  I

  Rigo

  from

  Welcome

• 1:52
  Oh,
• 1:52
  Eric,
• 1:53
  thank
• 1:53
  you
• 1:53
  so
• 1:53
  much
• 1:54
  for
• 1:54
  having
• 1:54
  me.
• 1:55
  Delighted
• 1:55
  to
• 1:56
  be
• 1:56
  here.
• 1:56
  We're
• 1:57
  coming
• 1:57
  up
• 1:57
  again
• 1:58
  on
• 1:58
  the
• 1:58
  holidays
• 1:58
  and
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  timing
• 2:00
  just
• 2:00
  feels
• 2:00
  too
• 2:00
  perfect.
• 2:01
  So
• 2:01
  thank
• 2:01
  you
• 2:01
  for
• 2:01
  having
• 2:02
  me,
• 2:02
  man.
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  tell
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  what,
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  guys,
• 2:04
  in
• 2:04
  full
• 2:04
  disclosure
• 2:05
  for
• 2:05
  everybody
• 2:05
  out
• 2:06
  there,
• 2:06
  you
• 2:06
  guys
• 2:06
  have
• 2:06
  lent
• 2:07
  me
• 2:07
  a
• 2:07
  phone
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  use
• 2:08
  to
• 2:08
  play
• 2:08
  around
• 2:08
  with,
• 2:09
  and
• 2:09
  quite
• 2:10
  frankly,
• 2:10
  I'm
• 2:10
  impressed.
• 2:11
  I've
• 2:11
  been
• 2:12
  a
• 2:12
  full
• 2:12
  disclosure.
• 2:13
  I've
• 2:13
  been
• 2:13
  an
• 2:13
  AT&T
• 2:14
  customer
• 2:14
  my
• 2:14
  entire
• 2:15
  life.
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  think
• 2:16
  since
• 2:16
  before
• 2:16
  it
• 2:16
  was
• 2:17
  singular
• 2:17
  and
• 2:18
  AT
• 2:18
  and
• 2:18
  T
• 2:18
  and
• 2:18
  stuff.
• 2:19
  And
• 2:20
  yours
• 2:21
  works
• 2:21
  a
• 2:21
  little
• 2:21
  bit
• 2:21
  better.
• 2:22
  Works
• 2:23
  a
• 2:23
  little
• 2:23
  bit
• 2:23
  better.
• 2:23
  And
• 2:24
  I'm
• 2:24
  that's
• 2:24
  being
• 2:24
  kind
• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  my
• 2:25
  AT&T
• 2:26
  people
• 2:27
  over
• 2:27
  there.
• 2:27
  But
• 2:28
  I
• 2:28
  tell
• 2:28
  you
• 2:28
  what,
• 2:29
  there's
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  lot
• 2:29
  of
• 2:29
  things,
• 2:30
  there's
• 2:30
  a
• 2:30
  lot
• 2:30
  of
• 2:30
  advantages
• 2:31
  that
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  found
• 2:31
  going
• 2:32
  when
• 2:32
  I
• 2:32
  got
• 2:32
  them
• 2:33
  right
• 2:33
  next
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  each
• 2:33
  other.
• 2:34
  It
• 2:34
  don't
• 2:34
  lie.
• 2:35
  Oh,
• 2:35
  that's
• 2:35
  music
• 2:36
  to
• 2:36
  my
• 2:36
  ears
• 2:37
  and
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  all
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  folks
• 2:38
  here
• 2:38
  that
• 2:38
  work
• 2:39
  hard
• 2:39
  at
• 2:39
  Xfinity,
• 2:40
  because
• 2:40
  that's
• 2:40
  exactly
• 2:41
  what
• 2:41
  we
• 2:41
  love
• 2:41
  to
• 2:41
  hear
• 2:41
  from
• 2:42
  our
• 2:42
  customers.
• 2:42
  E.
• 2:43
  So
• 2:43
  glad
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  hear
• 2:44
  it.
• 2:44
  And
• 2:44
  no
• 2:45
  doubt
• 2:45
  there's
• 2:45
  a
• 2:45
  lot
• 2:45
  of
• 2:46
  great
• 2:46
  options
• 2:46
  out
• 2:46
  there,
• 2:47
  but
• 2:47
  we
• 2:47
  do
• 2:48
  believe
• 2:48
  in
• 2:48
  our
• 2:48
  product
• 2:49
  and
• 2:49
  that
• 2:49
  it's
• 2:49
  a
• 2:49
  differentiated
• 2:50
  product
• 2:51
  and
• 2:51
  that
• 2:51
  it's
• 2:51
  the
• 2:51
  best
• 2:51
  one
• 2:52
  out
• 2:52
  there.
• 2:53
  I
• 2:53
  think
• 2:53
  what's
• 2:53
  cool
• 2:53
  is
• 2:54
  you
• 2:54
  guys
• 2:54
  do
• 2:54
  such
• 2:54
  a
• 2:54
  great
• 2:55
  job
• 2:55
  of
• 2:55
  combining
• 2:56
  your
• 2:57
  massive
• 2:57
  network
• 2:57
  out
• 2:58
  there
• 2:58
  as
• 2:58
  well
• 2:59
  as
• 2:59
  with
• 2:59
  the
• 3:00
  phone
• 3:00
  carrier
• 3:00
  coverage,
• 3:01
  because
• 3:01
  there's
• 3:02
  only
• 3:02
  so
• 3:02
  many
• 3:02
  towers
• 3:02
  out
• 3:03
  there
• 3:03
  across
• 3:03
  the
• 3:03
  U.S.
• 3:04
  you
• 3:04
  guys
• 3:04
  are
• 3:04
  on
• 3:05
  a
• 3:05
  brand's
• 3:06
  towers.
• 3:07
  But
• 3:07
  really
• 3:07
  how
• 3:08
  it
• 3:08
  seamlessly
• 3:08
  meshes
• 3:09
  with
• 3:10
  the
• 3:10
  basic
• 3:11
  online
• 3:11
  stuff
• 3:11
  that
• 3:12
  you
• 3:12
  see
• 3:12
  on
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  stores
• 3:13
  and
• 3:13
  the
• 3:13
  retail
• 3:14
  locations
• 3:14
  and
• 3:14
  even
• 3:14
  the
• 3:15
  houses
• 3:15
  in
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  neighborhood.
• 3:16
  You
• 3:16
  can
• 3:17
  have
• 3:17
  a
• 3:17
  lot
• 3:17
  better
• 3:17
  coverage
• 3:18
  just
• 3:18
  from
• 3:18
  that
• 3:18
  seamlessly
• 3:19
  working
• 3:19
  within
• 3:19
  each
• 3:20
  other.
• 3:20
  That's
• 3:21
  exactly
• 3:21
  right,
• 3:21
  Eric.
• 3:22
  And
• 3:22
  if
• 3:22
  you
• 3:22
  don't
• 3:22
  mind,
• 3:23
  I'd
• 3:23
  love
• 3:23
  to
• 3:23
  share
• 3:23
  a
• 3:23
  little
• 3:24
  bit
• 3:24
  of
• 3:24
  what's
• 3:25
  happening
• 3:25
  behind
• 3:25
  the
• 3:25
  scenes
• 3:26
  here
• 3:26
  to
• 3:26
  make
• 3:26
  that
• 3:26
  work.
• 3:27
  Let's
• 3:28
  do
• 3:28
  it.
• 3:28
  Yeah.
• 3:29
  It's
• 3:29
  a
• 3:29
  little
• 3:29
  bit
• 3:29
  of
• 3:30
  what
• 3:30
  we
• 3:31
  call
• 3:31
  WI
• 3:31
  FI
• 3:32
  offloading.
• 3:33
  And
• 3:33
  it's
• 3:33
  this
• 3:33
  process
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  shifting
• 3:35
  mobile
• 3:35
  data
• 3:36
  traffic
• 3:36
  that's
• 3:37
  on
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  cellular
• 3:38
  networks
• 3:38
  and
• 3:39
  onto
• 3:39
  WI
• 3:39
  FI
• 3:40
  connections.
• 3:40
  And
• 3:41
  what
• 3:41
  happens
• 3:41
  when
• 3:41
  we
• 3:42
  do
• 3:42
  this?
• 3:42
  It
• 3:43
  helps
• 3:43
  reduce
• 3:43
  congestion
• 3:45
  with
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  cellular
• 3:45
  networks,
• 3:46
  which
• 3:46
  gives
• 3:47
  customers
• 3:48
  such
• 3:48
  as
• 3:48
  yourself
• 3:49
  faster
• 3:49
  and
• 3:50
  more
• 3:50
  reliable
• 3:50
  connectivity,
• 3:51
  especially
• 3:52
  in
• 3:52
  areas
• 3:52
  where
• 3:53
  we
• 3:53
  have
• 3:53
  the
• 3:53
  strong
• 3:53
  WI
• 3:53
  FI
• 3:54
  coverage.
• 3:55
  Man,
• 3:55
  I
• 3:55
  tell
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  what,
• 3:56
  I
• 3:56
  was
• 3:56
  at
• 3:56
  a
• 3:56
  concert
• 3:57
  and
• 3:57
  of
• 3:58
  course
• 3:59
  concerts
• 4:00
  are
• 4:00
  horrible
• 4:00
  for
• 4:01
  trying
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  do
• 4:01
  anything
• 4:02
  on
• 4:02
  a
• 4:02
  wifi
• 4:03
  on
• 4:03
  a
• 4:03
  connection
• 4:03
  over
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  top
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  a.
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  don't
• 4:05
  care
• 4:05
  what
• 4:05
  network
• 4:06
  you're
• 4:06
  on,
• 4:06
  it's
• 4:07
  overloaded.
• 4:08
  It's
• 4:08
  overloaded
• 4:08
  dozens
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  times
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  year.
• 4:10
  You're
• 4:10
  putting
• 4:10
  way
• 4:10
  too
• 4:11
  many
• 4:11
  people
• 4:11
  on
• 4:11
  a
• 4:11
  cell
• 4:12
  tower.
• 4:12
  It's
• 4:13
  just
• 4:13
  the
• 4:13
  kind
• 4:13
  of
• 4:13
  the
• 4:14
  Achilles
• 4:14
  heel
• 4:14
  of
• 4:14
  a
• 4:15
  system.
• 4:16
  But
• 4:16
  when
• 4:16
  there's
• 4:16
  a.
• 4:17
  You
• 4:17
  guys
• 4:17
  have
• 4:17
  a
• 4:17
  WI
• 4:18
  FI
• 4:18
  spot
• 4:18
  there,
• 4:18
  it
• 4:19
  can
• 4:19
  snag.
• 4:19
  It
• 4:19
  changes
• 4:20
  the
• 4:20
  game
• 4:20
  all
• 4:20
  of
• 4:20
  a
• 4:21
  sudden.
• 4:21
  Oh
• 4:21
  wow.
• 4:22
  I
• 4:22
  could
• 4:22
  actually
• 4:22
  live
• 4:22
  stream
• 4:23
  part
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  this
• 4:23
  concert
• 4:24
  if
• 4:24
  I
• 4:24
  wanted
• 4:24
  to.
• 4:25
  Where
• 4:26
  there's
• 4:26
  not
• 4:26
  a
• 4:27
  chance
• 4:27
  that's
• 4:27
  going
• 4:27
  to
• 4:27
  work
• 4:28
  together
• 4:28
  on
• 4:29
  anybody's
• 4:29
  cell
• 4:29
  network
• 4:30
  in
• 4:30
  most
• 4:30
  cases.
• 4:31
  Oh,
• 4:31
  you're
• 4:31
  spot
• 4:32
  on
• 4:32
  and
• 4:33
  hits
• 4:33
  close
• 4:33
  to
• 4:33
  home,
• 4:34
  or
• 4:34
  my
• 4:34
  old
• 4:34
  home,
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  should
• 4:35
  say.
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  lived
• 4:36
  in
• 4:36
  Pioneer
• 4:36
  Square,
• 4:37
  right
• 4:37
  near
• 4:37
  Lumen
• 4:38
  Field
• 4:38
  and
• 4:40
  of
• 4:40
  great
• 4:40
  concerts.
• 4:41
  Right.
• 4:41
  And
• 4:41
  that's
• 4:42
  exactly
• 4:42
  what
• 4:42
  would
• 4:43
  happen
• 4:43
  to
• 4:43
  a
• 4:43
  lot
• 4:44
  of
• 4:44
  folks.
• 4:44
  And
• 4:44
  you
• 4:44
  can
• 4:44
  see
• 4:45
  them
• 4:45
  walking
• 4:45
  around
• 4:45
  trying
• 4:46
  to
• 4:46
  get
• 4:46
  signal
• 4:47
  and
• 4:47
  it's
• 4:48
  gridlock.
• 4:48
  And
• 4:49
  so
• 4:49
  this
• 4:49
  is
• 4:49
  where
• 4:50
  our
• 4:50
  Xfinity
• 4:51
  Mobile
• 4:51
  Power
• 4:52
  Boost
• 4:52
  comes
• 4:52
  in.
• 4:53
  That's
• 4:53
  a
• 4:53
  unique
• 4:54
  feature
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  takes
• 4:55
  WI
• 4:55
  fi
• 4:56
  offloading
• 4:56
  to
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  next
• 4:57
  level.
• 4:57
  And
• 4:58
  when
• 4:58
  you're
• 4:58
  on
• 4:58
  Power
• 4:59
  Boost,
• 4:59
  you're
• 5:00
  able
• 5:00
  to
• 5:00
  get
• 5:01
  1
• 5:01
  gigabit
• 5:01
  per
• 5:02
  second
• 5:02
  over
• 5:03
  WI
• 5:03
  Fi.
• 5:04
  So
• 5:04
  this
• 5:04
  means
• 5:04
  customers
• 5:05
  can
• 5:05
  enjoy
• 5:05
  the
• 5:05
  ultra
• 5:06
  fast
• 5:06
  performance.
• 5:06
  Performance
• 5:07
  for
• 5:07
  streaming,
• 5:07
  gaming
• 5:08
  or
• 5:08
  video
• 5:08
  calls
• 5:09
  or
• 5:09
  just
• 5:09
  as
• 5:09
  you
• 5:09
  described
• 5:10
  it,
• 5:10
  when
• 5:10
  you're
• 5:11
  out
• 5:11
  that
• 5:11
  you
• 5:11
  can
• 5:11
  actually
• 5:11
  stream
• 5:12
  it
• 5:12
  while
• 5:12
  everyone
• 5:12
  else
• 5:13
  could
• 5:13
  be
• 5:13
  struggling.
• 5:14
  Yeah,
• 5:14
  And
• 5:15
  I
• 5:15
  caught
• 5:15
  myself
• 5:15
  because
• 5:16
  even
• 5:17
  though
• 5:17
  I
• 5:17
  am
• 5:17
  an
• 5:17
  Xfinity
• 5:18
  customer,
• 5:18
  when
• 5:18
  I
• 5:19
  pay
• 5:19
  my
• 5:19
  bill,
• 5:19
  it's
• 5:19
  not
• 5:20
  like
• 5:20
  this
• 5:20
  is
• 5:20
  some
• 5:20
  paid
• 5:21
  segment
• 5:21
  here.
• 5:21
  But
• 5:22
  the
• 5:22
  thing
• 5:23
  is
• 5:23
  with
• 5:23
  me,
• 5:23
  my
• 5:24
  att,
• 5:25
  Apple
• 5:26
  Phone
• 5:26
  does
• 5:27
  not
• 5:27
  work
• 5:27
  well
• 5:28
  because
• 5:28
  of
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  way
• 5:29
  AT
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  T
• 5:30
  has
• 5:30
  it
• 5:30
  set
• 5:30
  up
• 5:31
  to
• 5:31
  do
• 5:31
  that.
• 5:31
  Offloading.
• 5:32
  Right.
• 5:33
  It's
• 5:33
  always
• 5:33
  not
• 5:34
  working
• 5:34
  right.
• 5:34
  It's
• 5:35
  never
• 5:35
  jamming
• 5:35
  on
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  right
• 5:37
  stuff.
• 5:37
  You
• 5:37
  guys
• 5:38
  have
• 5:38
  got
• 5:38
  that
• 5:38
  engineered.
• 5:39
  So
• 5:39
  it
• 5:39
  works
• 5:39
  well
• 5:39
  because
• 5:41
  those
• 5:41
  other
• 5:41
  guys
• 5:42
  don't.
• 5:42
  And
• 5:42
  I'll
• 5:43
  say
• 5:43
  that
• 5:43
  just
• 5:43
  as
• 5:43
  a
• 5:43
  customer,
• 5:44
  it's
• 5:44
  frustrating.
• 5:45
  There's
• 5:45
  times
• 5:45
  I
• 5:45
  have
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  go
• 5:45
  in
• 5:45
  and
• 5:46
  turn
• 5:46
  my
• 5:46
  WI
• 5:46
  FI
• 5:46
  off
• 5:46
  and
• 5:47
  I'm
• 5:47
  trying
• 5:47
  to
• 5:47
  force
• 5:48
  it
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  work.
• 5:50
  Not
• 5:50
  with
• 5:50
  you
• 5:50
  guys.
• 5:50
  That
• 5:51
  phone
• 5:51
  just
• 5:52
  kept
• 5:52
  smooth,
• 5:53
  just
• 5:53
  smoothly
• 5:54
  working
• 5:54
  through
• 5:54
  that.
• 5:54
  And
• 5:55
  it
• 5:55
  was
• 5:55
  impressive.
• 5:56
  Yeah,
• 5:56
  Seamless
• 5:57
  connectivity.
• 5:58
  That's
• 5:58
  what
• 5:58
  we're
• 5:58
  after
• 5:58
  when
• 5:59
  it
• 5:59
  comes
• 5:59
  to
• 5:59
  power
• 5:59
  boost.
• 6:00
  So
• 6:01
  whether
• 6:01
  you're
• 6:01
  at
• 6:01
  home
• 6:02
  or
• 6:02
  you're
• 6:02
  on
• 6:02
  the
• 6:02
  go,
• 6:03
  we
• 6:03
  want
• 6:04
  customers
• 6:04
  to
• 6:04
  stay
• 6:04
  connected
• 6:05
  through
• 6:05
  the
• 6:05
  Xfinity,
• 6:06
  through
• 6:06
  Xfinity's
• 6:07
  extensive
• 6:07
  WI
• 6:08
  FI
• 6:08
  network.
• 6:09
  And
• 6:09
  that's
• 6:09
  exactly
• 6:09
  it.
• 6:10
  You
• 6:10
  shouldn't
• 6:10
  feel
• 6:10
  any
• 6:11
  kind
• 6:11
  of
• 6:11
  pain
• 6:11
  when
• 6:12
  it
• 6:12
  comes
• 6:12
  to
• 6:12
  this.
• 6:12
  It
• 6:13
  should
• 6:13
  be
• 6:13
  just
• 6:13
  like
• 6:14
  you're
• 6:14
  walking
• 6:14
  around.
• 6:14
  It
• 6:15
  should
• 6:15
  be
• 6:15
  no
• 6:15
  issue
• 6:15
  at
• 6:16
  all.
• 6:16
  Getting
• 6:16
  seamless
• 6:17
  is
• 6:17
  what
• 6:17
  we're
• 6:17
  after
• 6:18
  and
• 6:18
  we're
• 6:18
  very
• 6:18
  happy
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  hear
• 6:19
  that.
• 6:19
  That's
• 6:19
  exactly
• 6:20
  what
• 6:20
  it's
• 6:20
  been
• 6:20
  for
• 6:20
  you.
• 6:21
  And
• 6:21
  I
• 6:21
  know
• 6:21
  other
• 6:21
  customers,
• 6:22
  man,
• 6:23
  I
• 6:23
  tell
• 6:23
  you
• 6:23
  what.
• 6:23
  And
• 6:24
  I
• 6:24
  used
• 6:24
  to
• 6:24
  live
• 6:24
  in
• 6:24
  Seattle,
• 6:25
  now
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  live
• 6:25
  down
• 6:25
  in
• 6:25
  Portland.
• 6:26
  But
• 6:26
  I
• 6:26
  tell
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  what.
• 6:27
  Yeah.
• 6:27
  Coming
• 6:27
  out
• 6:28
  of
• 6:28
  a
• 6:28
  Hawks
• 6:28
  game,
• 6:30
  trying
• 6:30
  to
• 6:30
  text
• 6:30
  pictures
• 6:31
  or
• 6:31
  a
• 6:31
  video
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  a
• 6:32
  buddy
• 6:32
  is
• 6:32
  not
• 6:33
  going
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  happen,
• 6:34
  you
• 6:34
  know.
• 6:34
  No,
• 6:35
  absolutely
• 6:35
  not.
• 6:36
  Right.
• 6:36
  You,
• 6:36
  you
• 6:36
  could,
• 6:37
  I
• 6:37
  can't
• 6:37
  tell
• 6:37
  you
• 6:38
  how
• 6:38
  many
• 6:38
  times,
• 6:38
  just
• 6:38
  even
• 6:39
  walking
• 6:39
  around,
• 6:39
  not
• 6:39
  attending
• 6:40
  the
• 6:40
  game.
• 6:40
  But
• 6:40
  they're
• 6:41
  in
• 6:41
  Pioneer
• 6:41
  Square.
• 6:42
  And
• 6:42
  anytime
• 6:43
  you
• 6:43
  have
• 6:43
  just
• 6:44
  congestion
• 6:44
  of,
• 6:44
  or
• 6:45
  density
• 6:45
  of
• 6:45
  folks
• 6:45
  hanging,
• 6:46
  walking
• 6:46
  around,
• 6:46
  hanging
• 6:47
  around,
• 6:47
  you're
• 6:47
  going
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  feel
• 6:48
  that.
• 6:48
  And
• 6:48
  this
• 6:49
  is
• 6:49
  where
• 6:49
  the
• 6:49
  advantage
• 6:50
  comes
• 6:50
  in
• 6:50
  again,
• 6:50
  a
• 6:50
  power
• 6:51
  boost.
• 6:51
  And
• 6:52
  one
• 6:52
  of
• 6:52
  the
• 6:52
  things,
• 6:52
  one
• 6:52
  of
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  data
• 6:53
  points
• 6:53
  I
• 6:53
  want
• 6:53
  to
• 6:53
  throw
• 6:54
  out
• 6:54
  there,
• 6:54
  we've
• 6:54
  done
• 6:54
  a
• 6:55
  lot
• 6:55
  of
• 6:55
  research
• 6:56
  and
• 6:56
  here's
• 6:57
  what
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  Data
• 6:57
  tells
• 6:57
  us.
• 6:58
  94%
• 6:59
  of
• 6:59
  the
• 7:00
  devices
• 7:00
  connect
• 7:01
  via
• 7:01
  WI
• 7:01
  Fi.
• 7:02
  So
• 7:02
  this
• 7:02
  is
• 7:02
  why
• 7:02
  it's
• 7:03
  so
• 7:03
  critical.
• 7:04
  It's
• 7:04
  too
• 7:04
  important
• 7:04
  to
• 7:05
  make
• 7:05
  sure
• 7:05
  one,
• 7:05
  we
• 7:05
  have
• 7:06
  a
• 7:06
  great
• 7:06
  gateway
• 7:07
  and
• 7:07
  whole
• 7:08
  home
• 7:08
  coverage,
• 7:09
  but
• 7:09
  we
• 7:09
  also
• 7:09
  want
• 7:10
  to
• 7:10
  make
• 7:10
  sure
• 7:10
  we
• 7:10
  have
• 7:10
  that
• 7:11
  on
• 7:11
  the
• 7:11
  go.
• 7:11
  This
• 7:12
  is
• 7:12
  why
• 7:12
  we're
• 7:12
  going
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  continue
• 7:12
  to
• 7:13
  make
• 7:13
  investments
• 7:14
  in
• 7:14
  this
• 7:14
  space.
• 7:15
  I
• 7:15
  want
• 7:15
  to
• 7:15
  just
• 7:15
  throw
• 7:15
  out
• 7:15
  a
• 7:16
  fun
• 7:16
  fact.
• 7:16
  I
• 7:16
  know
• 7:16
  you're
• 7:16
  down
• 7:17
  in
• 7:17
  Portland.
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  don't
• 7:17
  have
• 7:19
  that
• 7:19
  number,
• 7:19
  but
• 7:20
  we
• 7:20
  have
• 7:21
  100,000
• 7:22
  free
• 7:23
  hotspots
• 7:23
  in
• 7:24
  Washington
• 7:24
  alone
• 7:25
  and
• 7:25
  that
• 7:25
  number
• 7:26
  is
• 7:26
  growing
• 7:26
  daily.
• 7:28
  You
• 7:28
  know,
• 7:29
  let's
• 7:29
  shoot
• 7:30
  back
• 7:30
  10
• 7:30
  years
• 7:30
  and
• 7:31
  we'll
• 7:31
  talk
• 7:31
  about
• 7:31
  your
• 7:31
  guys
• 7:32
  network
• 7:32
  because
• 7:33
  I
• 7:33
  use
• 7:34
  it
• 7:34
  heavily.
• 7:34
  I'm
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  kind
• 7:34
  of
• 7:34
  a
• 7:35
  power
• 7:35
  user
• 7:35
  on
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  residential
• 7:36
  side
• 7:36
  because
• 7:36
  I'm
• 7:37
  doing
• 7:37
  video
• 7:37
  and
• 7:38
  this
• 7:38
  kind
• 7:38
  of
• 7:38
  thing
• 7:39
  all
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  time.
• 7:39
  So
• 7:40
  I
• 7:40
  always
• 7:40
  go
• 7:40
  for
• 7:40
  a
• 7:41
  little
• 7:41
  bit
• 7:41
  faster
• 7:42
  connection.
• 7:43
  But
• 7:43
  it
• 7:43
  is
• 7:44
  absolutely
• 7:44
  amazing
• 7:45
  what
• 7:45
  you
• 7:45
  guys
• 7:45
  have
• 7:46
  been
• 7:46
  able
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  do
• 7:46
  with
• 7:46
  coaxial
• 7:47
  cable
• 7:48
  out
• 7:48
  there
• 7:49
  to
• 7:49
  get
• 7:49
  speeds
• 7:50
  because
• 7:51
  I've
• 7:51
  got
• 7:52
  a
• 7:52
  super
• 7:52
  fast.
• 7:53
  I
• 7:53
  actually
• 7:53
  got
• 7:53
  faster
• 7:55
  network
• 7:55
  speed
• 7:55
  here
• 7:56
  than
• 7:56
  my
• 7:56
  neighbor
• 7:56
  across
• 7:57
  the
• 7:57
  street
• 7:57
  that's
• 7:57
  got
• 7:58
  carbon
• 7:58
  fiber
• 7:59
  and
• 7:59
  I'm
• 8:00
  on
• 8:00
  Comcast
• 8:01
  cable.
• 8:02
  So
• 8:02
  it's
• 8:03
  amazing
• 8:03
  how
• 8:03
  you
• 8:03
  guys
• 8:04
  have
• 8:04
  taken
• 8:04
  technology
• 8:04
  and
• 8:05
  advanced
• 8:05
  it
• 8:05
  so
• 8:05
  far
• 8:06
  and
• 8:06
  they're
• 8:06
  continuing
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  do
• 8:07
  that
• 8:07
  because
• 8:07
  the
• 8:07
  speeds
• 8:08
  keep
• 8:08
  getting
• 8:08
  better
• 8:08
  and
• 8:08
  better.
• 8:10
  That's
• 8:10
  right.
• 8:10
  And
• 8:10
  it's
• 8:11
  a
• 8:11
  lot
• 8:11
  of
• 8:11
  that
• 8:11
  has
• 8:11
  to
• 8:11
  do
• 8:12
  with
• 8:12
  the
• 8:12
  investments
• 8:13
  in
• 8:13
  our
• 8:13
  gateway
• 8:14
  in
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  home
• 8:15
  we're
• 8:15
  after.
• 8:16
  Not
• 8:16
  just
• 8:16
  certainly
• 8:17
  we're
• 8:17
  making
• 8:17
  investments
• 8:18
  in
• 8:18
  our
• 8:18
  infrastructure
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  we
• 8:19
  always
• 8:19
  have
• 8:19
  to
• 8:20
  continue
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  make
• 8:20
  improvements
• 8:21
  there.
• 8:21
  We
• 8:22
  believe
• 8:22
  we
• 8:22
  have
• 8:23
  the
• 8:23
  best
• 8:23
  network,
• 8:23
  but
• 8:24
  it
• 8:24
  really
• 8:24
  comes
• 8:24
  down
• 8:25
  to
• 8:25
  how
• 8:25
  it
• 8:25
  feel
• 8:26
  how
• 8:26
  that
• 8:26
  WI
• 8:27
  fi
• 8:27
  works
• 8:27
  in
• 8:27
  your
• 8:28
  home.
• 8:28
  And
• 8:29
  so
• 8:29
  the
• 8:29
  investments
• 8:29
  have
• 8:30
  been
• 8:30
  on
• 8:30
  in
• 8:30
  that
• 8:31
  gateway.
• 8:31
  We
• 8:32
  want
• 8:32
  to
• 8:32
  make
• 8:32
  sure
• 8:32
  that
• 8:33
  customers
• 8:33
  have
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  best
• 8:34
  experience
• 8:35
  in
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  home.
• 8:36
  Whether
• 8:36
  they're
• 8:36
  in
• 8:36
  one
• 8:37
  of
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  bedrooms
• 8:37
  or
• 8:37
  they're
• 8:38
  in
• 8:38
  the
• 8:38
  garage
• 8:38
  or
• 8:38
  wherever
• 8:39
  they
• 8:39
  are,
• 8:40
  they
• 8:40
  have
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  have
• 8:40
  the
• 8:41
  best
• 8:41
  WI
• 8:41
  FI
• 8:42
  experience.
• 8:42
  And
• 8:42
  that's
• 8:42
  what
• 8:43
  we
• 8:43
  really
• 8:43
  lean
• 8:43
  on
• 8:44
  when
• 8:44
  it
• 8:44
  overall,
• 8:45
  when
• 8:45
  it
• 8:45
  comes
• 8:45
  to
• 8:46
  the
• 8:46
  network.
• 8:46
  It's
• 8:46
  making
• 8:47
  sure
• 8:47
  we
• 8:47
  have
• 8:47
  great
• 8:48
  WI
• 8:48
  fi.
• 8:49
  And
• 8:49
  what's
• 8:50
  cool
• 8:50
  with
• 8:50
  that
• 8:50
  is
• 8:50
  that's
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  foundation
• 8:51
  for
• 8:52
  what
• 8:52
  you
• 8:52
  guys
• 8:52
  have
• 8:52
  done
• 8:53
  with
• 8:53
  the
• 8:53
  cellular
• 8:54
  coverage.
• 8:54
  Because
• 8:55
  if
• 8:55
  that's
• 8:56
  not
• 8:56
  working
• 8:56
  right,
• 8:56
  then
• 8:56
  of
• 8:57
  course,
• 8:57
  when
• 8:57
  you
• 8:57
  jump
• 8:57
  onto
• 8:58
  some
• 8:59
  to
• 8:59
  a
• 8:59
  hotspot
• 9:00
  WI
• 9:00
  fi
• 9:00
  location,
• 9:01
  if
• 9:01
  that's
• 9:01
  not
• 9:01
  working
• 9:02
  great,
• 9:02
  you're
• 9:02
  still
• 9:02
  in
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  same
• 9:03
  boat
• 9:03
  of
• 9:03
  not
• 9:03
  having
• 9:03
  a
• 9:04
  great
• 9:04
  connection.
• 9:05
  But
• 9:05
  with
• 9:05
  that
• 9:05
  speed
• 9:06
  and
• 9:06
  bandwidth,
• 9:06
  it
• 9:06
  seems
• 9:07
  it
• 9:07
  makes.
• 9:07
  It
• 9:07
  makes
• 9:07
  it
• 9:08
  work
• 9:08
  really
• 9:08
  seamlessly.
• 9:09
  That's
• 9:10
  exactly
• 9:10
  right.
• 9:10
  And
• 9:11
  that's
• 9:11
  what
• 9:11
  customers
• 9:12
  have
• 9:12
  told
• 9:12
  us.
• 9:12
  You
• 9:12
  mentioned
• 9:13
  a
• 9:13
  little
• 9:13
  bit
• 9:13
  of
• 9:13
  that
• 9:13
  pain
• 9:14
  point
• 9:14
  you
• 9:14
  had
• 9:14
  with
• 9:15
  one
• 9:15
  of
• 9:15
  our
• 9:15
  competitors.
• 9:16
  That's
• 9:17
  exactly
• 9:17
  what
• 9:17
  we
• 9:17
  hear
• 9:18
  from
• 9:18
  customers,
• 9:18
  and
• 9:18
  that's
• 9:18
  why
• 9:19
  we've
• 9:19
  made
• 9:19
  these
• 9:19
  investments,
• 9:20
  is
• 9:21
  we
• 9:21
  want
• 9:21
  folks
• 9:21
  walking
• 9:22
  out
• 9:22
  there
• 9:22
  and
• 9:22
  we
• 9:22
  don't
• 9:22
  want
• 9:22
  them
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  even
• 9:23
  think
• 9:23
  about
• 9:23
  it.
• 9:24
  They
• 9:24
  need
• 9:24
  to
• 9:24
  be
• 9:25
  focused
• 9:25
  on
• 9:25
  enjoying
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  experience,
• 9:26
  whether
• 9:27
  it's
• 9:27
  a
• 9:27
  concert
• 9:27
  or
• 9:28
  a
• 9:28
  game.
• 9:28
  And
• 9:29
  just
• 9:29
  to
• 9:29
  be
• 9:29
  able
• 9:29
  to
• 9:29
  use
• 9:30
  that
• 9:30
  handheld
• 9:31
  device
• 9:31
  seamlessly
• 9:32
  and
• 9:32
  not
• 9:33
  think
• 9:33
  twice
• 9:33
  about,
• 9:33
  oh,
• 9:34
  why
• 9:34
  is
• 9:34
  it
• 9:34
  slow?
• 9:35
  Or
• 9:35
  why
• 9:36
  isn't
• 9:36
  it
• 9:36
  transferring
• 9:37
  over?
• 9:37
  And
• 9:38
  to
• 9:38
  your
• 9:38
  point
• 9:38
  earlier,
• 9:39
  around
• 9:39
  how
• 9:39
  much
• 9:39
  the
• 9:40
  technology
• 9:40
  has
• 9:40
  advanced
• 9:41
  in
• 9:41
  the
• 9:41
  last
• 9:42
  several
• 9:42
  years,
• 9:42
  it
• 9:43
  is
• 9:43
  amazing.
• 9:43
  I
• 9:44
  recall
• 9:44
  those
• 9:44
  Moments
• 9:45
  of
• 9:45
  having
• 9:45
  some
• 9:46
  of
• 9:46
  those
• 9:46
  challenges
• 9:46
  of,
• 9:47
  hey,
• 9:47
  why
• 9:47
  is
• 9:47
  it
• 9:47
  not
• 9:48
  trying
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  make
• 9:48
  a
• 9:48
  WI
• 9:49
  fi
• 9:49
  call?
• 9:49
  And
• 9:49
  it's
• 9:49
  just,
• 9:50
  it
• 9:50
  was
• 9:50
  so
• 9:50
  clunky.
• 9:51
  And
• 9:51
  that's
• 9:52
  been.
• 9:52
  Our
• 9:52
  mission
• 9:52
  is
• 9:52
  let's
• 9:53
  solve
• 9:53
  that.
• 9:53
  Let's
• 9:54
  make
• 9:54
  sure
• 9:54
  that's
• 9:54
  as
• 9:54
  easy
• 9:55
  as
• 9:55
  possible
• 9:55
  for
• 9:55
  the
• 9:55
  customer.
• 9:56
  Yeah.
• 9:57
  And
• 9:57
  even
• 9:57
  the
• 9:58
  web
• 9:58
  access
• 9:58
  from
• 9:58
  the
• 9:59
  phone,
• 9:59
  because
• 9:59
  we
• 9:59
  use
• 9:59
  our
• 10:00
  phone
• 10:00
  so
• 10:00
  many
• 10:00
  different
• 10:00
  ways
• 10:01
  now.
• 10:01
  It's
• 10:01
  not
• 10:02
  only
• 10:02
  are
• 10:02
  we
• 10:02
  using
• 10:02
  it
• 10:03
  for
• 10:03
  directions,
• 10:04
  but
• 10:04
  we're
• 10:04
  sitting
• 10:04
  there
• 10:05
  looking
• 10:05
  up
• 10:05
  the
• 10:05
  latest
• 10:06
  gas
• 10:06
  prices
• 10:07
  on
• 10:07
  the
• 10:07
  app
• 10:07
  or
• 10:08
  we're
• 10:08
  messaging
• 10:09
  back
• 10:09
  to
• 10:09
  somebody
• 10:09
  that,
• 10:10
  hey,
• 10:10
  here's
• 10:10
  our.
• 10:10
  Here's
• 10:11
  my
• 10:11
  location.
• 10:11
  I'm
• 10:11
  on
• 10:12
  my
• 10:12
  way
• 10:12
  there.
• 10:13
  There's
• 10:13
  so
• 10:13
  many
• 10:14
  different
• 10:14
  uses
• 10:15
  and
• 10:15
  it's
• 10:16
  so
• 10:16
  amazing
• 10:16
  when
• 10:16
  I
• 10:16
  look
• 10:17
  at
• 10:17
  how
• 10:17
  much
• 10:17
  WI
• 10:17
  fi
• 10:17
  I
• 10:18
  actually
• 10:18
  use
• 10:18
  versus
• 10:20

• 10:20
  coverage
• 10:20
  on
• 10:20

• 10:21
  To
• 10:21
  find
• 10:22
  out
• 10:22
  more,
• 10:22
  head
• 10:23
  to

• 10:25
  around

  be
• 10:27

• 10:27

• 12:04
  What's
• 12:05
  up?
• 12:05
  This
• 12:05
  is
• 12:05
  Sticks
• 12:05
  it
• 12:06

  Ya

• 12:35
  bill.
• 12:36
  Again,
• 12:37
  there's
• 12:37
  a
• 12:37
  new
• 12:38
  app
• 12:38
  for
• 12:38
  that.
• 12:38
  That's
• 12:39
  exactly
• 12:39
  right.
• 12:39
  And
• 12:40
  there's.
• 12:40
  You
• 12:40
  just
• 12:41
  reminded
• 12:41
  me
• 12:41
  of
• 12:42
  sometimes
• 12:42
  car
• 12:42
  rides
• 12:43
  or
• 12:43
  when
• 12:43
  we're
• 12:43
  on
• 12:43
  the
• 12:43
  go.
• 12:44
  We
• 12:45
  could
• 12:45
  be
• 12:45
  simultaneously
• 12:46
  doing
• 12:46
  four
• 12:47
  things
• 12:47
  at
• 12:47
  once.
• 12:47
  You
• 12:48
  could
• 12:48
  be
• 12:48
  using
• 12:49
  your
• 12:49
  navigation,
• 12:50
  you
• 12:50
  could
• 12:50
  be
• 12:51
  looking
• 12:51
  up
• 12:52
  restaurant
• 12:53
  and
• 12:53
  everything
• 12:53
  else
• 12:54
  you
• 12:54
  just
• 12:54
  described.
• 12:55
  So
• 12:55
  it.
• 12:55
  That's
• 12:56
  why
• 12:56
  it's
• 12:56
  so
• 12:56
  important
• 12:57
  to
• 12:57
  make
• 12:57
  sure
• 12:57
  that
• 12:58
  we
• 12:58
  have
• 12:58
  these
• 12:58
  hotspots
• 12:59
  because
• 12:59
  there's
• 12:59
  a
• 12:59
  lot
• 13:00
  happening
• 13:00
  on
• 13:00
  the
• 13:00
  device.
• 13:01
  We
• 13:01
  need
• 13:02
  to
• 13:02
  make
• 13:02
  sure
• 13:02
  that
• 13:02
  WI
• 13:03
  fi,
• 13:03
  that
• 13:03
  connection
• 13:03
  is
• 13:04
  just
• 13:04
  perfect.
• 13:05
  Again,
• 13:05
  we're
• 13:05
  just
• 13:06
  doing
• 13:06
  more
• 13:07
  at
• 13:07
  once,
• 13:07
  more
• 13:07
  simultaneously
• 13:08
  than
• 13:08
  ever
• 13:09
  before.
• 13:10
  Or
• 13:10
  that
• 13:10
  most
• 13:10
  frustrating
• 13:11
  part,
• 13:11
  when
• 13:11
  you
• 13:11
  go
• 13:11
  to
• 13:12
  use
• 13:12
  that
• 13:12
  app
• 13:12
  that
• 13:12
  you
• 13:12
  haven't
• 13:13
  used
• 13:13
  in
• 13:13
  a
• 13:13
  month
• 13:13
  or
• 13:13
  two
• 13:14
  because
• 13:14
  you're
• 13:14
  using
• 13:14
  it
• 13:14
  for
• 13:15
  special
• 13:15
  situations
• 13:16
  like
• 13:16
  traveling
• 13:16
  or
• 13:16
  whatever,
• 13:17
  and
• 13:17
  you
• 13:17
  go
• 13:17
  to
• 13:17
  hit
• 13:17
  it,
• 13:18
  it
• 13:18
  goes,
• 13:18
  oh,
• 13:18
  I
• 13:18
  have
• 13:18
  to
• 13:18
  update
• 13:19
  first.
• 13:19
  And
• 13:20
  when
• 13:20
  you've
• 13:20
  got
• 13:20
  one
• 13:21
  bar
• 13:21
  out
• 13:21
  in
• 13:21
  the
• 13:21
  middle
• 13:21
  of
• 13:22
  nowhere,
• 13:22
  you're
• 13:22
  like,
• 13:23
  I
• 13:23
  don't
• 13:23
  know
• 13:24
  if
• 13:24
  this
• 13:24
  is
• 13:24
  going
• 13:24
  to
• 13:24
  work.
• 13:25
  Yeah.
• 13:26
  So
• 13:26
  you
• 13:26
  get
• 13:27
  stuck.
• 13:27
  Yeah.
• 13:27
  You
• 13:28
  just
• 13:28
  reminded
• 13:28
  me
• 13:28
  of
• 13:29
  my
• 13:29
  last
• 13:29
  trip
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  went
• 13:30
  out
• 13:30
  to.
• 13:30
  Was
• 13:30
  it
• 13:31
  Cannon
• 13:31
  Beach?
• 13:31
  And
• 13:32
  I
• 13:32
  was
• 13:32
  out
• 13:32
  hanging
• 13:33
  out
• 13:33
  in
• 13:33
  Oregon,
• 13:33
  my
• 13:33
  first
• 13:34
  time
• 13:34
  there.
• 13:34
  Beautiful,
• 13:35
  by
• 13:35
  the
• 13:35
  way.
• 13:36
  And
• 13:36
  I
• 13:37
  read.
• 13:39
  Yeah,
• 13:39
  yeah,
• 13:40
  yeah.
• 13:40
  It's
• 13:41
  funny
• 13:41
  when
• 13:41
  you're
• 13:41
  out
• 13:41
  at
• 13:41
  Cannon
• 13:42
  beach,
• 13:42
  like
• 13:42
  that
• 13:43
  same
• 13:43
  kind
• 13:43
  of
• 13:43
  thing.
• 13:45
  The
• 13:45
  other
• 13:45
  one
• 13:45
  that's
• 13:45
  most
• 13:46
  frustrating.
• 13:46
  And
• 13:46
  I'm
• 13:46
  an
• 13:46
  Apple
• 13:47
  user,
• 13:47
  right?
• 13:47
  So
• 13:48
  that's
• 13:48
  what
• 13:48
  I
• 13:48
  have
• 13:48
  on
• 13:49
  my
• 13:49
  everyday
• 13:50
  carry
• 13:50
  phone.
• 13:51
  But
• 13:51
  I
• 13:51
  have
• 13:51
  so
• 13:52
  much
• 13:52
  stuff
• 13:52
  on
• 13:52
  there.
• 13:52
  Everything's
• 13:53
  in
• 13:53
  the
• 13:53
  cloud.
• 13:53
  I
• 13:53
  go
• 13:54
  to
• 13:54
  press
• 13:54
  to
• 13:54
  show
• 13:54
  someone
• 13:55
  a
• 13:55
  video
• 13:55
  that
• 13:55
  I
• 13:55
  did
• 13:56
  and
• 13:57
  it's
• 13:57
  frozen
• 13:57
  for
• 13:58
  five
• 13:58
  minutes
• 13:59
  trying
• 13:59
  to
• 14:00
  pull
• 14:00
  down
• 14:00
  the
• 14:01
  video
• 14:01
  off
• 14:01
  the
• 14:01
  cellular
• 14:02
  network.
• 14:02
  And
• 14:02
  it's
• 14:03
  another
• 14:03
  pain
• 14:04
  point
• 14:04
  as
• 14:04
  I'm
• 14:05
  nervously
• 14:06
  standing
• 14:06
  there
• 14:06
  going,
• 14:07
  give
• 14:07
  this
• 14:07
  a
• 14:07
  minute.
• 14:08
  And
• 14:08
  everybody
• 14:08
  else
• 14:09
  goes,
• 14:09
  I
• 14:09
  hate
• 14:09
  the
• 14:10
  icloud
• 14:10
  for
• 14:10
  that
• 14:10
  because
• 14:11
  now
• 14:11
  it's,
• 14:11
  you
• 14:12
  gotta
• 14:12
  wait
• 14:12
  there
• 14:13
  two
• 14:13
  or
• 14:13
  three
• 14:13
  minutes
• 14:14
  for
• 14:14
  it
• 14:14
  to
• 14:14
  play.
• 14:14
  And
• 14:14
  you're
• 14:14
  like,
• 14:15
  I
• 14:15
  was
• 14:15
  just
• 14:15
  trying
• 14:15
  to
• 14:15
  show
• 14:15
  a
• 14:16
  video.
• 14:16
  You
• 14:17
  nailed
• 14:17
  it.
• 14:18
  We're
• 14:18
  in
• 14:18
  this
• 14:19
  new
• 14:19
  age
• 14:19
  of
• 14:20
  having
• 14:20
  things
• 14:21
  on
• 14:21
  servers,
• 14:21
  right?
• 14:22
  Whether
• 14:22
  it
• 14:22
  be
• 14:22
  Apple,
• 14:23
  the
• 14:23
  Apple
• 14:24
  cloud,
• 14:24
  or
• 14:24
  I
• 14:24
  have
• 14:24
  Google
• 14:25
  Drive.
• 14:26
  And
• 14:26
  there's
• 14:26
  nothing
• 14:26
  more
• 14:26
  frustrating
• 14:27
  than
• 14:27
  when
• 14:27
  you
• 14:28
  run
• 14:28
  into
• 14:28
  that
• 14:28
  you
• 14:28
  want
• 14:28
  to.
• 14:29
  You're
• 14:29
  hanging
• 14:29
  out
• 14:29
  with
• 14:30
  your
• 14:30
  family,
• 14:30
  you
• 14:30
  want
• 14:30
  to
• 14:31
  show
• 14:31
  them
• 14:31
  something
• 14:31
  and
• 14:32
  it's
• 14:32
  just
• 14:32
  not
• 14:33
  connecting,
• 14:33
  right.
• 14:33
  Because
• 14:33
  of
• 14:34
  the
• 14:34
  congestion
• 14:34
  or
• 14:34
  the
• 14:35
  cellular
• 14:35
  network
• 14:35
  just
• 14:36
  can't
• 14:36
  keep.
• 14:37
  But
• 14:37
  when
• 14:37
  you're
• 14:37
  on
• 14:37
  the
• 14:38
  power
• 14:38
  boost,
• 14:39
  that's
• 14:39
  the
• 14:39
  benefit.
• 14:40
  You're
• 14:40
  going
• 14:40
  to
• 14:40
  see
• 14:40
  that
• 14:41
  seamlessly.
• 14:41
  It's
• 14:42
  going
• 14:42
  to
• 14:42
  feel
• 14:42
  just
• 14:42
  like
• 14:43
  you're
• 14:43
  at
• 14:43
  home
• 14:44
  on
• 14:44
  your
• 14:44
  own
• 14:44
  network.
• 14:45
  And
• 14:45
  again,
• 14:45
  that's.
• 14:46
  It's
• 14:46
  to
• 14:46
  make
• 14:46
  sure
• 14:47
  that
• 14:47
  everyone
• 14:47
  can
• 14:48
  feel
• 14:48
  great
• 14:48
  about
• 14:48
  those
• 14:49
  special
• 14:49
  moments
• 14:50
  when
• 14:50
  you're
• 14:50
  having
• 14:51
  lunch
• 14:51
  with
• 14:51
  a
• 14:51
  friend
• 14:51
  and
• 14:52
  you
• 14:52
  don't
• 14:52
  get
• 14:52
  to
• 14:52
  see
• 14:52
  their
• 14:53
  friend
• 14:53
  too
• 14:53
  often.
• 14:53
  And
• 14:54
  it
• 14:54
  should
• 14:54
  just
• 14:54
  be
• 14:55
  a
• 14:55
  great
• 14:55
  experience
• 14:56
  no
• 14:56
  matter
• 14:56
  what.
• 14:57
  There's
• 14:58
  nothing
• 14:58
  worth
• 14:58
  trying
• 14:58
  to
• 14:58
  flag
• 14:59
  down
• 14:59
  the
• 14:59
  waiter,
• 15:00
  waitress
• 15:00
  or
• 15:00
  whoever's
• 15:01
  serving
• 15:01
  you
• 15:01
  and
• 15:01
  saying,
• 15:02
  do
• 15:02
  you
• 15:02
  guys
• 15:02
  have
• 15:02
  a
• 15:02
  WI
• 15:02
  FI
• 15:03
  password
• 15:03
  here?
• 15:04
  Yeah.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:05
  then
• 15:05
  security.
• 15:05
  Now
• 15:06
  you
• 15:06
  have
• 15:06
  to
• 15:06
  worry
• 15:06
  about
• 15:06
  security
• 15:07
  too.
• 15:08
  You
• 15:08
  log
• 15:08
  on
• 15:08
  to
• 15:08
  some
• 15:09
  of
• 15:09
  these
• 15:09
  networks
• 15:10
  and
• 15:10
  you
• 15:10
  don't
• 15:10
  really
• 15:11
  know
• 15:11
  what
• 15:11
  you're
• 15:11
  accepting,
• 15:12
  right?
• 15:12
  And
• 15:12
  you
• 15:12
  don't
• 15:12
  know
• 15:13
  who's
• 15:13
  on
• 15:13
  there
• 15:13
  behind
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  scenes.
• 15:15
  That's
• 15:15
  something
• 15:15
  you
• 15:15
  just
• 15:16
  won't
• 15:16
  have
• 15:16
  to
• 15:16
  worry
• 15:16
  about
• 15:17
  when
• 15:17
  you're
• 15:17
  with
• 15:17
  Power
• 15:18
  Boost,
• 15:18
  right?
• 15:18
  That's
• 15:19
  all
• 15:19
  that
• 15:19
  all
• 15:20
  protects
• 15:20
  your
• 15:20
  data,
• 15:21
  it
• 15:21
  protects
• 15:21
  your
• 15:21
  phone.
• 15:22
  And
• 15:23
  you
• 15:23
  just
• 15:23
  reminded
• 15:24
  me
• 15:24
  how
• 15:24
  many
• 15:24
  times
• 15:25
  are
• 15:25
  we
• 15:25
  going
• 15:25
  to
• 15:25
  restaurants
• 15:26
  now?
• 15:26
  And
• 15:26
  they're
• 15:27
  digital
• 15:27
  menus,
• 15:28
  right?
• 15:28
  There's
• 15:28
  a
• 15:28
  QR
• 15:29
  code
• 15:29
  and
• 15:29
  you
• 15:29
  go
• 15:30
  there,
• 15:30
  right?
• 15:31
  So
• 15:31
  we're
• 15:31
  using
• 15:31
  that
• 15:31
  more
• 15:32
  and
• 15:32
  more
• 15:32
  and
• 15:33
  that's
• 15:33
  not
• 15:33
  going
• 15:33
  to
• 15:33
  stop.
• 15:33
  It's
• 15:34
  only
• 15:34
  going
• 15:34
  to
• 15:34
  continue
• 15:34
  to
• 15:35
  be.
• 15:35
  We're
• 15:35
  going
• 15:35
  to
• 15:35
  continue,
• 15:35
  continue
• 15:36
  to
• 15:36
  use
• 15:36
  that
• 15:36
  more
• 15:36
  and
• 15:36
  more.
• 15:37
  And
• 15:37
  I'm
• 15:37
  seeing
• 15:38
  it
• 15:38
  more
• 15:38
  and
• 15:38
  more
• 15:38
  common
• 15:39
  that
• 15:39
  I'll
• 15:39
  Just
• 15:40
  say
• 15:40
  that
• 15:40
  the
• 15:40
  guy
• 15:41
  sitting
• 15:41
  in
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  corner
• 15:42
  of
• 15:42
  the
• 15:42
  bar
• 15:42
  with
• 15:43
  his
• 15:43
  laptop
• 15:43
  open
• 15:44
  or
• 15:44
  coffee
• 15:44
  shop
• 15:45
  and
• 15:45
  he's
• 15:45
  got
• 15:45
  a
• 15:45
  mirrored
• 15:46
  WI
• 15:46
  fi
• 15:47
  signal
• 15:47
  to
• 15:48
  what's
• 15:48
  in
• 15:48
  the
• 15:48
  coffee
• 15:49
  shop.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:49
  wow,
• 15:49
  that
• 15:49
  was
• 15:50
  easy.
• 15:50
  Got
• 15:50
  into
• 15:50
  that
• 15:50
  one.
• 15:51
  And
• 15:52
  now
• 15:52
  they
• 15:52
  have
• 15:52
  full
• 15:52
  access
• 15:53
  at
• 15:53
  times
• 15:53
  into
• 15:54
  your
• 15:54
  system.
• 15:54
  So
• 15:55
  you
• 15:55
  need
• 15:55
  to
• 15:55
  be
• 15:55
  very
• 15:55
  careful
• 15:56
  with
• 15:56
  what
• 15:57
  you're
• 15:57
  clicking
• 15:57
  on
• 15:58
  out
• 15:58
  there.
• 15:59
  Yeah.
• 15:59
  It
• 15:59
  is
• 16:00
  a
• 16:00
  new
• 16:00
  age,
• 16:00
  I
• 16:00
  think,
• 16:01
  to
• 16:01
  your
• 16:01
  point.
• 16:01
  I
• 16:01
  loved
• 16:01
  your
• 16:02
  point
• 16:02
  earlier
• 16:02
  around
• 16:02
  how
• 16:03
  much
• 16:03
  we've
• 16:03
  evolved
• 16:04
  with
• 16:04
  technology
• 16:05
  and
• 16:05
  connectivity.
• 16:07
  But
• 16:07
  we
• 16:07
  all
• 16:07
  also
• 16:08
  know
• 16:08
  that
• 16:08
  brings
• 16:08
  other
• 16:09
  challenges.
• 16:09
  Right.
• 16:10
  And
• 16:10
  that
• 16:10
  we're
• 16:11
  in
• 16:11
  this
• 16:11
  age
• 16:11
  now
• 16:12
  where
• 16:12
  we
• 16:13
  have
• 16:13
  to
• 16:13
  really
• 16:13
  be
• 16:13
  mindful
• 16:14
  about
• 16:14
  what
• 16:14
  networks
• 16:15
  we
• 16:15
  connect
• 16:15
  to
• 16:16
  and
• 16:16
  protecting
• 16:17
  our
• 16:17
  data.
• 16:18
  There's
• 16:18
  just
• 16:18
  so
• 16:19
  much
• 16:19
  now
• 16:19
  coming
• 16:20
  up
• 16:20
  and
• 16:20
  it's
• 16:20
  not
• 16:20
  to
• 16:20
  scare
• 16:21
  us
• 16:21
  or
• 16:21
  anything.
• 16:21
  It's
• 16:22
  just
• 16:22
  a
• 16:22
  reality.
• 16:23
  And
• 16:23
  that's
• 16:23
  why
• 16:23
  we
• 16:24
  love
• 16:24
  our
• 16:24
  product
• 16:24
  is
• 16:25
  you're
• 16:25
  not
• 16:25
  going
• 16:26
  to
• 16:26
  have
• 16:26
  to
• 16:26
  worry
• 16:26
  about
• 16:26
  any
• 16:27
  of
• 16:27
  that.
• 16:27
  You're.
• 16:28
  You
• 16:28
  don't
• 16:28
  have
• 16:28
  to
• 16:28
  worry
• 16:29
  about
• 16:29
  that.
• 16:29
  You
• 16:30
  know,
• 16:30
  that
• 16:30
  potential
• 16:31
  person
• 16:31
  in
• 16:31
  the
• 16:32
  coffee
• 16:32
  shop
• 16:32
  doing
• 16:33
  what
• 16:33
  they
• 16:33
  might
• 16:33
  be
• 16:33
  doing.
• 16:34
  Hey,
• 16:34
  forget
• 16:35
  it
• 16:35
  all.
• 16:35
  Throw
• 16:35
  it
• 16:36
  out
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  window.
• 16:37
  If
• 16:37
  you're
• 16:37
  on
• 16:37
  power
• 16:37
  boost,
• 16:38
  you're
• 16:38
  protected.
• 16:38
  Don't
• 16:39
  even.
• 16:39
  You
• 16:39
  don't
• 16:39
  even
• 16:39
  think
• 16:39
  about
• 16:40
  it.
• 16:40
  Man.
• 16:41
  That
• 16:41
  is
• 16:41
  a
• 16:41
  good
• 16:41
  way
• 16:41
  to
• 16:41
  go.
• 16:42
  And
• 16:42
  you
• 16:42
  guys
• 16:42
  offer
• 16:43
  way
• 16:43
  all
• 16:44
  the
• 16:44
  phones
• 16:44
  out
• 16:44
  there
• 16:44
  as
• 16:45
  well.
• 16:45
  I'm
• 16:45
  a.
• 16:46
  I'm
• 16:46
  an
• 16:46
  Apple
• 16:47
  guy,
• 16:47
  so
• 16:47
  I
• 16:48
  was
• 16:48
  trying
• 16:48
  to
• 16:48
  learn
• 16:49
  the,
• 16:49
  I
• 16:49
  guess
• 16:49
  the
• 16:50
  Samsung
• 16:50
  way
• 16:50
  of
• 16:50
  things
• 16:51
  with
• 16:51
  the
• 16:51
  phone
• 16:51
  that
• 16:51
  you
• 16:51
  guys
• 16:52
  sent,
• 16:52
  which
• 16:52
  is
• 16:53
  a
• 16:53
  little
• 16:53
  learning
• 16:53
  curve.
• 16:54
  It's
• 16:54
  two
• 16:54
  languages.
• 16:55
  When
• 16:55
  you're.
• 16:56
  Let's
• 16:56
  call
• 16:56
  Apple
• 16:57
  French
• 16:58
  and
• 16:59
  Samsung
• 17:00
  Galaxy
• 17:00
  World
• 17:00
  of
• 17:01
  things
• 17:01
  out
• 17:01
  there
• 17:02
  as
• 17:02
  English,
• 17:03
  you
• 17:03
  gotta
• 17:03
  learn
• 17:04
  some
• 17:04
  language
• 17:04
  things
• 17:04
  on
• 17:05
  there
• 17:05
  because
• 17:06
  they
• 17:06
  completely
• 17:07
  work
• 17:07
  differently.
• 17:08
  They
• 17:08
  do.
• 17:09
  And
• 17:09
  I'm
• 17:09
  a
• 17:10
  Android
• 17:10
  user
• 17:11
  myself.
• 17:11
  I
• 17:12
  cheat.
• 17:12
  I
• 17:12
  have
• 17:13
  Apple
• 17:13
  for
• 17:13
  work.
• 17:13
  I
• 17:14
  have
• 17:14
  Android
• 17:14
  for
• 17:14
  personal.
• 17:16
  But
• 17:16
  you're
• 17:16
  right,
• 17:17
  they
• 17:17
  are
• 17:17
  like
• 17:17
  two
• 17:17
  different
• 17:18
  languages.
• 17:19
  And
• 17:19
  that's
• 17:20
  one
• 17:20
  of
• 17:20
  the
• 17:20
  things
• 17:20
  we
• 17:21
  really
• 17:21
  focused
• 17:22
  on
• 17:22
  is
• 17:22
  in
• 17:22
  our
• 17:22
  retail
• 17:23
  experience.
• 17:24
  We've
• 17:24
  expanded
• 17:25
  our
• 17:25
  retail
• 17:25
  stores
• 17:26
  throughout
• 17:26
  the
• 17:26
  Pacific
• 17:27
  Northwest,
• 17:27
  both
• 17:28
  in
• 17:28
  Washington
• 17:28
  and
• 17:29
  Oregon.
• 17:29
  We're
• 17:30
  now
• 17:30
  up
• 17:30
  to
• 17:30
  64
• 17:31
  retail
• 17:31
  locations.
• 17:32
  And
• 17:32
  the
• 17:33
  reason
• 17:33
  I
• 17:33
  bring
• 17:33
  this
• 17:33
  up
• 17:34
  is
• 17:34
  it's
• 17:34
  all
• 17:35
  about
• 17:35
  the
• 17:35
  experience.
• 17:35
  We
• 17:36
  get
• 17:36
  customers
• 17:36
  walking
• 17:37
  through
• 17:37
  our
• 17:37
  doors
• 17:37
  every
• 17:37
  day
• 17:38
  that
• 17:38
  are
• 17:38
  longtime
• 17:39
  Apple
• 17:40
  loyalists
• 17:40
  or
• 17:41
  longtime
• 17:42
  Android
• 17:42
  loyalists,
• 17:43
  but
• 17:43
  they're
• 17:43
  interested
• 17:43
  in
• 17:44
  trying
• 17:44
  something
• 17:44
  else.
• 17:45
  And
• 17:45
  one
• 17:46
  of
• 17:46
  the
• 17:46
  benefits
• 17:46
  is
• 17:47
  when
• 17:47
  you
• 17:47
  come
• 17:47
  into
• 17:47
  our
• 17:47
  store,
• 17:48
  we'll
• 17:48
  sit
• 17:48
  down
• 17:48
  with
• 17:48
  you,
• 17:49
  we'll
• 17:49
  make
• 17:49
  sure
• 17:49
  that
• 17:49
  everything
• 17:49
  gets
• 17:50
  transferred
• 17:50
  over
• 17:50
  carefully
• 17:51
  and
• 17:52
  that
• 17:52
  it's
• 17:52
  as
• 17:52
  seamless
• 17:53
  as
• 17:53
  possible
• 17:53
  for
• 17:53
  you
• 17:53
  to
• 17:54
  transition
• 17:54
  to
• 17:55
  trying
• 17:55
  that
• 17:55
  out.
• 17:56
  We
• 17:56
  know
• 17:56
  it's
• 17:56
  not
• 17:56
  easy.
• 17:57
  Again,
• 17:57
  we're
• 17:57
  all
• 17:58
  creatures
• 17:58
  of
• 17:58
  habit.
• 17:59
  So
• 17:59
  when
• 17:59
  you
• 17:59
  go
• 18:00
  through
• 18:00
  that
• 18:00
  kind
• 18:00
  of
• 18:00
  change,
• 18:01
  we
• 18:01
  want
• 18:01
  to
• 18:01
  be
• 18:01
  there
• 18:01
  to
• 18:01
  support
• 18:02
  you
• 18:02
  and
• 18:02
  help
• 18:02
  you.
• 18:03
  Yeah,
• 18:03
  I
• 18:03
  know,
• 18:03
  it's.
• 18:04
  I
• 18:04
  don't
• 18:05
  know,
• 18:05
  once
• 18:05
  you
• 18:05
  get
• 18:05
  into
• 18:05
  that
• 18:06
  language,
• 18:06
  it's
• 18:06
  so
• 18:06
  easy
• 18:07
  to
• 18:07
  be
• 18:08
  like,
• 18:08
  okay,
• 18:08
  now
• 18:09
  I'm
• 18:09
  sucked
• 18:09
  in.
• 18:10
  And
• 18:10
  brands
• 18:10
  do
• 18:11
  that.
• 18:11
  Of
• 18:11
  course
• 18:11
  they
• 18:11
  do.
• 18:12
  They
• 18:12
  want
• 18:12
  to,
• 18:12
  they
• 18:12
  want
• 18:12
  to
• 18:12
  do
• 18:13
  that.
• 18:13
  Once
• 18:13
  they
• 18:13
  get
• 18:13
  you,
• 18:13
  they
• 18:14
  want
• 18:14
  to
• 18:14
  keep
• 18:14
  you.
• 18:14
  So
• 18:14
  I
• 18:15
  get
• 18:15
  that
• 18:16
  that's
• 18:16
  a
• 18:16
  smart
• 18:16
  business
• 18:17
  model
• 18:17
  for
• 18:17
  them.
• 18:18
  But,
• 18:18
  but
• 18:18
  somebody
• 18:19
  that
• 18:19
  uses
• 18:19
  a
• 18:19
  PC
• 18:20
  all
• 18:20
  day.
• 18:20
  And
• 18:20
  then
• 18:21
  I
• 18:21
  learned
• 18:21
  Apple,
• 18:22
  it's
• 18:22
  one
• 18:22
  of
• 18:22
  those
• 18:22
  things.
• 18:23
  I
• 18:23
  don't
• 18:23
  do
• 18:23
  Apple
• 18:24
  at
• 18:24
  work.
• 18:24
  But
• 18:25
  I
• 18:25
  tell
• 18:25
  you
• 18:25
  what,
• 18:25
  it's
• 18:26
  nice
• 18:26
  to
• 18:26
  have
• 18:26
  that.
• 18:26
  But
• 18:27
  I
• 18:27
  totally
• 18:28
  get
• 18:28
  the
• 18:28
  Android
• 18:28
  things
• 18:29
  thing
• 18:29
  of
• 18:29
  things
• 18:30
  because
• 18:30
  it's
• 18:31
  so
• 18:31
  versatile
• 18:31
  compared
• 18:32
  to
• 18:33
  the
• 18:33
  box
• 18:33
  that
• 18:33
  Apple
• 18:34
  is
• 18:34
  working
• 18:34
  in.
• 18:35
  So
• 18:35
  there's
• 18:35
  plus
• 18:36
  minuses.
• 18:37
  You
• 18:37
  nailed
• 18:37
  it.
• 18:38
  And
• 18:38
  I
• 18:38
  think
• 18:39
  that
• 18:39
  you,
• 18:39
  if
• 18:39
  you
• 18:39
  go
• 18:40
  and
• 18:40
  ask
• 18:40
  a
• 18:40
  hundred
• 18:41
  people,
• 18:41
  you
• 18:41
  might
• 18:41
  get
• 18:41
  a
• 18:42
  hundred
• 18:42
  different
• 18:42
  things.
• 18:42
  But
• 18:43
  ultimately
• 18:43
  when
• 18:44
  I.
• 18:44
  That's
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  way
• 18:44
  I
• 18:45
  look
• 18:45
  at
• 18:45
  it
• 18:45
  too,
• 18:45
  Eric,
• 18:46
  is
• 18:46
  it
• 18:46
  just,
• 18:47
  it's
• 18:47
  a
• 18:47
  little.
• 18:47
  Android
• 18:48
  is
• 18:48
  a
• 18:48
  little
• 18:48
  more
• 18:48
  versatile,
• 18:49
  but
• 18:49
  if
• 18:49
  you
• 18:49
  really
• 18:50
  like,
• 18:50
  you
• 18:51
  know,
• 18:51
  simplicity
• 18:52
  and
• 18:52
  just
• 18:53
  a
• 18:53
  certain,
• 18:54
  what
• 18:54
  I
• 18:54
  call
• 18:54
  consistency,
• 18:55
  Apple
• 18:56
  may
• 18:56
  be
• 18:56
  the
• 18:56
  way
• 18:56
  to
• 18:56
  go.
• 18:57
  I
• 18:57
  think
• 18:57
  it
• 18:57
  just
• 18:57
  comes
• 18:57
  down
• 18:58
  to
• 18:58
  the
• 18:58
  individual
• 18:59
  and
• 18:59
  what
• 18:59
  kind
• 19:00
  of
• 19:00
  works
• 19:00
  better
• 19:00
  for
• 19:00
  their
• 19:01
  rhythm.
• 19:01
  For
• 19:02
  me,
• 19:02
  I
• 19:02
  again,
• 19:02
  I
• 19:02
  enjoy
• 19:03
  both,
• 19:03
  but
• 19:03
  I
• 19:04
  tend
• 19:04
  to
• 19:04
  lean
• 19:04
  a
• 19:04
  little
• 19:05
  more
• 19:05
  on
• 19:05
  the
• 19:05
  Android
• 19:05
  side.
• 19:06
  Yeah,
• 19:06
  I
• 19:07
  get
• 19:07
  that,
• 19:07
  I
• 19:07
  get
• 19:07
  that.
• 19:08
  And
• 19:08
  there's.
• 19:08
  And
• 19:08
  the
• 19:08
  other
• 19:09
  thing
• 19:09
  is
• 19:09
  too
• 19:09
  is
• 19:09
  that
• 19:09
  it
• 19:10
  seems
• 19:10
  like
• 19:10
  the
• 19:10
  Android
• 19:11
  side
• 19:11
  has
• 19:11
  a
• 19:12
  few
• 19:12
  more
• 19:12
  apps
• 19:12
  and
• 19:12
  stuff
• 19:13
  out
• 19:13
  there
• 19:13
  because
• 19:14
  sure,
• 19:14
  Apple's
• 19:14
  got
• 19:14
  a
• 19:15
  death
• 19:15
  grip
• 19:15
  on
• 19:15
  that.
• 19:16
  That's
• 19:16
  what
• 19:16
  they.
• 19:17
  Yeah,
• 19:17
  there's
• 19:17
  a
• 19:17
  little
• 19:18
  more
• 19:18
  flexibility.
• 19:19
  Exactly,
• 19:19
  exactly.
• 19:20
  But
• 19:21
  nonetheless
• 19:21
  it
• 19:22
  makes
• 19:22
  it
• 19:22
  really
• 19:22
  easy.
• 19:23
  And
• 19:23
  then
• 19:23
  I've
• 19:24
  noticed
• 19:24
  how
• 19:24
  you
• 19:24
  guys
• 19:25
  really
• 19:25
  combine
• 19:26
  things
• 19:26
  together.
• 19:27
  So
• 19:27
  now
• 19:27
  you're
• 19:27
  taking
• 19:28
  the
• 19:28
  residential
• 19:29
  Internet
• 19:30
  bill
• 19:30
  or
• 19:31
  cable
• 19:31
  bill
• 19:31
  depending
• 19:32
  on
• 19:32
  what
• 19:32
  everybody's
• 19:33
  plan
• 19:33
  is,
• 19:34
  whether
• 19:34
  they're
• 19:34
  streaming
• 19:35
  or
• 19:35
  if
• 19:35
  they've
• 19:35
  got
• 19:36
  the
• 19:36
  full
• 19:36
  on
• 19:37
  package
• 19:37
  of
• 19:38
  every
• 19:38
  movie,
• 19:38
  every
• 19:39
  TV
• 19:39
  channel.
• 19:39
  And
• 19:39
  then
• 19:40
  you're
• 19:40
  putting
• 19:40
  your
• 19:40
  cell
• 19:41
  phone
• 19:41
  plan
• 19:41
  within
• 19:41
  that
• 19:42
  and
• 19:42
  it
• 19:43
  really
• 19:43
  gives
• 19:43
  a
• 19:43
  pretty
• 19:43
  good
• 19:43
  package
• 19:44
  with
• 19:44
  one
• 19:44
  company.
• 19:45
  You
• 19:45
  know,
• 19:45
  that's
• 19:45
  been.
• 19:46
  Our
• 19:46
  mission
• 19:46
  is
• 19:46
  to
• 19:47
  offer
• 19:48
  up
• 19:48
  what
• 19:48
  we
• 19:48
  call
• 19:49
  the
• 19:49
  total
• 19:50
  home
• 19:50
  solution.
• 19:51
  But
• 19:51
  now
• 19:52
  adding
• 19:52
  in,
• 19:53
  having
• 19:53
  that
• 19:53
  mobility
• 19:54
  tied
• 19:55
  to
• 19:55
  it,
• 19:55
  we
• 19:55
  know
• 19:55
  how
• 19:56
  important
• 19:56
  that
• 19:56
  is
• 19:57
  and
• 19:57
  we
• 19:58
  really
• 19:58
  at
• 19:59
  the
• 19:59
  core
• 19:59
  it's
• 19:59
  our
• 20:00
  Xfinity
• 20:01
  Internet
• 20:01
  product
• 20:01
  in
• 20:02

• 20:03
  But
• 20:03
  tied
• 20:03
  to
• 20:04
  that
• 20:04
  we
• 20:04
  know
• 20:04
  is
• 20:04
  very
• 20:04
  important
• 20:05
  is
• 20:05
  also
• 20:05
  entertainment.
• 20:06
  Right.
• 20:06
  Television.
• 20:07
  We
• 20:08
  offer
• 20:08
  protection
• 20:08
  with
• 20:09
  our
• 20:09
  Xfinity
• 20:10
  home
• 20:10
  service,
• 20:11
  whether
• 20:11
  it's
• 20:12
  Self
• 20:12
  monitored
• 20:12
  or
• 20:13
  we
• 20:13
  offer
• 20:13
  a
• 20:13
  monitored
• 20:14
  service
• 20:15
  as
• 20:15
  well.
• 20:15
  And
• 20:16
  with
• 20:16
  new
• 20:16
  technology
• 20:17
  coming
• 20:17
  out,
• 20:17
  Eric,
• 20:18
  that,
• 20:18
  that
• 20:19
  we
• 20:19
  call
• 20:19
  WI
• 20:19
  FI
• 20:20

• 20:20
  more
• 20:21
  to
• 20:21
  come
• 20:21
  here.
• 20:21
  But
• 20:22
  what's
• 20:22
  exciting
• 20:23
  about
• 20:23
  this
• 20:23
  is
• 20:24
  there,
• 20:24
  there
• 20:24
  is

  a

  that

  get
• 23:01
  back
• 23:01
  to
• 23:01
  the

• 23:10

• 23:10

• 23:11
  So
• 23:11
  you're
• 23:12
  going
• 23:12
  to
• 23:12
  start,
• 23:12
  I'm
• 23:12
  giving
• 23:12
  you
• 23:12
  a
• 23:13
  sneak,
• 23:13
  sneak
• 23:13
  peek.
• 23:13
  It's
• 23:14
  early,
• 23:14
  we
• 23:14
  haven't
• 23:14
  sent
• 23:15
  too
• 23:15
  much
• 23:15
  out
• 23:15
  yet.
• 23:16
  Technology.
• 23:17
  I
• 23:17
  was
• 23:17
  the
• 23:18
  home,
• 23:18
  I
• 23:18
  was
• 23:18
  the,
• 23:19
  the
• 23:19
  smart
• 23:19

• 23:22
  And
• 23:22
  so
• 23:22
  there
• 23:23
  is
• 23:23
  some
• 23:23
  amazing
• 23:24
  stuff
• 23:25
  with
• 23:25
  this.
• 23:25
  Using
• 23:26
  that
• 23:26
  same
• 23:26
  technology
• 23:27
  you
• 23:28
  can
• 23:28
  actually,
• 23:29
  if
• 23:29
  you've
• 23:29
  got
• 23:30
  grandma
• 23:30
  in
• 23:30
  the
• 23:30
  house
• 23:31
  alone,
• 23:31
  you
• 23:31
  could
• 23:31
  actually
• 23:32
  use
• 23:32
  that
• 23:32
  to
• 23:32
  detect
• 23:33
  falls,
• 23:33
  for
• 23:33
  instance.
• 23:34
  With
• 23:35
  that
• 23:35
  losing
• 23:36
  privacy,
• 23:37
  you,
• 23:37
  you
• 23:38
  know.
• 23:38
  That
• 23:38
  it's
• 23:38
  big
• 23:39
  thumbs
• 23:39
  up.
• 23:39
  I
• 23:39
  have
• 23:40
  a
• 23:40
  90
• 23:40
  year
• 23:40
  old
• 23:40
  grandmother
• 23:41
  who
• 23:42
  I
• 23:42
  just
• 23:42
  love
• 23:43
  and
• 23:43
  care
• 23:43
  so,
• 23:43
  so
• 23:44
  dearly
• 23:44
  and
• 23:45
  that's
• 23:45
  a
• 23:45
  real
• 23:45
  thing,
• 23:46
  right.
• 23:46
  We
• 23:47
  want
• 23:47
  to
• 23:47
  make
• 23:47
  sure
• 23:47
  that
• 23:47
  she's
• 23:47
  safe.
• 23:48
  She
• 23:48
  has
• 23:48
  it
• 23:48
  in
• 23:49
  her
• 23:49
  home
• 23:49
  and
• 23:49
  those
• 23:50
  are
• 23:50
  the
• 23:50
  kind
• 23:50
  of
• 23:50
  those
• 23:50
  that's
• 23:51
  the
• 23:51
  benefit
• 23:51
  of
• 23:52
  this
• 23:52
  technology,
• 23:52
  right?
• 23:53
  It's
• 23:53
  protect
• 23:54
  and
• 23:54
  help
• 23:54
  also
• 23:55
  let
• 23:56
  us
• 23:56
  know
• 23:56
  if
• 23:56
  something
• 23:56
  goes
• 23:57
  wrong
• 23:57
  and
• 23:57
  we
• 23:58
  can
• 23:58
  check
• 23:58
  in
• 23:58
  on
• 23:58
  her.
• 23:59
  She,
• 23:59
  she's
• 23:59
  absolutely
• 24:00
  for
• 24:00
  it
• 24:00
  because
• 24:01
  it
• 24:01
  helps
• 24:01
  also
• 24:02
  make
• 24:02
  her
• 24:02
  feel
• 24:02
  safe.
• 24:03
  But
• 24:03
  that's
• 24:03
  the
• 24:04
  great
• 24:04
  benefit
• 24:04
  of
• 24:04
  this
• 24:05
  technology.
• 24:06
  The
• 24:06
  other
• 24:06
  thing
• 24:06
  I'd
• 24:06
  call
• 24:06
  out
• 24:07
  is
• 24:07
  just
• 24:07
  going
• 24:07
  back
• 24:07
  to
• 24:08
  our
• 24:08
  earlier
• 24:09
  point
• 24:09
  around
• 24:09
  protection.
• 24:10
  You
• 24:10
  know,
• 24:11
  it's
• 24:11
  the
• 24:11
  same
• 24:11
  thing,
• 24:11
  right?
• 24:11
  We
• 24:11
  got
• 24:12
  folks,
• 24:12
  you
• 24:13
  want
• 24:13
  to
• 24:13
  have
• 24:13
  a
• 24:13
  secure
• 24:14
  WI
• 24:14
  FI
• 24:14
  network.
• 24:15
  This
• 24:15
  isn't
• 24:15
  just
• 24:15
  a
• 24:15
  dumb
• 24:16
  pipe,
• 24:16
  right?
• 24:16
  Our
• 24:17
  service,
• 24:17
  we've
• 24:17
  invested
• 24:18
  so
• 24:18
  much
• 24:18
  into
• 24:18
  our
• 24:19
  infrastructure
• 24:20
  and
• 24:20
  ensure
• 24:20
  that
• 24:21
  everything
• 24:21
  is
• 24:21
  properly
• 24:22
  encrypted
• 24:22
  to
• 24:22
  protect
• 24:23
  our
• 24:23
  users.
• 24:24
  That's
• 24:25
  what
• 24:25
  it's
• 24:25
  about.
• 24:25
  We
• 24:25
  don't,
• 24:25
  we,
• 24:25
  it's
• 24:26
  a
• 24:26
  smart
• 24:26
  pipe
• 24:26
  to
• 24:27
  ensure
• 24:27
  no
• 24:27
  one
• 24:27
  can
• 24:27
  get
• 24:28
  into
• 24:28
  your,
• 24:28
  into
• 24:28
  your
• 24:29
  data.
• 24:29
  Because
• 24:30
  again
• 24:30
  that's
• 24:30
  where
• 24:30
  we're
• 24:30
  headed
• 24:31
  now.
• 24:31
  Right.
• 24:31
  Folks
• 24:31
  are
• 24:32
  now
• 24:32
  shifting
• 24:33
  as
• 24:33
  we
• 24:33
  have
• 24:33
  more
• 24:34
  and
• 24:34
  more
• 24:34
  of
• 24:35
  our
• 24:35
  information
• 24:35
  online
• 24:36
  we
• 24:37
  tend
• 24:37
  to
• 24:37
  see
• 24:37
  folks
• 24:37
  go
• 24:38
  after
• 24:38
  some
• 24:38
  of
• 24:38
  those
• 24:39
  soft
• 24:39
  spots
• 24:39
  and
• 24:39
  that's
• 24:40
  why
• 24:40
  it's
• 24:40
  critical
• 24:40
  to
• 24:40
  have
• 24:41
  secure
• 24:41
  service
• 24:42
  in
• 24:42
  the
• 24:42
  home.
• 24:43
  And
• 24:43
  I'll.
• 24:43
  I
• 24:44
  got
• 24:44
  a
• 24:44
  new
• 24:44
  one
• 24:44
  here
• 24:44
  for
• 24:45
  you.
• 24:45
  I
• 24:45
  have.
• 24:45
  I
• 24:46
  had
• 24:46
  in
• 24:46
  my
• 24:46
  last
• 24:47
  house
• 24:47
  that
• 24:47
  I
• 24:47
  just
• 24:47
  sold,
• 24:48
  two
• 24:48
  of
• 24:49
  the
• 24:49
  cameras,
• 24:49
  just
• 24:50
  the
• 24:50
  camera
• 24:50
  only
• 24:50
  not
• 24:51
  monitored,
• 24:51
  but
• 24:51
  two
• 24:51
  cameras
• 24:52
  out
• 24:52
  in
• 24:52
  front,
• 24:53
  kind
• 24:53
  of
• 24:53
  by
• 24:53
  my
• 24:54
  front
• 24:54
  door
• 24:54
  and
• 24:55
  one
• 24:55
  in
• 24:55
  front
• 24:55
  of
• 24:55
  my
• 24:56
  driveway.
• 24:57
  When
• 24:57
  my
• 24:57
  house
• 24:57
  was
• 24:57
  on
• 24:58
  the
• 24:58
  market,
• 24:59
  I
• 24:59
  could
• 24:59
  hear
• 24:59
  what
• 25:00
  is.
• 25:00
  What
• 25:00
  does
• 25:01
  every
• 25:01
  person
• 25:01
  do
• 25:02
  when
• 25:02
  they
• 25:02
  come.
• 25:02
  Walk
• 25:02
  through
• 25:03
  your
• 25:03
  house
• 25:03
  that's
• 25:03
  on
• 25:03
  the
• 25:04
  market?
• 25:04
  They
• 25:04
  walk
• 25:05
  through
• 25:05
  the
• 25:05
  house,
• 25:05
  they
• 25:06
  walk
• 25:06
  out
• 25:06
  in
• 25:06
  front
• 25:07
  in
• 25:07
  the
• 25:08
  driveway
• 25:08
  and
• 25:08
  they
• 25:08
  have
• 25:08
  the
• 25:09
  conversation
• 25:09
  with
• 25:10
  the
• 25:10
  realtor
• 25:11
  of
• 25:11
  what
• 25:11
  they
• 25:11
  like
• 25:12
  and
• 25:12
  what
• 25:12
  they
• 25:12
  don't
• 25:13
  like
• 25:13
  and
• 25:13
  even
• 25:14
  what
• 25:15
  they
• 25:15
  might
• 25:15
  offer.
• 25:16
  And
• 25:16
  your
• 25:17
  microphones
• 25:17
  are
• 25:18
  really
• 25:18
  clear.
• 25:19
  I
• 25:19
  could
• 25:19
  hear
• 25:20
  every
• 25:20
  discussion
• 25:21
  coming
• 25:21
  out
• 25:21
  of
• 25:22
  that.
• 25:22
  Now.
• 25:22
  We
• 25:22
  fully
• 25:23
  disclosed
• 25:23
  we
• 25:24
  had
• 25:24
  cameras
• 25:24
  on
• 25:24
  the
• 25:24
  outside
• 25:25
  of
• 25:25
  it.
• 25:25
  But
• 25:26
  human
• 25:26
  nature
• 25:27
  is
• 25:27
  human
• 25:27
  nature.
• 25:27
  And
• 25:28
  I
• 25:28
  learned
• 25:28
  more
• 25:29
  about
• 25:30
  what
• 25:30
  people
• 25:30
  liked
• 25:31
  and
• 25:31
  what
• 25:31
  they
• 25:31
  didn't
• 25:31
  like
• 25:32
  and
• 25:32
  what
• 25:32
  they
• 25:33
  thought
• 25:33
  the
• 25:33
  house
• 25:33
  was
• 25:33
  worth
• 25:34
  before
• 25:35
  they
• 25:35
  had
• 25:35
  even
• 25:35
  left
• 25:35
  the
• 25:36
  property.
• 25:36
  It
• 25:36
  was
• 25:36
  kind
• 25:37
  of
• 25:37
  funny.
• 25:37
  That's
• 25:37
  awesome.
• 25:38
  You
• 25:38
  know
• 25:38
  what?
• 25:39
  I
• 25:39
  didn't
• 25:39
  even
• 25:39
  think
• 25:40
  of
• 25:40
  that.
• 25:40
  I
• 25:40
  haven't
• 25:40
  sold
• 25:41
  a
• 25:41
  home
• 25:41
  recently.
• 25:42
  Congratulations,
• 25:43
  by
• 25:43
  the
• 25:43
  way,
• 25:43
  on
• 25:44
  that.
• 25:45
  Data
• 25:45
  is
• 25:46
  so
• 25:46
  powerful,
• 25:46
  right?
• 25:47
  How
• 25:47
  you
• 25:47
  collect
• 25:47
  data
• 25:48
  and
• 25:48
  it
• 25:48
  helps
• 25:49
  us.
• 25:49
  I'm
• 25:49
  sure
• 25:50
  you
• 25:50
  made
• 25:50
  some
• 25:50
  adjustments
• 25:51
  based
• 25:51
  on
• 25:51
  what
• 25:51
  you
• 25:51
  were
• 25:52
  hearing.
• 25:52
  And
• 25:52
  I
• 25:52
  had
• 25:53
  a
• 25:53
  notebook
• 25:53
  that
• 25:53
  I
• 25:53
  would
• 25:54
  just
• 25:54
  sit
• 25:54
  there
• 25:54
  and
• 25:54
  bring
• 25:54
  it
• 25:55
  up
• 25:55
  and
• 25:55
  go
• 25:55
  back
• 25:56
  on
• 25:56
  the.
• 25:56
  Have
• 25:56
  my
• 25:57
  phone
• 25:57
  out.
• 25:57
  I
• 25:57
  just
• 25:57
  go
• 25:58
  on
• 25:58
  the
• 25:58
  app,
• 25:58
  go
• 25:58
  back
• 25:59
  and
• 25:59
  go,
• 25:59
  okay,
• 25:59
  here's
• 25:59
  where
• 26:00
  they
• 26:00
  start
• 26:00
  talking
• 26:00
  because
• 26:01
  it's
• 26:01
  marked
• 26:02
  clearly
• 26:02
  on
• 26:02
  the
• 26:02
  app.
• 26:02
  And
• 26:02
  put
• 26:03
  my
• 26:03
  headphones
• 26:03
  in.
• 26:04
  And
• 26:04
  if
• 26:04
  I
• 26:04
  even
• 26:05
  wanted
• 26:05
  to
• 26:05
  cheat,
• 26:05
  I
• 26:05
  would
• 26:06
  just
• 26:06
  download
• 26:06
  that
• 26:06
  and
• 26:06
  throw
• 26:07
  it
• 26:07
  in
• 26:07
  my
• 26:07
  AI
• 26:08
  transcriber
• 26:08
  and
• 26:08
  it
• 26:09
  would
• 26:09
  transcribe
• 26:09
  it
• 26:09
  for
• 26:09
  me
• 26:10
  real
• 26:10
  quick.
• 26:10
  And
• 26:11
  then
• 26:11
  I
• 26:11
  could
• 26:11
  just
• 26:11
  read
• 26:11
  through
• 26:12
  it,
• 26:12
  but
• 26:12
  you'd
• 26:12
  see
• 26:13
  what
• 26:13
  the
• 26:13
  comments
• 26:13
  were.
• 26:13
  Real
• 26:14
  lifetime.
• 26:14
  It
• 26:14
  was
• 26:14
  pretty
• 26:15
  funny.
• 26:15
  Oh,
• 26:16
  that's
• 26:16
  hilarious.
• 26:17
  But
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  love
• 26:18
  that.
• 26:18
  Super
• 26:18
  smart
• 26:19
  on
• 26:19
  your
• 26:19
  end.
• 26:19
  And
• 26:21
  that's
• 26:21
  another
• 26:21
  piece,
• 26:22
  right?
• 26:22
  You
• 26:22
  think
• 26:22
  of
• 26:23
  AI
• 26:24
  and
• 26:24
  how
• 26:24
  that's
• 26:24
  taken
• 26:25
  off
• 26:25
  and
• 26:26
  it's
• 26:26
  all
• 26:27
  tied
• 26:27
  to
• 26:27
  connectivity.
• 26:28
  Right.
• 26:28
  And
• 26:29
  we're
• 26:29
  all.
• 26:30
  Everything
• 26:30
  is
• 26:31
  designed.
• 26:31
  Technology
• 26:31
  is
• 26:32
  designed
• 26:32
  to
• 26:32
  just
• 26:32
  make
• 26:32
  things
• 26:33
  easier.
• 26:33
  So
• 26:34
  that's
• 26:34
  another
• 26:34
  piece
• 26:34
  that
• 26:34
  I
• 26:35
  thank
• 26:35
  you
• 26:35
  for
• 26:35
  bringing
• 26:35
  that
• 26:36
  up.
• 26:37
  The
• 26:37
  benefit
• 26:37
  of
• 26:37
  AI,
• 26:38
  but
• 26:38
  it's
• 26:38
  all
• 26:38
  tied
• 26:39
  to
• 26:39
  how
• 26:39
  well
• 26:39
  you're
• 26:40
  connected
• 26:40
  to
• 26:40
  it.
• 26:41
  It's
• 26:41
  only
• 26:41
  going
• 26:41
  to
• 26:41
  work
• 26:41
  as
• 26:41
  good
• 26:42
  as
• 26:42
  your
• 26:42
  conn.
• 26:43
  So
• 26:44
  great.
• 26:44
  Yeah,
• 26:44
  it's
• 26:44
  fascinating.
• 26:45
  And
• 26:45
  AI
• 26:45
  is
• 26:46
  going
• 26:46
  to
• 26:46
  be
• 26:46
  again
• 26:46
  as
• 26:47
  we
• 26:47
  as
• 26:48
  apps
• 26:48
  change.
• 26:49
  You
• 26:49
  know,
• 26:49
  if
• 26:50
  you
• 26:50
  notice
• 26:50
  over
• 26:50
  the
• 26:50
  last
• 26:51
  few
• 26:51
  weeks,
• 26:51
  as
• 26:51
  you're
• 26:52
  using
• 26:52
  Google
• 26:52
  and
• 26:53
  Edge,
• 26:53
  all
• 26:54
  of
• 26:54
  a
• 26:54
  sudden
• 26:54
  they're
• 26:55
  really
• 26:55
  pushing
• 26:55
  the.
• 26:55
  Do
• 26:56
  you
• 26:56
  want
• 26:56
  to
• 26:56
  search
• 26:56
  using
• 26:56
  our
• 26:57
  AI
• 26:57
  platform?
• 26:58
  And
• 26:59
  all
• 26:59
  of
• 26:59
  that
• 26:59
  stuff
• 27:00
  takes
• 27:00
  bandwidth
• 27:01
  and
• 27:02
  if
• 27:02
  you
• 27:02
  don't
• 27:02
  have
• 27:03
  it,
• 27:03
  you
• 27:03
  don't
• 27:04
  have
• 27:04
  it.
• 27:04
  And
• 27:04
  it's
• 27:05
  gonna,
• 27:05
  it's
• 27:06
  gonna
• 27:06
  cost
• 27:06
  in
• 27:06
  the
• 27:06
  user
• 27:07
  experience
• 27:07
  personally
• 27:08
  if
• 27:09
  you
• 27:09
  don't.
• 27:09
  So
• 27:09
  it's
• 27:09
  more
• 27:10
  and
• 27:10
  more
• 27:10
  important.
• 27:10
  It's
• 27:11
  not.
• 27:11
  It's
• 27:11
  kind
• 27:11
  of
• 27:12
  like
• 27:12
  when
• 27:12
  I
• 27:12
  was
• 27:12
  a
• 27:12
  kid
• 27:13
  and
• 27:13
  we
• 27:13
  had
• 27:13
  aol,
• 27:14
  right.
• 27:15
  You
• 27:15
  did
• 27:16
  all
• 27:16
  you
• 27:16
  could
• 27:16
  within
• 27:16
  the
• 27:16
  bandwidth
• 27:17
  and
• 27:17
  otherwise
• 27:18
  it
• 27:18
  was
• 27:18
  just
• 27:18
  a
• 27:19
  really
• 27:19
  slow
• 27:19
  day.
• 27:20
  Yeah,
• 27:20
  I
• 27:21
  remember
• 27:21
  those
• 27:21
  days.
• 27:22
  The
• 27:22
  dial
• 27:23
  up
• 27:23
  AOL
• 27:23
  connection.
• 27:24
  Oh
• 27:25
  my
• 27:25
  God,
• 27:26
  how
• 27:26
  patient
• 27:26
  were
• 27:26
  we?
• 27:27
  Oh
• 27:28
  my.
• 27:28
  And
• 27:28
  then
• 27:29
  remember
• 27:29
  when
• 27:29
  it
• 27:29
  would
• 27:29
  just.
• 27:30
  It
• 27:30
  would
• 27:30
  kick
• 27:31
  you
• 27:31
  off
• 27:31
  like
• 27:31
  you
• 27:31
  were.
• 27:31
  It
• 27:32
  felt
• 27:32
  like
• 27:32
  it
• 27:32
  was
• 27:32
  going
• 27:32
  smooth
• 27:33
  and
• 27:33
  then
• 27:33
  all
• 27:33
  of
• 27:33
  a
• 27:33
  sudden
• 27:34
  you
• 27:34
  had
• 27:34
  to
• 27:34
  reset
• 27:35
  it
• 27:35
  and,
• 27:35
  And.
• 27:35
  Oh
• 27:36
  man.
• 27:36
  Yeah,
• 27:37
  somebody
• 27:37
  was
• 27:37
  calling
• 27:38
  on
• 27:38
  the
• 27:38
  phone
• 27:38
  and
• 27:38
  was
• 27:39
  trying
• 27:39
  to
• 27:39
  get
• 27:39
  a
• 27:39
  hold
• 27:39
  of
• 27:39
  my
• 27:39
  mom
• 27:40
  and
• 27:40
  I
• 27:40
  was
• 27:40
  a
• 27:40
  kid
• 27:41
  and
• 27:41
  we
• 27:41
  had
• 27:42
  the
• 27:42
  one
• 27:42
  phone
• 27:42
  line
• 27:42
  in
• 27:42
  the
• 27:42
  house
• 27:43
  and
• 27:43
  he'd
• 27:43
  been
• 27:43
  tied
• 27:44
  up.
• 27:44
  The
• 27:44
  phone.
• 27:44
  Well,
• 27:45
  yeah,
• 27:46
  yeah,
• 27:47
  I'm
• 27:47
  with
• 27:47
  you.
• 27:47
  I,
• 27:47
  I
• 27:48
  was
• 27:48
  in
• 27:48
  that
• 27:48
  kind
• 27:48
  of
• 27:48
  home
• 27:48
  too.
• 27:49
  We
• 27:49
  had
• 27:49
  one
• 27:49
  line
• 27:50
  and
• 27:50
  it
• 27:50
  was,
• 27:51
  there
• 27:51
  was
• 27:51
  always
• 27:51
  some.
• 27:51
  A
• 27:52
  little
• 27:52
  bit
• 27:52
  of
• 27:52
  shouting
• 27:53
  back
• 27:53
  and
• 27:53
  forth.
• 27:53
  You're
• 27:53
  tying
• 27:54
  up
• 27:54
  the
• 27:54
  line.
• 27:54
  I
• 27:54
  got
• 27:55
  a
• 27:55
  call
• 27:55
  coming
• 27:55
  in
• 27:55
  from
• 27:56
  grandma
• 27:56
  or
• 27:56
  from
• 27:56
  someone
• 27:57
  else
• 27:57
  and.
• 27:57
  Oh
• 27:58
  yeah,
• 27:58
  and
• 27:58
  here
• 27:58
  we
• 27:58
  are
• 27:59
  now,
• 27:59
  now
• 27:59
  with
• 27:59
  AI
• 28:00
  and
• 28:00
  a
• 28:00
  lot
• 28:00
  of
• 28:00
  people
• 28:00
  are
• 28:00
  scared
• 28:01
  of
• 28:01
  it
• 28:01
  out
• 28:01
  there.
• 28:01
  And
• 28:01
  I
• 28:02
  always
• 28:02
  just
• 28:02
  say
• 28:02
  when
• 28:03
  you're
• 28:03
  scared
• 28:03
  of
• 28:03
  something,
• 28:05
  play
• 28:05
  around
• 28:05
  with
• 28:05
  a
• 28:05
  little
• 28:06
  bit
• 28:06
  so
• 28:06
  you
• 28:06
  understand
• 28:06
  it,
• 28:07
  you
• 28:07
  know
• 28:07
  it.
• 28:08
  You
• 28:08
  can
• 28:08
  really
• 28:08
  get
• 28:08
  some
• 28:09
  great
• 28:09
  information.
• 28:09
  Of
• 28:10
  course
• 28:10
  it's
• 28:10
  not
• 28:10
  100%
• 28:11
  truth.
• 28:11
  It's
• 28:11
  doing
• 28:11
  the
• 28:12
  best
• 28:12
  at
• 28:12
  finding
• 28:12
  stuff,
• 28:13
  but
• 28:14
  every
• 28:14
  month
• 28:14
  it's
• 28:15
  getting
• 28:15
  smarter
• 28:15
  and
• 28:15
  smarter
• 28:16
  and
• 28:16
  it
• 28:16
  can
• 28:16
  save
• 28:17
  you.
• 28:17
  I
• 28:17
  was
• 28:17
  using
• 28:18
  it
• 28:18
  trying
• 28:18
  to
• 28:18
  find
• 28:18
  out
• 28:19
  history
• 28:19
  of
• 28:19
  my
• 28:19
  dad
• 28:19
  because
• 28:20
  he
• 28:20
  worked
• 28:20
  for
• 28:20
  the
• 28:20
  government
• 28:21
  and
• 28:22
  wasn't
• 28:22
  always
• 28:22
  clear
• 28:23
  exactly
• 28:23
  what
• 28:23
  his
• 28:24
  job
• 28:24
  was.
• 28:24
  And
• 28:24
  so
• 28:25
  I
• 28:25
  got
• 28:25
  into
• 28:25
  a
• 28:25
  conversation
• 28:26
  on
• 28:26
  my
• 28:27
  cell
• 28:27
  phone
• 28:27
  with
• 28:27
  Grok
• 28:28
  going
• 28:29
  back
• 28:29
  and
• 28:29
  forth
• 28:30
  and
• 28:30
  sure
• 28:30
  enough
• 28:31
  I
• 28:31
  found
• 28:31
  out
• 28:31
  more
• 28:31
  stuff
• 28:32
  about
• 28:32
  my
• 28:32
  dad
• 28:33
  that
• 28:33
  I'd
• 28:34
  never
• 28:34
  know.
• 28:34
  My
• 28:34
  family
• 28:35
  didn't
• 28:35
  even
• 28:35
  know,
• 28:35
  but
• 28:36
  that
• 28:37
  could
• 28:37
  dig
• 28:37
  deep
• 28:38
  and
• 28:38
  that
• 28:38
  would
• 28:38
  have
• 28:38
  saved.
• 28:39
  That
• 28:39
  would
• 28:39
  have
• 28:39
  taken
• 28:39
  me
• 28:39
  days
• 28:40
  of
• 28:40
  research
• 28:41
  and
• 28:41
  in
• 28:41
  20
• 28:42
  minutes
• 28:42
  I
• 28:43
  had
• 28:43
  way
• 28:43
  more
• 28:43
  information
• 28:44
  than
• 28:44
  I
• 28:44
  had
• 28:44
  before.
• 28:45
  So
• 28:45
  there's
• 28:45
  some
• 28:46
  great
• 28:46
  uses
• 28:46
  for
• 28:46
  it
• 28:46
  out
• 28:46
  there.
• 28:47
  Of
• 28:47
  course
• 28:47
  it's
• 28:47
  scary.
• 28:48
  It's
• 28:48
  just
• 28:48
  like
• 28:48
  when
• 28:48
  the
• 28:49
  Internet
• 28:49
  was
• 28:49
  coming
• 28:49
  on.
• 28:49
  It's
• 28:50
  scary,
• 28:50
  but
• 28:50
  it's
• 28:50
  going
• 28:50
  to
• 28:50
  change
• 28:51
  and
• 28:51
  speed
• 28:51
  things
• 28:51
  up
• 28:52
  a
• 28:52
  bit
• 28:52
  for
• 28:52
  us
• 28:52
  too.
• 28:53
  I
• 28:54
  completely
• 28:54
  agree
• 28:54
  with
• 28:54
  you
• 28:55
  and
• 28:55
  I
• 28:55
  hear
• 28:55
  the
• 28:55
  same
• 28:56
  out
• 28:56
  there.
• 28:56
  The
• 28:56
  echoes
• 28:57
  around
• 28:57
  the
• 28:58
  uncertainty
• 28:58
  and
• 28:59
  the
• 28:59
  fear
• 28:59
  around
• 28:59
  it.
• 29:00
  But
• 29:00
  I
• 29:00
  think
• 29:01
  that's
• 29:01
  what
• 29:01
  comes
• 29:01
  with
• 29:01
  any
• 29:02
  new
• 29:02
  technology.
• 29:03
  I
• 29:03
  was
• 29:03
  having
• 29:03
  this
• 29:04
  conversation
• 29:05
  with
• 29:05
  my
• 29:05
  mother
• 29:05
  recently
• 29:05
  and
• 29:06
  she
• 29:06
  for
• 29:06
  the
• 29:06
  first
• 29:07
  time
• 29:07
  started
• 29:07
  dabbling
• 29:08
  a
• 29:08
  little
• 29:08
  bit
• 29:08
  with
• 29:08
  it
• 29:09
  and
• 29:09
  she's
• 29:09
  like,
• 29:09
  hey,
• 29:10
  but
• 29:10
  I
• 29:10
  just,
• 29:10
  you
• 29:11
  know,
• 29:11
  is
• 29:11
  it
• 29:11
  safe?
• 29:12
  And
• 29:12
  will
• 29:12
  my.
• 29:12
  Will
• 29:13
  someone
• 29:13
  take
• 29:13
  this
• 29:13
  information?
• 29:14
  And
• 29:15
  I
• 29:15
  think
• 29:15
  we're
• 29:15
  in
• 29:16
  this
• 29:16
  learning
• 29:16
  stage,
• 29:17
  but
• 29:17
  I
• 29:18
  really
• 29:18
  talked
• 29:18
  to
• 29:18
  her
• 29:18
  about
• 29:19
  embracing
• 29:19
  the
• 29:19
  technology,
• 29:20
  learning
• 29:21
  through
• 29:21
  it
• 29:21
  and
• 29:22
  I.
• 29:22
  We
• 29:22
  haven't
• 29:23
  even
• 29:23
  scratched
• 29:23
  the
• 29:24
  surface,
• 29:24
  right?
• 29:24
  And
• 29:24
  I'm
• 29:25
  no
• 29:25
  expert
• 29:25
  in
• 29:25
  this
• 29:26
  space,
• 29:26
  but
• 29:27
  really
• 29:27
  love
• 29:27
  to
• 29:27
  tell
• 29:27
  people
• 29:28
  about
• 29:28
  embracing
• 29:29
  technology
• 29:29
  because
• 29:30
  there's
• 29:30
  ultimately
• 29:30
  going
• 29:30
  to
• 29:31
  be,
• 29:31
  there's
• 29:31
  an
• 29:32
  opportunity
• 29:32
  that
• 29:32
  comes
• 29:32
  with
• 29:33
  it
• 29:33
  to
• 29:33
  grow
• 29:33
  from
• 29:34
  it.
• 29:35
  And
• 29:35
  this
• 29:36
  whatever
• 29:36
  reminds
• 29:36
  me
• 29:37
  of
• 29:37
  too
• 29:37
  is
• 29:38
  we
• 29:38
  just,
• 29:39
  with
• 29:39
  all
• 29:39
  of
• 29:39
  this,
• 29:40
  all
• 29:41
  this
• 29:41
  new
• 29:41
  technology
• 29:41
  coming,
• 29:42
  the
• 29:43
  demand
• 29:43
  on
• 29:44
  bandwidth,
• 29:44
  the
• 29:45
  on
• 29:45
  making
• 29:46
  sure
• 29:46
  we
• 29:46
  have
• 29:46
  the
• 29:46
  right
• 29:47
  amount
• 29:47
  of
• 29:47
  capacity,
• 29:48
  that's
• 29:48
  what
• 29:49
  we've
• 29:49
  been
• 29:49
  working
• 29:49
  on
• 29:49
  too,
• 29:50
  Eric,
• 29:50
  is
• 29:50
  we
• 29:51
  know
• 29:51
  there's
• 29:52
  companies
• 29:52
  out
• 29:52
  there
• 29:53
  that
• 29:53
  are
• 29:53
  making
• 29:53
  big
• 29:53
  investments
• 29:54
  to
• 29:54
  continue
• 29:54
  to
• 29:55
  add,
• 29:55
  build
• 29:55
  up
• 29:56
  their
• 29:56
  servers.
• 29:57
  But
• 29:57
  all
• 29:57
  this
• 29:57
  is
• 29:58
  capacity.
• 29:59
  Right.
• 29:59
  And
• 29:59
  we
• 29:59
  have
• 29:59
  to
• 30:00
  continue
• 30:00
  to
• 30:00
  make
• 30:01
  investments
• 30:02
  there.
• 30:02
  We're
• 30:02
  in
• 30:02
  a
• 30:02
  great
• 30:03
  position
• 30:03
  today.
• 30:04
  We
• 30:04
  feel
• 30:04
  we're
• 30:04
  the
• 30:05
  leader
• 30:05
  in
• 30:05
  that
• 30:05
  space.
• 30:06
  But
• 30:06
  we
• 30:07
  also
• 30:07
  know
• 30:07
  what's
• 30:07
  ahead.
• 30:08
  Have
• 30:08
  to
• 30:08
  continue
• 30:09
  to
• 30:09
  make
• 30:09
  those
• 30:09
  investments.
• 30:10
  Man,
• 30:10
  it's
• 30:10
  so
• 30:11
  funny.
• 30:11
  And
• 30:11
  I'll
• 30:11
  say
• 30:11
  this,
• 30:12
  and
• 30:12
  this
• 30:12
  is
• 30:12
  not
• 30:12
  just
• 30:13
  because
• 30:13
  you're
• 30:13
  here.
• 30:14
  Like
• 30:15
  my
• 30:15
  mom's
• 30:15
  house,
• 30:15
  she's
• 30:16
  late
• 30:17
  80s
• 30:18
  and
• 30:19
  in
• 30:19
  her
• 30:19
  house
• 30:20
  there
• 30:21
  is
• 30:21
  not.
• 30:21
  You
• 30:21
  guys
• 30:21
  aren't
• 30:21
  in
• 30:22
  her
• 30:22
  regional
• 30:23
  area.
• 30:23
  So
• 30:24
  another
• 30:24
  cable
• 30:24
  company
• 30:25
  comes
• 30:25
  in
• 30:25
  there.
• 30:26
  I
• 30:26
  walk
• 30:26
  into
• 30:27
  her
• 30:27
  house
• 30:27
  and
• 30:27
  oh,
• 30:27
  I
• 30:28
  just
• 30:28
  had
• 30:28
  the
• 30:28
  cable.
• 30:28
  They
• 30:28
  put
• 30:28
  a
• 30:29
  new
• 30:29
  box
• 30:29
  in
• 30:29
  and
• 30:29
  I
• 30:29
  look
• 30:30
  at
• 30:30
  it,
• 30:30
  I'm
• 30:30
  like,
• 30:31
  I
• 30:31
  had
• 30:31
  this
• 30:32
  box
• 30:32
  with
• 30:32
  you
• 30:32
  guys
• 30:33
  like
• 30:33
  15
• 30:34
  years
• 30:34
  ago,
• 30:35
  20
• 30:35
  years
• 30:36
  ago.
• 30:36
  And
• 30:37
  I'm
• 30:37
  like,
• 30:37
  oh,
• 30:37
  it's
• 30:37
  that
• 30:38
  old
• 30:38
  remote,
• 30:38
  that
• 30:39
  old
• 30:39
  silver
• 30:39
  remote.
• 30:40
  Okay,
• 30:41
  that's
• 30:42
  new.
• 30:43
  It's
• 30:43
  shocking
• 30:44
  at
• 30:44
  how
• 30:44
  many
• 30:44
  other
• 30:44
  companies
• 30:45
  out
• 30:45
  there
• 30:45
  that
• 30:45
  are
• 30:46
  other
• 30:47
  competitors
• 30:47
  of
• 30:48
  yours
• 30:48
  that
• 30:48
  are
• 30:49
  just
• 30:49
  using
• 30:49
  that
• 30:50
  dirt
• 30:51
  slow
• 30:52
  old
• 30:52
  technology
• 30:53
  and
• 30:53
  they're
• 30:54
  still
• 30:54
  throwing
• 30:54
  a
• 30:54
  band
• 30:55
  aid
• 30:55
  on
• 30:55
  it
• 30:55
  and
• 30:55
  kicking
• 30:55
  it
• 30:55
  out
• 30:56
  the
• 30:56
  door
• 30:56
  where
• 30:56
  you
• 30:56
  guys
• 30:57
  every
• 30:57
  couple
• 30:57
  years
• 30:57
  have
• 30:58
  the
• 30:58
  latest,
• 30:59
  newest,
• 30:59
  greatest
• 31:00
  stuff.
• 31:00
  That's
• 31:00
  fast.
• 31:01
  Yeah.
• 31:01
  Thank
• 31:01
  you
• 31:02
  for
• 31:02
  sharing
• 31:02
  that.
• 31:02
  It
• 31:03
  breaks
• 31:03
  my
• 31:03
  heart
• 31:03
  when
• 31:03
  I
• 31:04
  see
• 31:04
  that
• 31:04
  box
• 31:04
  you
• 31:05
  just
• 31:05
  described
• 31:05
  with
• 31:06
  the
• 31:06
  old
• 31:06
  silver
• 31:07
  remote.
• 31:07
  At
• 31:08
  one
• 31:08
  time
• 31:08
  it
• 31:08
  was
• 31:08
  great.
• 31:09
  When
• 31:09
  it
• 31:09
  was
• 31:10
  back
• 31:10
  10
• 31:10
  year,
• 31:11
  it
• 31:12
  was,
• 31:12
  it
• 31:12
  was
• 31:12
  the,
• 31:12
  it
• 31:12
  was
• 31:13
  the
• 31:13
  newest
• 31:13
  and
• 31:13
  the
• 31:13
  latest
• 31:14
  and
• 31:14
  the
• 31:14
  greatest.
• 31:14
  But
• 31:15
  we've
• 31:15
  come
• 31:16
  such
• 31:16
  a
• 31:16
  long
• 31:17
  way
• 31:17
  when
• 31:17
  it
• 31:17
  comes
• 31:18
  to
• 31:18
  equipment
• 31:19
  especially
• 31:20
  tied
• 31:20
  to
• 31:20
  entertainment
• 31:21
  or
• 31:21
  wi
• 31:21
  fi.
• 31:22
  And
• 31:22
  I
• 31:22
  see
• 31:23
  that
• 31:23
  on
• 31:23
  the
• 31:23
  Y,
• 31:23
  on
• 31:23
  the
• 31:24
  Internet
• 31:24
  side
• 31:24
  as
• 31:24
  well
• 31:24
  by
• 31:25
  the
• 31:25
  way.
• 31:25
  I've
• 31:26
  been
• 31:26
  my
• 31:26
  travels.
• 31:26
  I
• 31:27
  have
• 31:27
  family
• 31:27
  throughout
• 31:27
  the
• 31:27
  country
• 31:28
  and
• 31:28
  some
• 31:28
  of
• 31:28
  the
• 31:29
  areas
• 31:29
  where
• 31:29
  we
• 31:29
  don't
• 31:29
  service.
• 31:30
  I
• 31:30
  have
• 31:31
  family
• 31:31
  out
• 31:31
  in
• 31:31
  Texas
• 31:32
  and
• 31:32
  there's
• 31:32
  a
• 31:32
  good
• 31:32
  part
• 31:32
  of
• 31:33
  Texas
• 31:33
  we
• 31:33
  don't
• 31:33
  service.
• 31:33
  Here
• 31:34
  in
• 31:34
  the
• 31:34
  Dallas
• 31:34
  metro
• 31:35
  they
• 31:35
  have
• 31:35
  some
• 31:35
  equipment
• 31:36
  that's
• 31:36
  just
• 31:36
  so
• 31:37
  dated
• 31:37
  they're
• 31:38
  not
• 31:38
  even
• 31:38
  on
• 31:38
  Wi
• 31:38
  Fi.
• 31:38
  Wi
• 31:39
  Fi
• 31:39
  6.
• 31:39
  Right.
• 31:39
  So
• 31:40
  they're
• 31:40
  on
• 31:40
  our
• 31:40
  old
• 31:40
  docs's
• 31:41
  legacy
• 31:42
  equipment.
• 31:43
  And
• 31:43
  it
• 31:44
  just
• 31:44
  breaks
• 31:44
  my
• 31:44
  heart
• 31:45
  because
• 31:45
  the
• 31:45
  technology
• 31:46
  further
• 31:47
  we're
• 31:47
  so
• 31:47
  further
• 31:47
  ahead.
• 31:48
  But
• 31:49
  some
• 31:49
  companies
• 31:49
  out
• 31:50
  there,
• 31:50
  I
• 31:51
  won't
• 31:51
  call
• 31:51
  it
• 31:51
  call
• 31:52
  out
• 31:52
  any
• 31:52
  specifically.
• 31:53
  Yeah,
• 31:53
  I'm
• 31:53
  not
• 31:54
  here
• 31:54
  to
• 31:54
  bash
• 31:54
  people
• 31:55
  but
• 31:55
  it's
• 31:55
  just,
• 31:55
  it's
• 31:56
  a
• 31:56
  fair
• 31:56
  comparison.
• 31:57
  Like
• 31:57
  in
• 31:57
  Cannon
• 31:58
  beats
• 31:58
  same
• 31:58
  thing.
• 31:59
  Not
• 31:59
  close.
• 32:00
  It
• 32:00
  is
• 32:00
  dirt
• 32:00
  slow.
• 32:01
  To
• 32:01
  find
• 32:02
  out
• 32:02
  more,
• 32:02
  head
• 32:03
  to

  online.com
• 32:05
  John
• 32:06

  Eric

  would

  love
• 32:07
  to

  hear

  from

  you.

• 32:13
  We'll

  be

  right
• 32:14
  back

  after

  All

• 34:33
  Welcome
• 34:34
  back

  to

• 34:36
  We
• 34:36
  would
• 34:36
  love
• 34:36
  to
• 34:36
  hear
• 34:37
  from
• 34:37
  you.
• 34:37
  Have
• 34:38
  a
• 34:38
  question
• 34:38
  or
• 34:38
  comment,
• 34:39
  hit
• 34:39
  us
• 34:40
  up
• 34:40
  on
• 34:40
  social

• 34:45
  Now
• 34:45
  let's
• 34:45
  wrap
• 34:46
  the
• 34:46
  conversation
• 34:47
  with
• 34:47
  Rigo
• 34:47
  Topit
• 34:48
  from.
• 34:48
  Com
• 34:50
  and
• 34:50
  get
• 34:50
  back
• 34:50
  to
• 34:50
  Eric
• 34:51
  and
• 34:51
  John.
• 34:52
  Exactly.
• 34:53
  And
• 34:53
  so
• 34:54
  we
• 34:54
  can't
• 34:54
  do
• 34:54
  that
• 34:54
  to
• 34:54
  our
• 34:54
  customers.
• 34:55
  Our
• 34:55
  customers
• 34:56
  expect
• 34:56
  the
• 34:57
  latest
• 34:57
  and
• 34:57
  greatest.
• 34:58
  We
• 34:58
  have
• 34:58
  to
• 34:58
  make
• 34:58
  those
• 34:59
  investments.
• 34:59
  We
• 35:00
  know
• 35:00
  that
• 35:00
  it
• 35:00
  doesn't.
• 35:01
  It's
• 35:01
  quite
• 35:01
  an
• 35:02
  investment.
• 35:02
  But
• 35:02
  it's
• 35:02
  the
• 35:03
  right
• 35:03
  thing
• 35:03
  to
• 35:03
  do
• 35:04
  because
• 35:04
  that's
• 35:04
  what
• 35:05
  customers
• 35:05
  are
• 35:05
  looking
• 35:06
  for.
• 35:06
  They
• 35:06
  want
• 35:06
  to
• 35:06
  make
• 35:07
  sure
• 35:07
  they
• 35:07
  have
• 35:07
  what's
• 35:07
  the
• 35:08
  newest
• 35:08
  and
• 35:08
  we
• 35:09
  have
• 35:09
  to
• 35:09
  keep
• 35:09
  up
• 35:09
  with
• 35:09
  that.
• 35:10
  Yeah.
• 35:10
  When
• 35:10
  your
• 35:10
  data
• 35:11
  speeds
• 35:11
  haven't
• 35:11
  changed
• 35:12
  in
• 35:12
  a
• 35:12
  decade,
• 35:13
  you
• 35:13
  might
• 35:13
  be
• 35:13
  slightly
• 35:14
  behind
• 35:15
  the
• 35:15
  curve.
• 35:15
  And
• 35:15
  I'm
• 35:16
  just
• 35:16
  going
• 35:16
  to
• 35:16
  say
• 35:16
  that
• 35:16
  to
• 35:16
  the
• 35:16
  other
• 35:16
  people
• 35:17
  out
• 35:17
  there,
• 35:18
  you
• 35:18
  might
• 35:18
  be
• 35:19
  slightly.
• 35:19
  It's
• 35:20
  like
• 35:20
  somebody
• 35:20
  going,
• 35:20
  hey,
• 35:21
  thanks
• 35:21
  for
• 35:21
  signing
• 35:21
  up
• 35:21
  with
• 35:21
  us.
• 35:22
  Here's
• 35:22
  your
• 35:22
  brand
• 35:22
  new
• 35:22
  iPhone
• 35:23
  4.
• 35:23
  Enjoy
• 35:24
  it.
• 35:24
  Yeah,
• 35:25
  that's
• 35:26
  right.
• 35:26
  And
• 35:27
  one
• 35:27
  of

  the

  things
• 35:27
  we
• 35:27
  started
• 35:28
  to
• 35:28
  do,
• 35:29
  we
• 35:29
  start
• 35:29
  to
• 35:29
  send
• 35:30
  these
• 35:30
  emails
• 35:30
  out
• 35:30
  to
• 35:31
  our

  customers.
• 35:31
  For

  any

  of
• 35:34
  your
• 35:34
  subscribers,
• 35:35
  they
• 35:35
  probably
• 35:35
  have
• 35:35
  received
• 35:36
  this
• 35:36
  where
• 35:36
  we
• 35:37
  send
• 35:37
  you
• 35:37
  a
• 35:37
  report
• 35:38
  card
• 35:38
  essentially
• 35:39
  on
• 35:39
  your
• 35:39
  network
• 35:40
  on
• 35:40
  how

  it's
• 35:40
  working.
• 35:41
  We
• 35:41
  send
• 35:42
  you
• 35:42
  updates
• 35:42
  on
• 35:42
  when
• 35:42
  we
• 35:43
  upgrade
• 35:43
  your
• 35:43

• 35:44
  at

  no
• 35:44

• 35:47
  That's
• 35:47
  what
• 35:48
  you
• 35:48
  should
• 35:48
  expect.
• 35:49
  Haven't.
• 35:50
  If
• 35:50
  you
• 35:50
  haven't.
• 35:50
  If
• 35:51
  you're

  on
• 35:51
  the
• 35:51
  to
• 35:51
  your
• 35:51
  point,
• 35:52
  if
• 35:52
  you
• 35:52
  haven't
• 35:52
  had
• 35:52
  an
• 35:53
  upgrade
• 35:53
  or
• 35:53
  a
• 35:53
  speed
• 35:54
  in
• 35:54
  10
• 35:54
  years
• 35:55
  we
• 35:55
  should
• 35:55
  be
• 35:56
  asking
• 35:56
  why,
• 35:57
  what's,
• 35:57
  what's,
• 35:57
  why
• 35:58
  are
• 35:58
  we
• 35:58
  not
• 35:58
  making
• 35:59
  enhancements
• 35:59
  or
• 35:59
  investments
• 36:00
  we
• 36:01
  want
• 36:01
  and
• 36:01
  we
• 36:01
  feel
• 36:01
  we
• 36:02
  still
• 36:02
  have
• 36:02
  an
• 36:02
  opportunity
• 36:03
  to
• 36:03
  even
• 36:03
  do
• 36:03
  more
• 36:03
  of
• 36:03
  that,
• 36:04
  which
• 36:04
  we
• 36:04
  will,
• 36:05
  but
• 36:05
  it's
• 36:06
  so
• 36:06
  important
• 36:06
  to
• 36:06
  continue
• 36:06
  to
• 36:07
  make
• 36:07
  those
• 36:07
  investments
• 36:08
  there
• 36:08
  as
• 36:08
  well.
• 36:08
  Yeah.
• 36:09
  And
• 36:09
  guys
• 36:09
  out
• 36:09
  there,
• 36:09
  if
• 36:10
  you
• 36:10
  are
• 36:10
  Comcast
• 36:10
  affinity
• 36:11
  customers,
• 36:11
  and
• 36:11
  I'll
• 36:12
  tell
• 36:12
  you
• 36:12
  this,
• 36:12
  and
• 36:13
  sorry
• 36:13
  to
• 36:13
  give
• 36:13
  away
• 36:13
  a
• 36:13
  bunch
• 36:14
  of
• 36:14
  your
• 36:14
  boxes,
• 36:14
  but
• 36:14
  if
• 36:15
  you've
• 36:15
  got
• 36:15
  equipment
• 36:16
  that's
• 36:16
  four
• 36:16
  or
• 36:16
  five
• 36:16
  years
• 36:16
  old
• 36:17
  in
• 36:17
  there,
• 36:18
  head
• 36:18
  down
• 36:18
  to
• 36:18
  your
• 36:18
  local
• 36:19
  Xfinity
• 36:19
  store
• 36:19
  and
• 36:19
  get
• 36:20
  it
• 36:20
  upgraded
• 36:20
  because
• 36:21
  you're
• 36:21
  missing
• 36:22
  out
• 36:22
  on
• 36:22
  the
• 36:22
  latest
• 36:23
  and
• 36:23
  greatest.
• 36:23
  So
• 36:24
  make
• 36:24
  sure
• 36:24
  you've
• 36:24
  got
• 36:24
  upgraded
• 36:25
  equipment
• 36:25
  because
• 36:25
  I
• 36:26
  tell
• 36:26
  you
• 36:26
  what,
• 36:26
  it's
• 36:27
  a
• 36:27
  game
• 36:27
  changing
• 36:28
  difference.
• 36:28
  When
• 36:28
  you
• 36:28
  get
• 36:29
  into
• 36:29
  that
• 36:29
  stuff
• 36:29
  where
• 36:29
  you're
• 36:30
  Quad
• 36:30
  View
• 36:31
  and
• 36:31
  some
• 36:31
  of
• 36:31
  this
• 36:31
  other
• 36:31
  stuff
• 36:32
  that
• 36:32
  you
• 36:32
  can
• 36:32
  watch
• 36:32
  for
• 36:33
  your
• 36:33
  favorite
• 36:33
  football
• 36:34
  games
• 36:34
  on
• 36:34
  Sunday
• 36:34
  or.
• 36:34
  Whatever
• 36:35
  you're
• 36:35
  doing,
• 36:36
  you're
• 36:36
  spot
• 36:36
  on,
• 36:37
  Eric.
• 36:37
  We've
• 36:37
  started
• 36:38
  some
• 36:38
  trials
• 36:38
  of
• 36:39
  proactively
• 36:40
  reaching
• 36:41
  out
• 36:41
  to
• 36:41
  our
• 36:41
  customers
• 36:42
  and
• 36:42
  encouraging
• 36:43
  exactly
• 36:44
  what
• 36:44
  you
• 36:44
  just
• 36:44
  said
• 36:45
  is
• 36:45
  to,
• 36:45
  to
• 36:45
  bring
• 36:46
  in
• 36:46
  their
• 36:46
  equipment
• 36:47
  into
• 36:47
  our
• 36:48
  local
• 36:48
  to
• 36:49
  their
• 36:49
  local
• 36:49
  Xfinity
• 36:50
  store.
• 36:50
  We
• 36:51
  have
• 36:51
  great
• 36:51
  teammates
• 36:52
  there
• 36:52
  ready
• 36:52
  to
• 36:53
  take
• 36:53
  care
• 36:53
  of
• 36:53
  you,
• 36:54
  walk
• 36:54
  you
• 36:54
  through
• 36:55
  the
• 36:55
  whole
• 36:55
  process
• 36:56
  and
• 36:56
  ensure
• 36:56
  that
• 36:56
  you
• 36:57
  walk
• 36:57
  out
• 36:57
  of
• 36:57
  there
• 36:57
  and
• 36:57
  set
• 36:58
  up
• 36:58
  a
• 36:58
  box
• 36:58
  with
• 36:59
  it
• 36:59
  seamlessly.
• 37:00
  So
• 37:00
  when
• 37:00
  you
• 37:00
  get
• 37:00
  home,
• 37:01
  it's
• 37:01
  ready
• 37:01
  to
• 37:01
  go.
• 37:01
  But
• 37:02
  we
• 37:02
  want
• 37:02
  you
• 37:02
  all
• 37:03
  to
• 37:03
  bring
• 37:03
  in
• 37:03
  your
• 37:03
  old
• 37:03
  equipment
• 37:04
  to
• 37:04
  get
• 37:04
  the
• 37:04
  latest
• 37:04
  and
• 37:04
  greatest.
• 37:05
  I
• 37:05
  tell
• 37:06
  you
• 37:06
  what,
• 37:06
  not
• 37:06
  having
• 37:06
  to
• 37:07
  run
• 37:07
  coax
• 37:07
  cable
• 37:08
  and
• 37:08
  having
• 37:08
  those
• 37:08
  wifi
• 37:09
  TV
• 37:09
  boxes,
• 37:10
  I
• 37:11
  haven't
• 37:11
  had
• 37:11
  to
• 37:11
  use
• 37:11
  my
• 37:11
  cutter
• 37:12
  sit
• 37:12
  in
• 37:12
  a
• 37:13
  long
• 37:13
  time
• 37:13
  because
• 37:14
  I
• 37:14
  don't
• 37:14
  have
• 37:14
  to
• 37:14
  worry
• 37:14
  about
• 37:15
  sitting
• 37:15
  there
• 37:15
  making
• 37:16
  custom
• 37:16
  cables
• 37:17
  and
• 37:17
  doing
• 37:17
  my
• 37:17
  own
• 37:17
  install,
• 37:18
  which
• 37:18
  I
• 37:18
  can
• 37:18
  do.
• 37:19
  But
• 37:19
  it's
• 37:20
  like
• 37:20
  nice
• 37:21
  to
• 37:21
  be
• 37:21
  able
• 37:21
  to
• 37:21
  just
• 37:21
  plug
• 37:21
  it
• 37:22
  and
• 37:22
  go.
• 37:22
  It'll
• 37:23
  fit
• 37:23
  right
• 37:23
  there.
• 37:23
  I
• 37:23
  have
• 37:23
  to
• 37:24
  run
• 37:24
  cable
• 37:24
  under
• 37:24
  the
• 37:24
  crawlspace
• 37:25
  and
• 37:25
  out.
• 37:26
  Oh,
• 37:26
  I
• 37:27
  remember
• 37:27
  those
• 37:27
  days.
• 37:29
  I've
• 37:29
  moved
• 37:29
  around
• 37:29
  quite
• 37:30
  a
• 37:30
  bit
• 37:30
  in
• 37:30
  the
• 37:30
  company.
• 37:30
  I
• 37:31
  won't
• 37:31
  bore
• 37:31
  you
• 37:31
  through
• 37:31
  my
• 37:31
  journey,
• 37:32
  but
• 37:32
  I
• 37:32
  spent
• 37:33
  a
• 37:33
  couple
• 37:33
  of
• 37:33
  years
• 37:34
  in
• 37:34
  technical
• 37:34
  operations
• 37:35
  and
• 37:36
  not
• 37:36
  an
• 37:36
  easy
• 37:37
  thing.
• 37:37
  So
• 37:37
  I'm
• 37:37
  right
• 37:38
  with
• 37:38
  you,
• 37:38
  Eric.
• 37:38
  So
• 37:39
  excited
• 37:39
  about
• 37:39
  the
• 37:39
  enhancements
• 37:40
  there.
• 37:40
  I
• 37:41
  still
• 37:41
  remember
• 37:41
  putting
• 37:42
  on
• 37:42
  the
• 37:42
  ends.
• 37:43
  Doesn't
• 37:43
  surprise
• 37:43
  me
• 37:43
  that
• 37:44
  you
• 37:44
  figured
• 37:44
  out
• 37:44
  a
• 37:45
  way
• 37:45
  to
• 37:45
  do
• 37:45
  that
• 37:45
  very
• 37:45
  effectively.
• 37:46
  I
• 37:47
  just
• 37:47
  want
• 37:47
  a
• 37:47
  little
• 37:47
  bit
• 37:47
  of
• 37:48
  your
• 37:48
  background.
• 37:49
  But
• 37:49
  yeah,
• 37:49
  we've
• 37:49
  come
• 37:49
  a
• 37:50
  long
• 37:50
  way.
• 37:50
  Yeah,
• 37:51
  it's
• 37:51
  nice.
• 37:51
  And
• 37:51
  again
• 37:52
  we
• 37:52
  were
• 37:52
  starting
• 37:52
  out
• 37:53
  talking
• 37:53
  about
• 37:53
  phones,
• 37:53
  but
• 37:54
  this
• 37:54
  is
• 37:54
  all
• 37:54
  that
• 37:55
  background
• 37:56
  base
• 37:57
  stuff
• 37:57
  that
• 37:57
  makes
• 37:57
  that
• 37:58
  so
• 37:58
  reliable
• 37:59
  that
• 37:59
  it
• 37:59
  just
• 38:00
  really
• 38:00
  helps.
• 38:01
  And
• 38:01
  boy,
• 38:01
  it's
• 38:01
  sure
• 38:01
  nice
• 38:02
  not
• 38:02
  Having
• 38:02
  to
• 38:02
  look
• 38:02
  around
• 38:03
  in
• 38:03
  a
• 38:03
  restaurant
• 38:03
  and
• 38:04
  go,
• 38:04
  what's
• 38:05
  the
• 38:05
  WI
• 38:05
  fi
• 38:05
  in
• 38:05
  here?
• 38:06
  What's
• 38:06
  going
• 38:06
  on?
• 38:07
  Trying
• 38:07
  to
• 38:07
  figure
• 38:07
  out
• 38:08
  the
• 38:08
  passcodes.
• 38:08
  What
• 38:08
  works?
• 38:09
  Yeah.
• 38:10
  If
• 38:11
  you're
• 38:11
  on
• 38:11
  Xfinity
• 38:12
  Mobile,
• 38:12
  you'll
• 38:12
  never
• 38:12
  have
• 38:13
  to
• 38:13
  worry
• 38:13
  about
• 38:13
  that.
• 38:14
  Forget
• 38:14
  about
• 38:14
  that.
• 38:15
  It's
• 38:15
  not
• 38:15
  even
• 38:15
  going
• 38:16
  to
• 38:16
  be
• 38:16
  on
• 38:16
  your
• 38:16
  mind
• 38:16
  ever
• 38:17
  again.
• 38:18
  Man,
• 38:18
  I
• 38:19
  love
• 38:19
  it.
• 38:19
  Mine's
• 38:20
  a
• 38:20
  little
• 38:20
  old,
• 38:20
  so
• 38:21
  about
• 38:21
  halfway
• 38:21
  through
• 38:21
  the
• 38:22
  day
• 38:22
  now
• 38:22
  it's
• 38:22
  doing
• 38:23
  that.
• 38:23
  It's
• 38:23
  paid
• 38:23
  for.
• 38:24
  So
• 38:24
  halfway
• 38:25
  through
• 38:25
  the
• 38:25
  day
• 38:25
  it's
• 38:25
  going.
• 38:25
  You
• 38:26
  could
• 38:26
  charge
• 38:26
  me.
• 38:28
  Oh,
• 38:29
  yeah,
• 38:29
  it's.
• 38:29
  You
• 38:30
  get.
• 38:30
  It's
• 38:30
  a
• 38:30
  creature
• 38:31
  of
• 38:31
  habit.
• 38:31
  It's
• 38:31
  charged
• 38:32
  all
• 38:32
  night.
• 38:32
  But
• 38:32
  again,
• 38:33
  smartwatch
• 38:34
  is
• 38:34
  another
• 38:34
  one
• 38:34
  of
• 38:34
  those
• 38:34
  health
• 38:34
  things
• 38:35
  that's
• 38:35
  really
• 38:35
  smart.
• 38:35
  And
• 38:36
  I
• 38:36
  wanted
• 38:36
  to
• 38:36
  get
• 38:36
  a
• 38:37
  smartwatch
• 38:37
  because
• 38:37
  if
• 38:37
  I
• 38:38
  fell
• 38:38
  and
• 38:39
  for
• 38:39
  the
• 38:39
  safety,
• 38:40
  some
• 38:40
  of
• 38:40
  these
• 38:41
  things
• 38:41
  in
• 38:41
  the
• 38:41
  safety,
• 38:41
  from
• 38:42
  heart
• 38:43
  monitoring
• 38:43
  to
• 38:44
  exercise
• 38:44
  to
• 38:45
  how
• 38:45
  much
• 38:45
  you're
• 38:45
  moving
• 38:45
  to
• 38:46
  fall
• 38:47
  safety,
• 38:47
  if
• 38:47
  you
• 38:47
  fall
• 38:48
  and
• 38:48
  don't
• 38:48
  react,
• 38:49
  it
• 38:49
  can
• 38:49
  actually
• 38:50
  call
• 38:50
  your
• 38:50
  emergency
• 38:50
  contact.
• 38:51
  Again,
• 38:52
  safety
• 38:52
  stuff's
• 38:53
  key
• 38:53
  for
• 38:53
  me.
• 38:54
  I
• 38:54
  love
• 38:54
  that
• 38:54
  you
• 38:55
  call
• 38:55
  that
• 38:55
  out
• 38:55
  because
• 38:56
  think
• 38:56
  about
• 38:57
  what's
• 38:57
  also
• 38:57
  changing
• 38:58
  in
• 38:59
  the
• 39:00
  health
• 39:00
  space.
• 39:00
  Right.
• 39:01
  Rings
• 39:01
  are
• 39:01
  out
• 39:02
  there,
• 39:02
  watches
• 39:03
  and
• 39:04
  you
• 39:04
  name
• 39:04
  it,
• 39:05
  that's
• 39:06
  so
• 39:06
  important
• 39:06
  to
• 39:07
  us.
• 39:07
  And
• 39:07
  that's
• 39:08
  what
• 39:08
  technology
• 39:08
  offers.
• 39:09
  And
• 39:09
  by
• 39:09
  the
• 39:09
  way,
• 39:10
  that
• 39:10
  all
• 39:10
  ties
• 39:11
  to
• 39:11
  what
• 39:11
  connectivity.
• 39:12
  And
• 39:13
  so
• 39:13
  it
• 39:13
  goes
• 39:13
  back
• 39:14
  again.
• 39:14
  Health
• 39:14
  data,
• 39:15
  all
• 39:15
  of
• 39:15
  that.
• 39:15
  You
• 39:15
  wanted
• 39:16
  to
• 39:16
  be.
• 39:16
  You
• 39:17
  wanted
• 39:17
  to
• 39:17
  be
• 39:17
  protected.
• 39:18
  We
• 39:18
  feel
• 39:19
  we're
• 39:19
  again
• 39:19
  in
• 39:19
  a
• 39:19
  great
• 39:19
  position
• 39:20
  now
• 39:20
  and
• 39:21
  we're
• 39:21
  making
• 39:21
  investments
• 39:22
  to
• 39:22
  be
• 39:22
  in
• 39:22
  the
• 39:23
  same
• 39:23
  great
• 39:23
  position
• 39:23
  in
• 39:24
  the
• 39:24
  future
• 39:24
  for
• 39:24
  all
• 39:24
  of
• 39:25
  our
• 39:25
  customers.
• 39:26
  Man,
• 39:26
  that
• 39:26
  is
• 39:26
  awesome.
• 39:27
  That
• 39:27
  is
• 39:27
  awesome.
• 39:28
  And
• 39:28
  yeah,
• 39:29
  I
• 39:29
  mean
• 39:29
  that
• 39:30
  smart
• 39:30
  space
• 39:30
  is
• 39:31
  just
• 39:31
  getting
• 39:31
  started
• 39:32
  and
• 39:32
  you
• 39:32
  might
• 39:32
  as
• 39:33
  well
• 39:33
  get
• 39:33
  prepared
• 39:33
  for
• 39:34
  Black
• 39:34
  Friday.
• 39:34
  It
• 39:34
  might
• 39:35
  be
• 39:35
  time
• 39:35
  for
• 39:35
  me
• 39:35
  to
• 39:35
  switch
• 39:36
  over.
• 39:37
  Now.
• 39:37
  You
• 39:37
  got
• 39:37
  me
• 39:37
  thinking
• 39:38
  that's
• 39:38
  a
• 39:38
  pretty
• 39:38
  good
• 39:38
  deal.
• 39:38
  Cause
• 39:39
  my
• 39:39
  phone's
• 39:39
  almost
• 39:40
  paid
• 39:40
  for.
• 39:40
  I'm
• 39:40
  like,
• 39:41
  okay,
• 39:41
  okay,
• 39:41
  might
• 39:42
  be
• 39:42
  the
• 39:42
  time
• 39:42
  to
• 39:42
  do
• 39:42
  it.
• 39:43
  Please
• 39:44
  bring.
• 39:44
  Consider
• 39:45
  it.
• 39:45
  Because
• 39:46
  we
• 39:46
  have
• 39:46
  some
• 39:46
  great
• 39:46
  deals
• 39:47
  with
• 39:47
  what
• 39:47
  we
• 39:47
  call
• 39:48
  the
• 39:48
  tips
• 39:48
  where
• 39:49
  you
• 39:49
  get.
• 39:49
  We.
• 39:50
  You
• 39:50
  get
• 39:50
  an
• 39:50
  extra
• 39:51
  payout
• 39:52
  during
• 39:52
  this
• 39:53
  period
• 39:53
  because
• 39:53
  of
• 39:54
  the
• 39:54
  deal
• 39:54
  on
• 39:55
  top
• 39:55
  of
• 39:55
  what
• 39:55
  you
• 39:55
  would
• 39:56
  have
• 39:56
  received
• 39:56
  under
• 39:57
  the
• 39:57
  normal
• 39:57
  window
• 39:58
  or
• 39:59
  of
• 39:59
  time
• 39:59
  throughout
• 39:59
  the
• 39:59
  year.
• 40:00
  So
• 40:00
  if
• 40:01
  there
• 40:01
  was
• 40:01
  any
• 40:02
  time
• 40:02
  and
• 40:02
  you've
• 40:02
  been
• 40:02
  thinking
• 40:03
  about
• 40:03
  it,
• 40:04
  pop
• 40:04
  on
• 40:04
  in
• 40:04
  into
• 40:05
  one
• 40:05
  of
• 40:05
  our
• 40:05
  Xfinity
• 40:06
  stores.
• 40:06
  And
• 40:06
  that's
• 40:06
  why
• 40:06
  we
• 40:07
  keep
• 40:07
  opening,
• 40:07
  opening
• 40:07
  those
• 40:07
  up
• 40:08
  because
• 40:08
  our
• 40:09
  customers
• 40:09
  love
• 40:09
  them.
• 40:10
  And
• 40:10
  these
• 40:10
  are
• 40:10
  mobile
• 40:11
  experts
• 40:11
  that
• 40:11
  are
• 40:11
  going
• 40:11
  to
• 40:12
  make
• 40:12
  it
• 40:12
  easy
• 40:12
  for
• 40:12
  you
• 40:13
  to
• 40:13
  upgrade
• 40:13
  your
• 40:14
  phone
• 40:14
  or
• 40:14
  switch
• 40:14
  from
• 40:14
  the
• 40:14
  other
• 40:15
  carriers.
• 40:15
  And
• 40:16
  I
• 40:16
  tell
• 40:16
  you
• 40:16
  what,
• 40:16
  guys,
• 40:16
  no
• 40:17
  reason
• 40:17
  to
• 40:17
  jump
• 40:17
  on.
• 40:17
  I
• 40:17
  want
• 40:18
  800
• 40:18
  number
• 40:18
  call
• 40:18
  you
• 40:19
  guys
• 40:19
  up
• 40:19
  when
• 40:19
  you
• 40:20
  can
• 40:20
  just
• 40:20
  walk
• 40:20
  in
• 40:20
  and
• 40:20
  deal
• 40:21
  with
• 40:21
  somebody
• 40:21
  face
• 40:21
  to
• 40:21
  face,
• 40:21
  and
• 40:22
  they
• 40:22
  handle
• 40:22
  it.
• 40:22
  To
• 40:23
  me,
• 40:23
  I'm
• 40:23
  old
• 40:23
  school
• 40:24
  like
• 40:24
  that.
• 40:24
  I'd
• 40:25
  much
• 40:25
  rather
• 40:25
  just
• 40:25
  walk
• 40:25
  in
• 40:25
  and
• 40:26
  have
• 40:26
  a
• 40:26
  smiley
• 40:26
  face,
• 40:26
  deal
• 40:27
  with
• 40:27
  it
• 40:27
  with
• 40:27
  me
• 40:27
  and
• 40:27
  work
• 40:28
  through
• 40:28
  it
• 40:28
  and
• 40:28
  leave
• 40:29
  with
• 40:29
  whatever
• 40:29
  I
• 40:29
  need
• 40:30
  versus
• 40:30
  the
• 40:31
  other
• 40:31
  way
• 40:31
  around.
• 40:31
  So
• 40:32
  for
• 40:32
  me,
• 40:32
  that's
• 40:32
  the
• 40:32
  best
• 40:33
  way.
• 40:33
  Those
• 40:33
  stores
• 40:33
  are
• 40:33
  awesome.
• 40:34
  Awesome.
• 40:34
  Yeah.
• 40:35
  That's
• 40:35
  my
• 40:36
  style,
• 40:36
  too,
• 40:36
  Eric.
• 40:37
  We
• 40:37
  know.
• 40:37
  Yeah.
• 40:38
  The
• 40:38
  folks
• 40:38
  can
• 40:38
  certainly
• 40:39
  go
• 40:39
  on
• 40:39
  to
• 40:40
  xfinity.com
• 40:41
  or
• 40:41
  call
• 40:41
  1-800-XFINITY.
• 40:43
  But
• 40:43
  I'm
• 40:43
  a
• 40:43
  little
• 40:43
  what
• 40:44
  I
• 40:44
  would
• 40:44
  describe
• 40:45
  as
• 40:45
  old
• 40:45
  school
• 40:45
  myself.
• 40:46
  And
• 40:47
  I
• 40:47
  like
• 40:47
  to
• 40:47
  walk
• 40:47
  in,
• 40:48
  lay
• 40:48
  down
• 40:49
  on
• 40:49
  the
• 40:49
  table,
• 40:49
  and
• 40:49
  let
• 40:50
  the
• 40:50
  experts
• 40:50
  do
• 40:51
  the
• 40:51
  work.
• 40:51
  That's
• 40:51
  what
• 40:51
  they're
• 40:52
  trained
• 40:52
  for.
• 40:52
  While
• 40:53
  you
• 40:53
  can
• 40:53
  sit
• 40:53
  back
• 40:54
  and
• 40:54
  relax,
• 40:54
  watch
• 40:55
  a
• 40:55
  game
• 40:55
  or
• 40:55
  whatever
• 40:56
  we
• 40:56
  have
• 40:56
  on
• 40:56
  the
• 40:56
  TV
• 40:56
  that
• 40:56
  you
• 40:57
  want
• 40:57
  to
• 40:57
  watch,
• 40:57
  we'll
• 40:58
  take
• 40:58
  care
• 40:58
  of
• 40:58
  you.
• 40:59
  That's
• 40:59
  awesome,
• 41:00
  Rigo.
• 41:00
  Thanks
• 41:00
  for
• 41:00
  coming
• 41:01
  on
• 41:01
  today,
• 41:01
  brother.
• 41:02
  I
• 41:02
  really
• 41:02
  appreciate
• 41:03
  it.
• 41:03
  And,
• 41:03
  guys,
• 41:03
  there's
• 41:03
  the
• 41:04
  hot
• 41:04
  breaking
• 41:04
  news
• 41:04
  there
• 41:05
  with
• 41:05
  that
• 41:05
  sale.
• 41:05
  That's
• 41:06
  a
• 41:06
  good
• 41:06
  one.
• 41:06
  Yeah.
• 41:07
  Thanks
• 41:07
  you
• 41:07
  so
• 41:08
  much,
• 41:08
  Eric,
• 41:08
  again,
• 41:08
  for
• 41:09
  having
• 41:09
  me.
• 41:09
  You're
• 41:10
  doing
• 41:10
  such
• 41:10
  a
• 41:10
  great
• 41:11
  job
• 41:11
  here
• 41:11
  and
• 41:12
  just
• 41:12
  appreciate
• 41:12
  you
• 41:13
  giving
• 41:13
  us
• 41:13
  some
• 41:13
  time.
• 41:14
  No
• 41:14
  problem,
• 41:14
  brother.
• 41:15
  I
• 41:15
  appreciate
• 41:15
  it,
• 41:16
  Johnny.
• 41:16
  I
• 41:17
  love
• 41:17
  talking
• 41:17
  to
• 41:17
  the
• 41:18
  guys
• 41:18
  over
• 41:18
  there
• 41:18
  at
• 41:18
  Comcast
• 41:19
  Xfinity,
• 41:20
  but
• 41:20
  it
• 41:21
  also
• 41:21
  sounds
• 41:21
  like
• 41:21
  a
• 41:21
  sponsored
• 41:22
  segment,
• 41:22
  even
• 41:22
  though
• 41:23
  it's
• 41:23
  not.
• 41:24
  I
• 41:24
  just
• 41:24
  like
• 41:25
  saving
• 41:25
  people
• 41:25
  some
• 41:25
  money.
• 41:26
  And
• 41:26
  quite
• 41:26
  frankly,
• 41:27
  I'm
• 41:27
  going
• 41:27
  to
• 41:27
  do
• 41:27
  the
• 41:27
  same
• 41:28
  name.
• 41:28
  So
• 41:29
  I'm
• 41:29
  going
• 41:29
  to
• 41:29
  switch
• 41:29
  over
• 41:30
  and
• 41:30
  get
• 41:30
  rid
• 41:30
  of
• 41:30
  my
• 41:30
  at&t.
• 41:31
  Sorry.
• 41:31
  At&t.
• 41:32
  Because
• 41:33
  it's
• 41:33
  going
• 41:33
  to
• 41:33
  save
• 41:34
  me
• 41:34
  a
• 41:34
  few
• 41:34
  grand
• 41:34
  a
• 41:35
  month,
• 41:35
  a
• 41:35
  year,
• 41:36
  just
• 41:36
  on
• 41:37
  switching
• 41:37
  over.
• 41:37
  So
• 41:38
  that's
• 41:38
  going
• 41:38
  to
• 41:38
  save
• 41:38
  me
• 41:38
  a
• 41:39
  couple
• 41:39
  bucks.
• 41:40
  Yeah,
• 41:40
  that's
• 41:40
  where
• 41:40
  the
• 41:41
  loyalty
• 41:41
  lies
• 41:42
  is
• 41:42
  to
• 41:42
  your
• 41:42
  wallet,
• 41:43
  my
• 41:43
  friend.
• 41:44
  Yes,
• 41:44
  it
• 41:44
  is.
• 41:44
  Yes,
• 41:45
  it
• 41:45
  is,
• 41:45
  man.
• 41:46
  Speaking
• 41:46
  about
• 41:46
  loyalty,
• 41:47
  I
• 41:47
  was.
• 41:48
  We
• 41:48
  only
• 41:48
  got
• 41:48
  a
• 41:48
  minute
• 41:49
  or
• 41:49
  two
• 41:49
  before
• 41:49
  we
• 41:49
  run
• 41:49
  out
• 41:49
  of
• 41:50
  time
• 41:50
  here,
• 41:50
  but
• 41:51
  I
• 41:51
  was
• 41:51
  really
• 41:52
  shocked
• 41:52
  today.
• 41:53
  I
• 41:54
  found
• 41:54
  out
• 41:55
  reading
• 41:56
  the
• 41:56
  Cheap
• 41:56
  Tricks
• 41:57
  Live
• 41:57
  at
• 41:57
  Budokan
• 41:58
  was
• 41:58
  not
• 41:59
  recorded
• 42:00
  in
• 42:00
  Budokan.
• 42:01
  Did
• 42:01
  you
• 42:01
  know
• 42:02
  that?
• 42:02
  I
• 42:03
  did
• 42:03
  know
• 42:03
  that.
• 42:04
  Oh,
• 42:04
  man.
• 42:05
  I
• 42:05
  had
• 42:05
  no
• 42:05
  idea
• 42:06
  that
• 42:06
  was
• 42:06
  in
• 42:06
  Osaka.
• 42:07
  And
• 42:07
  the
• 42:07
  Budokan
• 42:07
  tape
• 42:08
  sucked.
• 42:08
  Oh,
• 42:08
  no.
• 42:09
  We've
• 42:09
  all
• 42:09
  been
• 42:09
  taken
• 42:09
  for
• 42:10
  a
• 42:10
  ride
• 42:10
  for
• 42:10
  the
• 42:11
  last
• 42:11
  50
• 42:11
  years.
• 42:12
  My
• 42:13
  childhood
• 42:13
  is
• 42:13
  broken
• 42:14
  now.
• 42:14
  Oh,
• 42:15
  wait
• 42:15
  a
• 42:15
  minute.
• 42:15
  It
• 42:15
  already
• 42:15
  was.
• 42:16
  I'm
• 42:16
  like,
• 42:17
  I've
• 42:17
  been
• 42:17
  lied
• 42:17
  to
• 42:18
  for
• 42:18
  since
• 42:18
  I
• 42:19
  was
• 42:19
  a
• 42:19
  child.
• 42:20
  Just
• 42:20
  put
• 42:20
  that
• 42:21
  head
• 42:21
  back
• 42:21
  in
• 42:21
  the
• 42:21
  sand
• 42:22
  and
• 42:22
  pretend
• 42:22
  you
• 42:22
  never
• 42:23
  heard
• 42:23
  that.
• 42:24
  Because
• 42:24
  when
• 42:24
  I
• 42:25
  hear
• 42:25
  the
• 42:25
  crowd,
• 42:25
  I
• 42:26
  like
• 42:26
  to
• 42:26
  believe
• 42:26
  it's
• 42:26
  Budokan.
• 42:27
  Just
• 42:27
  leave
• 42:28
  it
• 42:28
  at
• 42:28
  that.
• 42:28
  Yeah.
• 42:30
  If
• 42:30
  it
• 42:30
  has
• 42:30
  been
• 42:31
  for
• 42:31
  50
• 42:31
  years.
• 42:32
  Doggone
• 42:32
  it,
• 42:32
  it's.
• 42:33
  It
• 42:33
  is.
• 42:33
  Okay.
• 42:34
  Okay,
• 42:34
  well,
• 42:34
  ship.
• 42:35
  We'll
• 42:35
  write
• 42:35
  the
• 42:35
  ship.
• 42:36
  It's
• 42:36
  still
• 42:36
  Budokan.
• 42:38
  This
• 42:38
  is
• 42:39
  how
• 42:39
  American
• 42:39
  history
• 42:40
  works.
• 42:40
  We
• 42:40
  just
• 42:41
  say
• 42:41
  stuff
• 42:41
  and
• 42:41
  then
• 42:42
  it's
• 42:42
  history.
• 42:42
  That's
• 42:43
  how
• 42:43
  it
• 42:43
  was.
• 42:43
  History
• 42:43
  again.
• 42:44
  You
• 42:44
  know
• 42:44
  that's
• 42:44
  right.
• 42:45
  We've
• 42:45
  changed
• 42:46
  so
• 42:46
  much
• 42:46
  history
• 42:46
  in
• 42:46
  the
• 42:46
  past
• 42:47
  that
• 42:47
  the
• 42:48
  wisdom
• 42:48
  of
• 42:48
  John
• 42:48
  Dudley
• 42:49
  again
• 42:49
  for
• 42:49
  the
• 42:50
  win.
• 42:50
  That's
• 42:50
  all
• 42:51
  I
• 42:51
  got,
• 42:51
  brother.
• 42:52
  That's
• 42:52
  it.
• 42:53
  I
• 42:53
  wanted
• 42:53
  to
• 42:54
  thank
• 42:54
  everybody
• 42:54
  out
• 42:54
  there
• 42:54
  as
• 42:55
  we
• 42:55
  go
• 42:55
  out
• 42:55
  here
• 42:55
  to
• 42:55
  break.
• 42:56
  And
• 42:56
  this
• 42:56
  has
• 42:56
  been
• 42:57
  a
• 42:57
  really
• 42:57
  big
• 42:58
  weekend
• 42:58
  here,
• 42:58
  and
• 42:59
  I
• 42:59
  just
• 42:59
  want
• 42:59
  to
• 42:59
  thank
• 43:00
  all
• 43:00
  of
• 43:00
  our
• 43:00
  listeners
• 43:01
  in
• 43:02
  Portland,
• 43:03
  our
• 43:03

• 43:04
  our
• 43:05

• 43:05

• 43:06
  for
• 43:06

• 43:06
  in
• 43:07
  on
• 43:07

• 43:08
  News
• 43:08

• 43:08
  KXL.
• 43:09
  You
• 43:09
  know
• 43:09
  this
• 43:10
  to
• 43:10
  you
• 43:10
  guys
• 43:10
  that
• 43:11
  didn't
• 43:11
  hear
• 43:11
  the
• 43:11
  first
• 43:12
  hour
• 43:12
  of
• 43:12
  the
• 43:12
  show
• 43:13
  here,
• 43:13
  I
• 43:13
  just
• 43:13
  want
• 43:13
  to
• 43:14
  say
• 43:14
  thank
• 43:14
  you
• 43:14
  for
• 43:14
  tuning
• 43:15
  back
• 43:15
  in.
• 43:15
  It
• 43:15
  is
• 43:15
  so
• 43:16
  nice
• 43:16
  to
• 43:16
  be
• 43:16
  hungry.
• 43:17
  You
• 43:17
  know,
• 43:17
  this
• 43:18
  show
• 43:18
  around
• 43:18
  the
• 43:19
  House
• 43:19
  started
• 43:19
  on
• 43:20
  KXL
• 43:21
  when
• 43:21
  It
• 43:21
  was
• 43:21
  an
• 43:21
  AM
• 43:22
  channel
• 43:22
  back
• 43:23
  in
• 43:23
  1988.
• 43:25
  So
• 43:25
  that
• 43:25
  is
• 43:26
  where
• 43:26
  the
• 43:26
  roots
• 43:26
  were.
• 43:27
  And
• 43:27
  it
• 43:27
  went
• 43:27
  from
• 43:28
  88
• 43:28
  all
• 43:29
  the
• 43:29
  way
• 43:29
  to
• 43:29
  2019.
• 43:31
  And
• 43:31
  then
• 43:31
  when
• 43:31
  Alpha
• 43:32
  Media
• 43:32
  went
• 43:32
  through
• 43:32
  its
• 43:33
  troubles,
• 43:33
  they
• 43:33
  got
• 43:33
  rid
• 43:34
  of
• 43:34
  all
• 43:34
  the
• 43:34
  weekend
• 43:34
  stuff.
• 43:35
  We
• 43:35
  changed
• 43:35
  over
• 43:36
  to
• 43:36
  Salem
• 43:36
  Media.
• 43:36
  They
• 43:37
  were
• 43:37
  gents
• 43:38
  to
• 43:38
  us
• 43:38
  over
• 43:38
  there
• 43:39
  and
• 43:39
  they
• 43:39
  had
• 43:39
  been
• 43:40
  nothing
• 43:40
  but
• 43:40
  awesome.
• 43:41
  But
• 43:42
  when
• 43:42
  my
• 43:42
  buddy
• 43:42
  Mark
• 43:43
  came
• 43:43
  back
• 43:43
  over
• 43:43
  as
• 43:43
  the
• 43:44
  new
• 43:44
  GM
• 43:44
  over
• 43:44
  there,
• 43:44
  he
• 43:45
  invited
• 43:45
  us
• 43:45
  back
• 43:45
  over.
• 43:46
  And
• 43:46
  it
• 43:46
  is
• 43:47
  so
• 43:47
  nice
• 43:47
  to
• 43:47
  be
• 43:48
  back
• 43:48
  home
• 43:48
  over
• 43:48
  there
• 43:48
  where
• 43:49
  the
• 43:50
  roots
• 43:50
  of
• 43:50
  around
• 43:51
  the
• 43:51
  House,
• 43:51
  where
• 43:51
  it's
• 43:52
  nice
• 43:52
  to
• 43:52
  be
• 43:52
  back
• 43:52
  home
• 43:53
  again
• 43:54
  and
• 43:54
  all
• 43:54
  is
• 43:54
  right
• 43:55
  in
• 43:55
  the
• 43:55
  world
• 43:55
  with
• 43:55
  that
• 43:56
  and
• 43:56
  it
• 43:56
  feels
• 43:56
  good
• 43:56
  to
• 43:57
  be
• 43:57
  doing
• 43:57
  it.
• 43:58
  And
• 43:58
  it's
• 43:58
  post
• 43:58
  Budokan,
• 43:59
  so
• 43:59
  we're
• 44:00
  safe.
• 44:00
  Exactly.
• 44:01
  So
• 44:01
  we're
• 44:01
  safe.
• 44:02
  No
• 44:02
  revisionist
• 44:03
  history
• 44:03
  needed
• 44:04
  there.
• 44:04
  These
• 44:04
  are
• 44:05
  real
• 44:05
  roots
• 44:05
  we're
• 44:05
  talking
• 44:06
  about,
• 44:06
  kids.
• 44:07
  Yep.
• 44:08
  Nothing
• 44:08
  fake
• 44:09
  about
• 44:09
  that.
• 44:09
  And
• 44:10
  hey,
• 44:10
  guys,
• 44:10
  we
• 44:11
  want
• 44:11
  to
• 44:11
  hear
• 44:11
  your
• 44:11
  feedback
• 44:12
  as
• 44:12
  well.
• 44:12
  If
• 44:12
  there's
• 44:13
  something
• 44:13
  that
• 44:13
  you
• 44:13
  want
• 44:13
  to
• 44:14
  hear
• 44:14
  from
• 44:14
  us
• 44:14
  or
• 44:15
  you
• 44:15
  want
• 44:15
  to
• 44:15
  hear
• 44:15
  us
• 44:15
  talk
• 44:15
  about,
• 44:16
  make
• 44:16
  sure
• 44:16
  you
• 44:17
  send

• 44:20
  we

  to
• 44:21
  hear

  from

  you.
• 44:22
  And
• 44:22
  we've

  got

  so
• 44:23
  many
• 44:23
  episodes
• 44:24
  up

  there
