Bryan Kohberger Had Three Court Dates and the Judge Erased All of Them
Bryan Kohberger was set to appear in a Boise courtroom to argue that Judge Hippler should be removed from his case. Hippler filed an order the night before vacating the hearing and every other date on the post-conviction calendar. The disqualification argument, the June status conference, the evidentiary hearing on the plea withdrawal — gone.
