  always wanted to do the Green Day thing where I just like drag

  people up. On stage and be like this is

  like an unknown fan. So you don't know us big like,

  You don't know any of us. So like so that was like a but

  Basically like it happens all the time to Steel Panther brings

  a kid on stage who somehow knows their entire thing and plays it

  perfectly. And that's when you find out,

  the kid has a YouTube channel and he's been playing drums

  like, yeah, he's been playing his whole life.

  He's like I'm playing the same song for forever.

  Like like they just put out one of their first records with like

  to be so I was pretty young and I just like fell in love with

  he's like, hey it's Jake, you want to do this tour, what's up?

  He's like you know, these songs And I'm pretty much just said,

  yes, almost immediately not thinking about like what I had

  done agreeing to go on tour and then I don't know the first time

  you've ever packed up a bag and whatnot.

  Or yeah. This is my first time playing in

  public almost almost almost at you.

  I think the first time you ever played in public was like every

  now and then Eddie would bring you on stage and you do like a

  Yeah, and then you did a coffee shop thing and then you play

  So that yeah, those were my first performance as we're like,

  Eddie would bring me up for a song and my mom would bring me

  because the one day my mom was like, hey do you want to like

  open for us and I was Like, I guess so.

  So I then I had to build a set and I never had a set.

  I just like, played like a song, like, two songs even.

  My pop had brought me up on stage like, well, they were,

  they were like playing and then they do like their intermittent

  break and he's like, you want to play like three songs while we

  like take a break. So, I play like three songs and

  like, I think at that time I was playing, like, ocean, man, like
• 11:04
  ween, like, just the most ridiculous stuff, but people
• 11:08
  would be like, why are you like, this is cool.

  But like, why are Are you playing this music?

  And like Ana's the music I want to hear live, like I just, I'm

  not like catering to anybody at that time.

  At the same time, like, the songs that I'm doing right now,

  Yeah, that's a beautiful thing about our local music scene man.

  And I go out on that first tour in.

  Even on that first tour we played a show in North Carolina

  with like there's a band assuming we survive we were

  sharks we were sharks ended up blowing up in there on Pure

  Noise Records assuming we survive as a big band and their

  lead singer is the lead singer of zebra head which was a big
• 13:57
  band in like to The early 2000s or whatever.

  So that was pretty crazy but acting with what the drummer of

  blood. Yeah, and we just did the, yeah
