0:47
SPEAKER_00: We actually got a few stories to cover today.
0:51
SPEAKER_00: They are taking that one case I told y'all that Diddy wants to run from.
0:56
SPEAKER_00: They are taking this case serious.
1:02
SPEAKER_00: It's not one of those little privileged lawsuits that's just floating around.
1:08
SPEAKER_00: Criminal charges, from what people are saying, are likely.
1:14
SPEAKER_00: So that's a WTF moment for the show today on Diddy.
1:19
SPEAKER_00: But uh we got a couple C Tuck favorites.
1:23
SPEAKER_00: That's great to hear, Flo.
1:24
SPEAKER_00: What's up, Andrew?
1:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
1:25
SPEAKER_00: Uh C Tuck had a couple articles that were tucked away that he sent to me.
1:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm gonna go over at least one of those today.
1:34
SPEAKER_00: Just the news cycle is just so crazy right now, y'all.
1:40
SPEAKER_00: It's like even when you want to talk about something good, it's so much bad shit that you need to talk about because you can't run from certain subjects.
1:51
SPEAKER_00: It's just a crazy news time.
1:54
SPEAKER_00: Also, uh remember that NFL player we were talking about yesterday?
1:59
SPEAKER_00: The Jets player, Chris Boyd, who was, I believe, right?
2:07
SPEAKER_00: Got some interesting information on him.
2:12
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh, very interesting information on him.
2:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I told you yesterday we're gonna do some digging and go over that today because I completely missed that story.
2:23
SPEAKER_00: So, shout out to the Flow community or the Flow family for always keeping me in tune of what is going on.
2:30
SPEAKER_00: Crazy morning.
2:33
SPEAKER_00: I ain't got coffee, I ain't got shit.
2:35
SPEAKER_00: I got up too early.
2:37
SPEAKER_00: I got up so early, I just started working on the show.
2:43
SPEAKER_00: And I had breakfast so early, it feels like I had breakfast yesterday.
2:49
SPEAKER_00: But I literally had breakfast today, but it was so early, it feels like yesterday.
2:56
SPEAKER_00: So by the time showtime came, I'm like playing catch up because I was like, let me chill for a minute.
3:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's like it's a it's a crazy situation, y'all, because I'm like, I got so much I want to talk about today.
3:20
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna get Diddy out the way because that Jets story is an interesting story.
3:29
SPEAKER_00: Um, another updating uh five-year-old girl who was basically tortured.
3:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't even want to keep saying everything that was done, but if you're familiar with the five-year-old girl, uh Marie out of Cleveland, man, I have never seen a story where where kids are like seven, eight, nine, and ten years old.
3:58
SPEAKER_00: And this is a full adult.
4:01
SPEAKER_00: I mean, they got it put, they putting kids on house arrest.
4:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, they they they giving them real charges, like assault and and basically grape without the G.
4:15
SPEAKER_00: And we talking about little kids.
4:21
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I'm thinking, are we really understanding what we what's what's going on in the news?
4:26
SPEAKER_00: We talking about kids less than 10 years old committing heinous sexual crimes, attempted unaliving.
4:45
SPEAKER_01: Like what?
4:48
SPEAKER_01: Where do they pick this up?
4:50
SPEAKER_01: What what what evil, what the hell?
4:56
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna go over an article, we're gonna go over an article like that uh about that.
5:00
SPEAKER_00: But you know what, y'all?
5:03
SPEAKER_00: Just on a really side note, it is so special when you have somebody that you're close to, that you value their opinion and you like really admire their mind, and you can share stuff with them and bounce back ideas, and y'all very close, so you don't you can say anything.
5:25
SPEAKER_00: If you have somebody like that, that is a blessing.
5:29
SPEAKER_00: I do.
5:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, that is a real blessing, and I'm gonna be, and I'm gonna be honest, as a younger person, I didn't really even realize how much of a blessing that really is.
5:43
SPEAKER_00: So it's like funny when you get older, you start seeing stuff like in a whole different light that you may have missed before, like wow, you start learning what you really should value, like really because value ain't about money or anything like that.
6:02
SPEAKER_00: Value is like valuable to you.
6:04
SPEAKER_00: If it's valuable to you, it's invaluable.
6:07
SPEAKER_00: And if anybody giving you something that's valuable to you like that, you gotta you gotta treat it like that, you gotta appreciate it like that.
6:16
SPEAKER_00: So just appreciate those that you can talk to and that got your back.
6:21
SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Shauna, one of my favorite people in the world to talk to.
6:28
SPEAKER_00: But shout out to your people.
6:30
SPEAKER_01: But anyway, Diddy indictment, Diddy indictments.
6:39
SPEAKER_00: This publicist, Jonathan, this guy is about to have Diddy and some shit.
6:52
SPEAKER_01: For real.
7:04
SPEAKER_01: This is an LA County Sheriff.
7:07
SPEAKER_01: What's up?
7:08
SPEAKER_01: What's up, C Tuck?
7:15
SPEAKER_00: C Tuck in the building.
7:16
SPEAKER_00: C Tuck says, good morning, floor and crew.
7:18
SPEAKER_00: Make sure y'all like the live as y'all enter, please, and thank you in advance.
7:26
SPEAKER_00: Somebody said they heard Diddy was getting out.
7:28
SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm just talking about today, we're talking about the new charges or the new investigations that we got going on.
7:36
SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure about, I haven't heard any rumor about him getting out.
7:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, if y'all heard any rumors about Diddy getting out, gone, throw them in the chat.
7:48
SPEAKER_00: But I haven't heard anything.
7:51
SPEAKER_00: But this one with this with publicists, with what Diddy done did was was doing too much, was doing too much Diddy shit around him and forced himself on him and all that.
8:04
SPEAKER_00: LA County is taking this case serious.
8:10
SPEAKER_00: Uh, this is uh Fox 12.
8:13
SPEAKER_00: LA County Sheriff is now investigating new sexual battery claim against Sean Diddy Combs.
8:24
SPEAKER_00: The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said Monday it's investigating a new sexual battery allegation against hip-hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs, who is serving a four-year prison sentence on prostitution-related convictions.
8:42
SPEAKER_00: A male music producer and publicist said he was asked to come to a photo shoot in 2020 at a Los Angeles warehouse where Combs exposed himself while masturbating.
8:55
SPEAKER_00: Man, Diddy is a wild boy.
8:57
SPEAKER_00: Combs exposed himself while masturbating and told the accuser to basically help him out.
9:08
SPEAKER_00: Man, Diddy is what the hell is wrong with Diddy, y'all?
9:15
SPEAKER_00: Can somebody tell me what the hell is wrong with Diddy?
9:23
SPEAKER_00: And Diddy can't put his in.
9:26
SPEAKER_00: Do you do you know how if Diddy could control his Diddy, he would have a totally different life.
9:38
SPEAKER_00: This guy is because basically what they're saying is for LA County to even take it this far, with all the information that's out there, and with all the information that's been turned over, for LA County Sheriff to even be taking it this far, they saying don't uh spell is is not a good sign for Diddy.
10:09
SPEAKER_00: Too much, too much wrong here for this hour we got here.
10:15
SPEAKER_00: Did it lead it?
10:17
SPEAKER_00: Hey, y'all need to come see some of these chats.
10:20
SPEAKER_00: If you are listening to the show, if you ever have time in the morning, 8 30 a.m.
10:26
SPEAKER_00: Eastern Standard Time, you gotta come kick it with us for a live episode.
10:31
SPEAKER_00: You will be cracking up at what goes on in the chat.
10:36
SPEAKER_00: Uh the giggle.
10:37
SPEAKER_00: They are uh Lily has pointed, Lily has pointed out the giggle of the day.
10:44
SPEAKER_00: Lily, Lily, we have your prize waiting in the back.
10:47
SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Lily, for pointing out the giggle.
10:50
SPEAKER_00: But the chat is just is just funny as hell, yeah.
10:53
SPEAKER_00: So if you ever have time, you listen to the flow show, no filter.
10:57
SPEAKER_00: And you want to check us out live, 8 30 a.m.
11:00
SPEAKER_00: Monday through Friday, um, Eastern Standard Time.
11:04
SPEAKER_00: Come on on the YouTube channel, FlowDaddy Flow.
11:06
SPEAKER_00: Anywho, anyhow.
11:12
SPEAKER_00: So the article goes on to say a male producer publicist said he was okay, he at this photo shoot, Diddy did this crazy stuff.
11:20
SPEAKER_00: The accuser, whose name is redacted in the police report, said he did not tell anyone for several years because he felt embarrassed.
11:28
SPEAKER_00: He came forward to police in Largo, Florida, this September, shortly after Combs was convicted on other charges.
11:37
SPEAKER_00: Combs' lawyer did not immediately respond to the email from the Associated Press.
11:45
SPEAKER_01: They didn't respond.
11:50
SPEAKER_00: And the word around town is he has an original police report which as what?
11:59
SPEAKER_00: Credibility.
12:02
SPEAKER_00: If he didn't have a legitimate police report, they would not be investigating this shit.
12:09
SPEAKER_00: And supposedly evidence was turned over.
12:14
SPEAKER_00: This kind of reminds me of one of those cases that kind of come around and you and you like you don't really it sounds so crazy, you don't think there's no chance for it to be true just because it sounds so crazy, but then again, you're dealing with Mohawk Diddy, and actually nothing is too crazy.
12:42
SPEAKER_00: So this is one of those cases where I did, I'm gonna be honest, I didn't think it was gonna go this far.
12:53
SPEAKER_00: I didn't think it was gonna have to go this far.
12:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, Elise said she wonders how much he had to squint to see the Titsie Roll.
13:02
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, that's that's a that uh we should take a we should take a uh run a poll on that, huh?
13:09
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, this was one of those cases that is like, I'm honest, I did not think it was going.
13:16
SPEAKER_00: This case is actually going far.
13:17
SPEAKER_00: And it reminds me one of those ones that you cases where you where you you toss it to the side like this can't be true.
13:25
SPEAKER_00: Next thing you know, they bring an indictment and bringing full charges on this case that you thought was nothing, and it was actually true.
13:37
SPEAKER_00: Because Diddy supposedly forced dude to uh engage on him on his Diddy or whatever.
13:48
SPEAKER_00: Allegedly, I don't know.
13:50
SPEAKER_00: This is just what the article's saying, is just what's being reported.
13:57
SPEAKER_00: But this is all over the news, it hit like yesterday, it hit everywhere, and um we'll see.
14:06
SPEAKER_00: But keep an eye on this one, y'all.
14:09
SPEAKER_00: Uh, this one, I would say, out of every out of all the lawsuits and all the allegations, this one and what little rod got going on to me are the two situations that seem like they are the most, I'd let's say dangerous, I guess, for Diddy, as far as uh cases that can actually turn criminal.
14:34
SPEAKER_00: So those are the two that I'm watching very, very closely right now.
14:40
SPEAKER_00: Uh the one with the 17-year-old, that one's getting kind of serious, but it's not, they're not really uh no police or no law enforcement is investigating that one right now.
14:54
SPEAKER_00: That is just being um investigated on the civil side.
15:02
SPEAKER_00: They're talking about bacon cookies.
15:07
SPEAKER_00: Don't look for no new hobbies, puff, puff, pass.
15:10
SPEAKER_00: Everybody is puff puff and passing.
15:12
SPEAKER_00: Y'all have a ball.
15:14
SPEAKER_00: Look, they would never know how much fun.
15:18
SPEAKER_00: The world outside of this show will never know how much fun we have at the crack of fucking dawn.
15:28
SPEAKER_00: Like back in the day, when we was kids hanging out over each other's house.
15:35
SPEAKER_00: Normally everybody might sleep in, but when all the kids are kicking it, everybody getting up and having fun.
15:40
SPEAKER_00: That's us.
15:41
SPEAKER_00: Ain't nobody else having this much fun.
15:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh at fucking 8.8.
15:47
SPEAKER_00: Some of these people in here, like I think Grandma Kathy, I think it's like 5:30 where she is, a.m.
15:55
SPEAKER_00: Then we do have some at night people who are overseas, and it's like 10 p.m.
16:01
SPEAKER_00: as they watch.
16:04
SPEAKER_00: But uh Mel Max said, the best way to wake up is a little flow in my cup.
16:13
SPEAKER_00: I like that.
16:15
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'll come out with my own coffee.
16:17
SPEAKER_00: Once I really get coffee down pat, maybe I might come out with my own little mixture.
16:21
SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
16:23
SPEAKER_00: So, anyway, let's let's go on.
16:25
SPEAKER_00: See, Tuck.
16:27
SPEAKER_00: Did y'all know they broke into uh my boy Shader Shador Sanders' house?
16:33
SPEAKER_00: This is what I be saying about Cleveland, y'all.
16:37
SPEAKER_00: I love my city.
16:40
SPEAKER_00: But we just don't, we just don't do, we just, we just wrong sometimes, man.
16:51
SPEAKER_00: We just wrong sometimes.
16:58
SPEAKER_00: Like Cleveland, Shador Sanders has came.
17:04
SPEAKER_00: Shador Sanders, the quarterback, Deion Sanderson, has gone through hell on draft day, and y'all know how it's been for Shador Sanders.
17:14
SPEAKER_00: But he's been just smiling and getting through it and going through it, and I admire the young man's demeanor, how he just gets through it.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: But he has gone to the most dangerous projects in Cleveland where 999.9.999% of Cleveland won't even go to these projects.
17:37
SPEAKER_00: Shador Sanders goes there, gives out food and support and signs autographs.
17:46
SPEAKER_00: Then the day he gets to start and playing the game.
17:53
SPEAKER_01: We breaking into his damn house.
17:59
SPEAKER_01: That is some Cleveland ass shit.
18:06
SPEAKER_00: This man that came here and gave his left arm.
18:11
SPEAKER_00: And how we repay him?
18:14
SPEAKER_00: We break in his damn house while he's playing football for our Cleveland Browns.
18:25
SPEAKER_01: That is just so Cleveland.
18:29
SPEAKER_00: And I love my city, and it's so many great people here.
18:32
SPEAKER_00: But it's that it's that crap, it's that few little bunch that just ruins it for everybody, man.
18:41
SPEAKER_00: So C Tuck, shout out to C Tuck, sent me this article as soon as um, we ain't gotta go over the whole article, but he sent me this article as soon as it happened.
18:50
SPEAKER_00: Shador Sanders home broke into over the weekend while he's playing football.
19:04
SPEAKER_01: I can't make this up.
19:08
SPEAKER_00: So all the people out there that be thinking people doing stuff for clicks and likes and views, this crazy ass news world we live in.
19:19
SPEAKER_00: I don't even see why anybody would have to make something up.
19:24
SPEAKER_00: The truth is way crazier.
19:31
SPEAKER_00: I don't know why you would have to make something up.
19:34
SPEAKER_00: This man, Shador Sanders, has come and dedicated so much to Cleveland, giving out stuff and being a man of the people.
19:48
SPEAKER_00: We breaking in his house while he's on the football field in Cleveland.
19:59
SPEAKER_00: Says someone broke in the Cleveland Browns quarterback Shador Sanders' uh Northeast home over the weekend.
20:07
SPEAKER_00: The break-in happened on Sunday while Sanders made his quarterback debut against the Baltimore Ravens.
20:16
SPEAKER_00: No suspects have been identified at this time.
20:24
SPEAKER_00: Come on, y'all.
20:26
SPEAKER_00: What the hell?
20:28
SPEAKER_00: So please, dear Cleveland, can we not break?
20:31
SPEAKER_00: Can we can we take a break on breaking in homes and crime for a little couple months?
20:39
SPEAKER_00: Shit, take a take a break.
20:41
SPEAKER_00: Do criminals take vacations?
20:51
SPEAKER_00: Do criminals take vacations?
20:54
SPEAKER_00: Like these motherfuckers, they work harder.
20:56
SPEAKER_00: If they took the criminal energy and and put it into legit shit, they'd be bezos, buffing.
21:05
SPEAKER_00: They don't even take a fucking break.
21:09
SPEAKER_00: Oh, the quarterback that everybody that's that's trying to represent and help everybody out.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's break in his shit as soon as he plays.
21:17
SPEAKER_00: Let's wait till the day he is actually about to play, and then let's go break in his house.
21:21
SPEAKER_00: Who came up with that idea?
21:27
SPEAKER_00: Says in the in the chat, Desney says, by the way, Flo, the show starts 12:30 a.m.

21:49
SPEAKER_00: One thing about my my community, and we we get we're getting closer to throwing out the community word, and we're gonna say we've we family, but we're gonna use them both interchangeably.
21:59
SPEAKER_00: Um, but my community gonna set it straight, ain't they?
22:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh-uh, Flo, you missed the time 12:30 a.m.

22:35
SPEAKER_00: C Tuck was sending it to my phone.

22:51
SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I want to talk about good stuff, but it's like so much bad stuff happening.
22:57
SPEAKER_00: How can we not discuss Chris Boyd being shot?
23:01

SPEAKER_00: The shooter has not been apprehended.
25:46
SPEAKER_00: How does somebody shoot somebody near West 38th and 7th Avenue near Times Square?
25:54
SPEAKER_00: How does somebody shoot somebody there and nobody knows who this person is?
26:09
SPEAKER_00: Can somebody answer that question?
26:11
SPEAKER_00: How do we what type of I thought we had cameras everywhere when Luigi when this when the when the United Healthcare when the United Healthcare CEO was, I guess, shot by Luigi in New York, Manhattan, they had full surveillance video of it within seconds.
26:45
SPEAKER_01: This NFL player gets shot, and we don't know him.
26:52
SPEAKER_00: We don't know nothing.
26:54
SPEAKER_00: I don't know exactly where it was and this and that, but from what I understand, it is cameras everywhere in New York.
27:06
SPEAKER_00: So at least they just don't want to get involved.
27:13
SPEAKER_01: That could be the case.
27:20
SPEAKER_00: Handle your business.
27:21
SPEAKER_00: See you tomorrow in the in the in the family meeting.

27:54
SPEAKER_00: The NFL player, uh Chris Boyd, and the assailant reportedly were engaged in a fight at the time the shooting happened.
28:08
SPEAKER_00: The article from NBC News has a description and photo of the suspect.
28:19
SPEAKER_00: So they were in a fight.
28:24
SPEAKER_00: So a fight even happened.
28:26
SPEAKER_00: They were fighting and shooting, and y'all don't know who this guy is.
28:35
SPEAKER_01: They were fighting.
29:32
SPEAKER_01: I'm frozen.

30:01
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm just being silly.
30:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm just staying real still.
30:05
SPEAKER_00: I ain't frozen.

31:06
SPEAKER_00: This will be the first time in the show.
31:07
SPEAKER_00: I don't think did I I was so ready to get into uh these crazy stories we had today.
31:14
SPEAKER_00: I think today was the first time where I didn't even do the intro.
31:18
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna probably do it on the outro.
31:24
SPEAKER_00: Long as I say, the thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the flow show no filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
31:34
SPEAKER_00: I am not a professional.
31:36
SPEAKER_00: I am just good.
31:39
SPEAKER_00: I don't think I said that.
31:45
SPEAKER_00: Moving right along, moving right along.
31:49
SPEAKER_00: Uh another, so that's the Chris Boyd situation, y'all.
31:53
SPEAKER_00: We we we what we're trying to figure out now is when are they gonna have some type of clue on who the hell is running around shooting people in Manhattan these days.
32:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, who is this, who is this guy?
32:09
SPEAKER_00: Just issue the statement before before we uh move on from this story.
32:13
SPEAKER_00: Jess issued a statement noting that they are unaware that they are aware of the situation and will have no further comment at this time.
32:27
SPEAKER_00: It's like why like why another crazy ass story that uh sea Tuck sent me.
32:44
SPEAKER_00: I was like, Sea Tuck uh got his ear to the street.
32:47
SPEAKER_00: Tell me if y'all heard about this one boy 15 charged with unaliving after the girl 14-year-old shot to death in Twinsburg.
33:01
SPEAKER_00: In the woods, apparently.
33:04
SPEAKER_00: So it says this from Fox 8.
33:07
SPEAKER_00: Uh, a 15-year-old boy is charged with unaliving after investigators said a 14-year-old girl was shot to death in a wooded area of Twinsburg over the weekend.
33:20
SPEAKER_00: Twinsburg is out here in Ohio, y'all, near Cleveland.
33:24
SPEAKER_00: Uh, according to Twinsburg police, officers were called out to prevent a road around 11.48 after family members said a 14-year-old girl left home with the firearm.
33:36
SPEAKER_00: Law enforcement started searching the area for the girl, and at 12:36 p.m., a caller told dispatchers that they heard gunshots near White Oaks Drive.
33:47
SPEAKER_00: Investigators said they found the teen with a gunshot wound in a wooded area northwest of Twinsburg High School.
33:54
SPEAKER_00: The girl identified as Twinsburg High School freshman London Brown died from her injuries.
33:59
SPEAKER_00: During the investigation, Twinsburg police said a 15-year-old boy was seen leaving the wooded area near the back of the Twinsburg Community Center.
34:10
SPEAKER_00: Twinsburg said they determined that he was responsible for the death of the 14-year-old girl.
34:15
SPEAKER_00: Authorities have not elaborated on those details.
34:19
SPEAKER_00: So the 15-year-old boy in this case has been charged with unaliving and tampering with evidence.
34:27
SPEAKER_00: What the hell do y'all think happened here?
34:31
SPEAKER_00: Her high school will not be honoring her.
34:34
SPEAKER_00: This is sad.
34:35
SPEAKER_00: So she went out and pray for all of our children, y'all.
34:41
SPEAKER_00: We all love our children to death.
34:44
SPEAKER_00: Pray for our children.
34:45
SPEAKER_00: Pray for our children.
34:46
SPEAKER_00: We all love our children.
34:48
SPEAKER_00: But tell me this, y'all.
34:53
SPEAKER_00: Did he ask her to bring a gun so he could unalive her?
35:05
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Black Black Rose, for the Taco Tuesday.
35:09
SPEAKER_00: Five dollar hala.
35:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, uh lots of crazy news story.
35:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, stay stay safe, fam.
35:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it is it's just like like I said, I got we gotta know what's out here.
35:20
SPEAKER_00: Um you know, that's the that's the one thing about my job as far as bringing the real stories to the to the community.
35:29
SPEAKER_00: A lot of time you find yourself reporting on negativity, but it's also this is to not only bring awareness for the victims, but just to make all of us aware of what the hell is really going on, um, what's what's really going on outside, and the many, many, many, many reasons why we gotta stay safe and our asses gotta stay safe, and we gotta keep our kids safe and understand that it is it's just I don't know what type of time we're living in right now, but less is more right now.
36:04
SPEAKER_00: Less is more, meaning don't do too much, don't do more than you have to right now.
36:11
SPEAKER_00: Do what you gotta do, stick to the script, but don't get too caught up in trying to do too much out here.
36:18
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know.
36:20
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, big R, for the$9.99,$10 hala, super sticker.
36:28
SPEAKER_00: Big mama, big R in the building.
36:33
SPEAKER_00: Spiritual warfare is real.
36:36
SPEAKER_00: Uh, someone said, but uh it is definitely we definitely living in a time, y'all.
36:45
SPEAKER_00: This is definitely a time we're living in.
36:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh let's take it back up top.
36:52
SPEAKER_00: So much going on.
36:54
SPEAKER_00: So now, oh man, this is a tough one, y'all.
37:01
SPEAKER_00: Like I said, any anybody who triggered this morning, I can't help it, y'all.
37:05
SPEAKER_00: I can only go what would need to be talked about.
37:07
SPEAKER_00: This shit is really not even, you know, if it if I had it exactly my way, some of this stuff I would not talk about.
37:14
SPEAKER_00: But if you stay away from real topics, you affect real people who need these stories out there.
37:20
SPEAKER_00: Like I said, what people don't realize, um, being somebody who has always advocated for victims at every level, I really got a chance to sit down and be like amongst families when when going through when they're going through these tragic stories, and you would be surprised how much it means to them just to spread just that the word gets spread because that's their only real power to having any chance to get justice.
37:51
SPEAKER_00: So, although it's like sometimes it's like shit, I don't even want to talk about, you know, this is kind of this is a hard, this is a bad, a hard topic to talk about.
38:01
SPEAKER_00: We gotta do what we gotta do.
38:02
SPEAKER_00: Shout out to Tracy for the$4.99 super chat.
38:06
SPEAKER_00: Five dollar holla.
38:10
SPEAKER_00: So remember the other Cleveland case?
38:15
SPEAKER_00: Uh the nine-year-old boy accused of attacking a five-year-old uh girl.
38:22
SPEAKER_00: Remember, it was multiple kids, nine-year-olds, I think eight and seven-year-olds attacking this one five-year-old girl they've been they're charging with attempted murder, strangulation, sexual assault, all kind of stuff.
38:37
SPEAKER_00: Um they actually arranged the nine-year-old uh boy, but that's not the that's not the that's not the uh craziest part of this story.
38:50
SPEAKER_00: Okay, no, nine and ten.
38:51
SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry.
38:56
SPEAKER_00: So they got a Wednesday morning, a 10-year-old girl accused of these uh unthinkable things and a family member was there.
39:10
SPEAKER_00: The nine-year-old suspect.
39:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, the nine-year-old suspect was also was scheduled to appear in court with the other kid, but did not even show up.
39:20
SPEAKER_00: And the family said that it was because of car troubles.
39:26
SPEAKER_00: The judge has ordered the boy to appear in court within the next week, threatening to issue an arrest warrant if he fails to comply.
39:34
SPEAKER_00: These kids couldn't even, the parents couldn't even get these kids to the court.
39:39
SPEAKER_00: It just shows you how sorry this parenting is, and these parents are this this is just ridiculous.
39:49
SPEAKER_00: But to hear about kids like this being charged with these adult sickening crazy crimes.
40:07
SPEAKER_01: I've never seen nothing like it.
40:14
SPEAKER_00: Nine-year-old boy and ten-year-old girl are listen to these charges, y'all.
40:21
SPEAKER_00: But what they did to this girl, this five-year-old girl just basically jumped her, torched her, and did all tortured her and did all kinds of stuff.
40:29
SPEAKER_00: But they are facing attempted murder.
40:33
SPEAKER_00: Great with a R, felonious assault, kidnapping, and strangulation.
40:47
SPEAKER_00: And you got parents talking about they couldn't get the child to court because of car problems.
41:00
SPEAKER_00: You can't get your your your your your uh criminal criminalized devilish child.
41:13
SPEAKER_00: I don't even know what it's so horrific.
41:15
SPEAKER_00: You y'all can't you these parents that's why I agree with some of these people saying the parents need to be charged too.
41:27
SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you think that in these in cases like this, the parents should face some type of charges behind this.
41:47
SPEAKER_00: That winter coming in.
41:50
SPEAKER_00: Leave me alone.
41:51
SPEAKER_00: I've been doing good.
41:52
SPEAKER_00: I ain't had I ain't had no type of coughs, no nothing in a long, long, long, long, long time.
42:00
SPEAKER_00: Don't be coming for me this winter, Cleveland.
42:03
SPEAKER_00: C Tuck said, hell yeah, they should.
42:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because they like they so like a days because how you man, I don't never heard I never heard of missing court.
42:14
SPEAKER_00: I never heard of car troubles being a legitimate excuse.
42:19
SPEAKER_00: Let's be honest.
42:22
SPEAKER_00: I ain't never heard of car troubles being uh a legitimate excuse to miss court.
42:27
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, look, everybody saying that.
42:33
SPEAKER_00: Damn, Lily said this is why I don't want to be a non- Yeah, you just hey look, you fearful what these kids gotta grow up in.
42:46
SPEAKER_00: Uh Elise said kids don't do shit like that without seeing it or living through it.
42:54
SPEAKER_00: For real.
42:57
SPEAKER_00: For real.
43:08
SPEAKER_00: Also, has anybody I see somebody talking about it in the chat, and I'm glad they brought it up.
43:14
SPEAKER_00: Has anybody been following closely what's been going on uh with it with the uh THC uh ban or THC situation?
43:24
SPEAKER_00: Has anybody been been watching that closely?
43:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh Congress basically bans this is not Yahoo news.
43:40
SPEAKER_00: Congress bans majority of hemp derived THC products.
43:48
SPEAKER_00: In a deal to end the country's long-lasting government shutdown last week, Congress approved a collection of new limits on the majority of hemp-derived THC products, effectively banning most intoxicating variants nationwide.
44:06
SPEAKER_00: President Donald Trump signed the measure on November 12th, closing a loophole left by the 2018 Farm Bill.
44:14
SPEAKER_00: Now the new ban is allegedly set to start in January 2026, with some nonprofits already asking Congress to refine the rules before shuttering the market.
44:28
SPEAKER_00: Folded into the new funding bill for the government next year, the provision redefines legal hemp by capping products at 0.4 milligrams of total THC per service.
44:42
SPEAKER_00: The limit covers Delta 8, Delta 9, and other psychoactive isomers that had been legal under the 0.3% Delta 9 THC dry weight standards currently seen in Texas.
44:59
SPEAKER_00: The provision will also ban most synthetic cannabis and most intermediate hemp extracts sold over the counter, overriding other previous laws enforced across the lone star state.
45:14
SPEAKER_00: Supporters led by Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell argued the change closes a loophole that allowed intoxicating beverages and edibles to skirt federal marijuana rules.
45:28
SPEAKER_00: McConnell, who authored the 2018 Farm Bill, said the gap created a backdoor entry for marijuana-like products without proper oversight.
45:41
SPEAKER_00: Momentum then grew after 39 attorneys generally wrote a letter asking Congress to step in, warning that unregulated Delta vapes and gummies were reaching minors too often through gas stations and convenience stores.
46:00
SPEAKER_00: The new band lines up with uh Governor Dan Patrick's push for a statewide crackdown that Greg Abbott vetoed earlier this year.
46:11
SPEAKER_00: Abbott later issued an executive order imposing age limits and updating labeling rules for hemp products, but the new federal law preempts state-by-state approaches.
46:25
SPEAKER_00: The hemp market, a$28 billion industry per NPR employing more than 300,000 Americans, warns of a big economic fallout.
46:35
SPEAKER_00: Hundreds of Texas farmers and retailers across the state could potentially close their doors once the ban takes effect.
46:46
SPEAKER_00: The U.S.
46:47
SPEAKER_00: Roundtable launched a 365 Days to Regulate Not Ban campaign, asking Congress to refine the rules rather than cutting off the majority of the market.
46:59
SPEAKER_00: We took a deep blow this week.
47:01
SPEAKER_00: The bill to reopen government included language.
47:18
SPEAKER_00: This is this is this subject is crazy because the only part where I that I understand I can say that far too many miners are getting their hands on this stupid ass vape shit.
47:43
SPEAKER_00: Now, as far as everything else that they're saying in there, you know, I would have to do a real deep dive to see who is getting away with what, what is going on.
47:55
SPEAKER_00: So I ain't gonna get into that part of it, but I will say, honestly, these minors getting their hands on these vapes and shit is a huge, is a huge problem.
48:06
SPEAKER_00: If you don't know, now you know.
48:10
SPEAKER_00: Flo told you so right now.
48:12
SPEAKER_00: If you didn't know, because maybe you're not, you know, you're not really involved or really connected to what's going on with the youth as far as you know being in this world we live in, being in their world and being affected by their world directly, that is a problem.
48:32
SPEAKER_00: That is honestly a problem, it really is.
48:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, and with the explosion of all this stuff, it's just kind of like shit is everywhere.
48:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, the thing about the politicians and when they make it political, you have to question what their motive is behind all of this.
48:57
SPEAKER_00: I'm just telling you point blank.
49:00
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, I don't want, I don't know about cutting jobs and all of that.
49:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying we do need to figure out a way to uh to regulate and keep it out of the low budget grocery, I mean a gas station.
49:18
SPEAKER_00: We need to regulate their stuff.
49:20
SPEAKER_00: That that is what I'm gonna say.
49:21
SPEAKER_00: Now I don't know outside of that, who knows?
49:24
SPEAKER_00: Uh let's go to the chat.
49:26
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what some people in the chat got to say on this topic.
49:29
SPEAKER_00: I see a lot of people going off.
49:37
SPEAKER_00: Uh, Lily says she's confused because in Massachusetts, they were just talking about increasing how much a person can purchase in a day.
49:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is all over the place.
49:51
SPEAKER_00: Uh, who else?
49:52
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what else somebody got to say.
49:57
SPEAKER_00: Uh also she says, but wouldn't that include uh edibles and drinks, not only hemp products, which is crazy because hemp is better than cotton.
50:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that's what I'm saying.
50:06
SPEAKER_00: I'm not really talking about the hemp part of it.
50:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm just talking about these crazy concoctions that are so because I agree with y'all on that.
50:13
SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm just talking about these crazy concoctions that they're selling in these gas stations, and miners are getting their hands on, and it's not a good thing.
50:25
SPEAKER_00: Let's get another comment.
50:27
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what who who who uh got something to say.
50:34
SPEAKER_00: Uh Desi says, but governments are the ones that allow them to put it on put it on the shelves in tobacco shops near schools too here, too, here.
50:43
SPEAKER_00: Tobacco shops are almost on every corner here.
50:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's that's what I'm telling y'all.
50:48
SPEAKER_00: It is it and so I don't know what the hell that what they got going on in those mixtures, but I don't like it.
50:56
SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's it's it's not it's not right.
50:59
SPEAKER_00: Something ain't right about that shit.
51:07
SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
51:08
SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, I don't think because I don't think they're banning the actual, well, like you said, people people gonna still get their hands on whatever they want to get their hands on.
51:19
SPEAKER_00: But I just want to, I just definitely want to recognise what's in them gas stations and in them convenience stores.
51:26
SPEAKER_00: Other than that, I'm cool.
51:29
SPEAKER_00: That is true, then that is their whole idea.
51:31
SPEAKER_00: They they want you they want us as a society, they don't want no natural shit.
51:36
SPEAKER_00: They want us on pills, pills, pills, medication, medication.
51:40
SPEAKER_00: Money, money, money, money, money.
51:56
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what we got.
51:57
SPEAKER_00: Y'all are y'all going crazy.
51:59
SPEAKER_00: The chat is going crazy.
52:00
SPEAKER_00: It's breaking news, y'all.
52:01
SPEAKER_00: The chat is going crazy.
52:07
SPEAKER_00: I like this idea, Sherry.
52:11
SPEAKER_00: Kids should be 21.
52:16
SPEAKER_00: I I I totally, totally, totally, totally, totally, totally, totally agree.
52:20
SPEAKER_00: You should have to be 21 to get that.
52:23
SPEAKER_00: Shouldn't be able to get that.
52:25
SPEAKER_00: Cause because almost when you when you let them get it at 18, you might as well you you pretty much let them get it at 16.
52:30
SPEAKER_00: You know how the law goes.
52:32
SPEAKER_00: People gonna always uh bend the rules a little bit or or or or you know skate close to the edge, or you're gonna have a lot of people do that.
52:42
SPEAKER_00: So if you're saying 18, you really saying 14, 15, 16, 17, you know, you saying any teenager because that they all kind of look the same in them ages.
52:54
SPEAKER_00: You got some mature ones, some that's late bloomers, but the you know, so you can't really judge too much of an age difference in that range, but at least you know, 21-year-old, that's a that's somewhat of an adult.
53:20
SPEAKER_00: Lily says, absolutely flow, great point.
53:22
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Lily.
53:31
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, definitely, y'all, it this just is a crazy, crazy time.
53:35
SPEAKER_00: I mean, NFL players' house are getting broken into.
53:39
SPEAKER_00: They getting shot at.
53:40
SPEAKER_00: We don't know, we don't have a clue who did neither one.
53:45
SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna say it again, they start to get away with a lot of shit.
53:48
SPEAKER_00: Is is it do we not have enough money to like catch bad guys these days?
53:57
SPEAKER_00: I'm starting to think that we start not having enough money to catch bad guys, or they don't give a shit, because somebody shot in the middle of Manhattan, no suspect.
54:11
SPEAKER_00: David uh is messing around with an underage person, uh Celeste.
54:19
SPEAKER_00: She's found an unalive dismembered in his car, but they don't have one suspect.
54:30
SPEAKER_00: Shador Sanders, starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns.
54:35
SPEAKER_00: Home is broken into while he's playing football, they don't know shit.
54:44
SPEAKER_00: Um list goes on and on.
54:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh I mean, how many cases and stories we got going on right now where they just don't know shit.
54:57
SPEAKER_01: Really?
54:58
SPEAKER_00: Uh C Tuck says, I think it should be 21.
55:02
