The Sixers just pulled off a savvy move, signing 22-year-old guard Rayan Rupert on a two-way contract. Standing 6’7”, Rupert brings over 150 NBA games under his belt, including solid play last season with Memphis where he averaged 12 points and 6 rebounds.
