to for our nervous system.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: And it was just much needed rest, much, much needed rest.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: I know for me it was uh spending time with my kids um because they're used to you know me being available all the time.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: But I was just I had so much, so much going on.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: And um, like I mentioned before, and if you didn't know, I do have a uh business.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: So um that's a side of homeschooling and a side of you know um my taking care of my home or my family.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I I needed that very much to to focus on them and spend quality time and with my family and and do things and just you know get my mind cleared and and set of what was needed.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I did miss, I miss getting together and you know, our conversations and you know, it helps, it helps a lot.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: I think that kind of brings me back into a topic where so many of us have been taught that if we're not constantly producing, we're failing or falling behind.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Um, if we're not posting, or if we're not building, or if we're not working, doing somehow we're failing.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Um, but that's ultimately what the summer pretty much taught taught me personally.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: And rest, I feel like rest isn't the opposite of growth.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Again, going back to growth, I think that's where growth happens when we're actually resting and living and and listening to what our body needs, listening to um how we come, how we can become better, just living in the moment without social media.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't know if you guys also follow me on social media too.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: There was a moment where I completely stopped posting, or I completely just turn off the whole social media brain platform creating or creator brain.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and again, because it's also spending time with my loved ones um in every area.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: I mean, I live in Texas, but we my partner's family is in Chicago, so we got to go and see them over there and spend some time over there.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Um, my family, we just got back from California, got to spend time with my family as well, got to see everybody, and then we also took international trips in between and hung out with um or took international trips when we came back, hung out with our community that we have here, our friends and other family members that we have here too.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So it was it was just living in the present moment and not thinking about tomorrow, not thinking what's gonna happen, not stressing, um, actually spending quality time with the people that we love.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: And I just want to say that I'm so proud of you, sister, because I know for you it was hard to step back.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Um, I know you called me a couple of times, the times that I did talk to you because we were just kind of like doing our own thing, but um, you know, because you didn't know, you just wanted to keep going, going, and going.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: And it's like, no, you you can't.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: And I told you it's okay.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: It's okay to take that step.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: It's okay, you need it.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: You know, and I'm proud of you because you did do that the whole month of July.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: You were just like, M I A.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And um, no, and and and that was good because I knew that you needed it.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: You know, you need you needed that reset.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: And I'm glad that you know, you stopped posting and you took some some time off.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: And um, we need that essentially.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: Sometimes, you know, I stop posting as well.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Um, even in my other business, I just I said, okay, I need some time off.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: Uh, and and you just we we need it, and it's okay, nothing's gonna happen, we're not gonna lose anything.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And if we do, it's we just come back stronger.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, it was not meant to be with us or in our life, you know, and so um it's it's okay to take to take that time off even in the middle of a storm.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: We sometimes we just need to to just hide and disconnect from everything.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, that was a time where I mean, just even the summer when I completely just went MIA, it was I was battling with myself consistently.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Um, it was a lot of telling myself it's okay, we're safe, we don't need to be in survival mode.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: We're okay to just exist, we're okay to be present.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Um, we don't have to consistently think about what's gonna happen the next day.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Let's just live in the moment, take care of yourself, take care of your body.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: And that's ultimately what I've been doing.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: I've been going on a health journey as well, which I am gonna be um talking about on social media as well.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I actually just decided that I do want to share a lot of or a little bit of my health journey.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: And uh I just started focusing on that.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And um because if I don't if I don't focus on myself, on my health, nobody else is gonna do it for me, and it's just gonna get worse if I don't actually give it the attention it needs.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: I ended up just focusing on that, trying to see what what works for me and aligning, aligning.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: I can't stress it, I can't stress this enough.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Aligning with things that actually work with me and for me, instead of just um buying this, buying that, or investing in this, investing in that, and see if it'll actually work for me or because I want it or because no, I want to, and that's something that I've also been um proactive about is aligning with stuff and things that will work for me or with me.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't matter what it is, it can be products, it can be clothes, it can be social media, it can be whatever work, whatever I'm producing, aligning with everything that just will make me better.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, and and that as well, you know, saying no sometimes um with something that doesn't align with you is okay.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: It's okay.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: You don't need to feel bad about it.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, it's not we need to set that boundary as well, you know.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: No, that that does not align with me, not doing it just because, you know, um talking about in the in uh being a creator, oh, because of the money or because of this.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: It's like for me, honesty begins with oneself, so you gotta be honest with yourself to be able to be honest with everybody else, yeah, for sure.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: And I know sometimes it's cringe, it can be cringe talking about like what you're going through, or I mean, I've heard it and I've seen it on my social media platforms.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't believe you're talking.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Why why would you talk about this or why would you say that?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Or why would you yeah, but it makes me feel better, like after the fact, it makes me feel so much better.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Like, that's if you see on my social media, I have been um realigning and um I have been talking about more openly about some of the struggles that I've been going through, some of the emotions that I have to be processing, or and I say have to because if I don't process them, it's just gonna get worse and it's gonna come out a whole different way or in a whole different area, or it's gonna stay stuck in my nervous system, and that's where a lot of the inflammation, a lot of the weight gain, a lot of other diseases tend to evolve.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: And no, that's what that's what I don't want anymore.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Like I'm I'm done with that.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it makes me feel so much, it makes me feel so much better after talking about everything.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I've I've said this before in the last season, too.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Like for me, talking about it, it doesn't matter with who it is, but just actually verbally saying vocally everything that's going on with me, it helps me.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Maybe for other people it's a different way of a coping mechanism, but for me, that helps me to to succeed in what I am trying to um heal or overcome.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, and and again, um society is not used to honesty.
- 11:30unknown: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: So when you want to be vulnerable, you want to be honest, that's where all the comments come in of why would you want to be talking about that online?
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: It's like, why not?
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: Why would we care what other people think?
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: If we were all honest, yeah, it'd be a different story.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: But it's always the ones who speak with all honesty and are willing to talk about all those taboo topics are the ones that people tend to hate on the most.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: But it's like, what are you hiding?
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: Because I'm open enough to be able to speak my truth.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: So that's it's been a lot of reflecting on that and actually going into that direction on um a lot of my social media platform personally.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: It's been a lot of who am I becoming?
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Question mark.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: That that's who I've been, that's what I've been going back to consistently.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: And that's the question I ask myself all the time, especially now this um past summer, after traveling, after just um being around different cultures and being around other people, people in general.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: See who will um uplift me in general.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: Same thing when I I usually always ask that too.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: I just started asking that when I post, like instead of asking what should I post, because that was that was a question I would ask myself all the time.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And I switched that question to who am I becoming?
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: And it actually gives me much more ideas on what to post instead of asking myself, what should I post.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and and and you're being honest with everybody because it's yourself, you're posted about yourself and about your what you're going through.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and um, and I think that's very important because like I said, you're being honest with yourself.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Granted, it it doesn't I also let go of like the follower, follower count and the view count.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: And um and it's just I'm just exposing a lot of myself and will continue to post a lot of myself, and if it helps other people, great.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: And if it doesn't, then so be it.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Just still sharing my life story.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: And um, well, for me, I mean, I and you know what I think that right now that you were talking about um who you're becoming wanting to know, I think we all there's we tend to to do that as you know, time goes on, and you know, there's different chapters in our life, and you know, we're we're getting older.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: Um, for me, it's the same thing.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Um, my body's changing, so I'm starting to learn more about my body, um, how I can help, what helps, what doesn't help, what I need to do.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: And um it it's it's a lot of um growth physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: So it's just you know, embracing it.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: And I think that's what I've been doing, is just embracing who I'm becoming, um, and just taking it day by day.
- 14:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: And you know, all changes in in and it's just not only, you know, in me and my body, but it's also um in my family.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Um, my daughter, she's finally, you know, in her own little space with her daughter on her own.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: That's different for us.
- 15:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, because she's she's moved out um with my granddaughter, and you know, it's kind of like a shift in like, okay, what's next?
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: Where we're at.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, it's it's a little bit of us now, I feel, I feel like, even though it's just with my daughter, my granddaughter, but still, I mean, from from six, we went down to four.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And so it's just kind of like, okay, what are we focusing on?
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, it's you know, starting a different chapter and um seeing her grow into adulthood and you know, um doing reaching goals.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: She just recently reached one of her goals.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: Um, and so as a single mommy, watching her is amazing.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: I'm so proud of her.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: So that's another feeling where it's just kind of like, oh, okay, you know, and so um just things like that just helps you just grow and and and just continue moving on and seeing and embracing living the moment, um, at least for me, with my with my kids, with my family, with you know what what's going on, um embracing family a lot.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: I've been embracing a lot.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Um, my mom, our mom, um just had a big birthday party, and um just watching her be so happy and enjoy herself.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: And um, it's just amazing just you know to watch her and and see how how she has also grown and how she has healed a lot as well.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: And um just living that moment with her, you know, not thinking about tomorrow, not thinking about you know, just being able to take advantage of spending time with her.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Um and uh and my dad as well.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Um whenever I'm able to see him or he comes over, you know, spending time just just with him and being able to treat him.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: And so um, yeah, it's just it's just amazing to take that break and just you know live because most of the time we're in flight or flight mode that we just go, go, go, go, go, go.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: And we don't take that step back to realize, you know, that life is flashing before your eyes and you're not living it.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And um, especially now, you know, with um social media or creating content, I think like like you said, sometimes you're just wondering what am I gonna post, what's next, what's next, what's next, and you know, time flies and you're still trying to figure it out and you already missed out on a lot.
- 18:01unknown: Yeah.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: Or scrolling, trying to figure things out.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but no, most definitely like I've been, I feel like a lot of people are are going through some type of transition recently as well.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Like I've I've talked to again now that when we took this time off, I've had like legit just conversations, like no phones, no, no technology around.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Let's just talk like like how it was back in 1999.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: It's getting to know each other essentially in person.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, honestly.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: And it's it's just having conversations, just um, with a lot of my family members around here, or when we went, when we went to go visit, or just random strangers when we um flew out internationally.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: And a lot of them, a lot of them, they all had the same common denominator.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: That's what I was trying to say.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Like a lot of them have the common denominator of, oh well um, I'm no longer the person I used to be, or um, I'm transitioning to this, I'm trying to take time for myself and take it all in, or like I'm trying to slow down, or um it's time to focus a little bit more on myself.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: Like I haven't I haven't heard that in a long time, or like um saying, yeah, I'm trying to reduce my screen time on social media, or I'm trying to reduce um phone time too, because I mean, without realizing it, we can be scrolling on socials for hours, hours and on end, and um or YouTube or um just be on your phone 24-7.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Like the time goes by so fast when you do that or when you're on your phone, and um, so trying to reduce that, and I've also been, I mean, I do it too.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: I am guilty of that as well because I do it more so for I guess that's where I would get a lot of my ideas and um like what to post and how other creators post and how more for like research purposes, but even then, like by the time I'm done, like I look at the clock and I'm like, holy crap, it's been two hours, like what?
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, oh no.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: And then that's when I like get up and I'm like, I need to put my phone down, like this is not this is not healthy whatsoever.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: I would a lot of a lot of people would would say that too.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Like they're trying to find stuff that works for them and that motivates them and makes them better and align better with themselves.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: And in all areas of your life, it can be your health, wealth, spirituality, the way you see things, the way what you believe in, who you believe in.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: It's um everybody's definitely going through some transition, healing some traumas, past traumas, um, or healing relationships, whatever situation it may be.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: And it was it was kind of refreshing to see that a lot of people are now a little more comfortable talking about it and being a little more open to talk about it as well, as not a lot of people, especially growing up, not a lot of people were very vulnerable or were not um emotionally or were emotionally unavailable.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: So um to see a lot of that changing now and be more vocal about, oh yes, I've been going to therapy, or I've been doing some counseling, or I've been doing this, I've been doing that, like a simple, just in a simple conversation.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: Um, it's it's nice to hear.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: It's nice to hear because it's like, okay, other people are trying to become better purposefully.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: It's been nice seeing everybody else's journeys as well, and listening to them and getting to know them and their point of view now as either adults or now older, um, and now being more mature about it as well, and um focusing on oneself.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: I can't stress that enough.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: And you know what?
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: I think a lot of people are starting to realize I I feel that everything is just in our mind.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that they're able to to achieve or accomplish anything.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Um they just you know set their mind to it and do it.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: And I think that's why we see a lot of growth and a lot of healing.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Because a lot of the the time our mind is our own enemy.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: And so uh I I I feel like a lot of people are learning you know to to be able to you know to to do that to you know understand that your mind is the one that holds you back.
- 23:15SPEAKER_01: I think that's how we're seeing a lot of people you know um being successful as well.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah yeah so a lot of a lot of rewiring a lot of rewire rewiring your brain and find values morals that works for you and ultimately it's it's a lot of um when it is your mind and because I I I just went through this consistently this feeling it you have to feel those emotions you have to feel like when you start changing your mind and you start changing the way you see things the way you view things the way um you want better you have to let go of whatever is holding you down but at the same time you have to feel you have to feel and go through the emotions the notions of like crap I I don't want to be this person anymore like I don't want to think this way anymore or I don't want to rush anymore how can I how can I do that and it's a lot of reminding yourself like hey let's slow down like you're it's and it's something that with me I talk to myself a lot because of that and it's like I have to like slow down I have to catch myself and be like you are safe you're in a safe place you're in a safe zone there you are not being rushed there's no need to rush it's okay take your time it's literally reparenting myself so when yes we talk about changing your mind and your mindset but it's how do you do that it's it's pretty much that reparenting yourself yeah it's basically kind of like a like like an addict because you get addicted to living that way and it's just realizing that's not what I want and and making the change and constantly remind yourself and constantly you know um keep moving forward and not backwards.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah you know and so it it's it it is I mean it it's hard but I I do see a lot of people that are are working on it and and and the changes is there.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah so well that's what we have been up to so um we do have a few updates so we have our our community um you want to talk a little bit about that i know we we mentioned it um in our last uh seasons last episodes that we will be opening up a a community where we would be um more closer to you guys and be able to get to know you guys and you know if you need help or resources that we're there to help you so we have that up yeah so um I'm finishing up and um tweaking some of like the last bits and pieces of the website but we are opening up a school community and um where we will be pretty much hosting I guess you can say we will be hosting um maybe a couple times out of the month in there get to know each and every one of you guys and let it be a safe space for everybody judgment free zone doesn't matter who you are what you do what you believe in what it is your doesn't matter that this is a judgment free community judgment free zone and pretty much a safe space to talk about whatever it is you want to talk about yeah and then getting to know everybody too getting to know and you'll be up and personal with us as well um you'll be able to ask questions um connect with us um we'll also be putting up some resources that helped us some templates I mean I've created a couple of um guides too um that has personally helped me and I think it will help out a lot of people as well um more so on more so on coming home to yourself yeah and it's um it's time it's time that everybody starts cut starts getting back to oneself and living a happier abundant life in all areas and not only will you guys be able to have access to us but you guys will also be able to talk to each other send each other messages um maybe even find each other someone that's close by that you know relates to maybe your story or you know you guys are able to also find new or establish new relationships new friendships so it's not just you know to have access to us or whatever we bring but also to have really a community yeah and be able to be you know be able to even um I don't know maybe even meet each other to go out for some coffee or you know which would be great to know who's around or who's close or when you travel as well hey you know I know you from here and you know so it's good.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: Most definitely I've I've definitely seen friendships evolve through there too on other um platforms that I used to be in and um it's it's a nice it's nice it's really really cool.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: But yeah we have that and then I'm also excited too because we are also going to be having guests in the second season.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: So um stay tuned for that as we will be having different types of guests and I'm talking about people who are entrepreneurs therapists changing lives um creators first generation a lot of first generation people as well in um and different type of backgrounds so and they're all the majority actually all of them have all gone through healing journeys and are going through healing journeys and changes and stuff so I'm excited for you guys to hear about that as well and for here and to hear about um how you can also connect with these people as well with these uh guests that will be here on the show which which I'm so so excited and looking forward to having them but yeah we are we're back and we're better than ever and we're excited and we're and we're here you know um I will hope you guys are excited as we are for um everything that that we have for you guys this season and I mean we'll see where it takes us yes so with the community I will put the link um here soon um again I'm just fixing some type of um some tweaks on there before and finalizing some stuff before I actually post it but once I post it I'll be we'll be posting it on all social medias and um on our podcast as well so you guys have access to it.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: I do want to close off with what the summer taught me and like I said earlier in this episode is what the summer reminded me has been that I do not need to earn rest I do not have to rush my life and I laugh because oh because I'm so guilty of it.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: I'm so guilty of it but because it was hard for you it was it was and sometimes clarity doesn't come from doing more it comes from slowing down enough to hear yourself.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: Well said yeah but once again we are so excited to be back and we're excited so excited to hear from you guys thank you to each and every one of you who have been um supporting us following us on social media all of our social medias have been growing even when we took a break through the podcast yeah I'm just so amazed on how much we've grown on our social media because we've taken that break and I honestly thought that we were probably going to lose people lose followers no on the contrary we gained yeah even in our last our last season um we've had a lot of listeners new of people and so it just kept going and and that's a blessing and we're so grateful for you guys and yeah how it's gotten around and we've had people reach out to us that have what that want to be on our podcast and that was amazing.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah so and we were on a break yes yeah so again you know slowing down slowing down is enough to land opportunities to hear yourself to just everything comes to you yeah when you least expect it like I never would have thought people would reach out wanting to be on the podcast yeah and so it's um another reason why we decided that season two was going to be all about that so um the majority of this season will be about different people different backgrounds different everything and again we're excited to be back we're excited to um share with you guys everything that we've been learning everything that we've been going through and um eventually have our guests on here as well hopefully we get to have you guys on our community too until then see you next time bye bye
