- 0:23your mindset becomes your compass.
- 0:25MJ is here to guide you through a journey of self-awareness,
- 0:28emotional mastery, and empowered living.

- 0:34US. Loving odds, did you get it?
- 2:19Loving our hearts. Welcome, welcome.
- 2:22Welcome to two cap the world of conscious positive thinking.
- 2:27I'm your host, MJ right here on MB radio dot US where veterans
- 2:32always get to have a voice. Welcome folks, today.
- 2:36Today is the second part of our four part series.
- 2:40It's called the consciousness of humanity.
- 2:43Today is the art of anxiety, the art of anxiety.
- 2:49I am sure if we ourselves don't have anxiety, we know somebody
- 2:53who does, and we have not heard that word once or twice.
- 2:57We've heard it a lot. And there's been all types of
- 3:02remedies with Western medicine, how to fix this in psychologies
- 3:06and insight, everything. I have a philosophy after my
- 3:10times with PTSD, folks with anxiety, veterans with anxiety,
- 3:15customers and clients down in Miami who would walk in with
- 3:18anxiety, my own employees, my own members of my own family.
- 3:23It's a pondering. Everything you've learned about
- 3:29just kind of remove and let's just open up our minds for a
- 3:34philosophy, A pondering philosophy that I've
- 3:38incorporated. And sometimes it seems to have
- 3:41worked more than less. And so I'm happy to bring it to
- 3:47see just another way, another tool.
- 3:51So we can't go there with less. We do today, today, today,
- 3:56today, today. My friends, it is July the 27th
- 4:00of 2026. That means our Angel number is
- 4:03072726, which is a resulting number six.
- 4:10It's an important time to nurture yourself on all levels.
- 4:15Healthy eating, drinking ample water and sleeping well will
- 4:19assist you to maintaining a healthy body.
- 4:23Creating a peaceful ambience will also nurture your soul.
- 4:26The angels recommend bringing harmony to your environment with
- 4:31beautiful flowers, music and crystals.
- 4:35Angel power word attraction, attraction, attraction.
- 4:42Your Angel number also contains a #72.
- 4:44God has heard your prayers and manifesting please.
- 4:48In response, the angels have been sent to say that they would
- 4:53like you to look at the things you are opposing in your life.
- 4:57The opposite side of attraction is opposition, and sometimes the
- 5:02very thing that we are being guided to do to bring in an
- 5:06extra abundance is in the thing we are opposing.
- 5:13It's time to reflect on the guidance that you have been
- 5:16opposing at. This may be a highlighting an
- 5:19abundance block. This number is repeated in this
- 5:24message, so it is amplified by 20.
- 5:27So if you're opposing, ponder it.
- 5:30Check it out. That's right, keep it going, see
- 5:34what's happening. Angel number contains the number
- 5:3726. We know this one folks, because
- 5:39we've been doing it all year. The angels know that you feel
- 5:41empowered when you feel compassion for others and no ask
- 5:46and now ask that you feel the same compassion for yourself.
- 5:50It is very important that you say no to requests that make you
- 5:55feel uneasy. Trust these sensations in your
- 5:59body are these are your inner compass.
- 6:03Lastly, the number 27, my favorite number.
- 6:06It is your time to shine, dear one.
- 6:09The angels encourage you to tap into that creative skill and
- 6:13talents. Believe in and trust in your
- 6:16innate creative genius and don't be afraid to share it with the
- 6:22world. There we have it.
- 6:24That's our Angel number today. We always do those at the
- 6:27beginning of the hour. If you're new here, I love to
- 6:31give that affirmation. I even look at every single day
- 6:33to see what the angel's message is and see how I can ponder with
- 6:37it and see about going forward. It's all about moving forward.
- 6:41It's all about enlightening ourselves, and it's all about
- 6:43balancing. So today here on the world of
- 6:47conscious positive thinking, the Consciousness of Humanity
- 6:51series, I'm so excited with this series.
- 6:55It's just been something since I've been up here in Ulster,
- 6:58I've been working on and today is the art of anxiety.
- 7:03So here we go as a me as a philosopher, a mentor, an
- 7:12energist, bridging humanities events through the world of
- 7:16conscious positive thinking. Every week we journey together
- 7:20through history, psychology, metaphysical awareness, and
- 7:26spiritual philosophy. Not to judge humanity, but to
- 7:30understand it. Because I believe that every
- 7:36event has a purpose, and every purpose invites awareness.
- 7:43You've heard those words. Awareness invites understanding.
- 7:49Understanding restores balance, and balance consciousness
- 7:56transforms the next event, and transformed events become a life
- 8:04of conscious positive thinking in service to others.
- 8:13Wow, wow, wow, wow. OK, that is the theme of this
- 8:20whole show, not just today, the theme of the whole thing, the
- 8:25name of the show, it's breaking it down.
- 8:29And when it breaks it down, now we can understand the ripple
- 8:34effects, right? So today we begin another
- 8:40journey. Not into history alone, not into
- 8:46psychology alone, and not into spirituality alone.
- 8:50Today we journey into one of humanity's most common human
- 8:58experiences. You guessed it, anxiety.
- 9:05For thousands of years, humanity has known fear.
- 9:10Fear has protected us and fear has warned us.
- 9:17Fear has helped us to survive. Yet somewhere along the journey,
- 9:24fear became something more. It became one of the most spoken
- 9:32words of our generation. Which brings us today's
- 9:38pondering question. Are you ready?
- 9:40Get your thinking caps on Ponder with me.
- 9:44When did anxiety become humanity's most common language,
- 9:54and what event taught us to speak it?
- 10:00I'm going to say it again. Good morning, Miss Janet.
- 10:03Here's the question to ponder. When did anxiety become
- 10:09humanity's most common language, and what event taught us to
- 10:15speak it? For many years, I pondered that
- 10:19very question. Not because I questioned those
- 10:23living with anxiety. I questioned whether we had
- 10:28truly understood it. Throughout many years working
- 10:34with people from every walk of life in my stores, I rarely
- 10:39began by asking, what is wrong with you?
- 10:43Instead, I asked what happened, right?
- 10:46If you know me and you know we're in my stores or you're my
- 10:49friend, I never ask you what's wrong with you.
- 10:52I always said what happened, right?
- 10:55It was always that head nod. What happened?
- 10:59What event was it? What experience did you have to
- 11:03go through? What loss do you feel or live
- 11:08through? What kind of fear do you really
- 11:11feel? What uncertainty are you
- 11:15pondering? These questions quietly change
- 11:19the way you viewed yourself or the world around you.
- 11:25It's it's never what happened to you.
- 11:28It's what happened what happened.
- 11:32It's an event because every event leaves an imprint.
- 11:38Some leave physical imprints like bruises, scarring, broken
- 11:43bones, right? Some leave emotional imprints
- 11:48and some just leave spiritual imprints and perhaps some leave
- 11:53energetic imprints. So I love those, those last two
- 12:00because there is where Spidey power comes from, and I like
- 12:04Spidey power. Today we begin searching for
- 12:10these events, not to relive them, not to judge them, not to
- 12:16remain in them, to understand them.
- 12:21Because healing does not erase past events.
- 12:26The events still exist. You can't take anything from the
- 12:29past back. Healing transforms them into
- 12:33balanced consciousness and allowing us to consciously
- 12:39understand our part, heal what no longer serves us, and choose
- 12:46our next event with greater awareness, wisdom, balance, and
- 12:52yes, love. It's always about love.
- 13:00Today, I'm not asking you to agree with me.
- 13:05I'm inviting you to become curious, to observe, to ponder,
- 13:14to ask Why? Because awareness is the first
- 13:20step toward healing. Awareness.
- 13:25Understanding is that pathway then to balance.
- 13:30And balance consciousness allows us to consciously choose the
- 13:38next event in our lives. So get ready to open your heart,
- 13:49open your mind, become curious, become aware, and then together,
- 13:57let's begin asking the question that has guided humanity since
- 14:03the beginning of time. What's that word?
- 14:06My family and my friends know me.
- 14:08Why, why, why, why, why, why. And here we are.
- 14:15Welcome to the art of anxiety, folks.
- 14:21We're going to take our first break on that pondering why
- 14:24question. And then when we come back,
- 14:27we're going to start digging into our Part 1 and of our
- 14:33anxiety with faith, religion and the rabbit hole of patterns.
- 14:38So give us one second and we will take you on a short little
- 14:44cute little beaker who is waddling, paddling, climbing,
- 14:47whatever, and we'll be right back right here on MB Radio. dot
- 14:51US. Stay tuned.
- 14:53You've got this. Even if today feels tough, your
- 14:57best chapter is just around the pond.
- 15:01Whenever things get rough or it feels like you're at the edge,
- 15:05remember this. Storms pass.
- 15:09Tough times don't last, but tough people do.
- 15:16The station where our veterans voices are heard.
- 15:20MBR talk. Hey, thanks for supporting our
- 15:23channel by watching and listening.
- 15:25Find us on the web at MB radio dot.
- 15:29Though we're walking into the light on that one.
- 15:31Welcome back. Welcome back.
- 15:32OK, here we go. Part 1.
- 15:35Faith, religion and the rabbit hole of patterns.
- 15:39This gets a little bit. Just open up your mind.
- 15:42Stay with me. Open the minds.
- 15:44Ready. If anxiety is rooted in fear,
- 15:48then the first doorway towards healing is faith.
- 15:55Not necessarily religion. Faith.
- 15:59Faith in life. Faith in purpose.
- 16:04Faith that every event has meaning.
- 16:09Faith that every experience, regardless of how joyful or
- 16:14painful, carries an opportunity for awareness.
- 16:21Faith that this moment is just not the end of our story.
- 16:30When someone tells me that they have anxiety, I don't
- 16:33immediately ask, what are you afraid of?
- 16:36I quietly ask myself, where has faith become disconnected in
- 16:43this beautiful soul? Not faith in a church, not faith
- 16:50in a denomination. Faith in themselves, Faith in
- 16:57tomorrow, faith and healing is possible.
- 17:03Faith that life still has purpose.
- 17:09Throughout human history, religion has been one of
- 17:13humanity's greatest teachers of faith.
- 17:18Long before modern government separated the church and state,
- 17:25many civilizations looked at their spiritual traditions for
- 17:30guidance. Religion often served as law,
- 17:34justice, education, moral teaching, and community.
- 17:40It helped people understand how to live together and how to make
- 17:46sense of the mysteries of life that they were going through
- 17:51their own events. As civilization grew, different
- 17:57religions developed different understandings of humanity's
- 18:02relationship with the divine. Some traditions influenced
- 18:08others, while many developed independently across the world.
- 18:13Each sought to answer the same timeless questions.
- 18:20Who am I, why am I here, what is my purpose, and how do I become
- 18:32a better human being? Religion has inspired
- 18:37extraordinary acts of compassion and sacrifice, forgiveness,
- 18:40service and love. But at times not.
- 18:44But yet at times it also has created separation with humanity
- 18:51because attached to the belief that one interpretation alone
- 18:56contained absolute truth. Perhaps consciousness invites us
- 19:04to ask a different question. Instead of asking whose belief
- 19:12is right, perhaps we could ask what awareness helps me become a
- 19:19more loving, balanced, compassionate human being?
- 19:26Faith is larger than any building, larger than any
- 19:31denomination, and larger than any philosophy or philosopher.
- 19:37Faith is that quiet, knowing that there is meaning behind
- 19:44what our physical eyes can presently see.
- 19:50Now let's return back to anxiety.
- 19:54This is where I believe anxiety quietly begins building its
- 19:58home. I call it the rabbit hole of
- 20:00patterns. Every event creates an
- 20:04experience. Every experience becomes a
- 20:08memory. Memories create emotional
- 20:13responses. Repeated responses become
- 20:19natural patterns. Patterns become our traits and
- 20:25our habits. And now our habits slowly become
- 20:30our identity. Then something remarkable
- 20:34happens. The ego begins protecting the
- 20:38pattern. Not because the pattern is
- 20:42healthy, because it's familiar energetic wave.
- 20:48The no, I already know. We get comfortable with the I
- 20:53already knows. So then the ego often mistakes
- 20:58familiarity for safety. Even painful patterns can feel
- 21:06safer than stepping into something that is unknown.
- 21:13The physical mind quietly says, this is who I am.
- 21:18Consciously, gently, consciousness gently whispers
- 21:21right back, No, this is simply the pattern you've practiced.
- 21:29Do you get it? There's an enormous difference
- 21:35peeping off and ask me, well, how do I change?
- 21:39I don't believe healing begins with change.
- 21:43Healing begins with awareness. Change implies becoming someone
- 21:52else. Awareness reveals who we have
- 21:57always been. Beneath that pattern, awareness
- 22:02creates understanding, and understanding removes judgement.
- 22:08Without judgement, balance naturally just begins to return
- 22:12itself. When we judge ourselves, we also
- 22:19defend ourselves. When we defend ourselves, we
- 22:23protect the wound that we've created.
- 22:27When we protect that wound re repeat the pattern round and
- 22:35round like the merry go round, we go the rabbit hole.
- 22:40We're going down that rabbit hole believing that life
- 22:44continues happening to us, when perhaps life continues inviting
- 22:51us to become aware of something we have not yet understood.
- 22:58This brings me to another question I often ponder.
- 23:02What if anxiety is the ego judging itself?
- 23:12Wow. What if anxiety is the ego
- 23:14judging itself? Think about that for a moment.
- 23:17That's deep. Our ego compares.
- 23:21Our ego predicts. Our ego worries and our ego
- 23:26replays yesterday while fearing tomorrow.
- 23:33Huh. It measures whether we are
- 23:38enough, whether we will fail, whether we'll be accepted,
- 23:45whether we deserve love, whether we are safe.
- 23:49So every judgment creates another layer of fear.
- 23:54Fear then searches for evidence to justify itself.
- 23:59The body listens, the nervous system listens, and the mind
- 24:05listens. Eventually, the body prepares
- 24:11for danger that may never arrive, but it's gearing up.
- 24:16It's starting to put its armor on.
- 24:18Psychology explains many of these experiences through
- 24:21biology, trauma, learned behaviors, cognition, and
- 24:27nervous system responses. Those perspectives have helped
- 24:31people understand themselves and finding healing.
- 24:35These were man man's theories. My philosophy?
- 24:44Ask an additional question on top of it.
- 24:47Could there be an energetic memory?
- 24:52Could repeated fear create a pattern that the body recognizes
- 24:57before the conscious mind becomes aware of it?
- 25:02The energetic wave, Whether somebody understands this
- 25:06through psychology, through spirituality, through religious
- 25:12religional faiths, through karma, or through life lessons,
- 25:16or or even through another world view entirely, the invitation
- 25:21remains the same. Become aware.
- 25:27You got it if you said become aware.
- 25:30Become aware because healing begins the moment awareness
- 25:35replaces our judgments. Instead of asking what's wrong
- 25:41with me, perhaps we could ask what is the experience trying to
- 25:46teach me? And that's something.
- 25:55Every event has a purpose. Every purpose invites awareness.
- 26:03Awareness invites understanding. Understanding restores balance.
- 26:12A balanced consciousness transforms the next event.
- 26:19Perhaps anxiety is not asking us to become someone different.
- 26:25Perhaps anxiety is inviting us to remember who we were before
- 26:33fear became our loudest voice. Ponder on that.
- 26:40We're going to take a break, ponder on that.
- 26:46Ponder on the next Part 2. When we come back, where does
- 26:50fear come from? It's going to be our soul
- 26:53consciousness, our catalyst and life contracts.
- 26:58Let's go take a minute and see what Beaker's doing.
- 27:01We'll be right back. Small steps still get you to big
- 27:05places. Keep paddling whenever things
- 27:12get rough or it feels like you're at the edge, Remember
- 27:15this. Storms pass.
- 27:19Tough times don't last, but tough people do.
- 27:26The station where our veterans voices are heard MBR talk Find.
- 27:32Us on the web at MB radio dot. That beaker, he's paddling away.
- 27:39OK, we're back here on the world of conscious positive thinking.
- 27:44I'm MJ and we are discussing the consciousness of humanities.
- 27:47It's a four part series. This is part number 2 and it is
- 27:51the art of anxiety. We are in our book here of the
- 27:55Part 2 and it is where does fear come from then?
- 28:02Now we're going to dig in deep, folks, dig in real deep.
- 28:05Our souls consciousness, our catalyst and life contracts.
- 28:07So open up that mind. Here we go.
- 28:12Now we arrive at one of humanity's oldest questions
- 28:16ever. Where does fear actually come
- 28:22from? Is fear something that we have
- 28:26learned? Is fear inherited?
- 28:34Is fear an energetic or is it remembered by the soul or or or
- 28:44is all of these working together?
- 28:50My philosophy begins from a different place than many
- 28:53psychological theories. I do not believe an infant
- 29:00arrives here as an empty slate. I believe every child arrives as
- 29:07divine consciousness, fresh from divine Source, carrying wisdom
- 29:14far beyond what their physical bodies can even express.
- 29:21Good morning, Miss Terry. Before birth, I believe that the
- 29:28soul has already lived, has already learned, has already
- 29:34loved, it has already experienced joy, it has already
- 29:40experienced grief, it has already known separation, and it
- 29:46has already celebrated reunion. Then comes another opportunity,
- 29:53another lifetime, another event, another invitation to restore
- 29:59balance. From this perspective, an infant
- 30:05is not here to begin consciousness.
- 30:08An infant is here to continue consciousness.
- 30:14The physical body is new and the soul is not.
- 30:18Perhaps This is why children often perceive things adults no
- 30:22longer see. Let's face it, a child knows how
- 30:27to suckle to get nourishment, especially an infant, as soon as
- 30:30it's born. Nobody taught that a child
- 30:35learned to breathe on its own. Nobody taught him that.
- 30:39Consciousness, survival coming through.
- 30:45Some people look at their infants, their grandchildren,
- 30:48babies, their own, anything. Go.
- 30:52What are you thinking? What are you thinking in there?
- 30:56What's going on in there? My grandson infant would
- 31:00constantly squiggle his head like this to push off his cap.
- 31:06You couldn't put anything over his head.
- 31:08You couldn't put a hat on it. He would scream, cry an infant.
- 31:15Where was the fear with that hat?
- 31:17The mate took the hat off or let his head OK, he was fine.
- 31:24Cleared a pattern of fear. He, if you believe in patterns,
- 31:29this beautiful child, once we cleared a pattern of him being
- 31:34bagged and beheaded, we could put masks on him, we could put
- 31:39beanies. We put everything on them.
- 31:41Have to ponder with this. Here we are again, beyond
- 31:47anything that man has looked at. The physical body is new, The
- 31:56soul is not. Perhaps This is why children
- 32:00often perceive things adults no longer see.
- 32:03They recognize energy before language.
- 32:06They're energious. They feel the intention before
- 32:12the words. They sense harmony and imbalance
- 32:16before logic develops. As adults, we often dismiss
- 32:22these moments because they do not fit our physical
- 32:26understanding of reality by man. Perhaps we have forgotten more
- 32:36than our children have yet to forget.
- 32:41I believe there is far more conscious awareness within an
- 32:46infant than humanity has yet learned to understand.
- 32:53Instead of asking only how we teach a child, perhaps we can
- 33:00also ask what wisdom has this soul arrived to reminding us of?
- 33:10That's that's deep. I'm the wise girl, so you're
- 33:15going to be why I'm a wire. What wisdom has the soul arrived
- 33:19to remind us of? I also believe that every soul
- 33:26enters this lifetime with purpose.
- 33:30My very first show life purpose. Soul purpose.
- 33:35Some traditions call them soul contracts, some traditions call
- 33:41them karmatic agreements, while others just simply call them
- 33:45divine purpose. Whatever language you want to or
- 33:50we choose to use, I believe that certain souls agreed to meet
- 33:56long before they ever met here on earth.
- 34:02Not to punish one another, not to seek revenge, not to create
- 34:08suffering. To awaken one another.
- 34:13To become catalysts for each other.
- 34:18Sometimes those catalysts become our greatest blessings.
- 34:23Sometimes they become our greatest heart breaks, and
- 34:29sometimes they become our greatest teachers.
- 34:39There are sometimes with catalysts we want to hate.
- 34:44Like the hateful shrew, those that we hate made us who we are.
- 34:51They made us bigger, stronger, better versions of ourselves
- 34:56because we asked them to be the catalyst to teach us.
- 35:04So. Pondering on the hate in my
- 35:09episode. Hello you hateful shrew that
- 35:13one. They are our teachers.
- 35:17They bring us to the awareness, they bring us to the balance,
- 35:23and they bring us to an event that we have in our past have
- 35:28already played out. The physical mind often ask, why
- 35:35would anyone choose such pain? Eckhart Tolle, the pain body,
- 35:42another philosopher. Perhaps the soul did not choose
- 35:47the pain. Perhaps the soul chose
- 35:51awareness. Perhaps the lesson became
- 35:57painful because of how human consciousness experienced the
- 36:03event. Again, there's a huge
- 36:08difference. One of the greatest shifts of my
- 36:12own awareness came when I stopped asking why did this
- 36:17happen to me? I've asked it for a long time.
- 36:22Why is this happening to me? Why is this happening to me now?
- 36:24He stopped. And now instead of began, I
- 36:30started asking myself, what awareness is this event trying
- 36:36to invite me to discover? Where's my interpretation?
- 36:43Where's my flip? I need to find that that single
- 36:48question changed my life. If you were a student in any of
- 36:53the light classes, you heard me say hello.
- 37:00I've been expecting you, right? How many of you have known me to
- 37:05say that? If another soul agreed to become
- 37:09a catalyst for my awakening, then I no longer see only the
- 37:14pain. I begin searching for the
- 37:17awareness. That doesn't excuse harmful
- 37:20behavior. Not at all.
- 37:22This is not what this is. It does not remove personal
- 37:26responsibility, and it does not suggest anyone to remain in an
- 37:32unhealthy or an abusive situation.
- 37:35It just simply changes the perspective from blame.
- 37:42The blame game is no good. We need to understand.
- 37:51I often wonder if the catalyst learns as much as the one
- 37:56receiving the lesson. I've been a catalyst not even
- 38:00knowing it for a long time. I felt the pain of the other
- 38:05person. I didn't.
- 38:08I wasn't aware by me stating truths as the catalyst ruffled
- 38:15their ego, ruffled their feathers, leaving a skeleton out
- 38:20of the bag. So I believe that both the
- 38:25catalysts and the person going through the event both learn.
- 38:31Perhaps both souls entered the agreement knowing that they
- 38:34would experience that event from opposite sides of understanding.
- 38:41Maybe it's plausible. Just maybe it's plausible that
- 38:45these rules were switched in another life, in another time.
- 38:51Plausible because something is familiar with the energy.
- 38:55Or why would ego attack? 1 learns compassion, 1 learns
- 39:05forgiveness, 1 learns courage, 1 learns accountability, One
- 39:13learns unconditional love. But both continue evolving,
- 39:22becoming. Perhaps This is why I rarely see
- 39:27people as enemies. I simply see souls as different
- 39:32stages of awareness. When I look at anxiety through
- 39:36this lens, I ask another question.
- 39:39The question the why, girl? Could anxiety simply be
- 39:44consciousness, reminding us that an event has not yet been fully
- 39:51understood? Not punishment, not weakness,
- 39:59not failure. It's an invitation.
- 40:05An invitation to become aware. It's an invitation to
- 40:08understand. It's an invitation to restore
- 40:12balance. Every catalyst creates an event,
- 40:18and every event invites awareness.
- 40:22Awareness invites understanding, and understanding restores
- 40:29balance. Balanced consciousness
- 40:36transforms the next event. If we can heal one event, it
- 40:44doesn't stock to make patterns. OK.
- 40:51Perhaps anxiety is not asking us to become somebody different.
- 40:58Perhaps anxiety is just gently asking us to remember who we
- 41:03have always been beneath the fear.
- 41:09Just perhaps, we're going to move into Part 3 of this and
- 41:16we're going to start walking beside humanity.
- 41:21Here we go. I know you're thinking out there
- 41:25because there's a lot of questions being thrown, a lot of
- 41:28pondering, a lot of plausible plausibilities.
- 41:34Keep that thinking hat on because I have often said that
- 41:38one of my greatest gifts in this lifetime has been the privilege
- 41:42of walking besides hundreds and thousands of people as they
- 41:47search for healing, going through my stores.
- 41:51Anxiety was never one of my own physical or emotional struggles
- 41:57in this lifetime. I couldn't understand it.
- 41:59You couldn't ask people. I would go, what the hell is
- 42:02anxiety? I'm not sure with those
- 42:05listening out there, they're like, she said that I was like,
- 42:09what the hell is that? I couldn't understand it.
- 42:14Not because I didn't want to, not because I didn't care.
- 42:17Because I truly didn't understand it.
- 42:19Which brought me to this, brought me to this pondering
- 42:25philosophy of how to help these beautiful souls.
- 42:30My healing journey involved many other physical illnesses that
- 42:34challenged every part of my mind, body and spirit.
- 42:39It was those experiences that taught me perseverance.
- 42:43They taught me curiosity. They taught me to ask questions
- 42:48and when I could not find the answers I was seeking just for
- 42:53healing. I continue search for healing
- 42:57for man's doing anxiety. However, it became one of my
- 43:07greatest classrooms through observations.
- 43:13This lifetime anxiety was not my lesson.
- 43:17Understanding those who live with it became one of my most
- 43:22important lessons. So I listened.
- 43:27I watched, I pondered. I witnessed people courageously
- 43:32searching for relief. I witnessed their frustrations.
- 43:37I witnessed their victories. I witnessed the many different
- 43:41paths that people travelled while searching for this balance
- 43:46and peace within their own mind. Over time, I stopped asking what
- 43:54is the best modality. Instead, I began asking what
- 44:00helps this individual move one step closer to balance.
- 44:08It was that single question that changed everything.
- 44:11I began to understand that healing does not look the same
- 44:15for everyone. Everybody carries a different
- 44:18history. Every mind carries a different
- 44:23belief. Everyone's soul walks a
- 44:29different journey. So why then, would we expect one
- 44:36modality to heal? Every person can't.
- 44:43It can't. Throughout the years I watched
- 44:48people find balance through many different paths.
- 44:51Some choosing medicine, some through counseling, some through
- 44:56faith, some through prayer, some through meditation, some through
- 45:01acupuncture, some through breath work, some through changing the
- 45:06language that they spoke to themselves through the
- 45:08metaphysical philosophy and affirmations of Louis Hayes,
- 45:16some through emotional freedom techniques or EFT tapping, some
- 45:22through frequency based practices, and some through
- 45:25scalar approaches. It's a lot.
- 45:31As I searched for answers to my own physical illnesses, I
- 45:36remained open to learning. I never searched for one
- 45:41miracle. I searched for understanding.
- 45:46Every modality that expanded my awareness became another piece
- 45:51of the puzzle. One of the environments that I
- 45:56continued believing in was creating spaces where the body
- 46:00could simply remember stillness, peace and safety.
- 46:06So high density salt environments combined with
- 46:10moving water, far infrared saunas, quiet, warmth, rest.
- 46:17Not because I believe the room itself performed the healing.
- 46:21Because I repeatedly witnessed people becoming calmer,
- 46:26peaceful, and aligned within those environments.
- 46:31I watched my beautiful veterans living with PTSD quietly settle
- 46:35themselves into the chairs as as I watched anxious breathing
- 46:40become slower, anger become calmer.
- 46:50I watch shoulders soften, I watch conversations become
- 46:55quieter, lighter with blame, and I watch people leave carrying a
- 47:00little less weight than when they arrived.
- 47:04I've watched those diamonds from people's eyes with grace and
- 47:08humility, thanking for the peace.
- 47:13I can't explain every outcome as we went through them, nor do I
- 47:18claim that every person experienced the same results.
- 47:22Healing has never been identical.
- 47:28What I can honestly say is that witnessing those moments changed
- 47:34me as an assisted healer. To them, I watched energetic
- 47:43waves as they pondered separate questions.
- 47:48I watched themselves remove fear when they realize that was their
- 47:57ego. There's No Fear in there.
- 48:00It's a safe place. It strengthens my belief that
- 48:06the human body possesses an extraordinary ability to move
- 48:11toward balance when we create an environment where it feels safe
- 48:17enough to do so. Perhaps healing does not always
- 48:23begin by asking. What do I need to add?
- 48:26What pill do I need to take? Perhaps healing sometimes begin
- 48:32by asking what noise can I just remove from my life events?
- 48:41The more I observed humanity, the less interested I became in
- 48:45defending 1 philosophy over another.
- 48:49Instead, I became fascinated by understanding why different
- 48:54modalities helped different people.
- 48:59Medicine has helped. Psychology has helped.
- 49:03Faith has helped. Meditation has helped.
- 49:09Complementary healing practices also have helped.
- 49:16My question has never been which one is right or which one is
- 49:21wrong. My question always has been,
- 49:25what restores balance for the soul standing before me?
- 49:31Because every person arrives carrying a different story.
- 49:38Every story deserves compassion. See how well that compassion
- 49:45word had to fit in this year? And every journey deserves
- 49:51respect. Every path toward healing
- 49:56deserves awareness. Perhaps the purpose of healing
- 50:03is not to prove one philosophy superior over than the other.
- 50:11Perhaps the purpose is simply to become aware enough to recognize
- 50:19what allows each individual to restore balance within
- 50:26themselves. That's deep.
- 50:31I understand. We got to take a break.
- 50:34I'm going to stop there before we go into Part 4, because Part
- 50:374 is the fear. It's the root beneath the
- 50:39anxiety. We're getting there, folks.
- 50:43But we had to ponder these questions.
- 50:45We had to go through where it comes from, where it stems from.
- 50:52So if you're suffering with anxiety, don't leave.
- 50:54We'll be right back. You're listening to military
- 50:56broadcast radio or MB Radio, dot US.
- 50:59You can find it on our apps on any live streaming platform.
- 51:02My name is MJ. My show here on that platform is
- 51:05called the World of Conscious Positive Thinking.
- 51:09We're veterans, always have a voice.
- 51:13We're going to listen to some beaker.
- 51:15We're going to take a minute to play some songs, and then we'll
- 51:18be back. Stay tuned.
- 54:43Hey, we're back folks. That was Coffee Anderson.
- 54:46You can't spell hero without her.
- 54:49I agree, Coffee. I agree.
- 54:52OK, we're back to Consciousness of Humanity series Part 2.
- 54:58This is the art of anxiety, and we are at part 4 of this where
- 55:03the fear, it is the root beneath anxiety.
- 55:08Here we go. So if anxiety was not my
- 55:14personal lesson, then why did it continue appearing in my life
- 55:20through so many others? That question stayed with me for
- 55:24a long time because I could never understand it.
- 55:29So the more people I met, the less interest I became in
- 55:34finding one universal answer on a collective.
- 55:37Instead, I became fascinated by asking better questions for
- 55:43them. So why did two people experience
- 55:48a similar event, yet one eventually found peace while the
- 55:54other one remained trapped in fear?
- 56:02Why did one person respond well to counselling while another
- 56:06found healing through meditation, faith, or simply
- 56:10feeling seen and understood? There was no single pattern,
- 56:17there was no single formula, and there was no single path.
- 56:22That realization came became like one of my greatest gifts of
- 56:27my life. Right there.
- 56:29I stopped searching for the answer.
- 56:33Instead, I became searching for the many ways human beings
- 56:39restored balance. And how do we restore balance?
- 56:44By becoming aware. You got it.
- 56:49As I continued walking, besides people searching for healing,
- 56:53one observation returned again and again and again.
- 56:57The deeper I looked, the less I saw anxiety, the more I saw
- 57:06fear. Fear were a lot of different
- 57:10disguises. Fear of unknown, fear of
- 57:14rejection, fear of failure, fear of abandonment, fear of loss,
- 57:22fear of suffering, fear of being alone, fear of not being enough.
- 57:29Eventually, I found myself asking an even deeper question
- 57:33to this If fear lives beneath anxiety, then where does fear
- 57:39come from? It's not the event of anxiety,
- 57:44Huh. So within my own philosophies
- 57:47and practices, I believe every human being possess what I call
- 57:53the faith, Mind, Power center. It's not what I call it.
- 57:57Person who's called it was Louis Hayes.
- 58:00Louise Hayes. It is our ability to trust, to
- 58:06surrender, and then to know that we are connected to something so
- 58:12much greater than ourselves. When that center weakens, fear
- 58:17begins searching for certainty in the physical world.
- 58:23The unknown becomes overwhelming, the future becomes
- 58:29frightening, Control becomes something that we desperately
- 58:34try to hold on to. And then the more that we
- 58:37attempt to control life, the louder that fear seems to
- 58:45become. Over the years, I've also
- 58:50noticed something else is that many fears were connected to
- 58:55significant life events. Some were easy to recognize the
- 59:02loss of a loved one that was created with abandonment,
- 59:07illness, childhood trauma, betrayal.
- 59:11Why others seemed much older than that individual could
- 59:14explain. If you don't remember it, you
- 59:18can't explain it. It's just an inkling.
- 59:23I feel it, it's there, but to the physical, it's not within my
- 59:32own spiritual understanding. I believe some patterns may
- 59:36originate beyond this lifetime, the soul's lifetime, whether
- 59:43someone understands these are unresolved experiences from a
- 59:48previous life. Inherited family patterns are
- 59:52deeply rooted subconscious memories or symbolic stories
- 59:57that carried by the soul. The experience can feel
- 1:00:01remarkably similar. An event occurs, a wound is
- 1:00:09created, and then fear becomes attached to the memory of that
- 1:00:15event. Had a wound not been created,
- 1:00:21there would be No Fear. There would be no event.
- 1:00:25The mind begins creating patterns to protect itself from
- 1:00:29ever experiencing that pain again.
- 1:00:34Over time, those protective patterns become automatic.
- 1:00:40Eventually, the person no longer recognizes the pattern.
- 1:00:43They begin believing it's simply who I am.
- 1:00:48It's who I am. How many times you ask why do
- 1:00:50you do? It's just who I am.
- 1:00:52Why do you have anxiety? It's just who I am.
- 1:00:55It's always a who I am. Morning, Miss Janie.
- 1:01:07Yet I've witnessed something extraordinary too.
- 1:01:11Patterns are healable. Patterns are not permanent.
- 1:01:16The moment awareness shines light upon a pattern, the
- 1:01:21possibility for healing begins because it shined a light on it.
- 1:01:27Awareness invites understanding, and understanding restores our
- 1:01:31balance, and our balanced consciousness transforms our
- 1:01:35next event. Lighter, easier, more peaceful,
- 1:01:40more balanced. Some patterns released quickly
- 1:01:44by others, require patience, compassion, forgiveness, and the
- 1:01:49willingness to revisit old wounds with a new awareness, a
- 1:01:56new perspective. The deeper the pattern, the more
- 1:02:02gently we may need to walk through it.
- 1:02:07Through everything that I've observed, 1 Realization
- 1:02:11continues, always returning. Fear grows wherever faith
- 1:02:18becomes distant. Not faith in a religion, Not
- 1:02:24faith in a denomination. Faith in divine love.
- 1:02:30Faith that we are never truly alone.
- 1:02:33Faith that healing remains possible.
- 1:02:36Faith that every event, no matter how painful, can become
- 1:02:43an invitation of greater awareness.
- 1:02:48For me, the deepest fear beneath anxiety is often the fear of the
- 1:02:55unknown. When followed to its source, it
- 1:03:00frequently becomes the fear of death.
- 1:03:06And beneath that fear of death, I have often found another fear
- 1:03:11quietly waiting in the background.
- 1:03:16The fear of God. Not because God is to be feared.
- 1:03:22Because somewhere, somewhere man a long humanity's journey.
- 1:03:28Many people learn to fear the Creator instead of experiencing
- 1:03:34the Creator's love. I'm sure if you use your
- 1:03:38databanks, you had a fear. These are the 10 commandments.
- 1:03:42Don't do them. And then you were scared because
- 1:03:44you had to go to the priest, you had to go to the ministry, you
- 1:03:46had to go to the reverend and understand that you you failed.
- 1:03:50So now you have a fear of God that he's not going to let you
- 1:03:52in to those pearly gates. Was that a practice for me?
- 1:04:03Healing has never been about teaching people to fear God.
- 1:04:08It has been about helping them rediscover the love of God.
- 1:04:13Because love quiets fear. Faith restores trust, trust
- 1:04:26restores balance, and balance allows us to experience life's
- 1:04:33next event with greater awareness than the one before.
- 1:04:39Does that make sense now? OK, we're going to keep moving.
- 1:04:46I'm going to repeat that healing has never been about teaching
- 1:04:54people to fear God. It has been about helping them
- 1:05:01rediscover the love of God. Because love quiets fear, faith
- 1:05:11restores trust, trust restores balance, and balance allows us
- 1:05:20to experience life's next event with a greater awareness than
- 1:05:26the one before it. OK, we're going to move on.
- 1:05:36This one is restoring the faith. It is the mind power center.
- 1:05:40It isn't my philosophy, it's the philosophy I use, and it's going
- 1:05:46to get even deeper. Throughout this journey, we've
- 1:05:50explored anxiety today, we've explored fear.
- 1:05:55We've explored trauma patterns, awareness and healing.
- 1:06:00Perhaps you've noticed that every path eventually brings us
- 1:06:05right back to one place. And what is that?
- 1:06:09If you said faith, you're absolutely correct.
- 1:06:13Faith. Not religion.
- 1:06:18Not doctrine, not denomination faith.
- 1:06:26Religion may offer traditions, community guidance, and
- 1:06:32beautiful teachings. Faith lives somewhere much
- 1:06:37deeper. Faith is a quiet knowing that
- 1:06:42even when we cannot see that path ahead of us or in front of
- 1:06:46us, we are never walking it alone.
- 1:06:50Faith is the calm within uncertainty.
- 1:06:57It is the strength to continue taking another step when the
- 1:07:03destination remains hidden beyond the horizon.
- 1:07:09Within my philosophy, I call this center that I use.
- 1:07:17The Faith. Mind Power Center is the first
- 1:07:22of the 12 Mind power centers created and established by
- 1:07:29Louise Hay. Our chakra systems and our mind
- 1:07:33power centers cannot operate in harmony without the first center
- 1:07:39being open and circulating. That first center is faith.
- 1:07:46For me, everything begins with faith.
- 1:07:50It is the foundation that establishes every single
- 1:07:54experience, path, route of everything.
- 1:08:02It is that foundation that I got built upon.
- 1:08:05It is the doorway through which every other center begins to
- 1:08:10awaken, circulate, and evolve. Throughout many years of
- 1:08:17observing humanity, I have noticed something remarkable.
- 1:08:21I have noticed that when my faith mind, power center begins
- 1:08:26to open, our interpretations of life begin to change.
- 1:08:34I've noticed it within our own students and our light classes.
- 1:08:38I've noticed it in customers and clients as they come in on my
- 1:08:43tables. It changes our perspective.
- 1:08:50It changes our interpretations. It changes our path.
- 1:08:59Our thoughts become lighter, our perceptions become brighter, and
- 1:09:05our understanding becomes more genuine.
- 1:09:09Our choices become easier and life no longer feels like
- 1:09:14something happening to us directly.
- 1:09:19Life becomes something we just consciously experience.
- 1:09:24It's an event. Hello, I've been expecting you.
- 1:09:31When the faith mind power center is fully circulating, fear no
- 1:09:35longer controls every interpretation or decision being
- 1:09:39made. Faith allows us to say I have
- 1:09:45faith that everything will work out divinely and exactly as it's
- 1:09:51supposed to be. I have faith.
- 1:09:59The CEO of military broadcast made a a post and he goes and I
- 1:10:04hope he goes no, let me stop myself right there.
- 1:10:08I don't hope MJ would kill me. I have faith.
- 1:10:13Faith instead of hope works so much better.
- 1:10:20It's that simple affirmation that becomes a beautiful tool.
- 1:10:25It reminds the body, the mind, and the soul that we are
- 1:10:30spiritual beings living in a human experience.
- 1:10:34We begin to recognize every experience as an event rather
- 1:10:40than the end of our existence. An event does not stop the soul
- 1:10:48cycle. An event becomes part of the
- 1:10:51soul's development. Events become our teachers.
- 1:10:56Patterns become our opportunities.
- 1:11:00Knowledge becomes wisdom, and awareness becomes healing.
- 1:11:06Get that? So when faith is open, trust
- 1:11:14begins replacing fear, love becomes easier to receive and
- 1:11:20easier to give. Compassion naturally expands,
- 1:11:26forgiveness becomes possible, and awareness deepens.
- 1:11:32When faith weakens, fear quietly begins occupying our spaces.
- 1:11:39Fear asks us to prepare for disaster.
- 1:11:44Faith asks us to remain open to possibility.
- 1:11:49Now someone's going to say MJ fear ask us to prepare for
- 1:11:55disaster. But on military we prepare,
- 1:11:57right? It's not a fear.
- 1:11:59So I want to I want to take a moment when I say that fear ask
- 1:12:02us to prepare for disasters. I'm not talking about somebody
- 1:12:08who is establishing protocols, boundaries, borders.
- 1:12:16It's not a fear when we do this. It is a conviction.
- 1:12:23This is where the buck stops. Don't cross it.
- 1:12:27It's not a fear, soldiers. We don't have fear.
- 1:12:31We have courage, pride. Unfortunately, some of us have
- 1:12:35the anger. We can fix that.
- 1:12:38I'm just saying we need to understand and our highest
- 1:12:47ability that because I said fear asks us to prepare for disaster.
- 1:12:53There's a difference. A soldier doesn't have fear on
- 1:12:57that frontline. And if they do, they have faith
- 1:13:01that God's going to do the right thing.
- 1:13:04They have faith whether it's their journey, time of this
- 1:13:07life, soul, or whether they get to protect their family, friends
- 1:13:10and community in the whole United States.
- 1:13:12So please don't. I don't want any soldier who's
- 1:13:15listening to this that says fear asks to prepare for.
- 1:13:17No, we prepare for hurricanes. We prepare for tornadoes.
- 1:13:23We prepare. We are.
- 1:13:25This is not what I am saying. I am saying we can't have the
- 1:13:28fear of we prepare for it, but we don't have a fear of it.
- 1:13:33It's the people who have the fear that ask us to prepare for
- 1:13:36a disaster when a disaster's not happening, get it?
- 1:13:40It's different. I want to make that clear before
- 1:13:43I hear, MJ said. And now.
- 1:13:47So let's keep going. Faith asks us to remain open to
- 1:13:52possibility. Fear asks us to control
- 1:13:58tomorrow. Faith teaches us to live
- 1:14:01consciously today. See the difference?
- 1:14:07Going to give you another one. Fear convinces us that we are
- 1:14:10alone. Faith reminds us that we have
- 1:14:15never been alone. Over many years, observing
- 1:14:21humanity, I began recognizing a progression.
- 1:14:25Fear becomes fear of the unknown.
- 1:14:30Fear of the unknown becomes fear of loss.
- 1:14:34Fear of loss becomes the fear of death.
- 1:14:37And then beneath the fear of death, I have often found
- 1:14:42another fear quietly waiting, the fear of God.
- 1:14:46I've had people who go, I don't know if I believe in God
- 1:14:49anymore. They're full of anxiety because
- 1:14:54they haven't been able to find an outlet.
- 1:14:57They haven't been able to understand or find somebody to
- 1:15:00attack that faith, mind, power center, the fear of God.
- 1:15:13Beneath the fear of death, I've often found another fear, the
- 1:15:17fear of God, that is so sad. Not because God created us to
- 1:15:23live in fear. Somewhere along humanity's
- 1:15:27journey, man's journey, many people learned about judgement
- 1:15:33before they even learned about divine love.
- 1:15:37Our ego, our judgement centers before faith of God.
- 1:15:43That's that's an issue. That's a big issue.
- 1:15:52Some learned that God was waiting to punish them.
- 1:15:56Some began believing they were undeserving of divine love,
- 1:16:04undeserving of divine love, God's love.
- 1:16:07Some question whether God had abandoned them during their
- 1:16:10darkest events. These beliefs can really become
- 1:16:16unconscious patterns. Patterns begin influencing our
- 1:16:21thoughts and these patterns begin shaping decisions.
- 1:16:26Patterns begin affecting our relationships and then these
- 1:16:31patterns then can place in the mind, body and soul into fear or
- 1:16:36stagnation by one thought or went down that rabbit hole, one
- 1:16:43thought. But for me, healing begins when
- 1:16:48we become aware of those patterns.
- 1:16:51If we don't see them, we can't heal.
- 1:16:54Awareness is that doorway. Awareness invites that
- 1:16:57understanding and that understanding restores the
- 1:17:01balance. And then the balance
- 1:17:03consciousness transforms that next event.
- 1:17:08I, I, I get giddy when I find that that link works and it
- 1:17:14helps. Faith does not mean ignoring
- 1:17:18fear. Let me strike that straight.
- 1:17:22Faith does not mean denying trauma or painful experiences
- 1:17:25either. And faith gives us the courage
- 1:17:30to look at that fear with such a it's, it's like a greater
- 1:17:34awareness. I'm all kind of tangled in here
- 1:17:37and my pillow, my happy pillow. Fear does not define who we are.
- 1:17:45Fear reveals where healing is asking for our attention.
- 1:17:53I I don't believe. I don't believe we heal through
- 1:18:00fearing God. I believe that we heal by
- 1:18:04rediscovering our faith and the love of God, essence of God,
- 1:18:11presence. Love invites trust, and trust
- 1:18:17restores faith. Faith restores balance, and
- 1:18:25balance also allows us to move forward consciously, one event
- 1:18:34at a time. OK, that's big.
- 1:18:40So now how is developing the Faith Mind Power Center created
- 1:18:44if it's all about faith, right, MJ?
- 1:18:46If it's all about faith, how do we create this?
- 1:18:48OK, so the Faith Mind Power Centers develops through
- 1:18:56awareness. Faith evolves through prayer,
- 1:18:59meditation, conscious choices, gratitude, affirmations, and the
- 1:19:02willingness to place our fears into God's hands.
- 1:19:07It is the mind power centers. I said Louise Hayes, but it's
- 1:19:09actually Catherine Ponder. Louise Hayes is about the
- 1:19:12affirmations, how we can look at metaphysical causations to the
- 1:19:16body. I'm sorry, it was Catherine
- 1:19:19Ponder, so not Louis. I don't know why I said that,
- 1:19:22but it's Catherine Ponder's mind power centers, The healing
- 1:19:27secrets of the ages. Her book, her teachings describe
- 1:19:31these centers and the use of the affirmations to activate and
- 1:19:35strengthen them. Activation may also occur
- 1:19:40between our Beyond Reiki, light therapy classes, guided
- 1:19:44meditations, conscious breathing, energetic work, and
- 1:19:47other spiritual tools that can assist individuals in opening up
- 1:19:51their centers. You have western medicine,
- 1:19:54Eastern medicine, alternative medicine, miscellaneous.
- 1:19:57Here we are in the miscellaneous.
- 1:20:01What's it hurt to try right that word?
- 1:20:05Try. It's one of those words that we
- 1:20:09don't try. We do it.
- 1:20:11We we just do a try is I'll think about it, but no, I have
- 1:20:17faith. I have faith that I'm going to
- 1:20:21figure out how to get my faith center moving.
- 1:20:26Is that better? OK, these practices offer more
- 1:20:33than activation. They may bring awareness to
- 1:20:37events that challenged the Faith Mind Power Center in the 1st
- 1:20:41place. Once challenged and not know how
- 1:20:44or even if it's moving, then it just goes dead, goes docile, and
- 1:20:51then many people spend years attempting to remove anxiety
- 1:20:54without first asking what weakened their faith.
- 1:20:59Healing invites us to gently examine all those moments.
- 1:21:03We are not examining them to judge ourselves or to judge
- 1:21:06others. We are not examining them to
- 1:21:09remain trapped in the past. No, I've always said trace the
- 1:21:16money or trace the roots. It's going to find you
- 1:21:20somewhere, this seed of where the dysfunction belongs.
- 1:21:28We need to examine them to become aware of the event,
- 1:21:33thought, belief, or pattern that allowed fear to enter our faith
- 1:21:41mind, power center. Healing and sourcing faith
- 1:21:46requires a person to believe that all healing, all fear, and
- 1:21:52the course of action are held within God's hands.
- 1:21:57This does not remove personal responsibility.
- 1:22:03Healing is a partnership. We participate through
- 1:22:09awareness, self-control, understanding, conscious
- 1:22:14choices, forgiveness, compassion, and our willingness
- 1:22:18to evolve. We take steps placed before us.
- 1:22:24We allow divine guidance to reveal that next step.
- 1:22:28As faith grows, trust grows. As trust grows, fear gradually
- 1:22:35releases its grip. So now we're going to go, and
- 1:22:41we're going to start tracing anxiety back to an event.
- 1:22:44This is how anxiety often forms these patterns.
- 1:22:48The pattern may begin with an event.
- 1:22:51It may begin with a thought of an event.
- 1:22:56It may begin through anticipation of an event.
- 1:22:59It may be connected to a person, place, memory, journey, loss, or
- 1:23:03unfamiliar experience incompletely.
- 1:23:06We have even no idea. Rather than asking only why am I
- 1:23:11anxious, we can begin narrowing the experience through more
- 1:23:17specific questions. What known event caused this
- 1:23:22fear? Was it the event itself?
- 1:23:29Was it the thought of having to go to the event?
- 1:23:33Was travelling connected to that nervousness?
- 1:23:36Was the travelling the issue to the event?
- 1:23:39Was it the people I was going to go see at the event?
- 1:23:43Was it the area or the place connected to the event?
- 1:23:47Was I afraid of being judged? Was I afraid of failing?
- 1:23:52Was I afraid of losing control? Was I afraid that that previous
- 1:23:56painful event would now happen again?
- 1:24:00You see all these questions. Each question gently narrows the
- 1:24:03focus and define and defines that path.
- 1:24:08Keep breaking it down that funnel.
- 1:24:12Each question brings another level of awareness.
- 1:24:16Eventually, the awareness begins revealing all of the patterns.
- 1:24:21It's there. When the pattern is seen, it no
- 1:24:25longer remains hidden in the background, quietly influencing
- 1:24:30our choices, our decisions, our judgments, and our ego.
- 1:24:35We can begin to understand it. We can begin to actually trace
- 1:24:40it. And then we can begin to heal
- 1:24:41it. The purpose is not to judge
- 1:24:44ourselves for experiencing anxiety.
- 1:24:47The purpose is to discover where fear first entered.
- 1:24:52That story could definitely be a person, place, object, animal,
- 1:25:00animals, thoughts, experience an event.
- 1:25:06Look at all those. Wow, there's a lot to pick from,
- 1:25:10right? And you're probably sitting
- 1:25:11there. If you have anxiety, go, Oh my
- 1:25:13God, there's too much. There's too much.
- 1:25:14Now I have anxiety. Think of this too much.
- 1:25:17Well, then this is where your practitioners come in.
- 1:25:19This is where they help you, right?
- 1:25:22This is where you can breathe into that sacred space, that
- 1:25:27safe space, right? Because we have to discover the
- 1:25:31doorway, because through which fear entered?
- 1:25:36Which door did that fear enter? Then we can begin opening that
- 1:25:40door through when our faith returns, right?
- 1:25:46So opening doors through which faith can return allows us not
- 1:25:51to have the anxiousness because we have the faith.
- 1:25:56Some patterns may have begun during childhood, some were
- 1:26:01learned through family experience, and some they
- 1:26:03extended through ancestral lines.
- 1:26:06Within my spiritual philosophies and what I've seen, I've also
- 1:26:11believed that some patterns may be connected to trauma or events
- 1:26:15from previous lifetimes. Illnesses, deaths, health.
- 1:26:23An unexplained fear may be connected to an event the
- 1:26:28conscious mind does not remember, while the soul or
- 1:26:32energetic system continues carrying that pattern along the
- 1:26:37lifetime, whatever the origin. Patterns are not permanent.
- 1:26:42Patterns are healable when awareness is known.
- 1:26:47When we find the pattern and we understand, then they can be
- 1:26:52recognized, they can be understood, they can be cleared,
- 1:26:56and then they can be transformed.
- 1:26:58Some patterns release very quickly.
- 1:27:00Others are really deeply rooted, deeply seated, and require
- 1:27:04patience, compassion, prayer, spiritual guidance and continued
- 1:27:10awareness. It's not A1 pill.
- 1:27:15It's not a one modality. It's not.
- 1:27:20Healers can assist in identifying and removing
- 1:27:23patterns that have placed someone in such fear or
- 1:27:26stagnation. A healer does not own another
- 1:27:30person's healing. A healer assists the individual
- 1:27:34and recognizing what that fear was hidden or how it was hidden.
- 1:27:42We're just establishing consciousness.
- 1:27:47Whether that assistance comes through a physician, A
- 1:27:50psychologist, counselor, clergy member, energetic practitioner,
- 1:27:53Reiki practitioner, light therapy practitioner, mentor, or
- 1:27:56any other compassionate guide, each may offer another tool of
- 1:28:03awareness. Healing is not about another
- 1:28:07person fixing us. Healing is about becoming aware
- 1:28:11enough to participate in our own transformations.
- 1:28:18You know them Debbie Downers, right?
- 1:28:23Debbie Downers. Always Downing themselves,
- 1:28:26always putting themselves down. They're the ones who have
- 1:28:28anxiety. They're never good enough.
- 1:28:32Yeah. Through awareness, through
- 1:28:36divine process, and through the elimination of limiting
- 1:28:40patterns, through self-control, through understanding, through
- 1:28:44personal responsibility, through forgiveness, through compassion,
- 1:28:47through evolving consciousness, Fear slowly begins losing its
- 1:28:53influence. Peace begins taking its place,
- 1:28:59trust begins taking its place, and faith begins taking its
- 1:29:05place. As faith expands, anxiety no
- 1:29:09longer needs to dominate every thought.
- 1:29:13Its voice becomes quieter, the grip becomes weaker, its
- 1:29:18patterns begin dissolving. Not because we force the anxiety
- 1:29:24away, because we became aware of the fear that was feeding it.
- 1:29:33This is just my experience and my philosophy.
- 1:29:36Anxiety rarely repairs appears without a story.
- 1:29:42The more clear we can understand that story, the more conscious
- 1:29:48then we can begin writing our next chapter moving forward.
- 1:29:56That old belief system, that old pattern dissolves.
- 1:30:00It no longer affects us and we move to the next event.
- 1:30:05Finding the beginning of fear does not erase the event.
- 1:30:09It gives us the awareness that we need to choose a different
- 1:30:13response when that next event arises or appears to us.
- 1:30:19The Faith Mind Power Center reminds us that every event
- 1:30:23carries purpose. My awareness that I just came
- 1:30:27back from these beautiful classes, these mind alterings,
- 1:30:34is people can open faith. However, an event could be such
- 1:30:40a catastrophe and so deep that their faith mind power center
- 1:30:47gets blocked or it's not turning properly.
- 1:30:52That was a wow factor for me. People that people were climbing
- 1:30:56in the 12 steps of light and they're in courses, high
- 1:31:01courses, eights and nines, some even higher and they lost their
- 1:31:06faith mind power center, which gave them a whole domino into a
- 1:31:11full collapse of who they are. When you find somebody who did
- 1:31:2012 steps into light in creating the 12 mind power centers,
- 1:31:23connecting all 144 chakras, floating on air and loving every
- 1:31:28instance of life, and then one event was so drastic that they
- 1:31:33lost everything because they lost their faith.
- 1:31:38Why would God put me in this position instead of what is this
- 1:31:42event teaching me? They became the martyr.
- 1:31:47So every event has a purpose, and every purpose invites
- 1:31:51awareness, and awareness invites understanding, and understanding
- 1:31:56restores balance, and balance consciousness transforms the
- 1:32:01next event. Have we heard that?
- 1:32:03How many times today? Because transformed events
- 1:32:07become a life of conscious, positive thinking in service to
- 1:32:12others. It's the whole foundation of the
- 1:32:17show. It's the whole foundation that I
- 1:32:19exist. Perhaps This is why I placed the
- 1:32:23Faith Mind Power Center first and foremost before anything.
- 1:32:27Not because every answer begins there, because every healing
- 1:32:32journey eventually returns there.
- 1:32:37The Faith Mind, Power Center is not the absence of fear.
- 1:32:41It is the remembrance that we are spiritual beings living in a
- 1:32:46human experience, and every event invites us to an
- 1:32:50awakening, a healing, and an evolvement.
- 1:32:55Faith does not promise that life will never be difficult.
- 1:33:00Faith reminds us that every event can become part of our
- 1:33:05healing, our evolution, and our return to divine love.
- 1:33:12Folks, before we go to Part 6, we need to take a break and then
- 1:33:18we'll come back to Part 6 and then we're going to wrap this
- 1:33:20up. So we're going to do a minute
- 1:33:23countdown with little Ducky Woo Woo Beaker, and then we'll be
- 1:33:27right back. You've got this.
- 1:33:30Even if today feels tough, your best chapter is just around the
- 1:33:35pond. Whenever things get rough or it
- 1:33:38feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 1:33:42Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 1:33:47tough people do. The station where our veterans
- 1:33:54voices are heard. MBR talk.
- 1:33:57Hey, thanks for supporting our channel by watching and
- 1:34:00listening find. Us on the web at NB radio dot.
- 1:34:13OK, that speaker, words of wisdom from that little ducky do
- 1:34:19all right folks, back to the world of conscious positive
- 1:34:22thinking in our Consciousness of Humanity Part 2, the art of
- 1:34:27anxiety we are now into. It'll be an e-book.
- 1:34:31Just telling you folks, the Conscious of Humanity series
- 1:34:34will become an e-book. So if you missed something,
- 1:34:38it'll have more information and more graphs in there.
- 1:34:40So all right, here we go, part 6.
- 1:34:43When anxiety becomes a pattern, it's a trigger.
- 1:34:48We ground, we breathe, we tap. So once we understand that
- 1:34:53anxiety can develop patterns, the next question becomes what
- 1:34:57activity, what activates that pattern?
- 1:35:00What is the trigger? There is where awareness becomes
- 1:35:05incredibly, incredibly, incredibly important right here.
- 1:35:09A trigger does not always arrive announcing itself.
- 1:35:13Hello, I'm your trigger. No, it doesn't.
- 1:35:15We wish. Sometimes it's obvious and other
- 1:35:19times it's not. This is where your healing
- 1:35:23practitioners are very favorable because there are some like
- 1:35:28myself, who can listen to somebody and watch trigger
- 1:35:32words. They got trigger.
- 1:35:34It's a trigger word that trigger words.
- 1:35:36What is it? It could be a word, a tone of a
- 1:35:39voice. It could be a person, a
- 1:35:41relationship, a particular place, a color, a smell, a
- 1:35:45sound, a time of day, a date, travel.
- 1:35:50But it's so funny because when I hear these triggers, they
- 1:35:55highlight, it's like their voice goes up on something or an
- 1:36:00energy around them becomes very like white and clear and like,
- 1:36:05hello, like flashing, you know, warning, warning.
- 1:36:09So that's when I'm in sessions and I see these triggers.
- 1:36:13I'm like, stop, that's a trigger.
- 1:36:15Let's talk about it. Time of day.
- 1:36:18It's a date, it's a travel, an upcoming event, a memory or even
- 1:36:22the language that we repetitively use within
- 1:36:26ourselves saying the words. All right, on my show, you'll
- 1:36:30always hear me say man, right? That's trigger man Why?
- 1:36:35Because man is a philosopher that then they bring in to say,
- 1:36:40Oh yeah, I believe his philosophy is right.
- 1:36:42We'll get into that. But not.
- 1:36:45But however, we're going to come back to these triggers.
- 1:36:49So we got to listen really carefully to the words
- 1:36:52surrounding anxiety. They'll be saying, here it goes.
- 1:36:56I have it again, again and again.
- 1:36:58This always happens, right? I'm constantly dealing with
- 1:37:01this. I'm already know.
- 1:37:03You know what's going to happen here.
- 1:37:05You you feel that energy. Yeah.
- 1:37:09Those words really interest me. Their voice, their anxiousness
- 1:37:14always again, constantly and, and, and right.
- 1:37:18The fear, you can see it, it is so prominent.
- 1:37:23So words suggest repetition, and repetition makes me ask what
- 1:37:29pattern are you repeating? What anxiousness, what is it?
- 1:37:33What again? Tell me again, what happened?
- 1:37:39Where are you? What event, what do you feel?
- 1:37:46Who's there, who's coming? Who are you feared from?
- 1:37:50Many people I have worked with tell me something fascinating
- 1:37:54that when they're actually, in the event that they were anxious
- 1:37:58about, they, they travel through it, they function, they're
- 1:38:04capable of talking, they handle whatever is happening and they
- 1:38:09reach the other side. I watched this with my own
- 1:38:11daughter, anxiety to the hilt every time she went to perform,
- 1:38:17but she liked to perform. But the anxiousness before it,
- 1:38:23it was off the wall. And then I started looking at
- 1:38:26other performers, other artists, the same thing, always having
- 1:38:33the fear of making sure whatever they were doing that people
- 1:38:38liked it. They had they had this image of
- 1:38:41unliking, huh. I know I had to ponder.
- 1:38:47So is it the that they can function when they end in an
- 1:38:53event, they can handle what's happening during the event and
- 1:38:56then they reach the other side, Yet when they are outside of
- 1:39:01that event, the anticipation that they are experiencing that
- 1:39:06might happen, that anxiety becomes very overwhelming.
- 1:39:11Breathing in a bag, slow breathing, calming them down.
- 1:39:17That makes me ask, are we afraid of the event that's happening
- 1:39:22right now, or are we afraid of the event our mind believes
- 1:39:28might happen now? They're two different things,
- 1:39:32right? Those are two very, very
- 1:39:33different experiences. So then I have to begin asking
- 1:39:36them more questions. Does the anxiety always begin
- 1:39:39with the same feared outcome? Are the players the same?
- 1:39:44Are the Are the certain people involved?
- 1:39:47Are they the same? Does it surround a particular
- 1:39:50relationship? Does it begin before traveling?
- 1:39:52Before entering a particular place, at a certain time of the
- 1:39:55day, after healing certain words?
- 1:39:59Do particular colors, sound, smells, surroundings, or
- 1:40:02memories appear around it? What happened immediately before
- 1:40:07the anxiety begin? What were you feeling?
- 1:40:11What were you thinking? What were you hearing?
- 1:40:14Who was with you? Where were you?
- 1:40:18What did you believe was happening?
- 1:40:21And one of my favorite questions has this particular pattern
- 1:40:25happened before? Because now we're looking at
- 1:40:30markers. The circumstances do not need to
- 1:40:34be identical. The people may change, the
- 1:40:37location they change, the event may change.
- 1:40:39Yet somewhere inside those experiences we may discover some
- 1:40:45thread of patterns. Perhaps travelling wasn't the
- 1:40:50trigger. Perhaps surrendering control
- 1:40:53while travelling was the trigger.
- 1:40:57See, perhaps the person is not the trigger.
- 1:41:01Perhaps something within the relationships awakens an old
- 1:41:04pattern of abandonment, rejection, judgement, conflict,
- 1:41:07or loss that we might interpret back to an unconsciousness.
- 1:41:15Perhaps today's event is reminding us of yesterday's
- 1:41:19trauma. So when I hear my anxiety is
- 1:41:23acting up again, I want to know what again means.
- 1:41:27Again, man, man with again. What happened, What changed,
- 1:41:34What did you see, what did you hear, what did you smell, what
- 1:41:38did you feel? What thought appeared
- 1:41:41immediately before that anxiety becoming the observer.
- 1:41:48We are not asking what's wrong with me, We are asking what is
- 1:41:53showing me. What is this showing me?
- 1:41:56That one question judges the other question creates
- 1:42:02awareness. I am sure you are smart enough
- 1:42:04to figure which one out. So when that attack happens, now
- 1:42:10what? So I want to, I want to make
- 1:42:13this very clear. There is also a time when I do
- 1:42:17not want somebody searching for patterns or asking themselves
- 1:42:20questions when anxiety is already escalating.
- 1:42:24That is not necessarily the moment to investigate every
- 1:42:27trauma, relationship or event. First, we need to address the
- 1:42:31moment. And in my practice I only use
- 1:42:35three movements for people with anxiety.
- 1:42:38Ground, tap, breathe. There's only three, not one and
- 1:42:45then the other at the same time. Grounding in my practice means
- 1:42:52you need to get in contact with natural earth.
- 1:42:55Barefoot or cotton socks. Not all these elastic spandex,
- 1:43:00whatever. No barefoot or cotton on soil,
- 1:43:03dirt, sand, grass, covered earth, natural rock, or even
- 1:43:07natural water. When the conditions are safe.
- 1:43:11I do not consider concrete, asphalt, tile or any other man
- 1:43:15made walking surface the same grounding practice.
- 1:43:20We get out, we ground, we start to breathe, we slowly inhale
- 1:43:24through the nose for five counts.
- 1:43:25Yes, cadence is important 123 45 and then we hold 1/2 and then we
- 1:43:36on to five and then we slowly exhale through our mouth, right
- 1:43:41And then at the same time we're tapping, tapping over the thymus
- 1:43:46area. It's in the upper center of our
- 1:43:47chest. It almost sounds like a a
- 1:43:49watermelon when you tap it. There's no, there's no nerve
- 1:43:52there. You can't really hurt yourself,
- 1:43:53but don't if you have nails, don't be poking yourself either.
- 1:43:56So, and then we ground, we top, we breathe.
- 1:44:00So it's going to have three movements, one practice
- 1:44:04repeating the breathing cycle at least three times.
- 1:44:09And then we return to natural breathing.
- 1:44:12And now comes what I call that check mark.
- 1:44:15We, we're going to do a check in.
- 1:44:17Where am I at? What am I feeling?
- 1:44:21Has the intensity changed? Has my breathing changed?
- 1:44:26Are my thoughts slowing and I'm becoming aware of what is
- 1:44:31actually happening around me? If the anxiety remains intense,
- 1:44:35we repeat the three movements, tap ground, breathe, and then we
- 1:44:41check in again. And cadence is so important,
- 1:44:45folks. It is so important.
- 1:44:46So when somebody is experiencing extreme anxiety, I have found
- 1:44:50that they may need a long, they don't need a long explanation at
- 1:44:55the moment. They need calming immediately.
- 1:44:58Some of the people I work with call me during these episodes
- 1:45:01and I calmly walk them through the three movements with
- 1:45:04cadence. They already can tell me I'm
- 1:45:06already heading outside. I'm like, you are so beautiful
- 1:45:11and so good ground. It's going to look something
- 1:45:15like this. 2345 hold 2345 exhale 234 hold 45 Breathe in 2-3 in
- 1:45:41your nose. 45 holds 2 right. close your eyes.
- 1:45:49Shut everything down. Remove every thought process
- 1:45:54from your head. Ground breathe, tap.
- 1:45:58PTSD ears, same thing. Ground, breathe, tap.
- 1:46:05OK again. I'm not asking them to explain
- 1:46:09their childhood. I'm not asking them to find a
- 1:46:12past life event. I'm not asking them to solve the
- 1:46:15pattern while fear is screaming at them.
- 1:46:21We must calm that ego down and we must return back to balance.
- 1:46:29There will be another time to discuss all those other
- 1:46:31questions, so first we look through the immediate moment and
- 1:46:37then we will investigate it. For severe attacks, my approach
- 1:46:41may include safely lying down as well, while continuing the
- 1:46:45grounding, tapping and slow structured breathing.
- 1:46:49People do breathing techniques differently.
- 1:46:52When people are very anxious in a severe attack, breathing can
- 1:46:58make them faint or become dizzy. So if you start to breathe and
- 1:47:04you're feeling dizzy, I want you to lay flat on your back on the
- 1:47:09ground and stay within the awareness.
- 1:47:14Once it settles down enough to aware that, then we return back
- 1:47:18to now. Tell me what happened now.
- 1:47:23What happened immediately before the anxiety began?
- 1:47:27What did you hear? What discussions were you in?
- 1:47:30What did you see? What were you thinking?
- 1:47:33Who was there? What thought entered your mind?
- 1:47:36What event were you anticipating and what triggered it?
- 1:47:42Now we're going to make a pattern.
- 1:47:42We're going to make graphs with this because sooner or later
- 1:47:46we're going to find a pattern. And 1st we have to address the
- 1:47:51moment. Then we search the pattern,
- 1:47:54always the moment. Heal that moment and bring it to
- 1:47:57balance. Remain common, that chaos, and
- 1:48:01then we can discuss it. So the immediate event is not
- 1:48:05the entire healing journey. Grounding, breathing and tapping
- 1:48:09are just tools I used during the immediate anxious event.
- 1:48:13They are not the end all be all of the healing journey.
- 1:48:17Once the person is calmer, then we can begin looking at deeper
- 1:48:20things such as what patterns were returning, what challenged
- 1:48:23the faith, mind, power center, and where did that fear enter,
- 1:48:27when did it enter? What events surrounded that fear
- 1:48:32and what does this individual need to restore that balance?
- 1:48:37And then this is where the approach to healing becomes much
- 1:48:40broader because I do not believe that every human being heals
- 1:48:44through the same doorway. Healing is not a one Rd. cures
- 1:48:50all. It's not A1 pill.
- 1:48:51How many people the doctor wants to give you a pill, but your
- 1:48:55body has reactions to that pill while somebody else's doesn't.
- 1:49:01Same stuff my medicine has always been finding the healing
- 1:49:06modality that meets the individual where they are on
- 1:49:11their journey. Western medicine for me has an
- 1:49:15important place for diagnostics, blood work, imaging, testing and
- 1:49:21finding out what a physically happening with my body.
- 1:49:26On the physics sides? On the science sides.
- 1:49:29Then I begin asking a larger question.
- 1:49:32What modalities may support this individual as a whole human
- 1:49:36being? I may look at eastern traditions
- 1:49:39and plant based approaches, massages, infrared, salty, salt,
- 1:49:45density environments, mud bathing, meditation, breath
- 1:49:49work, energy work, Shimrin Yaku's counseling, one-on-one
- 1:49:53interpretational healing, frequency based practices, or
- 1:49:56simply sitting with another human being and helping them
- 1:50:00recognize the patterns, getting the graphs going for them.
- 1:50:04What is the events, the beliefs and experience that they have
- 1:50:07struggled to understand? This is time, yes, but time
- 1:50:13always heals every wound. You hear that?
- 1:50:16It's not just a cliche. It took you time to have this
- 1:50:20pattern that you've created within your own Souls library
- 1:50:23and in your own egos and your own judgments.
- 1:50:26So it's going to take time, especially if it's an ancestral
- 1:50:29lineage emotion trap that can go on forever.
- 1:50:33The Souls journey in itself. These are deep patterns.
- 1:50:37Not everyone needs the same combinations.
- 1:50:40That's the point. We are just different human
- 1:50:43beings, different bodies, different histories, different
- 1:50:45experiences, different beliefs, different spiritual journeys,
- 1:50:49different patterns. What would healing be identical?
- 1:50:52It can't some just come to me experiencing anxiety that I
- 1:50:56don't want anxiety become their identity.
- 1:50:59Hi, I'm you know, I'd be like hi, I'm mji have anxiety.
- 1:51:02No, no, you're just the MJ. No title.
- 1:51:06Don't allow that to be your identity.
- 1:51:08I want to understand the human being experiencing it.
- 1:51:11What happened, What triggers it, the patterns that keep
- 1:51:14returning. What does the physical body
- 1:51:16need? What does their emotional body
- 1:51:18need? What does their spiritual
- 1:51:20consciousness need? Where's the fear energy and
- 1:51:22where is the faith that has challenged it?
- 1:51:25And what combination of tools might this particular person
- 1:51:29return before that balance frequencies?
- 1:51:32You know, frequency work is just another modality that I use for
- 1:51:36some individuals. When I use approaches such as
- 1:51:39Royal Rife, I don't begin by simply just selecting a
- 1:51:42frequency. No, that practice has to begin
- 1:51:44preparing that body with terrain detoxes that beginning that
- 1:51:48frequency are using biofeedbacks to establish A and considering a
- 1:51:53starting parameter or a baseline for that individual.
- 1:51:57It becomes just another piece of information within the larger
- 1:52:00picture. The technology does not replace
- 1:52:03awareness. It does not replace finding the
- 1:52:06trigger and it does not replace the understanding or even a
- 1:52:10pill. The same thing, just another
- 1:52:13tool. The modality is a tool.
- 1:52:16Awareness remains the work. So throughout the conversations,
- 1:52:21I keep using the word man, man's psychologies, man's medicine,
- 1:52:26man's theories, man's research. And I use that word
- 1:52:30intentionally. Human beings study human beings,
- 1:52:33and by observing them we measure, we develop theories, we
- 1:52:37test them, we publish findings, and then we establish practices.
- 1:52:42And sometimes later years, we discover.
- 1:52:44Sometimes we once believed something but it was incomplete,
- 1:52:49but it was enough to get some through, but maybe not for
- 1:52:53others. That does not mean the research
- 1:52:55has no value, it just means that research is part of humanity's
- 1:52:58continuing awareness. So when somebody tells me that
- 1:53:04the established theory says, my mind naturally asks how is it
- 1:53:08established? Who participated in these
- 1:53:10theories? How many people participated?
- 1:53:12What cultures were represented in what socio economic
- 1:53:16environments were represented? How was anxiety defined?
- 1:53:20What questions were asked? What questions were never asked
- 1:53:23and how long were these people followed and what variables were
- 1:53:26to be considered and what haven't we discovered yet?
- 1:53:29I asked those questions constantly with conventional
- 1:53:32medicine and western medicines. I asked them of psychology, and
- 1:53:37I am willing to ask them of my own philosophies because you
- 1:53:40have to become aware what requires curiosity.
- 1:53:44I do not need experiences to invalidate someone else's
- 1:53:48research, and their research does not erase what I have
- 1:53:52personally witnessed. This isn't a judgement.
- 1:53:55This isn't a who's right, who's wrong.
- 1:53:58This is levitating to the highest consciousness that we
- 1:54:01possibly can. So I've worked with people who
- 1:54:03came to me asking for other ways of healing because whatever ways
- 1:54:06they were using wasn't helping. So I've observed outcomes, I've
- 1:54:10developed theories from my own observations, and I've changed
- 1:54:13my approach when the individual taught me something new.
- 1:54:17Those experience are my part of why I believe healing cannot be
- 1:54:22reduced in one philosophy. Are my observations irrelevant
- 1:54:26to the controlled clinical trials?
- 1:54:28No. Do they become meaningless
- 1:54:31because they were not produced inside of one?
- 1:54:34No, they are observations. They are generative questions.
- 1:54:39They create awareness. And then sometimes the question
- 1:54:43is always tomorrow's research begins.
- 1:54:47I'm not asking humanity to blindly accept my truth.
- 1:54:51I am asking humanity to become conscious enough to question its
- 1:54:55own, Question mine, question yours, question medicine,
- 1:54:59spirituality, question psychology, question the healer,
- 1:55:01and question the researchers. And then keep learning.
- 1:55:05Because perhaps one of humanity's greatest obstacles of
- 1:55:09awareness is believing we have already discovered everything
- 1:55:13there is to know. Established does not mean
- 1:55:17eternal, it means this is where our understanding stands today,
- 1:55:23and tomorrow's awareness may teach us something more.
- 1:55:26That to me, is involvement. It's evolution, it's becoming.
- 1:55:32And now we return to Part 6, where we began the trigger.
- 1:55:35Once the immediate anxiety has settled, we ask what happened?
- 1:55:39What triggered me? What pattern reduced?
- 1:55:41Was I responding to the event in front of me, or was I responding
- 1:55:44to what I believe was happening? Or today's event awakening
- 1:55:47yesterday's fears. We may not control every event
- 1:55:52that enters our lives. We can become increasingly aware
- 1:55:56of the patterns through which we interpret those events.
- 1:56:01So finding the triggers does not erase the past event.
- 1:56:04Grounding does not erase it, breathing doesn't erase it, nor
- 1:56:07does tapping. The purpose is awareness,
- 1:56:10because when we become aware, then the trigger that we create
- 1:56:13for the opportunity to recognize the pattern before automatically
- 1:56:16repeating it, the event happened, The trigger appears,
- 1:56:20the old pattern begins, and then we consciously say, I recognize
- 1:56:24you and now we have something to work with.
- 1:56:27Ground, breathe, chalk, check in, become aware, find the
- 1:56:30trigger, follow the pattern, understand the event, and then
- 1:56:34begin the deeper healing. Conscious positive thinking is
- 1:56:38not pretending that everything is OK.
- 1:56:41It's everything is positive. It's becoming conscious even to
- 1:56:44recognize that our part in the event, understanding the
- 1:56:47pattern, restore the balance, and consciously choosing how we
- 1:56:51meet the next event. Anxiety can produce powerful
- 1:56:56physical sensations. It is equally important that we
- 1:57:01do not assume every intense physical experience is anxiety
- 1:57:07simply because someone has experienced anxiety before.
- 1:57:11New, unusual or severe symptoms may have another physical cause.
- 1:57:16Significant difficulty breathing, fading, severe are
- 1:57:20unfamiliar chest pain or symptoms suggesting a medical
- 1:57:24emergency deserve immediate medical attention.
- 1:57:29Awareness means listening to the whole human being.
- 1:57:32That includes knowing when something may be happening
- 1:57:35beyond the pattern that we recognize.
- 1:57:38The RIFE and BFB frequency work terrain, detoxing, grounding,
- 1:57:43salt density environments, and other complementary modalities
- 1:57:46discussed here describe practices that I have or I have
- 1:57:51observed. They are not presented as
- 1:57:54established medical traumas treatments for anxiety.
- 1:57:57My philosophy does not ask you to blindly accept this truth, it
- 1:58:02just asks you to become aware enough to investigate yours for
- 1:58:08my closing. Where does that leave us?
- 1:58:12We began today with anxiety. Yet somewhere along this
- 1:58:15journey, anxiety became something much larger.
- 1:58:20We began asking about fear. We questioned faith.
- 1:58:24We followed patterns, we looked at triggers, we explored events.
- 1:58:28We questioned healing. We questioned philosophy, we
- 1:58:32questioned spirituality, and we questioned man's theories.
- 1:58:35And perhaps most importantly, today, we questioned ourselves.
- 1:58:39Because the act and the art of anxiety was never about giving
- 1:58:44anxiety another definition. Humanity has plenty of
- 1:58:48definitions and excuses. I wanted us to ask a different
- 1:58:52question. What is anxiety attempting to
- 1:58:55show us? Perhaps anxiety is not always
- 1:58:59the beginning of the story. Perhaps it is the place in the
- 1:59:03story where we finally become aware that something needs our
- 1:59:07attention. A fear, a pattern, an event, a
- 1:59:10relationship, a belief, a memory, a loss of faith, a fear
- 1:59:13of the unknown, a fear of death, and the fear of God, whatever
- 1:59:18the source may be for the individual.
- 1:59:21Awareness gives us somewhere to begin.
- 1:59:24Not judgment. Awareness because we cannot
- 1:59:27understand something we refuse to observe, we cannot
- 1:59:32consciously transform a pattern we do not recognize, and we
- 1:59:37cannot restore balance while continually repeating an event
- 1:59:42without ever asking why it keeps returning.
- 1:59:45That is why I keep coming back to the same questions.
- 1:59:49What happened? What triggered you?
- 1:59:51What pattern keeps appearing? What are the surrounding words
- 1:59:55surrounding it? What are the people surrounding
- 1:59:58it? What is the environment
- 1:59:59surrounding it? What are you anticipating?
- 2:00:02What are you actually experiencing?
- 2:00:04And are those two things the same?
- 2:00:07When the anxiety becomes overwhelming, we return to the
- 2:00:10moment ground, breathe, tap, check in, become aware.
- 2:00:15Then when the fear quiets enough for us to observe it, we begin
- 2:00:19following the pattern. Not because every pattern will
- 2:00:23reveal one perfect answer. Not because every fear has one
- 2:00:29source, because every piece of awareness gives us another
- 2:00:33opportunity to understand ourselves and understanding
- 2:00:38changes that happens next. This is where faith returns.
- 2:00:43Faith does not mean that we know exactly what tomorrow will
- 2:00:48bring. Faith allows us to stand in the
- 2:00:51unknown without allowing the unknown to control us.
- 2:00:57I have faith all will work out exactly how it is supposed to
- 2:01:03it. That does not mean we sit still
- 2:01:07and wait for life to happen. We participate, we become aware,
- 2:01:13we make choices, we heal what we recognize, we ask questions, we
- 2:01:18seek help, we explore modalities, we learn, we evolve,
- 2:01:24and we remember that we are spiritual beings living a human
- 2:01:28inexperience. Every event becomes another
- 2:01:33opportunity for consciousness, and every event has a purpose,
- 2:01:39and every purpose invites awareness, and awareness invites
- 2:01:45understanding. Understanding restores balance.
- 2:01:49You got it. Balance consciousness transforms
- 2:01:53the next event, and transformed events become a life of
- 2:01:59conscious, positive thinking and service to others.
- 2:02:04Now I know we're over time, but it's OK.
- 2:02:10What happens when the fear that we have been discussing is no
- 2:02:13longer only happening inside of one individual?
- 2:02:17What happens when fear begins moving through families,
- 2:02:21communities, religions, cultures, political beliefs,
- 2:02:28generations and countries? What happens when one person's
- 2:02:33fear meets another person's fear and then neither recognize it as
- 2:02:39fear? Perhaps they'll call it anger,
- 2:02:43hatred, call it righteousness, protection, loyalty, truths, and
- 2:02:50then suddenly 2 human beings are no longer attempting to
- 2:02:53understand one another. Sound familiar?
- 2:02:57They are defending themselves from one another.
- 2:03:00The pattern that we have been discussing within the individual
- 2:03:05begins appearing within humanity.
- 2:03:08Man. Fear creates reaction, reaction
- 2:03:13creates judgement, judgement creates separation, separation
- 2:03:17creates sides, and sides create division.
- 2:03:21Think about that for another moment.
- 2:03:25What if the sum of the division that we are witnessing
- 2:03:28throughout our humanity and anxiety on the collective scale
- 2:03:31of today? What if communities are doing
- 2:03:35exactly what individuals sometimes do, anticipating that
- 2:03:40next threat, repeating old patterns, responding to
- 2:03:43yesterday's trauma through today's events, looking for
- 2:03:47something or someone to blame? Protecting identities,
- 2:03:51protecting beliefs, protecting histories, protecting wounds,
- 2:03:55and becoming so focused on defending our own truth that we
- 2:03:59stop becoming curious about someone else's or anyone else's.
- 2:04:05This is where our next conversation then begins, folks.
- 2:04:08Because division does not begin when two people disagree.
- 2:04:13Division begins when disagreement removes our
- 2:04:17willingness to understand, when another person's person's belief
- 2:04:24it becomes a threat to mine, when awareness is replaced by
- 2:04:29judgement, when conversations become confrontational, when
- 2:04:35differences become identities and when identities become
- 2:04:39sides, when sides decide they can no longer coexist.
- 2:04:45Perhaps humanity is standing inside of its own pattern right
- 2:04:49now. And just as we asked the
- 2:04:53individual experiencing anxiety what triggered you, we now need
- 2:04:58to ask humanity what triggered us.
- 2:05:02What happened? What did disagreement become
- 2:05:06division? When did difference and
- 2:05:09differences become dangerous? When did listening become
- 2:05:13surrender? And when did changing our
- 2:05:15understanding become weakness? When did we stop seeing another
- 2:05:20human being and begin seeing a label?
- 2:05:24Left, right, black, white, rich, poor, religious, spiritual,
- 2:05:28immigrant, citizen, male, female, young, old, educated,
- 2:05:32uneducated, us, them, Whoa, the list goes on.
- 2:05:36Maybe the greatest pattern humanity needs to recognize is
- 2:05:40the moment we stop seeing we. And that is where we begin next.
- 2:05:49Part 1 of the Consciousness of Humanities asked us to examine
- 2:05:55entitlement. Part 2 asked us to examine
- 2:05:59anxiety. Part 3.
- 2:06:03Next week Monday, ask us to examine what happens when
- 2:06:08individual fear becomes a collective separation.
- 2:06:14I'm calling it the age of division.
- 2:06:17Not to determine who is right, not to determine who is wrong,
- 2:06:21not to create another side. We are going down that rabbit
- 2:06:25hole again. We are going to look at events,
- 2:06:28the patterns, the words, the labels, the fears, the systems,
- 2:06:32the relationships, the histories, and our own
- 2:06:35participation within them. Because if awareness can
- 2:06:40transform the patterns of 1 human beings, anxieties, perhaps
- 2:06:45awareness then can begin transforming the patterns of
- 2:06:48humanity. Until then, remember, healing
- 2:06:54does not erase past events. Healing transforms them into
- 2:06:59balanced consciousness, allowing us to consciously find our part
- 2:07:05to heal and choose our next event With that experience.
- 2:07:12May Divine guide you in your needs, and may it take in the
- 2:07:16angels care of you with peace, love, grace, joy, happiness, and
