- 3:18Speaker 3: here with my special recipe addition to what CT is doing he is set up to do.
- 3:28Speaker 3: I believe it's four, right CT?
- 3:30Speaker 3: Are you gonna throw in an extra one?
- 3:33Speaker 5: The four is the main thing that we're gonna go with.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Yep, you can see in his kitchen.
- 3:38Speaker 3: How are you tonight, tiny?
- 3:39Speaker 3: How am I tonight?
- 3:41Speaker 3: I just asked you.
- 3:44Speaker 3: So how are you?
- 3:44Speaker 3: I'm fantastic.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Roxy made these awesome milkshakes that are sitting in front of me.
- 3:51Speaker 3: These are holiday milkshakes.
- 3:53Speaker 3: We added a little bit of crust up gingerbread man and then the gingerbread man in there, plus a little vanilla stir stick, but then I used a really cool ice cream in it, but we'll talk about that later.
- 4:09Speaker 3: I'm ready.
- 4:10Speaker 3: That's what I'm sipping on tonight.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Where are the Scotchy Bourbon Boys?
- 4:13Speaker 3: Wwwscotchybourbonboyscom for all the Scotchy Bourbon Boys stuff.
- 4:17Speaker 3: We got Glen Caron's T-shirts and Bourbon Balls tonight.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Me and Roxy rolled over 200 Bourbon Balls, so we're gonna be getting ready to dip that.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Then also, we are on all the podcast formats.
- 4:32Speaker 3: We are on Apple iHeart and Spotify mainly, but everything else that you can think of if you can do.
- 4:39Speaker 3: And then we are on all the major social media acts YouTube, facebook and wait, wait, I got it all mixed up Instagram, facebook, youtube, check it out, check us out there, but remember like, listen, subscribe and leave good feedback for us, because that always helps.
- 5:01Speaker 3: But tonight's special podcast that we got going tonight.
- 5:05Speaker 3: I'm excited about this.
- 5:07Speaker 3: This is our first ever holiday drink special.
- 5:10Speaker 3: We've done drinks before, but this is the holiday drinks special and the holidays are here.
- 5:16Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know about you guys.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Are you guys full in the holiday spirit these days?
- 5:23Speaker 5: Thank you Day.
- 5:26Speaker 5: After Halloween, I switched over and the trees up, ready to roll.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Day after Halloween, I started breaking out all the Christmas stuff myself.
- 5:36Speaker 3: We are outdoor decorated first, and it's pretty intense this year and the tree, you know, because Roxy had a cold and she's had, she's been really busy.
- 5:47Speaker 3: So we're getting the lights on and we'll be decorating, putting the decorations actually on the tree, but all the other decorations are up.
- 5:55Speaker 3: And then we got the 85 inch big screen TV mounted on the wall this past weekend because that had to take priority.
- 6:05Speaker 3: We watched Randy oh, presidente would appreciate that because I got to figure out I'm going to call that room with an 85 inch TV in it.
- 6:15Speaker 3: And then we watched Indiana Jones in the dial of destiny last night and it was like whoa, I just remember as a kid watching a 10 inch and a 19 inch and just thinking, you know that was really cool to watch TV.
- 6:29Speaker 3: And now I'm watching an 85 inch.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Just blow me away.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I stuck on my wife, like Roxy likes to watch days of our lives and I put that on it and it was like the people in the soap opera, the size ratio where was bigger than real life, like their heads are bigger than real life.
- 6:49Speaker 3: I mean, how many times you watch TV and can you say that?
- 6:52Speaker 3: I can't wait till we go 3d, right, anyways, all right, ct, what are we doing tonight?
- 7:01Speaker 5: So we are, we're going to make four drinks, and it's something that I think that when we talked about doing this.
- 7:06Speaker 5: I wanted to put together stuff that I thought that anybody could basically do this at home with a few ingredients.
- 7:13Speaker 5: The first one will be the simplest and we'll work our way up to the burden milkshake, which is maybe the more difficult one, just because of the timing fall.
- 7:20Speaker 5: But all these are pretty available and you can substitute out some things for it.
- 7:26Speaker 5: So we'll get started.
- 7:28Speaker 5: The first one, which is always a go to for me in the fall, in that's when crown Royals starts to release their solid caramel, I like to pair it with a apple cider.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Now you can use apple juice.
- 7:42Speaker 5: You don't have to use solid caramel crown.
- 7:44Speaker 5: I'm not endorsing them, it's just what I like.
- 7:46Speaker 5: There you go, nash, but there are other caramel like bourbon whiskies out there that you can use.
- 7:54Speaker 1: So if you don't have this, you can substitute it.
- 7:56Speaker 5: I like the way this works.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm always a fan of it.
- 8:00Speaker 5: The ratio is pretty simple.
- 8:02Speaker 5: That's why this is going to be the starter.
- 8:03Speaker 5: This is going to be two to one.
- 8:06Speaker 5: We're going to use two ounces to one ounce with our cider, one ounce of the crown Royals.
- 8:14Speaker 5: So I'm going to go ahead and mix up a quick drink and we'll get that one done and test it out.
- 8:21Speaker 5: Nash, you got one there, absolutely.
- 8:24Speaker 4: And did you do something special to the rim of the glasses, didn't you your?
- 8:28Speaker 5: rim does as caramel Some of them.
- 8:31Speaker 5: I didn't do this one, Unfortunately.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I thought I had the crown I do not.
- 8:37Speaker 5: It didn't get any crown.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Me, I kind of picked up an easy caramel rim for the glasses.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Is this caramel dip?
- 8:47Speaker 4: Yeah that does the companies that turned it out for sliced apples.
- 8:51Speaker 4: That makes the perfect thing to rim your glasses in caramel whenever you're making cocktails.
- 9:00Speaker 3: It's perfect for any rim job.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Oh.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Now again I'll kind of walk through.
- 9:11Speaker 5: When I do it, I like to mix.
- 9:13Speaker 5: Anytime I'm mixing a full glass can or a mixed drink, I like to mix it in ice first, and then I like to put it in the glass with a fresh ice cube, just so it doesn't melt that big ice cube as fast.
- 9:27Speaker 5: So it'll take longer time to enjoy it, so I'm going to garnish mine.
- 9:32Speaker 5: I had a toasted apple with brown sugar and seven, and that's how I'm going to garnish that.
- 9:38Speaker 5: I'll wait till you guys are ready and we'll cheers and start with that first drink.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I'm ready, I'm just going straight milkshake right across the.
- 9:51Speaker 5: Hey, cheers everyone.
- 9:53Speaker 5: Hope you're having a good evening.
- 9:54Speaker 5: If you don't have this, whatever you're drinking tonight, cheers to you and tomorrow go out and find this.
- 10:01Speaker 5: You can enjoy it for the weekend.
- 10:04Speaker 4: And I did me some brown sugar toasted apples beforehand too.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Yeah, you guys are on it.
- 10:13Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Oh my God, I know that.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Actually, that is one of the first drinks CT you ever mixed me.
- 10:22Speaker 3: It was just like the first time I had come down.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Whatever, you're just like you just like had what?
- 10:30Speaker 3: Four bottles of the crown Salted caramel and I'm like I didn't we don't even see that up by us.
- 10:36Speaker 3: And you're like, yeah, try this.
- 10:38Speaker 3: And then you just whipped it out, did it.
- 10:40Speaker 3: It's fantastic, fantastic really.
- 10:45Speaker 5: It's so easy to drink.
- 10:46Speaker 5: I think that for anybody that's just looking for a nice relaxing drink, I mean to me I like apple juice and apple cider.
- 10:55Speaker 5: This is good.
- 10:57Speaker 5: It's an easy one to shoot back and move on.
- 11:00Speaker 3: In my opinion, it's the only way that you should ever drink crown.
- 11:04Speaker 3: There's no other way that I would ever.
- 11:06Speaker 3: There's no other crowns that I drink and there's no other way I would drink it.
- 11:13Speaker 3: I mean my first bottle of crown.
- 11:16Speaker 3: It was a dumpster crown.
- 11:18Speaker 3: It was about let's see, as a dumpster crown, it had to be about 2015.
- 12:12Speaker 3: I was pushing in my recycling plant in a bobcat and out of the load comes a full bottle, seal intact, of crown.
- 12:22Speaker 3: So I basically got out, picked it up there was nothing wrong with it, the seal had not been broken and I took it home.
- 12:31Speaker 3: It took me because, being in recycling, I usually have a rule that I don't consume anything ever out of recycling things.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Probably a good idea, though, right, right, but it took me about six months before I cracked that and I drank it, and that was before.
- 12:56Speaker 3: That was when I was doing it, before I got into bourbon.
- 12:59Speaker 3: So that was my first ever experience with crown and, honestly, I didn't know better.
- 13:04Speaker 3: So, you know, I just went with what everybody thought.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I just want you to notice that that drink.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Right there stood bourbon clause's bottle straight up, so he gives it a bottle up.
- 13:22Speaker 5: All right, bourbon clause, I like it, I like it.
- 13:26Speaker 3: I just hope there are no drinks that make that bourbon clause go limp.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Yeah, absolutely that's what Sherry said.
- 13:36Speaker 5: That's what Mrs Bourbon clause says hey, so we'll move on to drink two, which is a drink.
- 13:44Speaker 5: This'll be the first time I've made this.
- 13:47Speaker 2: I have not done it.
- 13:48Speaker 5: I've kind of had it in my mind.
- 13:49Speaker 5: I've done some other drinks similar to this, but this is the first time I'm drinking, so this is gonna be a chocolate peppermint airball proof, old fashioned.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Now people out there will argue you gotta use this fry or this bourbon.
- 14:05Speaker 5: I am just gonna tell you, some of the best old fashions I've ever made have been with a barrel proof, which I like a lot to create barrel proofs, so that's what we're using.
- 14:14Speaker 5: This is not A, b or C.
- 14:18Speaker 5: This is a barrel cake from Kroger in Kentucky and it comes in at 132.5 proof.
- 14:24Speaker 5: It is a nine year barrel proof and it's a good bourbon, so I like it.
- 14:31Speaker 5: That's how we're gonna make our drink right now.
- 14:35Speaker 5: The other thing that was kind of cool about this is I really wanted a bitters, because if you think of an old fashioned, an old fashioned is one of the things that goes in an old fashioned.
- 14:44Speaker 5: It's some type of bitters, whether it's a aromatic, whether it's a black walnut, chocolate, orange cherry, you name it.
- 14:52Speaker 5: But I wanted mint.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Well, I did not think I would find it, but I found mint bitters.
- 14:59Speaker 5: So we are gonna be able to make this in true peppermint fashion with the mint bitters.
- 15:06Speaker 5: So that was a good thing.
- 15:08Speaker 5: Hang on, just say it, I like it.
- 15:12Speaker 4: I found those mint bitters also.
- 15:14Speaker 4: I wish I would have thought about it and I had them peppermint and rum shot up too, and I just wanted but I didn't have time to put together just two of the cocktails that you had put on the post.
- 15:28Speaker 4: So this we can move forward to making this one lighter.
- 15:33Speaker 5: So I'll be the game pick and I'll tell you if it's good or not but I think it's gonna be pretty good, so we're gonna start out with two ounces of Eliza.
- 15:41Speaker 5: Crate Barrel Proof.
- 15:42Speaker 5: And again it doesn't matter which one of these you have, I would tell you this if you have an A-Bat or an E-Bat, that's maybe not your favorite, especially since the C9.3 came out use that one good way to use it.
- 15:55Speaker 5: So we're using two ounces of that.
- 15:58Speaker 5: We're gonna add in an ounce of the rum shot of peppermint.
- 16:02Speaker 5: That's gonna kind of be our sweetener for this, instead of adding any simple syrup or some maple syrup or whatever we may do.
- 16:12Speaker 5: We're gonna add in about two dashes of the mint bitters and we are gonna add in for the chocolate two dashes of chocolate bitters.
- 16:23Speaker 5: We'll add two eyedroppers, because that's how it comes.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Luxardo syrup.
- 16:30Speaker 3: So Ed Blay it was also.
- 16:33Speaker 3: He gave his Ed Blay, he gave his idea of what one he said new fashioned instead of an old fashioned is two ounces of OWA, one teaspoon barrel aged maple syrup, one teaspoon Luxardo syrup, three dashes tobacco bitters, stir cubes, luxardo cherry.
- 16:56Speaker 3: So that's what he was saying.
- 16:58Speaker 3: That's a new fashioned.
- 17:01Speaker 5: The macrositter is a raster.
- 17:02Speaker 5: Just all those today.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Okay.
- 17:07Speaker 5: Cheers beer about you.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Yeah, excellent, excellent.
- 17:11Speaker 5: All right, let me get a mouthful With a grown-up home.
- 17:14Speaker 5: So this is a phone that I made.
- 17:19Speaker 3: And CT makes really good phones.
- 17:22Speaker 5: It's not hard.
- 17:23Speaker 5: So there you go, you've got a pretty nice looking glass.
- 17:26Speaker 5: Oh, that's the holiday drink.
- 17:29Speaker 5: If you wanna make the rim, you basically take the marshmallow fluffy whip and then apply the candy canes that are already broke up.
- 17:39Speaker 5: I didn't break those up, they came that way.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you can buy them that way, that's for sure.
- 17:44Speaker 3: It's pretty cool.
- 17:46Speaker 5: This is a lifesaver, wow, all right.
- 17:50Speaker 5: So, oh, that looks pretty good, and I'm not just garnishing with any kind of candy cane, it's a Hershey's chocolate peppermint candy cane.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Excellent, Well before you cheers.
- 18:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna pour myself some C923, put that in a cup and cheers it with you guys, because that is the Elijah Craig Barrel proof.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Oh, ruchata mint, bitter old fashioned.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Greg Snodder's watching and he loves your Christmas.
- 18:27Speaker 4: Ct's Christmas cocktail concoctions.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Tell him, coming up on that, that's when we meet with him on Sunday.
- 18:37Speaker 3: You'll concoct.
- 18:41Speaker 5: Hang on just a second okay.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Anyways all right.
- 18:48Speaker 3: So I'm drinking the C923, which I would not use for the drink, but I would agree with what CT was saying as far as there's some Barrel proof.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Some of the Barrel proof releases are not my favorite, and that's what you do with them.
- 19:12Speaker 3: You can make some really, really good mixed drinks with those especially.
- 19:17Speaker 3: I mean, I find around this time of the year that those Barrel proofs really can make some good drinks, don't you?
- 19:24Speaker 4: I think cause agrees.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Yeah, it's.
- 19:28Speaker 5: I think that especially the Elijah Craig works really well.
- 19:32Speaker 5: I'm a fan of any of those that you mix into a old fashioned.
- 19:37Speaker 5: Even if you want a traditional old fashioned and you just want to use aromatic bitters or pay-tow bitters, whatever, I still think that the flavor of that comes through, just like this.
- 19:50Speaker 5: This is a very mint forward, obviously with the rumpchata and the mint bitters, but that Barrel proof is still there.
- 20:00Speaker 5: It's still there.
- 20:01Speaker 5: You can totally taste it and I think that it was not a Barrel proof.
- 20:05Speaker 5: You would not.
- 20:05Speaker 5: It would get hidden.
- 20:09Speaker 4: I think that's something my wife really likes peppermint and mint and chocolate like that.
- 20:15Speaker 4: She likes it and these chocolates and things like that.
- 20:18Speaker 4: And she likes the rumpchata, and I think that's one that, like I say that I'm gonna concoct for her and a little bit later on this holiday season.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:32Speaker 4: And I think she's gonna enjoy it.
- 20:35Speaker 5: I will tell you that's a For the first time.
- 20:39Speaker 5: Doing it, not altering it in any way, just the way that it came, that's pretty spot on it's good.
- 20:47Speaker 3: So you're.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Rachel is asking how the drink was CT.
- 20:53Speaker 5: Good.
- 20:53Speaker 5: It's like the mint is strong.
- 20:56Speaker 5: I think you could probably.
- 20:58Speaker 5: If I was to do it again, I would probably back the bitters off to only one dash.
- 21:03Speaker 5: You just remember the wrong shot.
- 21:07Speaker 5: I kind of did enough on its own, but the mint bitters.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Yes, and a mint bitter is like a conundrum.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I mean bitters are supposed to add like those spicy almost definition of bitters.
- 21:25Speaker 3: I mean, when you start to get into sweet bitters it's like a contrast and I enjoy that, though I like your holiday Christmas tree right there.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Ct, you got the little.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 21:36Speaker 5: I got Clark with this plate, I got Clark with his mug when he's drinking the eggnol and I got cousin Eddie fresh in it.
- 21:46Speaker 5: Now I didn't bring, but I have the cousin Eddie's camper at the shop.
- 21:52Speaker 5: That's under my Christmas tree at the shop.
- 21:55Speaker 3: So so Kravashio says mint is invasive and yes, I will agree.
- 22:00Speaker 3: But the one time a year we want to be invaded by mint is the holidays.
- 22:06Speaker 3: I mean peppermint is part of what everybody thinks.
- 22:09Speaker 3: You got candy King, you got candy, that that mint flavor says you know the holiday.
- 22:16Speaker 3: So I agree it's invasive.
- 22:18Speaker 3: I don't think it should be invasive all year round, but you know, for a month, a month, a year, a year, invade the shit out of me.
- 22:29Speaker 5: That was so different about that one is by having the wrong chata in there and being mixed.
- 22:33Speaker 5: And then that phone being put on top with it.
- 22:36Speaker 5: It definitely has a creamier texture Obviously you can tell by the glass than a normal old fashioned.
- 22:43Speaker 5: So it's a great holiday drink.
- 22:45Speaker 5: That's something that I'll probably be serving throughout the holidays to friends and family.
- 22:51Speaker 5: I think it's something a lot of people enjoy, and I'm anxious to play around with it and get some different flavors on it.
- 22:59Speaker 3: All right, let's get on to.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Let's take number three.
- 23:04Speaker 5: And so number three, we're going to go with one of my favorites.
- 23:07Speaker 5: We've done this similar, old fashioned at Rd one with Barry.
- 23:12Speaker 5: This is the one, when we were down there and we picked up the maple bottle that I said, hey, there can't be a better option to make a maple fashion than a maple bourbon.
- 23:26Speaker 5: So we're going to use Barry's Rd one maple bourbon.
- 23:31Speaker 5: We're going to use some barrel aged maple syrup.
- 23:36Speaker 5: This is from middle west.
- 23:37Speaker 5: It's just the one that I like the best and it's acceptable for me, so that's the one I'm using.
- 23:42Speaker 5: This is going to get it Some black walnut bitters.
- 23:46Speaker 5: If you do not have black walnut bitters and you're making old fashioned, you are missing out.
- 23:51Speaker 5: This is the best overall bitter that I think is on the market.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I like.
- 23:58Speaker 3: I like the black walnut also and everybody has black walnut, but I also like the cherry bitters that black walnut and cherry are my two favorite.
- 24:11Speaker 5: I agree, I like cherry a lot, but it's got that same logo, but red.
- 24:16Speaker 5: What's that?
- 24:19Speaker 3: The bitters has the same logo in the company, but the type is red.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I like that.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Well, that's how the green ones were the, the, the, the mint.
- 24:29Speaker 5: The mint ones were green.
- 24:35Speaker 3: I'm just telling you, this freaking milkshake is unbelievable.
- 24:38Speaker 3: I I'm not always on board for dairy products with bourbon, but this this is this is crazy.
- 24:49Speaker 5: You'll say you, you didn't like my one and cocked it idea.
- 24:53Speaker 5: You said oh, milk.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I went with eggnog instead of milk in the milkshake.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Yeah, we went just milk in.
- 25:00Speaker 3: It is a different story.
- 25:01Speaker 3: But the ice cream with the oh my god.
- 25:04Speaker 4: The way CT, I had to vary just a little bit.
- 25:09Speaker 4: I had to go with not smoked maple bourbon tonight.
- 25:13Speaker 4: I did not have the already one, maple bourbon.
- 25:20Speaker 5: That's we use that.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Rachel likes that one a lot because it's got the sweetness to it and it makes it Matter of fact that almost can be done without any maple syrup, because it's that that sweet, right out of the bottle.
- 25:34Speaker 3: You do know that you also could use some decadence, some widow Jane decadence to make this too.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Yeah, oh, wow, and you know what?
- 25:44Speaker 4: I've got little Jane deck and it's sitting in there, but I didn't even think about it.
- 25:48Speaker 4: But I did have, I did have this on the shelf.
- 25:51Speaker 4: So that's what I went with, and I did have the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup.
- 26:02Speaker 3: I got the Luca Mariano.
- 26:05Speaker 5: I got that too.
- 26:06Speaker 5: I have a few barrel maple syrup too many.
- 26:11Speaker 5: I probably show like burden maple.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Who does it.
- 26:20Speaker 5: And I probably have I'm not kidding, I probably have six to eight different types of maple bourbon whiskey.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Well, you know, ct, that people who don't like maple we, just we they can't even be on this podcast.
- 26:39Speaker 5: I mean, we had to fire somebody who didn't like maple, so maple is maple is great that that flavor profile, especially in an old fashion Again not everybody likes this.
- 26:50Speaker 5: We old fashioned, and if you don't.
- 26:53Speaker 5: These are typically sweet ones that we're doing today, but it's because of the holidays.
- 26:57Speaker 5: You know, this is not your typical old fashioned with the orange and cinnamon flavors.
- 27:02Speaker 5: This is more to sit down and enjoy a little sweet drink with friends.
- 27:08Speaker 1: So yeah, what we're going to do with the.
- 27:11Speaker 5: The Rd1 maple is.
- 27:14Speaker 5: We're going to do about two and a half ounces on this one and we are going to mix about a half ounce, the three quarters of an ounce, of the maple syrup.
- 27:26Speaker 5: So I'm not kidding you If you do not have barrel aged maple syrup.
- 27:36Speaker 5: It is a life changer.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Use it on your pancakes, waffles.
- 27:41Speaker 5: I put it on oatmeal.
- 27:43Speaker 5: My son puts it on his oatmeal in the morning.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Sometimes that is amazing.
- 27:50Speaker 5: We're going to do two to three dashes of the black walnut bitters and we're going to do one to two dashes of the chocolate.
- 27:58Speaker 5: Again, it depends on your plate what you like.
- 28:04Speaker 5: So you know, I can't tell you that you may like less, you may like more of those bitters.
- 28:08Speaker 5: If you go to Woodford and get an old batch of the chocolate bitters, are you ready?
- 28:14Speaker 5: Because they put about eight to ten dashes in your drink, all right, we're going to top this off right here.
- 28:22Speaker 5: And because we don't want to go too deep.
- 28:33Speaker 5: We're going with the Luxardo cherry.
- 28:44Speaker 3: When you sent this one across.
- 28:45Speaker 3: There's a lot of things that I have in my collection, but this is one that I couldn't have made.
- 28:53Speaker 3: I don't have a maple bourbon.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I love maple flavored stuff, but I've just not.
- 29:00Speaker 3: When you get into the decadence, which is the maple syrup, finished bourbon, that's one thing, but the flavor adding those maple flavors to bourbon I look at it.
- 29:14Speaker 3: I've just not pulled the trigger.
- 29:17Speaker 3: There's so many bourbons when you did this one, I wouldn't even have a chance to make this.
- 29:23Speaker 3: This is really cool to see what you're doing with it.
- 29:29Speaker 5: And there's, this is a 99.9 proof.
- 29:32Speaker 5: It's a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.
- 29:36Speaker 5: It's double finished in oak and maple barrels.
- 29:39Speaker 5: Some of the maple stuff again.
- 29:44Speaker 5: People out there, everybody's going to have a different palate, taste it different.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Some of them are way over sweet, which no offense to not creep, but that not creep is really sweet.
- 29:53Speaker 5: So if you don't like just the slight maple flavor of some of these, like this one has a maple flavor, but it's not overly maple, then you will love, not creep, because it is the most maple-y one on the market that I know of.
- 30:07Speaker 5: But this, the Haener Maple, is another one that I like a lot.
- 30:11Speaker 5: There's a lot of good ones out there, so again, I think this makes a delicious drink.
- 30:17Speaker 5: This is a you know what?
- 30:20Speaker 5: We forgot some You're smoking.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Oh, the phone, I forgot to smoke it.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Yeah, let's smoke it, that's what I've been doing.
- 30:29Speaker 3: You're checking all the boxes there, ct.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I mean I got to give you credit.
- 30:35Speaker 3: We almost didn't put you, but it's like when we went over what we wanted to do.
- 30:40Speaker 3: You're checking the boxes, man.
- 30:42Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
- 30:45Speaker 4: And just want to say there's all kind of different smokers out there.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Compliments of my son last year for Christmas.
- 30:55Speaker 4: He brought me this electric smoker for Christmas and a lot of different woods.
- 31:02Speaker 4: I've got an electric smoker and I also have the one that you set just on top, just like that.
- 31:10Speaker 4: That's a diffuser.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Like that, you light it and just let it sit there and it diffuses right into the glass, which is pretty cool.
- 31:18Speaker 5: I would say that for anybody at home that's trying to do it on your own, the ones that sit on top are going to be easier, because you can make the drink and then smoke it, whereas that's what I messed up right there.
- 31:29Speaker 5: I could have smoked the glass while I was mixing the drink, because this smoker, like you showed, with the tube, while it injects a ton of smoke it'll smoke the room up.
- 31:38Speaker 5: It has to smoke the glass.
- 31:41Speaker 5: You can't put it in after you've made the drink.
- 31:43Speaker 5: So there you go, that's the smoke.
- 31:46Speaker 3: Yep, and one thing I mean cheers.
- 31:50Speaker 4: I put the cube in, and while I had my other stuff mixed up, I set it up here and put my cube in and then smoked the glass and the ice cube.
- 32:01Speaker 4: Then also, too, I've got these pretty cool, neat black smoke toppers that I purchased that holds the smoke in so then when?
- 32:12Speaker 4: I get ready to drink it my smoker.
- 32:16Speaker 3: My smoker's like yours, nash, but it's got a plastic CD that goes over the top, that has a little rubber insert in the middle that keeps the smoke and you just shove the little area in and it holds the smoke in.
- 32:30Speaker 3: So that's kind of cool.
- 32:31Speaker 3: But what I wanted to say is I'm drinking, I'm trying to, I try to think of a holiday mixer kind of bourbon, and I came up with the Charles E Ballard barrel series from the Spirit of French Lick, because that chocolate that's in there, you know, and that could fit really well into this.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Also, if you added just a little bit of that in there with the maple, you'd have like a chocolate maple.
- 32:57Speaker 4: So that's awesome that is one amazing old fashioned right there.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Don't you that right?
- 33:08Speaker 5: There is dessert and a glass.
- 33:10Speaker 2: It's the hoop.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Don't drink it all.
- 33:12Speaker 3: We haven't made the milkshake yet.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Roxy's here.
- 33:16Speaker 3: She's drinking her.
- 33:17Speaker 4: That's probably one of the best old fashions that I've made for myself right there.
- 33:24Speaker 4: Awesome With your help.
- 33:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:28Speaker 5: So Burin Paws gives that one what?
- 33:32Speaker 4: He gives that a bottle up.
- 33:34Speaker 4: What is on?
- 33:37Speaker 5: that?
- 33:37Speaker 5: What bottle is that?
- 33:40Speaker 4: It was just a bottle ornament that Sherry gave me like two or four years ago and it was an ornament for the tree, I de-orned it.
- 33:54Speaker 3: It's old Saint Nick Burbin.
- 33:55Speaker 3: I mean, for God's sakes, it's it's.
- 33:57Speaker 3: It comes it's from preservation.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Ct's gonna go get it.
- 34:05Speaker 2: I need that.
- 34:06Speaker 4: Yeah, and so then, like I say, I took the ornament thing off off the top of it and that was right there and see, I broke it off and then glued it to my little spring cap.
- 34:21Speaker 4: So that.
- 34:22Speaker 4: I could be Burbin' closed.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Or or or.
- 34:26Speaker 3: I swear to God, you're the Grinch gonna go steal shit off people's trees.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Anyways, alright.
- 34:35Speaker 4: So you found it at this Christmas house up in Diller, Georgia.
- 34:39Speaker 4: You walk in this place and the whole house is nothing but Christmas ornaments and every ring you go into.
- 34:47Speaker 3: They got a Burbin tree.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Can't turn around, cause that's what I'm.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Anybody wants to give me Burbin ornaments.
- 34:54Speaker 3: I'm gonna puttin' it on this tree right next to me.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Yeah, I got a tree.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Like I say, that's a miniature of yours.
- 35:03Speaker 4: There's nothing but Burbin ornaments that I've collected from all the distilleries and places that I went, and plus the ones that people's given me.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Well, also neck-toppers on on bottles that you buy make great frickin' ornaments.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, 2021, kentucky Burbin Festival.
- 35:22Speaker 4: Around the holidays, around the holidays, they put those neck-toppers on there too.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Yup, yup, yup, yup.
- 35:30Speaker 3: Alright, ct, we're gonna go, so I gotta get to the next one.
- 35:36Speaker 3: I'm ready.
- 35:37Speaker 3: So is Roxy.
- 35:40Speaker 6: Roxy, you ready?
- 35:41Speaker 6: Yeah, I already drank half of mine cause-.
- 35:43Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean you guys have already like been like.
- 35:46Speaker 5: Look at that, those glasses are empty.
- 35:49Speaker 5: Now wait a minute while I'm mixing mine, which I'll talk about the ingredients here in a second, but, roxy you made a different one, totally than what we did.
- 35:58Speaker 5: What'd you do?
- 36:00Speaker 6: So I used your recipe.
- 36:02Speaker 6: I just cut it in half.
- 36:03Speaker 6: So we just made one glass of each.
- 36:05Speaker 6: And it was Jeff's a quarter cup of eggnog, a cup of he bought a Haagen-Dazs peppermint chocolate ice cream.
- 36:16Speaker 6: And then we put the Hershey syrup in the tablespoons of Hershey syrup and the Mab Creek.
- 36:26Speaker 6: Yeah Right, single burp 120.
- 36:28Speaker 6: 120, mab Creek 120.
- 36:30Speaker 3: You're using a nine.
- 36:31Speaker 6: And then a mint chocolate, which is similar to an Andy's candy, but it's not technically an Andy's candy, but it tastes like one.
- 36:39Speaker 6: And then mine because, I can't eat dairy products is made-.
- 36:46Speaker 4: Hold on one second in yours and put this out there for everybody.
- 36:51Speaker 4: That is for the purposes of yours.
- 36:56Speaker 4: Why did you do this?
- 36:57Speaker 6: So this one is vegan and dairy-free mine.
- 37:01Speaker 6: So it has oat milk instead of eggnog or regular milk and it has, you know, like a cashew, vanilla cashew.
- 37:15Speaker 6: Was it?
- 37:16Speaker 6: Coconut?
- 37:18Speaker 3: No, it was cashew milk ice cream.
- 37:21Speaker 6: Okay, that was vanilla, cashew milk, ice cream.
- 37:27Speaker 5: But I think that's really cool, because we talked about this earlier today, or was it?
- 37:31Speaker 5: Today or yesterday, that make one that was going to work for you, that, even though you couldn't have the milk, make it work.
- 37:41Speaker 6: That's pretty cool yeah it's delicious, it tastes delicious.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Yeah, and so CT.
- 37:49Speaker 4: Fantastic because there is a lot of people out there just watching this podcast and they have intimate others that are vegan and dairy-free in their life and want to drink, and now's the chance that they can make something that they will enjoy.
- 38:10Speaker 6: Yeah, they actually have spray whip, coconut spray whip now, so you can buy that in most grocery stores instead of dairy whip.
- 38:17Speaker 6: And if you're going to make a blended ice cream drink or a shake, cashew milk blends up creamier and smoother than some of the other ones.
- 38:30Speaker 6: Like almond milk is kind of watery when you blend it up.
- 38:33Speaker 6: You know the oat and the cashew make for creamier, thicker, creamier, more milk-like texture.
- 38:44Speaker 5: Well, and I like almond milk, so it may be something to play around with in the future.
- 38:48Speaker 5: I don't drink milk because it's a general thing.
- 38:51Speaker 5: I drink fair life.
- 38:53Speaker 6: We're almond milk.
- 38:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean almond milk is good.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I'm a coconut milk, oat milk guy.
- 38:58Speaker 3: I mean, it's not like I need, I just choose it for its health reasons.
- 39:06Speaker 4: Stacy says nice apron there.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Ct.
- 39:09Speaker 5: You like that.
- 39:11Speaker 3: We thought about that, didn't we?
- 39:13Speaker 3: You knew we were talking about.
- 39:15Speaker 3: I mean, honestly, I think this is one of our more pre-discussed, well-thought-out podcasts that we've done so far.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Yeah, we got our shit together.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 39:27Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 39:27Speaker 3: We got to do more like this.
- 39:30Speaker 5: So we'll move on to the ingredients, and then I want to blend it, so it's going to be a little loud for a second.
- 39:37Speaker 5: But just as we're doing three ounces of Naught Creek 9, and again, it does not have to be Naught Creek 9.
- 39:44Speaker 5: You can use whatever you want, whatever you got.
- 39:46Speaker 5: All you got is jack, you know, gin bean, whatever it is, it doesn't matter.
- 39:51Speaker 5: But we're using three ounces of your favorite bourbon.
- 39:54Speaker 5: We're using two cups of the vanilla ice cream again, it doesn't matter.
- 39:59Speaker 5: If you like French vanilla, you like vanilla bean, you like whatever.
- 40:02Speaker 5: I have a regular vanilla ice cream, jeff has peppermint, so whatever.
- 40:07Speaker 5: So the next thing that you did was Rock two hands.
- 40:10Speaker 5: We can't shoot, yep, rock two hands has to do the.
- 40:14Speaker 6: God bless you.
- 40:15Speaker 6: I've got Andy's Mints so.
- 40:19Speaker 5: I took four Andy's Mints and I chopped them up pretty fine.
- 40:23Speaker 2: I'm going to go ahead and dump those in.
- 40:26Speaker 5: So four Andy's Mints are going in there.
- 40:29Speaker 5: We put about a half a cup of full milk again could substitute however you need to do, and then we've got about four tablespoons of Hershey's Chocolate syrup.
- 40:39Speaker 5: That is the one thing that I'm going to tell you, that if you stray from, we are no longer friends.
- 40:45Speaker 5: Inventation chocolate syrup is not going to work.
- 40:49Speaker 5: You have Hershey's syrup.
- 40:50Speaker 6: Come on, it's got to be Hershey's right.
- 40:52Speaker 6: Yep, there's Hershey's syrup in ours.
- 40:54Speaker 6: Yep, hershey's syrup all the way, go get loud for a second.
- 41:07Speaker 3: It's so loud CT that we can't even hear it.
- 41:12Speaker 6: Yeah, we didn't hear anything.
- 41:16Speaker 3: No, it was too loud.
- 41:18Speaker 4: Wow, hey, here we go.
- 41:25Speaker 5: Oh, the Andy's Mints are all ooh, look perfectly proportioned Yep.
- 41:31Speaker 5: To top it off even finer Dustin Andy's Mints.
- 41:38Speaker 3: On the top, top it off.
- 41:40Speaker 6: We dusted ours with.
- 41:41Speaker 6: I pulverized some ginger snaps cookies in the food processor.
- 41:49Speaker 3: And then threw a gingerbread man snap cookie right on top so that you can scoop the whipped cream off.
- 41:55Speaker 6: Everybody saw that that was cool.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Now let me see if I can find some super stupid straw that my daughter has.
- 42:02Speaker 5: Okay, look at this.
- 42:04Speaker 4: Yep.
- 42:05Speaker 5: Usually I have those metal straws that go in the yam crap like that.
- 42:09Speaker 3: Look at this, ct.
- 42:10Speaker 3: You get one of these vanilla things what you stir your coffee with, and then you can use that as your straw and stir and it basically becomes an edible part of the drink.
- 42:25Speaker 5: Oh, that's yeah.
- 42:26Speaker 5: So look at Luca back there, cheers, cheers.
- 42:31Speaker 3: I'm going to add you bourbon.
- 42:34Speaker 3: And I would say that this, this is the best.
- 42:42Speaker 3: Jesus Exactly.
- 42:44Speaker 3: I think this is the best drink I've ever had at home.
- 42:49Speaker 4: That's basically what Connie said at the beginning of the show.
- 42:54Speaker 6: Oh God, it's so good.
- 42:59Speaker 5: I mean, we're not here with anybody, Come on.
- 43:02Speaker 3: I think, I think we should have one of these every single day, every single day of our lives.
- 43:09Speaker 3: I make a degree Everybody has to have a bourbon milkshake right before they go to bed every night.
- 43:17Speaker 3: That's my degree.
- 43:20Speaker 5: So I and Rachel likes mint chocolate chip too.
- 43:23Speaker 5: This is fully cracked.
- 43:26Speaker 5: This is off the hook.
- 43:28Speaker 4: I really love mint chocolate chip.
- 43:29Speaker 4: I can't wait to make this one for her too.
- 43:32Speaker 6: I love mint chocolate chip.
- 43:34Speaker 6: That's one of my favorites.
- 43:35Speaker 4: That's one of her favorite ice creams too.
- 43:40Speaker 3: And I think the knob creek flavor compliments the mint, the Andes candies so well.
- 43:49Speaker 6: No, it really does, it works.
- 43:52Speaker 5: It works If you have a bar out, if anybody is listening or watching this, if you have a bar, you are a sure winner with that drink for the holidays.
- 44:03Speaker 5: Yeah, holes down.
- 44:05Speaker 5: If I walk into a bar today and they have that in the Andrew, um, yeah, sign me up.
- 44:11Speaker 3: This is on the level of the first time.
- 44:12Speaker 3: I was like 12 years old at Captain's Steakhouse and my mom let me have a grasshopper.
- 44:18Speaker 3: It was like that's the first time I ever had.
- 44:23Speaker 3: I had like a minty flavor to it and there was some.
- 44:26Speaker 3: You know, first time I ever had like alcohol in public and it was like what is this?
- 44:32Speaker 3: What?
- 44:36Speaker 4: Sherry's not here and I get to eat my Luxardo cherry.
- 44:42Speaker 3: No, you dropped it.
- 44:44Speaker 4: I dropped it.
- 44:45Speaker 3: I saw you missed your mouth.
- 44:47Speaker 3: Did you have a Luxardo cherry in your milkshake?
- 44:53Speaker 6: No, he's drinking it all fresh.
- 44:55Speaker 3: Oh Nash, you should have, just I picked the right no.
- 44:59Speaker 4: I didn't do the milkshake.
- 45:01Speaker 5: Yes, centimeter address.
- 45:02Speaker 5: I'll ship you one tomorrow.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Once again I make a decree.
- 45:06Speaker 6: You're missing out.
- 45:07Speaker 6: I'm not having a milkshake.
- 45:09Speaker 3: Oh God, ct man, I think, I think.
- 45:13Speaker 4: I decided to pick two and I thought you know I really don't do milkshakes, but good God, I missed out.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Well putting the I'm not doing a milkshake.
- 45:22Speaker 3: I don't, I was thinking about add a little bit of malt to it too.
- 45:26Speaker 3: You just add and put that in there, and it would be add that little bit of malt flavor to go with my compliment, the bourbon right.
- 45:37Speaker 6: I want to figure out how to lick this out.
- 45:40Speaker 5: I haven't had a milkshake and I'm going to be straight up honest I'm not sure if I had a milkshake in maybe three or four years.
- 45:49Speaker 4: This thing.
- 45:49Speaker 4: I can't remember the last time I've had it.
- 45:52Speaker 6: Well, I can't have a damn milkshake because nobody makes some dairy free that.
- 45:56Speaker 3: So this is like the first milkshake she's had in like 15 years.
- 46:01Speaker 3: Oh my God.
- 46:04Speaker 6: So good.
- 46:06Speaker 3: I think I had a milkshake like two three years ago when it was like a, when one of the fast food places that serves custard came around for the first time and I had one of theirs and it was fantastic, but that's amazing, that was really good.
- 46:22Speaker 3: Hey, ct, I think that's the.
- 46:25Speaker 3: I think that's the holiday winner, I don't.
- 46:27Speaker 3: We should just basically have like gallons of of ice cream here on that on that Friday and just start making milkshakes for everybody.
- 46:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I think there's little ice cream machines.
- 46:41Speaker 4: Come on in.
- 46:42Speaker 4: Come on in there.
- 46:43Speaker 4: Well, I'm making some smoke cocktails and Roxy, roxy, you leaving.
- 46:51Speaker 6: I gotta make sure Alice is in bed.
- 46:52Speaker 2: Roxy Hi.
- 46:55Speaker 4: Roxy is in the mirror and, well, you can't see her, but she's behind the scenes.
- 47:01Speaker 3: She just went up to check on the baby.
- 47:03Speaker 4: That is.
- 47:04Speaker 4: That is an awesome urban milkshake that CT just got through.
- 47:09Speaker 4: It was one, it was chocolate.
- 47:16Speaker 3: And I'm and.
- 47:17Speaker 3: I'm buzzed, buzzed me.
- 47:22Speaker 5: Well, you know, you think about it, it's got three ounces of bourbon, compared to even an old fashioned usually it's two.
- 47:29Speaker 3: Well, also, yeah, and then also think about this CT.
- 47:32Speaker 3: If you poured some bourbon cream in there and use some Heaven Hill eggnog, it'd be a great morning drink.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Oh God, he's going to liquor, liquor 46 it.
- 47:51Speaker 4: It'll say they say is awesome, roxy made one dairy free.
- 47:56Speaker 4: Yep.
- 47:58Speaker 6: We're not going to win this.
- 47:59Speaker 6: Yeah well, she can't do the very things.
- 48:01Speaker 3: Or the eggs.
- 48:02Speaker 3: So it was cashew ice cream and it was.
- 48:06Speaker 4: And she's saying it's awesome and they made one for Jeff, regular, like CT made.
- 48:13Speaker 4: And they're saying this that's brown sugar baked apples that went in this.
- 48:20Speaker 4: This is the caramel.
- 48:25Speaker 3: CT.
- 48:25Speaker 3: One of the cool things about it also is is you did it right?
- 48:29Speaker 3: You know the Andes candies that you blended, yeah, the thicker ones stay at the bottom.
- 48:35Speaker 3: So your last drink is like a bunch of a mint chocolate sitting at the bottom and then you have the light ones on the top.
- 48:45Speaker 3: So it's really kind of cool.
- 48:49Speaker 5: Bro, and I have to say it still, how, again the LaCour 43 made this even better.
- 49:00Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, I hope Matt's washing well, no, I won't.
- 49:12Speaker 3: I won't disagree with you.
- 49:13Speaker 3: I mean, did you ever have a bottle of Godiva chocolate liquor and Godiva white chocolate liquor?
- 49:20Speaker 5: those well, wait a minute, answer your own question unlike anybody else, did you, hey, ct?
- 49:31Speaker 3: so so Woodford Reserve.
- 49:35Speaker 3: I met a lady online and she took the bourbon balls to Woodford Reserve right to see if we could get bourbon balls in Woodford Reserve.
- 49:45Speaker 3: And their comment was can you make them all white chocolate?
- 49:49Speaker 3: Because we already have chocolate bourbon balls.
- 49:51Speaker 3: There you go anyways yeah but that next batch of bourbon balls is getting ready.
- 50:07Speaker 3: And speaking of fur balls, yeah, this is our, this is our new baby girl.
- 50:29Speaker 4: Yeah, she's full-blooded.
- 50:30Speaker 4: Yep, they have purple.
- 50:42Speaker 4: That's her new baby girl yeah oh it's gonna be so much fun get in here I know you go excellent, so anyways, anything else.
- 51:01Speaker 3: You want to finish up with the Super Nash this has been a great cocktail learning experience for me.
- 51:13Speaker 4: Like I say, I've learned a whole lot tonight and a lot that I want to share with my wife for the holidays, and hopefully everybody that's been watching up there wants to share with somebody you know or just for themselves so.
- 51:31Speaker 3: So, ct, we we're gonna publish you sent me the PDF so I'll copy and paste it in this podcast all the recipes, and then thank you for those.
- 51:48Speaker 3: I mean those, those are very, very much your recipes from stuff that you've.
- 51:55Speaker 3: You know that your little tweak that's what bartenders do, right, they tweak it's.
- 52:04Speaker 5: I enjoy it, I really do.
- 52:05Speaker 5: It's fun to to take something that you know.
- 52:11Speaker 5: Bourbon and whiskey, whatever you, whatever it is, is great on its own, but I feel like cocktails bring it to a different level.
- 52:19Speaker 5: That because, let's be honest, there's not everybody is not going to drink a bourbon or a whiskey.
- 52:26Speaker 5: They may not like it, but that milkshake is very approachable.
- 52:31Speaker 5: Something as simple as the cider, apple cider and caramel is very approachable for most people and I like that as a gateway for people to be able to still enjoy the drinks and not have a clear distillate that they have to drink and mix it with everything in the world.
- 52:49Speaker 4: So this is a good way to have something enjoyable and savory to drink well, I was bourbon and whiskey behind it and instead of, like you said, a clear distillate.
- 53:03Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, I'm gonna guess that you know vodka milkshake is probably other than whatever flavor that you back it with is not gonna be nearly the flavor that this thing is, I think.
- 53:18Speaker 3: I think you second that you said a cuss word just now vodka milkshake.
- 53:24Speaker 3: What the fuck is that?
- 53:25Speaker 3: Who the hell ever even heard of that?
- 53:28Speaker 4: no, I mean my god cute to make these up right now.
- 53:34Speaker 5: That's what I don't know what we may have to do next year.
- 53:39Speaker 5: For do because, yeah, we'll have to call it hard to because Charlie will have to do the killer yeah, yeah, no, no, I don't, I okay.
- 54:00Speaker 3: So we could have a tequila sunrise that I'll go with.
- 54:05Speaker 3: You know, slow, so many slow gin and orange juice and some tequila.
- 54:13Speaker 3: And the slow gin and orange juice, make sure that you don't taste the tequila.
- 54:17Speaker 3: I'm not past it.
- 54:19Speaker 4: I'm right there.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Tequila has gone way to a whole nother level that's because you drink too much bourbon Nash tequila hasn't gone to any other level, tequila is still tequila.
- 54:38Speaker 3: Do you know how many people actually know I?
- 54:40Speaker 3: There's not many people who drink age tequila.
- 54:43Speaker 3: It's so little.
- 54:45Speaker 3: I was talking to Anne.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Age tequila is like it's like a subculture.
- 54:51Speaker 3: I mean, it's like you know.
- 54:53Speaker 3: It's not even a foot fetish.
- 54:55Speaker 3: It's not people who drink tequila.
- 55:00Speaker 3: Did you know quervo still sells the most tequila?
- 55:05Speaker 5: that's because of that's because it's the most common thing out there, but it's not.
- 55:10Speaker 3: I understand, but I'm telling you, what you call tequila people aren't.
- 55:16Speaker 3: The general population is not into, just not.
- 55:21Speaker 3: You can age shit and it'll taste a little bit better, but in the end it still tastes like shit, you said, you said it was a barrel age tequila and whiskey and bourbon barrel hey, ct, he just said he's not talking about age tequila
- 55:49Speaker 3: and it says I'm talking about barrel age tequila.
- 55:52Speaker 3: What the fuck do you think I'm talking about now?
- 55:57Speaker 3: Okay, you're sick, you're bourbon fucking claws.
- 56:00Speaker 3: You stick to bourbon claws, it's like yes yes, it's like get the hell off.
- 56:08Speaker 3: Okay, yes to yes.
- 56:11Speaker 3: As kivaggio says, tequila is dangerous and and okay, that's the one thing that I might like about it, I would I tell you to live dangerously.
- 56:19Speaker 3: Go drink some frickin tequila and see how dangerous it is.
- 56:24Speaker 3: I disagree oh my god.
- 56:26Speaker 3: Anyways, if you're gonna do another one, maybe we've got to have you do a romantic Valentine's Day.
- 56:35Speaker 3: We'll have you do the Valentine's Day the same format, but you come up with romantic drinks for couples with a heart and heart on it and then yeah, and then we can have Rachel, she can be on two, and you, the two of you, can be sure he does there hey, sherry how much do you like tequila?

- 57:08Speaker 3: Siri.
- 57:08Speaker 3: Siri told me she found a lot about it.
- 57:10Speaker 6: You gotta be the better tequila.
- 57:12Speaker 6: I don't want the tequila.
- 57:14Speaker 3: There's no such thing.
- 57:15Speaker 3: So in other words, you don't like tequila because there's no such thing.
- 57:19Speaker 3: In my book of better tequila, it's just there's shittier tequila and then there's shit tequila, and then there's just a little shit tequila.
- 57:30Speaker 4: That's conversation there you go CC, there you go, punch that time clock out.
- 57:37Speaker 3: Anyways, alright, we're off to tequila.
