- 0:04Speaker 3: I may.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I may do it in the dark.
- 0:06Speaker 4: You might want to do it outdoors.
- 0:09Speaker 1: The Woody Show.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Moving things right along. Thank you for being a part
- 0:16Speaker 2: of it. Always appreciate that. Thank you. Phone's open, 877-44-WOODY.
- 0:24Speaker 2: You can use that number anytime, even after the show,
- 0:27Speaker 2: if you're listening on the podcast.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 0:30Speaker 2: You can leave us an after hours voicemail. Again, 877-44-WOODY.
- 0:37Speaker 2: We did get an after hours voicemail. I wasn't aware
- 0:43Speaker 2: of this. This is something that was going on here.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I had no idea what the hell this was. I'm
- 0:49Speaker 2: listening to this voicemail. I'd ask Jeff, what is she
- 0:52Speaker 2: talking about?
- 0:52Speaker 1: True or false, menace, you are dyslexic.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 0:56Speaker 2: That's the joke, bitch.
- 0:57Speaker 1: The guy I ended up dating for six years, we
- 1:00Speaker 1: hooked up on the first date. We were together for
- 1:02Speaker 1: six years. The guy I ended up marrying, we hooked
- 1:05Speaker 1: up on the first date.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah, so it was this special Saturday night. podcast yeah
- 1:12Speaker 2: that got.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Uh saturday special i'm like that's the voicemail no no
- 1:16Speaker 5: i'm just playing like.
- 1:18Speaker 2: A little yeah i'm just playing like a little clip
- 1:19Speaker 2: of it where yeah god where was we there was
- 1:22Speaker 2: just a text that came in and again i had
- 1:25Speaker 2: to ask jeff about i go what the hell what
- 1:26Speaker 2: the hell is this side project yeah so there's uh
- 1:29Speaker 2: i mean you do a better job of explaining it
- 1:32Speaker 2: i was even part of the um the the idea
- 1:35Speaker 2: here so i can't i can't even take i can't
- 1:38Speaker 2: even take any kind of credit for it.
- 1:40Speaker 6: Yeah, so essentially we just took the best segment from
- 1:43Speaker 6: each day and then kind of had some commentary from
- 1:46Speaker 6: various hosts on the show. Gina joined, and I kind
- 1:49Speaker 6: of just navigated it and got some behind-the-scenes look. And
- 1:53Speaker 6: we found out Menace is high every time he writes
- 1:56Speaker 6: his monologue. Except for the last one. Yeah, except for
- 1:58Speaker 6: the last one. Found out some personal stuff about Gina,
- 2:00Speaker 6: et cetera. So it's just kind of like a best
- 2:02Speaker 6: of each day with some commentary. And we drop it
- 2:05Speaker 6: on Saturday morning, and people seem to come.
- 2:07Speaker 2: So is that like a regular thing now?
- 2:10Speaker 4: It will be a regular thing.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:11Speaker 4: All right.
- 2:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Uh, nine, four, nine. Here it is.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Hoy, Woody show. Long time. Listen to the show. I
- 2:16Speaker 2: really enjoyed the special Saturday podcast. The three of you did.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I'm on the road 24 seven. And that felt different
- 2:22Speaker 2: than the others. Like we were all hanging out together.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Bring back more of that, please.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Bye.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Cool.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, okay. And yeah, what was the other
- 2:31Speaker 2: thing I was asking you, Jeff? Cause did you guys
- 2:32Speaker 2: say something in the, in the podcast about like, um,
- 2:36Speaker 2: a trophy emoji or something?
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 5: So, So, yeah, I got brought up towards the end
- 2:43Speaker 5: and Jeff said, do you have anything else you want
- 2:45Speaker 5: to say? And I said, like, look, the biggest thing
- 2:48Speaker 5: with our audience, we know that you're watching our videos
- 2:51Speaker 5: on on social media and you you look at our
- 2:54Speaker 5: social media. But our audience is really bad at interacting
- 2:58Speaker 5: and like dropping comments and just like. Which helps us. Yeah,
- 3:01Speaker 5: which helps a lot. Yeah, like really, really bad at
- 3:04Speaker 5: it for some reason.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Really?
- 3:05Speaker 2: Because the text, during the show, the text is great.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Yeah, but I'm talking about social media.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Yeah, right.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Like watching videos.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Yeah, and they're just watching it and not interacting with it.
- 3:15Speaker 5: And I go, please drop a comment. And then I
- 3:17Speaker 5: don't know.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I said, how about this will be fine. If
- 3:19Speaker 1: you don't have anything to say, let's come up with
- 3:21Speaker 1: an emoji, any random emoji and put that in there.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And then we'll know that you heard. our little show
- 3:25Speaker 1: today and it'll be fun.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Cause I saw like a bunch of like random trophy.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:29Speaker 1: And then Jeff said, how about a trophy? Like done.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Cause I asked Jeff, I said, are people effing with us?
- 3:36Speaker 4: Is this code?
- 3:36Speaker 1: This is code that they heard the show.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, I'm like, is this code? Cause I
- 3:40Speaker 2: didn't know about this podcast thing yet. I go, have
- 3:43Speaker 2: you been on, have you seen on Instagram? Like all
- 3:46Speaker 2: these people are leaving these trophy emojis on all of
- 3:49Speaker 2: the different videos. Is someone effing with us? Like, is
- 3:51Speaker 2: this some kind of like, you know, inside joke or something?
- 3:54Speaker 2: Cause I wasn't getting, I was great. There was no getting.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Agreed. And, uh, yeah.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And then Jeff's go, oh yeah, that's from the, uh,
- 4:03Speaker 2: the saturday whatever pie go what.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Is that.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I'm so lost about something that's happening on a show that.
- 4:09Speaker 6: I work for the record i did mention it to
- 4:11Speaker 6: you that i was going to do a best of
- 4:14Speaker 6: uh i think i mentioned to you like friday when
- 4:15Speaker 6: we were prepping for the show but it may have
- 4:17Speaker 6: got lost in the sauce.
- 4:18Speaker 2: You know yeah but i thought i thought that was
- 4:21Speaker 2: whatever bort puts together that used to run i mean
- 4:24Speaker 2: it runs on some of the stations not all the
- 4:26Speaker 2: stations But I thought that's what it was. I thought
- 4:29Speaker 2: you were taking that over.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Yeah, because there was like a Saturday version of the show.
- 4:35Speaker 1: New project.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Dude, I don't even know.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Separate project. You know what? I kind of like it.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Small side quest.
- 4:40Speaker 6: But the whole idea is just for people to get
- 4:42Speaker 6: to know us a little bit better and get to
- 4:44Speaker 6: know the show a little bit better behind the scenes.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Yeah, behind the scenes. It was a lot of fun.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Okay.
- 4:47Speaker 4: All right.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Good to know. You want to do it?
- 4:50Speaker 4: It's fun.
- 4:51Speaker 2: What's that?
- 4:51Speaker 1: You want to be a part of it? It's fun.
- 4:52Speaker 2: I just learned about it.
- 4:57Speaker 5: You'll get that every Saturday morning on the podcast feed,
- 5:01Speaker 5: wherever you listen to your podcast.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:03Speaker 2: We were talking about divorce rates for different occupations.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 5:11Speaker 2: And EMTs were on the list.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Strange.
- 5:15Speaker 2: And this woman had something to say on the After
- 5:16Speaker 2: Hours voicemail about it. 877-44-WOODY.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Oh. I am listening to your podcast from today, and
- 5:24Speaker 3: you guys were talking about who cheats the most, and
- 5:27Speaker 3: you were talking about ambulance drivers or EMTs. My ex-husband
- 5:31Speaker 3: cheated on me probably our whole entire three-year marriage. Yeah,
- 5:38Speaker 3: I can say from past experience, definitely EMTs are probably
- 5:43Speaker 3: one of the most cheating people. But I know Sammy
- 5:48Speaker 3: is probably going to say it's totally okay. It doesn't
- 5:51Speaker 3: make him a bad guy or whatnot. But anyway, I
- 5:55Speaker 3: just thought I would place my call. I'm a long-time listener,
- 5:58Speaker 3: first-time caller. Have a great night, guys.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Bye.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah, Sammy probably would take up for that guy that
- 6:06Speaker 2: cheated on you that whole time you were together.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Yes, that sounds like me.
- 6:10Speaker 1: She's super into it. I said, make sure you're only
- 6:13Speaker 1: with serial cheaters who cheat on you the entire time.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I don't like a guy who gives me a compliment,
- 6:17Speaker 2: but a guy who cheats on me? Not a bad guy.
- 6:20Speaker 2: That guy who gave me a compliment, though. What a jerk.
- 6:22Speaker 2: What a creep.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Total creep.
- 6:24Speaker 2: How many times have we heard that, Greg?
- 6:26Speaker 4: And probably a murderer.
- 6:28Speaker 5: Probably.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Probably.
- 6:30Speaker 5: I'll take the bear.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Greg, this guy's got a pro tip for you.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Oh, red.
- 6:36Speaker 2: After hours voicemail.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Hey, what do you show?
- 6:40Speaker 4: Natural tips here for you guys.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Is it don't have kids?
- 6:43Speaker 5: I thought that was a cat dying in the background.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I can hear in the background. That sounds like my
- 6:48Speaker 2: house a number of years ago.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yeah, that's just whining.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Some whining toddler jumping off furniture. This guy's looking for
- 6:54Speaker 2: something to wrap around his neck and dangle from something
- 6:58Speaker 2: to hold his body weight.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Hey, what do you show? Natural tips here for you guys.
- 7:06Speaker 4: So Gregoria, I took Gregoria up on this goober grape.
- 7:08Speaker 4: I forgot the goober strawberry.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Remember goober grape? Do you know what goober grape is, Gina?
- 7:13Speaker 1: Oh, the jelly? The peanut butter and jelly?
- 7:15Speaker 2: It's in the same jar?
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, the lines.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Yeah, it's in perfect little, you know, wedge.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Do they still make that?
- 7:21Speaker 5: Oh, they sure do.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, they do.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I thought that was so 90s.
- 7:24Speaker 5: No way.
- 7:24Speaker 2: And Greg, it's one of the many things that Greg
- 7:26Speaker 2: gets on these kicks on.
- 7:28Speaker 5: I never knew that.
- 7:29Speaker 2: He'll get like on a goober grape kick.
- 7:30Speaker 4: And it requires no vehicle other than a spoon.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah, he just eats it out of the jar. I
- 7:35Speaker 2: get that. You don't need to.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Put it on bread.
- 7:36Speaker 5: No bread.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Just open it up and go to town.
- 7:38Speaker 5: You know what I had this morning before I got
- 7:41Speaker 5: to work was, and Sammy, you might have seen these
- 7:43Speaker 5: little crepes that they have at Trader Joe's, but they
- 7:47Speaker 5: had a PB & J one.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Oh.
- 7:49Speaker 5: So I bought a pack. And I had it on
- 7:51Speaker 5: the way to work. Pretty good, Greg.
- 7:54Speaker 2: This guy goes on. He's got a good tip for you, Greg.
- 7:57Speaker 5: That's okay.
- 7:59Speaker 2: It's not bad.
- 8:00Speaker 3: What you really ought to do is get any peanut
- 8:05Speaker 3: butter you like, get a good-sized spoon, and you get
- 8:08Speaker 3: Smucker's strawberry squeezable.
- 8:10Speaker 4: You get a good-sized.
- 8:12Speaker 5: Peanut butter on the spoon and squeeze the jam on
- 8:14Speaker 5: top of every bite and take.
- 8:16Speaker 3: And you just keep doing so until you're done.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that one's way better.
- 8:22Speaker 2: So yeah, from here, just try that one.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Bye.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so don't get the, you can do a better,
- 8:28Speaker 2: you get like a better combo if you go with
- 8:30Speaker 2: the better jelly.
- 8:31Speaker 1: He didn't like the ingredients.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Right, and then do the squeeze jelly. It sounds like
- 8:35Speaker 4: a lot of effort.
- 8:36Speaker 5: Way too much work.
- 8:37Speaker 4: I'd rather just lie down with the goober.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Like a soft serve ice cream.
- 8:43Speaker 5: At my fattest, I would take saltine crackers, peanut butter
- 8:45Speaker 5: and jelly on top.
- 8:47Speaker 4: It's so good.
- 8:47Speaker 5: And then when I would run out of peanut butter.
- 8:50Speaker 2: That's old school, man.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:51Speaker 5: Run out of peanut butter, I'll just put butter and
- 8:53Speaker 5: then jelly and the saltine.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Butter and jelly.
- 8:58Speaker 2: So good.
- 8:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:59Speaker 2: You want to hear this guy laughing at his own joke? Yes.
- 9:02Speaker 2: After Hours voicemail, 877-44-WOODY.
- 9:04Speaker 4: This is an original joke.
- 9:08Speaker 1: What do you call a fairy that's full of gays?
- 9:12Speaker 3: A fairy.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Fairy.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Fairy.
- 9:19Speaker 2: I'm not getting, but he loves it.
- 9:20Speaker 1: You don't get?
- 9:20Speaker 2: I don't get either.
- 9:22Speaker 1: A fairy is like a boat.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I understand that.
- 9:24Speaker 1: A fairy that is full of gay people is a
- 9:26Speaker 1: fairy fairy.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Right.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Because that's another.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Yeah, fairy fairy.
- 9:31Speaker 5: I thought he said berry. Fairy berry.
- 9:33Speaker 1: No, he said fairy fairy.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I heard what he said, yeah. I thought he.
- 9:37Speaker 5: I didn't know he was talking about a boat.
- 9:38Speaker 4: That's where I... Yeah, what do you call a boat
- 9:41Speaker 4: full of gay people?
- 9:41Speaker 5: He should have said that.
- 9:43Speaker 4: F-A-R-R-Y-F-E-R-R-Y.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That would have been a better joke. We just punched
- 9:46Speaker 1: it up for you.
- 9:47Speaker 2: All right. Wow, good one, dude. Thank you.
- 9:49Speaker 5: That was really good.
- 9:50Speaker 4: That was great.
- 9:51Speaker 5: Nailed it.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Yeah. All right.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Anything you got? We do say anything you got, so
- 9:54Speaker 2: you can leave whatever. It's fine.
- 9:56Speaker 4: 877-44-WOODY.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Text over to 22987. Woody.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. Oh.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Look at.
- 10:04Speaker 3: That.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Oh, that's lovely. The Woody Show. All right. So, casseroles.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Real quick.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Like, I'm saying.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Let's come up with five.
- 10:23Speaker 6: Oh, okay.
- 10:23Speaker 2: So tuna noodle.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 10:26Speaker 2: That's got to be in there.
- 10:27Speaker 4: That's a classic. Right.
- 10:29Speaker 2: All right. What else? Cheesy potato.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Is that like a hash brown casserole? Yeah.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Okay.
- 10:34Speaker 1: But it's different than tater tot hot dish because that
- 10:36Speaker 1: has like ground beef at the bottom.
- 10:38Speaker 3: All right.
- 10:39Speaker 1: So we could do both of those if we want
- 10:40Speaker 1: two potato options.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Let's do the hash brown casserole.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Okay.
- 10:44Speaker 2: I feel like that's even on a menu like... Like
- 10:47Speaker 2: a Cracker Barrel. Oh, it's the best. Hash brown, casserole.
- 10:51Speaker 1: And what about like chicken broccoli rice?
- 10:53Speaker 2: That's another classic.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a classic.
- 10:55Speaker 2: That's a classic one. What else on the text over
- 10:56Speaker 2: to 22987? What is it? Chicken and rice.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Chicken and rice. Isn't there a rice and broccoli one too?
- 11:03Speaker 1: Yeah, just one can have chicken. We just do cheesy broccoli.
- 11:07Speaker 4: There you go.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I think we have to put even, you know, I'm
- 11:10Speaker 2: going somewhere with this. Okay. Uh, You're talking about green
- 11:14Speaker 2: bean casserole.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Love it.
- 11:17Speaker 2: And the other one we're talking about with like a
- 11:19Speaker 2: Thanksgiving would be sweet potato casserole. That's the kind that
- 11:22Speaker 2: has the marshmallows on it.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Like a sweet casserole.
- 11:26Speaker 4: I always skip the marshmallow, but yeah, that's good.
- 11:28Speaker 2: You skip the marshmallow.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I've never been into that casserole.
- 11:31Speaker 2: That's like skipping the French fried onions on the green
- 11:33Speaker 2: bean casserole.
- 11:33Speaker 5: What are you tripping?
- 11:34Speaker 4: I do mix syrup into it, though. Quiet, man.
- 11:37Speaker 3: It's quiet.
- 11:37Speaker 2: We're going somewhere with this. We're just going somewhere with this, man.
- 11:40Speaker 2: We'll let you know when we're there.
- 11:41Speaker 4: There was one that I looked up. It sounds so good.
- 11:43Speaker 4: It's called the King Ranch Chicken Casserole. So it's Tex-Mex
- 11:47Speaker 4: style with layers of corn tortillas, diced chicken, creamy mushrooms.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Oh, you know what? We're forgetting that.
- 11:52Speaker 4: And green chilies.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Like an enchilada casserole.
- 11:54Speaker 4: That's like an enchilada.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Almost like a Mexican lasagna.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yeah. I've heard it called something else.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Or like taco bake.
- 12:00Speaker 4: Yes.
- 12:01Speaker 2: That's what I'm thinking of.
- 12:03Speaker 1: That's a popular one.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I think I'm taco bake.
- 12:06Speaker 4: Enchiladas, yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yeah, there's one called Million Dollar Chicken Casserole. So that's
- 12:10Speaker 2: like creamy chicken with like a cheese sour cream style. Oh, yes.
- 12:15Speaker 2: And then like a crunchy topping.
- 12:17Speaker 4: What's it called?
- 12:17Speaker 2: It's called the Million Dollar Chicken Casserole. Yeah, taco bake casserole.
- 12:22Speaker 2: So taco meat layered with tortillas and cheese. I got
- 12:26Speaker 2: no problem with that.
- 12:27Speaker 4: Even mac and cheese is considered a casserole.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Like baked pastas.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. I guess like baked ziti. Ziti, yeah. Wouldn't
- 12:36Speaker 2: baked ziti be a casserole?
- 12:37Speaker 4: Yeah, technically.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Have you had baked ziti menace?
- 12:39Speaker 5: I don't know what that is.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Really? Okay.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Baked ziti is on the list.
- 12:42Speaker 4: Pasta, the big, like tubular pasta.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like penne.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 12:46Speaker 2: But it's smooth. There's no ridges on it. It's not
- 12:48Speaker 2: ribbed for your pleasure. It's got the tomato sauce. They
- 12:52Speaker 2: put it in a casserole dish and then they cover
- 12:55Speaker 2: it with like a mozzarella cheese.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Okay. Okay.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Have you ever seen the casseroles that like breakfast casserole?
- 13:01Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Like the egg casseroles. Those are good. Have you seen
- 13:03Speaker 1: the ones where you like put biscuits on top and
- 13:06Speaker 1: then put it in the oven? So it's like a
- 13:08Speaker 1: biscuit topping.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:09Speaker 2: That was good.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:10Speaker 1: You could even do a chicken pot pie that way.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:12Speaker 4: All right.
- 13:13Speaker 2: So, um, like tuna noodle casserole. That's the one my
- 13:18Speaker 2: mom would make all the time. I really liked that one.
- 13:21Speaker 2: I haven't had it in 30 years. Now, uh, Who
- 13:26Speaker 2: is best for hash brown casserole?
- 13:29Speaker 1: I could do it. I've done it many times.
- 13:31Speaker 2: You can do that one?
- 13:31Speaker 1: Many times.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Greg, are there any that you think you would be good?
- 13:34Speaker 2: Or where's Jeff G?
- 13:36Speaker 4: I could do.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Because Jeff G, I know, he's a casserole man, too.
- 13:39Speaker 2: The best.
- 13:40Speaker 4: I mean, if you have green bean casserole in there,
- 13:42Speaker 4: I think I'm pretty good at that.
- 13:43Speaker 2: So Greg on that one. Shut up, mess. Gina. All right.
- 13:50Speaker 2: And then Woody on that one. Out of these, Jeff,
- 13:55Speaker 2: what do you think would be your best representation?
- 14:00Speaker 6: Well, I'll tell you, my wife makes a fire sweet
- 14:02Speaker 6: potato one. Did somebody take that already?
- 14:04Speaker 2: A sweet potato casserole?
- 14:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:06Speaker 5: She's really good at that.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Sweet.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:09Speaker 4: All right.
- 14:10Speaker 2: So that's Jeff. What about the, because you had mentioned
- 14:13Speaker 2: something about the taco bake one, too.
- 14:15Speaker 6: Well, I could do like an enchilada stack for you.
- 14:18Speaker 5: That would be kind of fire. Not your traditional casserole,
- 14:21Speaker 5: but we could figure that out.
- 14:22Speaker 1: No, my husband loves making those. That's like a guy thing.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I'm not surprised you make one.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Does that count as a casserole?
- 14:29Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 14:29Speaker 1: It's like layer tortilla sauce.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Okay, so Jeff.
- 14:33Speaker 5: It's basically a bunch of enchiladas just smashed together.
- 14:37Speaker 2: And then like chicken and rice, like You're from Kansas.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Could you handle that?
- 14:41Speaker 1: I've done it many times.
- 14:42Speaker 4: All right.
- 14:43Speaker 2: So, okay. Jeff, here's what we got. Tuna noodle casserole.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Yep.
- 14:48Speaker 4: All right.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Hash brown casserole.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Got it?
- 14:53Speaker 2: Chicken and rice casserole.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Got it?
- 14:56Speaker 2: Yep. Green bean casserole.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Got it.
- 14:59Speaker 2: The enchilada stack. Okay. Sweet potato casserole.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Yep.
- 15:06Speaker 2: And then baked ziti.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 15:09Speaker 2: So make sure we have here. I'll give you that
- 15:12Speaker 2: while you get that together.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And then I'll explain minutes where we're going with this.
- 15:16Speaker 4: All right. All right. Because you stated you hate casseroles.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:20Speaker 5: Well, the only one I had was that green bean one.
- 15:23Speaker 5: And then you guys told me all these other casseroles
- 15:26Speaker 5: that I possibly had.
- 15:27Speaker 4: The one that you had.
- 15:29Speaker 5: Because I didn't really consider them casseroles.
- 15:31Speaker 4: To be fair, it was too watery.
- 15:34Speaker 1: How does it get watery?
- 15:35Speaker 4: Because you really have to squeeze out the green beans.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Oh, it was a green bean casserole.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I think when it was made, they just kind of
- 15:43Speaker 2: dumped the whole can with the water and everything.
- 15:45Speaker 4: It was very watery.
- 15:47Speaker 2: All right, so while Jeff is getting the rest of
- 15:49Speaker 2: this kind of stuff here together for us, we're going
- 15:50Speaker 2: to check in with Menace. It's his birthday today. It's October,
- 15:56Speaker 2: and you know what that means.
- 15:58Speaker 3: It's Menace's birthday month.
- 16:03Speaker 2: The countdown is on.
- 16:07Speaker 4: All right.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Menace's birthday month. It is October. Yes, he is a
- 16:13Speaker 2: man that not only celebrates his birthday. Not just a
- 16:17Speaker 2: birthday week or a birthday weekend. It's a birthday month.
- 16:21Speaker 2: And he has come up with his wish list of
- 16:24Speaker 2: things that he wants.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Bucket list.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Bucket list of things that he wants to do. We
- 16:27Speaker 2: do have that posted. It's on our Instagram.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Yes.
- 16:30Speaker 2: At The Woody Show. You can check it out there.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And we have some fans of the Menace birthday month.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Hi.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Big fan of the show.
- 16:39Speaker 5: I have no idea what the segment is called that
- 16:41Speaker 5: Menace does.
- 16:42Speaker 3: His late night monologue.
- 16:43Speaker 5: Yep.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Hilarious.
- 16:46Speaker 5: I mean, here, jerking, funny, stuttering.
- 16:50Speaker 3: It's like my child, you know, trying to tell a story.
- 16:53Speaker 5: It's so good.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Menace, you are a gem to this earth.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Keep doing what you're doing, buddy.
- 16:59Speaker 5: Happy birthday month.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Bye. Love the birthday month. Loves the Menace late night
- 17:06Speaker 2: monologue week in review or whatever we called it. Love that. Menace,
- 17:11Speaker 2: where are we at on the list?
- 17:13Speaker 5: I think we're doing pretty good. So number one is
- 17:16Speaker 5: give away an extreme weekend trip to London. That's going
- 17:20Speaker 5: to happen no matter what. So I think we should
- 17:22Speaker 5: give that away towards the end of the month. Stay
- 17:25Speaker 5: the night at the Incredibles house at Disney Cotino. Yeah.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Nothing. Nothing.
- 17:29Speaker 2: No, nothing in progress.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Oh, that's such a good one.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Just give me the ones that we have movement on.
- 17:35Speaker 5: Okay, so.
- 17:36Speaker 2: So we have movement on the extreme weekend trip to
- 17:39Speaker 2: Raising Cane's in London. Yeah, that's good. So like leave
- 17:42Speaker 2: on a Friday, come back on a Sunday. Just to
- 17:46Speaker 2: go to London for the new Raising Cane's that they're
- 17:48Speaker 2: opening there.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:49Speaker 2: And bring a listener.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Stay at a hotel and everything.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll stay the night at a hotel.
- 17:53Speaker 2: It's like one night.
- 17:54Speaker 5: Yeah, because we'll get there Saturday afternoon. Right. And then
- 17:56Speaker 5: we'll leave Sunday afternoon. Yeah. Uh, the other movement is
- 18:00Speaker 5: desert surf. I'll take a listener with me to go
- 18:03Speaker 5: check out desert surf and we'll, uh, take some surf lessons,
- 18:07Speaker 5: surf lessons together. They DM me just recently. So we'll
- 18:10Speaker 5: try to work that out. And then, uh, the other
- 18:13Speaker 5: ones were a street fighter movie screening. I had somebody
- 18:17Speaker 5: hit me up so that they have access to a theater.
- 18:19Speaker 5: So we're trying to coordinate that with a bunch of listeners.
- 18:23Speaker 2: How does that work? I know people do that every
- 18:25Speaker 2: once in a while. They'll get a theater for a
- 18:27Speaker 2: birthday or something. If you rent the theater, can you
- 18:30Speaker 2: just pick whatever movie?
- 18:32Speaker 5: That part, I don't know.
- 18:34Speaker 1: You just buy all the seats at that showing?
- 18:36Speaker 2: It's like a screening of the new Street Fighter movie.
- 18:38Speaker 2: You say, oh, we want it to be the new
- 18:39Speaker 2: Street Fighter.
- 18:40Speaker 5: I think you can buy out the theater and do that,
- 18:42Speaker 5: but I'm doing it through a sponsor who sponsors a
- 18:45Speaker 5: theater already, so they have access to it. And then
- 18:50Speaker 5: it looks like the two-television giveaway is going to happen.
- 18:54Speaker 5: So I'm going to give away a TV in person
- 18:57Speaker 5: and then give a TV away on our Instagram, 98 inches. Okay.
- 19:01Speaker 5: So make sure you're following us at The Woody Show
- 19:03Speaker 5: on Instagram.
- 19:04Speaker 4: And then... Dr. Terry Dubrow. Come on. What's the latest?
- 19:10Speaker 5: I have his contact information for his booker. I handed
- 19:13Speaker 5: it over to Jeff.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:14Speaker 5: So we'll see where we're at with that.
- 19:15Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Fingers crossed. But everything else is pretty much still up
- 19:18Speaker 5: in the air.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:22Speaker 2: So 1, 4, 8, 11, and 12. There's a movement on.
- 19:27Speaker 2: If you're playing along at home.
- 19:29Speaker 4: Yes.
- 19:30Speaker 2: It's like a bingo card. If you go to our Instagram,
- 19:33Speaker 2: you can see Menace's birthday month list. And we'll let
- 19:36Speaker 2: you know as things unfold. Especially for the TV giveaways
- 19:41Speaker 2: or to join Menace at the surf thing or the
- 19:46Speaker 2: screening of the Street Fighter movie or especially that extreme
- 19:49Speaker 2: weekend trip to Raising Cane's in London.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Yes. Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 2: We'll let you know how you can win all that.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Fun.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:56Speaker 4: All right. Now, Menace. Yes.
- 19:59Speaker 2: How are we looking over here, Jeff?
- 20:00Speaker 4: We're good? We're done.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Yep.
- 20:01Speaker 4: We're done? All right.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:02Speaker 6: Sammy's.
- 20:03Speaker 4: Doing awesome. Yeah, we're all set.
- 20:04Speaker 5: We just got to put one on there.
- 20:05Speaker 2: One on there. All right, so all those casseroles that
- 20:09Speaker 2: we decided what would be good ones and then who
- 20:13Speaker 2: would be able to make one to an acceptable level,
- 20:16Speaker 2: they've all been put on the wheel, Menace.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 20:18Speaker 2: It's the wheel of casseroles. It's the wheel of casseroles.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Because I think you have, I'm convinced that you have
- 20:26Speaker 2: a problem with the word casserole. You're being hung up
- 20:29Speaker 2: on the word. I think it's kind of when people go, oh,
- 20:31Speaker 2: it's a whatever pizza. and it's not, it's not like
- 20:35Speaker 2: dough and marinara sauce and cheese. It's, like a cookie
- 20:40Speaker 2: crust and they put ice cream on it. And people,
- 20:43Speaker 2: they think it's basically putting ice cream on top of
- 20:45Speaker 2: like a regular tomato mozzarella pizza. And so they get,
- 20:49Speaker 2: they get mixed with the word pizza. I think casserole
- 20:51Speaker 2: is kind of throwing you off.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Like a one dish meal.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Because you love, you love a lot of these, you
- 20:57Speaker 2: love a lot of these ingredients that go into like a,
- 20:59Speaker 2: like the enchilada stack. Sure. But I like enchiladas.
- 21:03Speaker 5: The enchilada one I've probably had before.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Okay, chicken and rice. You like chicken and rice?
- 21:08Speaker 4: I do. Okay.
- 21:09Speaker 5: I mean, out of everything that you listed, only three
- 21:12Speaker 5: of them probably don't sound like ass to me.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Where's my list, Jeff, that I gave you?
- 21:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 5: I'll tell you what's ass and what's not ass.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Okay.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Tuna noodle casserole.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Ass.
- 21:22Speaker 5: Straight up ass.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Why ass? Because you like tuna.
- 21:26Speaker 5: In certain forms.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Okay. You like tuna fish sandwiches?
- 21:30Speaker 3: Nope. You don't? No. Really?
- 21:32Speaker 4: You just like it raw? Yeah.
- 21:33Speaker 3: All right.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Hash brown casserole.
- 21:36Speaker 4: All right.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I'm in.
- 21:36Speaker 4: He's in.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Chicken and rice in.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:40Speaker 5: I mean, it's chicken and rice.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:41Speaker 4: What could be wrong with that? Right. Yeah.
- 21:43Speaker 5: That's something I'm excited for.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:44Speaker 2: We already know how you feel about green bean casserole.
- 21:47Speaker 2: We're convinced you just had... But also vegetable, right?
- 21:49Speaker 1: Just had a bad experience.
- 21:50Speaker 2: The enchilada stack.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:52Speaker 4: I'm in.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Big Ziti.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Don't really know.
- 21:56Speaker 4: You would love it.
- 21:57Speaker 1: There's no... There's no.
- 21:58Speaker 4: Pasta.
- 21:59Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with Big Ziti.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Do you like.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Pasta and cheese.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Okay.
- 22:05Speaker 2: So that's what it is.
- 22:05Speaker 4: You would love it.
- 22:06Speaker 2: And then a sweet potato casserole. Ass.
- 22:08Speaker 5: Ass.
- 22:09Speaker 4: It's like pumpkin pie.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Why ass?
- 22:11Speaker 5: I hate sweet potato.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Oh, well, there you go.
- 22:13Speaker 4: All right. Hate it.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Well, those are all up on the wheel. Now we
- 22:16Speaker 2: think maybe you just haven't had the right one.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:18Speaker 4: Right?
- 22:19Speaker 2: Like you just haven't, you're just kind of writing it off.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Yeah, right.
- 22:22Speaker 2: So on the wheel of casseroles, you're going to spin
- 22:25Speaker 2: it and whichever one it lands on, we've already determined
- 22:27Speaker 2: who's going to make the different ones. So go step
- 22:29Speaker 2: up to the wheel.
- 22:29Speaker 5: Okay.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 22:31Speaker 2: And give it a spin.
- 22:32Speaker 4: He's acting like it's a punishment.
- 22:33Speaker 5: Yeah, like he's part of.
- 22:34Speaker 4: The electric chair.
- 22:35Speaker 1: He gets a homemade dish.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Yeah, he's always bitching about, like, where's the food? I'm hungry.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Where's the cheeky?
- 22:43Speaker 4: Cheeky.
- 22:44Speaker 2: All right, go ahead.
- 22:45Speaker 4: All right, here we go.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Wheel of Casserole.
- 22:48Speaker 4: On the move.
- 22:52Speaker 1: That's a good spin.
- 22:53Speaker 4: I'm so rooting for the tuna casserole. Oh, hell no.
- 22:56Speaker 4: That sounds so good.
- 22:58Speaker 2: With peas.
- 22:59Speaker 5: Something good.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Half round.
- 23:00Speaker 5: Let's do a half round.
- 23:01Speaker 4: All right.
- 23:02Speaker 2: A sophisticated pal like Menaces is being subjected to casseroles?
- 23:05Speaker 2: What is it? And it's going to land on... Yes!
- 23:10Speaker 4: Let's go! All right.
- 23:12Speaker 2: It's the enchilada stack.
- 23:15Speaker 5: Thank you, Jesus.
- 23:16Speaker 2: That's the first one. So now that one comes off.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Jeff will make that enchilada stack.
- 23:26Speaker 5: Thank you, Jeff.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Is that who agreed to that one? Yeah, Jeff agreed
- 23:28Speaker 2: to that one.
- 23:29Speaker 4: I'm excited.
- 23:30Speaker 2: And then once you try that one, we'll spin it
- 23:31Speaker 2: until you try the next one.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Yes, because it's the birthday month.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're going into a time of the year
- 23:36Speaker 2: where there's a lot of opportunity to be bringing things
- 23:39Speaker 2: like a sweet potato casserole or green bean casserole, things
- 23:41Speaker 2: like this, to these family functions.
- 23:44Speaker 5: Why would you do that to people?
- 23:45Speaker 1: Because it's delicious and they love it.
- 23:47Speaker 2: People love it. All right, so there you go. Coming
- 23:50Speaker 2: in hot. The enchilada stack. First one up on the
- 23:53Speaker 2: wheel of casserole.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Menace's birthday month.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Sponsored by the letter L for loser.
- 23:59Speaker 6: And by the number zero, the official percentage that a
- 24:02Speaker 6: grown man with a birthday month could ever be cool.
