- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to get right
- 0:06Speaker 1: back to the Sarah Kellen interview with Congress. Question. On
- 0:11Speaker 1: October twentieth, two thousand and five, police executed a search
- 0:14Speaker 1: warrant for mister Epstein's pom Beach, Florida home. Were you
- 0:17Speaker 1: present for the search? Answer? No? Question When did you
- 0:21Speaker 1: learn that home had been raided? Answer? I don't recall
- 0:24Speaker 1: how I found out. It may have been one of
- 0:27Speaker 1: the house staff members. I don't really have a recollection.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Question did anyone tip mister Epstein off to the search warrant? Answer?
- 0:34Speaker 1: I don't know. Question are you aware of any items
- 0:37Speaker 1: being removed from Jeffrey Epstein's pom Beach residents prior to
- 0:40Speaker 1: the raid? Answer? Yes, he called another assistant and told
- 0:44Speaker 1: her to go to the house and remove the computers
- 0:47Speaker 1: from the house. Question who was that assistant? Answer redacted?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Question what did he tell her? Answer? I just overheard
- 0:54Speaker 1: him on the phone with her, so I vaguely the
- 0:56Speaker 1: gist was like, go to the house and take the computers,
- 0:59Speaker 1: and it was my understanding she was to give them
- 1:01Speaker 1: to his attorney. Question do you know how mister Epstein
- 1:05Speaker 1: became aware of the search warrant? Answer I don't. Question
- 1:08Speaker 1: can you describe what he instructed her to remove from
- 1:11Speaker 1: the property? Answer, as far as I can remember, just
- 1:14Speaker 1: the computers. Question did you witness her remove these items
- 1:17Speaker 1: from the property? Answer? No, I was on the island
- 1:20Speaker 1: with them when he called her. Question how did you
- 1:23Speaker 1: overhear the phone call? Answer? I was in front of them.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Question did you learn that the items had in fact
- 1:29Speaker 1: been removed from the property? Answer? I assume they did,
- 1:32Speaker 1: and I've read articles about it, so I assumed it happened.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Question do you have any firsthand knowledge that the assistant
- 1:39Speaker 1: was complicit in removing the items from the property. Did
- 1:42Speaker 1: the assistant ever tell you? Ham jumps in, did you
- 1:45Speaker 1: know that? Do you know if she did that? Brignac
- 1:49Speaker 1: And I'm going to ask that one more time so
- 1:50Speaker 1: it's clear on the record. Did the assistant or anyone
- 1:53Speaker 1: else ever tell you that she had in fact remove
- 1:56Speaker 1: the items from the property. Answer? I don't remember. Question
- 2:00Speaker 1: did you hear if anyone else removed the items from
- 2:02Speaker 1: the property? Ham like at the time, not what you've
- 2:06Speaker 1: heard since then, Kellen, It's hard to remember exactly what
- 2:09Speaker 1: I knew at the time versus what I've read. Brignac. Question,
- 2:13Speaker 1: what's your understanding of why he wanted those contents removed
- 2:16Speaker 1: from the property? Answer? I don't know. Question were items
- 2:20Speaker 1: or records intentionally destroyed or withheld from the police as
- 2:23Speaker 1: part of the investigation? Answer? I don't know. I remember
- 2:27Speaker 1: I think it was Valentine's Day because I was having
- 2:30Speaker 1: dinner with my then boyfriend and Jeffrey called me and
- 2:33Speaker 1: had me come leave the dinner to meet him at
- 2:35Speaker 1: his house in New York and he had lawyers there.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Darren Endyke was there and a few of his other attorneys,
- 2:41Speaker 1: and he told me to gather various things from the
- 2:44Speaker 1: house and give it to his attorneys. Question, can you
- 2:47Speaker 1: list those items for me? And to that, Missham jumps
- 2:50Speaker 1: in again. One second, can we go off record? Now
- 2:53Speaker 1: they're back on the record. Ham, We're just confirming on
- 2:56Speaker 1: the victim piece of it. Brignac, I'm going to ask
- 2:59Speaker 1: the question once more or for clarity on the record,
- 3:02Speaker 1: were items or records ever intentionally destroyed or withheld from
- 3:05Speaker 1: the police as part of the investigation. You said yes,
- 3:09Speaker 1: that items you were called and asked to turn over
- 3:11Speaker 1: items to attorneys. I asked you to list those items. Ham.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Can we just clarify in terms of intentionally withheld from police.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm not sure at the time you understood why you
- 3:21Speaker 1: were collecting the information. Kellen correct. Ham, you were asked
- 3:24Speaker 1: to go I'm not trying to put words in your mouth,
- 3:27Speaker 1: but Kellen correct, I was just asked to go around
- 3:30Speaker 1: the house and collect to give to the attorneys. I
- 3:32Speaker 1: didn't know the purpose of what they were going to
- 3:34Speaker 1: do with the items. I didn't understand it. That was it.
- 3:39Speaker 1: That's intentionally trying to get cut off by Brignac. Understood
- 3:43Speaker 1: you received an instruction from your boss to remove items
- 3:45Speaker 1: from the property. Answer. I didn't remove it. I was
- 3:49Speaker 1: just gathering it from the floors in the house and
- 3:51Speaker 1: putting it in the dining room for the attorneys. I
- 3:54Speaker 1: don't know what they did with it. Question Okay, can
- 3:56Speaker 1: you list the items that you gathered into the dining room? Answered?
- 4:00Speaker 1: Directories and printed photographs? Question which directories? Answer all the
- 4:05Speaker 1: ones Glen's directory that she had printed and we're all
- 4:08Speaker 1: around the houses. Question in which photographs? Ham, We're going
- 4:13Speaker 1: to ask her not to get into the specifics of
- 4:14Speaker 1: photographs because I think that, based on the allegations that
- 4:17Speaker 1: we've heard, could implicate other victims. Brignac, for the record,
- 4:21Speaker 1: are you refusing to answer the question? Answer? I would
- 4:25Speaker 1: like to answer that question, but I need to listen
- 4:27Speaker 1: to my counsel Timmins. And again, for the record, if
- 4:30Speaker 1: she had immunity, would you be able to answer that question? Ham? Yes, Brignac,
- 4:36Speaker 1: who instructed you? Ham jumps in again. Oh, I'm sorry
- 4:39Speaker 1: if I can jump in, And I want to be
- 4:40Speaker 1: clear because I think sometimes when people talk about immunity
- 4:43Speaker 1: there are some confusion. This would be use immunity. I mean,
- 4:48Speaker 1: I know that you know this, Congressman, but this would
- 4:51Speaker 1: be use immunity. It's not transactional immunity. She would be
- 4:56Speaker 1: able to speak about items, you know, speak about issues
- 4:59Speaker 1: to this committee, but it's not transactional immunity. Kellen, I
- 5:02Speaker 1: don't know what any of that means. Ham. I know
- 5:05Speaker 1: you don't, but it's fine. Go ahead. Brignac, who instructed
- 5:08Speaker 1: you to gather these items for the dining room? Answer
- 5:11Speaker 1: Jeffrey question? And what was your understanding of why these
- 5:14Speaker 1: items were being gathered? Answer to give it to the
- 5:17Speaker 1: attorneys that were working on the case. Question how long
- 5:21Speaker 1: after the instruction did the ray take place? Answer? I
- 5:24Speaker 1: don't believe his New York home was ever rated until
- 5:26Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, which would have been some time probably two
- 5:30Speaker 1: thousand and six. Question were you aware of security cameras
- 5:34Speaker 1: on mister Epstein's properties? Answer? He had cameras in the
- 5:38Speaker 1: New York house that were directed out to the street,
- 5:40Speaker 1: but I don't recall any cameras being inside at the
- 5:43Speaker 1: New York house. They were all at different angles on
- 5:45Speaker 1: the street. In Palm Beach, he had noticed someone was
- 5:48Speaker 1: stealing cash out of his bag a few times, and
- 5:50Speaker 1: he had pom Beach police come help put like two
- 5:53Speaker 1: hidden cameras by his like one by his desk and
- 5:56Speaker 1: one I think in the garage to try and catch
- 5:59Speaker 1: whoever it was like breaking in and stealing his money.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And they caught the old house man that was fired
- 6:04Speaker 1: sneaking in and stealing It was actually Larry Vasoski who
- 6:08Speaker 1: put cameras in a clean xbox. Hell of a job
- 6:11Speaker 1: for a pilot, huh. Question was the camera footage ever
- 6:15Speaker 1: turned over to the police or FBI? Answer? I don't
- 6:18Speaker 1: recall exactly what happened with the footage or yeah, question
- 6:21Speaker 1: do you have access to the camera footage or did
- 6:23Speaker 1: you have access to the camera footage? Answer? I don't remember,
- 6:27Speaker 1: but I think it had gone to one of the computers.
- 6:29Speaker 1: There's an office in the kitchen. There was a desktop,
- 6:32Speaker 1: and I'm fairly certain it somehow was connected to the computer.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Tion im miss Kellen, there have been allegations at the
- 6:38Speaker 1: camera footage has been used for black mail purposes. How
- 6:41Speaker 1: do you respond to that allegation? Answer? I'm not aware
- 6:44Speaker 1: of any black mailing yet. Tell that to Bill Gates.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Question and are you aware of whether the computer hard
- 6:51Speaker 1: drives were removed from the Palm Beach residence prior to
- 6:54Speaker 1: the raid of the Palm Beach residence in October two
- 6:57Speaker 1: thousand and five? Answer only what I just discribed VI
- 7:00Speaker 1: as him telling his other assistant to remove them. Timmins,
- 7:03Speaker 1: you have described physical violence, choking, and other physical interactions.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Did any of those interactions result in visible bruising abrasions? Kellen?
- 7:13Speaker 1: Nonverbal response? Timmins, No, Kellen, no Brignac. You reference gifts
- 7:18Speaker 1: that mister Epstein received while he was imprisoned. Who provided
- 7:21Speaker 1: these gifts to Epstein? Ham? I don't think she mentioned
- 7:25Speaker 1: that sort of but she interpreted to be sort of
- 7:27Speaker 1: special favors like Skype, and that you understand that at
- 7:30Speaker 1: his direction gifts were being given to people, not to
- 7:33Speaker 1: mister Epstein, but given gifts to others, Miss Kellen, Right, Brignac, question,
- 7:38Speaker 1: the cash and the Disney tickets were someone else from
- 7:41Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Is that correct? Answer? Correct question? Okay? Were
- 7:45Speaker 1: massages a part of Epstein's routine day? Ham? Yeah, I
- 7:49Speaker 1: think we're going to avoid massages. Just again. I know
- 7:52Speaker 1: that the allegations are in this case, and I don't
- 7:54Speaker 1: want to get her into the other victims. Brignac And
- 7:56Speaker 1: for the record, are you refusing to answer the question, Kellen?
- 8:00Speaker 1: I would like to answer the question, I really would,
- 8:02Speaker 1: but I need to listen to my counsel. Brignac. How
- 8:06Speaker 1: was contact information for the messuses procured? Ham? This is
- 8:10Speaker 1: the same issue, Brignac. And for the record, are you
- 8:12Speaker 1: refusing to answer the question? Ham? I'm asking her just
- 8:16Speaker 1: based on the scope that we lay it out, and
- 8:18Speaker 1: given that this is a voluntary interview to avoid certain topics,
- 8:22Speaker 1: and I hope that people do not infer anything by
- 8:24Speaker 1: her silence. Sorry, we do, okay, we do. This is
- 8:29Speaker 1: just another sham voluntary interview, no teeth. Nothing happens if
- 8:33Speaker 1: she lies, and I hope that people do not infer
- 8:37Speaker 1: anything by her silence. She wishes, as she mentioned many times,
- 8:41Speaker 1: that she could talk on these subjects, but this is
- 8:44Speaker 1: not unfortunately, has not been presented to her in a
- 8:47Speaker 1: format in which that is possible. Timmins. But should the
- 8:50Speaker 1: committee provide immunity, she would be able to answer the questions. Ham, Yeah, Timmins, Okay,
- 8:56Speaker 1: And that's because she's guilty. I hate to say of folks,
- 8:58Speaker 1: but she's guilty. Now two things can be true at
- 9:01Speaker 1: the same time. Sure, she was victimized by Epstein, but
- 9:04Speaker 1: she's also guilty. Brignac. Can you provide the committee with
- 9:07Speaker 1: an age range of the messuses that came to the house, Pam,
- 9:10Speaker 1: this is the same issue. Thank you, Brignac for the record.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Are you refusing to answer the question? Pam, for the record.
- 9:16Speaker 1: I've asked her, based on the scope that she's prepared
- 9:19Speaker 1: to discuss today, to not answer these questions, but as
- 9:23Speaker 1: she mentioned many times, she would have preferred to be
- 9:25Speaker 1: answering them, Miss Brignac, is that a yes, Kellen. I
- 9:28Speaker 1: need to listen to my counsel's advice. Question, Miss Kellen,
- 9:32Speaker 1: are you familiar with the birthday book that was compiled
- 9:34Speaker 1: for mister Epstein's fiftieth birthday in January of two thousand
- 9:37Speaker 1: and three? Answer yes. Question what was your role with
- 9:40Speaker 1: the birthday book? Answer? I helped put it together, kind
- 9:43Speaker 1: of scan the entries and take it to a binder
- 9:46Speaker 1: so that it's bound into a leather bound. I think
- 9:48Speaker 1: there were two or three books that it entelled. Question
- 9:51Speaker 1: did you make a submission to the birthday book? Answer?
- 9:54Speaker 1: I did, Kellen. Majority Exhibit number one was marked for identification. Briniant,
- 10:00Speaker 1: I would like to introduce majority Exhibit one. This is
- 10:03Speaker 1: the letter from a book that was compiled as a
- 10:05Speaker 1: gift for Jeffrey Epstein's fiftieth birthday in January two thousand
- 10:09Speaker 1: and three by Glenn Maxwell. I'll give you a moment
- 10:12Speaker 1: to review, and please let me know when you're ready. Ham,
- 10:16Speaker 1: Is there a certain page you wanted to look at? Her?
- 10:18Speaker 1: The whole thing? Brignac, the whole thing? Question ready? Answer?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Uh huh. Question. The Committee is aware that these letters
- 10:25Speaker 1: and pictures contain redactions. However, the unredacted version of that
- 10:29Speaker 1: photo on page four has been made publicly available and
- 10:32Speaker 1: therefore the committee believes a submission to be made by you.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Is that correct? Answer? It's not my submission, but this
- 10:39Speaker 1: is a photo of me and him. Question who submitted
- 10:42Speaker 1: this compilation of letters and photographs? Answer? It was another
- 10:45Speaker 1: assistant Ham. It's fine, We'll ask four redactions at the end.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Brignac redacted. Did miss Maxwell provide or redacted provide you
- 10:53Speaker 1: with any instructions or suggestions for what you should write
- 10:56Speaker 1: in the birthday book? Kellen? I mean, she's the one
- 10:59Speaker 1: that asked for us give submissions. I didn't remember what
- 11:02Speaker 1: I submitted until I saw it in the files. I
- 11:04Speaker 1: think she did help with the kind of the reference
- 11:06Speaker 1: of what I submitted, Tolan, And what was your submission, Kellen?
- 11:11Speaker 1: It was also like photographs of me in a bikini,
- 11:13Speaker 1: and I think it was like showing gratitude, basically saying
- 11:17Speaker 1: that I was like nothing. I don't remember the exact words,
- 11:20Speaker 1: like the gist, like you know, I had nothing, I'm
- 11:22Speaker 1: grateful for kind of what you've given me sort of thing, Brignac.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Alongside those bikini photos, the entry states and I quote
- 11:30Speaker 1: and thought you might like ellipses some bikini shots. Did
- 11:34Speaker 1: you write this, Kellen, no in this submission. No, that's
- 11:36Speaker 1: not me. Ham, that's not you, Kellen, No, Ham, Yeah,
- 11:40Speaker 1: this two twenty four is not her. I think page two. Brignac.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Do you know why this collection of letters and photographs
- 11:48Speaker 1: might have been grouped together for the book? Kellen? I don't.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I'm not sure why redacted would have included a photo
- 11:53Speaker 1: of myself in her submission. Brignac. Thank you. All right, folks,
- 11:58Speaker 1: we're gonna wrap up right here and in the next
- 12:00Speaker 1: episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick up
- 12:02Speaker 1: where we left off. All the information that goes with
- 12:05Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 12:09Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 12:14Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to pick up where we left
- 12:15Speaker 1: off with the Sarah Helen interview with Congress Ms Toland
- 12:21Speaker 1: and then just to go back to something that you
- 12:23Speaker 1: mentioned earlier. You had mentioned that mister Dyke helped you
- 12:26Speaker 1: get an attorney at some point? Is that correct answer? Yes? Question,
- 12:31Speaker 1: and I apologize if this is repetitive, But at what
- 12:34Speaker 1: time frame was that answer? I believe for sure around
- 12:38Speaker 1: twenty fifteen. I'm trying to think if it was sooner
- 12:41Speaker 1: than that. I don't know if he had anything to
- 12:43Speaker 1: do with my very first attorney, Bruce Reinhart, but he
- 12:46Speaker 1: helped higher. I think it was twenty fifteen. It was
- 12:49Speaker 1: Scott Link, Justin Chew, and a few others that I
- 12:52Speaker 1: don't remember that. I think it may have been two
- 12:55Speaker 1: different firms. Question that's okay, I'd actually like to talk
- 12:59Speaker 1: about Bruce's rein Hart. You said that he was your
- 13:01Speaker 1: first attorney. One was that answer two thousand and eight
- 13:05Speaker 1: or nine? Probably question for the purpose of the non
- 13:08Speaker 1: prosecution agreement or something separate? Answer? No, just to represent
- 13:14Speaker 1: me in a deposition for a civil suit. Question okay.
- 13:17Speaker 1: And did Jeffrey Epstein help Was he involved in that
- 13:20Speaker 1: process at all? Answer? Yes, question getting the attorney? Answer
- 13:24Speaker 1: he found them, he hired him, he paid him. He
- 13:27Speaker 1: would have discussions with Bruce about my depositions. Question And
- 13:32Speaker 1: what did you understand his Bruce Reinhardt's relationship to be
- 13:36Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer Bruce shared an office with Jeffrey's attorney,
- 13:41Speaker 1: Jack Goldberger, so I felt more like he was working
- 13:44Speaker 1: for him and not me. Question And did you know
- 13:47Speaker 1: if mister rein Hart was still working for the US
- 13:49Speaker 1: Attorney's Office at that time. Answer, I don't think I
- 13:53Speaker 1: was aware that he worked for the US Attorney's Office
- 13:56Speaker 1: until much later. Question okay, answer yeah, thank you, Miss Brynac.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Can you list for us the associates of mister Epstein
- 14:04Speaker 1: that you interacted with the most frequently in working for
- 14:08Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Miss am like other people that work for
- 14:11Speaker 1: mister Epstein or provided services to mister Epstein. Yes, staff
- 14:15Speaker 1: or outside people, Miss Brynac. Staff. The question is can
- 14:20Speaker 1: you list for me the other associates of mister Epstein
- 14:23Speaker 1: that you work with most frequently in your role as
- 14:26Speaker 1: his assistant? Answer? All the house staff, the pilots, the chefs.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Question is there anyone that we have not yet referenced
- 14:34Speaker 1: today that you work with frequently in your position as
- 14:37Speaker 1: his assistant? Answer? I mean all the house staff. Richard Barnett, Lynn,
- 14:42Speaker 1: Jojo Fontania, Jani SEUs banisek Luela Rabbeo Bryce and Karen Gordon,
- 14:48Speaker 1: Valdsen Kotrin. I mean those would have been the ones
- 14:51Speaker 1: that were around the longest. In the house staff. They
- 14:53Speaker 1: always ended. I mean most of the house staff work
- 14:56Speaker 1: for him for probably twenty years. Question where any of
- 15:00Speaker 1: them aware of the abuse by mister Epstein's toward you. Answer.
- 15:04Speaker 1: The house staff would have been aware when I slept
- 15:07Speaker 1: in his bed, for sure New York, when he would
- 15:09Speaker 1: call me and have me sleep with him, because they
- 15:11Speaker 1: would have to open the door for me when I
- 15:13Speaker 1: came over at night. What extent they knew what was happening,
- 15:17Speaker 1: I don't know, but they would have known that I
- 15:19Speaker 1: had spent the night. Question can you name them? Answer
- 15:23Speaker 1: Lennon Jojo Fontania. I feel like the island staff would
- 15:26Speaker 1: have been aware. Question who would that be? Answer Miles
- 15:30Speaker 1: and Kathy Alexander for the first few years, and then
- 15:33Speaker 1: Bryce and Karen Gordon during the latter part. Question Thank you,
- 15:37Speaker 1: mister Emmer. We've had another member join. Can she please
- 15:41Speaker 1: introduce herself for the record. Miss Stansbury, Good afternoon. I'm
- 15:45Speaker 1: Congresswoman Stansbury, New Mexico's first congressional district. Thank you, mister Emmer.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Miss Bobert, I believe you had some questions that you
- 15:53Speaker 1: wanted to ask. Miss Bobert. Yeah, in some redacted files,
- 15:57Speaker 1: you're listed as number five as a co conspirator. If
- 16:01Speaker 1: you had immunity, would you be able to give information
- 16:04Speaker 1: about the other people that are listed as co conspirators. Kellen,
- 16:08Speaker 1: I don't know that that's a fair representation. Bobert. Did
- 16:11Speaker 1: the DOJ ever interview you and tell you that you
- 16:14Speaker 1: were a co conspirator? Kellen? No, I wasn't aware that
- 16:17Speaker 1: I was being included in his non prosecution agreement. Bobert.
- 16:21Speaker 1: How much time do we have remaining? Tol in five minutes?
- 16:25Speaker 1: Bobert Okay. There's an email that was redacted, and the
- 16:29Speaker 1: email is to Sarah Kay. There are a couple of
- 16:31Speaker 1: Sarah Kays in these files that have been redacted. This
- 16:34Speaker 1: would be from Francis Derby and this is you or
- 16:37Speaker 1: excuse me, Sarah Kay, saying that Jeffrey Epstein was going
- 16:40Speaker 1: to start eating regular food again and eating less jerky.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Are you familiar with this email, miss Kellen? Vaguely with
- 16:47Speaker 1: the subject, Bobert okay, So that said he has six
- 16:50Speaker 1: bags of it downstairs in his freezer for his next trip.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I know that you've answered some reference to these food questions,
- 16:56Speaker 1: but is this one hundred percent undoubtedly regular normal beef
- 17:00Speaker 1: jerky from an animal that people consume, Kellen, one hundred percent,
- 17:04Speaker 1: Miss Bobert. Where gets cut off by Kellen? The chef
- 17:08Speaker 1: made homemade beef jerky for Jeffrey and he was obsessed
- 17:10Speaker 1: with it. Bolbert. What chef was this? Kellen Francis Derby
- 17:15Speaker 1: was the chef? Bobert Okay, And did you ever order
- 17:18Speaker 1: specific items that were unusual? We saw that there was
- 17:21Speaker 1: a large purchase of sulfuric acid toward the end of
- 17:24Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's stay on Little Saint James Island. Did you
- 17:27Speaker 1: ever see such purchases made? Kellen no, Ham, do you
- 17:32Speaker 1: have the time period for that, just to the extent
- 17:34Speaker 1: it might help, Bolbert, I can get that time period.
- 17:37Speaker 1: It was much later. It was probably around twenty nineteen
- 17:41Speaker 1: or so that that happened. Ham. Oh, she wasn't working,
- 17:45Speaker 1: so she would know. Bolbert correct. I'm just asking if
- 17:49Speaker 1: in your time did you see any unusual purchases like
- 17:52Speaker 1: one hundreds of gallons of sulfuric acid being made? Kellen no, Bobert.
- 17:58Speaker 1: In every piece of course respondence you had with Jeffrey
- 18:01Speaker 1: Epstein and his associates, the words you said were the
- 18:04Speaker 1: exact words you meant, and there were no coding. There
- 18:07Speaker 1: was no coding use whatsoever. Kellen correct, Bobert Okay, that's
- 18:11Speaker 1: all I have Brignak, is there anything that I have
- 18:15Speaker 1: not asked you today that you believe is relevant to
- 18:17Speaker 1: this inquiry? Kellen, I think in general that I would
- 18:20Speaker 1: like to kind of bring awareness to and I said
- 18:22Speaker 1: it in the beginning of just being educated on the
- 18:26Speaker 1: grooming process. I think it's really important because I think
- 18:29Speaker 1: there's been so much sensationalism and so many conspiracy theories
- 18:33Speaker 1: around Jeffrey that it has become. I think the dangers
- 18:36Speaker 1: are that people think it was such an open thing
- 18:39Speaker 1: and there was so many things happening out in the open,
- 18:42Speaker 1: and how did nobody know what was going on? But
- 18:45Speaker 1: I think Jeffrey was a true master manipulator, and he
- 18:48Speaker 1: knew how to compartmentalize and what he allowed certain people
- 18:51Speaker 1: to see and know. And I think it's because it
- 18:54Speaker 1: wasn't so obvious that it's really important part for people
- 18:57Speaker 1: to understand, and it's more important if you want to
- 19:00Speaker 1: have bring awareness to this to other situations, so people
- 19:04Speaker 1: it's like the covert nature of it, like the grooming
- 19:07Speaker 1: and you know the targeting of vulnerable victims, gaining their
- 19:10Speaker 1: trust kind of essentially trapping them. It's more of the
- 19:14Speaker 1: psychological abuse more than anything that allows for the sexual
- 19:17Speaker 1: abuse to happen. So I kind of think educating people
- 19:21Speaker 1: on that is really important because a lot of people
- 19:23Speaker 1: don't understand how it works from the outside. They kind
- 19:27Speaker 1: of say, like, why didn't you leave, or how didn't
- 19:31Speaker 1: you know this? Or how didn't you know that. It's
- 19:33Speaker 1: kind of like the gas lighting and the control. Brignac,
- 19:37Speaker 1: thank you, miss Ham. Could I just clarify one thing
- 19:40Speaker 1: if we have time, Just mister Berlison asked you about
- 19:43Speaker 1: meetings with Ehud Barack, and I know you mentioned New York,
- 19:47Speaker 1: but you met with Barack in other countries as well, Kelln,
- 19:50Speaker 1: in Israel. Ham, Yeah, I just want to be clear
- 19:54Speaker 1: that the meetings weren't just in New York, Kelln. We
- 19:57Speaker 1: were in Israel with at w Hood Barrock one time,
- 20:00Speaker 1: and there was never times where he was briefing or
- 20:03Speaker 1: being briefed. Did you see that, Kellen. I wouldn't have
- 20:06Speaker 1: been present like in their private meetings, Berlisten, it was
- 20:09Speaker 1: all just personal, Kellen. I don't know what the subject
- 20:12Speaker 1: matters were. They seem to meet each other quite often,
- 20:16Speaker 1: but I don't know what the subject matter was in
- 20:18Speaker 1: their discussion Brignac, Miss Kellen, there were instances today in
- 20:23Speaker 1: which you refuse to answer. We understand that you're here voluntarily,
- 20:27Speaker 1: and we appreciate your testimony for the record. Would you
- 20:30Speaker 1: invoke your Fifth Amendment rights against self incrimination in response
- 20:34Speaker 1: to any or all of the questions if you were
- 20:37Speaker 1: compelled to answer them in another setting, Miss Ham, I
- 20:40Speaker 1: think we'd have to go through those questions by question,
- 20:44Speaker 1: and so we've identified what she's able to talk about today.
- 20:47Speaker 1: But to go through a question by question in a
- 20:50Speaker 1: voluntary setting, in a non deposition about how she would respond,
- 20:54Speaker 1: we're not prepared to do that. You know, as I've mentioned,
- 20:57Speaker 1: I think the record reflects this. She's answered a lot
- 21:00Speaker 1: of questions today and she truly is trying to be
- 21:03Speaker 1: helpful to the committee's investigation. But we have to consider
- 21:06Speaker 1: the impact on her, consider the impact on other victims,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and consider you know, her legal rights and her protection.
- 21:14Speaker 1: And so we're trying to give as much information as
- 21:16Speaker 1: we can under those parameters. Miss Brignac, thank you, Chairman.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Comer Miss Kellen, We greatly appreciate your willingness to come
- 21:25Speaker 1: in today. I can't imagine how difficult this has been
- 21:27Speaker 1: for you, but this has been very helpful to us,
- 21:31Speaker 1: and we sincerely want to provide justice for the survivors,
- 21:34Speaker 1: and I think your testimony today has been very helpful
- 21:37Speaker 1: for us. So just on the behalf of the oversight committee,
- 21:41Speaker 1: I want to thank you for being here today. Kellen,
- 21:43Speaker 1: Thank you, Brignac. We'll go off the record now they're
- 21:47Speaker 1: back on the record. Question, Miss Kellen, good afternoon. Answer, Hi, question.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I'm going to start by following up on the conversation
- 21:55Speaker 1: during the previous round about the removal of certain items
- 21:58Speaker 1: from Jeffrey Epstein's pies. I think you spoke about this
- 22:02Speaker 1: at some length. I don't want to make you repeat yourself,
- 22:05Speaker 1: but I do want to make sure that we're clear
- 22:07Speaker 1: on the chronology and the details. So I understand from
- 22:11Speaker 1: that discussion. First of all, that you overheard a phone
- 22:13Speaker 1: call involving another assistant redacted. Is that correct? Answer? Correct? Question?
- 22:19Speaker 1: The court reporter needs a verbal yes answer. Oh sorry, yeah, sorry? Question?
- 22:25Speaker 1: Thank you? And could you just recount the conversation again
- 22:28Speaker 1: so that we're clear on the participants and the substance
- 22:31Speaker 1: of it. Answer. Jeffrey and I were on the island
- 22:34Speaker 1: and I heard him on the phone with redacted to
- 22:37Speaker 1: tell her to go to the house. Question when did
- 22:39Speaker 1: this conversation take place? Answer sometime in two thousand and five,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I believe. Question and mister Epstein told Redacted to go
- 22:47Speaker 1: to the house. Sorry I interrupted you. Answer. Yeah, she
- 22:50Speaker 1: lived in Miami. She was based in Miami with her husband,
- 22:54Speaker 1: so she would have been here Palm Beach. So he
- 22:56Speaker 1: told her to go to the house, get the computers,
- 22:58Speaker 1: and it was my understanding to give them to his attorney.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Did he say which attorney? Question? Answer? I believe it
- 23:05Speaker 1: was Roy Black, but I don't remember, like he knew
- 23:08Speaker 1: that at the time or if I found out later.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Question and when he said get the computers, did he
- 23:14Speaker 1: mention any other type of equipment or hardware or was
- 23:17Speaker 1: it just computers generically? Answer? I just remember computers generically.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Question do you know whether Jeffrey Epstein had retained a
- 23:27Speaker 1: private investigator at that point in time? Answer? I knew
- 23:31Speaker 1: he had one. I don't know exactly when he came
- 23:33Speaker 1: into the scene. He had a strange voice and like
- 23:36Speaker 1: a lisp. Answer, but I think it was William Riley?
- 23:41Speaker 1: Was his name? Was there any mention of William Riley
- 23:45Speaker 1: during the phone conversation with hdacted? Answer? I don't remember specifically.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Question and do you have any knowledge with respect to
- 23:53Speaker 1: where the computers ultimately ended up? Answer? I don't. Question.
- 23:58Speaker 1: I understand that there was another conversation that took place
- 24:01Speaker 1: in New York and this concern the removal of the
- 24:04Speaker 1: directory that we spoke about this morning. Is that correct? Answer? Yes?
- 24:08Speaker 1: Question And when did that conversation take place? Answer? That
- 24:13Speaker 1: was I believe it was Valentine's Day of two thousand
- 24:15Speaker 1: and six, just because I remember he called me during
- 24:18Speaker 1: Valentine's Day dinner with my boyfriend at the time, and
- 24:21Speaker 1: he had me come to the house. Question and when
- 24:23Speaker 1: you got to the house, who was there? Answered Darren
- 24:26Speaker 1: Endyke and other attorneys? I believe it was Gerald Leftcourt
- 24:29Speaker 1: and potentially other attorneys. I just don't remember exactly. Question
- 24:34Speaker 1: was mister Riley there? Answer? No, he was Florida based.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Question And when you arrived this was at mister Epstein's
- 24:41Speaker 1: house in New York? Is that correct? Answer? Correct? Question? Okay?
- 24:46Speaker 1: And when you arrived at this meeting, do you recall
- 24:48Speaker 1: what was said? Answer? He just told me what to
- 24:52Speaker 1: go around the house and gather into the dining room downstairs.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Question he being answered Jeffrey. Question and what did he
- 24:59Speaker 1: tell you? Answer? He told me to grab printed photographs
- 25:02Speaker 1: and directories, is what I remember. And it seemed that
- 25:05Speaker 1: the attorneys were gathering everything that they were going to take.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Question did the attorney say anything? Answer? I don't have
- 25:12Speaker 1: a specific recollection. Question and the directories that mister Epstein
- 25:16Speaker 1: directed you together? Are those the same directories that we
- 25:19Speaker 1: spoke about this morning? Answer yes. Question and where were
- 25:23Speaker 1: those stored? Answer? They were replaced by all the phones
- 25:27Speaker 1: in all the houses? Question so these were hard copies?
- 25:30Speaker 1: Answer yes. Question and how many of them were there?
- 25:34Speaker 1: Answer many? They were in all the houses, buy all
- 25:37Speaker 1: the phones. Question and so you gathered them up? Answer yes?
- 25:41Speaker 1: Question did anyone else do that with you? Answer? I
- 25:45Speaker 1: don't remember. Question And after you gathered them, what did
- 25:49Speaker 1: you do with them? Answer? I put them on the
- 25:51Speaker 1: dining room table on the dining room table. Question okay,
- 25:55Speaker 1: and then what happened? Answer? I don't know. Question did
- 25:58Speaker 1: anyone say anything about where they would ultimately be taken? Answer? No,
- 26:03Speaker 1: I just the general understanding that his lawyers would be
- 26:06Speaker 1: taken them. I don't know where they took them or
- 26:09Speaker 1: what they did with it. Question do you have any
- 26:12Speaker 1: knowledge with respect to where the directories ultimately ended up.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Answer no. Question, And you mentioned mister Endyke was part
- 26:19Speaker 1: of the group. Did he have a particular role in
- 26:21Speaker 1: the endeavor? Answer I'm not sure. I think he was
- 26:24Speaker 1: just Jeffrey's in house council, so he kind of had
- 26:27Speaker 1: his hands in all things legal. Question if I could
- 26:30Speaker 1: just turn back for a moment to the investigation in
- 26:33Speaker 1: Florida that you were asked about in the previous round,
- 26:36Speaker 1: was there any point in time at which Jeffrey Epstein
- 26:39Speaker 1: told you not to cooperate with law enforcement? Answer no.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Question did he ever tell you what to say to
- 26:45Speaker 1: law enforcement? Answer no, I was never approached by law enforcement.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Question did anyone else instruct you not to interact with
- 26:54Speaker 1: law enforcement in the event they communicated with you? Answer
- 26:58Speaker 1: not that I recall. Question there was mentioned during the
- 27:01Speaker 1: previous round of the Florida Science Foundation, and I take
- 27:04Speaker 1: it you're familiar with that entity. Answer yes. Question do
- 27:08Speaker 1: you have an understanding as to when the Florida Science
- 27:11Speaker 1: Foundation was set up? Answer? I don't know if it
- 27:14Speaker 1: existed before his work release. Question do you have any
- 27:17Speaker 1: understanding as to why it was set up? Answer? I
- 27:20Speaker 1: assumed it was so he could get work release, have
- 27:22Speaker 1: somewhere to go. Question, to your knowledge, did the Florida
- 27:25Speaker 1: Science Foundation have any genuine operations? Answer? I have no idea.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Question did you ever hear anyone suggests that Florida Science
- 27:34Speaker 1: Foundation was set up simply in order to give Jeffrey
- 27:37Speaker 1: Epstein a place to do his work release? Answer that
- 27:41Speaker 1: felt like what was happening? Question did anyone ever say that? Answer?
- 27:45Speaker 1: I don't know if those exact words, but that's generally
- 27:48Speaker 1: what I understood. Question do you recall any conversations about that? Answer?
- 27:53Speaker 1: Not particularly. I just remember like being tasked with buying
- 27:57Speaker 1: furniture and setting up the office. Miss Ham. Would you
- 28:01Speaker 1: mind on the Palm Beach Police if you don't, if
- 28:03Speaker 1: we could clarify something you interacted with the Palm Beach
- 28:07Speaker 1: Police before the search, weren't right you mentioned this before,
- 28:10Speaker 1: but relating to the theft in the house, Kellen Wright,
- 28:13Speaker 1: like before he was being investigated and they came to
- 28:16Speaker 1: put cameras in to catch the thief. Ham, But that
- 28:19Speaker 1: was only that was the only time that you interacted. Question.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Just a few follow up questions with respect to the
- 28:27Speaker 1: birthday book that was discussed in the previous round. If
- 28:30Speaker 1: I understood correctly, and please tell me if I got
- 28:33Speaker 1: this wrong. You were involved in scamming images from the
- 28:36Speaker 1: Birthday Book? Is that right? Answer? Yes? Question okay? And
- 28:40Speaker 1: that was before the book was presented to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Answer before Glaine reached out to whoever she wanted to
- 28:47Speaker 1: participate with the book, and then they would give a submission,
- 28:51Speaker 1: and then we would scan that submission and print it
- 28:53Speaker 1: out uniform so they were all the same size and
- 28:56Speaker 1: on the same size of paper, and then we had
- 29:00Speaker 1: all those papers bound into leatherbound books. Question I understand,
- 29:04Speaker 1: thank you. Do you recall the specific entry in the
- 29:06Speaker 1: Birthday Book that was provided by Donald Trump? Answer? I don't. Question.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Did Donald Trump submit that entry directly to Glene Maxwell?
- 29:14Speaker 1: Answer most likely? Question okay, do you recall any conversation
- 29:19Speaker 1: about Donald Trump's contribution to the Birthday Book? Answer? I
- 29:24Speaker 1: don't really remember any specific contributions to the book. I
- 29:27Speaker 1: didn't even remember my own question by misredacted. I just
- 29:32Speaker 1: have a few questions for you, miss Kellen. In the
- 29:35Speaker 1: previous round, you spoke about SLK Designs employing a woman
- 29:39Speaker 1: named or redacted? Was this the only other person besides
- 29:42Speaker 1: you that worked at SLK Design? Answer yeah. Question and
- 29:46Speaker 1: who did SLK? What were the clients of SLK Design?
- 29:50Speaker 1: Was it just Epstein? Answer just Epstein? Question okay? And
- 29:54Speaker 1: are you familiar with the name Arda. Bescardis? Answer yes.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Question who was he? Answer? He's an immigration attorney that
- 30:02Speaker 1: Darren Endyke introduced me to to help with the application
- 30:06Speaker 1: redacted visa question? Did he work for Epstein or you aware? Answer?
- 30:11Speaker 1: I think he had his own firm, but I know
- 30:13Speaker 1: that I think he did a lot of work for Jeffrey.
- 30:15Speaker 1: I remember him making when he introduced me, he said
- 30:19Speaker 1: he would give me a good price because he had
- 30:21Speaker 1: a lot of history with Darren, so it seems that
- 30:23Speaker 1: they had worked together in the past. Question do you
- 30:26Speaker 1: know any of the work that they did together in
- 30:28Speaker 1: the past? Answer? I think he helped with one of
- 30:31Speaker 1: Jeffrey's girlfriends that I knew of. Other than that, I'm
- 30:34Speaker 1: not entirely sure. Question when you say helped Kellen help
- 30:39Speaker 1: with her visa? Question and do you know which girlfriend
- 30:42Speaker 1: that was? Answer redacted? Question was this the only time
- 30:46Speaker 1: that you interacted with Arta? Answer yes? Question thank you?
- 30:51Speaker 1: Answer during that process? Question Okay, I have a few
- 30:54Speaker 1: questions for you about Frederick Focai. I would just like
- 30:58Speaker 1: to get a better sense of the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 31:01Speaker 1: What was your understanding of that relationship? Answer? Jeffrey took
- 31:05Speaker 1: me and himself in Glane and we all went to
- 31:08Speaker 1: Fakai's salon to get our hair done. And I believe
- 31:10Speaker 1: that Jeffrey helped broke a deal with Forkai and L
- 31:13Speaker 1: Brands less Wexner's company. I believe they bought Fakai's brand.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Question do you know when that deal would have been Answer?
- 31:20Speaker 1: It was during my employment, because I remember his salon
- 31:23Speaker 1: changed locations. It was like near the channel of the
- 31:26Speaker 1: Chanelle building at first, and then it moved to Henry Bendel,
- 31:29Speaker 1: which less Wexner owned. Question Okay, so early on in
- 31:32Speaker 1: your employment or Kellen maybe within the first few years. Question,
- 31:38Speaker 1: so was your understanding of their relationship Epstein and Forkai
- 31:41Speaker 1: a social relationship or a business relationship? Answer? Both would
- 31:46Speaker 1: be my understanding. I do remember a flight that Forkai
- 31:49Speaker 1: took on his plane to Paris one time. Question for
- 31:52Speaker 1: social activities. Answer, I think he was just catching a ride.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Question do you know how the two of them met
- 31:59Speaker 1: answer I. Question it was before you met Forakai and Epstein.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Answer correct. Question and you mentioned that you and Glaine
- 32:07Speaker 1: and Epstein would get your haircut there. Are you aware
- 32:10Speaker 1: of other women that either work for Epstein orre just
- 32:13Speaker 1: in his orbit that would also go and get their
- 32:15Speaker 1: haircut with Forkai? Answer yes. Question were you aware of
- 32:20Speaker 1: Epstein introducing women to Fokai? Answer? For Kai introduced me
- 32:24Speaker 1: to Epstein the first time I met him? Question okay,
- 32:27Speaker 1: but not Epstein? Answer I don't know the other way.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Question okay, And you mentioned Wexner, so I'd just like
- 32:33Speaker 1: to briefly touch on you mentioned meeting him a couple times.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Were you ever aware of Epstein stealing money from Wexner?
- 32:39Speaker 1: Answer no, I only found out about that in the
- 32:41Speaker 1: press when Wexner said it happened. Question okay, thank you redacted.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Question you mentioned Leslie Groff previously. What was your relationship
- 32:51Speaker 1: with her? Answer? We were co workers. She was like
- 32:54Speaker 1: Jeffrey's executive assistant that worked in the office in New York.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Question would you say that we were close? Answer? We
- 33:01Speaker 1: were friendly, but nothing outside of work. Question when you
- 33:03Speaker 1: would go to New York, where would you like? What
- 33:06Speaker 1: space would you typically work out of Answer. So the
- 33:09Speaker 1: first year from me about two thousand and one, two,
- 33:12Speaker 1: I want to say twenty ten. I worked out of
- 33:15Speaker 1: Galland's house in New York, out of her townhouse on
- 33:17Speaker 1: sixty fifth Street. She had an office in the bottom floor.
- 33:21Speaker 1: And then when Jeffrey was released from house arrest in
- 33:23Speaker 1: Palm Beach and came to New York, I started working
- 33:26Speaker 1: out of the townhouse at seventy first Street. Question. When
- 33:31Speaker 1: miss Groff started working for mister Epstein, did she also
- 33:33Speaker 1: work out of the townhouse? Answer? So, she was at
- 33:36Speaker 1: the Madison office in the beginning, and then when Jeffrey
- 33:39Speaker 1: got rid of that office, he took over two apartments
- 33:42Speaker 1: at three Oho one East sixty sixth Street, and she
- 33:45Speaker 1: worked in that office one of those offices. And then
- 33:48Speaker 1: when Jeffrey got back to New York after house arrest, Leslie,
- 33:52Speaker 1: when Jeffrey was in New York, she would work out
- 33:54Speaker 1: of that house. Otherwise I think she stayed at home
- 33:57Speaker 1: and worked out of the house if she wasn't in town. Question.
- 34:01Speaker 1: So after his house arrest, the two of you would
- 34:04Speaker 1: work in the same space. Answer. She was on the
- 34:06Speaker 1: main floor and I worked on the fifth floor. Of
- 34:09Speaker 1: the townhouse question, got it? What was your understanding of
- 34:13Speaker 1: her responsibilities? Answer? She would keep track of his schedule.
- 34:17Speaker 1: He would make all the phone calls through her. Typically
- 34:20Speaker 1: he would just call and say, connect me to this person,
- 34:22Speaker 1: connect me to that person. She helped, I believe, with
- 34:25Speaker 1: the scheduling of the apartments at three oh one, like
- 34:28Speaker 1: where the guests were, like the schedule of that giving massages, messages,
- 34:32Speaker 1: like relaying messages from Epstein to various people, to the staff,
- 34:35Speaker 1: and that sort of thing. Question And did she also
- 34:39Speaker 1: help with the scheduling? Sorry, this is different The sixty
- 34:42Speaker 1: sixth Street is at a different building than the one
- 34:45Speaker 1: that you just mentioned, the three oh one E sixty
- 34:48Speaker 1: sixth Street. Yeah question, okay, great, thank you. Would she
- 34:52Speaker 1: also book travel answer yes? Question? And would she also
- 34:57Speaker 1: do that for his personal plane and also commercial travel? Answer?
- 35:01Speaker 1: Yes question? And she would also schedule meetings? Is that correct? Answer? Correct? Question?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Do you know whether she paid girls and women? Answer?
- 35:10Speaker 1: I don't know. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up
- 35:13Speaker 1: right here, and then the next episode dealing with the topic,
- 35:15Speaker 1: We're gonna pick up where we left off. All the
- 35:17Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 35:21Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 35:24Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna
- 35:28Speaker 1: pick up where he left off with the Sarah Kellen
- 35:30Speaker 1: interview with Congress. Question do you remember what you talked
- 35:35Speaker 1: about at all? Answer? I think I knew that he
- 35:39Speaker 1: was like a donor or maybe like a wing named
- 35:42Speaker 1: after him or something. He was involved. He was a
- 35:44Speaker 1: big art collector, so he had involvement with the museum.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Question what was your sense of mister Black personally? Answer?
- 35:52Speaker 1: I knew he had a mistress, and I remember I
- 35:54Speaker 1: think his mistress was with him at the dinner in Paris,
- 35:58Speaker 1: and I remember seeing him walking on Madison Avenue with
- 36:00Speaker 1: his mistress and being surprised that he was being so
- 36:03Speaker 1: brazen and bold out in the open with a mistress
- 36:06Speaker 1: in the city that his wife lived in. Question and
- 36:10Speaker 1: that is the same general time frame at least like
- 36:13Speaker 1: post work release maybe answer maybe? Question okay for the
- 36:17Speaker 1: dinner in Paris. So what was mister Black, Mister Epstein,
- 36:20Speaker 1: you mister Black's mistress anyone else? Answer? I don't remember specifically.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Question and where in Paris was it at? Answer at
- 36:29Speaker 1: a restaurant? Question Okay, do you remember what was talked about? Answer? No?
- 36:34Speaker 1: Question Okay, did you have any other interactions with mister Black? Answer?
- 36:39Speaker 1: I ran into him after I stopped employment with Jeffrey
- 36:43Speaker 1: at the Milken Conference. I think that was in I
- 36:46Speaker 1: want to say it was in Singapore, and I said hello,
- 36:48Speaker 1: and it was just a very short interaction. Question do
- 36:52Speaker 1: you know approximately what year this would have been. Answer?
- 36:55Speaker 1: It would have probably been twenty fourteen, fourteen or fifteen.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Question is there anyone with them? Answer? It was kind
- 37:02Speaker 1: of just like in general public area. Yeah, I don't
- 37:05Speaker 1: remember him being with anybody. Question, got it? Do you
- 37:08Speaker 1: know if mister Black ever went to Little Saint James? Answer?
- 37:12Speaker 1: I don't know, not that I witnessed or recall him
- 37:15Speaker 1: being there. Question and just to step back a bit,
- 37:18Speaker 1: what was your understanding of the nature of the relationship
- 37:21Speaker 1: between mister Epstein and mister Black. Answer? I assume Jeffrey
- 37:26Speaker 1: was managing his money. Question anything else? Answer? They seem friendly. Question. Previously,
- 37:33Speaker 1: you mentioned the photograph that you took of a number
- 37:36Speaker 1: of different men, I believe in New York City, Larry Summers,
- 37:39Speaker 1: Jess Staley, others. Correct answer correct. Question Do you remember
- 37:44Speaker 1: approximately when that was? Answer twenty eleven, maybe twenty ten,
- 37:50Speaker 1: twenty eleven probably. Question and was it in mister Epstein's
- 37:55Speaker 1: gets cut off by Kellen. Answer it was in his
- 37:57Speaker 1: New York home. It was in the foyer outside of
- 38:01Speaker 1: the dining room, Miss Ham. This was after he was
- 38:04Speaker 1: back from work. Release if you don't mind me asking Kevin, yes,
- 38:08Speaker 1: Miss Ham, okay, question mis redacted. Do you remember why
- 38:12Speaker 1: all those men were in his home? Was it a
- 38:14Speaker 1: dinner a meeting? Answer? I think it was a dinner.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Question And how did you come to take the photograph
- 38:20Speaker 1: of him? Answer? When he had dinners like that, he
- 38:24Speaker 1: would have me just stay at the house a lot
- 38:26Speaker 1: of times to be available to either help serve or
- 38:29Speaker 1: if there was anything that was needed he needed while
- 38:31Speaker 1: he was in the meeting. So I remember they had
- 38:35Speaker 1: a meeting in the dining room, and then they came
- 38:37Speaker 1: out and Jeffrey asked me to take a picture of
- 38:40Speaker 1: all of them together. Question do you have any sense
- 38:43Speaker 1: of what the meeting was about? Answer? I don't. Question
- 38:46Speaker 1: do you remember anyone else who was there but who
- 38:49Speaker 1: was not in the photo? Answer? No? Question okay. Did
- 38:52Speaker 1: you have any other interaction with mister Staley. Answer, I
- 38:56Speaker 1: know that him and his family flew on the plane
- 38:59Speaker 1: one time, his wife and his two daughters. Question were
- 39:02Speaker 1: you on the plane with them? Answer yes? Question what
- 39:05Speaker 1: was your sense of him personally? Answer that he was
- 39:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey's private banker. Question any other interactions. Answer? I think
- 39:14Speaker 1: just from the photograph, like when he would come to
- 39:17Speaker 1: the house for meetings. It was maybe just seeing him
- 39:19Speaker 1: in passing kind of thing. But I mean, nothing substantative
- 39:23Speaker 1: that I can remember. I just know, like I know
- 39:25Speaker 1: the name, I know who he was. Question sure, did
- 39:29Speaker 1: you have a sense of mister Staley's personal relationship with
- 39:32Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Answer? They were definitely friendly. For sure. I
- 39:36Speaker 1: feel like when jess Like moved banks, then Jeffrey moved
- 39:40Speaker 1: banks with them or something. Question okay, answer and it
- 39:44Speaker 1: was JP Morgan the Barclays. I believe. I think it
- 39:48Speaker 1: was from JP Morgan to Barclays. Question two quick questions
- 39:52Speaker 1: going back to the Florida investigation and the plea, And
- 39:55Speaker 1: the first one concerns Richard Kahn. Do you have any
- 39:58Speaker 1: knowledge of when mister Kahn became I'm aware of Jeffrey
- 40:01Speaker 1: Epstein's arrest. Answer no. Question did you ever talk about
- 40:06Speaker 1: that with mister Kahn. Answer no question. And the second
- 40:10Speaker 1: question is concerning Bruce Reinhart, whose name came up in
- 40:13Speaker 1: a previous round. Do you have any idea how he
- 40:16Speaker 1: came to be associated with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? I don't.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I'm not sure if maybe Jack Goldberger may have made
- 40:23Speaker 1: the introduction because they shared an office in Florida. Question
- 40:27Speaker 1: and then fast forwarding again in time twenty eighteen, specifically
- 40:31Speaker 1: December of twenty eighteen. It's my understanding that Jeffrey Epstein
- 40:35Speaker 1: made a payment to you in the amount of two
- 40:37Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Am I right about that? Answer? Yes?
- 40:41Speaker 1: Question what's your understanding as to why Jeffrey Epstein paid
- 40:45Speaker 1: you that amount of money? Answer? I was telling him
- 40:49Speaker 1: about my financial situation between me and my ex husband,
- 40:52Speaker 1: that we had gutted our apartment a few months before.
- 40:55Speaker 1: He was in the hospital with emergency open heart surgery
- 40:59Speaker 1: and had to stop his and wasn't making any didn't
- 41:02Speaker 1: have any income, so he spent basically his entire savings
- 41:05Speaker 1: trying to rebuild the apartment and it wasn't enough, and
- 41:09Speaker 1: then we were trying to refinance, so he couldn't refinance
- 41:12Speaker 1: it unless it was livable, but we couldn't make it
- 41:14Speaker 1: livable without refinancing it. So it was just this bad,
- 41:18Speaker 1: stressful situation. And I remember telling Jeffrey about it and
- 41:22Speaker 1: expressing it, and he got on the phone and called
- 41:24Speaker 1: Richard Kahn and said, why are Sarah this money? So
- 41:27Speaker 1: I assumed it was kind of to help alleviate some
- 41:29Speaker 1: of that stress. Question during the course of that conversation,
- 41:33Speaker 1: did he ever mention the investigation that was under way
- 41:37Speaker 1: in the Southern District of New York? Answer? No, question.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Did he ever mention the series of articles that had
- 41:43Speaker 1: begun to appear in the Miami Herald in November of
- 41:46Speaker 1: twenty eighteen. Answer? I believe that he mentioned it to him,
- 41:50Speaker 1: and he kind of just dismissed it. He was like,
- 41:52Speaker 1: it's the same thing, the exact same thing, just being regurgitated,
- 41:58Speaker 1: like kind of it was just like, what ever, it's
- 42:00Speaker 1: old news and just kind of dismissed it. Question and
- 42:04Speaker 1: you mentioned it during the same conversation. Answer yes, question okay,
- 42:08Speaker 1: did Jeffrey Epstein tell you not to mention the two
- 42:10Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand dollars payment to anyone? Answer he did.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Question did he tell you why he didn't want you
- 42:16Speaker 1: to mention it? Answer? He did not. Question did you
- 42:19Speaker 1: have an understanding? Answer? I had no idea. I didn't
- 42:23Speaker 1: know if maybe he didn't want to make other people
- 42:25Speaker 1: jealous or something. Question did you ever suspect that the
- 42:29Speaker 1: timing of the payment was an indication that was intended
- 42:32Speaker 1: to keep you from working with the Southern District of
- 42:35Speaker 1: New York or other law enforcement? Answer that was not
- 42:38Speaker 1: my understanding. Like I said, he sort of just dismissed
- 42:41Speaker 1: the Miami Herald articles and I wasn't aware that there
- 42:44Speaker 1: was an investigation happening at the time. Question when was
- 42:48Speaker 1: the last time you were in contact with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer?
- 42:51Speaker 1: He would occasionally email me, like on my birthday, Happy
- 42:54Speaker 1: Birthday type of thing. I don't remember the last time
- 42:57Speaker 1: that was. Question did he ever contact after his arrest
- 43:01Speaker 1: in twenty nineteen? Answer? No question. I have just one
- 43:05Speaker 1: follow up question on mister Endyke and mister Kahan. Did
- 43:09Speaker 1: either one of them ever open up a bank account
- 43:11Speaker 1: for you? Answer? So there was a bank account for
- 43:14Speaker 1: SLK Designs. I don't remember exactly. I may have opened
- 43:18Speaker 1: it myself, But then like redacted managed it kind of
- 43:21Speaker 1: the payroll for redacted and the sort of thing I
- 43:24Speaker 1: didn't really I didn't really deal with it. Question redacted
- 43:27Speaker 1: managed the SLK account? Answer yes, question and did she
- 43:31Speaker 1: do so on the behalf of mister Kahn? Answer? They
- 43:34Speaker 1: worked together. I don't know how they divided their responsibilities.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Question And did either mister Cohn or redacted have control
- 43:41Speaker 1: over the account? Meaning could they make deposits and withdrawals?
- 43:45Speaker 1: Answer yes. Question And did you have that sort of
- 43:48Speaker 1: control over any other accounts that you were a part
- 43:51Speaker 1: of or that you owned? Answer no, question, Ham, Can
- 43:55Speaker 1: I just ask to clarify? What about did you have
- 43:57Speaker 1: like work credit cards able to make payments on them? Kelen? Yeah,
- 44:02Speaker 1: I had the type of work credit cards that they paid.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Question Did they ever make any payments, whether from a
- 44:09Speaker 1: bank account or a credit card that you were unaware
- 44:11Speaker 1: of and found out about later? Answer? I don't think so.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Question or without your consent? Answer if they had, I'm sorry.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Question did they ever like make a payment from any
- 44:22Speaker 1: of the accounts we've been talking about, be it a
- 44:24Speaker 1: bank account or a credit card account without your knowledge
- 44:28Speaker 1: or your consent? Answer? It could have been possible I'm
- 44:31Speaker 1: not aware, but they would have been able to, you know,
- 44:34Speaker 1: have checks or whatever from the SLK Designs account. Question
- 44:38Speaker 1: Miss Kellen, I just have a couple questions. Last August,
- 44:42Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell was transferred to a minimum security prison. How
- 44:45Speaker 1: do you feel about that decision? Answer? I find it suspicious,
- 44:49Speaker 1: not quite sure why that would have happened. Question you
- 44:53Speaker 1: find it suspicious because the nature of her crimes aren't
- 44:55Speaker 1: consistent with being in a minimum security prison. Answer. I
- 45:00Speaker 1: don't really know what kind of prison she's meant to
- 45:02Speaker 1: be in for those crimes, but it seems like she's
- 45:04Speaker 1: kind of being treated favorably. Question Okay, so you disagree
- 45:08Speaker 1: with the decision to move her to a minimum security prison. Answer? Yeah. Question,
- 45:13Speaker 1: and there's been reports that she's been given special treatment
- 45:16Speaker 1: in this new prison. How do you feel about that? Answer?
- 45:20Speaker 1: It seems like we're kind of repeating Jeffrey's experience in
- 45:23Speaker 1: prison being treated favorably and getting favorable treatment. Question auhah, understood,
- 45:29Speaker 1: Thank you. Question one quick follow up with respect to
- 45:32Speaker 1: Leon Black. You said his mistress was with them at
- 45:35Speaker 1: the dinner in Paris. Then you also said you saw
- 45:38Speaker 1: him with her when you ran into him on the street. Answer,
- 45:42Speaker 1: I saw them walking. Yeah. Question do you remember what
- 45:45Speaker 1: the mistress name was? Answer? I don't. Question was it
- 45:49Speaker 1: the same person in both instances? Answer yes? Question Okay,
- 45:53Speaker 1: thank you, Miss Stansbury. Hello Kellen High Stansbury, thank you
- 45:57Speaker 1: so much for being here today. Represent New Mexico's first
- 46:01Speaker 1: congressional district. Zoro Ranch is not my district, but adjacent
- 46:05Speaker 1: to my district, and I'm sure you're aware you've probably
- 46:08Speaker 1: been seeing in the news that our state legislature has
- 46:11Speaker 1: opened the Truth Commission. It's a legislative body, and part
- 46:16Speaker 1: of what our Truth Commission is trying to do is
- 46:19Speaker 1: to try to establish the facts around the ranch, what
- 46:21Speaker 1: happened there, whether or not abused happened there. I know
- 46:25Speaker 1: that you were asked some questions earlier. I wasn't able
- 46:28Speaker 1: to be here this morning, so I just want to
- 46:29Speaker 1: follow up on some pieces of the story that are
- 46:32Speaker 1: particular interest to our commission and also your experience there,
- 46:36Speaker 1: because I understand from the earlier questions that you had
- 46:39Speaker 1: traveled there, so I understand that your bio that you
- 46:43Speaker 1: were involved on a day to day basis in management
- 46:45Speaker 1: of the affairs and properties of mister Epstein. Did you
- 46:49Speaker 1: also play that role at Zoro Ranch as well, Kellen,
- 46:52Speaker 1: I wasn't really involved in like the he had staff,
- 46:55Speaker 1: like permanent staff that lived at the ranch that managed
- 46:59Speaker 1: it and took care of it. Stansbury. So what was
- 47:02Speaker 1: your specific role at the ranch then, Kellen? It was
- 47:05Speaker 1: more just still the capacity of Jeffrey and Glane's personal assistant. Stansbury. Okay.
- 47:10Speaker 1: So that was the only when they were physically there
- 47:13Speaker 1: that you played that role, Kellen, Yes, question, Stansbury. So
- 47:18Speaker 1: who managed the day to day affairs when you were
- 47:20Speaker 1: not there? Kellen? There were several people Karen and Bryce,
- 47:23Speaker 1: Gordon Stansbury, Gordon Kellen, Gordon Stansbury, Okay, Kellen. They were
- 47:29Speaker 1: kind of the main ones. There were definitely ones before
- 47:32Speaker 1: their employment. I just don't remember. There was like kind
- 47:34Speaker 1: of a driver manager. His name was Monaalito. I don't
- 47:38Speaker 1: remember his last name. Stansbury, Uh huh, Kellen. There was
- 47:42Speaker 1: there was a woman, she was a woman manager in
- 47:45Speaker 1: the very beginning, and I don't remember her name exactly,
- 47:48Speaker 1: and then eventually Bryce and Karen took over from there.
- 47:53Speaker 1: I know there were a few others other staff members
- 47:55Speaker 1: that worked on the ranch, and I just don't remember
- 47:57Speaker 1: their names. Stansbury, Okay. Is there any other person associated
- 48:02Speaker 1: with the ranch that either worked for mister Epstein or
- 48:05Speaker 1: that you believe have knowledge about the ranch, its operation,
- 48:08Speaker 1: what happened there that you think the Truth Commission should
- 48:10Speaker 1: speak to? Kellen? I would think Bryce and Karen would
- 48:14Speaker 1: be the most knowledgeable Stansbury, Okay. And I did mention
- 48:18Speaker 1: earlier our Truth Commission would love to speak with you
- 48:21Speaker 1: if you're willing to at some point, and so I
- 48:23Speaker 1: just want to extend that invite to you. So I
- 48:26Speaker 1: know that you were asked earlier about your travel to
- 48:28Speaker 1: the ranch. Do you know about how many times you
- 48:30Speaker 1: were there? Kellen? Typically I went once a year in
- 48:34Speaker 1: August with Jeffrey, and I have been a few other
- 48:36Speaker 1: maybe two other times by myself and a few friends.
- 48:39Speaker 1: That he offered it to like a birthday present for
- 48:42Speaker 1: me to go Stansbury. And when you guys would go
- 48:45Speaker 1: in August, about how long would you stay Kellen? I
- 48:48Speaker 1: want to say about a week Stansbury. About a week, Kellen,
- 48:52Speaker 1: maybe two weeks. He didn't stay in one place for
- 48:54Speaker 1: very long Stansbury. And how did mister Epstein use the ranch? Kellen?
- 49:00Speaker 1: He would go on walks exercise Stansbery. Was it like
- 49:04Speaker 1: a retreat for him? Was it a replace of business?
- 49:06Speaker 1: Did he bring people there? Kellen? He would have guests,
- 49:08Speaker 1: he would have meetings. There was some sort of science
- 49:11Speaker 1: I think there was, or may have been in Santa Fe.
- 49:13Speaker 1: There was a scientist Murray gentleman that was based out
- 49:16Speaker 1: of there that would come and see him. Stansbury Maurice gentleman.
- 49:21Speaker 1: Kellen Murray gentleman Stansbury Murray. I forget the name of
- 49:26Speaker 1: what he worked with, but it was some sort of
- 49:28Speaker 1: science thing that was in the area. He was friendly
- 49:31Speaker 1: with the governor, Governor Richardson Stansbery. Yeah, did you ever
- 49:34Speaker 1: see mister Richardson there, Kellen? I know I met him,
- 49:38Speaker 1: but I don't know if he was specifically on the ranch.
- 49:42Speaker 1: All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up right here and
- 49:44Speaker 1: in the next episode dealing with the topic, We're gonna
- 49:46Speaker 1: finish this bad boy off. All the information that goes
- 49:49Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 49:52Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 49:55Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna pick up where
- 49:58Speaker 1: he left off. What the sai Kellen transcript from her
- 50:02Speaker 1: meeting with Congress Miss Stansbury. Well, we'll definitely look at
- 50:06Speaker 1: flight logs as well, so that's helpful to know. And
- 50:09Speaker 1: I know because we have somewhat limited time that we're
- 50:12Speaker 1: able to ask questions. I do want to give you
- 50:14Speaker 1: another opportunity. I did hear you say with the last hour,
- 50:18Speaker 1: and then I'll turn it back to our attorneys that
- 50:20Speaker 1: you wanted to make sure people understood the level of
- 50:22Speaker 1: manipulation that affected you as an assistant and how that
- 50:26Speaker 1: contributed to your abuse. Can you just share a little
- 50:29Speaker 1: bit more about what that looked like if you feel
- 50:31Speaker 1: comfortable and it doesn't cause extra trauma. Kellen Sure. He
- 50:35Speaker 1: was very good at targeting vulnerable people. He would get
- 50:37Speaker 1: to know you and your situation and then offer to help,
- 50:41Speaker 1: like with me, he offered to pay off my credit
- 50:42Speaker 1: card debt. The first time I met him, he asked
- 50:44Speaker 1: me what I wanted to do with my life, and
- 50:46Speaker 1: I said I wanted to go to fit and study
- 50:48Speaker 1: yoga and plates and he was like, well, you can
- 50:51Speaker 1: do all those things if you work for me. And
- 50:54Speaker 1: with dangle carrots, I mean, he would make false promises
- 50:57Speaker 1: all along the way, like he would say, he would
- 51:01Speaker 1: put you in an apartment that I lived in New
- 51:02Speaker 1: York in my name if I made it working for
- 51:05Speaker 1: five years for him, which he never did, and he
- 51:07Speaker 1: kept continuing to promise through the years. Never did. So
- 51:10Speaker 1: he would act like your savior, your caretaker. And that's
- 51:14Speaker 1: how I viewed in the beginning, like how I referenced, like, oh,
- 51:18Speaker 1: he's being so generous and not understanding myself that it
- 51:21Speaker 1: was a form of control. When I only got paid
- 51:24Speaker 1: twenty five thousand a year, like I couldn't afford to
- 51:27Speaker 1: live where I wanted to live. I had to live
- 51:29Speaker 1: where he told me to live. When he took me
- 51:31Speaker 1: close shopping, I was like, Oh, he's so generous, but
- 51:34Speaker 1: it wasn't closed that I chose, and I trusted that
- 51:37Speaker 1: his caste was superior to mine, that he knew better.
- 51:40Speaker 1: And then if I wore something that he didn't approve of,
- 51:43Speaker 1: he would look at me dismissively and be like, where
- 51:45Speaker 1: did you get that? It's disgusting? Throw it away. So
- 51:48Speaker 1: he was just very good at decimating your ability to
- 51:50Speaker 1: make your own decisions and have your own autonomy, and
- 51:53Speaker 1: it made you more and more dependent on him. He
- 51:56Speaker 1: would tell people that he paid for a two of
- 51:58Speaker 1: my friends. They were also as assistance college education, but
- 52:01Speaker 1: it was contingent upon them taking classes that he told
- 52:04Speaker 1: them to take, and when they like wavered from that,
- 52:07Speaker 1: he stopped paying for their schooling. So it was just
- 52:11Speaker 1: like you had to abide by every rule. Stansbury. This
- 52:14Speaker 1: is very helpful. Thank you, and I'll turn it back.
- 52:18Speaker 1: I appreciate you sharing. Mister Krishna Morti. How much time
- 52:22Speaker 1: do we have on the clock redacted? Ten minutes, krishnal Morthy,
- 52:26Speaker 1: We have ten minutes left redacted? Yes, krishnal Morthy, okay, great, okay. Hi.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I'm Raja krishnal Morthy from Illinois eighth District, and thank
- 52:37Speaker 1: you for coming in some very specific questions. And I
- 52:40Speaker 1: was here for the first part of your questioning this morning,
- 52:43Speaker 1: but I missed some of the middle of it, so
- 52:44Speaker 1: I apologize if this was asked. Have you met Donald Trump? Kellen?
- 52:49Speaker 1: I did once at mar A Lago for maybe five
- 52:51Speaker 1: minutes in my first or second year of employment, probably
- 52:54Speaker 1: two thousand and one or two thousand and two. Krystnal Morti, okay,
- 52:58Speaker 1: and what was the nature of that interaction? The five
- 53:01Speaker 1: minutes Kellen. Jeffrey used to go to the gym at
- 53:04Speaker 1: mar A Lago and I went with him one time
- 53:06Speaker 1: and mister Trump was there and he introduced me to him.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Krishner Morty. And what year was that, Kellen? Probably two
- 53:13Speaker 1: thousand and one or two thousand and two, Krishna Morty okay.
- 53:16Speaker 1: And did you see her witness anything untoward in your
- 53:19Speaker 1: interaction with Donald Trump? Kellen? No, it was just kind
- 53:23Speaker 1: of like one of like the main rooms at mar
- 53:25Speaker 1: A Lago. He was kind of like introducing me and
- 53:28Speaker 1: that was it. It wasn't like a very long interaction. Krishna Morthy.
- 53:32Speaker 1: And that was the only interaction you've had those five
- 53:35Speaker 1: minutes in two thousand and one or two thousand and
- 53:37Speaker 1: two at mar A Lago Kellen, Yes, for me personally, yes,
- 53:40Speaker 1: krishnal Morthy okay. And how about Milania Trump Kellen, I've
- 53:44Speaker 1: never met her, Krishna Morthy. How about other members of
- 53:48Speaker 1: the Trump family Kellen. I met his son or sons
- 53:52Speaker 1: through my ex husband. He was friendly with them. Krishna Morty.
- 53:55Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Kellen. My ex husband was friendly with Don
- 53:58Speaker 1: Junior and Eric, so I met them not through Jeffrey,
- 54:01Speaker 1: but through my ex husband, christ No Morty, the ex
- 54:04Speaker 1: husband who gets cut off by Kellen, my second ex husband,
- 54:07Speaker 1: Brian Vickers. Christ No Morty okay. And what was the
- 54:11Speaker 1: interaction with them at the time, Miss Kellen. I remember
- 54:14Speaker 1: having lunch with them in New York, christ No Morty.
- 54:17Speaker 1: What year was this, Kellen? It would have probably we
- 54:20Speaker 1: were married in twenty thirteen, so it would have been
- 54:22Speaker 1: some time after twenty thirteen. Christ No Morty okay. And
- 54:27Speaker 1: it was a social occasion that you met them for lunch, Kellen,
- 54:30Speaker 1: Just for lunch, yeah, christ No Morty okay? Got it?
- 54:33Speaker 1: Any other members of the Trump family Kellen, I don't
- 54:36Speaker 1: think so. Krista Morty Okay? Is there? I'm just going
- 54:39Speaker 1: to name some agencies, you know, like three letter agencies.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Have you ever heard the word FSB with your time
- 54:44Speaker 1: with Epstein when you were employed with them. I'm saying,
- 54:47Speaker 1: Kellen doesn't sound familiar. Krishna Morty Massad Kellen, not that
- 54:52Speaker 1: I can think of in relation to Epstein, christ No Morty,
- 54:55Speaker 1: Cia Kellen No christ No Morty m I five Kellen
- 54:59Speaker 1: No krishnal Morthy, did you ever come across an interaction
- 55:03Speaker 1: or are you aware of any interaction between Jeffrey Epstein
- 55:07Speaker 1: and any foreign intelligence agency, Kellen. I remember there being
- 55:11Speaker 1: I don't know the exact situation, but his bodyguard, Igor Zinoviev.
- 55:15Speaker 1: I remember there being something about taking a class or
- 55:18Speaker 1: something with the CIA, or getting a certification or something,
- 55:22Speaker 1: And I don't know exactly what it was or how
- 55:24Speaker 1: it came to be. Kristnal Morthy okay. And we've heard
- 55:27Speaker 1: about this Iegor character, Kellen. Uh huh, krishnal Morthy. Igor.
- 55:32Speaker 1: He was supposedly a guard forum at the jail or
- 55:34Speaker 1: whatever they call it during work release, Kellen. He was
- 55:37Speaker 1: his personal trainer, and when Jeffrey went to jail, he
- 55:40Speaker 1: was sort of his driver and bodyguard. After that, Krystal
- 55:43Speaker 1: Morty okay, Igor, did you ever have any interaction with Igor? Kellen? Yes,
- 55:49Speaker 1: krist No Marthy okay. And did Igor have any Are
- 55:52Speaker 1: you aware of Igor having any interaction with foreign intelligence agencies? Kellen?
- 55:57Speaker 1: Other than I don't know, I don't know how I
- 55:59Speaker 1: knew or heard that you have taken some sort of
- 56:01Speaker 1: like course or something with the CIA. Krishner Morty okay.
- 56:05Speaker 1: But not a foreign gets cut off by Kellen. Foreign
- 56:07Speaker 1: no krystnal Morty Okay. Finally, I want to just turn
- 56:11Speaker 1: to financial transactions. I understand that there was a wire
- 56:14Speaker 1: transfer that they talked about, or some kind of financial
- 56:17Speaker 1: transaction that you folks discussed. We're aware of one point
- 56:20Speaker 1: well one point five billion and wire transfers that were
- 56:24Speaker 1: picked up in what are called suspicious activity reports that
- 56:27Speaker 1: are kept by the Treasury Department and banks have to
- 56:30Speaker 1: disclose them. What's the largest wire transfer that you were
- 56:33Speaker 1: aware of Epstein was involved with, Kellen. I wasn't aware
- 56:37Speaker 1: of any other large transfers except the ones he sent
- 56:40Speaker 1: to me. Kristner Morty okay. And those are the only
- 56:43Speaker 1: ones you're aware of, Kellen, Yes, Krystal Morty Okay. By
- 56:47Speaker 1: the way, Wexner, have you met Wexner? Kellen, yes, kristnal
- 56:50Speaker 1: Morthy you did, Okay. Wexner made a very large wire transfer,
- 56:54Speaker 1: made very large transactions with mister Epstein, supposedly to pay
- 56:58Speaker 1: him for financial advice. What is your opinion on that
- 57:01Speaker 1: and what's your knowledge of that, Kellen. I don't have
- 57:04Speaker 1: knowledge of their business dealings or how much he was
- 57:06Speaker 1: paid or any of that. Chris Morthy Okay, Glenn Maxwell
- 57:11Speaker 1: is now seeking By the way, before this interview, you
- 57:14Speaker 1: did not have any interaction with the Trump administration. Correct
- 57:17Speaker 1: or any members of the Trump administration, Kellen know Ham.
- 57:21Speaker 1: You mean him preparing for the interview. Kristna Morthy? Correct, Kellen, No,
- 57:25Speaker 1: Christna Morty. Has anybody reached out to you? Kellen, No,
- 57:28Speaker 1: Krishna Morthy And no other actors or entities reached out
- 57:32Speaker 1: to you either, right, Kellen. No. Krishnal Morthy Okay, good.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell is seeking clemency right now, you're aware of that, right,
- 57:39Speaker 1: Kelln Yes, christ Morthy, she's seeking a pardon. I presume
- 57:44Speaker 1: that you would agree that she does not deserve any
- 57:46Speaker 1: form of clemency. Kellen, I would agree, Krishna Morthy. And
- 57:51Speaker 1: why is that, Kellen, she abused me? I believe that she.
- 57:55Speaker 1: I always had this sort of belief that she's the
- 57:57Speaker 1: one that turn Jeffrey into a monster, that he became.
- 58:00Speaker 1: Krista Morthy, how many people do you think that Glaine
- 58:02Speaker 1: Maxwell specifically participated in abusing You don't have to name names.
- 58:07Speaker 1: I'm just saying numbers. Kellen asked a question again, Sorry,
- 58:10Speaker 1: krishnal Morthy, I'm asking you how many people ballpark. Do
- 58:14Speaker 1: you believe that Glene Maxwell personally participated in abusing I'm
- 58:17Speaker 1: not asking you to name names. I'm just saying ballpark.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Are we talking hundreds? Kellen, I don't know. I didn't
- 58:23Speaker 1: witness anything but my own abuse with her. Kristnal Morthy,
- 58:26Speaker 1: you never witnessed Glen Maxwell participating in any abuse of
- 58:29Speaker 1: any other person. Kellen No, Kris No Morthy. Okay, I
- 58:33Speaker 1: think that's all for me, Thank you. Ham May I
- 58:36Speaker 1: just make sure the record is clear because you asked
- 58:38Speaker 1: about it. If it's all right, you asked about her
- 58:41Speaker 1: meetings with foreign intelligence officials. You did travel and meet
- 58:44Speaker 1: with foreign government officials with mister Epstein right in Israel
- 58:47Speaker 1: and Russia and places like that, but you just don't
- 58:50Speaker 1: You don't have knowledge either way if there were intelligence
- 58:53Speaker 1: officials in the meetings, is that right? Kellen correct? Kristnal
- 58:57Speaker 1: Morty Sorry, two questions. Ministry of State Security, have you
- 59:01Speaker 1: heard of that, Mss Kellen No, Kristna Morty have you met?
- 59:05Speaker 1: Do you know if Jeffrey Epstein ever had any contact
- 59:08Speaker 1: with Jijen Ping Kellen No, Krystal Morthy, Vladimir Putin Kellen No,
- 59:14Speaker 1: he interview. Had contact with someone that used to date
- 59:17Speaker 1: Naomi Campbell, that was Russian flag Vlad Something. They came
- 59:21Speaker 1: to lunch in Palm Beach. Krystal Morty Okay, but not
- 59:24Speaker 1: putin Kellen No, not that I'm aware of. Ham When
- 59:29Speaker 1: you were in Moscow, you don't remember meeting with anyone
- 59:31Speaker 1: Kellen No from the Russian government. Kellen Well, we did
- 59:35Speaker 1: have a dinner in Moscow with I think he was
- 59:37Speaker 1: the head of the Chechen rebels, probably two thousand and three.
- 59:41Speaker 1: I want to say, Krystal Morty with one of the
- 59:44Speaker 1: heads of the Chechen rebels. Kelln Yeah, Krystal Morty Okay.
- 59:48Speaker 1: In Moscow, Kellen in Moscow, Krystal Morty Okay, Kellen. It
- 59:52Speaker 1: was a dinner with a bunch of people. She gets
- 59:55Speaker 1: cut off by christal Morthy rebels or the people that
- 59:57Speaker 1: were sent to suppress the rebels. Do you know, Kellen Well,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: I was very ignorant about all of those sorts of
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: things at the time. Kristnal Morthy. I understand, Okay, Kellen.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I recognized kind of his name and picture from the press.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: Krystal Morty Okay, Kellen, and he had like arm guards
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: around him. At dinner in Moscow, Krishna Morthy. And you
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: didn't have any contact from with anyone from North Korea
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Kellen no, Kristnal Morthey or Iran Kellen no, Krishna Morthy. Okay,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: thank you redacted. You said just a few minutes ago
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: that you think that miss Maxwell made mister Epstein the
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: monster that he was. Can you say more about that, Kellen,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: She would like her whole life was just pleasing him
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: and giving him whatever he wanted and making sure everybody
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: did exactly what he said to do, and made him entitled.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: You know, he was wealthy, and she was looking to
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: maintain her lifestyle that she was accustomed to that you
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: grew up with, and that she had all the connections.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: And I feel like she kind of taught him and
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: shape Jeffrey into who he became, showed him how to
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: use his money, Like he didn't have private planes before her,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: he didn't have the townhouse before her. Like she kind
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: of showed him how he could live his life. And
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: I think that it created the sense of entitlement that
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: he could do whatever you wanted. Question got it? Thank you, redacted.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Very last question and it's a short one. I'm going
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: to run a name past you, Achmad Kadirov. Is that,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: by any chance the Chechen leader who you met in Moscow? Kellen, No,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: doesn't sound familiar. Redacted. Okay, miss Ham, can we go
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: off the record? They go off, and then they get
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: back on Ham. So I think the question was do
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: you remember this person, Kellen, not the particular name. There
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: was another another name. It was like Umar or something
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: along those lines. Yeah, redacted, and we are done, Miss Kellen,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Thank you very much, and we are off the record.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: All right, folks. That's going to do it for the
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: whole entire Sarah Kellen transcript. Next up, we're gonna dive
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: into Tovin of Wells. All the information that goes with
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
