  Speaker 1: My name is Julie Nguyen and today we're going to be talking about shedding old identities and how to really meet yourself where you are.

  Speaker 1: But before we get into all of that, I want to share what came up as I was in my own personal meditation.

  Speaker 1: I'm sitting here at my computer with a microphone and grounding in, you know, just to get the highest wisdom and clarity and purpose.

  Speaker 1: What was being reminded is this Wow, wow, wow.

  Speaker 1: Look at you, look where you've come in life, look what you've done you.

  Speaker 1: Look where you've come in life.

  Speaker 1: Look what you've done, look at this incredible journey, and now you are returning to the remembrance that you are the creator of your life.

  Speaker 1: As you begin to talk about shedding the old and identities, it is important to remember that everything that you experienced in your life, you called in for.

  Speaker 1: Every experience is a lesson in this school of life.

  Speaker 1: Life shedding the old means holding all aspects of life with grace but, most importantly, gratitude.

  Speaker 1: Every version of who you have ever been has been incredibly, celebrated and deeply loved.

  Speaker 1: There are no bad parts, no-transcript that have come forth to experience life.

  Speaker 1: You are the creator of your life.

  Speaker 1: Settle in and allow for infinite expansion.

  Speaker 1: Say yes to the ability to express yourself in many ways, in all forms.

  Speaker 1: Allow yourself to receive what it is that you desire.

  Speaker 1: There is no such thing as asking for too much, and in fact, we want you to ask for more than what you think you can even ask for, for this is the expression of expansion.

  Speaker 1: Say yes, allow for magic and miracles in your life.

  Speaker 1: So, personally, as I channel those messages and I hear it for myself, I can simultaneously feel a little bit of resistance inside of me, and this is where the real work comes in is.

  Speaker 1: I can feel this resistance inside of me, like, well, I can't ask for too much or I'm undeserving.

  Speaker 1: So then that is just showing me that there's these parts of me inside that still need to be held or looked at.

  Speaker 1: Why does it feel like when I hear ask for you know so much, these big dreams?

  Speaker 1: Just ask for it and allow yourself to receive it.

  Speaker 1: There's a part of me that still feels like it wants to play small and or that that is a dream that is not accessible to me.

  Speaker 1: Let me see if I can access that In the resistance comes in the question of an authentic desire.

  Speaker 1: If there's resistance to the call for expansion, then go back inward, go inward and explore back inward, go inward and explore.

  Speaker 1: Where is the authentic desire?

  Speaker 1: There's a reach that many people have meaning.

  Speaker 1: If I manifest, if I call in the big house, the big car, the dream life, it is not necessarily in alignment with the desired soul experience that the soul of who you are wants what.

  Speaker 1: This is where the work comes first Desiring peace, wisdom, strength and knowing that all is being worked out, an unwavering trust in the universe.

  Speaker 1: An unwavering trust that all that I need is coming to me, that I am always supported, that I am always being guided, that there is no reason to fear anything.

  Speaker 1: And once you can get into this space, first, this trust, a deepening of relationship with how the universe actually works, understanding the laws and the principles of the universe.

  Speaker 1: It points you back to your power, to your power, your power to create authentically, your power to manifest what it is that is for the highest good of your soul's evolution.

  Speaker 1: This is why there's resistance.

  Speaker 1: What is it that my soul authentically desires?

  Speaker 1: I'm going to have to go back and listen to that message for myself, but that felt like a really nice way to kind of start the morning and then stay tuned for the following podcast, where I'm going to actually touch base on what I wanted to touch base on in the first place.

  Speaker 1: As we move into closing out the year of 2024 and preparing for 2025, I think it's this you know, the real work when it comes to doing vision boards and manifestations.

  Speaker 1: What is it that my soul truly is wanting to experience and how does it want to express itself?
