A Milwaukee mom, Cosetta Burrell, 33, faces 18 felonies and 4 misdemeanors after allegedly shooting a 12-year-old boy during a heated confrontation over water sales. Armed with a handgun and accompanied by her four kids, she reportedly chased the boy, fired twice — once as he ran, hitting his leg — then sped off screaming, “I should’ve killed your a--!” Though she claimed she only meant to scare him and aimed for his feet, the judge called her “a zero” for targeting a child.
