- 0:00Speaker 1: Today is from the Daily Mail. The author of this
- 0:03article is Emmer Scully. Headline Prince Charles's former aid denies
- 0:08introducing student to Jeffrey Epstein on a study trip before
- 0:11a billionaire pedophile abused her. And again, this is another
- 0:15person who should be brought in under rico charges and
- 0:19spoken to about what occurred. How much money did you
- 0:22receive from Jeffrey Epstein? Why was he on the board?
- 0:24Did he have access to any other girls? What were
- 0:27you doing sending girls to Jeffrey Epstein and Gilaine Maxwell's house.
- 0:31Those are just a few basic questions that I think
- 0:34Guggenheims should have to answer for. And furthermore, by the way,
- 0:37she's not even a real Guggenheim, She's a foe Guggenheim fugazi.
- 0:44Prince Charles's former aid has denied introducing a student to
- 0:47Jeffrey Epstein before the billionaire pedophile went on to abuse her.
- 0:52Eileen Guggenheim, the former Prince's Trust vice chair and current
- 0:56dean of the New York Academy of Art, was accused
- 0:59of encouraging the student to flirt with Epstein because he
- 1:02was a big donor, and not only flirt remember, folks,
- 1:06she was also told to sell him her artwork for
- 1:09a pittance, a small price. And now, remember Maria was
- 1:14a young, struggling art student at this time. She could
- 1:16have sold that painting for a lot more money and
- 1:19set herself up pretty nicely. But instead she did what
- 1:22a good student would do at one of these academies.
- 1:25I'm gonna help the academy out. I'm going to sell
- 1:28this painting for cheap, and maybe later on that'll come
- 1:31back in spades to help me out. Well, in reality,
- 1:34it was just the beginning of them trying to exploit
- 1:37Maria and her kindness. Miss Guggenheim has strongly denied the claims.
- 1:45Maria Farmer alleged she flew to Epstein's New Mexico ranch
- 1:48in nineteen ninety five for his study trip, where she
- 1:51claims Guggenheim asked me to sit on his lap and
- 1:53flirt with him. Do it for the academy, Maria reported
- 1:57the Daily News, and again, look, Maria has been very
- 2:01clear about what occurred here on my program, Onney Whitney
- 2:05Webb's program, on Jason Burmas's program, on Sean Atwood's program, etc. Etc.
- 2:11By the way, all of those people I mentioned are
- 2:13all quality people as well, great journalists and great warriors
- 2:20when it comes to sticking up for Maria and defending her.
- 2:23So thank you to all of them as well, by
- 2:24the way, but Maria has been very consistent with her reports. Again,
- 2:29I've been talking to Maria now since January. Her and
- 2:31I have been speaking, and she has never wavered from
- 2:35the truth. She has never wavered from her story, and
- 2:38she has never ever once been anything but honest and truthful.
- 2:46Guggenheim's lawyer said, the allegation miss Guggenheim encouraged missus Farmer
- 2:50to flirt and sit on Epstein's knee is categorically denied
- 2:54and completely baseless. Well, considering Guggenheim lied about ever even
- 3:00being there, why should we believe anything else this vile
- 3:03woman has to say, or why should we believe anything
- 3:07that the institute that was protecting her has to say.
- 3:11In my opinion, the honess is on you to prove
- 3:16to us that you're telling the truth, because as far
- 3:19as we can tell here, from all the evidence we
- 3:22have seen and from the players who have come forward, well,
- 3:25it is quite obvious that the Academy is trying to
- 3:29do damage control, and Guggenheim, for some reason or another,
- 3:33is still being protected by these other disgusting members of
- 3:37so called polite society. It is vomit inducing. A report
- 3:42by the NYAA insisted Miss Guggenheim sixty nine played no
- 3:47role in introducing Maria and to her younger younger sister
- 3:50Annie to Epstein, concluding there was no evidence to credibly
- 3:54support the claims. Maria's account of what occurred. That is
- 3:58evidence enough, my friends, Okay, and then you add on
- 4:01the corroborating witness that came out and said, well, Guggenheim's lying,
- 4:05she was there, This really happened. And you have yourselves
- 4:10a group of people telling the truth, which would be
- 4:12Maria and the other witness. And then well you have
- 4:15the usuals on the other side, the absolute disgusting liars.
- 4:21Maria says both she and her sister were later abused
- 4:24by the pedophile. Another student who went to the Zoro
- 4:27ranch in Santa Fe the same year, said the young
- 4:30women were pressured into games with sexual objects. And remember
- 4:34we read that story as well. These people are sick. Okay,
- 4:37what you think Guggenheim wasn't running around with Maxwell and
- 4:40Epstein and had no idea what they were doing. She
- 4:43had no idea what kind of monsters she was sending.
- 4:45Maria Farmer to please stop it, all right, don't offend
- 4:50us by thinking that that is going to work. That
- 4:53excuse is going to cut the mustard, all right, cause
- 4:56it doesn't. There is no excuse for you, rich so
- 5:00members of polite society to be friends with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 5:05You have no defensible ground. Ms. Guggenheim originally denied her
- 5:11denied ever being at the ranch, but later said she
- 5:14had visited during construction work. Yeah, of course, once she
- 5:17got called out, and once a corroborating witness came out
- 5:20and proved Maria's account to be true and factual. Well,
- 5:24of course, Guggenheim's gonna have this automatic memory. Oh I
- 5:29actually did, I did go there. I found my memories.
- 5:32I retained those memories. I just had them stuffed away.
- 5:35Give me a break. Does anybody believe this? So she
- 5:38starts out with a lie, right away, with a lie,
- 5:41So automatically her credibility is busted. And why would anyone
- 5:47think that we should believe anything else? She has to
- 5:51say when Farmer ursul La Rudenberg and another survivor went
- 5:59public with claims. Guggenheims said she saw the property under construction,
- 6:03but did not visit any home there or have a
- 6:06meal there. I don't believe her for one second, okay,
- 6:09point blank period. Why would miss Rudenberg come out and lie?
- 6:14What does she have to gain by lying about this?
- 6:17And furthermore, Maria would never make a story like this up.
- 6:21She reported it to the FBI, she reported it to
- 6:23the police. Nobody listened to her. Those reports are on file.
- 6:31Her lawyer said Miss Farmer's claims with regard to the
- 6:33ranch are inconsistent and have changed over time. Incorrect, No,
- 6:37they are not. Okay, they are not inconsistent. They have
- 6:40not changed over time, and Maria has been steadfast in
- 6:44what occurred. Miss Guggenheim's visit was very brief. She took
- 6:48a tour of the grounds with the former students and
- 6:50left shortly thereafter. That explains her initial failure or recollect
- 6:54having ever traveled to the ranch. Okay, so she drove,
- 6:57They went all away from New York to Zoro Ranch.
- 7:01She took a trip around and that that was the
- 7:03end of it. Ah, Yeah, that's cool, great property. Jeffrey
- 7:06Why what is she She's a construction worker? Is she
- 7:08an architect? She's somebody that understands how things are supposed
- 7:13to be built? Stop it? Okay, just like dirty Dirsh
- 7:17wasn't there for an hour either. These people were at
- 7:20Zoro Ranch, and they know why they were at Zoro Ranch.
- 7:27It was only after seeing a photograph which depicted Miss Gugenheim,
- 7:31Miss Farmer, and three former students during the daylight on
- 7:34the grounds that she recalled her brief visit. Yeah, she
- 7:37forgot all about it, folks. You know selective memory. Why
- 7:40would I remember going to Jeffrey Epstein's ranch in Santa Fe,
- 7:42New Mexico. That's not memorable, right, especially for Fae Guggenheim,
- 7:46who would do anything to be part of so called
- 7:49polite society, even use a false last name. Gugenheim said,
- 7:55had any student expressed to me their personal discomfort over
- 7:58actions by mister Epstein, I would have immediately addressed the
- 8:02situation and offered my support. That's a lie. Maria called
- 8:05you directly after it happened, and you didn't do shit, okay,
- 8:08basically told her to get stuffed. So screw you, Eileen Guggenheim.
- 8:12You disgusting human being. An open letter signed by nearly
- 8:18one hundred students and alumni last month slammed its victim
- 8:22blaming rhetoric, and we covered that. We read that article
- 8:26and covered the letter and the mass, the massive group
- 8:30of people who resigned their positions on the board. It
- 8:34said the academy's response was to focus on discrediting Farmer's
- 8:37testimony rather than delving into Epstein's involvement with the NYAA board,
- 8:42financial ties to the school, or his relationship to Guggenheim
- 8:46one hundred percent. Look, Jeffrey Epstein sat on that board,
- 8:50he brought an exorbitant amount of money into the school,
- 8:54and lord knows what other relationships he had. Don't think
- 8:57that people aren't digging though, Like I mentioned earlier, if
- 9:00you don't think people like Lisa and Jen are going
- 9:02through this with a fine tooth comb and a magnifying glass,
- 9:06you have not been paying attention. So we don't need
- 9:10the legacy media to do this. We have proven that
- 9:13over and over again. What we need to do is
- 9:18amplify the story of the survivors, and that, my friends,
- 9:23is enough to hammer it home. Their truth is enough
- 9:27to turn the worm in this case, the Academy's executive
- 9:33committee apologized to Farmer and vowed to give twenty two
- 9:37six hundred and fifty pounds to a charity for victims
- 9:40of sexual assault. The board said some conclusions in the
- 9:44report blamed miss Farmer, and we regret their work. They
- 9:48were included. No, your whole report was garbage, okay. And furthermore,
- 9:52they never even reached out to Maria to apologize to
- 9:55her directly. They just put out this candas apology, and
- 9:59we're like, all right, this is good enough. People are
- 10:01going to accept it and move on. They're wrong. We're
- 10:04done accepting your bullshit, We're done accepting your boot on
- 10:09our necks, and we are most certainly done letting you
- 10:13off the hook. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 10:16can do that at Bobby Kapucci at protonmeil dot com.
- 10:20That's Bobby cap u Cci at Protonmeil dot com. You
- 10:25can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore cap
- 10:30u Cci. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program.
- 10:35So Jamie Diamond, in his deposition, had the audacity to
- 10:40say that he had no idea who Jeffrey Epstein was
- 10:43before his arrest and we're not talking about the first arrest.
- 10:47We're talking about the second arrest. Have you heard anything
- 10:51as Ludacris is that in the last oh, I don't know,
- 10:55fourteen centuries and he was asked these questions while he
- 10:58was under oath and jess Daley he's going to sit
- 11:02down for a deposition on June tenth and he's going
- 11:05to be asked the same questions. So somebody has to
- 11:08be lying, right, And if they lie under oath, isn't
- 11:11that a criminal penalty? Shouldn't one of them get charged
- 11:14with perjury if they're caught lying? Now I doubt they will,
- 11:18but boy, wouldn't it be nice for some equal justice
- 11:22that they always talk about, you know, whenever they're running
- 11:25their fat yapps about the protection of this, the protection
- 11:28of that, and equal justice for all. Well, how about
- 11:32some equal justice for those at the very top of
- 11:36the levers of power? Because if you or I even
- 11:39lie to an FBI agent, we can get in big
- 11:41trouble for that. But these guys can sit down for depositions,
- 11:45tell absolutely different stories, and nobody's going to end up
- 11:49in any kind of criminal jeopardy because under normal circumstances,
- 11:54that's the penalty for telling lies when you sit down
- 11:57for a deposition, And in this episode, that's what going
- 12:00to talk about a little bit more the Jamie Diamond
- 12:03deposition and some of the things that he said during
- 12:07that deposition. This article was published by The Guardian headline.
- 12:13JP Morgan CEO Jamie Diamond says that he never heard
- 12:17of Epstein before the arrest. Oh yeah, nobody ever heard
- 12:21of him before the arrest. Jamie Diamond, Mister, I never
- 12:24watched the news. Huh. The head of the biggest bank
- 12:27in the United States of America, one of the richest,
- 12:29most powerful men in the country, had no idea about
- 12:33one of the biggest clients at your bank. And the
- 12:36fact that he was a sexual predator. That's what you
- 12:39want us to believe. And just like everybody else before him,
- 12:43he makes pretend he has amnesia whenever this topic is
- 12:47brought up. Oh, I don't recall. I'm not too sure.
- 12:50I don't remember that conversation, you know, all of that stuff,
- 12:54never anything definitive right, very sly with his words, and
- 12:59a man that will prepared to sit for this deposition.
- 13:02I'm sure he sat down with the JP Morgan Chay's
- 13:05lawyers wig in advance of this and had a preparation
- 13:08session where they peppered him with all kinds of questions
- 13:11in preparation for this. So Jamie Diamond certainly had his
- 13:15narrative tightened up and ready to go. And if it
- 13:18was only Jamie Diamond giving this deposition, then I'd say
- 13:22that he's home free. But there's a little wrinkle here,
- 13:26and that wrinkle is Jess Daily giving us a completely
- 13:29different story about not only what JP Morgan was to
- 13:33Jeffrey Epstein, but the fact that Jamie Diamond also knew
- 13:37about Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein's behavior. So both narratives can't
- 13:41be true, and that means one of them is going
- 13:44to be lying under oath. This article was authored by
- 13:48Edward Hellmore. JP Morgan CEO. Jamie Diamond has said in
- 13:54a court deposition that he did not recall ever hearing
- 13:57about convicted sex trafficker Jeffreyan Epstein or his sexual abuse
- 14:02crimes against teenage girls until the financier pedophile was arrested
- 14:07in twenty nineteen, countering claims that the bank ignored signs
- 14:12of malfeasance, including Epstein's large monthly cash withdraws. So how
- 14:17do you account for the emails? How does Jamie Diamond
- 14:21account for all of those emails that were getting fired
- 14:23back and forth between the executives. Oh everybody knew, but
- 14:27you huh. The whole entire company went rogue. This guy's
- 14:31an absolute joke. And the more I hear from Jamie Diamond,
- 14:35the more I dislike him. Just another smug scumbag that
- 14:38never takes self responsibility for anything. In transcripts of the
- 14:44deposition obtained by The Guardian, Diamond was asked if he
- 14:47had ever heard the name Jeffrey Epstein before the arrest.
- 14:51Diamond responded, not that I recall, listen to the words
- 14:55he uses, not that I recall. How do you challenge
- 14:58that he's being evasive? But you can't prove that he's
- 15:01lying one way or the other unless you have the
- 15:03receipts to back it up. And so far we haven't
- 15:07seen any emails with Jamie Diamond's direct name on them,
- 15:11but we do have the direct account from jess Day,
- 15:15and I'm guessing there are other people that were working
- 15:18for the company at the time that have some knowledge
- 15:20of what was going down. So hopefully the investigators are
- 15:24talking to them as well. He said the first time
- 15:28that he heard about Epstein was when the story blew
- 15:31wide open. He was arrested and all the stories came
- 15:34out about all the people he knows. And the reason
- 15:37I remember that is I was surprised that I didn't
- 15:40know about it before. So let me get this straight.
- 15:43The head of the biggest bank in America, who was
- 15:46doing business with this man, who was under all kinds
- 15:49of investigation, went to jail, went to prison, got out,
- 15:53and was notorious for what he did. You mean to
- 15:57tell me that that guy, Jamie Diamond had no idea
- 16:01what was going on. Where does he live in a
- 16:05cave in Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban? And
- 16:09the frustrating part is, how do you prove that wrong again?
- 16:12Unless you have the receipts or eyewitnesses coming forward and
- 16:16saying they were having conversations with him about Jeffrey Epstein,
- 16:20then it's very difficult to prove what somebody remembers or
- 16:23they don't remember. The testimony given during a deposition recorded
- 16:28last week in New York as part of the claim
- 16:31by Epstein victims and by the US Virgin Islands that
- 16:35JP Morgan is financially liable for Epstein's abuse of girls
- 16:40and women because it continued to do business with them
- 16:43for at least six years after he was first charged
- 16:46with sex crimes in Florida. And not just that. It
- 16:49wasn't that they were just his bank, you know, his
- 16:51local branch. They were intimately involved with the guy going
- 16:55to his house, dunking their nuts in his jacuzzi, having
- 16:59some quote unquote ut white wine. You know all of that,
- 17:03and these fools over at JP Morgan might be using
- 17:06some revisionist history, but let's not forget who Jess Staley
- 17:10was working for when all of this was happening. If
- 17:13you go and do something stupid while you're working for
- 17:16a company, you're gonna know about it. But Jess Staley, well,
- 17:19he can go have sleepovers at a sex offender's house
- 17:22and his boss, Jamie Diamond, has no idea what's going on.
- 17:26JP Morgan denies these claims and has sued Jess Staley,
- 17:29a former senior executive at the bank and later Barclay's CEO,
- 17:34saying he hid Epstein's crimes to keep Epstein as a client.
- 17:38JP Morgan has also filed a counterclaim against the US
- 17:42Virgin Islands government claiming that the sex trafficker maintained a
- 17:46quid pro quo relationship with some of the territory's highest
- 17:50officials over two decades. Those aren't claims, that's fact. That's
- 17:56all documented fact, and the US Virgin Islands has done
- 18:00woon gots about it. But somehow they're packing away one
- 18:04hundred and five million dollars. You know how much money
- 18:06that is. How many lives could have that changed amongst
- 18:10these survivors. How about that money going to people who
- 18:14were actually abused by Jeffrey Epstein. I know, novel idea,
- 18:18but wouldn't that be nice? So when you add up
- 18:21the fact that the US government already took the lion's
- 18:24share of the fund because of you know, taxes, and
- 18:28then you add on top of it the little bit
- 18:31of sprinkle action here that the US Virgin Islands government
- 18:34got on top of it, and like usual, guess who's
- 18:37walking away with a fat ass pocket. That's right, folks,
- 18:41Uncle Sam. And the grossest part about that for me
- 18:44is not only the government of the US Virgin Islands,
- 18:47but the negligence shown by the US government itself. So
- 18:52that money that they took in taxes. Enjoy it while
- 18:54it lasts, because I'm guessing that eventually there's gonna be
- 18:57a lawsuit against the FBI, the same same way there
- 19:00was with Larry Nasser. And once that happens, we're looking
- 19:04at another easy five hundred million dollar payout. So that's
- 19:08another thing that the American taxpayer is going to be
- 19:11on the hook for because of the incompetence that we
- 19:14see in these agencies. Those claims center on Cecil DeJong,
- 19:19wife of former US Virgin Islands Governor John DeJong, who
- 19:23JP Morgan says facilitated Epstein's abuse of women and girls
- 19:28by helping him influence local politicians, dodge the territories sex
- 19:32offender law, and obtain work and visas for his victims.
- 19:37Imagine that must be nice to be the man, huh,
- 19:40show up down there in the US Virgin Islands, throwing
- 19:43your money around even though you're a sex predator. No
- 19:47big deal as long as you're going to stuff someone's
- 19:49pocket with a few bucks. In the four hundred and
- 19:52sixteen page deposition, Diamond said that an email from Epstein's
- 19:57office that suggested he was scheduled to meet with with
- 20:00Epstein and Staley at Epstein's townhouse was inaccurate. I have
- 20:04never had an appointment with Jeff Epstein. I've never met
- 20:08Jeff Epstein. I never knew Jeff Epstein. I never went
- 20:12to Epstein's house. I never had a meal with them.
- 20:15I have no idea what they're referring to here, Diamond said.
- 20:19I don't think Jeff ever arranged for me to meet
- 20:21with anybody, to my knowledge, He added, I don't think,
- 20:24to my knowledge, always given himself away to weasel out.
- 20:28And this is what happens when you're coached up and
- 20:31your lawyers sit down with you and they start earning
- 20:33that two thousand dollars an hour that JP Morgan Chase
- 20:37is paying them. But Diamond said he regretted that the bank,
- 20:41now the world's largest in terms of assets, had continued
- 20:44to do business with Epstein after he pleaded guilty to
- 20:47the crime he pleaded guilty to. He we unfortunately continued
- 20:52to bank with them, yes, Diamond said. According to the deposition,
- 20:56Diamond painted a picture in which senior executives at the
- 20:59bank had not discussed one of the bank's most problematic clients,
- 21:03and suggested that responsibility for exiting Epstein lay with the
- 21:08bank's general counsel Steve Cutler. Cutler had warned in a
- 21:12twenty eleven email that Epstein is not an honorable person
- 21:17in any way, he should not be a client. JP
- 21:20Morgan's asset management chief Mary Erdos said in an earlier
- 21:24deposition that she had only met Epstein twice, the second
- 21:28of those was to dismiss him after Staley had left
- 21:32the bank. Diamond also said he thought Cutler and Erdos
- 21:36were trying to do the right thing. Oh yeah, of
- 21:38course they were. Everyone was doing the right thing, but
- 21:41Jess Staley, he was the one bad apple in the bunch.
- 21:44The rest of us over here at JP Morgan, well,
- 21:47you know, we're all great people and we'd never ever
- 21:50do business with undesirable pieces of shit. I mean, the
- 21:53financial sector historically has never done that, right right. Daily's
- 22:00deposition has not been taken by plaintiffs in the case,
- 22:03but could come as soon as next week. He has
- 22:06claimed in legal papers that he spoke with Diamond about
- 22:09keeping Epstein as a client. So this is where it's
- 22:12gonna get messy for all these parties involved. They're going
- 22:16to have to figure out who's lying here. Is Jess
- 22:19Staley telling the truth. Is Jamie Diamond fabricating history so
- 22:24that JP Morgan comes out of this looking bad but
- 22:27not absolutely terrible? Probably a little bit of both. But
- 22:31I have a hard time believing that Jess Staley and
- 22:34Jamie Diamond never sat down for a conversation about one
- 22:38of their biggest clients and the guy with a checkered past.
- 22:41You would think that that would be something that Diamond
- 22:44would be interested in. Diamond was asked that if he
- 22:47had known in twenty ten that Epstein was a sex
- 22:50trafficker and clients of the bank withdrawing large amounts of
- 22:54cash each month between nineteen ninety eight and twenty thirteen,
- 22:58would he, in general counsel have acted to drop Epstein.
- 23:02I think everyone involved, had they known then what is
- 23:05known today, including me, would have taken that position. He said, Well,
- 23:10Jess Daley knew, and who else knew? How many of
- 23:13these other bankers thought it was funny what they never
- 23:16sat around and talked about what they did over at
- 23:18Jeffy's house. Give me a break already. In one exchange,
- 23:23Diamond was asked if he knew about a transfer of
- 23:25funds from Epstein's account to Glenn Maxwell, who also banked
- 23:30with JP Morgan, and those funds were used to purchase
- 23:33a helicopter to transport girls to his private island. Diamond responded,
- 23:38I didn't know then, and I don't really know now.
- 23:40Of course you don't. I don't know anything. Richest man
- 23:43in the world, most powerful man in banking, but he
- 23:46doesn't know shit. In response to Diamond's deposition, Brad Edwards,
- 23:51lawyer for the unnamed victim or Jane Doe in the
- 23:54USVII suit, said it had become clear that Epstein could
- 23:58not have run his sex track operation without the help
- 24:01of JP Morgan. Conveniently, each banker points a finger at
- 24:05the other, claiming the hot potato was someone else's fault.
- 24:09Regardless how unbelievable the finger pointing or a purported lack
- 24:13of knowledge is. Responsibility rests with the bank one hundred percent.
- 24:18At the end of the day, all of these people
- 24:20were employed by the bank, so the bank holds responsibility
- 24:24for what went on. Doesn't seem like it's that difficult,
- 24:28But when you're dealing with people like JP Morgan, Jamie Diamond,
- 24:32Jess Daley and the bags of money that they're throwing around,
- 24:36everything becomes difficult. All the waters get muddy. So all
- 24:40you can do is continue to swim through those muddy
- 24:43waters looking for clarity. And that's what we'll continue to
- 24:46do each and every day here on the podcast. All right, folks,
- 24:51that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 24:52information that goes with the episode can be found in
- 24:56the description box. Today we go back to twenty fifteen
- 25:00and an article from Newsweek. The headline of the article
- 25:03is Jeffrey Epstein, the sex offender who mixes with princes
- 25:06and premiers. We're gonna dive right into this article this afternoon.
- 25:10We're not gonna waste any time with long monologues or
- 25:13any of that jazz. We're just gonna dive right in.
- 25:16But first, if you would like to contact me, you
- 25:18can do that at Bobbykapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
- 25:21bobbycap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. Even by the
- 25:28standards of the British royal family, the case of Prince
- 25:31Andrew and the sex trafficked Girl is a peculiar one.
- 25:34An American woman named Virginia Roberts, now a married, thirty
- 25:38one year old mother of three, has filed an affid
- 25:40David in a Florida federal court in which he swears
- 25:43in gruesome detail that the late press baron and in
- 25:46pension fiddler Robert Maxwell's daughter Gilaine, recruited her to satisfy
- 25:51the sexual needs of billionaire financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and
- 25:56his friends. Those friends, according to Roberts, included the Duke
- 25:59of York, hansy Andy Now the fifth in line to
- 26:03the throne I think ninth now, and celebrity lawyer Alan
- 26:06the Cripkeeper Dershowitz Buckingham Palace have denied everything more than once.
- 26:12Dershowitz is suing. From nineteen ninety nine onward, when she
- 26:15was just fifteen, Virginia spent much of her time on
- 26:18Epstein's Boeing seven twenty seven, nicknamed the Lolita Express, on
- 26:22an unsavory kind of world tour that included, she says,
- 26:26an orgy with Andrew on Epstein's private island of Little
- 26:30Saint James, or Little Saint Jeff's as it's become known,
- 26:33or Orgy Island as we call it. One of the
- 26:38many extraordinary things about this sordid story that Jackie Collins
- 26:41would blush to create, aside from the fact that Andrew
- 26:44chose to refer to it all over the World Economic
- 26:47Forum in Davos, of all places, but then was unable
- 26:50to keep his cool. When asked if he would be
- 26:52making a statement under oath, he walked out of the
- 26:54room without answering. Is that Andrew would be friends with
- 26:56Jeffrey Epstein in the first place? Isn't that what I've
- 26:59been saying? Why would you be friends with this man
- 27:01in the first place? And that's interesting to know that
- 27:04in Davos he walked out when asked if he was
- 27:06going to make a statement under oath. I thought that
- 27:08he was willing to help boy. Four years Sure change everything,
- 27:11don't they? But then again, as both Bill Clinton and
- 27:18Stephen Hawking have been to Little Saint James as part
- 27:20of Epstein's circle, he was hardly alone around Epstein. The
- 27:24question hovers, who exactly is this man who makes such
- 27:28powerful friends and how does he do it? The sixty
- 27:32two year old registered sex offender comes from a gritty
- 27:34background in Brooklyn, with no university degree and no clear
- 27:38explanation for his many millions. As he mixes with princes
- 27:41and premiers and lives in multiple mansions. His web runs
- 27:44wide and deep in politics, science, academia, and business, as
- 27:49well as royalty. And while we've seen that right in
- 27:52the four years since this article is a five years
- 27:55since this article has excuse me, four years since this
- 27:57article has been produced, we have seen all of the
- 27:59people involved. We have seen the scumbaggery. And we all
- 28:03know that every one of these people who denied it,
- 28:06I've never hung out of them, or we're not friends.
- 28:08We know that the evidence proves that they did. We
- 28:11know that the evidence is there saying that you were
- 28:13friendly with this man. Just come out and admit it.
- 28:17With these people not admitting that they were even friends
- 28:19with them, it automatically casts a shadow of doubt on
- 28:22everything else they talk about. Some presidents and princes, having
- 28:27acquired a taste for the trappings of high office or monarchy,
- 28:31find it hard to resist the allure of the private jet.
- 28:34Oh okay, so you got a private jet. Doesn't matter
- 28:36if you're a pedophile or you're diddling kids or anything.
- 28:39Hop on my private jet and all is forgiven. Folks
- 28:42will jet set around the world, will go take care
- 28:45of whatever your causes are, will fly to Africa, Asia,
- 28:50whatever you want, buddy. There were obviously other attractions for
- 28:56Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton. The private island in the
- 28:59Caribbean described my former staff as like a five star
- 29:02hotel where nobody paid, the pretty girls offering massages quote unquote,
- 29:07the on top chat about theoretical physics. But with his
- 29:10six hundred flying hours a year to play with usually
- 29:13with guests on board, Epstein had a lot of flight leverage,
- 29:17which is why in this unseemly saga, just as Prince
- 29:20Andrew is being forced to issue what feel like daily
- 29:23denials about accusations of having sex with an underage girl
- 29:26at mister Epstein's many houses, eye popping name surface in
- 29:30the Caribbean Sea. So for the last five years he's
- 29:36been just tounded by these questions, and just finally, just
- 29:40after the second arrest, he steps back from public life.
- 29:43What did he know? What did Gulaine Maxwell tell him?
- 29:47My assumption, here's my guess. Gilaine told him that they
- 29:50were no longer being protected by the intelligence agencies. Once
- 29:53Prince Andrew found that out and knew that he was
- 29:55no longer going to get that protection. As well as
- 29:58being a royal, he had to step back and try
- 30:00and get some of the attention off of himself. Stephen Hawking,
- 30:06attending a conference paid for by Epstein, was pictured at
- 30:08a barbecue on the island of Sin as it has
- 30:11become known, with him in one picture where David Gross,
- 30:14an American physicist and Nobel laureate and Harvard professor, called
- 30:18Lisa Randall. Two other Nobel laureates, Jared Tohouft and Frank Wilchek,
- 30:24have visited too, as has Professor Lawrence Krauss, and on
- 30:27other occasions his great friend, scientist Martin Nowak, who moved
- 30:31from Princeton Princeton to Harvard and with whose research he
- 30:35was funded. Jeffrey Epstein funded just about all of this
- 30:39guy's research, all right, this Noak guy. He gave him
- 30:42all sorts of dough to do whatever the hell he wanted.
- 30:46And the kicker, the kicker. Everybody knew what Epstein was.
- 30:50These scientists knew what he was. Epstein mixes with the
- 30:54elite of the science world because he was a calculus
- 30:57and physics teacher. Okay born and raised in Coney Island,
- 31:02he attended some classes in physics and mathematical physiology of
- 31:06the heart, though he never graduated from anywhere. When he
- 31:09taught at Dalton School, a private school in New York
- 31:12between seventy three and seventy five, part of the Epstein
- 31:15mythology goes a parent was so impressed with his dead
- 31:18poet society type, enthusiasm, mathematical ability, and imagination that he
- 31:23suggested he moved to Wall Street. Sorry, folks, I never
- 31:26bought that from the beginning. I never bought that from
- 31:29the beginning. Okay, he was strategically placed there, and this
- 31:33is the cover story. So after a stint at bear Stearns,
- 31:37he became a financial advisor to the extremely rich. It
- 31:40was said that only billionaires needed to apply, though only
- 31:44one client, Les Wexner, owner of Victoria's Secret, was known
- 31:47by name. His friends would always insist he was incredibly
- 31:51clever and free thinking, while others find him arrogant and awkward,
- 31:56and then others of us find him repugnant, disgusting and gross.
- 32:00That would be where I'm at. Disgusting, gross, repugnant, get
- 32:04rid of him. I'm glad he's dead, but not like that.
- 32:10I didn't want him to die before he answered questions right.
- 32:15Within a matter of years, the school teacher turned tycoon
- 32:17was living the life of the American billionaire, with a
- 32:20villa in Palm Beach, a ranch in New Mexico, an
- 32:23apartment in Paris, as well as Little Saint James, and
- 32:26what looks like the largest private house in New York. Boy,
- 32:30what a rise to the sun. Huh? What a rise
- 32:33up from obscurity, all on his own, no college degree,
- 32:38no degrees in physics, never worked on Wall Street, none
- 32:41of that. But all of a sudden, Jeffrey Epstein just
- 32:45shows up and he's the man. Huh. He's the one
- 32:48that's getting all these clients. He's the one that's getting
- 32:52all these business deals. Why. There's no answer for why.
- 32:59He didn't have the track record that would you would
- 33:01think that somebody who is cultivating these huge, huge, huge, huge,
- 33:06huge financial whizzes, he didn't have anything that would say, Hey,
- 33:11I'm come throw your money over here with me, put
- 33:14your money with me, and trust me to make money
- 33:16for you. There was nothing in his past that said that. Nothing.
- 33:24Last time I walked past it in the snow, the
- 33:26pavement were covered with ice. Everywhere apart from outside his house.
- 33:29The pavement is heated to make sure they never freeze over.
- 33:32But even amongst this extreme wealth and luxury, the financier,
- 33:36pedophile and casual clothes. He never wears a suit, was
- 33:40never a high profile socialite or keen on much interaction. Okay,
- 33:46then Gilayne Maxwell came into his life. Well, what do
- 33:48you know? Huh? Gilayne shows up and all of a sudden,
- 33:51Jeffrey Epstein has that access. She is just as guilty
- 33:55as Jeffrey Epstein. Folks. Why she is still running around
- 33:58is just I'll never know where Epstein might gravitate towards scientists.
- 34:03She served up Prince Andrew, as it were, in whose
- 34:06circles she'd mixed for years. Thus it was that Epstein
- 34:09and Maxwell went shooting at Sandringham. Epstein could talk to
- 34:13science for hours, but his manners were unusual in a
- 34:15host staff, excuse me, more unusual in a host staff.
- 34:19On Little Saint James said he only picked that food,
- 34:21never drank, and got up at dawn. Whereas Gielaine had
- 34:24her father's bombastic charisma. Leaving aside the question of whether
- 34:28she served as his madam and joined in the underage
- 34:31sex herself, as has been alleged, she certainly oiled in
- 34:35the social wheels for him. No, it's not alleged. We
- 34:39know that she did that, all right. I'm sorry the
- 34:41alleged stuff, I'm not buying it. If she wasn't guilty
- 34:45of this, don't you think she would be standing from
- 34:46every mountaintop saying that she's not guilty instead of hiding
- 34:51so on, Little Saint James Lord Mandelssohn and his boyfriend
- 34:54Ronaldo came to visit. Other friends included Donald Trump and
- 34:57Kevin Spacey. For years, the court of Jeffrey Epstein's courtesy
- 35:01of Gilaan, Maxwell was thriving with the powerbrokers, thinkers and players,
- 35:06but as one who knew them both for years, says,
- 35:08Gilaane used the fact she knew other people to seduce
- 35:11powerful people. But it boils down to this, what exactly
- 35:16did these men see in this private jet, private island
- 35:19owning weirdo? They didn't want to play scrabble? So what
- 35:22do you think? And that is exactly what it boils
- 35:25down to, folks. Nobody was there to play scrabble, like
- 35:27I've said a million times, Nobody's there to talk about
- 35:29the weather. Nobody was there to socialize, all right, people
- 35:33were in Jeffrey Epstein's orbit because he provided them a service.
- 35:36He provided them girls. Now, did all of these people
- 35:39know these girls were underage? I don't know. I don't know.
- 35:42But that doesn't make it any better. That does not
- 35:44make it any better. If you're having relations with a
- 35:47girl who's being trafficked and a sex ring, well you're
- 35:50a piece of shit, my friend, You're a scumbag, and
- 35:52you need to answer questions. And hopefully, hopefully, as we
- 35:58keep the pressure up with Andrew being the first domino
- 36:00to fall, there will be questions answered by these incredibly
- 36:04scummy people in the future. And that's the plan. Folks,
- 36:09foot on the gas all the way down, pedal to
- 36:12the metal, zero stopping like it's the autobond. We're coming
- 36:18for them all. Every single person named in these documents
- 36:21is going to have to answer hard questions or we
- 36:23will not stop, not stop reporting on it until that occurs.
- 36:28All right, everybody, I'll be back later on for the
- 36:31daily drop. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 36:33do that at Bobby Kapucci at proton mail dot com.
- 36:36That's bo b b Y c ap Ucci at ProtonMail
- 36:40dot com. So Judge Presca, keeping to our schedule has
- 36:46unsealed some more documents, folks. Now again, I'll caution you,
- 36:52like the other batches that we've received, I doubt there'll
- 36:56be any bombshells in here. But what I do think
- 36:59will we'll see are more building blocks for the foundation.
- 37:04And what I mean by that is more evidence, right
- 37:08that you can refer back to, more evidence that might
- 37:12fill in a gap here or there, and certainly a
- 37:19whole entire shit show of Maxwell bending the truth according
- 37:27to prosecutors. But as far as gigantic bombshells, I would
- 37:34rein in all expectations for that, folks. Now, I'm getting
- 37:39ready to go through all of these documents. I haven't
- 37:42done that yet. I figured i'd hop in the studio
- 37:44real quick, we'd get the update out, and then I'd
- 37:49try and power through those documents and see what's what.
- 37:53But before we do that, we'll do a bit of
- 37:55an overview here and we'll see what the Daily Mail
- 38:01is talking about. This article is from the Daily Mail
- 38:05headline Glene Maxwell is mocked by Virginia Roberts lawyers for
- 38:10having total amnesia after claiming she couldn't recall taking flight
- 38:15with Epstein's accuser even though log showed they flew twenty
- 38:19three times together, newly unsealed document show I mean, you
- 38:25gotta have one hell of a case of amnesia. Huh.
- 38:28I'm talking got hit on your head, got a concussion,
- 38:33fell asleep, woke up, thought you were somebody else, like
- 38:38Goldie Hawn and overboard. I mean, it defies the imagination
- 38:44that anyone could possibly believe the bullshit she's spinning. If
- 38:48she can't even be honest about meeting Virginia, what makes
- 38:52you think she's going to be honest about any part
- 38:55of the whole, entire sordid relationship. I'm not giving her
- 39:02the benefit of the doubt. And that's another thing these
- 39:06depositions expose. It exposes how loose they all are with
- 39:12the truth, even under oath. And Glene Maxwell, well, that's
- 39:21not just me assuming that that's the prosecutors believing that
- 39:27so much so that they nailed her with perjury charges.
- 39:30So I think it's safe to assume that you're not
- 39:34the only one looking at Glaine Maxwell's deposition and saying
- 39:37to yourself as you read it, God damn, she's lying.
- 39:41The prosecutors also feel the same way. Obviously, this article
- 39:48was authored by Emily Crane and Daniel Bates. I mean,
- 39:53I know I've mentioned this before, but the Daily Mail
- 39:56is the undisputed champ for headlines. I mean, have you
- 40:01ever seen another outlet that runs headlines this long? It
- 40:04tells you basically the whole entire story, but just the
- 40:07headline and then the bullet points. I mean, we could
- 40:09do a quick fire on just the headline and the
- 40:13bullet points for these Daily Mail stories. It's insane. Glenn
- 40:18Maxwell was mocked for having total amnesia after claiming in
- 40:22a deposition that she couldn't recall taking a single flight
- 40:25with Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts, even though the flight
- 40:29logs show Maxwell traveling with Roberts more than twenty three
- 40:34times on the Pedophiles private jet. Newly unsealed court documents
- 40:38reveal dozens of files were unsealed overnight by a federal
- 40:43judge in New York in relation to Maxwell's ongoing sex
- 40:47trafficking case. Now we all know that Presca has been
- 40:50on quite the schedule here. Judge Presca has said that
- 40:55this stuff was getting unsealed, she gave a timeline for it,
- 40:59and and it's been pretty steadfast with the way she's
- 41:04stuck to this timeline. We've gotten trench after trench, dump
- 41:08after dump, and it's happened every I don't know, other
- 41:12month or so. But again, the more documents that are
- 41:18out there, the more court documents that are out there,
- 41:21the more unassailable the narrative becomes right. Because here's the thing.
- 41:28When you're someone like Gallaine Maxwell or Jeffrey Epstein or
- 41:32anyone involved with their criminal enterprise, they have to come
- 41:38up with a narrative, right, they have to make one up.
- 41:43But when you have the truth, well, the truth is
- 41:48the narrative. And when that's the case, you send these
- 41:52people scurrying for their holes. You notice it's not about
- 41:56innocence or guilt. It's always the technicality. It's always the loophole.
- 42:01It's always this, that or the other thing. It's never well,
- 42:05I'll see you in court because they don't want that.
- 42:08They don't want to go to court to argue their case.
- 42:11They don't want to go to court to try and
- 42:14approve that Gallaine Maxwell's innocent. It's like climbing Mount Everest
- 42:19with no shoes on folks at this point, so they're
- 42:22gonna work for that technicality. They're gonna work for that loophole,
- 42:25and you better believe they're in overdrive looking for it.
- 42:33The majority of the fifty two files are related to
- 42:36a long settled defamation lawsuit filed in twenty sixteen by
- 42:41Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts after Maxwell called her a liar. Boy,
- 42:46that was a big mistake, Hungu. Lane. Thought you were
- 42:48gonna flex, thought you were gonna come out in public
- 42:51and try and defend yourself. And you thought all of
- 42:54your little buddies in the media, who make sure that
- 42:57your reputation stays nice and untarnished, would run with it,
- 43:00didn't you. So let's go out and call her a liar.
- 43:03Page six will call her a liar for me? Oh well,
- 43:05maybe Vicky Ward'll do it. You know, obviously that's a
- 43:10little tongue in cheek. That's you know, she didn't employ
- 43:13Vicky Ward to do that. But you get the gist. Right,
- 43:17With the way the media is and the media was,
- 43:19Glenn Maxwell felt emboldened to call Virginia a liar. She
- 43:23thought nothing would ever come of it. She thought she
- 43:26was untouchable. Well you thought wrong. Roberts, who is now
- 43:33thirty seven has long claim that Maxwell and Epstein recruited
- 43:36and then trafficked her when she was just seventeen. Among
- 43:40the documents that were un sealed overnight was Maxwell's efforts
- 43:44to quash requests from Roberts attorneys to obtain her financial
- 43:48records after Robert's suitor for fifty million dollars. Well, hell yeah,
- 43:53they're gonna try and make sure nobody has access to
- 43:55those financials. They don't want to pay one single red
- 43:58cent more than they have to, right So, if they
- 44:01can stash all that money off shore, if they can
- 44:04stash all that money in you know, Saint CrOx, well,
- 44:08why should they tell anyone what she's worth or what
- 44:12she has. They'll just give you a little running total, right,
- 44:16a little touch of what she's working with. Oh yeah,
- 44:19this is the money in the banks. Meanwhile, we know
- 44:22that there's a fortune stored offshore. I mean, all right,
- 44:25I shouldn't say we know, because I don't have the
- 44:28direct financials pointing to that, receipts and whatnot. But considering
- 44:33who we're dealing with and considering how they conducted business,
- 44:36I think it's safe to say that Glain Maxwell was
- 44:39not left holding the bag. If you were, and that
- 44:42Gallan Maxwell probably has a nest egg stashed away somewhere.
- 44:50Robert's attorneys argue that obtaining Maxwell's records were relevant to
- 44:54show a financial link to Epstein. Yeah, that would be nice. Huh.
- 44:57Imagine if the Feds would do that. Imagine and if
- 45:00they'd established that financial link and then we'd get some
- 45:03rico charges. You would think that the predicates are littering
- 45:07this whole entire case. You would think that maybe, just
- 45:11maybe the government would want to go harden the paint
- 45:15on human traffickers who were, you know, abusing children. You
- 45:19would think that maybe the government would want to make
- 45:23an example of these people for once. But then you
- 45:26get slapped back into reality and you say to yourself, oh, yeah,
- 45:29that's right. The government Epstein all one and the same.
- 45:33And I know that's sad to say, but the evidence
- 45:38is there, right. Look, you have to be naive if
- 45:41you think Epstein was not being run as an asset
- 45:43by the intelligence services. You even have the article out
- 45:47and Rolling Stone. I know it's done by Vicky Ward,
- 45:50but what it does is it shoots it out there
- 45:53into the legacy media. It just mainline that shit right
- 45:56into the vein of the unsullied, all of the stuff
- 46:00that we've talked about, you know, him being an asset, this, that,
- 46:03the other thing, and then you have the other narrative
- 46:09being pushed by you know who. Oh that's conspiracy theory stuff. Yeah, right, Okay.
- 46:17I think a lot of these people who want to
- 46:19run around and talk about conspiracy theories, I think a
- 46:22lot of them, the news people have lost their ability
- 46:26to do so by peddling conspiracy theories themselves, by using
- 46:31circular reporting, by not going after their own sources and
- 46:36validating it, and just relying on other people's work. That's
- 46:45the cycle, that's the BS that we get caught up in,
- 46:50and the legacy media should be ashamed of itself. In
- 46:56court documents, Robert's attorney said Maxwell was militia due to
- 47:00an extraordinary lack of memory about her involvement in the abuse.
- 47:05For instance, Maxwell cannot even recall a single flight on
- 47:09Epstein's private jet with Miss Roberts, even though flight logs
- 47:13show that Maxwell had twenty three flights with Miss Roberts
- 47:17while Miss Roberts was under age. The attorney said, according
- 47:22to the court documents, so again, I don't know how
- 47:27anyone can try and set it up as if Maxwell
- 47:30isn't a devious scumbag, and to try and go and
- 47:37run with a technicality or a loophole and trying to
- 47:42hold the Bill Cosby situation next to it as a
- 47:46comparison is just one of the most ludicrous things I've
- 47:49ever seen. The only similarities the case even shares is
- 47:56the fact that it has to do with sexual assault,
- 48:01but they'll use anything, right. Maxwell's team and her now
- 48:05former lawyer Oscar David Marcus now former lawyer. Right, that's
- 48:09funny how that works. Dude gets his ass slapped by
- 48:13the prosecutors and then all of a sudden, he's a
- 48:16former lawyer for Maxwell. So what now? You could be
- 48:19a mouthpiece for her. Guess what, bro breaking news. You're
- 48:23just a surrogate for Maxwell. That's all You've ever been.
- 48:27The thing that you cry about, the thing that you
- 48:30bitch and moan about. Oh, Maxwell's being jagged in the media.
- 48:34You're the same thing, homie. You're a surrogate, just on
- 48:37the other side. We all know that this is a war,
- 48:40a battle for information, a battle for control of the narrative,
- 48:45and what you clowns can't stand is that people have
- 48:48finally had enough and they've decided to take to the
- 48:51center of the octagon, bite down on their mouthpiece and
- 48:54swing back. And you bullies can't stand it. You have
- 49:00had free reign for a way too long, had run
- 49:03of the roost, bullying whoever you wanted, however you want it,
- 49:07with the clowns in the media helping you. Well, guess
- 49:11what you've done. Run into some people you can bully now.
- 49:17And one of my favorite statements is, you fucked around,
- 49:22and now you found out. Not everybody's gonna be pushed around,
- 49:27not everybody's gonna be intimidated, Not everybody is gonna dance
- 49:34to your tune. And the quicker, these people understand that.
- 49:40The quicker people like Oscar David Marcus, understand that the
- 49:44better off everybody will be because guess what, technicalities and
- 49:48loophole's homie are not going to happen. You want to
- 49:53get your client off, You're gonna have to do it
- 49:55the old fashioned way, my friend, and that is in
- 49:58the courtroom. Good luck. Her attorneys also went on to
- 50:05argue that Maxwell could not recall the circumstances under which
- 50:08a photo was taken of her Roberts and another person
- 50:11who's named was redacted from court documents. Prince Andrew the
- 50:15Joe exotica of the Windsor family. He's never met a
- 50:20Virginia either though. Oh ha ha, I was having pizza
- 50:24and woking. That picture never happened. That's fake, believe me,
- 50:28not the evidence that you see. Ha ha ha. These
- 50:32people are ridiculous. I mean, are you for real right now?
- 50:36You think that normal people who struggle every day to
- 50:40put food on the table or buying these excuses from you,
- 50:47Even with your buddies in the medium massaging the story,
- 50:50nobody's buying it anymore. Hell, even the blue check marks
- 50:55are starting the wake up on Twitter. Based on Maxwell's
- 51:01convenient and near total amnesia about documented incriminating events alone,
- 51:06are reasonable, Jerry could find that she acted deliberately and
- 51:10maliciously when she arranged for false and defamatory statements about
- 51:14Miss Roberts to be transmitted literally around the globe, The
- 51:18lawyers argued, according to court documents, so Glene Maxwell's out
- 51:24here spinning all sorts of tales about Virginia. Meanwhile, she's
- 51:27lying about the very basics of the whole entire encounter.
- 51:32So How in the hell do you expect me to
- 51:35believe the bipedal serpent. It's just not gonna happen. I've
- 51:42been on this earth long enough to understand that most
- 51:46people are bullshitting you. It's an unfortunate fact in my folks,
- 51:50all right. Most people are tossing you the line. And
- 51:55when you're dealing with people like Maxwell, you can times
- 51:58that by about a million. Again, you mean nothing to
- 52:03people like this building on decades of You're not even
- 52:07a piece on a chessboard. You are literally, you know,
- 52:12the saying, cannon fodder. That's exactly what you are. The
- 52:18court documents were among those unsealed overnight in New York
- 52:22after Judge Loretta Presca ruled last month that files, some
- 52:26of which included Maxwell's personal affairs, should be made public
- 52:30because Judge Fresca is not messing around one of the
- 52:33few judges in this whole entire ordeal who has slapped
- 52:36Maxwell in her team over and over and over again,
- 52:39repeatedly in the courtroom and told them to kick rocks.
- 52:44Like to see a lot more of that. Too many times,
- 52:47people like Maxwell and other so called elites are able
- 52:52to dog walk the whole entire situation in the courtroom,
- 52:57in control of everything. Just look at just look at
- 52:59how Epstein was able to control everything down in Florida.
- 53:04The judge rule that unsealing the documents would not impact
- 53:07Maxwell's right to a fair trial in November, as her
- 53:10lawyers have claimed. Maxwell's lawyers, well, they were opposed to
- 53:14the move. Yeah, you think, of course they were. They've
- 53:18been opposed to everything this whole entire time. And again,
- 53:23I don't mean to be a broken record here, but
- 53:26it's because they're looking for loopholes and technicalities. There is
- 53:30no way in hell they want to face the jury.
- 53:33You really think they want Annie Farmer sitting on the
- 53:37testifying against them or any of these other girls that
- 53:40are gonna come forward. They understand the extreme jeopardy that
- 53:46their client is in, and that's why they'll try and
- 53:49proclaim extreme prejudice of the jury pool. We've seen this
- 53:55dance before, We've seen this episode of this show before,
- 54:01and folks, I'm tired of reruns. A number of the
- 54:11unsealed court documents related to Robert's attempts to obtain emails
- 54:14that Maxwell had exchanged with the likes of Epstein and
- 54:18his attorney and friend Alan I kept my underpants on Dershowitz.
- 54:23Robert's attorneys accused Maxwell of refusing to hand over the emails. Yeah,
- 54:28that shouldn't shock anybody. And furthermore, how many email handles
- 54:32does Maxwell have? You know she has some hidden emails
- 54:35and nobody knows about stop it. See. I don't put
- 54:39anything past people like this. This is a sinister ass
- 54:42woman in my opinion. Here folks, people can try and
- 54:46set her up however they want. But for me, she's
- 54:49called calculating and had a leadership role in Jeffrey Epstein's
- 54:54criminal organization. And if you have a leadership role, say
- 54:58in a crew connected to the mof you, you get an
- 55:01enhanced sentence. So I want to see an enhanced sentence
- 55:04for Glenn Maxwell as well for her leadership role. How
- 55:07about that. I am not happy with the charges that
- 55:11are that have been slapped on her. I want more
- 55:20in court. In court documents, they noted that Maxwell had
- 55:23previously claimed that she had a practice of deleting emails
- 55:27after they have been read. Yeah, no shit, practice. You
- 55:29learn from your handlers. I bet I bet you. You
- 55:32also had a little uh bucket next to your bed
- 55:35where you could light papers on fire too. I mean,
- 55:39that's what people do, right that are in her position.
- 55:41That's what assets do when they want to get rid
- 55:43of information, right. The attorneys allege that Maxwell had intentionally
- 55:52deleted emails from Epstein and requested permission to forensically examine
- 55:56Maxwell's computers and emails to access any relevant data. Responding
- 56:02to those requests, Maxwell's lawyers argued in a separate court
- 56:05document that some of the email were protected under attorney
- 56:08client privilege because they also included their legal teams and
- 56:12discussions about the defamation lawsuit. Maxwell's attorneys argue the arguments
- 56:17to forensically search your computer and emails was meritless. And
- 56:22while i'd usually defer and say that I agree with
- 56:25that honestly, but in this case, where Maxwell has been
- 56:28so devious, in such a forked tongue serpent, you have
- 56:33to have the court order things like that, or else
- 56:36you're not gonna be sure what the hell really happened here.
- 56:39Because we all know that Maxwell has been playing loose
- 56:42with the truth forever. So when you hear about these
- 56:51unsealed documents, and you hear about these emails that were
- 56:54supposedly deleted. I think it's only proper and only right
- 56:57that a forensic team comes in and takes a look.
- 57:01Maxwell's attorney argued the argue the argument to forensically search
- 57:06her computer and emails was meritless. The documents are part
- 57:10of a transch of material that has been gradually released
- 57:13since the start of the year. The British socialite co
- 57:17conspirator General all Around Scuzbag, fellow child abuser and bipedal Serpent,
- 57:21is charged with procuring four teenage girls for Epstein to
- 57:25sexually abused between nineteen ninety four and two thousand and four.
- 57:30She is also charged with perjury over testimony she gave
- 57:33during a July twenty sixteen deposition in the defamation case
- 57:38involving Roberts. Roberts claims Maxwell recruited her when she was
- 57:43just sixteen and took her to Epstein to be repeatedly
- 57:46raped and abused, including by Prince Andrew aka the Joe
- 57:50Exotic of the Winsor family, which he denies. Oh yeah,
- 57:54he denies it. The question is do you believe his
- 57:56denial though I don't know anybody who does, maybe four
- 57:59or five people on Twitter or something like that, But
- 58:01for the most part, everybody understands that this dude's a scoundrel.
- 58:07The defamation case was settled in twenty seventeen, but after
- 58:11a request from the media organization, the documents are gradually
- 58:14being unsealed. Maxwell was arrested in July last year and
- 58:18has pleaded guilty to the charges. So there you have it, folks,
- 58:23the documents are being unsealed in a timely manner like
- 58:26PRESCA promised. They're starting to roll in and they provide
- 58:31more building blocks moving forward. I'm going to dive into
- 58:35all of those later on, see what they have, what
- 58:37they hold for us, See what's in there, what kind
- 58:39of gems are in there, what sort of building blocks
- 58:42are in there, and then we'll discuss whatever you know
- 58:46I find that is interesting or is a little golden
- 58:50nugget that we might have missed. Besides that, I'll be
- 58:55back later on today for sure, with a couple more episodes.
- 58:58There's a lot going on, so be on the lookout
