Is there an intrinsic difference between the private and public domains?
Ten Tefachim or more, inclusivity of holes or bends, minimum quantitative area, and many more differences beg the question. Are these the differences or do they stem from an inherent dissimilarity?
On a separate note, do the public make use of holes in walls?
