- 0:31Speaker 1: We have a lot to get to today. I want
- 0:33Speaker 1: to talk to you about the latest in the grand
- 0:36Speaker 1: conspiracy case down in South Florida. There's some movement on
- 0:41Speaker 1: that as the people behind betraying our country using the
- 0:45Speaker 1: power that we gave them are facing the sweet music
- 0:49Speaker 1: of justice. I've got some of the details coming up
- 0:51Speaker 1: on that, some breaking news on that subject. Also, we're
- 0:54Speaker 1: going to take a closer look at what a couple
- 0:57Speaker 1: of Republicans did in Congress yesterday, this ongoing betrayal on
- 1:03Speaker 1: the 2024 mandate to get our borders secure. Yeah, Republicans,
- 1:07Speaker 1: a couple of them are still proving to be colossal jackasses.
- 1:11Speaker 1: We'll talk about why that is, what the hell is
- 1:13Speaker 1: even going on there. And elections in the United States,
- 1:18Speaker 1: the left is really trying to rig them But I
- 1:21Speaker 1: have some good news for you. We're making some headway

- 2:47Speaker 4: Here we go.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Yes, indeed. We got a John Brennan update for you today.
- 2:58Speaker 1: The former CIA director, one of those quite obviously evil
- 3:03Speaker 1: men who abused their power while they were in government.
- 3:06Speaker 1: We got a big report from Reuters going into the
- 3:10Speaker 1: evening yesterday that he is the target of an FBI
- 3:15Speaker 1: investigation right now. Right now, Reuters with the headline that
- 3:21Speaker 1: the FBI is has him under investigation. And this is
- 3:26Speaker 1: what they say. They said the FBI plans to question
- 3:28Speaker 1: roughly a half dozen witnesses in its criminal inquiry into
- 3:33Speaker 1: CIA Director John Brennan, former CIA Director John Brennan, over
- 3:37Speaker 1: a U.S. intelligence assessment that found that Russia interfered in
- 3:41Speaker 1: the 2016 election to help Donald Trump. according to two
- 3:45Speaker 1: people familiar with the investigation. The interviews, which have not
- 3:49Speaker 1: been previously reported and are expected to include former intelligence
- 3:53Speaker 1: officials involved in that disgusting 2017 fake assessment orchestrated by
- 3:58Speaker 1: Barack Obama, sorry, I added a lot of language to
- 4:01Speaker 1: that part, will delve into the origins of the Trump-Russia inquiry,
- 4:07Speaker 1: an issue Trump has long urged that prosecutors pursue, the
- 4:10Speaker 1: two sources said. The probe is being run, ready, by
- 4:14Speaker 1: the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami, and it has been
- 4:18Speaker 1: underway for months now. The sources say it appears to
- 4:21Speaker 1: be focusing on congressional testimony, i.e. lies, that Brennan made
- 4:27Speaker 1: in 2023 about the crafting of the assessment. Yes, remember,
- 4:34Speaker 1: Brennan and company, James Comey and company, They were pretending
- 4:37Speaker 1: like they knew nothing about any of this. Like, oh,
- 4:39Speaker 1: I didn't know. The Steele dossier? That gigantic packet of
- 4:42Speaker 1: lies from Hillary Clinton and Mark Elias and Perkins Coie
- 4:45Speaker 1: and Fusion GPS? No, I didn't know anything about that. Yeah,
- 4:49Speaker 1: they knew everything about it. They rammed it in. in
- 4:52Speaker 1: order to provide the skeleton for the so-called intelligence community assessment. Oh,
- 4:57Speaker 1: Trump was colluding with the Russians. The Russians were working
- 5:00Speaker 1: to get Trump elected. The Russians stole the election. This
- 5:03Speaker 1: was all predicated on lies manufactured by Hillary Clinton's campaign.
- 5:08Speaker 1: It's an issue that you and I have endlessly litigated
- 5:11Speaker 1: because we're horrified by the conspiracy and what took place.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Brennan was told by prosecutors, Reuters reports, he was told
- 5:19Speaker 1: by prosecutors He is the target of the investigation. He's
- 5:26Speaker 1: the target. He's the target. I want to take you
- 5:29Speaker 1: back to October of last year, scratch that, November of
- 5:32Speaker 1: last year. November of last year, when we get this report,
- 5:37Speaker 1: here is Brett Baier delivering the breaking news as it
- 5:40Speaker 1: happened in the 6 o'clock Eastern hour in that November day.
- 5:44Speaker 5: Listen.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Listen.
- 5:45Speaker 6: News Digital is now reporting a federal grand jury has
- 5:48Speaker 6: subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI officials Peter
- 5:53Speaker 6: Strzok and Lisa Page, as well as others. It is
- 5:57Speaker 6: part of the Justice Department's investigation into the origins of
- 6:00Speaker 6: the Trump-Russia probe. Sources say the trio were served with
- 6:04Speaker 6: federal subpoenas today. Law enforcement sources also say up to
- 6:08Speaker 6: 30 subpoenas will be issued in the coming days related
- 6:11Speaker 6: to this investigation.
- 6:13Speaker 1: We'll follow that. And after that report, the number of
- 6:16Speaker 1: subpoenas only grew, actually, dramatically. So we got that early
- 6:22Speaker 1: report that Brennan, Strzok, Page were all receiving these subpoenas.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And then we get March of this year, a discovery
- 6:30Speaker 1: that James Comey has also been subpoenaed. The former FBI director,
- 6:34Speaker 1: the overgrown shell artist, was subpoenaed this year in the
- 6:37Speaker 1: grand conspiracy case against Trump. Axios reported at the time. Remember,
- 6:42Speaker 1: former FBI Director James Comey subpoenaed in the wide-ranging grand
- 6:45Speaker 1: conspiracy case against the ex-officials who investigated and prosecuted President Trump.
- 6:52Speaker 1: This is what Axios said. Two sources with knowledge of
- 6:54Speaker 1: the situation told them. The investigation has produced more than
- 6:59Speaker 1: 130 subpoenas since cranking up last year and targets top
- 7:05Speaker 1: officials who worked under former Presidents Obama and Biden. The officials,
- 7:11Speaker 1: including Comey, have all decried the investigation as political persecution
- 7:16Speaker 1: and lawfare, which, of course, they were responsible for. Political
- 7:20Speaker 1: persecution and lawfare. The grand conspiracy theory posits the Democrat
- 7:26Speaker 1: officials bent the rules, broke the law, lied under oath,
- 7:29Speaker 1: all to investigate, prosecute, and otherwise undermine Trump from his
- 7:32Speaker 1: election back in 2016 all the way through the federal indictments.
- 7:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Which is why, remember, what did I tell you earlier
- 7:40Speaker 1: this week? You've got Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence,
- 7:46Speaker 1: who just put together information about the rigging of the
- 7:51Speaker 1: 2019 impeachment of Donald Trump and has made a criminal
- 7:55Speaker 1: referral to the United States Department of Justice for both
- 7:58Speaker 1: the alleged whistleblower, the so-called whistleblower, and the intelligence community
- 8:03Speaker 1: inspector general. She's calling for prosecution for both of them.
- 8:08Speaker 1: We've also seen criminal referrals from the CIA director, John Ratcliffe.
- 8:13Speaker 1: So if you're putting the pieces together, which of course
- 8:15Speaker 1: I am, what you're watching is each of the various
- 8:19Speaker 1: intelligence agencies in our country are gathering all of the
- 8:24Speaker 1: criminal evidence that they have within their possession and handing
- 8:27Speaker 1: it off to the United States Department of Justice. Criminal referral,
- 8:30Speaker 1: criminal referral, criminal referral, all connected to the grand conspiracy,
- 8:34Speaker 1: all being handled down in South Florida, That's U.S. Attorney
- 8:37Speaker 1: Quinones who's got it down there, apparently doing a great
- 8:40Speaker 1: job getting to the bottom of all of this. And
- 8:44Speaker 1: you want some extra fun for this story? The judge
- 8:48Speaker 1: who's in charge of all of this, the judge who
- 8:52Speaker 1: impaneled the grand jury in South Florida is none other
- 8:56Speaker 1: than U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon.
- 8:59Speaker 4: U.S.
- 9:00Speaker 1: District Judge Eileen Cannon is in charge here. Now, remember,
- 9:04Speaker 1: Cannon is the same judge who threw out the federal
- 9:08Speaker 1: prosecution against President Trump in the classified documents nonsense, the
- 9:14Speaker 1: paperwork dispute with the Biden administration. when Jack Smith was
- 9:19Speaker 1: named the special counsel by the Biden administration, by the
- 9:22Speaker 1: Biden people. Jack Smith was completely unconstitutional. Eileen Cannon ruled
- 9:28Speaker 1: in her court, agreeing with Clarence Thomas's opinion, by the way,
- 9:32Speaker 1: at the United States Supreme Court, that Jack Smith wasn't
- 9:35Speaker 1: in any way constitutionally appointed to the role. Everything about
- 9:39Speaker 1: this was a violation of our constitution. Get the hell
- 9:42Speaker 1: out of my courtroom. That's what Eileen Cannon said. So
- 9:45Speaker 1: Eileen Cannon is the judge and we've got a good
- 9:48Speaker 1: US attorney. We've got a good grand jury pool and
- 9:51Speaker 1: we've got over 130 subpoenas that have gone out since March.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And now we know that John Brennan is the target
- 9:56Speaker 1: of the FBI investigation. Is this a full-blown prosecution yet? No. No,
- 10:04Speaker 1: we're still waiting on indictments out of the grand jury.
- 10:06Speaker 1: No question we're waiting for more elements to come out here.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And I will never promise you an outcome because I'm
- 10:13Speaker 1: in no position to do that. I'm doing what you
- 10:16Speaker 1: could do here, which is just gather the available information
- 10:19Speaker 1: and try and tie it together with a bow. And
- 10:21Speaker 1: so we'll keep our eyes on this, but I think
- 10:23Speaker 1: it's fascinating. And, you know, I want to go back
- 10:27Speaker 1: to the theme that I hit yesterday, that great Clarence
- 10:29Speaker 1: Thomas speech that I played from the University of Texas, Austin. Like,
- 10:33Speaker 1: never let the bastards get you down. Never for a
- 10:36Speaker 1: moment let the doomsdayers tell you that, you know, nothing's happening,
- 10:42Speaker 1: nothing's ever going to happen, there's never going to be
- 10:44Speaker 1: any justice. No, we get results if we fight for them.
- 10:48Speaker 1: So keep up the pressure to get the results that
- 10:51Speaker 1: you want. Keep up the pressure on the Trump administration
- 10:53Speaker 1: to deliver them. And then acknowledge when you actually see
- 10:56Speaker 1: something developing, which of course right now is developing in
- 11:00Speaker 1: a lot of ways in public. Kind of fascinating. And
- 11:03Speaker 1: this gets back to a point I made yesterday. So
- 11:05Speaker 1: we had somebody kind of lurking in the chat yesterday
- 11:07Speaker 1: trying to, who was concerned about prosecutions. And I pointed
- 11:10Speaker 1: out like, look, think about the people who have been prosecuted.
- 11:14Speaker 1: The United States Department of Justice under President Trump certainly,
- 11:17Speaker 1: first and foremost, has dropped crime to record low levels.
- 11:21Speaker 1: So in case you're wanting to go after criminals, they're
- 11:23Speaker 1: definitely doing that. Murder rates have plummeted to record lows
- 11:28Speaker 1: in the United States, thanks to President Trump and the
- 11:30Speaker 1: Trump Justice Department. That's a huge win right out the gate. Also,
- 11:34Speaker 1: if you want to thank anybody for that, perhaps thank
- 11:37Speaker 1: Dan Bongino, the former deputy director now, who put together
- 11:41Speaker 1: Operation Summer Heat last year. in order to crack down
- 11:44Speaker 1: on all of these criminals all across the country. But
- 11:46Speaker 1: the other piece here is, look at the guys they
- 11:48Speaker 1: went after. They've gone after Brennan. They've gone after Comey
- 11:50Speaker 1: with indictments. They've gone after Letitia James. They've gone after
- 11:53Speaker 1: LaMonica McIver. They've gone after Katabagas Agawaga. They've gone after
- 11:58Speaker 1: these Democrats. They've gone after the left-wing terrorists who've been
- 12:02Speaker 1: attacking patriotic Americans. They're picking up Antifa lunatics. They've been
- 12:08Speaker 1: They've been going after their funding networks. They've gone after
- 12:11Speaker 1: the people who invaded the church in Minneapolis, going after
- 12:14Speaker 1: to menace those Christians. They arrested Don Lemon. Hell, if
- 12:19Speaker 1: Don Lemon was sitting here right now and I was like, hey, Don, hey, Don,
- 12:24Speaker 1: what's going on? Why isn't the Justice Department prosecuting anybody? He,
- 12:28Speaker 1: for the first time in his life, would dispense the truth.
- 12:32Speaker 1: He'd be like, what are you talking about? They're prosecuting me. Yeah,
- 12:35Speaker 1: they're prosecuting him. So yeah, of course things are happening,
- 12:40Speaker 1: but if you bury your head in the sand, or
- 12:41Speaker 1: if you just want to be willfully ignorant about it, well,
- 12:43Speaker 1: then I can't break through to you. That's all. But,
- 12:45Speaker 1: but I'm interested. I'm very fascinated by what comes next.
- 12:48Speaker 1: So I know in the chat, people ask me grand
- 12:50Speaker 1: conspiracy cases. Um, about this. Like, hey, what's the update
- 12:54Speaker 1: on the grand conspiracy? I don't know. I know as
- 12:56Speaker 1: much as you do. Right now, I know as much
- 12:58Speaker 1: as you do. We were hoping for indictments earlier this year,
- 13:01Speaker 1: like January, February. We're in April. But it doesn't mean
- 13:04Speaker 1: that this thing's over. It didn't fizzle out. It turns
- 13:06Speaker 1: out there's still forward progress on it. And we just
- 13:09Speaker 1: got a big update on that about John Brennan. So
- 13:11Speaker 1: that's fascinating. We'll keep our eyes on it as always.
- 13:16Speaker 1: All right. Let's talk about something that's going on in Washington, D.C.
- 13:19Speaker 1: right now. We just had 10 idiot Republicans, 10, I
- 13:26Speaker 1: would say corrupt, I mean, how else can you explain this,
- 13:30Speaker 1: come in and support Democrats in passing a resolution to
- 13:34Speaker 1: extend protections for Haitians, not Americans, Haitians, who were supposed
- 13:43Speaker 1: to leave America.
- 13:46Speaker 7: Haitians.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I talked to you a little bit about this yesterday,
- 13:49Speaker 1: but the numbers have ramped up all the way to
- 13:52Speaker 1: 10 Republicans who voted for final passage of this resolution yesterday.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And this is, you know, it's as maddening as it
- 13:59Speaker 1: can possibly get. And but so I'll give you the
- 14:02Speaker 1: names here as we go through it. The House on Thursday,
- 14:06Speaker 1: the Hill reports, passed a resolution requiring the Trump administration
- 14:10Speaker 1: to extend temporary legal protections for Haitian migrants. after a
- 14:15Speaker 1: small group of Republicans helped Democrats force it to the
- 14:18Speaker 1: floor using a rarely successful maneuver. Why can't we get
- 14:24Speaker 1: rarely successful maneuvers used for us? I've been asking for
- 14:31Speaker 1: a rarely successful maneuver to be used to pass the
- 14:36Speaker 1: Save America Act. We would like rarely you was it
- 14:41Speaker 1: rarely successful maneuvers to be used for our benefit. And
- 14:46Speaker 1: you're whipping out like, you know, what is this lateral
- 14:50Speaker 1: passing for Haitians? You're whipping out never used strategies for
- 14:58Speaker 1: foreigners to keep them in America? What about a few
- 15:02Speaker 1: never used strategies for us? This is why people are
- 15:08Speaker 1: so angry. This is why they're furious. This is why
- 15:11Speaker 1: you and I are pissed off because we're constantly asking
- 15:15Speaker 1: for the bare minimum. All we want is a secure border.
- 15:18Speaker 1: All we want is our country back. All we want
- 15:20Speaker 1: are secure elections. We're not asking for some astronomical thing.
- 15:25Speaker 1: We're asking for the bare minimum. And yet you're moving
- 15:29Speaker 1: heaven and earth to protect foreigners who are in our country.
- 15:34Speaker 4: What?
- 15:35Speaker 1: It's, it is, these are just, these are betrayal after betrayal.
- 15:40Speaker 1: And so you get 10 Republicans who are doing it here.
- 15:43Speaker 1: The names, the lower chamber passed the resolution by a
- 15:47Speaker 1: vote of 224 to 204. 10 Republicans crossing the aisle.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Ready?
- 15:55Speaker 1: Here are the names, ladies and gentlemen. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick. Oh, look,
- 16:00Speaker 1: the hill includes their faces. There, you can see what
- 16:01Speaker 1: they look like. Brian Fitzpatrick from Pennsylvania. Mike Lawler from
- 16:07Speaker 1: New York. Don Bacon. The only time Bacon doesn't improve
- 16:13Speaker 1: something is Congress. Maria Elvira Salazar. Maria Salazar once again
- 16:22Speaker 1: is involved in selling out the country and pushing for
- 16:26Speaker 1: an amnesty for people who should not be here. Carlos
- 16:30Speaker 1: Jimenez from Florida. Nicole Malliotakis from New York. Rich McCormick
- 16:36Speaker 1: from Georgia, Mike Turner from Ohio, Mike Carey from Ohio,
- 16:42Speaker 1: Mario Diaz-Balart from Florida, and Kevin Kiley from California. Kevin Kiley.
- 16:48Speaker 1: So all of these guys just jumped in on a
- 16:52Speaker 1: plan to say, yeah, let's just keep these Haitians here forever. Now,
- 16:56Speaker 1: why were Haitians here to begin with? What are Haitians
- 17:00Speaker 1: doing here? The answer to that question stems back to
- 17:05Speaker 1: the 2010 devastating earthquake in Haiti, in Haiti. The United
- 17:11Speaker 1: States after that occurred had provided, quote, temporary protected status to,
- 17:18Speaker 1: A whole bunch of Haitians so that they had a
- 17:20Speaker 1: safer place to live while there was rebuilding going on
- 17:24Speaker 1: in Haiti in the wake of that earthquake. Now, 2010,
- 17:26Speaker 1: I know in some sense it feels like it wasn't
- 17:29Speaker 1: that long ago, probably. But it was. It was a
- 17:31Speaker 1: long time ago, 2010. It was 16 years ago that
- 17:32Speaker 1: this occurred. And most of the Haitians who came into
- 17:40Speaker 1: the United States and are now receiving temporary protective status
- 17:43Speaker 1: came in long after that earthquake. In fact, almost all
- 17:47Speaker 1: of them came in under Biden. So it was a scam.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Listen to Theo Wald. We just had him. I used
- 17:53Speaker 1: to work for President Trump. We just had him on
- 17:56Speaker 1: the show this past week. He was chatting yesterday with
- 18:02Speaker 1: Will Kane about this issue. Look at this. Cut three.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Watch.
- 18:06Speaker 7: Close to 70% of the Haitians in the United States
- 18:08Speaker 7: currently came in under President Biden 12 to 14 years
- 18:13Speaker 7: after the earthquake. And two, look, I think temporary protected
- 18:18Speaker 7: status generally, because this has been the sort of inclination
- 18:21Speaker 7: of Democrat presidents, is just to keep extending, keep extending,
- 18:24Speaker 7: keep extending.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It is making the.
- 18:27Speaker 7: United States a Motel 6. That is the message we
- 18:31Speaker 7: are sending to the world. Because temporary protected status, you've
- 18:33Speaker 7: got to remember, it protects illegal aliens present in the
- 18:36Speaker 7: country from removal. It gives illegal aliens work authorization, and
- 18:41Speaker 7: it allows them, while they're here, to work at finding
- 18:45Speaker 7: a vulnerability in our immigration system to adjust into a
- 18:49Speaker 7: green card and then eventually citizenship. So the message to
- 18:53Speaker 7: the rest of the world is, hey, you know, if
- 18:54Speaker 7: there's some kind of hardship in the United States, just
- 18:56Speaker 7: get there as soon as you can, and they'll let
- 18:58Speaker 7: you stay forever.
- 19:01Speaker 1: They'll let you stay forever. Forever. As Ronald Reagan told us,
- 19:07Speaker 1: if you're looking for any proof of eternal life on Earth,
- 19:10Speaker 1: look no further than a government program. This government program
- 19:15Speaker 1: is allowing foreign nationals who shouldn't be here to stay
- 19:18Speaker 1: here forever. It was supposed to be temporary. It was
- 19:20Speaker 1: supposed to be just a moment's respite for victims of
- 19:24Speaker 1: the earthquake. And yet the overwhelming majority of Haitians who
- 19:29Speaker 1: have poured into the United States poured in under Joe
- 19:32Speaker 1: Biden long after the earthquake. So it's going to be forever.
- 19:37Speaker 1: And why will it be forever? Well, let's look at
- 19:41Speaker 1: Don Bacon. Don Bacon posted yesterday that the reason why
- 19:47Speaker 1: he voted for this is because because companies in the
- 19:53Speaker 1: United States desperately need Haitians to exploit. We need to
- 19:59Speaker 1: underpay people. We need to pay as little as humanly possible.
- 20:02Speaker 1: So we need a Haitian workforce to do it. Here's
- 20:05Speaker 1: Don Bacon. He says removing TPS status for Haitians living
- 20:08Speaker 1: in the United States would cost 350,000 workers their ability
- 20:12Speaker 1: to work at a time when we're already facing serious
- 20:16Speaker 1: workforce shortages. I've heard from healthcare providers and business leaders
- 20:20Speaker 1: across Nebraska, including the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, who are
- 20:24Speaker 1: concerned about the impact this would have on patient care
- 20:27Speaker 1: and our economy. I don't see the goodness of deporting
- 20:30Speaker 1: people who are here legally working and contributing to our country.
- 20:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I thought you were an American congressman elected
- 20:41Speaker 1: by Americans and you're screwing them over for Haitians? and
- 20:47Speaker 1: for business interests who want to underbid American workers and
- 20:52Speaker 1: then pay for this like surf labor from Haiti? You
- 20:56Speaker 1: following this? So that's Don Bacon's rationale. It's like, well,
- 21:03Speaker 1: we need to take advantage of this workforce. We don't
- 21:05Speaker 1: want to pay Americans what they're owed. What? Nicole Malliotakis
- 21:11Speaker 1: said the same thing. Here she is. She said, we
- 21:15Speaker 1: need a cheap labor force to work in healthcare, to
- 21:19Speaker 1: strip legal status from Haitian immigrants who are working, paying
- 21:22Speaker 1: taxes and contributing to our economy and fulfilling a healthcare
- 21:26Speaker 1: need at a time when our healthcare system continues to
- 21:29Speaker 1: face workforce shortages would be uncompassionate and misguided. So this
- 21:35Speaker 1: is a giveaway to our donors. This is a giveaway.
- 21:39Speaker 1: We need a cheap labor force. We need to underbid Americans.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Rich McCormick, another Congressman who did this, said that he
- 21:47Speaker 1: voted to extend temporary protected status for Haitians because he
- 21:51Speaker 1: wants to protect them from the country that they came from.
- 21:58Speaker 1: They followed our laws. They built lives under our rules.
- 22:01Speaker 1: And I don't want to send them back to rape, murder,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and chaos in a lawless Haiti. If the rationale for
- 22:07Speaker 1: giving people temporary protective status is that they come from
- 22:11Speaker 1: crappy countries, then what's the limiting principle here? Our borders
- 22:16Speaker 1: would be wide open. There's a lot of crappy countries.
- 22:20Speaker 1: This is insane. You're once again selling out the American people.
- 22:24Speaker 1: That's what you're doing. And then there's Mike Lawler. Mike Lawler,
- 22:30Speaker 1: who keeps joining in on these idiotic programs, he came
- 22:34Speaker 1: out yesterday and was bragging that he teamed up with
- 22:38Speaker 1: Democrats to include Ayanna Pressley and the Democrat whip, Catherine Clark.
- 22:44Speaker 1: He's like, I'm proud to join this bipartisan effort. We
- 22:46Speaker 1: were joined by representatives Ayanna Pressley and whip Catherine Clark
- 22:50Speaker 1: and a bipartisan group of our colleagues who are moving
- 22:52Speaker 1: forward with a discharge petition to force a vote on
- 22:54Speaker 1: extending Haitian TPS. Look how much they bust their asses
- 23:00Speaker 1: for foreign nationals. He's posting photos to celebrate the occasion.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Look at him. He's hanging out with all of his
- 23:08Speaker 1: Democrat friends. Why isn't he standing shoulder to shoulder with Americans?
- 23:13Speaker 1: Why isn't he standing shoulder to shoulder with you? In
- 23:16Speaker 1: a moment, I want to explore this a little bit more,
- 23:18Speaker 1: including the role that President Trump has and can play here,
- 23:23Speaker 1: because he does have a role here, and I want
- 23:25Speaker 1: to explore it in just a moment. It's all ahead
- 23:27Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. I want to thank one
- 23:30Speaker 1: of our great sponsors, Patriot Mobile, who really does love
- 23:32Speaker 1: our country. They're a great operation. This year marks a
- 23:34Speaker 1: very critical moment for our country, 250 years of great
- 23:38Speaker 1: American history. As the opposition grows and gets more aggressive
- 23:41Speaker 1: and unapologetic, the fight now reaches into all of our
- 23:43Speaker 1: everyday decisions. Patriot Mobile has been standing on the front
- 23:46Speaker 1: lines fighting for our freedom for more than 12 years now.
- 23:49Speaker 1: They don't just deliver wonderful top-tier wireless service, which I use,
- 23:53Speaker 1: I love it. They are activists, just like you, just
- 23:56Speaker 1: like me, who truly care about our country. Patriot Mobile

- 24:25Speaker 1: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you will support a
- 24:28Speaker 1: company that provides a very powerful stream of giving, to
- 24:31Speaker 1: help the Christian conservative movement. So take a stand today.

- 24:41Speaker 1: That's patreonmobile.com slash Vince or call 972-PATRIOT. Thank you to
- 24:47Speaker 1: Patreon Mobile. Okay. So I just reeled off a list
- 24:51Speaker 1: for you of all of these lawmakers, all of these
- 24:54Speaker 1: guys who decided that they would join with Democrats to
- 24:58Speaker 1: protect foreign nationals who are living in the United States
- 25:02Speaker 1: to keep them here. And meanwhile, they can't ever seem
- 25:06Speaker 1: to get to the business of helping the American people. Okay,
- 25:10Speaker 1: so what role can President Trump play here? What role
- 25:12Speaker 1: has President Trump played here? Well, one, President Trump has
- 25:16Speaker 1: been trying to end this Haitian temporary protected status scam.
- 25:21Speaker 1: He's been trying to end it. This is why Congress
- 25:25Speaker 1: is interfering in the first place. This is normally at
- 25:27Speaker 1: the discretion of the Department of Homeland Security, but Congress
- 25:30Speaker 1: is trying to interfere directly in this. And this is,
- 25:36Speaker 1: so in other words, the Republicans who are joining with
- 25:38Speaker 1: Democrats here are doing it, as NBC was proudly bragging yesterday,
- 25:43Speaker 1: as a rejection of the Trump agenda. They're rejecting President
- 25:47Speaker 1: Trump's will here. That's what they're doing. So how is
- 25:52Speaker 1: President Trump responding to all of this? Well, I have
- 25:55Speaker 1: some unfortunate news here, and maybe he can change this,
- 25:59Speaker 1: but President Trump has endorsed at least six of the
- 26:03Speaker 1: 10 Republicans who just betrayed him. I hate to say this,
- 26:09Speaker 1: but it's true. It's true. President Trump in 2025, May
- 26:15Speaker 1: 6th of last year, endorsed Mike Lawler. Here's the Truth
- 26:17Speaker 1: Social post. He referred to him as a strong champion,
- 26:20Speaker 1: a highly effective representative for the great people of New
- 26:22Speaker 1: York 17th. He's a true America first patriot, he says.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He talked about how wonderful he is. He's fighting hard
- 26:32Speaker 1: to secure our border and grow our economy and create jobs. Yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 1: he's working to secure Haitians within our border and create
- 26:41Speaker 1: jobs for Haitians. It's not for Americans. President Trump endorsed
- 26:47Speaker 1: Mike Lawler. President Trump has also endorsed Maria Elvira Salazar.
- 26:53Speaker 1: He endorsed her February of this year, just a few
- 26:56Speaker 1: months ago. He said she was doing a fantastic job.
- 27:00Speaker 1: He said that she has been working to keep our
- 27:04Speaker 1: borders secure, stop migrant crime. This woman, more than any
- 27:10Speaker 1: other Republican in the House right now, is pushing for
- 27:13Speaker 1: amnesty for illegal aliens. But the president was generous enough
- 27:18Speaker 1: to give her an endorsement in February of this year,
- 27:23Speaker 1: even though she's working directly against his agenda. Carlos Jimenez
- 27:27Speaker 1: of Florida has also received a Trump endorsement. He was
- 27:31Speaker 1: endorsed on February 10th of this year. President Trump said
- 27:36Speaker 1: that he was working to, quote, keep our borders secure
- 27:38Speaker 1: and stop migrant crime. And yet here he is working
- 27:43Speaker 1: to protect foreign nationals. It's also true of Nicole Malliotakis.
- 27:48Speaker 1: President Trump has endorsed her as well. That endorsement came
- 27:52Speaker 1: in October of last year when he said that she
- 27:55Speaker 1: was working to help keep our now very secure borders secure. Again,
- 28:03Speaker 1: she's selling us out for foreign nationals. And then we
- 28:07Speaker 1: get Kerry, Mike Kerry of Ohio. President Trump has endorsed him.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Same deal that he's working to to keep our now
- 28:16Speaker 1: very secure border secure and to stop migrant crime. And
- 28:21Speaker 1: then finally, on the list of the endorsements that I
- 28:24Speaker 1: was able to track down from the president on this subject,
- 28:27Speaker 1: we do have Mario Diaz-Balart. Now, this one, I will
- 28:30Speaker 1: add the stipulation, it came to us in August of 2024.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So that would have been the last election cycle. But
- 28:36Speaker 1: the president has conferred his endorsement on Mario Diaz-Balart and
- 28:43Speaker 1: talked about how the guy is never going to let
- 28:45Speaker 1: you down. He'll never let you down. Well, I hate
- 28:48Speaker 1: to tell you, if you're in Florida's 26th congressional district,
- 28:51Speaker 1: he just lets you down. He just lets you down.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Not by fighting for Americans, but instead by fighting for
- 28:56Speaker 1: Haitian foreign nationals. So what can the president do here? Well,
- 29:00Speaker 1: he can rescind his endorsement. He can place pressure on
- 29:03Speaker 1: these guys. He can get them on the phone and say,
- 29:05Speaker 1: what the hell are you doing? He can use the
- 29:07Speaker 1: bully pulpit, but... My view is he should do something.
- 29:12Speaker 1: He should do something. He should at the very least
- 29:14Speaker 1: recognize that the people he's been so generous as to
- 29:17Speaker 1: endorse are in some cases straight up betraying his agenda
- 29:22Speaker 1: and betraying the people who keep electing President Trump enthusiastically
- 29:27Speaker 1: to return to the White House. These endorsements matter. If
- 29:31Speaker 1: the president says that this person will never let you down, well,
- 29:35Speaker 1: they damn well better never let us down. And in
- 29:37Speaker 1: this case, these guys have. They've let us down. So
- 29:43Speaker 1: that's President Trump's role in all of this. You do
- 29:46Speaker 1: have a couple of congressmen who are speaking out about
- 29:48Speaker 1: how callous and disgusting all of this is. Here's Congressman
- 29:51Speaker 1: Brandon Gill, wonderful Congressman Brandon Gill from Texas, knocking skulls
- 29:55Speaker 1: yesterday over what Congress was doing. Cut to, watch this.
- 29:59Speaker 8: So let's ask ourselves, does mass migration from Haiti benefit
- 30:04Speaker 8: the American people? The answer is obviously no. 65% of
- 30:12Speaker 8: non-immigrant Haitian-headed households are on welfare. Does that make America
- 30:17Speaker 8: stronger or more prosperous or more wealthy in any way?
- 30:21Speaker 8: Of course it doesn't. And yet we're being asked, to
- 30:26Speaker 8: give them amnesty and make these absolutely horrendous years of
- 30:32Speaker 8: open borders effectively permanent.
- 30:36Speaker 1: He's right. He's right. We need more people with that
- 30:38Speaker 1: attitude in Congress. And we need to get rid of
- 30:41Speaker 1: the people who would sell us out, who don't have
- 30:43Speaker 1: that attitude. That's the common sense attitude, what Brandon Gill
- 30:46Speaker 1: is saying. In fact, if you want some more common sense,
- 30:49Speaker 1: look no further than Stephen Miller at the White House,
- 30:51Speaker 1: who posted the following yesterday, no doubt in relation to
- 30:55Speaker 1: this Haitian amnesty operation that Congress is orchestrating. Look at this.
- 31:00Speaker 1: He writes, a useful way to think about migration is
- 31:02Speaker 1: to consider what kind of societies the migrants have built
- 31:05Speaker 1: in their home countries, and to what extent you would
- 31:08Speaker 1: like those conditions replicated here. Well, that's totally reasonable. That's
- 31:14Speaker 1: totally reasonable. In fact, if you go back to the
- 31:18Speaker 1: Somali migrant chaos. That was one of the fundamental things
- 31:23Speaker 1: that I told you even the New York Times was acknowledging. Remember,
- 31:26Speaker 1: what we've had is a lot of Somali-driven fraud in
- 31:29Speaker 1: the United States. Somalis who were given refugee status come
- 31:32Speaker 1: to the United States and then turn around and steal
- 31:35Speaker 1: billions of dollars. Now, did every Somali migrant do that?
- 31:38Speaker 9: No.
- 31:39Speaker 1: But lots did. And it's cost the American people a
- 31:42Speaker 1: lot of money that we're never going to be able
- 31:44Speaker 1: to get back. So much of it has been spent
- 31:45Speaker 1: or sent right out of the country. It's very hard
- 31:48Speaker 1: to get it back once it's out the door. The
- 31:50Speaker 1: Trump administration is working really hard to tackle it. But
- 31:52Speaker 1: the New York Times, back when it reported this late
- 31:54Speaker 1: last year that the Somali community was responsible for massive
- 31:58Speaker 1: amounts of fraud in the United States, consulted a Somali
- 32:01Speaker 1: expert who told the New York Times, well, committing fraud
- 32:04Speaker 1: against the government is a part of Somali culture. So
- 32:07Speaker 1: it's not that surprising that they would bring it here.
- 32:09Speaker 1: How about don't? If that's a part of your culture,
- 32:14Speaker 1: stay there. And that's kind of what Stephen Miller's getting to.
- 32:18Speaker 1: If you identify cultural trends that lead to the destruction
- 32:22Speaker 1: of entire countries, why would you import those destructive cultural
- 32:27Speaker 1: trends into the United States of America? The only reason
- 32:30Speaker 1: you would do that is because you hate our country.
- 32:33Speaker 1: You don't think we're entitled to sovereignty or borders. So again,
- 32:37Speaker 1: a useful way to think about migration is to consider
- 32:41Speaker 1: what kind of societies the migrants have built. In other words,
- 32:44Speaker 1: is Haiti a failed state Is Haiti a complete disaster?
- 32:49Speaker 1: And to what extent would you like to replicate those
- 32:52Speaker 1: conditions here? Do you bring the people here who destroyed
- 32:56Speaker 1: one country to begin with? That's the question. Useful to
- 33:01Speaker 1: think about. All right. More in a moment on this
- 33:04Speaker 1: subject and a lot more. I've got a lot more
- 33:06Speaker 1: to get to coming up on the program. Yeah, no,
- 33:11Speaker 1: we have a lot more to get to. Say no more, Vince. Okay,
- 33:14Speaker 1: I'll say no more. What I will tell you about
- 33:16Speaker 1: is blackout coffee. Blackout coffee is what's in my cup

- 34:40Speaker 1: enduring sponsor of our program and so important for your health.
- 34:45Speaker 1: You know, lots of people have been turning to those
- 34:46Speaker 1: weight loss injections because they want dramatic weight loss. And
- 34:50Speaker 1: the way that those injections work fundamentally is they lower
- 34:53Speaker 1: your blood sugar and reduce your appetite. So look, what
- 34:55Speaker 1: if you want to do those two things, but you
- 34:57Speaker 1: don't want painful weekly injections, especially when you hear about
- 35:01Speaker 1: some of those side effects? Well, that's exactly why doctors

- 35:50Speaker 1: a healthcare provider. All right. Thank you to BrickHouse. Great operation. Okay,
- 35:57Speaker 1: let's see here. More immigration stuff. Yeah, okay. Here's Senator
- 36:04Speaker 1: Eric Schmidt. I like Eric Schmidt. And Eric Schmidt just
- 36:07Speaker 1: reminds everybody of the obvious thing. We're an actual country
- 36:13Speaker 1: with actual borders. We're a nation. We're a people. We're
- 36:17Speaker 1: an American people, and we need to protect that. What
- 36:21Speaker 1: is wrong with Washington? Cut four. Watch this.
- 36:24Speaker 10: I've heard some conservative express a lot of doubt about
- 36:31Speaker 10: whether this budget reconciliation approach will work.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Will it?
- 36:38Speaker 4: It has to. I think that this is our effort
- 36:41Speaker 4: to move forward with the promise that was made to
- 36:43Speaker 4: the American people, that we're going to need mass migration
- 36:46Speaker 4: in this country with mass deportations. And we have to
- 36:49Speaker 4: fund ISIS operations to go do that work. And we
- 36:51Speaker 4: can do it with a simple majority. We're going to
- 36:53Speaker 4: have that teed up next week. I think we ought
- 36:55Speaker 4: to make sure that the Democrats understand that they're not
- 36:58Speaker 4: going to get away with this, and we're going to
- 37:00Speaker 4: supercharge this effort now with a simple majority vote.
- 37:02Speaker 1: And you're right.
- 37:03Speaker 4: That vote in the House today, Laura, it is— this is
- 37:05Speaker 4: how you lose control of your immigration system, temporary becoming permanent,
- 37:09Speaker 4: a conveyor belt for illegal immigration that's permanent. And I
- 37:13Speaker 4: think that point needs to be made. America is not
- 37:16Speaker 4: some economic zone. America is not a shopping mall next
- 37:20Speaker 4: to an airport. It's a nation. It's a people. We
- 37:23Speaker 4: have a right.
- 37:24Speaker 1: We're sovereign.
- 37:24Speaker 4: We have a right to decide who comes and who
- 37:26Speaker 4: has to go. And that's what's on the line here.
- 37:29Speaker 4: Do we really believe that anymore?
- 37:30Speaker 3: I know I do.
- 37:31Speaker 4: And I think we're going to have to move forward
- 37:33Speaker 4: here to make sure that ICE has all the tools
- 37:35Speaker 4: necessary to deport the millions and millions of people who
- 37:38Speaker 4: come here illegally and uphold the rule of law.
- 37:40Speaker 2: All right.
- 37:42Speaker 1: All perfect. All perfect. Love that. Common sense. We need
- 37:45Speaker 1: to fund these operations. We need to deport lots of people.
- 37:48Speaker 1: We need mass deportations to continue. I can't agree with
- 37:52Speaker 1: that more. Love hearing that from Senator Eric Schmidt, who
- 37:55Speaker 1: is a good senator. We like Senator Schmidt. But I
- 37:59Speaker 1: have a warning for you today. My spidey senses are
- 38:03Speaker 1: up a bit about the DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen. Now, yesterday,
- 38:07Speaker 1: I spent some time beating up on Mark Wayne Mullen
- 38:09Speaker 1: for using the expression, a nation of immigrants, which I
- 38:12Speaker 1: told everybody, look, this is just an expression that the
- 38:14Speaker 1: left uses, originated primarily from JFK. It's meant to groom
- 38:19Speaker 1: the public into thinking that they don't deserve borders. That's
- 38:23Speaker 1: what it is. When you say we're a nation of immigrants,
- 38:25Speaker 1: it's meant to kick the wall. First of all, it's
- 38:27Speaker 1: a lie, but it's also an effort to kick the
- 38:29Speaker 1: walls down to import the world into the United States.
- 38:33Speaker 1: We can't be doing that. So stop using phrases like that.
- 38:37Speaker 1: But here's the problem I have with Mark Wayne Mullen today.
- 38:40Speaker 1: We've got a clip of the DHS secretary talking about
- 38:44Speaker 1: how he's trying to now downplay mass deportations. Now, in
- 38:49Speaker 1: fairness to him, he's not saying he's giving up on
- 38:51Speaker 1: mass deportations. He's not saying that at all. He says
- 38:54Speaker 1: he's trying to take it out of the public consciousness.
- 38:56Speaker 1: He doesn't want it to be a big media story anymore.
- 39:01Speaker 1: But this... has me concerned. I want you to, first
- 39:05Speaker 1: of all, listen to the DHS secretary as he expresses
- 39:07Speaker 1: this view. Watch.
- 39:09Speaker 11: We do have a different leadership style. We're still enforcing
- 39:13Speaker 11: immigration laws. We're still deporting illegals that shouldn't be here.
- 39:15Speaker 11: We're still going after the worst of the worst. But
- 39:18Speaker 11: we're doing it in a more quiet way because my
- 39:20Speaker 11: goal in six months is to not have DHS on
- 39:25Speaker 11: the lead story every day. We want to make sure
- 39:28Speaker 11: people understand we're here working for the people, not against you.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I don't want deportations to be the lead story. Now,
- 39:37Speaker 1: there's a couple of ways to approach this. And I
- 39:39Speaker 1: imagine if I had the DHS secretary sitting in front
- 39:41Speaker 1: of me right now and I could ask him about this,
- 39:43Speaker 1: he'd probably talk about the extent to which the left
- 39:46Speaker 1: has been leading these terror attacks The lies that they've
- 39:49Speaker 1: been telling about ICE, the way that they've been accelerating
- 39:54Speaker 1: these deportations into the headlines in their own cruel way,
- 39:56Speaker 1: which is by staging these delusional protests that oftentimes descend
- 40:02Speaker 1: into violence against ICE officers. A lot of the headlines
- 40:05Speaker 1: revolved around that. That's true. And you want to get
- 40:08Speaker 1: rid of that terrorism, no doubt. That's a huge problem. priority.
- 40:12Speaker 1: But the other thing, the opposite side of this and
- 40:14Speaker 1: the part that I'm really concerned about is this idea
- 40:17Speaker 1: that we want to do things in a way that's
- 40:20Speaker 1: palatable to the media. Like we want to suck up
- 40:23Speaker 1: to the New York Times or we want to make
- 40:25Speaker 1: the LA Times happy. We want to make ABC and
- 40:28Speaker 1: the Washington Post and all these other places very happy
- 40:31Speaker 1: with the way that we're conducting our business. Why at
- 40:37Speaker 1: any point in your thinking are you saying to yourself,
- 40:40Speaker 1: how do I placate these legacy media outlets, they're lunatics.
- 40:45Speaker 1: They're rooting against you. The only way to mitigate your
- 40:50Speaker 1: presence in the headlines with them candidly is to stop
- 40:54Speaker 1: mass deportations. That's the way you end up not in
- 40:58Speaker 1: the headlines in these outlets. And that's what I fear
- 41:03Speaker 1: he will actually do. Now, that is not the mandate. Again,
- 41:07Speaker 1: what's been one of the themes of this show? The
- 41:09Speaker 1: mandate of the 2024 election is President Trump was elected
- 41:12Speaker 1: to not only secure our borders, but to eject the invaders.
- 41:15Speaker 1: That's it. It's as simple as it possibly gets. Stay
- 41:19Speaker 1: on that and we're good. Fail us there, we're not good.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Don't fail us there. One other big element to this
- 41:28Speaker 1: is even if they are conducting mass deportations in such
- 41:31Speaker 1: a way that the media doesn't spend a lot of
- 41:33Speaker 1: time freaking out about it, even if they're doing that.
- 41:36Speaker 1: So in other words, he has success in pursuing the
- 41:39Speaker 1: agenda that President Trump was elected on without the media hyperventilating.
- 41:44Speaker 1: There's an upside to public awareness of mass deportations. There's
- 41:49Speaker 1: a massive upside to to the entire American public knowing
- 41:53Speaker 1: that mass deportations are going on, even if the left
- 41:56Speaker 1: is lying about them. The upside is people leave the
- 41:59Speaker 1: country on their own. This is why I said, remember
- 42:02Speaker 1: when the left was going absolutely, has been going absolutely
- 42:05Speaker 1: crazy about mass deportations. I said, one of the weird
- 42:07Speaker 1: silver linings to it is they're panicking illegals so much
- 42:11Speaker 1: that so many illegals are just leaving the country on
- 42:13Speaker 1: their own, which is huge. What a wonderful advantage, spillover
- 42:17Speaker 1: benefit that was to the left's lunacy. to the point
- 42:21Speaker 1: that in the first year of the Trump administration, not
- 42:24Speaker 1: only did they deport, physically deport a whole bunch of people,
- 42:27Speaker 1: as a result of all of this, the totals approached
- 42:29Speaker 1: around 3 million people, forcible deportations and voluntary self-deportations. Not
- 42:36Speaker 1: only do we need to keep that pace, we need
- 42:38Speaker 1: to accelerate that pace. We don't need to decelerate at all.
- 42:41Speaker 1: We don't need to hit the brakes on that. And
- 42:44Speaker 1: here's a post on this subject from Greg Bovino. Greg Bovino,
- 42:48Speaker 1: who was of course, recently with the Trump administration, has
- 42:51Speaker 1: since left a famous target of the left. The left
- 42:55Speaker 1: hated this guy because he really did want mass deportation,
- 42:58Speaker 1: so they hated him for that. Here's what he said.
- 43:01Speaker 1: How exactly does the quiet way cause mass deportations or
- 43:05Speaker 1: the use of the CBP home app, which is never
- 43:08Speaker 1: mentioned anymore? It's called taking ownership of a mission, not
- 43:12Speaker 1: dodging it. Mass deportations is what we are after, not
- 43:17Speaker 1: being quiet. Well, good for Greg Bovino. He's right about that.
- 43:21Speaker 1: The messaging campaign is very important here. So please, for
- 43:28Speaker 1: the love of God, Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, do not
- 43:32Speaker 1: give up on keeping this front and center in the
- 43:36Speaker 1: eyes of the American people. It'll serve two gigantic purposes. One,
- 43:40Speaker 1: it'll remind the president's base and that he's doing what
- 43:43Speaker 1: he promised he would do. And two, it'll tell every
- 43:47Speaker 1: illegal that you still mean it. And it will help
- 43:50Speaker 1: get a lot of those guys straight out of the country.
- 43:54Speaker 1: That's the mission. All right, let me move on to
- 43:57Speaker 1: something else big that's happening this week. We have the
- 44:00Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell scandal and it's been seismic. The fallout of
- 44:04Speaker 1: this thing is pretty massive. And one of the guys
- 44:08Speaker 1: who's caught in the blast radius here is clearly the
- 44:10Speaker 1: Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego. Ruben Gallego. And we just learned yesterday,
- 44:17Speaker 1: Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna sat down with CBS, and she says,
- 44:21Speaker 1: as far as Ruben Gallego and sexual misconduct go, she
- 44:25Speaker 1: has an allegation that she has now presented to John Thune.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Listen as she struggles to keep it very secret. By
- 44:34Speaker 1: the end of this, you kind of know exactly what
- 44:36Speaker 1: she's which he's alleging. Here's cut six, Ana Paulina Luna
- 44:40Speaker 1: on Ruben Gallego.
- 44:42Speaker 9: On X, you posted the following, tagging Senate Majority Leader
- 44:46Speaker 9: John Thune. It seems like the Senate has its own
- 44:49Speaker 9: trash to take out. You, meeting Thune, need to look
- 44:53Speaker 9: into the allegations against one of your senators.
- 44:56Speaker 1: It's very disturbing.
- 44:58Speaker 9: Who are we talking about?
- 45:02Speaker 3: We are talking about an Arizona senator that was very
- 45:05Speaker 3: closely tied to Eric Swalwell, and I have since confirmed
- 45:09Speaker 3: with Senator John Thune's chief of staff, as well as
- 45:12Speaker 3: they're linking us to their ethics that they are investigating,
- 45:16Speaker 3: and we are sending all appropriate information directly to them now.
- 45:20Speaker 9: That would be Ruben Gallego, correct?
- 45:24Speaker 5: Correct.
- 45:26Speaker 9: When you say in that X post, it's very disturbing,
- 45:29Speaker 9: for my audience's benefit, can you define... what disturbing means
- 45:33Speaker 9: to you?
- 45:38Speaker 3: Well, without, I guess, getting too graphic, there is a
- 45:43Speaker 3: woman that allegedly is coming forward with attorneys, wants to
- 45:46Speaker 3: go on record about an incident that occurred between the
- 45:49Speaker 3: two of them at the same time, and the event
- 45:53Speaker 3: was sexual in nature, allegedly.
- 45:56Speaker 1: But it's not just that.
- 45:57Speaker 3: There's also two, apparently, issues of campaign finance violations Again, look,
- 46:03Speaker 3: I am one member of Congress, but I'm not going
- 46:05Speaker 3: to be like some of my colleagues that waited forever
- 46:08Speaker 3: and a day to bring this information forward. I think
- 46:11Speaker 3: that if this is happening, that it needs to be
- 46:13Speaker 3: dealt with. I'm definitely not in the Senate, but I
- 46:15Speaker 3: think that Thune should probably take that seriously and look
- 46:17Speaker 3: into it, especially given the nature of what's become apparent
- 46:20Speaker 3: regarding Eric Swalwell.
- 46:22Speaker 1: So what ends up happening is the CBS host keeps
- 46:26Speaker 1: asking her more questions and she keeps unfurling the details,
- 46:29Speaker 1: and she uses the following quotes. You ready? I'll explain
- 46:32Speaker 1: some of the more that she said. A woman is
- 46:34Speaker 1: coming forward with attorneys about an event that was sexual
- 46:37Speaker 1: in nature. And then she references, quote, people that were
- 46:40Speaker 1: potentially trafficked. And then she says that it involves, quote,
- 46:45Speaker 1: purchasing someone for sex. Now, those are quite a few breadcrumbs,
- 46:52Speaker 1: aren't they, ladies and gentlemen? What Anna Paulina is alleging
- 46:56Speaker 1: here is that she got a tipster that suggested that
- 46:59Speaker 1: Ruben Gallego was engaged in paying for a prostitute who
- 47:05Speaker 1: may have been sex trafficked? Yeah, that sounds like a
- 47:08Speaker 1: complete disaster. And then she also references campaign finance violations.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Those could be what I was telling you about yesterday,
- 47:15Speaker 1: which is that in Puerto Rico, in Ruben Gallego's second
- 47:19Speaker 1: wedding to his much younger wife after he dumped his
- 47:22Speaker 1: first wife when she was days away from giving birth,
- 47:25Speaker 1: At his second wedding, both Eric Swalwell and Ruben Gallego
- 47:28Speaker 1: went to Puerto Rico for the event, and they were
- 47:31Speaker 1: blowing campaign funds on the luxury tropical experience, which may
- 47:37Speaker 1: be what she's referencing here. We'll keep our eyes on that.
- 47:41Speaker 1: So there's Ana Paulina Luna with some fascinating details. The
- 47:43Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell thing keeps on blowing up into something even bigger.
- 47:47Speaker 1: And Democrats keep pretending like they had no idea that
- 47:50Speaker 1: Swalwell was engaged in any of this crazy behavior. When,
- 47:53Speaker 1: of course, they did know they they knew they knew
- 47:55Speaker 1: yesterday we got after the podcast concluded yesterday. My jaw
- 47:59Speaker 1: dropped when I saw the shocking news out of Virginia
- 48:01Speaker 1: that the former Democrat lieutenant governor of the state shot
- 48:04Speaker 1: and killed his wife in the early hours Thursday morning
- 48:07Speaker 1: and then shot and killed himself while their teenage children
- 48:11Speaker 1: were in the house. Everything about this is absolutely horrific.
- 48:15Speaker 1: The guy's name is Justin Fairfax. He is the former
- 48:18Speaker 1: Democrat governor of the state. And he was in the
- 48:23Speaker 1: midst of apparently a very messy divorce with his wife.
- 48:26Speaker 1: Ever since he left office a couple of years ago,
- 48:29Speaker 1: the reporting now is that he turned to alcohol and
- 48:32Speaker 1: just became a complete mess. Justin Fairfax, for those of
- 48:36Speaker 1: you who have been following the details for a long
- 48:38Speaker 1: time will probably remember, he was accused of sexual misconduct
- 48:41Speaker 1: and assault by two different women and denied the allegations.
- 48:48Speaker 1: He that those allegations came as former Democrat Governor Ralph
- 48:53Speaker 1: Northam was locked in his blackface slash KKK hood scandal
- 48:59Speaker 1: a couple of years back. And then Mark Herring, who
- 49:02Speaker 1: was the Virginia attorney general at the time, Democrat, he, too,
- 49:06Speaker 1: admitted that he had worn blackface. So all three of
- 49:09Speaker 1: the top Democrat officials in the Commonwealth of Virginia at
- 49:11Speaker 1: the time were involved in massive scandals, massive personal scandals
- 49:16Speaker 1: all at the same moment. And of course, they all
- 49:20Speaker 1: ended up surviving politically. They stayed in office all the.
- 49:23Speaker 11: Way to the end.
- 49:24Speaker 1: And then when they left, what happened to them? Well,
- 49:27Speaker 1: in the case of Justin Fairfax, this insane outcome. Now,
- 49:31Speaker 1: Justin Fairfax, of course, just like a lot of Democrats,
- 49:33Speaker 1: has been for disarming the public, and yet he was
- 49:35Speaker 1: keeping a gun for himself. which he quite horrifically used
- 49:39Speaker 1: on his wife and himself yesterday. And I just remind you,
- 49:45Speaker 1: as we talk about the left and especially Democrats in Virginia,
- 49:48Speaker 1: you know, the current attorney general of Virginia is now
- 49:51Speaker 1: a guy called Jay Jones. He was elected despite the
- 49:54Speaker 1: fact he had indicated in text messages that he wanted
- 49:58Speaker 1: to murder the then Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert and
- 50:03Speaker 1: cause him to suffer. He wanted to hurt his children
- 50:05Speaker 1: as well. And voters in Virginia, Democrat voters in Virginia
- 50:09Speaker 1: still put them in office because they have an assassination culture.
- 50:13Speaker 1: They agree with this, unfortunately, this kind of thinking. And
- 50:17Speaker 1: so when these Democrats, if there's a lesson this week,
- 50:19Speaker 1: and we get it every week, but if there's a
- 50:20Speaker 1: lesson this week, when these Democrats tell you who they are,
- 50:23Speaker 1: believe them. Believe they mean it. They're in some cases
- 50:26Speaker 1: literally out for blood. And what a horrific story, a
- 50:30Speaker 1: shocking one, out of Annandale, Virginia, just in Fairfax, Virginia.
- 50:36Speaker 1: murdering his wife and then killing himself yesterday. That's what
- 50:39Speaker 1: the police are telling us. Just terrible stuff. In Virginia,
- 50:44Speaker 1: the left's election operation, election rigging operation, continues. In fact,
- 50:50Speaker 1: we only have a couple of days left, Virginians. April
- 50:53Speaker 1: 21st is your last day to vote. So get those
- 50:56Speaker 1: votes in just as soon as you quickly, as you
- 50:58Speaker 1: possibly can. Vote no to stop the election rigging. Last night,
- 51:03Speaker 1: the left held an online rally, which is another way
- 51:07Speaker 1: of saying they couldn't get a crowd. But they held
- 51:09Speaker 1: an online rally and Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger says it's
- 51:14Speaker 1: only fair to rig the state's elections for Democrats. She's
- 51:18Speaker 1: only doing it because it's very fair to do it.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Cut seven. Watch this.
- 51:22Speaker 12: What does a yes vote actually do in plain English
- 51:25Speaker 12: so that people understand that and they're not confused by, say,
- 51:28Speaker 12: you know, the three million dollars Peter Thiel is throwing into,
- 51:31Speaker 12: you know, changing the vote.
- 51:35Speaker 13: Well, you are exactly right. For those who are not
- 51:38Speaker 13: on the ground in Virginia, I'll just let you know that,
- 51:41Speaker 13: in fact, we have seen the campaign for no has
- 51:44Speaker 13: used my face on TV and in mailers. They have
- 51:48Speaker 13: used President Obama's face on TV and in mailers. And
- 51:52Speaker 13: they have spoken of my prior support and continued support,
- 51:55Speaker 13: to be clear, for our bipartisan redistricting amendment. They have
- 51:59Speaker 13: talked about that, taking quotes out of context. But I've
- 52:02Speaker 13: been very clear. I have already voted, early voted yes
- 52:06Speaker 13: on this referendum because what it does is it says
- 52:10Speaker 13: at this moment in time, Virginia is taking the temporary responsive,
- 52:15Speaker 13: and I'll use your word, Lee, responsible step of pushing
- 52:19Speaker 13: back against what other states have done in trying to
- 52:22Speaker 13: stack the deck for Donald Trump in those congressional elections.
- 52:27Speaker 13: And in a temporary manner, we have put forth new maps.
- 52:30Speaker 13: So Virginia voters know the map that they are voting for.
- 52:34Speaker 13: That's important for transparency. And these will be our congressional
- 52:38Speaker 13: maps until after the next census, when the typical leveling
- 52:44Speaker 13: of seats across the states happen, redistricting happens nationwide. Then
- 52:48Speaker 13: we will return back to our bipartisan commission.
- 52:52Speaker 7: So it is responsive.
- 52:53Speaker 13: It is temporary. And a yes vote is our way
- 52:57Speaker 13: to stand up and ensure- Okay.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Enough of this garbage. So I see Will Willis, Texas
- 53:02Speaker 1: says this in our chat, scam burger. You know, it's funny.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Last night I was putting the show together and I
- 53:07Speaker 1: was watching this video at my computer, my trusty computer.
- 53:11Speaker 1: And my 11 year old daughter was standing next to
- 53:12Speaker 1: me observing this. And she's kind of like, you know,
- 53:16Speaker 1: she's a cradle conservative. She's looking at the video and
- 53:20Speaker 1: she goes, you should call her scam burger. And I
- 53:25Speaker 1: was like, that's a good idea. That's a very good idea.
- 53:27Speaker 1: She's she's a scam artist. She referenced the fact that
- 53:31Speaker 1: her picture is ending up on mailers. And I've got
- 53:33Speaker 1: some encouragement for you here. Let me let me tell
- 53:35Speaker 1: you something that's kind of amazing. I'm in Virginia, as
- 53:39Speaker 1: you as you likely know, I'm receiving so many mailers
- 53:44Speaker 1: right now from the vote no operations. I've got so
- 53:50Speaker 1: many reminders coming in. I'm not even showing you. For
- 53:53Speaker 1: those of you watching rumble.com, I'm not showing you everything
- 53:55Speaker 1: we've received. I think we've thrown out some stuff. We've
- 53:57Speaker 1: got stuff up in the kitchen. I'm getting a lot
- 53:59Speaker 1: of the vote no operation being sent to my house.
- 54:02Speaker 1: I love that. I love that. Getting text messages and calls,
- 54:05Speaker 1: vote no, vote no. That's great to see. But you
- 54:08Speaker 1: heard Abigail Spanberger reference the fact that her picture is
- 54:12Speaker 1: on these flyers. Can you see that? Is that possible?
- 54:14Speaker 1: Let me see here. Abigail Spanberger. So you see there,
- 54:17Speaker 1: It says, it's a quote from her that she's made before.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Gerrymandering is detrimental to our democracy. Opposing gerrymandering should be
- 54:28Speaker 1: a bipartisan issue. And she says, oh, they're taking me
- 54:31Speaker 1: out of context. No, they're not. Nobody's taking you out
- 54:33Speaker 1: of context. You said that this is detrimental to our democracy.
- 54:38Speaker 1: And here you are rigging the damn election. You're rigging
- 54:43Speaker 1: the election. And the left, I mean, they're completely out
- 54:50Speaker 1: of control here. Completely. And let me tell you what
- 54:56Speaker 1: the money looks like. So these mailers that I'm holding,
- 54:58Speaker 1: where did they come from? Who's spending money on all
- 55:01Speaker 1: of this? The Washington Post has a piece up overnight
- 55:06Speaker 1: saying that it's largely secret donors who've been pouring millions
- 55:11Speaker 1: into this election operation. But the vast majority of the
- 55:17Speaker 1: money is on the Democrat side. Most of the money,
- 55:21Speaker 1: which is pouring in, dark money is pouring in from
- 55:25Speaker 1: across the country, is pouring in in order to rig
- 55:29Speaker 1: the election for the Democrats. Massive amounts of money. If
- 55:33Speaker 1: you go down to the actual, the money here, let
- 55:36Speaker 1: me pull up the chart, take a look. Anti-redistricting, that
- 55:40Speaker 1: would be the people on our side, anti- election rigging.
- 55:45Speaker 1: Virginians for Fair Maps, Justice for Democracy. I've got one
- 55:49Speaker 1: of those, the Justice for Democracy operation. Where's that? Let's see.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Justice for Democracy. Here it is. Justice for Democracy PAC.
- 55:58Speaker 1: It says, don't be fooled. Don't be fooled. Richmond politicians
- 56:03Speaker 1: want to rig our elections. Say no to rigged maps.
- 56:08Speaker 1: and it includes a reference to a guy called Philip Thompson,
- 56:10Speaker 1: the former Loudoun County NAACP president, quote, how does the
- 56:14Speaker 1: new map benefit us? Black voters were dispersed across multiple districts.
- 56:19Speaker 1: That's what the flyer says. That's Justice for Democracy, which
- 56:23Speaker 1: is sending these out, warning black voters that they're under
- 56:26Speaker 1: attack by these lefties as well. And so that's that operation.
- 56:32Speaker 1: And the money that's being spent, it's about $ 28 million.
- 56:36Speaker 1: On the decency side of the fight. On the rigging side,
- 56:40Speaker 1: $ 64 million. Dark money. Now, some of it we know.
- 56:48Speaker 1: We know Hakeem Jeffries has dumped a ton of cash
- 56:52Speaker 1: into this. They've directed money into this race. All to
- 56:55Speaker 1: steal the entire United States House of Representatives. That's what
- 56:58Speaker 1: this fight is about.
- 57:00Speaker 14: And.
- 57:01Speaker 1: That's the kind of operation they've got going on. Now,
- 57:03Speaker 1: speaking of Washington Post, their editorial board has even acknowledged
- 57:07Speaker 1: that this is a brazenly dishonest campaign by the Democrats.
- 57:12Speaker 1: It's brazenly dishonest. Take a look at the language that
- 57:15Speaker 1: they have in their editorial recently on the subject. They said,
- 57:25Speaker 1: in the most brazenly dishonest way imaginable. The ballot asks
- 57:29Speaker 1: voters the following question. Should the Constitution of Virginia be
- 57:33Speaker 1: amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new
- 57:37Speaker 1: congressional districts to, quote, restore fairness in the upcoming elections
- 57:43Speaker 1: while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future
- 57:47Speaker 1: redistricting after the 2030 census? Restore fairness. So Democrats are
- 57:52Speaker 1: straight up lying on the ballot And so far, the
- 57:57Speaker 1: Virginia courts have allowed it to go through because they're
- 57:59Speaker 1: controlled by lefties as well. We have a huge fight
- 58:02Speaker 1: on our hands. And this is why it's so incumbent
- 58:05Speaker 1: for every Virginian to get out and to vote no. Remember,
- 58:09Speaker 1: the stakes are really high here. Right now, Virginia is
- 58:12Speaker 1: a 6-5 state, six Democrat seats to five Republican seats.
- 58:15Speaker 1: If Democrats get their way, then they're going to steal
- 58:19Speaker 1: four of those Republican seats, four of them. It'll become
- 58:23Speaker 1: a 10-1 state like that. Don't let it happen. Don't
- 58:28Speaker 1: let the election rigging happen. Let me end today with
- 58:30Speaker 1: some good news. Can I end with some good news?
- 58:33Speaker 1: I'm going to go a little bit long this morning.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Is that okay, guys? Okay, good. Thank you for that.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Some good news. In October of last year, the Supreme
- 58:43Speaker 1: Court had a big hearing on how lines are drawn
- 58:49Speaker 1: in the United States, congressional hearing, okay? Congressional districts. Right now,
- 58:55Speaker 1: the left has been drawing districts in the United States
- 58:59Speaker 1: based on racial prejudice as often as possible. In many cases,
- 59:03Speaker 1: what the left does is they try and draw districts
- 59:06Speaker 1: around black voters in particular and. do it based on
- 59:11Speaker 1: the color of their skin. Now, that is inherently racist
- 59:15Speaker 1: and inherently unconstitutional to do. And anybody with two eyes,
- 59:19Speaker 1: two ears, and two brain cells to rub together knows that.
- 59:23Speaker 1: And it became a matter of a big Supreme Court
- 59:25Speaker 1: hearing last October called Louisiana versus Calais. and Robinson versus Kalei.
- 59:33Speaker 1: These cases were argued in the court. Now, if you remember,
- 59:37Speaker 1: if I can flash back to that, at the time,
- 59:41Speaker 1: Ketanji Brown Jackson made an insanely racist assumption about Black voters.
- 59:48Speaker 1: She referenced them as being, quote, disabled, which is why
- 59:52Speaker 1: they need districts drawn to based on the color of
- 59:56Speaker 1: their skin. Cut nine, listen to Katonji Brown Jackson at
- 59:59Speaker 1: the time. She talks too much, but here's what she says.
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: I guess I'm thinking of it, of the fact that
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: remedial action, absent discriminatory intent, is really not a new
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: idea in the civil rights laws. And my kind of
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: paradigmatic example of this is something like the ADA. Congress
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: passed the Americans with Disabilities Act against the backdrop of
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: a world that was generally not.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Accessible to people with disabilities.
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: And so it was discriminatory in effect because these folks
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: were not able to access these buildings. And it didn't
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: matter whether the person who built the building or the
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: person who owned the building intended for them to be exclusionary.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: That's irrelevant.
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: Congress said The facilities have to be made equally open
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: to people with disabilities if readily possible. I guess I
- 1:00:59Speaker 5: don't understand why that's not what's happening here. The idea
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: in Section 2 is that we are responding to current-day
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: manifestations of past and present decisions that disadvantage minorities and
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: make it so that they don't have equal access to
- 1:01:17Speaker 5: the voting system. Right.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: They're disabled. In fact, we use the word disabled in Milligan.
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: We say that's a way in which you see that
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: these processes are not equally open.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: This is insane.
- 1:01:31Speaker 14: Black people are not disabled. That is a racist assumption.
- 1:01:38Speaker 14: It is a racist assumption. And that's Katonji Brown Jackson.
- 1:01:42Speaker 14: An actual Supreme Court justice expressing that view.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: It was nuts at the time. It's still nuts. And
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: so how did that hearing go? Well, during the hearing, remember,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: the Supreme Court indicated that they are on the verge
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: of getting rid of racially prejudiced congressional districts. The Supreme
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Court signals Democrats' days of drawing up congressional districts by
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: race might be over. Now, what would the impact of
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: that be? We are awaiting this decision. It is imminent, allegedly.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: It's expected very soon. What would happen? Well, according to
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: left-wing analysis of this case, if Democrats are no longer
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: allowed to be racist when drawing districts, it could result
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: in Republicans picking up as many as 19 more House seats.
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: 19.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: If we were to draw districts... without consideration for race
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: in the United States, Republicans would have a firm control
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: on the United States House of Representatives is a left-wing assessment.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: So where is this thing headed? Well, we just got
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: a really interesting indication from President Trump's former White House
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: press secretary, Sean Spicer. He was on, I believe it's
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: the two-way podcast that he does. And he reported that
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: the Supreme Court is, is, just about to end racial
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: prejudice in redistricting. And watch how he says the left-wing
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: justices are trying to gum up the works. Cut eight,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: watch this.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: I have been told by reliable sources that that decision
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: is done and that the minority is slow walking the
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: descent so that states can't, and states do not have
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: time to redistrict ahead of it. But I have been
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: told very reliably that the minority is slow walking that
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: descent all right.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: Hold on a second because i don't think i've read
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: that anywhere that is news oh yeah so the minority
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: meaning the katanji brown jackson side of the argument the
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: people the losers in the case are are very slowly
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: writing their dissent because the opinion needs to be delivered
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: with the majority opinion and the dissent And so long
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: as the dissent isn't prepared yet, they're not in a
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: position to release it yet. So they're going to take
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: this thing out to the very bloody end before they
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: release that dissent. That's what Sean Spicer is hearing. And
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: that's designed to try and rob us of any further
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: redistricting efforts ahead of the midterms to rebalance the scales
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: against the Democrats who have unearned congressional districts all across
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: the country. So the good news is, based on what
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: Sean is hearing, based on the way the oral arguments
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: were going, based on all of the available assessments, we
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: could be in for a much sunnier future in the
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: United States of America and a much less racist drawing
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: of congressional maps all across the country. But at the
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: same time, Democrats are still contemplating ways all the way
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: down to when they release an opinion, they're still contemplating
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: ways about how they can gum up the works and
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: rig elections in the United States of America. So the fight,
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: it continues. And that's why I'm grateful that you're here
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: so you can help me stay in it all the time.
