  also when you decide who you will have a soul contracts with

  so people who will come into your life and will help you with

  like Zen Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism that all focus on

  reaching Enlightenment and you want to actually be able to

  connect With a guru or spiritual teacher, who has gotten their

  themselves. It's not enough to just read old

  books. Because if you just rely on, for

  example, the Bible or the Quran, then you have to know that.

  Yes, it was in beginning written by these spiritual Masters but

  eventually it got censored. There were people who change

  bits and pieces to go away certain pieces and burn them

  like simple diagnostic Gnostic texts, many of them were burned.

  In the end, you have this filtered version of a book.

  You want the living breathing person that you can talk to who

  has already achieved, Enlightenment?

  What all these paths have in common is that you meditate and

  go within because yes, God is not somebody up in the cloud.

  God is found within. So this journey is an inward

  journey and like I said earlier, you need to make sure to live a

  Karma, free life. So be kind to others both when

  you're talking to them. But also Also behind them back.

  Don't talk shit about others and I know that's that's easier said

  than done. You also want to stop eating

  meat? This also creates Karma.

  It's not the same car might be were to murder a person but it

  still creates Karma. You also need to release your

  desires and attachment in this world.

  in this lifetime, or I need to have the perfect partner, or the

  perfect house, or I need to be a celebrity in this life.

  Because if you die and still have this attachment, the next

  keep working on getting this. So be content with what you

  have, what you have already achieved and know that you can

  There are enlightened stirs in all religions but you just need

  to contact them and just not only rely on the book of your

  religion and external rituals and worship.

  do your internal work of meditating going inside.
