Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #329: Finding Strength, Guidance & Trust in Difficult Times
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with amyen Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Welcome back.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We are back, ready to go. So I just have
- 0:09Speaker 1: a cool story I gotta share. I I this past
- 0:17Speaker 1: week have faced some very heavy confrontational people in our community,
- 0:30Speaker 1: not directly indirectly, and it was almost like a I
- 0:38Speaker 1: didn't take it as as a fight or a struggle.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I took it as a challenge and I was up
- 0:46Speaker 1: for the challenge. And when I made that decision to
- 0:48Speaker 1: stand in my confidence and my power within myself and
- 0:51Speaker 1: accept the challenge. Because here's what I want to say.
- 0:55Speaker 1: In my history, having the background of an introvert, there's
- 0:59Speaker 1: no way I know how I would have got wrapped
- 1:01Speaker 1: up in any part of this. I'd have been like, Nope,
- 1:03Speaker 1: shut my door. I'm doing my job and that's it.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I'm out. I'm gonna go home and enjoy my evening. Right.
- 1:10Speaker 1: But the confidence building, my confidence and standing in my
- 1:15Speaker 1: power is also using my voice, which an introvert does
- 1:20Speaker 1: not like to do either. We don't want any attention
- 1:23Speaker 1: on ourselves. So it has taken me a lot to
- 1:27Speaker 1: be in the internal position that I am with myself
- 1:34Speaker 1: and I am embracing that. So I decided to. I
- 1:39Speaker 1: was telling everybody, I'm like, challenge accepted, and the community
- 1:43Speaker 1: will know who Amy Wade is by the time this
- 1:46Speaker 1: we get through all of this. Like, I don't care
- 1:48Speaker 1: where you go. Somebody says, Amy, way, You're gonna know
- 1:51Speaker 1: who I am, And that might sound egotistical, but again,
- 1:58Speaker 1: introverts do not want attention on themselves. They want to
- 2:03Speaker 1: stay small, they want to stay hidden, they want to
- 2:07Speaker 1: stay meek and mild and all the things. They want
- 2:10Speaker 1: to stay to themselves. They don't want to cause any controversy. No,
- 2:15Speaker 1: don't put me in the spotlight. I don't want to
- 2:17Speaker 1: be on the stage. So this is a whole different
- 2:23Speaker 1: side of the coin of who I was. And now
- 2:28Speaker 1: that I'm older and I'm stronger and more confident within myself,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I'm coming, I'm coming, and I'm out there. So back
- 2:37Speaker 1: to my original planned conversation that I wanted to share,
- 2:43Speaker 1: it's super cool I decided to take this challenge. I
- 2:47Speaker 1: was standing in my power. I was feeling good, very
- 2:49Speaker 1: high vibrational. I was in good spirits and I lean
- 2:57Speaker 1: on spirit and I know in spirit is around me.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And a couple of days before this whole experience happened.
- 3:06Speaker 1: My grandfather starts showing up with his cigarette smoke. That's
- 3:09Speaker 1: how he shows up. And anytime he shows up, I
- 3:13Speaker 1: know something's coming. And it might be a direct or
- 3:16Speaker 1: indirect experience, doesn't matter, just just telling me I'm here.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I'm with you, drawing my strength and my confidence and
- 3:24Speaker 1: my power to help you move through this whatever experience
- 3:27Speaker 1: is coming, because I honestly I don't know the who, what, when, where,
- 3:33Speaker 1: or why.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I just know.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Something is about to unfold and I'm going to be
- 3:38Speaker 1: either witnessing it or in it. So he shows up
- 3:42Speaker 1: with cigarette smoke on along with that, I have a
- 3:49Speaker 1: very aggressive he was in his human form, abusive, and
- 4:00Speaker 1: he shows up with an alcohol scent, and I had
- 4:08Speaker 1: kind of forgotten that because it had been many, many,
- 4:11Speaker 1: many years since he has showed up or rebuilt himself
- 4:15Speaker 1: in that way after his passing. But I would be
- 4:18Speaker 1: sitting in my office at work this past week and
- 4:21Speaker 1: I would get a scent of alcohol, and I was
- 4:24Speaker 1: just nobody's in my office, and I'm just like, what,
- 4:29Speaker 1: where is that coming from? Whatever? Whatever? And then later
- 4:35Speaker 1: in the day hours would go by and it would
- 4:37Speaker 1: come again, and I was like, well, when this whole
- 4:42Speaker 1: challenging experience started coming up at dawned on me. I
- 4:47Speaker 1: was like, oh, yes, okay, I know who it is.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I know who's with me. So I'm my grandfather, my stepdad. Great.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Did I like him in human form? Absolutely not scared
- 4:57Speaker 1: the daylights out of me U, But in spirit, whole
- 5:02Speaker 1: different story perspective. I've done healing around it, and I
- 5:07Speaker 1: appreciate knowing that he's with me because of the power
- 5:10Speaker 1: and strength that he has and that it is available
- 5:15Speaker 1: to me, and that is my support team. Okay, so
- 5:20Speaker 1: they show up, We're good. But the day the day,
- 5:23Speaker 1: I was like, all right, I'm accepting this. I'm going
- 5:27Speaker 1: to step into this experience and I'm kind of have
- 5:30Speaker 1: my confidence and stand in my power and roll with it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I was. I get in my vehicle to go to work.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I turn on the main street that head goes towards
- 5:41Speaker 1: my work and I am behind a Dodge charger and
- 5:48Speaker 1: looking between the seats, through the windshield or back windshield
- 5:52Speaker 1: and through the seats, hanging from their mirror is a
- 5:59Speaker 1: full winged out three D butterfly, like just you know,
- 6:06Speaker 1: just hanging out. Well, my grandmother absolutely loved butterfly. I'm
- 6:11Speaker 1: so sorry, not butterflies. I keep saying butterflies, hummingbirds. I
- 6:16Speaker 1: probably say butterflies because butterflies are representation of transformation, right,
- 6:21Speaker 1: So hummingbirds. She loved hummingbirds. And so there's this, this
- 6:26Speaker 1: full winged hummingbird in hanging from the mirror of this
- 6:31Speaker 1: dodge charger in front of me. Dodge chargers are very powerful,
- 6:34Speaker 1: by the way, when I think about it, they have
- 6:35Speaker 1: a lot of horsepower. They're strong, they're like muscle. So
- 6:40Speaker 1: I didn't even put that together until right now. But anyway,
- 6:44Speaker 1: this is another symbol to add to this story. So
- 6:47Speaker 1: we turn on the main road and I'm following it,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and I'm I'm paying attention to the traffic with my
- 6:55Speaker 1: peripheral and everything, but I'm focused on this hummingbird. And
- 7:01Speaker 1: we're in the left lane. We're in the fast lane,
- 7:06Speaker 1: even though we're doing just a little over speed limit.
- 7:09Speaker 1: We're just toodling along. On my right side, a little
- 7:12Speaker 1: red car comes up and I see there's something, some
- 7:17Speaker 1: sticker in the back windshield, and so I glance over
- 7:23Speaker 1: and now there's a dragonfly joining the team here. Let
- 7:28Speaker 1: me just say, my grandmother loved dragonflies also, so these
- 7:33Speaker 1: two vehicles sit next to each other going down the
- 7:39Speaker 1: road for a little bit as I'm following them, looking
- 7:43Speaker 1: back and forth, a hummingbird and a dragonfly. Hummingbird and
- 7:46Speaker 1: a dragonfly, And it's like, you don't there's no way
- 7:51Speaker 1: to make this up. There's what did the universe do
- 7:56Speaker 1: to make that happen? For those two things to show
- 7:59Speaker 1: up in my experience at that time and be sitting
- 8:03Speaker 1: side by side. What choices and decisions did these people
- 8:08Speaker 1: make to leave at the exact time that they did
- 8:11Speaker 1: for that to happen, and for me to be like, Okay,
- 8:14Speaker 1: gotta go get my car whatever speed I chose to
- 8:17Speaker 1: drive at whatever I was thinking about to be present,
- 8:22Speaker 1: you know, for all of that to happen. To have
- 8:25Speaker 1: these two vehicles sitting next to each other and we're
- 8:28Speaker 1: just cruising down the road and they we got a
- 8:31Speaker 1: little muscle car going on, this Dodge Charger and this
- 8:34Speaker 1: little tiny I don't know, it would be comparable to
- 8:37Speaker 1: maybe like a Ford Escort, like it not nothing to
- 8:41Speaker 1: write home about, and they're just cruising along side by side.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I was like, this is freaking cool. And then every
- 8:51Speaker 1: song I was listening to on Pandora I was listening
- 8:55Speaker 1: to mandysa station. She's a Christian singer and she passed
- 9:02Speaker 1: a couple of years ago, and uh, all her songs
- 9:07Speaker 1: were coming on.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Of course it's her station, but other other artists are
- 9:13Speaker 1: on the station too, but her every song that came on,
- 9:17Speaker 1: whether it's hers or the another, like on point, with
- 9:21Speaker 1: everything going on, talking about you know, courage and strength
- 9:25Speaker 1: and power and and love and like everything was on point.
- 9:33Speaker 1: And the entire day was like that. And it was
- 9:37Speaker 1: so cool too. And this is how we recognize that
- 9:41Speaker 1: we are so supported with spirit. It's they're not here
- 9:47Speaker 1: in physical form that if my grandfather was still alive,
- 9:53Speaker 1: he would not have come sat in my office to
- 9:55Speaker 1: be like, honey, you're you're okay, you got this and
- 9:58Speaker 1: you know I'm here to back you up. No, he
- 10:02Speaker 1: would have been at his home doing his thing, whatever
- 10:05Speaker 1: that might have been. But in spirit form for him
- 10:09Speaker 1: to make his presence. That is what it's about. To
- 10:12Speaker 1: know that they are with us, and they're watching over us,
- 10:15Speaker 1: and they're helping us and guiding us as long as
- 10:17Speaker 1: we lean into it and embrace it. So that's my story. Well,
- 10:22Speaker 1: it was so cool nice.
- 10:24Speaker 3: It's interesting that you brought up a day of music
- 10:26Speaker 3: because I had a day of music in mine was
- 10:30Speaker 3: it was Wednesday, and it was all day. The whole
- 10:34Speaker 3: day was like that. Every single song came on and
- 10:36Speaker 3: it was a message for me, letting me know that
- 10:38Speaker 3: everything was fine, even better than fine. These are the
- 10:42Speaker 3: feelings that are going on that aren't being expressed, but
- 10:45Speaker 3: this is how this person feels like all these things.
- 10:49Speaker 2: It was an amazing day.
- 10:51Speaker 3: And then you dive into the next day while you
- 10:54Speaker 3: were talking, all of a sudden, because I looked at
- 10:56Speaker 3: the time that was ten forty seven, I felt the
- 10:58Speaker 3: energy shift. This is how and not everybody is as
- 11:02Speaker 3: sensitive and not saying that we can't all fill it,
- 11:05Speaker 3: but I can feel all this anger, all this anxiousness,
- 11:09Speaker 3: all these feelings kind of boiled up in that moment.
- 11:12Speaker 3: And it's like even during these times when it happens
- 11:15Speaker 3: because we're having a great conversation, I just had to
- 11:18Speaker 3: breathe through it. But I noticed it was at ten
- 11:20Speaker 3: forty seven. I wrote it down right here to make
- 11:22Speaker 3: sure that I know you know that this was part
- 11:24Speaker 3: of something to talk about, because it's important for us
- 11:28Speaker 3: to recognize and pay attention to the more that we're.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Intuned to things, that we can breathe through these moments
- 11:34Speaker 2: and walk through these moments and not get tied up
- 11:36Speaker 2: in them.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Because you're telling an amazing story, So I'm going to
- 11:40Speaker 3: add to your amazing story.
- 11:41Speaker 2: And it kind of it has to do with your
- 11:44Speaker 2: significant other.
- 11:46Speaker 3: So a couple of weeks ago, I'm driving to work
- 11:49Speaker 3: and I have to go over this cattle guard. Well,
- 11:51Speaker 3: somehow this bull had gotten onto the cattle guard and
- 11:55Speaker 3: it had fallen through the cattle guard, so he couldn't
- 11:57Speaker 3: even get up. He's up to his chest in the
- 12:00Speaker 3: cattle guard. There's no there's no way. I can't get
- 12:03Speaker 3: close enough to do anything. I can see that he's
- 12:04Speaker 3: kind of scraped his legs up and stuff trying to
- 12:07Speaker 3: get out of here. So we contact I contact fre
- 12:10Speaker 3: him and at home, and he contacts the rancher to
- 12:12Speaker 3: let him know this is what's going on. And they
- 12:14Speaker 3: were out there really fast and all we I and
- 12:17Speaker 3: I had such a struggle leaving this guy because I
- 12:21Speaker 3: didn't want to leave him. It's it's hot outside and
- 12:23Speaker 3: it was around probably about nine fifteen in the morning,
- 12:26Speaker 3: and I'm crying like I don't want to leave, and
- 12:28Speaker 3: I'm crying, and then that I'm as I'm going the
- 12:32Speaker 3: vehicles coming to me, and there's the ranchers of that past.
- 12:34Speaker 3: They're right over there to assess and see how they're
- 12:37Speaker 3: going to process it. I've been wondering that it survived,
- 12:40Speaker 3: was it alive? And then I just happened to see
- 12:42Speaker 3: your significant other out of the blue. And it's not
- 12:47Speaker 3: something that's planned. And I thought he had said something
- 12:50Speaker 3: about a bull at the end of the conversation, and
- 12:52Speaker 3: I said, did you say bold and he said no,
- 12:54Speaker 3: and I and then I told him all the story.
- 12:55Speaker 3: He said, oh yeah, he said they got him out
- 12:57Speaker 3: of there and as far as he knew, he was
- 12:59Speaker 3: still alive and everything like that. And I'm pretty sure
- 13:01Speaker 3: I've seen them a couple of times, the bull itself,
- 13:04Speaker 3: because it's something you know, you kind of want to
- 13:06Speaker 3: have a happy ending to that story, because otherwise it
- 13:08Speaker 3: may not be very very much a happy ending. But
- 13:11Speaker 3: that was a that was my positive experience of something
- 13:14Speaker 3: if we just kind of let go of things, and
- 13:16Speaker 3: I was curious instead of I wasn't crying about it
- 13:19Speaker 3: any longer, but I was hopeful about it.
- 13:21Speaker 2: I just listened.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Our intuition is so loud right now, but we can
- 13:27Speaker 3: only hear it when we're not walking through the muck
- 13:29Speaker 3: of the old stories, the pain, the anger, the whatever
- 13:33Speaker 3: is going through your heads at this time. I'm walking
- 13:36Speaker 3: around outside the other night and I and I had
- 13:39Speaker 3: no shoes on. It was dark, and I'm like, scorpion.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I hear a scorpion in my head. I hear scorpions.
- 13:44Speaker 3: I go in and get my shoes on. Well, then
- 13:46Speaker 3: I was and I should have grabbed a flashlight. I
- 13:48Speaker 3: didn't because I wasn't really paying attention to the message.
- 13:51Speaker 3: I just stopped scorpion, put my shoes on. I ended
- 13:54Speaker 3: up stepping on the poor guy, so you know, but
- 13:57Speaker 3: it was it was the and I felt bad, like
- 13:59Speaker 3: for a couple of days after that. I felt bad
- 14:01Speaker 3: because I don't like to kill things and they have
- 14:03Speaker 3: their own purpose. They don't mess with us. And I've
- 14:05Speaker 3: watched it grow from being small and getting up to
- 14:07Speaker 3: the size that it made it too Maybe it wanted
- 14:10Speaker 3: out was the show. I don't know, But so that happens,
- 14:13Speaker 3: and it's like I felt bad about it, but that's
- 14:15Speaker 3: it's not for me to feel bad about it. To
- 14:17Speaker 3: recognize my intuition was there, I was receiving guidance I
- 14:22Speaker 3: could have done something more about it. And now when
- 14:24Speaker 3: I move forward, instead of beating myself up and having
- 14:26Speaker 3: judgment about myself, now when I move forward, I'm moving
- 14:29Speaker 3: forward with the knowledge that I have next time al
- 14:32Speaker 3: graba flashlights so that I don't harm something that I
- 14:34Speaker 3: don't want to harm, because these are critters that are
- 14:36Speaker 3: around here.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Their beneficial where I'm at.
- 14:39Speaker 3: So there's because they help take care of other things.
- 14:42Speaker 3: And just like the translas like so I've always being
- 14:45Speaker 3: cautious about that. But it's just taking the time and
- 14:49Speaker 3: listening to our intuitions, always speaking to us always it's
- 14:53Speaker 3: always there. Sometimes we overwrite it like you were talking
- 14:58Speaker 3: about in the last video, and might be a bunch
- 15:00Speaker 3: of ef words going all over the place, and it
- 15:02Speaker 3: might be this, and even though our intuitions have been like,
- 15:05Speaker 3: you don't have to walk down this path, it could
- 15:06Speaker 3: be a lot easier, and you're like, no, screw that,
- 15:10Speaker 3: I'm gonna go ahead and go dis direction anyways, and
- 15:12Speaker 3: then we go through the process and it's not to
- 15:14Speaker 3: have judgment because there was still a learning for everybody
- 15:17Speaker 3: that was involved on both sides, on all sides. And also,
- 15:21Speaker 3: like you were saying in the last video, it's talking
- 15:24Speaker 3: about everything has a benefit. All of it does, whether
- 15:27Speaker 3: it's the dark or the light, all of it does.
- 15:29Speaker 3: But what feels better? So we gravitate once you figure
- 15:34Speaker 3: out that you don't want to keep yourself in a
- 15:35Speaker 3: struggle any longer. We gravitate towards things that are making
- 15:39Speaker 3: us feel better. And that's good, it's not a bad thing.
- 15:42Speaker 3: But I think a lot of times we're I think
- 15:44Speaker 3: for me, I can speak for myself. A lot of
- 15:46Speaker 3: times I was afraid to feel good and feel happy,
- 15:49Speaker 3: and because otherwise maybe I'm going to get too loud
- 15:51Speaker 3: at church, or maybe I'm going to because my mom
- 15:54Speaker 3: used to take us to church with when our kids.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Maybe we're gonna maybe this is going to happen.
- 15:58Speaker 3: I'm gonna get in trouble for being myself, you know,
- 16:01Speaker 3: being too much of myself. I'm too much and or
- 16:04Speaker 3: being too crazy or too wild or too happy or whatever.
- 16:07Speaker 2: So it's like I learned.
- 16:08Speaker 3: How to put myself in this little box, and now
- 16:11Speaker 3: I'm learning how to get myself out of this box.
- 16:13Speaker 2: And it's a process, it's a.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Journey, and that's why we bring all of you guys
- 16:18Speaker 3: along with this journey, because I think a lot of
- 16:20Speaker 3: us put ourselves in this little boxes and tried to
- 16:23Speaker 3: be the perfect example of what we thought everybody else
- 16:25Speaker 3: wanted from us.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and sometimes I retreat to that box because that's
- 16:34Speaker 1: where my energy is best served. So, whether that's through meditation,
- 16:41Speaker 1: through that whole process of discord. Last week, I would
- 16:51Speaker 1: remember periodically to send love, to call an arch angel Shamuel,
- 16:57Speaker 1: to surround us this person, this business with love, the
- 17:02Speaker 1: situation with love, the social media responses with like, surrounding
- 17:07Speaker 1: it with love. And I also went through a process
- 17:14Speaker 1: of pulling my energy back from this person. Because even
- 17:20Speaker 1: when we have something attention, somebody attention, even if it
- 17:24Speaker 1: is not in person, we're still putting our energy towards it.
- 17:28Speaker 1: So to remember to pull my energy back to me
- 17:34Speaker 1: and surround that person with love and light and see
- 17:39Speaker 1: them happy and moving on with their life, going as
- 17:46Speaker 1: far as envisioning and visualizing that they're moving on, moving on,
- 17:53Speaker 1: not necessarily dying. It's not my you know, that's divine timing.
- 17:57Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with any desires that I
- 18:00Speaker 1: may have or may not have. It's just seeing them
- 18:04Speaker 1: move on with their life and the joy that they
- 18:07Speaker 1: can experience and just keep on going and rain just
- 18:10Speaker 1: fade away into the sunset. So remembering to use those
- 18:17Speaker 1: tools and remembering that I have this amazing support team
- 18:21Speaker 1: with me, that that is creating the choreograph choreography of life.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Like we desire something, When we want something, we're putting
- 18:34Speaker 1: that out in the universe, and the universe is like, Okay,
- 18:36Speaker 1: we got your order, Now get out the way, get
- 18:41Speaker 1: other way so we can make things happen. The only
- 18:46Speaker 1: thing is is that we want it to happen in
- 18:48Speaker 1: a certain timeframe, and when it doesn't, then we get frustrated,
- 18:50Speaker 1: and then we focus on why it's not happening, why
- 18:53Speaker 1: we don't have something we want. But the universe is
- 18:57Speaker 1: not just dealing with us in our energy. The universe
- 19:00Speaker 1: is dealing with the plethora of other wants and desires
- 19:07Speaker 1: and to and billions of people to choreograph and manage,
- 19:13Speaker 1: maneuver whatever terms you want to use. I just think
- 19:16Speaker 1: of it as a play, like we're all given these
- 19:18Speaker 1: assignments of the actors that we're supposed to play, but
- 19:22Speaker 1: things have to unfold it a way where things can
- 19:26Speaker 1: happen in the way that we want them to again,
- 19:29Speaker 1: coming back to it doesn't happen fast enough or in
- 19:32Speaker 1: the in our way of thinking, and so then we
- 19:36Speaker 1: get frustrated and irritated. So some things have to unfold
- 19:43Speaker 1: over a time a period of time, and our patients
- 19:48Speaker 1: has to be very, very strong, and sometimes that's not
- 19:52Speaker 1: easy either. We get very impatient because now we're living
- 19:55Speaker 1: in a world where we want instant gratification and that
- 20:00Speaker 1: patients we forget that that word sometimes exists. But we
- 20:05Speaker 1: also are not Ah, we haven't practiced patients enough to
- 20:13Speaker 1: understand how it feels and that things do take time
- 20:18Speaker 1: to occur. So uh yeah, I just I was using
- 20:26Speaker 1: the tools during the experience, leaning on spirit because I
- 20:31Speaker 1: knew Spirit team was there doing visualization periodically breathing once
- 20:39Speaker 1: in a while. I could have I could have spent
- 20:42Speaker 1: more time just retreating back into my box and breathing
- 20:47Speaker 1: and and releasing and you know, regrouping resetting. For the
- 20:57Speaker 1: most part, I did not, which is huge learning experience
- 21:01Speaker 1: on my part, Super beneficial for the experience, super grateful
- 21:05Speaker 1: for the experience because I know that the experience and
- 21:11Speaker 1: everything that transpired during that entire time was a huge, huge,
- 21:18Speaker 1: huge benefit to me and my growth and expansion, and
- 21:22Speaker 1: I appreciate it again. You know, I would have never
- 21:26Speaker 1: stepped into thinking this was a challenge and I'm going
- 21:29Speaker 1: to accept it. There's no way I would I went
- 21:32Speaker 1: right into my box, and I would.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Have shut the I would have taped that box shut.
- 21:36Speaker 1: I don't want nobody, nobody in in around or near
- 21:40Speaker 1: my box, leave me alone. I want no part of this.
- 21:45Speaker 1: But I didn't. I ripped the box apart, and I
- 21:49Speaker 1: stood out and stood strong and stood bold. And I'm
- 21:52Speaker 1: not done. There's still more to come, and it's okay.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I've had a couple of days to breathe more and
- 22:01Speaker 1: ground and speak more to my spirit team and allow
- 22:08Speaker 1: calmness within myself to step back in to whatever is
- 22:16Speaker 1: before me.
- 22:17Speaker 2: So here we are.
- 22:21Speaker 3: I'm glad you shared all that, though, because the one thing,
- 22:24Speaker 3: because I do you, I call on my team a lot,
- 22:27Speaker 3: my spiritual team, I call on.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Them a lot, a lot. But one thing I didn't
- 22:32Speaker 2: do was visualization. Another thing.
- 22:34Speaker 3: When I started to feel that feeling of uncomfortability a
- 22:38Speaker 3: little while ago, eleven forty seven or ten forty seven,
- 22:41Speaker 3: I grabbed ahold of that's why I leaned over. I
- 22:43Speaker 3: grabbed a hold of my selenite tower because it will
- 22:46Speaker 3: help clear my energy in it. And it took a
- 22:48Speaker 3: couple of minutes and it did another thing I've I've
- 22:51Speaker 3: even last night I woke up because I I had
- 22:54Speaker 3: one night that I slept so amazing. I slept so amazing,
- 22:57Speaker 3: and then the rest of the time I'm either up
- 22:59Speaker 3: at three.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I've had a dog that's been well.
- 23:01Speaker 3: I've had a few dogs that have been having some
- 23:02Speaker 3: stomach issues, so we're kind of revisiting that. But it's
- 23:05Speaker 3: like one night I was up all night long with
- 23:08Speaker 3: letting them out like a lot.
- 23:10Speaker 2: And then it's.
- 23:13Speaker 3: So I started writing. I started my channel writing again.
- 23:16Speaker 3: It's like it was awesome to have the information that
- 23:18Speaker 3: was flowing through. It was awesome to have that experience again,
- 23:21Speaker 3: and I forget about those things until it's like I
- 23:24Speaker 3: walked by my notepad and all intuition again. We'll say, hey,
- 23:28Speaker 3: go grab your notepad, go get your pen, go, you know,
- 23:31Speaker 3: start writing. When I was going through a lot the
- 23:34Speaker 3: other day, I was told because I had to go
- 23:36Speaker 3: stop at some place and said get a notebook. I
- 23:38Speaker 3: didn't grab another. I have to many notebooks, but I
- 23:40Speaker 3: needed one for that moment ding it. I didn't end
- 23:42Speaker 3: up having time for it, but I didn't use it.
- 23:46Speaker 3: But it's just taking those times and the visualization is
- 23:49Speaker 3: such a huge deal. But I think a lot of
- 23:51Speaker 3: times we overlook that and we forget it, and it's
- 23:54Speaker 3: just I just want to thank you again for bringing
- 23:56Speaker 3: that up, because it is so important for us, all
- 23:59Speaker 3: these little tools that we have, Like you said, we
- 24:03Speaker 3: sometimes when we were in the muck of it, we
- 24:05Speaker 3: just don't those aren't the things that we remember, and
- 24:07Speaker 3: it's just doesn't feel easy in that moment. And sometimes
- 24:10Speaker 3: maybe we want to be in that place because maybe
- 24:12Speaker 3: that's the path of least resistance. Maybe that is the
- 24:15Speaker 3: path in the order for us to release all that
- 24:17Speaker 3: energy that's coming forward.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I know that for me right now.
- 24:22Speaker 3: It's stopping and feeling it because it's like I can
- 24:25Speaker 3: lose control and it consumes me and I don't want
- 24:28Speaker 3: to I don't I don't like the way that feels.
- 24:30Speaker 3: It just feels it just doesn't feel good, it feels yucky.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I just want to say that ten forty seven
- 24:39Speaker 1: adds up to twelve, which equals three, which means spirit
- 24:42Speaker 1: is with us and guiding us and supporting us. Because
- 24:46Speaker 1: I know that quite well, because three is very significant
- 24:49Speaker 1: in my numerology and its and three is always show
- 24:54Speaker 1: it up in uh in and around me so so
- 25:01Speaker 1: much so I shared this on a prior video. Shortly
- 25:04Speaker 1: after it happened. I was driving down the main street
- 25:11Speaker 1: of our town, coming up to a stoplight, and this
- 25:16Speaker 1: my lar number three was not a figment of my imagination,
- 25:21Speaker 1: was just kind of drifting and floating across in front
- 25:26Speaker 1: of this, like not in front of it, like just
- 25:31Speaker 1: above windshield level of a car, just going across the street.
- 25:39Speaker 1: And I kid you, if somebody was if somebody would
- 25:42Speaker 1: have been in front of me, I probably would have
- 25:44Speaker 1: ran into them because I was so in awe of this.
- 25:50Speaker 1: How does that happen? It's like five thirty or so
- 25:56Speaker 1: in the evening, I'm going home, I'm driving home and
- 26:00Speaker 1: a Milar three is floating across the road. I've never
- 26:08Speaker 1: seen such. I just it was speech speechless, in awe.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I don't know, but it was just amazing to have
- 26:14Speaker 1: that experience. And of course, when you're in your vehicle
- 26:18Speaker 1: to fumble to get your camera and all that, you know,
- 26:21Speaker 1: you're operating a vehicle, so let's be let's be responsible. Yeah,
- 26:29Speaker 1: it was amazing. It doesn't get any more obvious than no.
- 26:34Speaker 3: No, that's certainly a lot better than a freaking sledgehammer
- 26:38Speaker 3: to the forehead.
- 26:39Speaker 1: That's right, that's right. So three is a significant number
- 26:43Speaker 1: of uh So I see three, three, three, six, two
- 26:47Speaker 1: four adds up to twelve, which is a three. So
- 26:51Speaker 1: it's it's it's very common for that to happen for
- 26:56Speaker 1: me anyway.
- 26:57Speaker 2: So when as soon as.
- 26:58Speaker 1: You said ten forty seven I added up those numbers,
- 27:01Speaker 1: I'm like, of course it is.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Of course it is, yeah, of course.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Of course, And right now it was eleven eleven when
- 27:09Speaker 1: I looked down at the clocked a moment ago, and
- 27:15Speaker 1: I was like, of course it is. Well, friends, there's
- 27:23Speaker 1: quite a bit in this, in this recording, and so
- 27:25Speaker 1: we hope you got some information or tools that may
- 27:29Speaker 1: help you just I think the biggest thing is remember
- 27:33Speaker 1: to lean on spirit, your spirit team. I talked to
- 27:36Speaker 1: my grandmother almost every day. I know when my grandfather
- 27:41Speaker 1: shows up. Now I'm more privy too that my uh
- 27:45Speaker 1: stepdad showing up a little more. This was a This
- 27:49Speaker 1: was this was a pretty intense experience that was happening,
- 27:53Speaker 1: and this person, my stepdad, would be probably equivalent to
- 27:58Speaker 1: the mentality of the person that's on the other side
- 28:01Speaker 1: of this experience for me. So I was like, yeah,
- 28:05Speaker 1: it makes sense that you would show up because you
- 28:08Speaker 1: can help guide me through this, which is again if
- 28:13Speaker 1: he was in human form not available, and I wouldn't
- 28:17Speaker 1: be talking to him. To be honest, I would not
- 28:21Speaker 1: be physically talking to him if he was still human
- 28:26Speaker 1: in spirit, I am grateful. So yeah, spirit, Spirit's powerful
- 28:36Speaker 1: spirits available. Spirit always always, whether it's God, Jesus, Kwanya,
- 28:41Speaker 1: and Buddha, your spirit team, Mother Teresa, it doesn't matter
- 28:45Speaker 1: what spirit do you want to call in and lean on.
- 28:48Speaker 1: For me, it's always about current courage, strength and confidence
- 28:52Speaker 1: because of that introverted background, but also love and enjoy
- 28:58Speaker 1: and excitement is is important as well for those higher
- 29:04Speaker 1: vibrational compassion, empathy, like all of that's important too. So
- 29:14Speaker 1: decide where what what do you need and call them
- 29:20Speaker 1: in This is what I need. I need help and
- 29:22Speaker 1: support in blank and then allow spirit to come in.
- 29:27Speaker 1: And it's just a it's a faith in knowing that
- 29:30Speaker 1: they're around you and with you. You can ask for
- 29:34Speaker 1: a sign, but you also have to be present to
- 29:39Speaker 1: see the sign right that you're asking for. So these
- 29:46Speaker 1: are things that we all are seeking as far as
- 29:51Speaker 1: having the courage and the strength, especially to move through
- 29:54Speaker 1: experiences that are very very very uncomfortable and know that
- 30:00Speaker 1: once you moved through an experience such as that that
- 30:05Speaker 1: you know it's going to build you in character. It's
- 30:07Speaker 1: going to build you in your own inner power and strength.
- 30:10Speaker 1: It's going to build you in your confidence. So we
- 30:16Speaker 1: have these experiences, no matter how uncomfortable they are, that
- 30:21Speaker 1: what we do with the information as we're moving through
- 30:24Speaker 1: it could be and well could be very very very
- 30:30Speaker 1: beneficial in our personal growth and expansion. So is it easy. No,
- 30:37Speaker 1: even the experience I'm having is not easy. However, I'm
- 30:43Speaker 1: remembering that I have it in me. This is nothing
- 30:47Speaker 1: compared to what I've already experienced in my life. This
- 30:50Speaker 1: is nothing compared to what I've already experienced in my life.
- 30:52Speaker 1: And here I am. I made it through all of that.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Here I am, and it's it takes a life. I
- 30:59Speaker 1: made it through all that I know. It's it takes
- 31:01Speaker 1: a lot to take me down. It takes a lot
- 31:04Speaker 1: for me to retreat because I know internally I am
- 31:08Speaker 1: mindfully and emotionally a very powerful person and strong for me,
- 31:14Speaker 1: not powerful like outward lead towards other people, but within.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Me, and.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I can lean on that because of what I've already
- 31:25Speaker 1: been through, like this is, this isn't this isn't any
- 31:31Speaker 1: of that, and I'm okay with it. I'm okay, and
- 31:35Speaker 1: I'm going to be okay and I'm going to move
- 31:37Speaker 1: through this and survive it. So here we are. Jemmy
- 31:41Speaker 1: final words before we wrap this up, I.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Just say, welcome to the evolution because just as the
- 31:48Speaker 2: way it is, and it's like.
- 31:50Speaker 3: And I know that we're going through these things even
- 31:52Speaker 3: though they feel heavy to us when we're going through them,
- 31:55Speaker 3: and I know it's a lot easier than anything we've
- 31:58Speaker 3: experienced in our lives before, but it feels heavier because
- 32:01Speaker 3: when you go when you're getting lighter and lighter and lighter,
- 32:03Speaker 3: when you add a little bit of weight to that,
- 32:05Speaker 3: it feels even heavier than it ever did before. The
- 32:08Speaker 3: other it would be nothing, nothing, in comparison to what
- 32:12Speaker 3: we've already been through, but it feels heavier now. And
- 32:15Speaker 3: so we're going through that in order to for the
- 32:18Speaker 3: next person when they do call out and say, Amy,
- 32:21Speaker 3: BEV whomever, I'm really having a problem with us, and
- 32:25Speaker 3: it's like, well, I tried this, this and this, or
- 32:27Speaker 3: you can just sit maybe you just know they just
- 32:29Speaker 3: need to be to listen to or whatever. You just
- 32:32Speaker 3: it helps us to navigate our lives, but it also
- 32:35Speaker 3: helps others.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely, all right, friends, we appreciate your time and
- 32:41Speaker 1: energy for hanging out with us, listening to us. Whether
- 32:44Speaker 1: you think it was rambling or you've got something out
- 32:46Speaker 1: of it. We just have these conversations because we know
- 32:50Speaker 1: that other people are asking the same or similar internal questions,
- 32:54Speaker 1: if not outwardly, and we just show up have an
- 32:59Speaker 1: organic conversation about whatever we're experiencing or have experienced in
- 33:04Speaker 1: life to share how maybe we moved through it or
- 33:09Speaker 1: how we've grown from it, or what we intend to
- 33:13Speaker 1: do as we move forward doing something differently, So be
- 33:17Speaker 1: resourceful share any content, whether it's us or anyone else,
- 33:21Speaker 1: with people who may be seeking the same guidance. It's
- 33:26Speaker 1: just that's what we're here to do help each other
- 33:28Speaker 1: get through this experience here in human form. So with that,
- 33:34Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out with us. TEA time with Amy
- 33:36Speaker 1: and Bev and we will see you next time.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Thanks buh, thank you.
