- 1:12Speaker 1: Deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently
- 1:21Speaker 1: breathe out through your mouth. And just feel the gentle
- 1:27Speaker 1: rhythm of your breath and the steady beat of your
- 1:33Speaker 1: heart And take a moment to listen to your heartbeat.
- 1:39Speaker 1: And just feel a gentle rise and fall of your
- 1:43Speaker 1: chest as it moves in time with your heartbeat. And
- 1:48Speaker 1: with each beat of your heart you feel more and
- 1:52Speaker 1: more relaxed. More and more calm and more and more peaceful.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And every time you breathe in you are breathing in
- 2:06Speaker 1: Deep relaxation. Making you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And it feels so good. Now, tense up your whole

- 2:37Speaker 1: And soft as your muscles relax. Feel your whole body
- 2:42Speaker 1: softening as you gently relax. But one more time. Tighten
- 2:50Speaker 1: up all of your muscles in your body really, really tightly.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Pull your hands into fists. And hold for just a
- 2:58Speaker 1: few seconds. One. Two.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Three.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And let go. That's really good. Well done. And you
- 3:13Speaker 1: are now so relaxed that your whole body is still.
- 3:19Speaker 1: So very still and so very heavy. And your body
- 3:25Speaker 1: is so relaxed now. Now this is just a little
- 3:33Speaker 1: story to send you off to sleep. Once upon a time,
- 3:41Speaker 1: in a land filled with rolling hills and cheerful sunshine,
- 3:46Speaker 1: there lived two very special animal friends. One was named Victor,
- 3:52Speaker 1: who was an armadillo. Victor had a very best friend
- 3:57Speaker 1: and he was called Casper. Casper the meerkat. Victor had
- 4:05Speaker 1: a warm, sandy brown shell. That protected him just like
- 4:09Speaker 1: a cosy home. Whilst Casper had sleek sandy brown fur
- 4:14Speaker 1: and curious bright eyes. And they had been friends, best friends,
- 4:20Speaker 1: since they were very, very tiny. And they went everywhere together.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Now on a beautiful sunny day, Victor and Casper decided
- 4:32Speaker 1: to embark on a grand adventure. so they packed their
- 4:36Speaker 1: backpacks with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, and off they went,
- 4:40Speaker 1: riding their shiny scooters. Now Victor's scooter was painted with
- 4:47Speaker 1: colourful patterns that matched his shell, whilst Casper's scooter gleamed
- 4:52Speaker 1: with a cool blue shine. It was his favourite colour.
- 4:56Speaker 1: In fact, his bedroom was also painted a cool blue,
- 5:01Speaker 1: with lots of colourful posters on his walls. Victor and
- 5:07Speaker 1: Casper rode along on their scooters and they were just
- 5:11Speaker 1: laughing and having lots of fun as they went. And
- 5:14Speaker 1: then they decided to stop for a little break and
- 5:17Speaker 1: a nice refreshing drink. It was a very warm day
- 5:23Speaker 1: and they were both very thirsty. As they stood there
- 5:28Speaker 1: together they looked up at the beautiful blue sky above
- 5:32Speaker 1: them and they could see the sun shining brightly with
- 5:36Speaker 1: not a cloud in the sky. And as they watched,
- 5:41Speaker 1: a flock of fabulous, colourful birds flew across the sky.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Their wings were very large and flapped powerfully on the
- 5:50Speaker 1: gentle breeze. And it surely was an amazing sight to see.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Victor and Casper gave a little gasp of delight. They
- 5:59Speaker 1: had never seen these birds before and didn't know what
- 6:02Speaker 1: they were called. So they stood for a moment and
- 6:06Speaker 1: watched them as they flew off into the distance. Victor
- 6:12Speaker 1: and Casper finished their drinks and got back on their
- 6:15Speaker 1: scooters and continued on their way. They went very fast
- 6:21Speaker 1: down twisty winding paths, but all the time laughing out
- 6:25Speaker 1: loud as the air whipped around their faces. Their journey
- 6:31Speaker 1: led them to a magical place called The Happy Wheels
- 6:36Speaker 1: Skate Park. It was a bustling place, filled with laughter
- 6:41Speaker 1: and excitement, and lots and lots of other animals of
- 6:44Speaker 1: all different kinds. The skate park was adorned with vibrant
- 6:48Speaker 1: graffiti art, showcasing a rainbow of colours that danced across
- 6:53Speaker 1: the walls, and it looked wonderful. The air was filled
- 6:58Speaker 1: with the rhythmic sounds of wheels rolling. and the joyous
- 7:01Speaker 1: cheers of all the other young animals, who were also
- 7:05Speaker 1: there with their scooters and their bikes. Some of them
- 7:08Speaker 1: even had rollerblades on, and they went whizzing past Victor
- 7:11Speaker 1: and Casper. Everyone was having so much fun. As Victor
- 7:17Speaker 1: and Casper explored the skate park, they made new friends.
- 7:22Speaker 1: They met Pete, the zebra, with his bold black and
- 7:26Speaker 1: white stripes. And they met Bob, the anteater, with his
- 7:30Speaker 1: long snout and soft brown fur. And together, they all
- 7:35Speaker 1: laughed and played, sharing stories and smiles. Casper, with his
- 7:42Speaker 1: nimble and agile nature, zipped around the skate park on
- 7:46Speaker 1: his scooter, his fluffy tail flying behind him. Victor, though
- 7:51Speaker 1: a bit slower on his scooter, rolled along with a
- 7:54Speaker 1: sense of determination, his shell gleaming in the sunlight. and
- 8:00Speaker 1: they played like this together for quite a while. Soon, though,
- 8:07Speaker 1: they were all feeling a bit puffed out, what with
- 8:10Speaker 1: all the dashing about on their scooters. So, under the
- 8:14Speaker 1: shade of tall leafy trees, the friends found a cosy
- 8:19Speaker 1: spot to rest. The trees provided shelter, their branches swaying
- 8:25Speaker 1: gently in the warm breeze. And they sat there together,
- 8:31Speaker 1: enjoying their snacks and drinks, while sharing tales of their adventures.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Kindness and friendship filled the air, creating a magical atmosphere.
- 8:44Speaker 1: So just for a moment, you just listen to their stories,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and see if you can hear what they are saying.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I bet you can, if you listen hard enough. Thank you.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Thank you. Wow.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Could you hear them telling their stories to each other?
- 10:58Speaker 1: What did they talk about? I'll bet it was lots
- 11:02Speaker 1: of fun. Now Casper, being a meerkat, was known for
- 11:09Speaker 1: his keen observation skills. He admired Victor's armadillo shell, which
- 11:16Speaker 1: was like a portable home Victor carried wherever he went. Victor,
- 11:20Speaker 1: in turn, admired Casper's energetic and playful nature. He was
- 11:25Speaker 1: always ready for new challenges and exciting discoveries. But now,
- 11:32Speaker 1: as the day drew to a close, the friends bid
- 11:35Speaker 1: farewell to the skate park, and with joyful hearts, they
- 11:39Speaker 1: waved goodbye to Pete and Bob, knowing they would meet
- 11:43Speaker 1: again on future adventures. Victor and Casper scooted back home,
- 11:51Speaker 1: their hearts filled with memories of the fun they had shared.
- 11:55Speaker 1: They had made new, kind friends, just like the two
- 12:00Speaker 1: of them, and they were very happy. The sun began
- 12:06Speaker 1: to set, painting the sky with hues of orange, pink
- 12:11Speaker 1: and purple, and Victor and Casper returned to their cosy homes,
- 12:17Speaker 1: grateful for the wonderful day they had experienced. and all
- 12:22Speaker 1: the fun they had, and they were so grateful for
- 12:25Speaker 1: their new friends. And so, as the moon rose high
- 12:32Speaker 1: in the sky, the stars twinkled above like tiny diamonds.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Victor and Casper drifted off to sleep, dreaming of new adventures, kindness,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and the endless fun that awaited them in the big,
- 12:54Speaker 1: wide world. Night-night.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Thank you for watching. I think it's a good thing.
- 15:47Speaker 2: I think it's a good thing. I think it's.
- 15:56Speaker 1: A good thing.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Thank you. you Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks
- 22:07Speaker 2: for watching!
