- 0:09Speaker 2: early this morning, Peyton was talking about the coffee drink
- 0:11Speaker 2: you need to have for you to have a good week.
- 0:15Speaker 1: And guess what.
- 0:16Speaker 2: According to the American Heart Association, drinking about three to
- 0:21Speaker 2: five cups of coffee a day is considered safe for
- 0:24Speaker 2: most adults and has several potential health benefits as well
- 0:28Speaker 2: for your heart.
- 0:28Speaker 1: It's good heart stuff.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Three to five cups coffee, Dight, Now that is plain
- 0:33Speaker 2: black coffee. Let you start putting sugar and caramel and
- 0:36Speaker 2: all that stuff and.
- 0:36Speaker 1: It turns into crap.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Right, yeah, but black coffee. But it's not delicious. No.
- 0:42Speaker 1: You know how you always hear about people when they
- 0:44Speaker 1: get old. They moved to Florida.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Yeah, they did all this research for the best states
- 0:48Speaker 2: for growing old, and Florida is not number one.
- 0:51Speaker 3: What the heck? That's where I supposedly everyone retichs.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I know.
- 0:54Speaker 2: So this is the top states for growing old, and
- 0:59Speaker 2: this is it's kind of sad they what they base
- 1:02Speaker 2: it on but like being seventy five and older, hospital beds,
- 1:05Speaker 2: life expectancy, the availability of nurses, nursing home, the cost
- 1:10Speaker 2: of nursing care, air quality, sunlight exposure, and walkability. The
- 1:13Speaker 2: top five New York, Massachusetts. New Florida is number two.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Number one is Hawaii.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Hawaii.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Of course, Mississippi was deemed the worst state for aging.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Mississippians lead the second shortest lives in seventy two years
- 1:30Speaker 2: in the least walkable state and have the low rated
- 1:33Speaker 2: nursing homes. The rest of the bottom five Oklahoma, New Mexico, Georgia, Georgia,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and Michigan.
- 1:39Speaker 3: I wonder now New Mexico would be nice. You know,
- 1:42Speaker 3: it's warm there, you don't have to deal with allergies.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I see lots of old people there.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:47Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 1:48Speaker 1: There's a new online ranking of the most nostalgic sense
- 1:52Speaker 1: from the nineties, and if you're a person of a
- 1:55Speaker 1: certain age, you can probably still smell them, many of them.
- 1:59Speaker 1: No up there.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Does anybody remember Floam? It was like part slime park clay.
- 2:05Speaker 2: You remember flo scented gel pens, scented pencils, teen Spirit deodorant,
- 2:16Speaker 2: perfumes like sunflowers and c K one.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Remember one on anything like a big deal because it
- 2:22Speaker 3: was like the first unisex perfume.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Anything from Bath and body Works, couche balls, fruit, striped gum,
- 2:31Speaker 1: strawberry short, big dolls, lipsmackers, scentit erasers, mister Skitch, mister sketch,
- 2:36Speaker 1: scented market, the best scratches, stiff stickers.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Bubble tape, the gum that you pulled out of, and
- 2:46Speaker 2: the number one smell that we all remember is plato.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, salty, It's great.
- 2:58Speaker 1: All right.
- 2:59Speaker 2: This is if you ever like stranded or your survival
- 3:02Speaker 2: mode or something. BuzzFeed put together a list of common
- 3:05Speaker 2: survival tips that people get wrong.
- 3:08Speaker 1: People get wrong, like you.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Are usually better off stained with a broken down vehicle
- 3:13Speaker 2: instead of trying to hike out of an unknown, potentially
- 3:16Speaker 2: dangerous location.
- 3:17Speaker 3: That kind of makes sense, doesn't it.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Don't eat anything raw like bear girls.
- 3:23Speaker 2: You don't want to be in survival situation and get
- 3:24Speaker 2: sick or get a parasite. And you know how when
- 3:27Speaker 2: you're cold, says, do not rub frostbit and skin to
- 3:31Speaker 2: warm up. It can literally tear cells and tissues. If
- 3:33Speaker 2: you need to get warm, tuck your fingers or toes
- 3:37Speaker 2: into somebody else's armpits.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yes, I I don't think I would want to put
- 3:43Speaker 3: my I mean my feet. I wouldn't mind. I would
- 3:45Speaker 3: not want my hands in someone's pits.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I don't mind.
- 3:48Speaker 3: If it was my husband, I'd be like, get over here.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Survival mode.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yeah, but if you're in survival, you're like, my toes
- 3:57Speaker 2: I need to put on your arm pits.
- 3:57Speaker 1: That means you're gonna take off your shirts. I get
- 3:59Speaker 1: my toes in your armpits. But you're freezing too. Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Well, because isn't it like how your hands and your feet,
- 4:04Speaker 3: the temperature of your hands and your feet dictate, like
- 4:06Speaker 3: how your body actually feels.
- 4:08Speaker 1: They help, Yeah.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:09Speaker 2: If you get stabbed, don't pull the blade out like
- 4:12Speaker 2: they do in the movies. Don't touch anything, just call
- 4:15Speaker 2: nine to one one. Leave the object in place, let it.
- 4:18Speaker 2: It acts like a cork, so don't take it out.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Movies always show people wandering through the desert in the
- 4:23Speaker 2: middle of the day.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Get shelter and let the highest temperature pass. Do not
- 4:29Speaker 2: wait twenty four to forty eight hours to report someone missing.
- 4:31Speaker 2: If you have a bad feeling about something. The first
- 4:33Speaker 2: few hours and days are the most crucial. Don't drink pea.
- 4:38Speaker 2: It's mentioned in some military survival manuals. It'll accelerate the dehydration,
- 4:42Speaker 2: not slow it down.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Oh really, wow, who knew?
- 4:44Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Don't pee on jellyfish things. Rub vinegar and salt water
- 4:48Speaker 2: on the womb.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I've heard that.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Don't run in a zigzag what do you call it?
- 4:53Speaker 1: Patterns apoint alligators to avoid alligators or.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Crocodiles, running a straight line as fast as you can,
- 4:58Speaker 2: because they can only run in sh burst. Do not
- 5:02Speaker 2: use a hair curler to cauterize a bullet hole. It
- 5:05Speaker 2: does not work. It just hurts like hell. You won't
- 5:08Speaker 2: be able to punch a shark in the nose. Good
- 5:11Speaker 2: luck's throwing an accurate punch underwater at something moving twenty
- 5:14Speaker 2: five miles per hour, You're way more likely to accidentally
- 5:16Speaker 2: hand feed the shark. Instead, maintain eye contact and slowly
- 5:22Speaker 2: back away without making any motions. If the shark is
- 5:24Speaker 2: an attack mode, strike at the eyes or gills. It's
- 5:27Speaker 2: e very very important.
- 5:28Speaker 3: It is hard to punch underwater because you're a move slower. Yeah,
- 5:31Speaker 3: you're supposed to go right in the middle right here.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Yeah, but like it would be like soloially yeah, it
- 5:36Speaker 1: would be hard. But like the gills.
- 5:38Speaker 3: I watch a lot of the shark shows and stuff,
- 5:40Speaker 3: so like they see like in the gills, like you
- 5:42Speaker 3: grab them into the gills.
- 5:44Speaker 1: What do you have for life? Acts Rich?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Yeah, so far the shark advice I've heard from you,
- 5:49Speaker 3: Painton is I am like weirdly obsessed. I mean, I
- 5:52Speaker 3: don't know if it's good advice, is.
- 5:54Speaker 1: What I'm saying. Sharks are blind when they attack.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Okay, so have you guys heard of the thirty thirty
- 6:00Speaker 3: wake up hack. It's pretty it's pretty great. We should

- 6:14Speaker 3: For the first thirty minutes after you wake up, Stay
- 6:16Speaker 3: off your phone, email, no social media, no doom scrolling.

- 6:25Speaker 3: hei knees or I suggest chai tea walk or tight
- 6:29Speaker 3: chai te chi Tea walking is totally different to tai chiwalk.
