Transcript
- 0:00Theresa: Can you believe you could have a brain injury at the age of four and then turn out to be one of the leading faith and neuroscience mentors out there, leaders?
- 0:10Theresa: Hold on.
- 0:11Theresa: This is gonna be a great episode.
- 0:13Theresa: We're gonna talk about neuroscience.
- 0:16Theresa: Hey, I'm Theresa Croft.
- 0:17Theresa: Welcome back to the Stuck No More Voices podcast.
- 0:20Theresa: I'm a visibility strategist for Christian women, helping them go from their calling to their story to a message of their ideal audience.
- 0:29Theresa: Now, if you are listening, and before we get started, if you're listening on YouTube, will you subscribe?
- 0:35Theresa: And Apple, Spotify, you're gonna wanna share this episode.
- 0:40Theresa: This episode is a special feature with the Stuck No More Voices podcast.
- 0:44Theresa: It's called The Calling Table Session.
- 0:46Theresa: It's a seat for Christian women whose story deserves to be handled with care and whose voice is ready to be heard, so pull up a chair.
- 0:57Theresa: Today at the table is one of my best friends, good friends, Elana Van Deventer.
- 1:02Theresa: Elana, welcome.
- 1:04Elana: Woo-hoo.
- 1:07Theresa: Now, Elana, we could go for an hour with your stories.
- 1:11Theresa: You're, you're a neuroscience You have your own business.
- 1:15Theresa: I mean, it's all there.
- 1:17Theresa: From four years old to here you are.
- 1:20Theresa: So why don't you take us a little bit on that journey of that brain injury to what you experienced.
- 1:27Theresa: Well- Yeah and
- 1:28Elana: you said we only have 20 minutes.
- 1:30Theresa: Yeah.
- 1:32Theresa: I may give...
- 1:33Theresa: Since you're my friend, I may give you 25 minutes.
- 1:36Elana: 25, yes, yes.
- 1:38Elana: Just got a extra five.
- 1:40Elana: Um, yeah, so I born and raised South African.
- 1:44Elana: And, um, had a ver- uh, had a brain injury, a serious concussion at a very young age.
- 1:51Elana: I, um, actually forgot about it until years later when my sister reminded me of it.
- 1:58Theresa: Wow.
- 1:59Elana: But, um, and, um, so unknowingly I created a lot of beliefs, um- Mm around my, my worth and my identity.
- 2:10Elana: Mm.
- 2:10Elana: I did, um...
- 2:12Elana: I remember a core memory that I do have associated with it is, um, I know that I had to learn to speak properly again-
- 2:23Theresa: Wow
- 2:25Elana: and walk.
- 2:25Elana: And I, I remember being pushed in a pram.
- 2:28Elana: Um, and I struggled really in school as well.
- 2:33Elana: I was labeled as someone with a learning disability, and along the way I picked up a lot of beliefs and stories and meanings- Yeah myself and, and I remember, um, my grade e- eight maths teacher told me that,"You're stupid and you will get nowhere in life." Wow.
- 2:54Elana: And the funny thing about it now looking back, um, is that he was only affirming what I already believed about myself.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Wow.
- 3:03Elana: And so, so often we will always receive evidence of what we believe as truth, and our life truly re- heads in the direction of our most dominant thoughts.
- 3:14Elana: I grew up, um, obviously with a lot of limits, self-imposed, and financially we couldn't go and study after school.
- 3:24Theresa: Right.
- 3:25Elana: And to be honest, I also didn't put myself in a place to even if I was able to, to qualify to go and study, because again, I limited myself in a lot of aspects- Wow and areas.
- 3:36Theresa: Yeah.
- 3:38Elana: Um, I, the not enough really went into not just the way I saw myself, but also the way I put myself out there.
- 3:51Elana: Wow.
- 3:51Elana: It was in my relationships, it was in my- Ah finances.
- 3:54Elana: Yeah.
- 3:54Elana: And it really does show up in all aspects.
- 3:57Theresa: Yeah.
- 4:00Elana: Fast-forward-
- 4:00Theresa: Yeah
- 4:01Elana: um, I'm like thinking,"Okay, 25 is what must I give up?" I did have a eating disorder again, not being, feeling like you're ever enough.
- 4:10Elana: Mm.
- 4:10Elana: So no matter what you do, you just feel like you're never measured up and, and it's just never enough.
- 4:16Theresa: Yeah.
- 4:17Theresa: So-
- 4:17Elana: And yeah
- 4:19Theresa: so you were well-known in South Africa for the beauty contests and stuff, but something happened that dramatically turned that around.
- 4:29Theresa: Yes.
- 4:29Theresa: And it's a tiny cold town in Canada.
- 4:33Theresa: Yes.
- 4:34Theresa: Take us with that story,'cause that's, that's tough.
- 4:38Elana: Yes.
- 4:39Elana: Uh, I like how you guided me to a key component.
- 4:42Elana: You know me so well.
- 4:43Elana: There was something that stuck with me, and, and we often do this now that I know the, the neuroscience behind it, but we...
- 4:52Elana: I was introduced as the pretty one.
- 4:54Elana: And so- Mm I started believing that that is all I have and that was my purpose, and if I got invited or I got a photo shoot, then I felt enough.
- 5:06Elana: Yeah.
- 5:06Elana: And so I was always looking for this external validation, but it's fleeting because it's not really our identity and it's not-
- 5:14Theresa: Yeah it's
- 5:15Elana: not something that's rooted- Yeah and sustainable and lasting.
- 5:18Elana: And so we immigrated years after.
- 5:21Elana: Just before, prior to the immigration, we, um, I got signed as a model, at last, and I'm like,"I finally made it'cause this is my worth." Yeah.
- 5:31Elana: And then we immigrated to that very cold, tiny town, and I still ask Canadians,"Do you know where this little town is?" And they're like,"No, I don't know."
- 5:42Theresa: Yeah.
- 5:43Elana: So we moved to this small little town in Northwest Ontario, and our first winter was like record-breaking cold, minus- Wow 50.
- 5:53Elana: You're not-
- 5:54Theresa: No kidding
- 5:55Elana: allowed to go out of the house.
- 5:58Elana: And from, being from South Africa, this is like
- 5:59Theresa: a unknown.
- 5:59Theresa: Yeah.
- 6:00Elana: I didn't even, I didn't even know that it's possible for your eyeballs to freeze.
- 6:04Elana: Wow.
- 6:04Elana: Apparently it's a thing.
- 6:05Elana: That I've learned since I've immigrated to Canada.
- 6:08Theresa: Wow.
- 6:08Elana: And so in this season of feeling like my identity was ripped away and my, my worth- I s- fell into a deep depression.
- 6:19Theresa: Yeah.
- 6:19Elana: And I was...
- 6:21Elana: Just felt so resentful towards my husband because I felt like he's the reason I've lost everything.
- 6:27Elana: Yes.
- 6:28Theresa: Yeah.
- 6:29Elana: But now looking back, I also see how God was so in the process of us getting to Canada.
- 6:37Theresa: Yeah.
- 6:37Theresa: Wow.
- 6:37Elana: The whole process was unheard of, how quickly it happened, how everything was taken care of financially.
- 6:44Theresa: Wow.
- 6:45Elana: And, um, how even our, our lawyer said,"This is unheard of how quickly this happened." Yeah.
- 6:52Theresa: Wow.
- 6:53Elana: And now, obviously now looking back, I can see how God was in the process, but I've learned also, and I'm gonna drop it in here, that the journey itself isn't always easy.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Mm.
- 7:05Elana: And often we question the decision as wrong even, like- Wow I've made the wrong decision.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:13Elana: And I think with the Israelites, right, they, they, the journey was not e- easy.
- 7:19Elana: No.
- 7:19Elana: But there's a difference between the journey and the decision.
- 7:23Elana: Mm.
- 7:24Theresa: And I
- 7:24Elana: think often we, we wish we could go back and we question our decision, but now that I see how God took, He opened the doors, the journey was hard-
- 7:35Theresa: Yeah
- 7:36Elana: immigrant in a foreign country, feeling like everything was ripped away from you and taken away from you.
- 7:42Elana: Yeah.
- 7:42Elana: To now we, I can see the fruit- Yeah of being obedient within the struggle- Yeah and the hardship.
- 7:50Elana: And but it's not, that's, I was just reflecting on it this morning that-
- 7:54Theresa: Yeah
- 7:55Elana: the journey's not always easy.
- 7:57Theresa: No.
- 7:58Elana: But it's so worth it at the end- Yeah with God, of
- 8:01Theresa: course.
- 8:01Theresa: And wait, God, you saw God's anchoring through it all, even in the midst, I mean, you went from having servants to no servants.
- 8:09Theresa: That was like relationships, you know?
- 8:11Theresa: Yeah.
- 8:11Theresa: I mean, y- you, you had dreams, and they just felt dark and cold.
- 8:17Elana: Yes.
- 8:18Elana: It was all gone.
- 8:20Elana: Like, there wasn't events to be invited to.
- 8:22Elana: Yeah.
- 8:22Elana: And then COVID happened as well.
- 8:24Elana: Oh, wow.
- 8:24Elana: So the world really got quiet.
- 8:27Elana: Yeah.
- 8:27Elana: And COVID ended up being one of my, um, where I rerooted- Okay got rerooted.
- 8:34Elana: Okay.
- 8:35Elana: 'Cause the world was quiet.
- 8:36Elana: There wasn't something to strive for, to hustle for.
- 8:39Theresa: Yeah.
- 8:40Elana: And, and that's really where God took me to the soil, and it's in the soil that my realignment right from the root up happened.
- 8:49Elana: And, and obviously, uh, that's how sustainable and lasting healing and transformation also works.
- 8:54Theresa: That was the pivot.
- 8:55Theresa: Yes.
- 8:56Theresa: It had to come from you.
- 8:58Theresa: And the, the image of being re- rerooted.
- 9:02Theresa: And then of all things, are you...
- 9:05Theresa: How long were, how long was it till you got over to, uh, Vancouver?
- 9:11Elana: Oh, yeah.
- 9:12Elana: So we now in Van- we in Canada nine years already, and we in Vancouver for five years.
- 9:19Theresa: Okay.
- 9:19Theresa: So tell me about, you're sitting there and you get an email, and yet that's not for me.
- 9:27Theresa: And then it comes again.
- 9:29Theresa: Yeah.
- 9:29Theresa: Tell us that.
- 9:29Theresa: That is so funny.
- 9:31Elana: So after the, after I struggled with depression and I became suicidal, there was a journey of simply choosing daily-
- 9:39Theresa: Yeah
- 9:39Elana: to, um, just sit with God and, and work on my own healing.
- 9:44Elana: Yeah.
- 9:44Elana: And that happened in the, the soil and the deep- Yeah like inner spaces and places.
- 9:50Elana: And I, from that, I actually created my own coaching program, the Revive Method™.
- 9:56Elana: Yeah, Revive Method™, yeah.
- 9:58Elana: And Identity Alignment, because I felt like that's truly what happened.
- 10:02Elana: There was a misalignment within my identity, and funny enough, the visual I used was a tree.
- 10:09Theresa: Unbelievable.
- 10:09Elana: This was before I started doing the work I'm doing now.
- 10:13Elana: So this was right, take me right back couple of, like six years ago, seven years ago.
- 10:19Theresa: Wow.
- 10:21Elana: And so Revive Method™was born from my own struggle and the journey I walked, and I, uh, um- I remember we...
- 10:31Elana: I had to register my business because now I'm seeing clients, and I just felt as I'm completing the, the, the document, Ontario is not where I will be rooted.
- 10:45Theresa: Yeah.
- 10:45Elana: BC is where you'll be rooted.
- 10:48Elana: And I remember thinking,"This is crazy." Yeah.
- 10:51Elana: "I'm living in Ontario." And I actually held off with the, the completing the details, and I just felt like nothing happens.
- 11:00Elana: So
- 11:01Theresa: you heard BC like in the spirit, of your spirit, right?
- 11:04Elana: Yeah.
- 11:05Theresa: Okay.
- 11:05Elana: Yeah.
- 11:05Elana: I felt like the Holy Spirit put a...
- 11:08Elana: prompted me that this is not gonna be where you will be earthed.
- 11:12Elana: And I know...
- 11:13Elana: I still remember the word earthed and rooted.
- 11:16Theresa: Earthed, yeah.
- 11:17Elana: And not long after that- Gerard got a job o- offer and we moved to BC.
- 11:23Theresa: Wow.
- 11:25Elana: And we, uh...
- 11:27Elana: I remember still sitting in this office and still doing the Ro- Revive Method, and I was on this mission to find out what is this missing component that we as, as women, as individuals, we sit in rooms with the door open.
- 11:44Elana: That's what it felt like to me, even for myself as well.
- 11:46Elana: Okay.
- 11:47Elana: Yes, I've done a lot of healing, but it's, it felt like I'm still shrinking, I'm still playing small.
- 11:51Elana: Wow.
- 11:53Elana: It's still sitting in the room with the door open.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 11:56Elana: And that took me on this journey of, of doing more- Yeah more studies.
- 12:02Elana: And I was on this mission to find the missing component.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Right.
- 12:06Elana: And I remember one day- Mm-hmm I received an email from Dr.
- 12:11Elana: Leaf's office.
- 12:12Elana: Now, someone that had a brain in- injury and grew up in South Africa, we all know, know Caroline
- 12:19Theresa: Leaf.
- 12:20Theresa: Dr.
- 12:20Theresa: Leaf.
- 12:20Theresa: Leaf,
- 12:20Elana: yeah.
- 12:20Elana: So we all know her.
- 12:22Theresa: Okay.
- 12:22Elana: We grew up with her household name.
- 12:25Elana: Right.
- 12:25Elana: She did a lot of incredible work in South Africa.
- 12:28Theresa: Okay.
- 12:28Elana: But I never read one of her books- because my good- I struggle to read a book period.
- 12:33Elana: Why would I- That's funny.
- 12:34Elana: Right, right go read a freaking a neurosciences book?
- 12:37Theresa: So what did you do with that email?
- 12:40Elana: I deleted it.
- 12:40Elana: I deleted it.
- 12:42Elana: And I know that Leaf team, they are really good at marketing, and not long after that I received another email that she's opening up facilitation, neurocycle facilitation, for the first time.
- 12:54Elana: And I just rem- felt...
- 12:57Elana: remember feeling that I have to apply even if I have to do it with my eyes closed.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Wow.
- 13:03Elana: And I kid you not, I pressed enter and I hit send closing my eyes because I was dead afraid and scared of what will happen next, and I didn't expect a reply.
- 13:17Elana: And I was accepted
- 13:19Theresa: Now you know the rest of the story.
- 13:21Theresa: You know, your five-second moment was,"I hit enter." And you even wondered if your husband had a plan because you deleted the first one.
- 13:30Theresa: Yes.
- 13:31Theresa: And now, now you're, you're one of...
- 13:34Theresa: I can say this, you're one of the leading neurocycle facilitators, now gonna be called strategists, and you really, you got to learn...
- 13:45Theresa: You had to go through your own 63 cycles, so- Yeah that revealed a lot to you.
- 13:50Theresa: If, if you don't know, they don't go 21 days.
- 13:52Theresa: Absolutely They go 63 days.
- 13:54Elana: Yes,
- 13:54Theresa: 63 days.
- 13:55Theresa: Like, that, was that a turning point for you mentally to go through that and find out what your origin story was?
- 14:02Elana: I often share this because I think if, if Dr.
- 14:04Elana: Lee did not make the 63-day-
- 14:08Theresa: Yeah
- 14:10Elana: s- part of the certification, and I remember walking out of there and I was like,"Why would she do this to us?
- 14:15Elana: We have so much to study.
- 14:17Elana: We have to do a case study.
- 14:18Elana: We have to do, study the- Yeah the sci- like, there's just so much already on our plate.
- 14:24Elana: Why would she add this additional neurocycle personal, like, individual cycle to the to-do list?" And I know now why, and we recently also spoke about it as we were working on the strategist offer.
- 14:40Theresa: Yeah.
- 14:41Elana: If, if we didn't do our own neurocycle, I still would've just sat with valuable information.
- 14:46Theresa: Yes.
- 14:48Elana: Yes.
- 14:48Elana: If we don't learn how to renew our minds and manage our minds, we struggle to go from knowledge to application.
- 14:58Theresa: Yeah.
- 14:58Elana: And that's truly where everything started for me.
- 15:01Elana: I remember I had to show up 63 days nonstop, do my own neurocycle, still study, still do the, the c- case study-
- 15:11Theresa: Yeah
- 15:11Elana: and everything else.
- 15:13Elana: But it changed my life completely because I, for the first time, I was able to renew my mind in a sustainable and a lasting way, where it wasn't just- 21 days, but we, it was actually how renewal happens and you spend 63 days, and that's what we see with the studies.
- 15:32Elana: And that's how I was able to take what she provided and apply it in, in, uh, in my own life and in my business-
- 15:40Theresa: Yeah
- 15:40Elana: in a way that is sustainable and, and lasting because it is truly, God is in the details.
- 15:45Elana: Yeah.
- 15:45Elana: And renewal is available for everyone and anyone, but you have to choose to do it.
- 15:51Elana: Choose,
- 15:51Theresa: choose.
- 15:52Theresa: I have-
- 15:52Elana: Change is always happening.
- 15:54Elana: Right.
- 15:54Elana: You get to choose.
- 15:55Elana: That's free will.
- 15:55Elana: We get to choose in which direction.
- 15:58Elana: Absolutely.
- 15:58Elana: And that's truly, like you said, where everything changed for me.
- 16:02Theresa: So obviously I've, I've been with Elana for a few years, and the other day I got so emotional.
- 16:07Theresa: I was going through my YouTube, and I was looking for something, and I record my sessions with her'cause then I can take notes- Mm or you put'em into ChatGPT, and I have Elana in ChatGPT, which you may think that's crazy.
- 16:19Theresa: But it was just like the other day, I was at work, and I was looking, and I just went through...
- 16:24Theresa: I said,"There she was.
- 16:26Theresa: There she was." Down to another year.
- 16:28Theresa: There she was.
- 16:29Theresa: My beginning years where all I did was talk and go around the mountain.
- 16:33Theresa: There she was.
- 16:34Theresa: My cancer years, showing up- True and having coffee with me.
- 16:38Theresa: And, you know, I had a guest, yeah, last night who had a person, like her, sh- her person was like an Elana.
- 16:47Theresa: And I'm saying all this to say- Oh, how do I, how do I walk this tightrope?
- 16:53Theresa: I'll just use my own experience.
- 16:54Theresa: I had counseling after, this is after my husband died, 26 years of a lot of abuse.
- 17:00Theresa: And the counseling, they're like after a few sessions,"Oh, you're good enough," and I'm like,"Oh." There was something- Mm gnawing at me.
- 17:07Theresa: And I saw Elana at the top of the year in 2023, and she was a guest at a, at a, a video thing.
- 17:14Theresa: I'm like,"There's something about her.
- 17:16Theresa: I get that." And then lo and behold, come May or n- anyway, around May, I won a contest to have a s- session with her.
- 17:27Theresa: And let me tell you, after...
- 17:29Theresa: I think she gave me an hour.
- 17:31Theresa: It was like,"What do you got?
- 17:32Theresa: I need it." Yeah.
- 17:34Theresa: And that was my journey, still having to do the work, but I think what was important for me with, was having a friend who was also my mentor.
- 17:43Theresa: So- Mm you know, uh, there's just no replacement for that.
- 17:48Theresa: I mean, I prayed.
- 17:50Theresa: That was my story.
- 17:51Theresa: I prayed Psalm 15 in the Passion translation, and I had to wait a long time.
- 17:55Theresa: But if you really desire help...
- 17:58Theresa: And you know- Yeah one thing I like about Elana sh- it's neuroscience.
- 18:02Theresa: It's proven facts.
- 18:04Theresa: And, uh, it's just so, it's such a joy to have you on and go over our 20-minute time zone and
- 18:12Elana: You can probably hear my family in the background
- 18:14Theresa: as well.
- 18:14Theresa: I hear s- I said, was that Matt?
- 18:16Theresa: I know her family.
- 18:18Theresa: It's Daryl.
- 18:18Theresa: Her family- Daryl.
- 18:18Theresa: The
- 18:18Elana: whole family, we're still on summer break
- 18:21Theresa: so I go visit, and their family- So her kids are my kids.
- 18:24Theresa: It's just one of those things.
- 18:25Theresa: So-
- 18:25Elana: They...
- 18:26Elana: Daryl's playing his
- 18:26Theresa: Elana, I wonder, someone's listening and saying,"This neuroscience thing, I, I, I wanna get to know more." What, what would she do?
- 18:36Theresa: To what lane would you take her?
- 18:39Elana: To
- 18:39Theresa: really get face-to-face with some neurocycle help
- 18:43Elana: I think it's, it's key to explain what we say when we refer to neuroscience, and I see it as this, it's two sides of the coin.
- 18:54Elana: We know scripture.
- 18:55Elana: I grew up in church.
- 18:56Elana: I could bring up scripture.
- 18:58Elana: Right.
- 18:58Elana: I could repeat it.
- 19:00Elana: I knew what scripture was asking me to do.
- 19:03Theresa: Right.
- 19:04Elana: But I did not know how to do it.
- 19:06Elana: I knew I'm supposed to renew my mind daily.
- 19:09Elana: I knew I'm supposed to take my thoughts captive.
- 19:12Elana: There was...
- 19:13Elana: The missing component for me was how to do it in a way that is sustainable and lasting, and God truly, little by little, reveals to us our human design, and that's how I look at, at neuroscience.
- 19:27Elana: Yes.
- 19:27Elana: Yeah.
- 19:28Elana: Bring in scripture, but I wanna know how to apply it, and that's what I'm super passionate about, is like- Yeah this is what scripture is saying, this is how you do it, and this is where we see it within your human design.
- 19:41Elana: Because I truly f- I truly believe He's in the details and that He'll never leave us nor forsake us.
- 19:45Elana: We, we mention a concern, and when you look at your human design, you see a, a solution for it, which is- Yeah so powerful.
- 19:54Elana: That's what drives me as well.
- 19:56Theresa: Yeah.
- 19:56Elana: So neuroscience itself and the neurocycle itself is two sides of the coin, which I'm...
- 20:02Elana: What I'm obviously super excited about is, as I've been helping Dr.
- 20:05Elana: Leaf now, listen to this, the girl that struggled to do- maths is now helping put the strategist- neurocycle strategist offer together.
- 20:16Elana: Come on, now.
- 20:17Elana: Come on now.
- 20:17Elana: Come on.
- 20:18Elana: Like, now tell me God is not- In the details like He's truly not victim to our circumstances or our biology.
- 20:25Theresa: Yeah.
- 20:25Elana: Um, and He's got a great sense of humor as well.
- 20:27Elana: Yeah.
- 20:27Elana: Like, how did that...
- 20:28Elana: I didn't even read one of her books.
- 20:29Elana: How is it even possible- Yeah I'm sitting in the same room as her and bringing this offer, creating it alongside her?
- 20:37Elana: It's just God is truly, truly for everyone and anyone, and we simply have to choose.
- 20:44Elana: So I just wanna just clarify that two side of the...
- 20:49Elana: two sides of the coins- And the strategist offer is super exciting because there isn't something like this out there.
- 20:56Elana: Yeah.
- 20:56Elana: It brings in Jeremiah 1:5, which I know as well.
- 20:59Elana: "Before you were born, you were set apart." What does it mean?
- 21:02Elana: How, how do we, when we look at our, our design, what is that, how does it look like?
- 21:08Elana: Um, how does it mean?
- 21:09Elana: How do, we apply that in our lives?
- 21:11Elana: And that is within the strategist.
- 21:13Elana: It's your gift profile, it's your blueprint.
- 21:16Elana: Mm.
- 21:16Elana: It is your customized thinking, um, which is part of it.
- 21:20Elana: And then we look at your, your limiting mindsets and your launching mindsets, and we bring in the neurocycle lane, which is mind management, which is renewal of the mind.
- 21:29Elana: Yeah.
- 21:30Elana: Um, all the identity is the key component of it.
- 21:34Elana: So I'm super excited about it because- Yeah I can see how it's gonna help so many people.
- 21:39Theresa: You know, if you're a coach, that would be a good thing to have in your pocket to also- Yes be able.
- 21:45Theresa: So listen, if you wanna get an education, just follow Elana on Instagram,@elanavdeventer.

- 21:58Theresa: I hate to do that to you.
- 21:59Theresa: You're gonna be busy.
- 22:00Theresa: But- you also have Well Minds.
- 22:03Theresa: Do you have Well Minds, uh, website up or not yet?
- 22:07Elana: Not yet.
- 22:08Elana: Okay.
- 22:08Elana: It is because of the shift now with the new offer.
- 22:11Elana: Yeah.
- 22:11Elana: I didn't wanna do double work.
- 22:13Elana: Yeah.
- 22:13Elana: Sorry, I'm sorry to those people- No, you worked
- 22:14Theresa: your tail
- 22:15Elana: off at once.
- 22:16Elana: So we're bringing that in.
- 22:18Elana: There will soon be a lead offer, a lead magnet for everyone.
- 22:22Elana: Yeah.
- 22:22Elana: Which will just help you- Yeah solve patterns and, and so we do.
- 22:25Theresa: Don't worry.
- 22:26Theresa: I'll, I'll keep you updated on that.
