- 5:56[SPEAKER_14]: The rain over the weekend you farmers need the rain.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_14]: We got to say that.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_14]: It's a blickatory almost.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_14]: But here we are in a beautiful warm sunny Monday.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_14]: It's going to be nice all week.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_14]: Kind of a late summer picked and weak, if you will, if you're so inclined.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_14]: So enjoy the weather, enjoy everything.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_14]: What's going on today?
- 6:15[SPEAKER_14]: Well, things in the news, a music good story for you.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_14]: Governor Kathy Hokel has endorsed Zoran
- 6:25[SPEAKER_14]: she says she doesn't agree with him on everything but he's efforts to create affordability or in her wheelhouse and meanwhile our congressmen and likely or not our congressmember, but near a vye congressmember, at least to find it, who I may very well be running for governor next year, says that Kathy Hockel owns mom down me now in all of his views and she took him to task
- 6:57[SPEAKER_14]: I don't take it a while to get through the into the legacy media here, but if you follow it around, you'll be able to get it.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_14]: And of course, the other thing was the whole Charlie Kirk.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_14]: Now Charlie Kirk was a conservative activist, very active on school campuses, and for those who haven't heard he was shot and killed last, I think it was Wednesday afternoon in Nevada or in Utah.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_14]: Utah, yeah, one of those states out there.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_27]: Uh-huh.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_14]: So, a lot of talk over the weekend about it, because he was quite influential.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, there's been memorials all over the world.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_14]: I had occasion to watch an interview.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_14]: He did five years ago on Mark Levin's show.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_14]: I kept Mark Levin.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_14]: I confused him with the Boston.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_14]: And he was, it was interesting.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_14]: It was fascinating, in fact.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_14]: knowledgeable guy, everything else, world-spoken.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_14]: I know he said something, you know, all of this stuff you hear that, well, he doesn't want to take away your kid's school lunchers, I don't know, where they get this stuff.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_14]: It's a little thing taken out of context, that's what happens in today's Internet world.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_14]: But, you know, the Internet world is about to become, is becoming news.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_14]: A lot of people immediately, when he was shot, you know, the word went out from the bat cave, column of fascists, column of Hitler, who do all of this.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_14]: We had people on the air or representing various entities, including schools, saying it's a good thing and all of that.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_14]: Oh my god, it was terrible.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_14]: terrible.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_14]: Now, okay, you say, well, how terrible?
- 8:41[SPEAKER_39]: Well, I don't know.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_14]: It was pretty terrible.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_14]: What can we find here?
- 8:48[SPEAKER_14]: There we go.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_14]: Now, that's not it.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_14]: We want to go to
- 8:54[SPEAKER_14]: That's where they are.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_27]: Hmm.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_14]: Here's one.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_14]: This is a teacher in the water town.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_14]: I'm not going to mention the name.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_14]: I'm going to be magnanimous.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_14]: Although this has been outed on various things, like the meme pages and all of that, I'm not going to say the name on the air.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_14]: Hmm.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_14]: But it was on Facebook.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sorry, but that dude was a fing dick and didn't care about gun violence towards children.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_14]: And then this person, this teacher, good riddance, who's next?
- 9:31[SPEAKER_14]: Wow, that sounds like an incitement.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_14]: Is that okay?
- 9:35[SPEAKER_14]: Is that okay with you?
- 9:38[SPEAKER_14]: It is with some people.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_14]: Don't get me wrong.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_14]: And some people will crawl in to say so.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_14]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_22]: Hi, Jeff.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_22]: You know, we don't want to jump kick the intelligence.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_22]: So I'm going to ask the man that knows everything was going on in Watertown.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_22]: I guess that's you.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_22]: There was an article, I think, of a situation, a news shunky that said that water town and parks as you were investigating, I don't know if our speakers are administrators, speakers that post it something on social media, producing the death of Charlie Kirk.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_22]: Had you heard that, and is that true, the article on news shunky said that it is going through the normal, investigatory process.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, well, it was the water town, the Carthage and the Indian River School District were superintendent Decker, I think, put out a statement yesterday.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_14]: And I don't know, there may be others by this point.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_14]: and basically it was employees or teachers were making comments suggesting that the shooting death of Charlie Kirk was a good thing that he deserved it that he's a, well, I just read one of them.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_14]: And I, there was another one here, and I, glad you kind of brought that up.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_14]: Let me read this one too.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_14]: I can't, let me say this and I hope back to Schmeagull if he's, I hope his UConn has an AM radio.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_14]: But, sir, listen, if I said,
- 11:02[SPEAKER_14]: On the air, with the teachers and your district and others, said, I'd be out to, I'd be gone by the time I made it to the front door.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_14]: But I'm going to try to do this.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_14]: This one says blank, Charlie Kirk, and blank you, the blank starts with an F. If you label him as anything other than a racist piece of blank who hated women and minorities, he's not a martyr.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_22]: How do we follow up?
- 11:34[SPEAKER_22]: What's your opinion on what typically happens up here because of the teachers' union or whatever may be like that girl they got beat up that case three years ago, whatever it was.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_22]: Get swept on their log.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_22]: You don't hear about it.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_22]: Why don't we do to keep this forefront and like all the time on it and ask, do you ever day or what?
- 11:53[SPEAKER_22]: Well, you can, but this is going to be, you know, swept on to the rugged we want here about it and they keep their jobs.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, so what I'm first on I'm considered a an outlier on this because they don't care what I think, but those releases from Superintendent Schmiegel Troy Decker and I can't recall who the person in Carthage is they were out in the street yesterday So they were newsworthy yesterday, but I just watched the local news they led with a network piece
- 12:24[SPEAKER_14]: about the current investigation.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, I mean, this stuff does not, whether it's, they don't have a nose, nose for news or they just want to tamp it down because they just want to, and now listen, I remember in high school, I remember the Ramory knows, and Mrs. Prescott, Senior of Argus, I remember all the great teachers missed the line, and others, great teachers.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_14]: I know a lot of teachers nowadays, and do a wonderful job.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_22]: This isn't not in the teachers.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_22]: This is getting the people fired, like, has happened nationwide.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_14]: Well, it isn't.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_14]: To me, it is not just the fact that they harbor these apparent views about the Kirk slaying, and it's that they use this kind of language.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_14]: And, you know, I know, maybe I sound like a Andy Rooney or something.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_14]: it's crazy it's crazy what's going on and what they post now i don't know where there's somebody tells them when they get hired you got an image through a poll maybe they do they have these in the rain or kind of a it's kind of straightforward i mean these people have master's degrees what they get you not a lot of judgment if you're okay i guess we'll have to just wait let the process play out but i if it's anything like normal
- 13:45[SPEAKER_22]: it's just going to fade into the background because nobody will report on it and you know two weeks from now everybody forget about it and they'll keep their jobs and they'll have no repercussions so you know I think we need to the community each to keep the finger on the pulse to make sure this gets followed up on now the second question I got to you is is it true or is it not true that the state building here in the city would
- 14:14[SPEAKER_14]: That is true.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_14]: Yes.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I'm suspect I differ with you on this.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_14]: I think a lowering of the flag should be for very special circumstances.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_14]: I think the killing for political motives of a political activist like Mr. Kirk is terrible.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_14]: That's why if he had been killed in a boating accident malon vacation, it would not be his newsworthy.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_14]: But the fact that he was killed
- 14:43[SPEAKER_14]: That said, I don't think the flags need to be put in half staff for everybody who's No, whatever.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_22]: Right.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_22]: And I understand it.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_22]: The night my thing is who makes that decision is it's.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_14]: Kathy Hulkel.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_22]: If the president says lower them, is it back to well?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_22]: I don't, I don't believe in that one.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_22]: Or, you know, that guy got killed in service, but I didn't believe.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_14]: Well, no, I've got a flagpole of my place when Jimmy Carter died.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_14]: I didn't lower it.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_14]: uh... because he was a president uh... uh... i did not for this much as i feel bad about it and that's a decision i made i'm sure governor hoko made the same decision as did the school superintendents not the lower the those buildings i don't think it was lowered at city was at lower the city hall probably not i don't know i didn't know i i know it was lower the case because i called it was high school had it lowered oh they did what they call the case and i said uh... ma'am could could you follow the president sort of know the flag please
- 15:42[SPEAKER_22]: and ten minutes later was over I think they just forgot it was like eight more I don't know if that is in fact true and in the investigation was hard on it I think something should be done on it when you can't of course all you can't you can't fire you can't fire these people oh no I don't know and job truly I mean I don't know whether it'd be more appropriate to haul them in on the carpet and read them the riot act or make them
- 16:12[SPEAKER_14]: Public apology.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_14]: I don't mean on Facebook either.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_14]: I'm so sick of it.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_14]: You know, I think Governor Cox out in Utah is right.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_14]: Social media has become a cancer on society.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_14]: It's bad.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, you know, those some of us just look at it to see who's doing water, what the nosey neighbor say or all of that stuff.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_14]: But boy, it's something else.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_14]: And I'll tell you that mainstream media these days, they are so out of touch.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_14]: with with what's really going on in the world.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_14]: They don't watch.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_14]: I mean we've got anchor people who didn't know who Charlie Kirk was.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, yeah, you know, it's just incredible.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_22]: But I think it's like it's time to wake up as everybody's missing on the news over the weekend and set it just shut up and not doing anything.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_22]: I think I think I think I think it's time that we go after these issues.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_14]: So thanks Jeff, I thank you.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_14]: All right, by no good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_24]: Hey Jeff, I like that gentleman saying, oh, what can we do?
- 17:08[SPEAKER_24]: Well, number one, if my child was in her classroom, I'd be pulling her out of there for one.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_24]: And I would like to know who her there is if my child is in there, I don't think parents know that this teacher is taking this stance.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_24]: And she's this bold about her, or he whoever it is.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_24]: Is this bold about it?
- 17:30[SPEAKER_24]: Do you really want a personal ejecting to your child and school whether they have a plan to opinion about all of this?
- 17:38[SPEAKER_14]: Well, like I said, I'm more, I'm as concerned with, you know, are they using that kind of language?
- 17:45[SPEAKER_14]: Is that the usual thing?
- 17:46[SPEAKER_14]: Is that the way they think?
- 17:47[SPEAKER_14]: You know, these people are programmed through college now and through a whole school system.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_14]: uh... to think this way and this is the end result so when something like this happens there was a report not locally not locally i want to say that i'll say it again not locally but if a teacher showing forcing eleven year old kids to watch the graphic video of a fountain of blood coming out of mr. Kirk's neck after the after the round hit now i don't know maybe that's okay maybe you want that your schools i don't know but uh... no okay i'm using silky that's a problem
- 18:21[SPEAKER_24]: The problem is, people don't, I mean, where's the rallies against all this stuff?
- 18:26[SPEAKER_24]: Everybody else has a rally about Trump's, Trump's, all this, and that's it.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_24]: I mean, we set back and not do a darn thing, not the problem.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_24]: That's why these people get away with it, and they think they can get away with it, because people don't take an action through rally, and polls have to say, I'm not putting my child in that position, or somebody does that,
- 18:51[SPEAKER_24]: All this stuff is crazy stuff that should not be happening and there should be repercussions for it.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_24]: Let me tell you something, Jeff.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_24]: What do you think that you're imploring and you're far with this amazing stuff on the you know, on the computer stuff, you take a second look about bringing them to your business one, Jeff?
- 19:13[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I mean, unfortunately in New York, I mean, it's very tough because
- 19:19[SPEAKER_14]: You know, the employers in a very weak position in New York, and all of that, but still, yeah, it's wrong.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, that's the importance of screening employees, but, you know, you think when someone's got a teaching certificate and a master's degree, they're a little bit smarter than this person, apparently, from Wiley School, exhibited.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_14]: And again, I'm not mentioning the person's name because I'm being nice.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_14]: I'm being nice about it.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_14]: I'm doing the old Scotty Atkinson routine here in Tampa, and that part of it down, but I don't know.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_24]: I mean, it's a bad time when you have, it's being promoted a lot.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_24]: That's the huge issue.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_14]: Right, right.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_24]: Okay, where do you find out about this?
- 20:11[SPEAKER_24]: Well, I mean, I heard it on the news, but I What news?
- 20:15[SPEAKER_24]: I thought that you're talking about what's just what you're good.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_24]: I mean, I do heard it on Channel 7 this morning.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_24]: But that's why I looked at your show and Glenn Show is because I don't hear the real truth out there in water town.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_24]: I thought, you know, watching this blog saying that I'm shocked about what you just said about that.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_24]: I'm angered about how our society is so perverted that it's being allowed.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, well again, that didn't happen locally, but I don't know where you are.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_14]: You probably read it on news, John Key, at least those statements from the superintendents were on there, and at least somebody reacted to it because they smelled troubled and so on.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_14]: But I guess the question I'd have for a lot of those superintendents is, yeah, you understand it shouldn't have been said or posted, but do you disagree with it?
- 21:04[SPEAKER_14]: That's what's more concerning, I'm not sure they do.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, thank you.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_14]: 755, 1240, man, people are out of the gate.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_14]: They're out of the gate.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_14]: They're all excited.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_14]: Oh my god.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_14]: Well, what a re-out here.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_14]: I'm going to go back to, uh... Who do you want to do a little break?
- 21:27[SPEAKER_14]: We had some excitement early in the show.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_14]: That people kind of think about all of that.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_14]: And it's tough to talk about these things because they're not.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_14]: common knowledge things, you know, we don't all have a common set of facts that we yielded because none of this gets reported anywhere.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, good afternoon you're on the air.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know if I didn't try to be on the air, but I wanted to give it an out of the complaint or concern to the send report.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, go ahead.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_17]: Well, there's some
- 22:09[SPEAKER_17]: And obviously, you don't want to talk to the same artist to terminate someone for something that might have not done, but if it's on Facebook and social media, it's of concern.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_17]: There might have been some position in the area that was wishing that to Republicans and I thought that was pretty concerning.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_14]: Now, who was that, a physician?
- 22:32[SPEAKER_14]: Who was it?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_14]: Not by name, but by occupation.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_17]: uh... physician in the area that was on a circulating as social media and i'm not sure uh... as you uh... the validity behind it but obviously you see some like that and you need to you know make it apparent and so well again you think uh... you think of physician with no better i know there was a case in new jersey similar to that but i i don't know of any local things but you know news junkie put these things out what struck me is a couple of the uh...
- 23:05[SPEAKER_14]: releases from superintendent's office the number of responses and comments i think it was over twelve hundred for the Indian river one on uh... news junkies facebook page that indicates me to me there's a lot of people out there who are concerned now they may not be the kind of people who read the news to you every night they may not be the people who sit on school boards but the real people and they are concerned as our first two crawlers work
- 23:35[SPEAKER_17]: We live in a crazy world these days, and I think it's just important that, you know, obviously, like anybody, you want to make sure you get this act straight, but this is true, then it's important that it is investigated thoroughly, and that's the reason why I don't even want to say names because it's important that, you know,
- 23:56[SPEAKER_14]: there's no excuse for it you can't you can't say certainly you know it's just I don't know it's just a scary world we're living and you think people would have empathy these days and you know right user they're in the right way yeah okay all right so well thank you sir I appreciate it very much and we got a text message you're somebody said the flag Thompson parts of half some actually that order from the White House ended it sundown yesterday on sunday so
- 24:26[SPEAKER_14]: It's tough.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_14]: You know, something that always got me has no thing to do with anybody currently in government so I can say this.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_14]: Back when I was married, it seems I'd drive by the fire station and we know flag.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_14]: And I can remember on many occasions going into the city manager and say, you know, it's got to be a flag.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_14]: It's the flag.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_14]: What's wrong?
- 24:43[SPEAKER_14]: It means it's supposed to be uniform services.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_14]: and I don't know.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_14]: Here's somebody who texted and it's as simple as this.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_14]: If you have a person working at your business or living under your roof, there's happy about what happened to Charlie Kirk, you need to get them out.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_14]: Or you need to get them out because they're one second individual.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_14]: There is, yeah, that is true.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_14]: There is a problem there.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_14]: So, anyway, let's do a commercial break, it's settled down here.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_14]: We'll be back with more in a moment.

- 28:36[SPEAKER_14]: Is there accountability in certain jobs?
- 28:41[SPEAKER_14]: In other words, he's got his rights.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_14]: What can you say, whatever you want?
- 28:49[SPEAKER_14]: Words of consequences?
- 28:51[SPEAKER_14]: Can't yell fire in a crowded theater?
- 28:53[SPEAKER_14]: What do you think?
- 28:55[SPEAKER_14]: What do you think?
- 28:56[SPEAKER_14]: What are the parameters that you expect from doctors or teachers or elected officials?
- 29:07[SPEAKER_14]: Is it different than what you expect from the guy pushing the shopping card?
- 29:12[SPEAKER_14]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_20]: Hi Jeff, calm about the teacher.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_20]: Is you there?
- 29:17[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_20]: Question for you.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_14]: Sure.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_20]: What do you think the school of teachers would react?
- 29:22[SPEAKER_20]: And if some trans kid got killed or murdered and the kids were celebrating what do you think?
- 29:29[SPEAKER_14]: Well, there'd be a big problem.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_14]: And listen, I mean, you know, especially, you know, when you've got, we have a problem in this country with school shootings, obviously.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_14]: And people getting killed, the, uh,
- 29:42[SPEAKER_14]: The assassination of Mr. Kirk was a school shooting and happened at a school.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_14]: They may not like it because it's a Mormon school, but it's a school.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_20]: And yeah, it's, well, I'm, I'm comparing, you know, the fact that he was killed because of his beliefs.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_14]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_14]: That's right.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_14]: It was killed.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_20]: It was killed by, you know, his beliefs and that, you know, his killed by a kid who was upset that he was against trans people.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_20]: with it.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_14]: Right if a trans person got killed now it'd be terrible.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_14]: I wouldn't want it.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_20]: I would.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_20]: How would the school react?
- 30:22[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, my God.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_14]: There'd be counselors at every year.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_27]: The trans kid being killed.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_27]: What do you think they would do?
- 30:28[SPEAKER_14]: No, there'd be a problem now.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_14]: But I mean, I'm telling you there's been so much.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_20]: I want to sense we got a kid here.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_20]: We got adults.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_20]: I guess we'll see what happens.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_20]: And you've seen over the years the reaction, if you even were in the
- 30:42[SPEAKER_27]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_13]: Exactly.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_13]: Where Guns wrote this piece or how what's the reaction been to that?
- 30:48[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I'll pull yours.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, well, fine.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_20]: Now, I think the kids are being held to a different standard in the students if a student did something like this.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_20]: They'd be suspended and they'd be in counseling and that's your answer and something like that needs to happen to these teachers.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, well, thank you.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know if there's a council.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_14]: I mean,
- 31:08[SPEAKER_14]: Like I said before, but it's a different society.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, there's been an indoctrination that goes on.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_14]: And, you know, like I said the other day, this word came out from the back cave last Wednesday afternoon called this guy a fascist, call him Hitler, call him this.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_14]: He said that I heard, well, did you know he wanted to take away school lunch?
- 31:32[SPEAKER_14]: On that, certainly, think that's the case.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, I heard some of his interviews since then, I was not tremendously familiar with them, but I knew who he was before all of this broke out.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_14]: And listen, I am a guest, and I think I said it before, when Speaker Hortman was killed up in Minnesota a few weeks ago, horrible.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_14]: We never really found out the motivation there, but it was horrible.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_14]: I assume it was political.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_14]: And, you know, everything going back to a lot of different people.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_14]: But after doing it on the air, I'm here how are you today.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_14]: You're right, what's up?
- 32:06[SPEAKER_18]: I think we've learned a valuable lesson.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_14]: What's that?
- 32:09[UNKNOWN]: Anyone can say anything they'd like.
- 32:14[UNKNOWN]: And they're still allowed to teach our children.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_13]: Yes.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_18]: And I know that one thing that was like when you were talking to blind Timmy earlier,
- 32:24[SPEAKER_18]: you're just it's kind of like all you just have to take them out of school that's not as you've done like say you just have to be part of this will use them to take on where's your child going to go but you're going to pay for private school you know where is this up I think it's to the point and I think you'll you'll agree except you know the very extreme version of it that we have to police things ourselves the media has to police things themselves
- 32:53[SPEAKER_18]: You know, a wife, live podcasters, you know, live talk show hoses, so have to police things themselves.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_18]: We've just let things go and we've let people cry wolf on one way and then another way we've let people say extreme things that's just propaganda.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_18]: I've heard on your show, Trump, he referred to as Hitler, but more than one person, but it's still allowed to go on.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_18]: Now, things like that are exactly why this happens because there's extreme people, things,
- 33:21[SPEAKER_18]: extreme things and they're not help accountable.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_14]: I agree with you.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_18]: And these same people say, oh, if I ever said something that was wrong, I'll take it and I'll make sure that it's known that I've said it, no, nobody ever backs up their statements, no one ever apologizes.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_18]: We just have propaganda on this show way up to the same thing yet propaganda on Hannity's show where, you know, at least there, they've got a call screen or so things are stopped.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_18]: But on this local level, we've
- 33:48[SPEAKER_18]: We let things go through.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_18]: We let people call Trump Hitler, that's just wrong, things like that.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_18]: We let people say something has to be done, and it implies there's some type of violence or something needs to be done.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_18]: That is just wrong.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_18]: As well as we have, you know, some of who's all the time going on and saying, going to sue the city, and this month's almost over, and it never happened.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_14]: Well, that's a different story.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_14]: I'm not kidding into that, but I know.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_14]: I know.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I think, um,
- 34:16[SPEAKER_14]: as a concluding line on this one from this one teacher, good riddance, who's next?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_14]: To me, that suggests that someone should come next.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I'm not a trained educator, but I came to that conclusion.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_14]: It's a logical conclusion from that statement.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_14]: And again, I was nice and didn't mention the names, but who's next?
- 34:43[SPEAKER_14]: Who do they want to be next?
- 34:46[SPEAKER_14]: Trump that who they want next somebody else I mean and listen I there are stupid people on all sides of all issues if if you know if a gunman opened fire at 80 you know and the oligarchy tour rally or something I mean there are some people who be giggling over that I wouldn't be I think it would be terrible
- 35:17[UNKNOWN]: their own mayor.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_21]: I just wanted to comment about the not lowering the flag.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_21]: I agree with you that it's become not such an important thing anymore.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_21]: But I'm pretty sure that if one of these leaders of black lights matters and one of these other things got assassinated, it's clearly a political assassination, that our deluxe step liberals around here,
- 35:48[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, I'm sure they would be.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_14]: Is that the governor who just endorsed, that's the governor who just endorsed Zarran Mamdami for mayor, right?
- 35:57[SPEAKER_21]: Yeah, that's great, right?
- 36:00[SPEAKER_21]: Yeah.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_21]: It's tragic when there's a chance to try and sow some unity that instead these locks that liberals just want to sow division.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_13]: OK, well, thank you for the call.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_21]: Well, they could have shown that they were better.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_21]: then, you know, who they think are the fascists and whatnot by just going along and saying, yeah, this is a terrible thing.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_14]: Let's let's not congone this and let's just see the punk, did you see that punk?
- 36:29[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, there was a punk down in Phoenix who ran through the display of flowers and balloons or something and stomped out everything and he got the stuffing kicked out of him.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_14]: That was good, that was good street justice.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_21]: Okay, it's the death of civility in the country and I know one wants that no one wants to be Man enough to say yeah, I didn't like the guy, but this should never happen, you know Yeah, okay, the king was killed everybody would say I wouldn't when John Kennedy was killed It was everybody would say it and now it's just all we didn't like him to explain okay, you know that's great It's just a degradation of America.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_14]: Alrighty, well, thank you
- 37:20[SPEAKER_14]: a good teachable moment again, you know, we look back at those tragedies and so on.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_14]: A lot of people didn't like JFK or RFK or something, but I don't think any, maybe I'm missing yet.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_14]: Of course, we had conventional media back then, they controlled everything.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_14]: We had three anchors and they controlled everything, so it was different, it was different than now.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_14]: It's, it's all about street justice, journalism has become street justice now.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah, it was there is no journalism in the old sense, but after doing it on the air Enough Hey, when you were in school, how did you tell the difference between the students and the teachers?
- 38:01[SPEAKER_26]: Teachers at a tie Yeah, sport called or suit And you call them Mr. or Mrs. Miz Right And the The female teachers were A dress or You know, some kind of a professional looking outfit
- 38:18[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah, go up ahead and go to the school now and walk around in there and see how they dress.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_26]: Well, they want to be treated like professionals, but they don't act professional.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_26]: I'm sorry to say that, but it's just the way it is.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_26]: And I've got a daughter that's a teacher, but I just don't understand this.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_26]: And then the comments may nothing will be done about it.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_26]: Now, there won't be any discipline, there won't be anything, because the teachers' unions are so strong.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_26]: I mean, look at what they did during cold it.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_14]: Well, you got to look at proportionality too, I mean.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_26]: There are people in there, there are people now that graduated high school that are in big trouble, because they didn't get an education like we got.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_26]: It's time, you know, they go to do something milling right, you know, I mean, you enter on your show.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_14]: uh... you know people they like to fool her and don't like her and isn't that so she speaks to true she knows he was the deal i mean we're paying the concert she doesn't get anything out of it i live in the water town city school district we give this gentleman superintendent schmigel a hundred million dollars educate kids he would never come in to sit before the micraphone across the table from me and say what he's doing about this or why it's wrong
- 39:40[SPEAKER_14]: because he's in his Yukon.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_26]: Well, no, because you'd have to defend, he'd have to defend what he says, and they can't.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_26]: They can't.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_26]: And they'll sit there and tell you the score, sir.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_26]: I didn't really up.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_26]: He's sure by the state figures don't show that the scores are up.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 39:59[UNKNOWN]: The graduate rates, it took him another two months to graduate those kids.
- 40:05[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_13]: Right around.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, yeah, with Ms.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_26]: Now, I remember that I took it during the school year.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah, the things that things have really matter, they took away from schools.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_26]: You know, what shop and all these little things that they tie in addition to the other education you got, but, you know, it's just not the same.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_26]: I mean, at least when my kids were at schools, they got a good education.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_26]: They're all doing well.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_26]: You know, they all went on.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_26]: I mean, and I wonder today, what the percentages I wrote when my
- 40:41[SPEAKER_26]: God, there must have been 200 people in that upper outer wall that had 90 or above.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_26]: What is going on?
- 40:48[SPEAKER_26]: They're so concerned about social issues that they're not doing with their spouse.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_27]: We're doing that.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_14]: I will, I will back to it.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_14]: And I got to do a break here.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_14]: But I will bet you dollars to donuts.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_14]: Most of these people who made these comments about Mr. Kirk.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_14]: didn't know who the heck he was even.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_14]: They would just told like I said, the signal went out from the back cave, say this, and they all said it.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_14]: And no consequence.

- 44:37[SPEAKER_15]: WATN, AM-1240.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, I'm 1240, WATN.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_14]: Well, listen, you know, the reason I thought, and I mentioned at the beginning, this local, governor, Hockel, and an op-ed in the New York Times yesterday endorsed Zauron, Mom, Dami, for mayor of New York.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_14]: And he said, well, the New York's 300 miles away.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_14]: Yes, it is.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_14]: Once I got to do with us, a lot.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_14]: The Democratic leadership in the state, Schumer, Gillibrand, Carl Hasty, Denapoli, the rest of them, the only one who is Tish.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_14]: But the rest of them had not, oh, Schumer, and, yeah, we'll see, some others.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, I came Jeffery, Chad, I don't wanna keep them up.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_14]: They had all refused to endorse them up until now.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_14]: Well, now the leading Democrat in the state, Governor Kathy Hockel has endorsed Zauron,
- 45:29[SPEAKER_14]: as has been said in that race that it's not so much the on-dommies popular but the opponents are horrible.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_14]: But it's significant also because North Country Congress, woman, at least Tephonic, is likely running for governor's, and it looks like it to me.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_14]: And she reacted to that this morning.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_14]: So you had the governor's endorsement and then Tephonic's reaction.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_14]: uh-huh, news cycle, jot that down, and uh, I don't know, some people hate me for saying that same, who are you, you're a failed news, I am a failed news person, but I watch a lot of it, and I consume a lot of it, and I know what's going on, you know, I restarted news businesses about
- 46:21[SPEAKER_14]: you know, being in the flow of events.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_14]: We thought it was like a little ducks that were floated by at the county fair and you pick one of them up.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_14]: You got to be in there in that flow of events.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_14]: And know what's going on.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_14]: And that means watching all this stuff, and watching it, and looking at news junkie, and looking at other newspapers and other media sources.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_14]: I'm fortunate because I work part of the day in a, you know, Geneville, so we've got TV's on at different things, so I can see different things.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_14]: And my head is a repository of useless knowledge too.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_14]: But after noon you're on the air.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_19]: Hey, doing.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_14]: You're on what's up.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_19]: Well, we're not much just wanted to talk to off on a couple things you've been talking about with your intent and situations.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_13]: OK, go ahead.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_19]: I just hope everybody knows where they come from.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_19]: I was warned a long time ago when I went out on the petition trail against the superintendent up there and got this to be careful.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I mean,
- 47:20[SPEAKER_19]: I'm not saying, you know, I'm not saying they should be, you know, worried or anything like that.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_19]: I'm just saying, you know, like, does everybody know who pays them?
- 47:31[SPEAKER_19]: Well, it's not me, they're state boys.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_14]: They're state.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_14]: No, it's local.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I mean, technically they're hired by the school boards, but yeah, a lot of state money involved, and everything.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_14]: But what's your point?
- 47:44[SPEAKER_14]: Let's get to the point.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_19]: I'm trying to tell you, you're doing with the state, you should probably be careful going down through Mr. Schemeel.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_19]: It's your honor to get to the point, I will.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_19]: That's the state.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_19]: The mob runs in New York State.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_19]: All right.
- 48:05[UNKNOWN]: That's my point.
- 48:05[UNKNOWN]: They run superintendents.
- 48:07[UNKNOWN]: They run everybody.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_19]: So if I look about three mad, that'll be mad at the mob.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_14]: All right, thanks a lot, sir.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_14]: You're not supposed to call a Mr. Smeagall.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_14]: He wants to be called doctor.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_19]: So, call the doctor and ask him up who really he answers to.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_14]: All right, thank you very much.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I'm that issue of doctors like Dr. Joe Biden.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_14]: I'm, I'm old school, I think.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_14]: I'm only call people doctor.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_14]: If.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_14]: if they'll help you with your sprain ankle or your you know whatever and i know there's some doctors don't like dentist or veterinarians called doctors i called dentist and veterinarians doctors too when i'm addressing i'll be on that i don't i don't good afternoon you're on the air good afternoon just yeah frank what's up city hall renovations i'm surprised you have your listeners haven't uh commented on that uh
- 49:02[SPEAKER_08]: additional five six million dollars in renovations for city hall and that's going to affect the tax again the problems we're having now it's going to affect the tax base you're looking at a probably another seven to ten percent increase in property taxes some of my question to you was where's all the money coming from just I don't know I mean they've got they put a new ten thousand dollar door on the
- 49:28[SPEAKER_14]: the mayor or city manager office suite upstairs to keep keep us away uh... and nobody is ever said anything even the council members don't even talk about it i'm telling you do we need all that security don't i may you needed to to agree but i think these state mandated uh... uh... the rules there impose an out is ridiculous to get a bankruptice well i agree with you and
- 49:59[SPEAKER_14]: And he better start him soon before it gets to be more, I guess it's so on top of everything else next year.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_08]: What's their game plan next year?
- 50:10[UNKNOWN]: To hold off double digit tax increases.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_13]: I haven't heard it yet.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_08]: Are they going to wait like they did last year to the last minute, then try to cut a few token of things out of the budget and say that's the best we could do.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_08]: Is that the round we're going again?
- 50:24[SPEAKER_14]: Sounds like it.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_08]: people running, I think I got a lot of good ideas, but you know what, as a stands right now, I'm only behind one candidate, which is Doug Osborne, okay?
- 50:38[SPEAKER_08]: Other candidates got good ideas, and if they come and talk to me on my porch, and they ask me, I'll let them put my sign on my lawn.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_08]: It doesn't mean I agree with them 100%.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_08]: I like the left because they've got a lot of good ideas, but and I told
- 50:57[SPEAKER_08]: When push comes to the shop, I need somebody, I need a candidate, I can count on that's not afraid to stand up for the taxpayers and say, look, we got to make hard cuts, hard decisions, and I can do that.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_08]: Can't pick and choose, you have who you're going to cut.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_08]: And Eevee told me that there's certain things he's not going to cut, and I said, well, that doesn't set well with me, you know.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_08]: But the bottom line is,
- 51:26[SPEAKER_08]: I think a lot of the candidates out there have good ideas, but when it comes to cuts, it's not going to happen.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_08]: It's just going to be a good idea of what it's been used, your fire.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_14]: So people have to come to your porch to get anointed as an hour.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I'm not anointed, but they have to come to my porch.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_08]: Well, they said they're going around seeing everybody in all the taxpayers in the city, but I don't see too many of them coming down the bus.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_08]: You're talking about the north side, south side, help off the left and I don't see a
- 51:56[SPEAKER_14]: No, not what's hard to find voters anymore.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_14]: So few people vote, but I'm not a lot of people want to do it.
- 52:03[UNKNOWN]: Do the foot traffic thing.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, they want to drive right to your front door back of the old days.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_14]: You remember you parked a guy in your walk right to the door.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_14]: Those were the days.
- 52:12[UNKNOWN]: Yeah, that doesn't happen today.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_14]: I remember.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_14]: I don't want to see what's going on, but I think it's going to be repeat of what it was last year.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_08]: And they're going to say the council's just going to sit there and say,
- 52:25[SPEAKER_14]: Well, I think the showdown comes in twenty seven when a majority of the council is up and I think the bloodletting will cut after come down because I don't see it happening in twenty five so now I don't either yeah the t-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-
- 52:57[SPEAKER_14]: All right, well, that sounds great.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_14]: We'll look forward to it.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, thanks, sir.

- 57:13[SPEAKER_25]: Who is they?
- 57:13[SPEAKER_25]: You can, you're pronouncing all mixed up.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_25]: A person tried to kill Trump, who was a Trumper.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_25]: And this guy, it looks like it's a mag on maga crime.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_25]: Basically, it was like a parental, parental, parental group was having an open war with, with the
- 57:34[SPEAKER_25]: And everybody's trying to throw it on for him.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_25]: It's just ridiculous.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_25]: I don't get it.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_14]: Well, you don't get it, right?
- 57:44[SPEAKER_14]: That's that.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_25]: Hello, just listening to that.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_25]: I'm hoping to go to town for meeting tonight.

- 57:54[SPEAKER_14]: Gotta go, bye now.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_14]: Oh my god, I love him back out.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_14]: I love him.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_14]: I'm nice.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_14]: So he was so rude to us a couple of weeks ago, but I figured, I'm a forgiving person.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_14]: I think you do your penance.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_14]: You know, he was working on his 10-hour frathers and 20-year-old marriage or whatever.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_14]: And there you go.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_14]: There you go.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_14]: Let's see.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_14]: You know, I saw what we were talking about that.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_14]: Mom, dummy thing.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_14]: I remember when they used to have the up here, the Red Hot Republicans and some of the mean girls were part of it, and they took pictures of themselves because they thought they were Red Hot, and I saw this, these hot girls for Zara and T-shirts, or Suities, online on the swag site for the campaign, and I said,
- 58:47[SPEAKER_14]: You know, I wonder if we'll see Janet and the girls wear in a hot girls for mom-domy t-shirt pretty soon.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_14]: Well, after waiting to see, he's gonna be mayor, so he gotta get used to it.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_14]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, nobody there.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_14]: Nobody there.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, we're in the last minute here.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_14]: We're the forecast.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_14]: It's great for as far as the eye can see.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_14]: Yep, we don't even have to debate that one.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_14]: It's wonderful new weather coming up.
