- 0:00Speaker 1: Off the bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Hands to Hester and Hester.
- 0:04Speaker 3: Yep, got it. Five out of five.
- 0:07Speaker 1: From carrying each other to a natty to carrying each
- 0:10Speaker 1: other on the air.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Flynn is back to throw for the end zone ball.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Live from the Raising Cane Studio. It's Off the Bench.
- 0:19Speaker 3: I can't stand it. All right, welcome back in.
- 0:58Speaker 5: Hour number three of OTB. Before we get to Matt

- 1:44Speaker 3: What are you laughing?
- 1:47Speaker 6: I'm laughing because of my quarterback rankings. Of course, I'm
- 1:51Speaker 6: making this graphic using my friend George Paul Thomas to
- 1:53Speaker 6: help me do this.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Last week, did a real bad job. Although, took accountability,
- 2:01Speaker 4: said you're right.
- 2:02Speaker 6: I told you I double-checked these numbers, but I actually
- 2:05Speaker 6: lied to you.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I didn't do it. I didn't do it the right way.
- 2:08Speaker 3: They're wrong.
- 2:09Speaker 6: Now, the stats, I'm pretty sure, are pretty accurate. But
- 2:13Speaker 6: two of the players on here, they got the wrong team.
- 2:16Speaker 6: So the icon. So I was just laughing at it.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:22Speaker 4: I just noticed two of them.
- 2:23Speaker 3: George Paul Thomas.
- 2:25Speaker 4: It's okay. It's all right.
- 2:27Speaker 6: Outside of that, it's an absolutely perfect quarterback list, just
- 2:30Speaker 6: like every other quarterback list I've made this season.
- 2:33Speaker 4: So let's get into it. The week three Flynn's quarterback list.
- 2:36Speaker 7: What just happened? I got some of them wrong.
- 2:39Speaker 4: No, the wrong logo. Oh, the wrong logo. The stats
- 2:42Speaker 4: are probably perfect.
- 2:44Speaker 7: I'm just going to make this for you next time.
- 2:45Speaker 6: I told George Paul Thomas to quadruple check it, and
- 2:50Speaker 6: he did it. Well, you can't really make it for
- 2:52Speaker 6: me because I literally finished it like eight minutes ago.
- 2:59Speaker 3: All right, Dave.
- 2:59Speaker 7: Go ahead.
- 3:00Speaker 4: You ready?
- 3:01Speaker 3: Go ahead.
- 3:02Speaker 4: All right, number 10.
- 3:04Speaker 3: There he is. Wait.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Vikings quarterback, Kirk Cousins.
- 3:08Speaker 6: Vikings quarterback, Kirk Cousins.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Kirk Cousins. He's a Vikings quarterback forever in our hearts,
- 3:15Speaker 4: but now he plays for the Raiders.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Right now. I didn't catch that one. But guess what?
- 3:21Speaker 4: I believe, hopefully, he's 66 of 95.
- 3:23Speaker 3: 742. Five touchdowns.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Two interceptions. Look, this guy's playing his ass off right now.
- 3:28Speaker 3: He has more than five touchdowns. I think he has
- 3:31Speaker 3: way more than that.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Way more?
- 3:32Speaker 3: I think he has nine. Okay. Well, we got him wrong.
- 3:36Speaker 4: You're right. He does.
- 3:36Speaker 6: 661 passing yards. I'm going to read it off of
- 3:38Speaker 6: my computer. It's just 742. That was when he was
- 3:43Speaker 6: with the Vikings, apparently.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Man, it's not real.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Guys, this is not my fault. This is already better
- 3:50Speaker 4: than us. This is not my fault.
- 3:52Speaker 3: All right.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Number 10.
- 3:54Speaker 3: I appreciate you putting Kirk Cousins in there. Number 9.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Bryce Young.
- 3:59Speaker 6: This guy is actually leading the NFL in passer yards now.
- 4:03Speaker 6: Tyler Shucks falling to number 2. 939 passing yards, 7 touchdowns,
- 4:07Speaker 6: 2 interceptions. Now, I know they dropped a game. This
- 4:10Speaker 6: past weekend. But the guy's playing. Let's give him some flowers.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Let's give him a little credit. He's had some struggles
- 4:16Speaker 6: in the past. But as of right now, Bryce Young
- 4:19Speaker 6: has played some really good football. He's got a little
- 4:22Speaker 6: bit more pop on his arm this year. Going through
- 4:25Speaker 6: the progressions really well. I think he's playing very well.
- 4:29Speaker 6: I'm going to throw him in there at number nine.
- 4:31Speaker 6: All right, let's go to number eight.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Jared Goff, you were back in it last week.
- 4:38Speaker 6: I kicked you out. I don't even remember why I
- 4:40Speaker 6: kicked you out, but I just did. I thought for Hayes,
- 4:44Speaker 6: 802 yards. He's got eight touchdowns and zero interceptions this year.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Well, I'm glad it's his Lions and not his Rams profile.
- 4:52Speaker 6: Yeah, and then the stats are wrong, but I'm reading
- 4:54Speaker 6: the right stats. Eight touchdowns, zero interceptions, 116.1.
- 4:59Speaker 4: QBR so far.
- 5:01Speaker 6: So, like, this is a guy that is just, is
- 5:03Speaker 6: he like the epitome of consistency at.
- 5:06Speaker 5: The quarterback position? He's the most undervalued quarterback in the NFL.
- 5:10Speaker 6: And, like, maybe he hadn't had, like, the perfect game
- 5:13Speaker 6: all three weeks this season, but he's just one of
- 5:15Speaker 6: these guys that's going to throw for a lot of touchdowns,
- 5:18Speaker 6: not going to throw a lot of interceptions.
- 5:19Speaker 3: He's, you know. He does what you're supposed to do.
- 5:22Speaker 3: He does exactly what you're supposed to do. He makes
- 5:24Speaker 3: plays and doesn't give the ball away.
- 5:25Speaker 6: Even when, yeah, they did go down a lot when
- 5:28Speaker 6: Ben Johnson left them, but his play, his stats have
- 5:32Speaker 6: been the same.
- 5:32Speaker 3: But have they?
- 5:33Speaker 4: I mean, they were not very good as a team
- 5:35Speaker 4: last year.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Okay, but.
- 5:36Speaker 4: But he is playing really well. And I would say, like, I.
- 5:39Speaker 6: I kicked him out of the top ten last week
- 5:41Speaker 6: just because I wanted to have some other guys in there.
- 5:43Speaker 6: You know, finding ten is pretty tough, and he didn't
- 5:45Speaker 6: have a sexy game in the second. But he's one
- 5:47Speaker 6: of these guys that's going to be consistent. I don't
- 5:49Speaker 6: think he'll ever be one, two, three on my list,
- 5:51Speaker 6: but he's going to hover between nine, eight, and four.
- 5:54Speaker 3: But why is that?
- 5:55Speaker 5: He's had, in the last three years in the NFL,
- 5:57Speaker 5: he's got the most yards, the most touchdowns, and tied
- 6:00Speaker 5: for the most wins. Yeah.
- 6:01Speaker 3: I don't know. Something about his face.
- 6:03Speaker 8: Because he's Jerry Goff. Like we always talk about. It's
- 6:06Speaker 8: just something about him.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Maybe he's number three, but– Breaking in a top three
- 6:09Speaker 4: is pretty challenging.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Maybe you will. We'll see.
- 6:13Speaker 4: They'd have to be really good. Like if their team,
- 6:16Speaker 4: if they.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Go on a run where they're one of the top
- 6:19Speaker 6: win-loss teams in the NFL, then yeah, that's when you
- 6:22Speaker 6: can start breaking in to that top.
- 6:24Speaker 4: All right, let's go to number seven. Lamar Jackson.
- 6:29Speaker 6: 745 yards passing, four touchdowns, one interception on the year.
- 6:34Speaker 4: His stats are accurate.
- 6:36Speaker 6: 166 yards rushing, three touchdowns, 107.4 QBR. Playing like Lamar
- 6:44Speaker 6: does right now. They are 2-1 on the season. When
- 6:50Speaker 6: he plays really well, he's very dangerous. He's another one
- 6:53Speaker 6: of these guys that has the potential to run off
- 6:57Speaker 6: a couple of weeks where I'm going to put him
- 6:59Speaker 6: in the top five.
- 7:00Speaker 4: But he's also going to have where I'm thinking about
- 7:02Speaker 4: taking him out.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Of the top ten.
- 7:03Speaker 4: So this week, he moves up a spot and number seven.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Number six.
- 7:09Speaker 7: I forgot I have those now.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Nice.
- 7:11Speaker 5: What?
- 7:12Speaker 2: Someone said, Daniel in the chat was like, can we
- 7:15Speaker 2: get a sound effect?
- 7:15Speaker 7: And I was like, oh wait, I forgot I have them.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Come on.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence.
- 7:19Speaker 4: What's up, Trevor? Sunshine. Whatever you want to call him.
- 7:23Speaker 4: He's playing. Playing very well. Look out. Duval. Seven touchdowns.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Two interceptions.
- 7:29Speaker 4: I got that too, I think.
- 7:31Speaker 6: Duval.
- 7:31Speaker 3: 107.8 QBR on the season.
- 7:37Speaker 6: Doing it with his arms, doing it with his feet,
- 7:39Speaker 6: kind of looking like Clemson Trevor a little bit. So
- 7:43Speaker 6: I expect him to what?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Nothing.
- 7:46Speaker 5: What?
- 7:46Speaker 7: No, I didn't mean to do that into the microphone.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Golly, I can't win for losing around here.
- 7:50Speaker 7: No, no, the Trevor thing, I'm just, I'm good with
- 7:53Speaker 7: Trevor there.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Okay, all right.
- 7:56Speaker 7: I really didn't mean to do that into the mic.
- 7:57Speaker 5: All right.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Are y'all ready?
- 7:59Speaker 4: This is the top five. This is like.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Creme de la creme.
- 8:03Speaker 4: These are like future Hall of Famers. These are future
- 8:05Speaker 4: Hall of Famers.
- 8:06Speaker 6: These are guys that when they get word today that
- 8:08Speaker 6: they made my top five list, they might get a
- 8:13Speaker 6: patch for their letter jacket. You think they'll get a bonus?
- 8:15Speaker 6: They might get a bonus. They're going to start writing
- 8:17Speaker 6: this in a contract.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Number five. Sound effect. I told y'all I buck.
- 8:24Speaker 7: This pleases me.
- 8:25Speaker 6: I buck so hard. Tyler Shuck. I don't even know
- 8:28Speaker 6: if these stats are right, but I'm going to read them.
- 8:33Speaker 3: What?
- 8:33Speaker 6: We're even with my chest out, too. 912 yards passing.
- 8:36Speaker 6: Number two in the NFL in those yards. Second only
- 8:41Speaker 6: behind Bryce Young. Eight touchdowns, three interceptions. That's right, guys.
- 8:46Speaker 6: Saints fans, we had a first quarter lead, albeit six
- 8:49Speaker 6: to three after the first quarter.
- 8:51Speaker 4: It was still a lead. Yes, we fell apart a
- 8:53Speaker 4: little bit. A couple of mistakes.
- 8:55Speaker 6: It did waver my confidence in putting him in that
- 9:00Speaker 6: top five because of Some uncharacteristic mistakes from the Saints
- 9:04Speaker 6: in the fourth quarter.
- 9:05Speaker 3: They've been so good.
- 9:06Speaker 4: But you know what?
- 9:07Speaker 6: They have a history now of being really good in
- 9:09Speaker 6: the second half. I'm going to give them a pass.
- 9:12Speaker 6: Tyler Shuck, you're playing really well. And again, as we
- 9:16Speaker 6: all know, saved his life. And that's why he's in
- 9:18Speaker 6: the top five.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Number four.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Joe Burrow. There he is.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Am I pandering to the crowd? Nope. This is how
- 9:27Speaker 4: I truly feel. He moves up three spots. Yes, they lost.
- 9:31Speaker 4: And I struggled with this one.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Yeah, you did.
- 9:34Speaker 6: This is the one I struggle with. One through three
- 9:37Speaker 6: were easy for me. Four was tough because I wanted
- 9:40Speaker 6: to put Burrow there. Tyler Shuck did not deserve it
- 9:43Speaker 6: because they did fall apart. He did not. I put
- 9:45Speaker 6: him at five, but I didn't deserve to be four.
- 9:47Speaker 6: Didn't want to put T-Law there. Didn't want to put
- 9:49Speaker 6: Lamar there. Who was I going to put three?
- 9:51Speaker 3: Joe Burrow.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Or who was I going to put four?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Joe Burrow.
- 9:53Speaker 6: You are at number four, even though you lost because
- 9:56Speaker 6: I wasn't putting Aaron Rodgers in the top ten and
- 9:58Speaker 6: he just beat you and had complications.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Or better stats than you did in this past game.
- 10:04Speaker 6: So I struggle with that. But he's had a great season.
- 10:06Speaker 6: They look healthy. They look good. They did lose this
- 10:09Speaker 6: past weekend, but they're two and one.
- 10:11Speaker 3: He played well.
- 10:13Speaker 4: He did play well. And I do feel like.
- 10:15Speaker 3: They'll probably still end up at the top of that division.
- 10:18Speaker 3: That is a terrible A.I.
- 10:20Speaker 7: I mean, these headshots are killing me.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Is Trevor the best?
- 10:24Speaker 7: Why is Jared Goff?
- 10:25Speaker 4: I don't know. Trevor's is pretty bad.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I mean, I get the hair, I guess.
- 10:29Speaker 7: Lamar's probably.
- 10:30Speaker 6: I mean, Kirk Cousins playing for the Vikings and having
- 10:33Speaker 6: Vikings stats is pretty bad.
- 10:34Speaker 4: All right, let's go to number three.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Patrick Mahomes.
- 10:42Speaker 6: I don't really need to talk a lot about him,
- 10:44Speaker 6: but the guy is all the way back. Seven touchdowns,
- 10:47Speaker 6: two interceptions, 812 yards pass it. Also been doing it
- 10:50Speaker 6: with his feet a little bit. I don't know how
- 10:53Speaker 6: he did it. He's got just a freakish, he heals
- 10:57Speaker 6: like Wolverine, playing well. Look out, everybody, especially you, Josh Allen.
- 11:02Speaker 6: You better hope you don't face him in the playoffs
- 11:04Speaker 6: because you will lose to him again if you face him.
- 11:06Speaker 6: They have put people around him. The guy is impressive.
- 11:10Speaker 6: They are 3-0 on the season. Look out.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Mahomes is back, and unfortunately for a lot of people.
- 11:17Speaker 3: They played the Rangers this week.
- 11:18Speaker 6: The Chiefs are indeed back. That's an undefeated matchup right there.
- 11:23Speaker 6: 3-0 versus 3-0.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Yes, it is. It's going to be fantastic. All right.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Y'all ready?
- 11:29Speaker 3: A little shaky. Number two, Josh Allen. Wait. Okay, okay, okay. Wait.
- 11:39Speaker 3: I was about to say it. This guy's number one.
- 11:41Speaker 6: All right, Josh Allen, five touchdowns, two interceptions on the year,
- 11:45Speaker 6: 786 passing. Two bumbles, two interceptions last week.
- 11:47Speaker 3: I mean, look, he's incredible, right? I mean, he's got what?
- 11:51Speaker 4: What does that say?
- 11:51Speaker 6: Four rushing touchdowns on the year, five passing touchdowns, 145
- 11:55Speaker 6: yards rushing.
- 11:56Speaker 3: He's almost accounted for 1,000 total yards so far.
- 11:59Speaker 4: The dude's incredible. He's awesome. He's been number one all year.
- 12:01Speaker 4: He falls one.
- 12:03Speaker 6: Unless he has like two or three games that are awful,
- 12:06Speaker 6: he's always going to be in the top three. He's
- 12:09Speaker 6: probably the best all-around player.
- 12:11Speaker 4: In the NFL.
- 12:13Speaker 3: But, yes, there is some ball security issues every now
- 12:16Speaker 3: and then.
- 12:16Speaker 6: But you take some of that bad, you take it
- 12:19Speaker 6: with the good as well. The Bills are rolling. They're 3-0. Again,
- 12:24Speaker 6: they will lose to the Chiefs if they end up
- 12:26Speaker 6: facing them in the playoffs.
- 12:28Speaker 3: But, number two. And who does that put at number one? Mr.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Brock Purdy moves up from number three.
- 12:34Speaker 4: To number one.
- 12:34Speaker 6: The best quarterback in the NFL right now is Brock Purdy. Purdy, Mr.
- 12:41Speaker 6: Irrelevant himself. The guy does not look the part at all,
- 12:47Speaker 6: whether physically, his arm, nothing. Doesn't look the part. You
- 12:50Speaker 6: look at him and be like, meh, that guy's pretty good.
- 12:53Speaker 6: Probably third team honorable mention in high school, whatever.
- 12:57Speaker 3: What was that?
- 13:01Speaker 7: An ad in the middle.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Oh, nice.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 13:03Speaker 4: But Brock Purdy has played his ass off. Nine touchdowns.
- 13:10Speaker 6: One interception, 789 yards passing, had another 76 yards on
- 13:16Speaker 6: the ground, two touchdowns, 133.1 passer rating, which is about
- 13:25Speaker 6: 25 points above the number two in passer rating throughout
- 13:28Speaker 6: the year. So the guy's playing incredible. And it's not
- 13:31Speaker 6: just because Kyle Shanahan is holding his hand and guiding
- 13:34Speaker 6: him and you know, developing these crazy plays where there's
- 13:37Speaker 6: wide open people everywhere. No, he's not doing that. He
- 13:39Speaker 6: is making incredible plays and people are highlighting it all
- 13:42Speaker 6: over social media.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Josh Allen, you're awesome.
- 13:47Speaker 3: You can do it.
- 13:47Speaker 4: You're a, you're a freak. You're an alien.
- 13:49Speaker 6: You can do with your feet, but there's nobody playing
- 13:51Speaker 6: the quarterback position better than Brock Purdy. Watch out San Francisco, 49ers,
- 13:58Speaker 6: whatever the electric substation, I don't care what it is.
- 14:01Speaker 4: They are playing. They are going to be a tough out.
- 14:03Speaker 4: And that is, I know it's a tough division.
- 14:06Speaker 6: And that NFC West is going to be tough, but
- 14:08Speaker 6: nobody's playing better than Brock Purdy, so watch out for
- 14:10Speaker 6: them all season long. And we got a couple of
- 14:12Speaker 6: honorable mentions out there. Well, I do want to note
- 14:15Speaker 6: the people that got kicked out for the top ten
- 14:17Speaker 6: from last week. Matthew Stafford, you're kicked out.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I love you. Got a crush on you, but you
- 14:24Speaker 4: know what? Got a quarterback crush on you.
- 14:26Speaker 3: You're out.
- 14:27Speaker 4: Jalen Hurts, see ya. You're out of there.
- 14:32Speaker 6: I was putting you up there because you're a winner, but.
- 14:35Speaker 4: You ain't winning. So you're out. Dak Prescott. Taylor doesn't
- 14:39Speaker 4: like you. So I kicked you out of there. Drew Locke.
- 14:42Speaker 4: You're a backup now. You're out. I got another category
- 14:47Speaker 4: right here. Feeling frisky.
- 14:49Speaker 5: Oh.
- 14:49Speaker 4: We're feeling frisky down here. Of course, Raiders quarterback Geno
- 14:53Speaker 4: Smith is on my list. Famous Raiders quarterback Geno Smith.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Feeling frisky. Aaron Rodgers.
- 14:58Speaker 6: We're feeling frisky. Aaron's making some. I mean, he's 42
- 15:00Speaker 6: years old. Making some incredible throws. And guess what? I
- 15:05Speaker 6: got a brand new category.
- 15:07Speaker 7: Oh, I like a new category.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Flynn credible.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Case Keenum.
- 15:16Speaker 7: Notably playing for the Houston Texans.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Case Keenum.
- 15:20Speaker 6: He is my Flynn credible quarterback.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Of the week.
- 15:29Speaker 7: I don't hate this list.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Thank you. You nailed the top three.
- 15:32Speaker 3: You know, if you would have gotten the teams right,
- 15:34Speaker 3: I think it would have been perfect.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Thanks, bud.
- 15:36Speaker 3: But you got Kirk Cousins on three teams ago.
- 15:39Speaker 5: But it's perfect.
- 15:39Speaker 4: He played for the Texans in 23. This is OTB perfect.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:43Speaker 4: You nailed the top three.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 15:46Speaker 8: And thank you for putting Brock Purdy at the top
- 15:48Speaker 8: because he far and away deserves to be there. Like,
- 15:50Speaker 8: there was a throw he made over the weekend. He
- 15:52Speaker 8: was jumping out of bounds through it. Like, if that's
- 15:55Speaker 8: Patrick Mahomes, that's a cover of Madden, but it's Brock
- 15:58Speaker 8: Purdy and... Like, people can't accept the fact that he's Mr.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Irrelevant. I was telling you, I was like, if you
- 16:03Speaker 4: were on a.
- 16:04Speaker 8: National show up in Bristol, they'd have fired you for
- 16:06Speaker 8: putting Brock Purdy number one. But he absolutely deserves to
- 16:09Speaker 8: be there.
- 16:11Speaker 4: There's a theory.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I was going to say, there's a theory that the
- 16:15Speaker 2: players going down by the electrical substation is just empowering
- 16:20Speaker 2: Brock Purdy.
- 16:21Speaker 7: That's why he's doing so good.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Oh, so his body's taking it in reverse.
- 16:24Speaker 7: He's absorbing all of it.
- 16:25Speaker 4: He's absorbing all of the powers.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:28Speaker 8: I mean, dude, it's not just the touchdown interception. He's
- 16:31Speaker 8: completing 72% of his passes. Throwing to Mike Evans and
- 16:35Speaker 8: Debo Samuel, mind it.
- 16:37Speaker 6: And they're not easy play. Like, he's making some incredible
- 16:41Speaker 6: plays and throws.
- 16:44Speaker 4: On the run, on the move. Just, man, he's playing.
- 16:47Speaker 6: If you haven't watched him play yet this year, like,
- 16:50Speaker 6: you have Sunday ticket, make sure you watch him play.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Because it's something.
- 16:55Speaker 6: It's not just like, he's not just the, A game manager,
- 17:00Speaker 6: coach on the field type. No, they're winning because of him.
- 17:06Speaker 8: He's like a more athletic Jared Goff. I don't think
- 17:07Speaker 8: he gets the credit he deserves ever. Just because he
- 17:11Speaker 8: was a seventh round draft pick and people just can't
- 17:14Speaker 8: fathom that he's good.
- 17:15Speaker 4: But Brock Purdy's awesome. Y'all like the Flynn Credible category?
- 17:19Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 17:21Speaker 3: So what is that?
- 17:22Speaker 4: Top performer of the week?
- 17:22Speaker 3: Wait a minute, it sounds just like incredible, but with
- 17:24Speaker 3: my name. True.
- 17:27Speaker 5: True.
- 17:28Speaker 4: I thought you said I would be fired for this one.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Which one? Jalen Hurts?
- 17:32Speaker 3: Why?
- 17:32Speaker 4: Yeah, Jalen Hurts gets a lot of hate nationally. He
- 17:35Speaker 4: has this year.
- 17:40Speaker 3: All right.
- 17:40Speaker 4: That's the one thing they say about Jalen.
- 17:42Speaker 6: They're like, all he does is win.
- 17:45Speaker 3: And he's not winning.
- 17:46Speaker 5: That is Flynn's top ten quarterbacks, his feeling frisky quarterbacks,
- 17:50Speaker 5: and his Flynn credible quarterback.
- 17:55Speaker 6: Most of the logos are right. Got most of the
- 17:57Speaker 6: teams right. All right, we'll take a break.

- 21:20Speaker 3: get me another order going. I just made one. Just
- 21:23Speaker 3: made a big one. I'm getting ready for the cool weather, too.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Get those corduroy shirts.
- 21:29Speaker 5: Yep.
- 21:30Speaker 3: The denim.
- 21:30Speaker 7: I like the hoodie ones.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I love them.
- 21:33Speaker 7: Like the hoodie shirts?
- 21:33Speaker 3: That's probably what I wear more than anything.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 3: We've got them in every color.
- 21:39Speaker 7: Dudes, those look good on dudes.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Just letting y'all know.
- 21:41Speaker 4: We've got this pocket right here.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Just letting y'all know. Go buy them. You can put
- 21:45Speaker 3: your phone in that pocket.
- 21:46Speaker 6: Yeah, so you can put stuff in this pocket, and
- 21:49Speaker 6: you can't see it.
- 21:50Speaker 7: Oh, the inside?
- 21:51Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 21:51Speaker 4: So there's this pocket on the outside, but there's this
- 21:52Speaker 4: pocket behind it.
- 21:53Speaker 3: It's got a zipper. You can put like, you know.
- 21:56Speaker 7: Doesn't it clean it too or something?
- 21:58Speaker 3: The bottom of the shirt does. Your phone? It's got
- 21:59Speaker 3: a sunglass cleaner on the bottom of the shirt, yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 7: Not a big deal.
- 22:02Speaker 3: I can put a Zen in here. And this one
- 22:05Speaker 3: right here, and you can't see around the ring. A
- 22:08Speaker 3: little church dip, huh?
- 22:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:09Speaker 5: All right.
- 22:12Speaker 3: It's a nootropic. It's what?
- 22:14Speaker 1: Nothing.
- 22:18Speaker 7: Nobody really hated your list.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Nobody hated it?
- 22:20Speaker 7: I don't think so.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Okay.
- 22:22Speaker 7: I think the list is pretty well received.
- 22:24Speaker 4: That's what I really care about is pleasing the masses.
- 22:29Speaker 3: My bad. I'm so sorry.
- 22:34Speaker 7: I was trying to give you some props.
- 22:38Speaker 4: No, it is good. You know what? I wasn't defensive.
- 22:44Speaker 4: I was just making a joke.
- 22:45Speaker 3: I was making a joke.
- 22:46Speaker 6: Because I fought so hard two weeks ago against everybody.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh, they were on you.
- 22:51Speaker 4: They were on me. I was backed into a corner,
- 22:53Speaker 4: so I had to swing. Couldn't lay down. I had
- 22:57Speaker 4: to defend it.
- 22:58Speaker 8: When I make the top 10 graphic, I'm going to
- 23:00Speaker 8: put the Vikings logo for You should.
- 23:03Speaker 4: I've already made the graphic. You don't even have to
- 23:07Speaker 4: make it. It's right there.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Looks amazing. Made it with my own two hands. You
- 23:15Speaker 3: did technically. You typed it in. I did type it in.
- 23:19Speaker 6: And I told it to quadruple check its stats. And
- 23:21Speaker 6: I said, remember what happened last week? And it was like, yeah,
- 23:25Speaker 6: that's on me. Then it proceeded to get three of
- 23:28Speaker 6: the teams wrong.
- 23:32Speaker 4: You typed that in there? Last week was so funny.
- 23:34Speaker 6: I was like, I told her to double check these
- 23:36Speaker 6: and they're like, okay, I've double checked everything.
- 23:38Speaker 4: These stats are right.
- 23:39Speaker 6: Then after the show, I yelled at it and I
- 23:42Speaker 6: was like, you told me you double checked it and
- 23:44Speaker 6: these stats were still wrong. And you're like, you're right.
- 23:47Speaker 6: That's on me. I did tell you I fact checked
- 23:49Speaker 6: it and I actually didn't. It said that to me.
- 23:53Speaker 7: And then still did the same thing.
- 23:55Speaker 4: And then still did the same thing.
- 23:57Speaker 8: Are you putting like 2026 stats or just typing out stats?
- 24:01Speaker 7: Maybe specify.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Well, I have specified.
- 24:04Speaker 6: Like, I got this one thread with it, and it understands, like,
- 24:07Speaker 6: it understands the format I want. We understand this is
- 24:11Speaker 6: a 2026 weekly thing.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Okay.
- 24:14Speaker 4: And it's like, we're going to punch this out every
- 24:15Speaker 4: single week during the season.
- 24:17Speaker 7: So are you trying to tell me that AI is
- 24:19Speaker 7: not reliable?
- 24:20Speaker 4: That's what I'm trying to say.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Wow.
- 24:22Speaker 3: I am.
- 24:23Speaker 8: What if you wrote out the stats and just had
- 24:26Speaker 8: them already ready and said, put this on a PowerPoint
- 24:28Speaker 8: for me?
- 24:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:30Speaker 4: Yeah, but how am I going to do that eight
- 24:32Speaker 4: minutes before the segment? Well, that one's on you. What?
- 24:37Speaker 3: What's wrong, Jacob? What happened over there?
- 24:38Speaker 5: Why don't you just do it before that eight minutes?
- 24:45Speaker 4: I was at the ball field last night. Yeah, so
- 24:47Speaker 4: was I.
- 24:48Speaker 3: I saw you there, bud. You got home two hours
- 24:50Speaker 3: before I did.
- 24:51Speaker 7: You didn't make a list.
- 24:51Speaker 3: You didn't make a list. Because there's not ten fullbacks,
- 24:54Speaker 3: or I would. That's true. Kyle Juszczyk will be number
- 25:01Speaker 3: one every week. I don't know. Patrick Ricard might. A
- 25:04Speaker 3: couple weeks, maybe. He might still be in the top spot.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Alec Ingle will sneak in there.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Alec had a good game. He did.
- 25:10Speaker 5: He had a good game. He's wearing a cowboy collar
- 25:13Speaker 5: right now, too. That makes him go way up.
- 25:15Speaker 4: It does.
- 25:17Speaker 6: Speaking of the Giants, Twitter's doing a great job. Twitter's
- 25:22Speaker 6: doing a really great job with this whole JJ trade.
- 25:25Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 25:26Speaker 6: Twitter's on fire right now with the Camp Scataboo, Lickin' Air.
- 25:30Speaker 6: What's the coach for UConn?
- 25:33Speaker 2: Oh.
- 25:33Speaker 4: Dan.
- 25:34Speaker 7: Dan.
- 25:35Speaker 4: Oh, Hurley?
- 25:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:36Speaker 6: Dan Hurley, like, headbutting the ref like he did at
- 25:39Speaker 6: the end of that game. He's like, this is Camp Scataboo.
- 25:41Speaker 6: When he smells the new Jackson Dart, he doesn't smell
- 25:43Speaker 6: like Jackson Dart.
- 25:46Speaker 3: He's like, hmm.
- 25:50Speaker 2: The Belichick someone that I sent to where it's, like,
- 25:53Speaker 2: trying to figure out why.
- 25:54Speaker 7: I don't even remember what it said.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Yeah, the air licker.
- 25:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:59Speaker 3: You're not picking North Carolina this week. Just another reminder.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Don't tell me my business. Don't tell me my business,
- 26:07Speaker 3: devil woman. Win money. That's a quote. Not calling a
- 26:13Speaker 3: woman a devil. Don't do that.
- 26:16Speaker 7: I'm offended.
- 26:18Speaker 3: I'm calling the station. Did you watch the show I
- 26:21Speaker 3: told you to watch, Last Scene, yet? We haven't watched
- 26:23Speaker 3: it yet. We haven't had a chance. Too much stuff
- 26:26Speaker 3: going on at night.
- 26:27Speaker 5: That's why you stay up late and you're tired the
- 26:29Speaker 5: next morning so you can catch up on stuff.
- 26:33Speaker 3: I didn't go to bed until midnight last night.
- 26:39Speaker 7: That hurts, thinking about that.
- 26:41Speaker 3: You got to get the shows in.
- 26:43Speaker 5: When you get older and you got all the things,
- 26:47Speaker 5: when you get home at 10, 10, 15 from the
- 26:51Speaker 5: ball field, you're hungry because you ate dinner at 4.
- 26:54Speaker 5: You eat a little something. And then it's like, man,
- 26:58Speaker 5: I've got to have some adult time here.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I've got to throw in a show. Time for myself.
- 27:02Speaker 3: You know? Mm-hmm. No, that's– yeah, that's– I fight going
- 27:06Speaker 3: to sleep just because it's quiet. It's just like– just
- 27:12Speaker 3: my hour, two hours of, you know.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:16Speaker 4: I'm definitely not, like, studying quarterback stats and making a list, clearly.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Yeah, true. Just do that during the show. No, I
- 27:22Speaker 3: don't know where that, you know.
- 27:24Speaker 5: I do feel like there's, Alondra, to your point, I
- 27:26Speaker 5: do feel like there's some people that they have to
- 27:29Speaker 5: have their sleep.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:30Speaker 3: If they don't have it, you don't want to be
- 27:31Speaker 3: around them.
- 27:33Speaker 7: Yeah. I have to get at least six.
- 27:36Speaker 3: Yeah. Katie's like that. She's got to get her sleep.
- 27:39Speaker 2: But I also just, I can't get into TV right now,
- 27:42Speaker 2: like shows, because I think there's just so much going
- 27:44Speaker 2: on that my brain doesn't have the capacity to watch
- 27:47Speaker 2: another show. So I don't have something where I'm like, oh,
- 27:49Speaker 2: let me watch this right now or whatever.
- 27:52Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 27:53Speaker 5: When you're 41, you, like, can't wait to start the show.
- 27:56Speaker 5: New episode comes out.
- 27:58Speaker 7: I can't get in. Like, my attention span can't do it.
- 28:00Speaker 3: Hey, we got a new episode. It's new. Yep. Yeah. Don't, don't.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I almost said a bad word. Don't mess around.
- 28:08Speaker 4: This is what's going to bring it out?
- 28:10Speaker 3: And have two. I really did. I almost said don't
- 28:12Speaker 3: mess around and have two. Two new episodes.
- 28:16Speaker 6: Do you remember, like, back in the day? Like, this
- 28:19Speaker 6: was the old hanging with Hester days in the evening.
- 28:23Speaker 3: I had done radio with you for a little while
- 28:25Speaker 3: at that point, and I had never said it, Kurt.
- 28:28Speaker 3: I never slipped up. And I slipped up.
- 28:30Speaker 4: One time talking about Chase Daniels.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I don't.
- 28:35Speaker 6: I slipped up talking about him one time. And you
- 28:37Speaker 6: were like, that is when you do it?
- 28:39Speaker 3: Like, for that?
- 28:40Speaker 4: That's when you say a cuss word?
- 28:45Speaker 6: Whoops.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Just get real passionate, you know? Chase Daniels. He got
- 28:50Speaker 3: through tens of passes in the NFL. Hey, preach. Been there.
- 28:54Speaker 4: How much money per pass?
- 28:56Speaker 6: I don't want to talk about it. You made a
- 28:58Speaker 6: lot of money per pass. I don't want to talk
- 29:00Speaker 6: about it. Look, I'm not one to talk.
- 29:02Speaker 5: I'm talking, not you. I played in like 70 games.
- 29:07Speaker 5: I played in seven. Got made 10 times more.
- 29:16Speaker 3: I think it was like a million. I hate you.
- 29:18Speaker 4: No, Chase Daniel.
- 29:20Speaker 8: Over his career, an average of 153,000 per pass attempt.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Oh, my God. And that's what y'all make.
- 29:29Speaker 5: And for 70 games, I had to go block James Harrison,
- 29:32Speaker 5: Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Bob Sanders, Helody Nada, Tom Bali, Patrick.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Willis, Tequila. Spikes. And y'all just sat over there stealing signs.
- 29:45Speaker 4: It's a big job. I'm not hating on Chase Sano's career.
- 29:49Speaker 3: No, I am. I am. On all quarterbacks. Every one
- 29:53Speaker 3: of y'all.
- 29:55Speaker 4: Chose the wrong position, bud. Well, I'm not really built
- 29:57Speaker 4: for quarterbacks.
- 29:59Speaker 3: Fair. You know? Good Lord made me built for one position.
- 30:03Speaker 4: I had two. Played a little D tackle.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Oh, that was a nurgle.
- 30:11Speaker 4: That's right.
- 30:11Speaker 3: That was a nurgle. Split in the double T. A nurgle?
- 30:18Speaker 3: A nose guard, yeah. I don't know why my best friend,
- 30:21Speaker 3: you know my friend, Austin, he's called nurgle. Kind of stuck.
- 30:24Speaker 6: Yeah, nurgle, that's not a, I've never heard that word before.
- 30:26Speaker 6: You said it pretty, like, that's a thing. Yeah, it
- 30:29Speaker 6: became a thing, me and my friends.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I don't know. Nurgle alert. Who would have thought I
- 30:36Speaker 3: had a son that plays Nurgle? Well, I guess he did.
- 30:40Speaker 3: He plays guard now. Between us, we have two right
- 30:44Speaker 3: guards and a tackle. Look at this.
- 30:52Speaker 4: He played center yesterday. Shout out to Dunham, fifth and
- 30:55Speaker 4: sixth grade team.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Huck played center? Yeah. Nice.
- 30:58Speaker 4: He played center. How were the snaps?
- 31:01Speaker 6: He did really well. He got thrown in there. They
- 31:04Speaker 6: had some snap trouble. You run shotgun every time. It's
- 31:07Speaker 6: a fifth-grade team. The snaps are tough to do. Shotgun
- 31:10Speaker 6: in fifth grade?
- 31:11Speaker 4: Every play. Every play. They even take a knee in shotgun.
- 31:15Speaker 3: Yes.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Except the team we played went under center. The team
- 31:19Speaker 4: we played.
- 31:19Speaker 6: We played central private, which was a great little team.
- 31:24Speaker 6: Great little fan base. And it was a good game.
- 31:27Speaker 3: It was fun.
- 31:27Speaker 6: It was a nice evening at the football field. But, yeah,
- 31:31Speaker 6: Huck played center, got in there, and made some good snaps.
- 31:34Speaker 6: Shout out to Huck.
- 31:36Speaker 3: Number 66? Number 66. Hell, yeah. All right, more OTV
- 31:43Speaker 3: when we come back here live from the Raising Gain studio.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Off the bench.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Don't leave me in all this pain.
- 32:11Speaker 4: Don't leave me out in the rain.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Come back and bring back my smile Come and take
- 32:20Speaker 3: these tears away I need your arms to hold.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Me now Welcome back to Off The Bench. Wednesday's show
- 32:29Speaker 1: is brought to you by ponchos.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Hey, y'all. Welcome back here. OTB. I think our great friends,
- 32:46Speaker 3: the great people over at Catalyst would approve of this
- 32:48Speaker 3: song playing in the back. When you think about Louisiana,
- 32:52Speaker 3: you think about energy. Oh, yeah.
- 32:55Speaker 6: And one company helping shape the future is Catalyst. Catalyst
- 32:58Speaker 6: developing the Commonwealth LNG export facility over there.
- 33:01Speaker 3: Oh, boo. What? Stay with it. Oh, yeah, keep it up.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Connecting American natural gas with customers around the world.
- 33:10Speaker 3: There it is.
- 33:10Speaker 6: Now, under construction, after reaching that final investment decision in 2026,
- 33:13Speaker 6: the project represents a major investment in Louisiana's future. But
- 33:18Speaker 6: it's about more than just exporting energy. It's about creating jobs,
- 33:21Speaker 6: supporting local businesses, and strengthening communities, and reinforcing Louisiana's position
- 33:26Speaker 6: as one of the world's leading energy hubs through the
- 33:28Speaker 6: natural gas production and the Commonwealth LNG Project. Catalyst is
- 33:32Speaker 6: helping build an integrated energy platform that connects it connects
- 33:35Speaker 6: domestic resources with the growing global demand. As construction continues
- 33:40Speaker 6: on Louisiana's Gulf Coast, Caterus is proud to invest in
- 33:43Speaker 6: American energy, American workers, and a stronger economic future. Caterus,
- 33:46Speaker 6: connecting Louisiana energy to the world.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Well done. Thank you, Caterus, for bringing that to us.
- 33:54Speaker 3: Well done.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Man, that was a seductive live read, man.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Shout out to Tony Bragg. Yeah. Let me right my wrongs. Baby. Baby.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Let me ride out my room. I mean, reading it
- 34:12Speaker 3: like that with this male model in the background. Holy cow. NSFW.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Some would say it's too much to handle.
- 34:20Speaker 4: Not suitable for work, y'all.
- 34:24Speaker 3: We dropped the episode of Eye in the Sky yesterday. Yeah,
- 34:27Speaker 3: we did. Was that just yesterday we did that? Oh
- 34:29Speaker 3: my God. Shout out to Alondra.
- 34:33Speaker 4: Quick turnover.
- 34:34Speaker 3: We did it after. Yeah, after the show this week.
- 34:38Speaker 5: And Alondra had that thing out by the afternoon.
- 34:40Speaker 3: It is now out.
- 34:41Speaker 5: So search Eye in the Sky with Hester and Flynn
- 34:44Speaker 5: on YouTube. Subscribe, like, share, all the things.
- 34:50Speaker 6: If you want to like an inside look of kind
- 34:52Speaker 6: of what is making that, made that offense tick this
- 34:56Speaker 6: past weekend, some of this fun stuff that Blake Baker
- 34:59Speaker 6: had dialed up for Marcel. I love some of the
- 35:01Speaker 6: things that Blake did. It's really fun to take a
- 35:03Speaker 6: look at it from that bird's eye view. that all
- 35:06Speaker 6: 22 look and really kind of dive into the schemes
- 35:09Speaker 6: and some players that played really well. It's really fun
- 35:13Speaker 6: to do. It's something that I look forward to every
- 35:16Speaker 6: week doing that because it's just fun to talk ball
- 35:18Speaker 6: and look at it from a bigger perspective than just
- 35:20Speaker 6: kind of like that field view, that tight view that
- 35:22Speaker 6: you get on TV.
- 35:26Speaker 5: One of my favorite plays was a play that maybe
- 35:31Speaker 5: it's not in the memory bank for a lot of people,
- 35:33Speaker 5: but it was one of the long Dylan Jones runs
- 35:36Speaker 5: and how he set up everything by just being technically
- 35:42Speaker 5: sound and pressing the hole, not cutting too fast because
- 35:47Speaker 5: he sees this gaping hole, but pressing a hole to
- 35:51Speaker 5: make it even bigger, to stay open longer, to get
- 35:54Speaker 5: the linebacker to overcommit, and then puts his foot in
- 35:57Speaker 5: the ground, goes north-south, makes another guy miss with a
- 36:00Speaker 5: jump cut, gets seven more yards.
- 36:01Speaker 4: I think that was the first play of the episode.
- 36:04Speaker 3: It might have been.
- 36:05Speaker 5: I don't know. My God, I love talking about that one. So, yeah,
- 36:09Speaker 5: like Matt said, if you want, like, a deeper dive
- 36:11Speaker 5: into the why of why it was successful, what LSU
- 36:15Speaker 5: did offensively, defensively to really confuse Texas A & M,
- 36:20Speaker 5: this was one of my favorite episodes, maybe my favorite
- 36:22Speaker 5: that we've done so far. So go check it out.
- 36:24Speaker 5: Eye in the Sky with Hester and Flynn on YouTube.
- 36:27Speaker 5: Alondra's doing a great job getting that out there. And
- 36:29Speaker 5: you can subscribe and like and share. We would certainly
- 36:31Speaker 5: appreciate it.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 36:35Speaker 3: I don't know if we will do a look at
- 36:38Speaker 3: McNeese this week.
- 36:40Speaker 6: In no disrespect, I'll probably start looking at the opponents
- 36:45Speaker 6: for the next coming weeks because there's going to be
- 36:47Speaker 6: more film to watch on opponents the more weeks we
- 36:50Speaker 6: go into the season. So we're going to start probably
- 36:52Speaker 6: trying to get ahead of scheduling that.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I think people would be interested to see a Kentucky preview.
- 36:58Speaker 7: Given that Joe Sloan is there.
- 37:00Speaker 4: Oh, for sure.
- 37:00Speaker 6: Yeah, we're going to– yeah, I'm going to probably start
- 37:02Speaker 6: my Kentucky preview this week. I'll break down the first
- 37:05Speaker 6: couple of weeks, and then the majority of it will
- 37:08Speaker 6: come from the game they'll play this week.
- 37:10Speaker 3: Yeah. And we'll also– It will, yeah.
- 37:12Speaker 4: We'll show plays from LSU.
- 37:15Speaker 7: Out the ass.
- 37:15Speaker 4: I mean, my God.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Inside zone like you've never seen it before.
- 37:18Speaker 5: I swear to God, if they run a power, I'm
- 37:24Speaker 5: going to find Brian.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Kelly because it was him. We don't have the guards
- 37:29Speaker 3: to run it.
- 37:30Speaker 7: What?
- 37:31Speaker 4: Bro, you're.
- 37:33Speaker 7: What?
- 37:34Speaker 4: You're in the SEC.
- 37:36Speaker 3: My son's played running back his entire life. This year
- 37:39Speaker 3: they got him playing right guard.
- 37:40Speaker 5: He's never played it before in his life, and he's
- 37:42Speaker 5: out there pulling his little heart out.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Kicking people out.
- 37:46Speaker 4: It's all central private. Log blocking them. Fifth and sixth
- 37:47Speaker 4: grade middle school team run power.
- 37:49Speaker 5: We run power. Little Hudson Hester's out there kicking people out.
- 37:55Speaker 5: He's never done it before in his life. We don't
- 37:57Speaker 5: have the guards to do it. Man, when they said that,
- 37:59Speaker 5: I wanted to put powder in my hands. Anyways, we
- 38:05Speaker 5: don't have to worry about that anymore.
- 38:10Speaker 3: Thank goodness. Yeah, God. Thank you, A & M. Thank you. Yeah, really, though.
- 38:18Speaker 3: For real. Thank you.
- 38:18Speaker 4: A lot of people thought we were mad losing that game.
- 38:21Speaker 4: We were happy. It was a blessing in disguise.
- 38:23Speaker 5: Yep.
- 38:24Speaker 3: I mean, that was a– remember that next day. Maybe
- 38:28Speaker 3: Blake Baker was playing chess last year.
- 38:30Speaker 4: He was.
- 38:31Speaker 3: He was. He's like, I got to get an offense.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Blake was like, watch this. Let me cook. I got
- 38:38Speaker 3: to get an offense to match my defense.
- 38:40Speaker 4: We're going to send ten guys out there this time.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:43Speaker 5: God, the Oklahoma game last year, y'all. Can you imagine
- 38:48Speaker 5: what that feels like to be in somebody else's stadium?
- 38:51Speaker 5: It's going to make the playoff. and you're fighting your
- 38:54Speaker 5: ass off, and they hadn't done anything on you, and
- 38:57Speaker 5: you let up one play and you lose because your
- 38:59Speaker 5: offense couldn't do anything, couldn't do anything.
- 39:03Speaker 3: You got them at an interception on the two-yard line.
- 39:05Speaker 3: They couldn't do anything with it.
- 39:06Speaker 8: Your quarterback had less than 100 yards passing in that game.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Less than 100. He was probably a bad quarterback.
- 39:12Speaker 3: That game set football back 10 years.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Yes. That was Van Buren.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Oh, got it. Where's he at?
- 39:25Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 39:25Speaker 3: South Florida?
- 39:27Speaker 4: Yeah, because I think he won the starting job.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I don't think I remember his name.
- 39:30Speaker 4: Said that with confidence, we'd all be like, oh, yeah.
- 39:32Speaker 3: I think so. If you said that with more confidence. Yeah.
- 39:34Speaker 3: I think South Florida.
- 39:35Speaker 4: He's in South Florida. That's it?
- 39:36Speaker 8: Mm-hmm.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Wish him well.
- 39:37Speaker 3: I don't wish you ill towards any of them.
- 39:41Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 39:41Speaker 3: I mean, Max Johnson's still going. Bro. South Florida's 4-0. Okay.
- 39:49Speaker 8: He's actually playing well. He has 700 yards passing.
- 39:53Speaker 4: No turnovers. That's great.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Three touchdowns in four games.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Or three games.
- 39:57Speaker 3: Four games. No, it's like four. Four games. All right.
- 40:01Speaker 3: You know the head coach of South Florida? No. We
- 40:03Speaker 3: played against him. We played against him.
- 40:06Speaker 4: Good coach.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Hartland? Yep. Brian Hartland.
- 40:09Speaker 4: I got it.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Got it.
- 40:10Speaker 5: He came from Ohio State. I think he's going to
- 40:12Speaker 5: be that next. This guy used to not be able
- 40:14Speaker 5: to name. half the SEC coaches, and now he's naming
- 40:18Speaker 5: the South Florida coach.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Let's give him a round of applause.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Look at me. Give me a couple years. I'm going
- 40:22Speaker 4: to know at least 50% of the names.
- 40:25Speaker 5: All right, before we take this last break and get
- 40:27Speaker 5: to a little ask the bench, I want to remind

- 43:12Speaker 4: Yo, Tommy.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Thank you. Sorry, I was looking at something.
- 43:19Speaker 5: Hashtag ask the bench, how scary was it staring down
- 43:22Speaker 5: Ray Lewis in the A-gap?
- 43:24Speaker 3: I'd poop my pants. Ray wasn't one of the ones
- 43:28Speaker 3: I was ever real nervous about, to be honest with you.
- 43:30Speaker 3: He's a good player, obviously. Good player.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Not like a thumper like you think. Now, sometimes like
- 43:36Speaker 5: on ball carriers, he would be a thumper. But taking
- 43:39Speaker 5: on a lead block, it wasn't one of the ones
- 43:42Speaker 5: I worried about. James Harrison was.
- 43:47Speaker 3: That dude. Sure.
- 43:49Speaker 4: Whoa.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Built differently. Yeah. Like, he had bad intentions. Like, Ray was...
- 43:54Speaker 3: Ray was....
- 43:56Speaker 5: A smart player who knew exactly where to be. And, like,
- 43:59Speaker 5: that was what made him so good. Would he tackle
- 44:01Speaker 5: you hard sometimes and have highlights? Yeah, he played so long.
- 44:04Speaker 4: Sure.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Brian Urlacher, same way. Like, their thumper was Lance Briggs. So,
- 44:10Speaker 5: for me, it was always, like, who's going to be
- 44:14Speaker 5: the guy that's going to, like, bring the wood? Now...
- 44:16Speaker 5: That's why I always say Patrick Willis was the best
- 44:19Speaker 5: that I ever played against because Patrick was smarter than you,
- 44:23Speaker 5: faster than you, stronger than you.
- 44:25Speaker 3: It's a bad trio for you, you know? It ain't good.
- 44:28Speaker 3: It's not good.
- 44:30Speaker 5: And Ed Reed was the guy that I feared the
- 44:31Speaker 5: most on that Ravens defense because he was unblockable.
- 44:36Speaker 3: Hashtag Ask the Bench.
- 44:37Speaker 5: I recently found all of my Pokemon cards in an
- 44:39Speaker 5: unopened pack from 1999. Where can I go to get
- 44:43Speaker 5: all the cards valued? Should I open the pack or
- 44:46Speaker 5: sell it unopened?
- 44:47Speaker 3: Sell it unopened. Personally.
- 44:50Speaker 6: What pack is it?
- 44:52Speaker 3: 1999. 1999 Pokemon. Because you're going to get more from
- 44:57Speaker 3: the intrigue of what could be in there.
- 45:01Speaker 4: What if there's a boat?
- 45:07Speaker 3: There could be. Hashtag, Asevich, what time do you consider
- 45:13Speaker 3: to be the evening?
- 45:14Speaker 4: 6.30. Time, yeah, or like time frame.
- 45:20Speaker 2: I think like 5 to like 7 is what I
- 45:22Speaker 2: consider the evening.
- 45:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I would say 5.30, 6. Yeah, let's pray about that.
- 45:28Speaker 3: Depends on when it gets dark. We love you. We
- 45:30Speaker 3: thank you. Go, America.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 45:35Speaker 3: All right.
- 45:36Speaker 5: Many people assume ongoing back or spine pain automatically means
- 45:39Speaker 5: surgery or long-term medication, but that's not often the case.

- 46:12Speaker 5: And so if you got it, it doesn't always mean surgery,
