Do you ever hear a story that has all the makings of a chaotic sitcom episode only to hear where it took place and go, “yup, checks out.” This is one of those. In Detroit, siblings Daelan Scott and Jupiter Star got the surprise of their lives when a goat named Smokey busted out for a neighborhood joyride.
