- 0:16hey guys, welcome to the live stream welcome to the basement.
- 0:19I hope you're doing great horns up.
- 0:21I hope your horn is tingling, because we are the Unicorn
- 0:25horniest community on the Internet.
- 0:27We're building our own little fantasy island within the world
- 0:32of crypto, and I don't mean fantasy like it's not real.
- 0:35We know it's real and we've got all kinds of incredible things
- 0:39going on within this community, the community that grows and I
- 0:45want to, I don't want to say never gives up, but never gives
- 0:47up and grows and grows. And there's some interesting
- 0:50things going on within the UFD community right now.
- 0:53If you heard of this guy Rusty, we got a Rust.
- 0:56We got a Dusty, right? Our old friend Dusty.
- 0:58Oh, by the way, I need to put Dusty up.
- 1:01Susie was going to remind me here in a second.
- 1:04There he is in the upper left corner.
- 1:06Sorry, Dusty, forgot to have you up there.
- 1:09Up now I'm back. We have Dusty all right there.
- 1:14Now we have Rusty. I'm trying to keep this all
- 1:17straight. I need a family tree.
- 1:19And we have Rusty's friend Randy.
- 1:23I mean, but here's what's happening.
- 1:25These are new characters being developed within the Unicorn
- 1:28Fart Dust ecosystem. And I was talking to a very
- 1:32influential, respected person in the world of crypto 2 nights
- 1:37ago. And he was like, did you see
- 1:38this Rusty thing that somebody created?
- 1:40He said, Ron, you don't know how positive that is.
- 1:44He said, when people in the UFD community feel ownership and
- 1:48want to create new things and put their own spin on what the
- 1:52project means and put their own spin on what's happening, He
- 1:56said, and this guy's been around and he's super respected.
- 2:00You know who I'm talking about, OK?
- 2:02He said, that's the same thing that I saw.
- 2:05I think it was sheep. I don't know all the big history
- 2:08of crypto, but in other big crypto projects, when people
- 2:12feel excited, when people feel motivated to take what's going
- 2:16on in the project and add their own little spin to it and have
- 2:19some fun. And I was like, yeah, that's
- 2:21what we talked about from day one with UFD, right?
- 2:25Like this is the community project.
- 2:27This is here right now because of one thing, and that's
- 2:31community and people taking initiative, people feeling like
- 2:35this is part of them and we are part of each other and making it
- 2:39their own. So really awesome.
- 2:41Let's go out and look at Rusty, OK first, and then we're going
- 2:49to get to Randy. All right, here we go.
- 2:53All right, so this new guy, Rusty is, oh, shoot, hold on.
- 2:58Hopefully we're live here. Hold on.
- 3:04OK, yeah, there we go. Sorry about that.
- 3:06Thought we were having tech issues, but we are not.
- 3:09Rusty is Dusty's backwoods cousin.
- 3:13Probably holding a beer. Definitely stacking UFD beans.
- 3:17Front porch philosopher bean stacker.
- 3:20UFD runs thicker than Crick water.
- 3:24We're Susie and I are from Missouri and in Missouri we call
- 3:28creeks creeks. So, so that's, that's Rusty.
- 3:31Now we're going to come back to Rusty, but we also have this
- 3:36from our friend Randy, who is Rusty's friend right now.
- 3:40I mean, the whole family tree we got to have.
- 3:42Somebody needs to put together a family tree.
- 3:45This is important. It said if you've been here, if
- 3:47you're here for the weekend, cool.
- 3:51If you're here to build something real, even better.
- 3:54UFD is open, manifested, OK. And again, that came from Randy,
- 4:00who is friends with Rusty, who is Dusty's cousin.
- 4:04I think I got that straight. I'm not going to try to say that
- 4:06again, but there's a big, big, big mess.
- 4:09Hello. Hello, Susie, you.
- 4:11Know you have, there's another character.
- 4:14Who's that? Destiny.
- 4:17Destiny OK, how do you. Have met destiny.
- 4:20Yeah, no, I've not met Destiny. Oh my gosh.
- 4:22OK, let me write this down. Destiny.
- 4:26Let's see here. All right?
- 4:29Yeah. OK, Maybe Susie can send me Adm.
- 4:31I'll try to find Destiny later, But I got something important to
- 4:34say. Let me come back and look you in
- 4:35the eye. Right.
- 4:37What our friend Randy was just saying is true.
- 4:41Look, UFD, you can think of it like an island, all right?
- 4:46But because because there's a finite number of Unicorn fart,
- 4:49fart does tokens, or as we call them, beans.
- 4:52So we are literally like an island.
- 4:53If you think of it. Think of the all the beans is an
- 4:56island, right? Islands can't get any bigger.
- 4:59But we're a fine exotic island, a very nice island.
- 5:03There's and there's millions and millions of other islands out
- 5:07there, but we aren't like one of the nicest islands.
- 5:10So people come and visit our island, right?
- 5:13They come there and maybe on holiday for a week or for a
- 5:16weekend, whatever. Some people are just there to
- 5:20cause trouble debauchery party, do nothing else.
- 5:23They want to come tear things up and leave bye bye right.
- 5:26Those are the gamblers, but there's other people there's and
- 5:29there's a lot more of these that are good people They come to our
- 5:32island. Maybe you're there for a week
- 5:34and they're they're talking to their significant other right
- 5:38and they're like, you know these these dusters.
- 5:40This is a really nice island. I think maybe I'd like to live
- 5:44here. Why don't we look into buying
- 5:46some property and they buy some beans and they stay OK, and they
- 5:51stay in the more and more of those people, they come to our
- 5:56island and remember the island can't get any bigger.
- 5:58There's only 999 million beans and buy some beans, buy some
- 6:03property. Some people only buy a little
- 6:05property. Some people are narwhals.
- 6:07They buy a whole big chunks of the island because they love it
- 6:10so much and they believe in the future of the island.
- 6:13OK. But the important thing is
- 6:16overtime, all the beans, all the land on the island gets gets,
- 6:21gets, gets grabbed up, gets swapped up.
- 6:24I don't know, whatever. You know what I'm trying to say,
- 6:26and guys, here's the important thing.
- 6:28Overtime, day by day by day, I've said this before, you know,
- 6:33I love hype. Don't get me wrong, I love
- 6:35excitement. I'm an excitement junkie, OK?
- 6:38But to me, the biggest catalyst, I've said this from day one of
- 6:42this project, well, maybe not day one because I didn't really
- 6:45know what I was talking about, but day 18 of this project, I've
- 6:49said that the biggest catalyst we can have in UFD is every
- 6:53single day somebody buys the token, buys beans, OK, and
- 6:59becomes diamond hooved. That's it.
- 7:01The island cannot get any bigger.
- 7:04There are only so many beans. More people come, like our
- 7:07friend Randy said, right, and want to stay and want to be part
- 7:12of what we're doing. Eventually the island runs out
- 7:15of land, OK, there's a land shortage.
- 7:18This guy, this person that I was talking to the other day, I
- 7:22think he said it was not Boulder.
- 7:24Maybe it was Boulder. There's a city in Colorado where
- 7:27house values just exploded higher.
- 7:30I think the average price, he said of a house is like $1.5
- 7:33million. And it's because there's it's
- 7:36surrounded by mountains and there's only so much land.
- 7:40It's very similar to the situation we're in.
- 7:42Thank you, Randy. And Randy, who is Rusty's
- 7:46backwoods friend and Rusty is oh, man, I'm screwing this up.
- 7:51Hold on here. Let's go back.
- 7:53Rusty is, I believe, a cousin. Yes.
- 7:56Yes. OK.
- 7:57Rusty is the backwoods cousin. Cousin.
- 8:04All right, I got a lot of cousins.
- 8:07I got like, 15 cousins. But you don't really care about
- 8:09that. You care about UFD.
- 8:11Now let's go, let's go check in with Rusty, because Rusty had
- 8:16something great to say. This is great.
- 8:18I love this. All right, Rusty said.
- 8:21UFD is that rare corner of crypto where you can be yourself
- 8:26and still build something solid. Absolutely, guys, That's one of
- 8:30our competitive advantages, right?
- 8:33We, our, our whole foundation is based on good attracts good.
- 8:38We aren't aligned with any political we aren't, we aren't
- 8:41a, a, a token that is has a niche like we're ultra
- 8:45conservative or we're ultra liberal or we're about a certain
- 8:49religion or we're about a certain celebrity or we're about
- 8:52a certain political figure or we're whatever, right?
- 8:56We are wide open and we've said this many times.
- 8:59It's one of our super secret powers.
- 9:02All everybody when when they come into the Unicorn fart dust
- 9:05corral sets all these things that are in the outside world
- 9:09differences, OK, they set those aside.
- 9:12They come into the corral and focus, right?
- 9:15We all point our horns in the same direction, which is being a
- 9:19leader in the crypto world and furthering the Unicorn fart dust
- 9:22project. That's a powerful, powerful
- 9:25thing. We aren't arguing about
- 9:27politics. We aren't arguing about
- 9:29religion. We aren't arguing about anything
- 9:32in UFD when you come into the corral and and and stick around,
- 9:36which so many people are right. We're in agreement that we want
- 9:40this project that we believe that that there really is good
- 9:43in the world. You know, that's our mission,
- 9:45right? To prove that that honesty,
- 9:47integrity and good is more powerful than anything else,
- 9:52right and can create a very, very successful crypto project.
- 9:57And I think, I think that it's it's been successful and I think
- 10:02it's guaranteed. Why?
- 10:04Because the founding fathers of cryptocurrency in the
- 10:06blockchain, including Satoshi Nakamoto set it up that way that
- 10:10it would be fair that it would be transparent, right?
- 10:13And those are all that. Why do you think there's
- 10:1632,000,000 cryptos that have basically died and there's only,
- 10:21you know, like we're around the top 1000 that are left?
- 10:24It's because everything gets shown out in the good The cream.
- 10:28The cream rises to the top. Or maybe we should say the beans
- 10:32rise to the top. Hold on here.
- 10:37I'm getting my my. Things are beeping around me
- 10:41everywhere. Did you need something Susie
- 10:43over? I do.
- 10:45Do you have a second where I can talk?
- 10:48Yes, you can speak Susie. Susie would like to say
- 10:51something to the community. So here you go.
- 10:53We. Want to wish you a wonderful
- 10:57birthday, my dear. The whole community appreciates
- 11:01you and recognizes you and how hard you work for all of us.
- 11:07And you are a truly an inspiration.
- 11:11And that done, we all unanimously nominate you for
- 11:17just. Time of the.
- 11:19Day. So put that golden horn on.
- 11:24Yeah, OK. Thank, thank, Thank you, Susie.
- 11:27Thank you, Susie. I love you too.
- 11:29Thank you so much. I'm a crier, so I'm teared up,
- 11:32but I'm not going to cry because you don't want to watch me cry.
- 11:34I've been waiting for 14 months to be duster of the day.
- 11:38So today's my special day, yet today's my birthday.
- 11:41Thank you very much for all the birthday wishes, Thank you for
- 11:44the gift that you've given me over the last 14 months of UFD
- 11:49and for all the contributions that I make, blah blah, blah.
- 11:53I am duster of the day. So please write.
- 11:55You feel your horn right? Help me lift up the golden horn
- 11:58and boom, stick it on me. Congratulations, Ron, you are
- 12:05the duster of the day. OK, Rusty, now we have Randy.
- 12:10Let's go look at Randy real quick and see what Randy has to
- 12:13say. And then I'm going to try to
- 12:14find this person Destiny. OK, and let me get the screen
- 12:20up. Yep, we're up there.
- 12:22All right, we're all good. Here's Randy.
- 12:24He says hi, I'm Randy. More on that later.
- 12:28Old family friend of Dusty and Rusty.
- 12:32OK, so Rusty is Dusty's cousin and Randy is Rusty's friend, but
- 12:36he's also Dusty's friend. He even got more complicated.
- 12:39They've been pushing me to get involved for a while.
- 12:41So I did my homework and here I am.
- 12:44I move on. Logic.
- 12:45I listen first, do my research. Oh, he's an intellectual that
- 12:49resonates with us, right. And act when it makes sense.
- 12:52Glad to meet the community and horns up.
- 12:55And I think that old Randy, somebody told me, sent me a
- 13:00message and said Randy has the biggest horn of all.
- 13:03So watch out for Randy because he's he is on the run.
- 13:08All right. Hey guys.
- 13:09I do want to say thank you. We got more to cover, but thank
- 13:13you the Ledger for sponsoring Ron's basement.
- 13:17I remember. Austin Powers.
- 13:20Yes, I remember Austin Powers and.
- 13:22He like to always. Say, Randy.
- 13:24Yeah, I remember that, Susie, when Susie and I both met, we
- 13:29watched that movie. Was it called Austin Powers?
- 13:32I don't know why. I'm not a movie guy, but we both
- 13:34like that movie. Oh, Mini me.
- 13:36Remember Mini me and the little guy they carried around, It was
- 13:40funny. It was funny.
- 13:41Anyway, where was I? Oh, Ledger.
- 13:44Ledger, thank you for on a serious note.
- 13:45Thank you Ledger, because on a very serious, all joking aside,
- 13:49all birthday party stuff aside, crypto security is very, very
- 13:53important. You know, I got hacked, people
- 13:55get hacked, get the crypto stolen, all that.
- 13:58Please think about crypto security before something
- 14:02happens. Learn from my mistake, OK?
- 14:05Ledger, they're the leader in crypto security.
- 14:08They're signer devices. The Ledger Flex, the Ledger
- 14:10Nanogen 5, the Ledger Stacks are world class products.
- 14:14And when you couple those with the Ledger Wallet app, you
- 14:18really get to experience the future of digital asset
- 14:21management, right? You can do everything, buy,
- 14:24sell, stake, swap everything in the safe, secure improvement
- 14:28Ledger environment. Thank you, Ledger, for
- 14:29sponsoring Ron's Basement and our friends at Moon Pay.
- 14:34OK. Moon Pay is definitely the
- 14:38Fentech leader, right? They are the on ramp and have
- 14:41been, they're bringing so many people into the crypto
- 14:44ecosystem. They're adding big value to
- 14:47crypto, but they're doing a lot more now.
- 14:50Not a week goes by that we don't hear about some new offering or
- 14:54innovation that they're providing to the overall crypto
- 14:58ecosystem. And you know, my very first
- 15:01crypto transaction was with Moon Pay and it's a great way for us
- 15:04to on ramp new people and we want more new people coming into
- 15:09crypto, new people into crypto and new people into the Unicorn
- 15:14fart dust community. I bought some UFD on Moon Pay a
- 15:18couple weeks ago. It was saved, it was secure, it
- 15:21was easy. It's really, I think, the most
- 15:24frictionless way for us and easily, easily, easy to
- 15:28understand way for us to bring people who are brand new to
- 15:32crypto into our Unicorn fart dust project.
- 15:34Thank you, Moon Pay, thank you Ledger for your sponsorships.
- 15:38We appreciate it and it's a big honor to be affiliated with two
- 15:41great companies that really are adding value into the crypto
- 15:45ecosystem. This is fun, guys.
- 15:48Remember, in the end, it's all Unicorn fart dust.
- 15:51We know that for sure. But let's read about Fiat
- 15:54currencies. This will just take a minute and
- 15:56then there's something very, very powerful that we're going
- 16:00to say about our project when it relates to Fiat.
- 16:04You know, a Fiat currency means a paper currency like this.
- 16:08Here I happen to have an example I can show you not this.
- 16:11This is actually one from a long time ago, from the 1930s.
- 16:16See the top of that? That's not a well, I don't know
- 16:18if it's technically called the dollar.
- 16:20Actually, no, It's called the silver certificate because our
- 16:23U.S. dollar used to be backed by silver.
- 16:26This is a modern day dollar, right?
- 16:28This is a Fiat currency. It's not backed by anything.
- 16:32It doesn't. It's backed by faith and
- 16:34confidence. More on that later.
- 16:36This is very interesting. You may not know this about Fiat
- 16:39currencies, but it's true, and I thought that Andre von Heerden
- 16:46said it very well. Every single Fiat currency in
- 16:48human history has eventually collapsed back to its intrinsic
- 16:52value. 0 From the Roman denarius that was debased from pure
- 16:57silver to worthless bronze shavings to the asignats of the
- 17:02revolutionary France to the Weimar Republic.
- 17:05Marks used as wallpaper because they became cheaper than actual
- 17:10wallpaper. If you don't know that about
- 17:13Germany in the 1930s, there they had a paper currency that became
- 17:18worthless. There are actually pictures of
- 17:20people with wheelbarrows full of the German marks.
- 17:26I forget what they were called. I think it was Deutsche marks
- 17:28back then as well. But wheelbarrows full of the
- 17:31paper currency, taking that to buy like half a loaf of bread,
- 17:35OK, the pattern is always identical.
- 17:38Governments discover the intoxicating power of printing
- 17:41money to fund their spending. Inflation destroy savings and
- 17:45economic calculation in the currency dies.
- 17:48The hubris of modern economist who claim this time is different
- 17:53is breathtaking. They point to the dollars fifty
- 17:56year reign since Nixon closed the gold window in 19.
- 18:00Our U.S. dollars were back by gold up until 1971.
- 18:04President Richard Nixon then took us off that gold backing
- 18:08and the dollar since then has been backed by nothing as
- 18:11evidence of the And they're saying that that since the
- 18:14dollar's done well 50 years, that's evidence of the Fiat
- 18:16success. Conveniently ignoring the the
- 18:19dollar has lost over 85% of its purchasing power since 1971.
- 18:26And guys, I gave you like 4 examples, but there are
- 18:29literally hundreds and hundreds of samples from all around the
- 18:34world from just the last four or 500 years of history.
- 18:37Hundreds of examples of Fiat currencies, all of which have
- 18:41gone to zero. I know people in the precious
- 18:44metals community that for fun have like stacks.
- 18:47You know, like, you can go to a coin show and buy is it Nigeria?
- 18:51It's one of those countries in Africa.
- 18:52You can buy like $1 billion notes that they printed that are
- 18:57essentially worthless. OK.
- 18:59But the powerful thing here is, OK.
- 19:01We know one thing for sure. It's so important.
- 19:04I have it written down. All Fiat currencies throughout
- 19:08history have all become Unicorn fart dust.
- 19:15Think about that OK, right because their trust is gone like
- 19:20everything truly is Unicorn fart dust.
- 19:23But with our Unicorn fart dust, we have the trust.
- 19:27We have the community, everything.
- 19:29All these Fiat currencies become Unicorn fart dust in based on
- 19:33broken promises. OK and trust is so important and
- 19:38trust is what we have in this community.
- 19:41So when we think about, you know, for now that the US
- 19:44dollars valuable, whatever, you know, I look, I love the United
- 19:47States. I loved what the founding
- 19:49fathers of the United States put in the Constitution, that gold
- 19:53and silver are money, OK? And they were against central
- 19:56banks. They were against money
- 19:57printing. They knew it had happened even
- 19:59250 years ago and it happened many times.
- 20:03In the end, everything really is Unicorn fart dust.
- 20:07And we've got something you know, our project, our trust.
- 20:12Is not just something based on a geographical limitation like a
- 20:16country, our our community. And I'm trying to think of a
- 20:22better way to describe it, but it's worldwide.
- 20:25We aren't constrained by anything right?
- 20:28And we are based on this unbelievable solid foundation of
- 20:32trust. Here's a great TikTok video for
- 20:34us to watch. This one was a classic and I
- 20:38believe I've got it all lined up here.
- 20:41Hold on here full screen. Yep, here we go sharing.
- 20:46No, here we go now I've got the right screen up and let's watch
- 20:51this one. fine.
- 21:21There's Susie. All right, hold on here.
- 21:26I just love that, guys. OK.
- 21:29Hey, thank you for being here. Thanks for being part of this
- 21:33project. OK, there is one Unicorn.
- 21:36Let me remind you. Right.
- 21:37Everything OK? Thank you, Franny.
- 21:47Thank you, my friend Franny. Franny from the future, Hold on
- 21:50here. Thank you for the Super chat.
- 21:53Wow. I never expect super chats.
- 21:55Wow. Look at that €11.00.
- 21:57Happy birthday Franny, man, our happy birthday me from Franny.
- 22:01Thank you Franny, super appreciate and we love you in
- 22:05this community. Absolutely, man.
- 22:08We've got some unbelievable people and everywhere in the
- 22:11world. I'm going to finish my thought
- 22:12and then we're going to go look up Destiny.
- 22:14I believe it is DESTINY, but but there's one Unicorn fart dust
- 22:21period. OK, everything is Unicorn fire
- 22:23dust, but there's one Unicorn fire dust cryptocurrency meme
- 22:28coin community that gives us scarcity, that gives us a unique
- 22:34characteristic, a unique opportunity.
- 22:37And don't forget, we are living through history right now.
- 22:41The fact that we are doing this with technology, the fact that
- 22:44we can build community through web three, trust me, compared to
- 22:48Web 2, the depth, the real realness of this community
- 22:52doesn't hold a candle to what happens in the Web 2
- 22:55environment. And on top of that, we have this
- 22:58absolute pure gift of the blockchain and crypto that we
- 23:03align ourselves perfectly with. We're doing everything right,
- 23:07and that's thanks to you. All right, let's go out and see
- 23:09if we can find destiny. Hold on here.
