Utah’s football program just pulled off a major recruiting coup, landing two top-tier three-star recruits—offensive lineman Ian Aloisio and linebacker Fui Vakapuna—from Timpview High. Aloisio, a state and national standout at his position, chose Utah over Arizona, bolstering the Utes’ already deep offensive line class. Vakapuna, also highly ranked nationally and regionally, flipped offers from Colorado and Cal to join the Utes.
