- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Liza Marie Garcia.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: And she is absolutely fantastic.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: She is a publisher and she publishes some awesome books.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: And I know you're going to love this, especially for all of you out there that are looking for a publisher or you are looking just to share your story.

- 1:06SPEAKER_01: So welcome.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Candice.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: I'm back at you.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: I'm excited to be on your show and your Divas That Care network.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: It's awesome.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, my goodness.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: It's going to be so much fun today.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Lisa, would you mind introducing yourself to our listeners today?
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Sure, absolutely.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: So we're pretty proud of this month, almost ending now, March.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: We'll bring our seventh year in the book publishing world.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: I'm actually a former tech CEO after 18 years in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle and Portland offices, jumped out of that professional services in tech into this professional services of book publishing.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: We are a traditional publishing house and we've started our company very uniquely knowing from day one that if it's not just the book, it's a That's awesome.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: And you live in the amazing state of Florida.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: I absolutely love Florida.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: I have been there multiple times.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: It is such a beautiful state, wonderful people down there.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: And you live down there with...
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: with your children.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: So tell me about that because I love mompreneurs.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: I'll be honest with you.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: Being a mom of four girls has really inspired me to do so many things in this world.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: And so I want to hear a little bit about you and your family.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Yes, of course.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: So I'm 50% of you.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: We talked about that.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: So I'm a mom of two daughters.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: And, yes, as far as the relocation story, so if we can all kind of get a mental map in our heads, close our eyes and look at the mental, you know, the United States in our brain, and you'll see that I came from Seattle, Washington, to Tampa, Florida.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: I mean, almost as far as you could, you know, travel or relocate from across the nation.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: So I went from not really knowing what the sun was to having the sun 24-7.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: 365 years.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: I'm not trying to boast or brag, but I've been here now nine years and I try not to take it for granted.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: But yeah, it's a beautiful, wonderful life.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: You know, it's a wonderful lifestyle, but it's not for everyone for sure.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: But I love it.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: And then as we were talking about daughters and, you know, being a mom and the responsibility of of being, you know, I'm their mentor, right?
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: I'm their coach.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: I'm their mentor.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: I'm that person that moves through the world that they have been exposed to for them to see, you know, what's right.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: what's the right way to move through the world.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: And, of course, they've seen the things that I've failed on or stumbled on, and they're seeing what's maybe not right, I hope.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: I hope they learn from my lessons, right, those things.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: But it's been a wonderful experience with my daughters that came with me to Tampa when they were in second and third grade, and I was just sharing just this last week my oldest, my daughter that I say Mamie, who I am today, right, my oldest, my firstborn.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: We just accepted her college.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: application and so we know where she's going in August I know it's hard it's bittersweet but I'm more on the sweet side excited for her and her life and less on the feel sorry for me path it gets better but good to know So I want to ask you, because there is such a big difference from what you did in the past to what you're doing now.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Why did you decide to go into the publishing industry?
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: For sure, for sure.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: And I will just say industry-wise, right?
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: Tech industry versus publishing house industry, completely different, just even in this one fundamental.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: In the publishing industry, there was no guidelines.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: There were no standards.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: There were no– it was like free-for-all.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: And this was seven years ago.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: actually more than 70 years ago when I was investigating how to set up the infrastructure for this publishing company.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: And even within that time, now there's more people that call them publishing houses and maybe they are publishing only on Amazon.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: Every day it seems like there's more and more people that say they're publishers and have their own rules and ways to do things.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: That's been definitely a challenge, but when I really base it back to, I was in tech for, I was actually an IBM engineer out of college, but I was a business owner.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: When I left IBM, they actually set me up to be a vendor for them, and that started my tech company.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: But when I look at what our skills were and what we did then, which was professional services for telecommunications or VoIP now, and then I look at what we do now, which is professional services for our clients, Although we have a widget, I call it the book, it really is the same idea.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: So it really was my 18 years in professional services, knowing how to manage clients through a milestone to an endpoint, knowing how to deliver services that they would expect and that we could deliver.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: It really is the same sort of experience.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: It really is the same sort of business, but then everything is always new in business, as we know, learning digital marketing, learning all that we need to know to stay relevant and be effective for our clients now.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: And what type of books do you publish?
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: So, you know, the first year we were in business and I started this with a partner.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: So my job was to bring the clients in and the ops and infrastructure.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: And so I realized right away from the very first time that I sat across from a potential client that we had to publish a bunch of books.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: I couldn't be sitting across from the client and they said, well, how many books did we publish?
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Oh, five, you know, three, you know, that just wouldn't work.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: So, you know, first year and a half, first couple of years, we focused on, you know, perfecting you know, what our, you know, making right, what our infrastructure was, and the logistics and all of that, but really more so it was like we needed to publish, you know, we needed to get some books behind us.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: So we published, I said all that just to say that we really have published almost every genre, including fiction, in our history, cookbooks, recipe books, memoirs, you name it, but yet in 2019, we pivoted strong in the middle, hired a CMO, did new divisions within our team, and And we pivoted to the business brand book and the nonprofit brand book.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: And so we've been doing that now almost three years this June where we will help the business owner put out the content they want to put out, help them bring clients their way to show potential clients how unique they are, and then we know the promotional goals that our clients have as business owners, as movers and shakers and influencers.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: And we need definitely a lot more of that.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: It is amazing when you can read a book that inspires you and empowers you to do even more good in the world.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for sure.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: I want to know why you believe that sharing our stories.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: I think that's really important.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: I have a belief in why we should be sharing our stories, but why do you think so?
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: So, you know, we've all heard it been said, everyone has a story, you know, and everyone's unique.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: And that's 100% true.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, we are, I've been saying lately, we're snowflakes.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: We are.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: We are all snowflakes.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: We are all 1000% unique from even the people that are in our, you know, family, even the people that we have, you know, very light genetics with.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: So, but I don't necessarily believe that everyone should publish a book or or that their story, their unique story needs to be in a book.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: There's other ways to publish your content and you should publish your story.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: I do believe that, but it doesn't necessarily have to be in the format of a book.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: But I am in the book publishing business and what I can tell you is this.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: Over the years, I've met with hundreds of potential clients telling me a story.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Sometimes they will tell me their story and they will say the words, no one knows this.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: I've never shared this part with anyone, but you.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: And so, first of all, I'm just, I, it's one of the, definitely one of the benefits of my job, but I feel honored that, you know, I've learned, I've got to meet some amazing people.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: But when I'm, you know, meeting and hearing these stories from people that are unique and that are specific, that have these amazing, unique details, all my heart is saying and all my mind is saying as I'm listening to them is, oh my gosh, please share this.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: You don't know how many people you might turn their life around.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: You might have them make a pivotal decision.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: You might just encourage them from not thinking the worst and not making a bad decision just from what you just shared with me.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: So that's why I feel...
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: so passionate that in some way you should publish your book.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: And you can have different goals after you publish it, but you need to publish it now.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: And I believe time is of the essence.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: And unfortunately, I've met with people that have started books with us.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: I just started thinking about this last weekend.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: I started to remember people I met with that we were in process of writing a book, and they passed away unexpectedly.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: And that's pretty dramatic.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: It lays heavy on me.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: Even though some of them have been years now, I don't forget.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: Well, they have so much wisdom.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: And that's what I think, too, is that there's been so many amazing individuals out there that had this wisdom that I would have loved to have been able to share with the younger generation.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: No, right.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: And because so my daughters are senior, as I said, in high school and also a junior in high school.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: And honestly, they're so like, because I know my time is limited, so to speak, for them to be under my household before they go to university.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: I, you know, try to.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: try to have my different ways and strategies to, you know, throw this piece of advice, throw this story so they learn from it.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: But honestly, in that age group, the Gen Z, they don't necessarily want to hear it from someone they know.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: You know, they want to watch it on a video from someone they don't know that is an influencer, right?
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: Or someone recommended a book.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: Both of my daughters are big book readers.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: My one is traditionalist and orders the books and I don't even see them anymore hardly.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: I just was actually in her room just recently and I looked at a book.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, I don't even remember that book.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: I don't even know necessarily what books they're reading, so get great books out there.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: Put more books out there.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: The right person will read your book and share it with someone, and then it will go to places not just in the U.S.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: but through the world that you won't know.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: You have no idea the influence that you have, and authors need to realize that the influence of your story you really will not understand that influence and what that looks like until you publish.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: And you might never know, you know, some of it.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: So put it out there.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for sure.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: Well, it's interesting that you say that.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: I started the Divas at Care 13 years ago, and that's kind of the reason why I wanted it, is I wanted my daughters to be surrounded by amazing individuals, you know, be influenced by extraordinary women out there that were, you know, just...
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: changemakers you know honestly it was these women that influenced my life and I thought if my daughters heard their stories then they would be influenced also and you're doing it through the books For sure.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: And actually, so we'll see if my daughters listen to this in the future, but I actually pay them to be part of our, there's a part in the process where we have, we help our beta read section and we ask the client to find some beta readers.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: And then we have some paid beta readers on our side.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: This is like right before it goes to print.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: So it's been edited and proofed, you know, a hundred times.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: So we're hoping we don't find anything, but I actually have paid my daughters on key books to be one of my provers because I want them to read the content, you know, sneakily.
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, that's so sweet.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: They usually do anything for money.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: So usually I can, I, you know, they'll agree and I'll have them do it.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: Oh gosh, that is actually a really great idea.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: I've had my daughters a part of the stuff that I do, but maybe not in that capacity.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: So tell me, Lisa, what is going to be happening next for you?
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Do you have some projects on the go?
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: Is there things that perhaps our listeners can be a part of?
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: For sure.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: Thanks for asking.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: Actually, right now, we're really circling this legacy space, and it seems like I'm a believer, so as I know in my life, when I'm in a certain theme or when there's something God's trying to teach me or help me with or whatever, it comes in a lot of different forms.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: So right now, in a lot of different forms, this whole legacy idea is coming together, and part of it is we're putting together two anthologies.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: We've started two anthologies this year, and we've only done one a year for the past two years.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: So this is be our third and fourth anthology type books.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: And if you're saying, what does that mean?
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: An anthology is where you can become a published author by just writing a chapter in a book.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: And sometimes it's the first step for someone that knows there's a book in them, but they're not ready to take on the whole book yet.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: So it's really a nice process.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: It's a very unique process.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: So our anthology right now on Legacy is called Matters Most of All.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: See, here I am.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: I'm horrible.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: I'm not the one that knows the title.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: Kidding, kidding.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: It's Like to be Remembered.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: It's called Like to be Remembered, and we will have the site, like to be remembered.com.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: We have that, and it's for you to write a chapter of what do you want to be remembered by?
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: How would you like to be remembered?
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: So we're building that anthology.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: There'll be 15 to 20 authors' talks.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: We're already, you know, getting authors to come aboard.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: But, you know, there's no time like the presence, like we were saying, you know, like today.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: We're not promised tomorrow.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: We all know that.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: It's kind of a crazy world.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: But, you know, it's always been a crazy world and a dynamic world.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: So we're doing that anthology.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: And then also we are publishing.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Our next book release is called The 90-Day Book Off.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And that is our brand book that we're doing a second edition to include information about anthologies and also to update it because the first edition was in 2019.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: And so that book is coming out and it will show you how we can actually build a book from the ground up in 90 days and get you published.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: So that's what our team has gone crazy on.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: Well, there's so many, as you were saying, so many individuals that are thinking about writing a book.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Because I interview so many authors and people that would love to be authors.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And they're like, I don't know how to get started.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: I don't know what the process is.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: And they would be very interested in something like that.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: That's exactly what, thank you.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: That's exactly what the 90-day author is because honestly, one of the most, what I hear the most is people saying, I can't really put my arms around, like you just said, around this big mountain called being a published author.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: And so the 90-day author book, and we do have it in the East.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: I'm happy to share it with anyone if they want the e-book on it.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: It really just kind of bases it all down to this is how you do it.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: This is our process.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: And then also it helps with, as I started off, There's a tech term.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: Very kludgy industry of publishing.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: And I say this to potential clients that are ready to sign on the dotted line with us.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: I'll say, you know, there's no one right way to publish.
- 16:26SPEAKER_01: And that is the truth.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: Our team isn't for everybody, and different people are going to want different experiences and different options and that.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: So there are some decisions to be made as far as that's concerned, but as far as being able to do it, that's our job.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: That's how we can bring you from Publish just from this idea that you're like, people have been telling me I need to write a book, and I feel like I need to.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: I hear that a lot.
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: It's fun.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: That's fantastic.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: It's really fun.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: So how can our listeners go and check you out?
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: What is your website?
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, sure.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: So our website is Publish With Now, N-O-W.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: Our company is Now Publishing, again, and the caps is the N-O-W, so Publish With Now.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: And then because of our books being primarily business brand books, nonprofit brand books for the business professional or founder or business owner and such, we heavily market on LinkedIn.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: And so my name is Liza, spelled like Liza.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: Lisa Marie Garcia.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: But yeah, Publish With Now is our website and there's all our contact info there.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: And for all of our listeners, I will be posting this on all of our social media so that you can just click on the link also.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Candice.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: So Lisa, tell me, do you have any tips, tools maybe for our budding authors out there?
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: Well, first of all, we're going to start with download your content.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: And don't worry about editing it.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: Don't worry about the format.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: You might say, I have so much.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: It's in my head.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: I don't have any time.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Well, why don't you audio it?
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Why don't you do a voice file and just download it into your phone?
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: Our team can take that and export it and turn it into text for you.
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: Just start downloading your content.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: As part of that, we would suggest if you want to go one step further is make separate files for separate topics.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Or if you're doing more of a memoir type of book, then chapter one, the early years.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: Chapter two, the middle school years and that kind of thing.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: If you want to organize it that way.
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: But don't worry because that's part of what our editorial staff will help you with.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: The other thing, and this is going to be just one of those goal setter ideas that we all know, is I say this quite a bit.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: You will make priority what is priority for you.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: So if you say, look, 2023 is my year.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: I'm going to write a book this year.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: Then you need to have the disciplined behaviors to achieve that goal.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: And so what that might be would be put it in your calendar every Thursday night from 5.30 to 8.30, whatever works for you.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: We call it BIC, butt in chair.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: Your butt is in chair, wherever that chair is with your laptop and you're working on some aspect of your book.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: And just be disciplined to say, nope, that's my book time.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: And it might be looking at book covers.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: It might be looking at book titles.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: It might be downloading content.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: It might be shopping for publishers.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: But it's your book time.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: And so that discipline and behavior will get you to achieve the goal that you want to achieve this year in publishing as opposed to just hoping it all comes together or hoping that there's a right time.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: There's no right time, right?
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: Just like getting pregnant, there's no right time, perfect time to have a baby necessarily.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: There's no right time to work on your book.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: You've got to make the time and make a priority.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: I like that tip quite a bit.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: You know, that is absolutely fantastic.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I'm going to be sharing that for sure with our tribe out there because, you know, that's what a lot of us don't do is that we don't book.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: But a great mentor of mine told me years ago to book my calendar always in 15-minute increments.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: And it would help me to achieve the goals that I have today.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: And it really did help me over the years.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: And just doing that, I think it's really important to have the schedule set up.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: Because life happens for sure, but if you know when something's going to happen, you will definitely make that a priority.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: A hundred percent.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: And it, and it will.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: And our company actually did a, did a change this year, starting January, 2023.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: I'm one of those big, you know, new year's resolutions that recorder change this and that.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: So that's who I am anyway, as a business person.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: But what we did is we actually have like days now.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: So, so, you know, Tuesday is promotion day and huddle day, you know, Friday is this day.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: So we actually have days of the week that we're doing specific tasks, get our arms around it much better because, you know, but then again, as we know, Tuesday might be promotion day and all of a sudden we have a couple client issues or a new client that comes in or a meeting you know there's so much that derails us and distracts us and it's not unimportant derailing and it's not you know bad distraction necessarily but it is a derailment and a distraction nonetheless so you really I believe have to be very disciplined to achieve what you want to achieve whatever that might be fantastic I have had so much fun is there anything else that you would love to share with our listeners today Thank you, Candice.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: I would just say, you know, And this is probably from the age that I am, but, you know, life goes fast.
- 21:22SPEAKER_01: And just make sure that what you're doing is really what you want to do and be purposeful and directive.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: And don't wait until tomorrow.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: Don't wait until tomorrow.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: Do what you want to do today in every way.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: And thank you, Candice, for the beautiful positivity that you put in the world and how long you've been doing it and how much you work at it.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: So I really am grateful to know you.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, thank you so much.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And I hope really that you come back on the program.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: I can't wait to, you know, share more of what you're doing out there and inspire more amazing individuals.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
