Transcript
- 0:00Hi, this is Stephanie Maas.
- 0:02Today I wanna talk to you about necessary endings.
- 0:05Earlier this week, I was on several calls with a couple of candidates that I've known for years, specifically.
- 0:11We've been talking over the last couple of years about their growing dissatisfaction with their current organization.
- 0:18At the same time, we've been having a lot of dialogue about what's really important to them in their next steps.
- 0:24What are they really looking for in their next move?
- 0:27We've come to that crossroads where I believe we found what they really want, and yet they still had that last minute hesitation of, do I really wanna make a move?
- 0:37Let's face it, fear of change is huge.
- 0:41Fear of the unknown is huge.
- 0:43Anytime you make a move, it takes a tremendous amount of emotional energy, and they're burned out.
- 0:50They're worn out, they're exhausted.
- 0:53But when you make a principle based decision that you know in your heart of hearts when the time is right, it still doesn't make it easy.
- 1:02But it does help.
- 1:04So I want to encourage you that yes, there are necessary endings, and the good news is every ending is the beginning for something else.
- 1:12So hold tight, make sure that you do make principle-based decisions and those necessary endings will occur.
