- 0:02Well, welcome into a very exciting episode of the scene.
- 0:04Today, I'm joined by my new friend, Sammy Garrity from the brand catalyst.
- 0:08Welcome to the show, Sammy.
- 0:10I'm so excited to be here.
- 0:11Thank you.
- 0:13Well, I told him your name.
- 0:14Why don't you tell us what the brand catalyst is and and what it does?
- 0:18Oh my gosh.
- 0:19Well, I am the brand catalyst.
- 0:21My husband is the impact catalyst, and together, we are the impact catalysts.
- 0:26And we have two sides to our business.
- 0:28We have the impact catalyst, which is for entrepreneurs, business owners, change makers,
- 0:34people that are are really mission driven.
- 0:37They know that they have something bigger than themselves.
- 0:40It goes beyond just building a business now.
- 0:42They know there's a bigger calling and they wanna explore that and and really make an
- 0:48impact.
- 0:48And and I learned the hard way having had four near miss heart attacks in three and a half
- 0:54months chase and just walk away.
- 1:13Justin
- 1:20Sami, if you can hear
- 1:21me, I'm gonna
- 1:21I'm gonna stop you.
- 1:24Sammy, if you can hear me, I'm gonna stop you real quick just because you're I don't know if
- 1:28it's your connection or mine.
- 1:29It just totally went to and you're glitching out and everything was happening.
- 1:35So oh, no.
- 1:37And there you went.
- 1:38So I'm guessing it must have been yours.
- 1:44Well, welcome into a very exciting episode of the scene.
- 1:47I am your host, Bubba Starts, and with me today is Sammy Garrity from the brand catalyst.
- 1:52I'm so excited to be here.
- 1:54I really am.
- 1:55Thank you for for inviting me on your show.
- 1:59Well, it's my pleasure completely.
- 2:02And, we found each other through some Facebook groups, so we're just getting to know each
- 2:06other.
- 2:06So I've told them your name and your business, but why don't you tell us a little bit more
- 2:10about yourself and what you and your husband do?
- 2:13Oh, thank you.
- 2:14Well, my husband and I, we're on a real mission, to make an impact and to make our
- 2:20impact through those that we serve.
- 2:22I think that individually, we're one drop, but together, we can be the ocean.
- 2:26Right?
- 2:26And and the great thing about our experience over the years is I burned out big time when I
- 2:34was 38 and and I because I was I was trying to fill this hole inside of me.
- 2:41And I didn't know what that hole was, but I thought that success and money and fame would
- 2:47fill that hole.
- 2:49And then when I achieved all of that, I still felt empty and just spiritually bankrupt.
- 2:55I it still wasn't doing it.
- 2:58And and so I built five very big businesses over at the same time, had four Nimbus heart
- 3:04attacks in three and a half months.
- 3:06And that's when I realized, you know what?
- 3:08My heart is hurting for a reason.
- 3:09I need to just take a boop boop boop back here and just see, like, why?
- 3:14Why is this happening?
- 3:15You know, I'm I'm doing all the things that I thought I was meant to do to be able to feel
- 3:19the way I thought I was meant to feel, and yet I still feel empty.
- 3:23And and so, ultimately, I had to make a decision that I'd made myself so unhealthy
- 3:29chasing success that I needed to just take a complete time out.
- 3:33So I ended up selling my multimillion business for £1 so that I could just hand it over and
- 3:40walk away completely, you know, just be released to to to not have anything taking up
- 3:47that space in my brain and and see what what did God have in store for me.
- 3:52And, and so while I was waiting, it was that period of waiting, and I think that's the
- 3:57hardest time, isn't it?
- 3:58It's when you're between things.
- 4:00And I was in the that period of the in between thinking, well, you know, I what what am I
- 4:05meant to do?
- 4:06And at that time, I was a believer.
- 4:08I believed that there was something bigger, but I I didn't have a relationship with God at that
- 4:13time.
- 4:13And so I started to ask the universe because that's what everyone else seemed to be doing.
- 4:17And so I was asking the universe, alright, universe.
- 4:20What am I meant to be doing?
- 4:21And I wasn't getting an answer.
- 4:23So I thought, you know what?
- 4:23While I wait for the answer of what is my purpose, I'm gonna just use what I already
- 4:29know.
- 4:29And so I knew business.
- 4:30I knew how to build businesses, and I'd been, my qualifications were all in brand and
- 4:37branding and PR and marketing.
- 4:38I thought, you know what?
- 4:39I can teach some people how they can do it while I work out what my purpose is.
- 4:44So I set out because if I'm gonna do something, I go all in with it.
- 4:48And so I decided I was gonna build the world's largest brand building resource for
- 4:52entrepreneurs of purpose driven businesses.
- 4:54What I didn't realize was that would become my purpose, and and it was just, the most
- 4:59phenomenal journey.
- 5:00And over the last fourteen, years, we've we've done so many things.
- 5:05And, since we started that side of the business, the how to build a brand side, I
- 5:10mean, it took us all over the world speaking, running webinars, launching other companies
- 5:15around the world, and, being on documentaries, doing the most amazing things and supporting
- 5:20people.
- 5:21And in that process, I then met my now husband, Greg, and he was doing that.
- 5:25He was building seven businesses, and the two of us just met on that journey.
- 5:30But, you know, when you're in flow and you're going for it, there's a point where you start
- 5:36doing things because people tell you that's why don't you do this?
- 5:40Why don't you do that?
- 5:41And they start, you know, they start to have more of a say than our amazing creator does.
- 5:47Right?
- 5:47Well because listening.
- 5:49Well and because you're so capable and you could do any of those things that they've
- 5:54listed off, we just go do them.
- 5:56Right?
- 5:56Yeah.
- 5:57And we don't realize that that can take us away from from our purpose.
- 6:00And so we started listening, which, you know, that's an important thing to do is to listen to
- 6:05your customers, but everybody has an opinion.
- 6:07Right?
- 6:08And so we started to, I think, spread ourselves too thinly, and we ended up building, by
- 6:15accident, a global business and a global network where we were running 34 events all
- 6:19around the world every month.
- 6:20And some days, we had something happening in Brisbane on the same day that we had something
- 6:25happening in New New York and something happening in London or Holland, and it just
- 6:29grew.
- 6:30And we had this amazing network of people who were going through our programs, building their
- 6:34brands and their businesses, and then saying, I wanna set this up here.
- 6:37And so we we were like, okay.
- 6:39Let's do it.
- 6:39And we spread ourselves so thin.
- 6:41And I think of I know that, you know, lockdown and the the COVID time was a terrible time for
- 6:47so many for me.
- 6:49It was it really was a great reset because we lost our business overnight because we were
- 6:54we'd built it physically.
- 6:56And so, you know, it'd gone from everything being online to being physical, and so we lost
- 7:00everything overnight.
- 7:02And and it was a it was a very traumatic time, but also it was a time I can look back on now
- 7:08and say, now I see what God was doing.
- 7:11Because I was getting so carried away listening to everyone and being pulled in all so many
- 7:15different directions that I wasn't listening to him.
- 7:18And he was trying to say, but this is where like, this is the easy route.
- 7:23Take this.
- 7:24But if you're using your own thinking and you're trying to think your way through this,
- 7:28it's gonna be so much harder.
- 7:29Well, I took the hard route and and learned my lesson.
- 7:33And so the the biggest lesson that I really learned through that was there's three things,
- 7:40and I call them the three v's.
- 7:42The first thing is what is the vision for your life?
- 7:47Because your vision for your business and the vision for where you're going, we tend to give
- 7:51lots of attention to that, and then it overtakes our life.
- 7:54And then we don't end up with a life because we're doing everything for the business, and
- 7:57we're doing everything for what people are wanting us to do instead of really stick
- 8:01staying in lane with our calling.
- 8:03What life do we want this business to give us is really important as a question, and I'd
- 8:08never considered that.
- 8:09And so therefore, I didn't have a life because I gave all of myself and more the detriment of
- 8:14my health to that, the vision of the business.
- 8:16So the first thing that I realized was we need to have a really powerful, strong vision for
- 8:20our life and and be completely connected to what is that.
- 8:25What is the bigger kind of quest, the thing that I wanna do that all these things I'm
- 8:29getting involved with are actually gonna drive me towards, gonna help me to achieve that?
- 8:33And the second thing is, values.
- 8:36I I was getting so pulled into everything else that everyone else was doing that I wasn't
- 8:40being true to the values that are really key to me, that are important to me.
- 8:45Family is one of those values, and I wasn't even seeing my family.
- 8:48So knowing what your values are really important.
- 8:51And the third thing is your value.
- 8:54And I'd I'd got so caught up in everything that I was doing that I'd lost a sense of who I was,
- 8:59my my value, my identity.
- 9:02Well, you know, it was so easy to become what everyone else is and, oh, they're successful.
- 9:07They're doing these things.
- 9:08So therefore, that must be what I should be doing.
- 9:11And I lost myself along the way, and and I realized that, you know, this is actually about
- 9:16who we are being as we are doing what we're doing, and that's what makes the greatest
- 9:22impact because people are watching you.
- 9:25They're watching you.
- 9:26They're watching how you show up.
- 9:27They're watching how kind you are, how generous you are.
- 9:31They're watching who you're being as you're doing the things you do, and that is making an
- 9:35impact.
- 9:36And so we launched Impact Catalysts for entrepreneurs and CEOs and mission driven
- 9:42people.
- 9:43Even need to be a business owner, but someone who's mission driven just wants to do something
- 9:47in their community, but wants to make the greatest impact and the greatest ripple that
- 9:53they can with what they have.
- 9:56And, and that's been our mission for the last two years now.
- 9:59And so I'm the brand catalyst, Greg's the impact catalyst.
- 10:02And we're that's that's what we do.
- 10:05Crazy journey to get here.
- 10:07Incredible.
- 10:09Someone, actually, I I do believe it was Moe Train.
- 10:12Shout out to Moe.
- 10:13He started that, podcasters of Facebook group, which I don't know that he ever dreamed that it
- 10:19would grow to the to the heights that it has now, but I think he set out with that mission
- 10:24in the first place.
- 10:25But one thing that he put, just yesterday, he kinda did a little question and always very
- 10:29poignant with the questions too.
- 10:31But it was how do you what metrics do you use to measure success in your podcast?
- 10:37And I just put in big capital letters, lives changed, because that's what this is about.
- 10:44Yeah.
- 10:44I have said it many times, and people who are listening to these episodes coming out
- 10:48consecutively, they're gonna get annoyed by it probably, but this is how God is speaking to
- 10:52us.
- 10:53This is how God is speaking through each one of us, through our stories, through sharing it.
- 10:58And I'm not an overly religious person.
- 11:00You know, came from more of the ask the universe.
- 11:03Right?
- 11:05I am very in tune with who I am becoming, because I'm not there yet, but everything that
- 11:13you have said, I could cut you off right now.
- 11:16Thank you.
- 11:16Have a nice day.
- 11:17Thank you.
- 11:18Bye.
- 11:19Well, the listeners
- 11:20of our program are are going to do that because I'm having the same conversations with people.
- 11:24I'm part of a network called the C Suite Network, which was started by a man named Jeff
- 11:29Hazlett, who's a speaker.
- 11:31And, he built this because there was a need for, people in that c suite to deliver message.
- 11:38It was very business oriented.
- 11:39Right?
- 11:39I'm kind of one of their first dips into more of the entertainment world, but having met me
- 11:45and having seen his pitch, right, his keynote, I was like, just give me his script.
- 11:51I'll go sell that.
- 11:52I can do speaking.
- 11:53I come from the music side, Sammy.
- 11:55Yeah.
- 11:55That's what the scene projects was started from was, I had a new single last February, and I
- 12:03wanted to get it out there and talk to people.
- 12:06So I did the, you know, the two podcasters I know in the whole state of South Dakota.
- 12:10I did the local news, and I thought I was gonna be a rock star.
- 12:13And I went in to do the second podcast interview with my friend Dave Holly, And, not
- 12:19only was I inspired because everything that he had in that studio, I had in my house.
- 12:25Just accumulating.
- 12:26Right?
- 12:27And then he gave me a Zoom p four, which is just a little, you know, box unit, but you can
- 12:32plug a microphone into it, but I could plug my phone into it.
- 12:36So before I ever started doing Zoom, it was just phone calls with my friends.
- 12:40And then I started recording some of our live shows together, and, then I fell in love with
- 12:45having conversations.
- 12:47And I fell in love with healing myself through conversations with people.
- 12:51I just got off a Zoom call for two hours with my business partner, and we didn't speak a lick
- 12:56of business.
- 12:57You know, my it was my grandma's birthday today I shared with you, I think, on the other the
- 13:01other recording, but, you know, my granny's birthday would have been today.
- 13:05We lost her a few years ago.
- 13:08So I started off the morning with a lot of tears and a lot of healing that needed to be
- 13:12done and a letter that I'd recently written to my father with twenty five years of pain behind
- 13:17it, and all of this letting go that I'm doing so that I can be fresh to come into our brand
- 13:25Awakening.
- 13:26The scene projects are finally arriving in the podcasting world.
- 13:30We have a 30 episodes probably and another 30 that I've done in the last two weeks, Sammy.
- 13:37This is what I enjoy.
- 13:38This is what I love.
- 13:39I love sharing my story.
- 13:41I love hearing your story and seeing where we can relate.
- 13:46My my side of the story is from the depths where yours is the heights.
- 13:51Mine is the I was in prison five years ago, you know, or now it's been six or seven years ago.
- 13:56Right?
- 13:57But I I shouldn't I would have never connected with Sammy and heard this beautiful story if
- 14:04not for God.
- 14:05And and not being someone over religious.
- 14:08So, you know, I was saying before, can call it source or creator.
- 14:11No.
- 14:12Call it what it is.
- 14:13It's god speaking to you.
- 14:16My my partner, Teresa, who our new venture, she's
- 14:21gonna
- 14:21be mad at me.
- 14:21I won't release this until we got it all settled on the business side, but it it is a
- 14:26podcast network, not for broadcasting, but for supporting the Midwest Podcasting Network to
- 14:33support other people in not just their podcasting journey, but in their life journey.
- 14:39And and and our mission is to change lives.
- 14:43And if there's only one life changed per conversation and that life is me, then it's
- 14:50successful.
- 14:51Right?
- 14:51And that it's just such a beautiful thing to then come into the next conversation ten
- 14:56minutes later, and it's Tammy Garrity telling me about her business.
- 15:00But, you know, it's so funny because, like, last night, I woke up this morning having had a
- 15:05dream about my grandmother.
- 15:08My grandma, she was never religious, but she had a profound visitation from Jesus six months
- 15:14before my parents broke up, and we went to live with my grandparents.
- 15:18So I spent all my time growing up with conversations about Jesus without even, like,
- 15:23having opened a bible.
- 15:25Like, you know, my grandma had this amazing relationship with God that nobody else could
- 15:29understand because I spent so much time with her.
- 15:31I grew up with that.
- 15:33And I woke up.
- 15:34This is the first time I think I've ever had a dream about my grandma since she passed away in
- 15:4002/2013.
- 15:41And I dreamt that that she was I was sitting in this restaurant, and I was waiting for her to
- 15:48arrive.
- 15:48And she came walking up, and she she I was sitting down, and she leant over, and and I was
- 15:53just like I just have my head, and I was looking up into her face.
- 15:56And she was looking down at me, you know, like, just such pride, you know, just such love.
- 16:02And, you know, I'm so proud of you.
- 16:04Like, just keep going.
- 16:05And and you tell the story about your you know, writing a letter to your dad.
- 16:08God, I didn't realize it was gonna be one of these kind of interviews today.
- 16:13I did the very same thing to my biological father.
- 16:16I wrote a letter to him that I never sent, but I wrote the letter, it must be about six years
- 16:22ago, forgiving him forgiving him just completely for everything and and the sense of
- 16:29relief even knowing that I was never gonna send that letter.
- 16:33You may have sent yours.
- 16:34I didn't.
- 16:34I I didn't send mine.
- 16:36But the relief and the release that that gave me, I think was also part of the contribution
- 16:42to that big hole that I had in me that was just craving something to fill it.
- 16:48And, you know, you talk about God.
- 16:50I didn't ever have that relationship with God.
- 16:52My grandma was the one that passed messages to me, so I I didn't realize that I could have a
- 16:57relationship with him.
- 16:58I thought this was something that other people did and then passed it on to me.
- 17:02And then, I took a client on to do all of her branding work, ten years ago.
- 17:08And she her whole business is God.
- 17:10Right?
- 17:11Everything about it.
- 17:11And and and so this over the last ten years that I've been branding her books and doing all
- 17:16of her stuff, you know, it's been leading me in and and this curiosity towards it.
- 17:22Just a year ago, Greg and I flew to America to speak at a conference in Vegas about how to
- 17:29take your idea global.
- 17:31And so we're we're there to speak at this conference, and while we're in the hot tub, my
- 17:36husband gets this word from God.
- 17:39Now my husband was a humanist, didn't even believe and wouldn't he wasn't happy about me
- 17:43even curiously looking into this.
- 17:46And, and so we're sitting there and he gets this word from God and he he he turns to me and
- 17:50he said, I've just had a word from God.
- 17:54I said, you don't even believe in God.
- 17:57What what do you mean you've had a word from God?
- 17:59And he said, I just know that it's from God.
- 18:03God is telling me that Texas is my spiritual homeland.
- 18:09This is where I'm meant to be.
- 18:10And I said, what do mean homeland?
- 18:13You never use that kind of language.
- 18:15He said, I can only tell you what God has said.
- 18:17And I said, so do you believe in God or don't you believe it?
- 18:20Like, we had this whole conversation around it.
- 18:22I was like, I never heard him speak like that, and we were just in the process of moving.
- 18:27When we got back from that speaking tour, we were moving to Barcelona in Spain.
- 18:32We've been living on a boat for four years, traveling around England and all the canal
- 18:36networks, and so we've got a pretty adventurous life.
- 18:38But we were just like, well, hang on a minute.
- 18:41We're just about to move to Spain.
- 18:42How can Texas be your spiritual homeland?
- 18:45And and so we just said, no.
- 18:47You know, just hearing things.
- 18:49And so we moved to Spain.
- 18:51We take three months touring around the coast of France, land in Spain.
- 18:55We we've moved to Barcelona.
- 18:56We've been living there for, like, ten days when a member of Greg's family passes away, and
- 19:01so we have to go back to England for the funeral.
- 19:03So we go back to England Two Days before we're due to fly back, and I'm up for an award in
- 19:08London.
- 19:08So we're doing that and then coming back to Barcelona.
- 19:11And the Friday night before I'm due to drive to London to do this award ceremony, I go out to
- 19:18take the dogs for a walk.
- 19:19And as I'm walking the dogs for their last walk of the night, I hear verbally in my right ear,
- 19:26why are you going to Barcelona?
- 19:29You know you're meant to be in Texas.
- 19:31Why are you putting Barcelona in the way?
- 19:34And I just stood frozen and thought, is there someone just said that to me.
- 19:41Someone like and there was no one there.
- 19:43This was, like, pitch black last you know, taking the dogs for their last walk.
- 19:47So I thought, I must have just imagined that.
- 19:50So I walked down onto the boat.
- 19:53And as I close the boat up and and I walk in, Greg says, I've just gotta say something to
- 20:00you.
- 20:00I don't want you to do anything with it because I don't know what to do with it, but don't say
- 20:04anything.
- 20:05Just let me say it.
- 20:07And I said, okay.
- 20:09You know?
- 20:09Oh my gosh.
- 20:10What is this gonna be?
- 20:11And he said, I just have another word from God.
- 20:16Really?
- 20:17He said, yeah.
- 20:18I said, so what did he say this time?
- 20:20He said, Texas is your spiritual homeland.
- 20:24Don't go back to Barcelona.
- 20:26Go to Texas.
- 20:28Go now.
- 20:30And I said, and I burst out laughing.
- 20:34He said, well, it's not that funny.
- 20:35What are you laughing for?
- 20:37And I said, well, I've just had the same word.
- 20:41What are we supposed to do about this?
- 20:42And he said, well, I think God's wanting us to go to Texas.
- 20:46And I said, so what do we do?
- 20:49And he said, we go to Texas.
- 20:52Bless I
- 20:54said, okay.
- 20:57So we called our friend that our client here, and I said, we've both had this word from God.
- 21:02Like, we know that we're supposed to do this.
- 21:04She said, well, you better get over here.
- 21:06So we booked a flight.
- 21:07I flew over two days later, came to stay with her thinking, you know, I'll come out for a few
- 21:12weeks and just see, you know, is this what we're meant to be doing?
- 21:16Anyway, within five days, we'd put an signed an eighteen month contract on the house, not even
- 21:21knowing if we could get here, started the immigration process, got a car, like, got
- 21:26everything sorted.
- 21:27She said, you better go back and clean house.
- 21:30So we were I I arrived back in in England on the December 5, and we had a month.
- 21:40We we were moving out here for our first assignment here.
- 21:43So we haven't quite moved to Texas yet, but we're out here, just learning ministry because
- 21:49that's what God is calling us to do.
- 21:51And we were just so confused at the time.
- 21:53But but the instruction was everything has got to go.
- 21:57You haven't got time to sell anything.
- 21:58You just give it away and go.
- 22:00So we gave everything away.
- 22:02We gave our car to a family that needed it.
- 22:04We just gave it all away in complete faith.
- 22:07We were told to close all of our business down.
- 22:10All of our biz everything we'd built up over, like, the the four years since we've gone into
- 22:15lockdown and lost everything.
- 22:16We'd built everything back up again, give it all away.
- 22:19The one thing he allowed us to keep was our Impact Catalyst program.
- 22:22He said you're gonna need that because as you're growing leaders and as you're, helping
- 22:29what did he say?
- 22:29Helping my leaders to lead well and make the impact that I designed and created them to
- 22:36make.
- 22:37As you're helping them to do, they're gonna need that program.
- 22:40That's the only thing.
- 22:40That's that was the only thing we were allowed to get we had to get rid of, like, 90 plus
- 22:44percent of all of our income.
- 22:46We gave everything away, and we we just came here knowing we were supposed to go into
- 22:51ministry.
- 22:52And this last year, we picked up our first bible in the January, had a car accident that
- 22:57meant we didn't have a vehicle in the, like, June time.
- 23:02So then, I was taking Greg on a date night.
- 23:04I said, how are gonna get there?
- 23:05He said, let's Uber.
- 23:06So we Uber.
- 23:07We go on this date night to the cinema.
- 23:10The guy who picks us up in an Uber to bring us back turns out to be a minister who's raced all
- 23:16over the world.
- 23:16He's a jockey.
- 23:18It went into ministry, built a chapel on their racetrack, was ministering to all of the the
- 23:23jockeys and the horse riders that were coming in from around the world, went into ministry
- 23:27full time.
- 23:28And he said, you know what?
- 23:29He said, dropped out for me because he has a tree surgery business, just dropped out for me
- 23:34a couple of weeks ago, just from everything to nothing.
- 23:37And I said, wow, that's crazy.
- 23:39And he was talking about this journey, so that's why I'm Ubering.
- 23:42And then we get in his taxi, and he says, like, we're talking.
- 23:46And he says, if you do you know, do you go to church?
- 23:48Are you looking for a church?
- 23:49And we said, maybe.
- 23:51He said, well, you haven't got a car.
- 23:53Let me pick you up.
- 23:53And so he picked us up on the Sunday, took us to church.
- 23:56That became our church.
- 23:57So we were planted in a church.
- 23:59We've got so many amazing miracle stories, and so we come out to Texas as much as we can now
- 24:05to go to that church.
- 24:07They've got nine campuses.
- 24:08We're learning ministry.
- 24:09And what we know for sure now that we're being led to, God said last May, you're gonna bring a
- 24:16hundred thousand people back to Christ.
- 24:19And I said, how can I be the one that does that, Lord?
- 24:22Like, how can I be that like, I this is so new for me?
- 24:25Why why would you choose me to do that?
- 24:27Surely, you want somebody who's who's been a part of the church and and who understands
- 24:32this, you know, because this isn't about religion.
- 24:33It's the relationship with you.
- 24:35How am I supposed to be the one that does that?
- 24:38And he said, you'll see.
- 24:39And just as we've been sharing our stories, people have said, you just left everything.
- 24:43You just got a word from God and just left everything.
- 24:46You've restored my faith today.
- 24:48You know?
- 24:48We're like, oh, wow.
- 24:50So so literally, people who are who are already, you know, believers, faith based, but
- 24:58have maybe lost their faith or they're sitting on the fence or something has happened to them
- 25:02or and it's making them question it.
- 25:04And and so, yeah, we're really on that journey.
- 25:07And he's he said to me just last week, as I was sharing with you before he came on here, he
- 25:11said, you see all of these things that that you've been paid to create?
- 25:16I said, what do you mean?
- 25:17He said, and I've got thousands of online courses and resources and programs and books
- 25:21and all kinds of things we've written.
- 25:23He said, like, I've blessed you to create those.
- 25:28Now I want you to bless others.
- 25:30You're gonna give all of that away.
- 25:32And so we're now creating a resource called Grapevine, which will be, an online resource
- 25:39that Christians and faith based business owners will be able to get the support and the tools
- 25:45and the the experience they need to to help grow the kingdom and and to be successful in
- 25:54that.
- 25:54You know?
- 25:54It's like, I don't know how we're gonna do it, but god knows.
- 25:58Well, you just have to have faith.
- 25:59Right?
- 26:00And I
- 26:01I think you just shared the the parable of the mustard seed.
- 26:06Right?
- 26:06That Absolutely.
- 26:07You know, the the faith, then that's I've been running on faith for another for a year now
- 26:13pretty much.
- 26:14It's coming up on I quit my job.
- 26:16I was making, you know, a a decent living.
- 26:18Right?
- 26:18$5,060,000 dollars a year for a welder, and and we don't spend a lot.
- 26:22We live in rural South Dakota.
- 26:24So, you know, our mortgage is, $600 a month.
- 26:26Right?
- 26:27And I was I just couldn't do it anymore.
- 26:30God was calling me to something bigger.
- 26:32I didn't know what it was.
- 26:33I didn't know it was podcasting.
- 26:35I know that now, but it's beyond this.
- 26:37It's it's helping my my goal is a million podcasters.
- 26:42Right?
- 26:42Mhmm.
- 26:43Not a million podcast episodes.
- 26:45Not that's easy.
- 26:46Those are easy numbers.
- 26:47Yep.
- 26:48I think there's 8,000,000,000 humans on this planet right now.
- 26:51There's 8,000,000,000 stories.
- 26:53Each of them have a story.
- 26:54Each one
- 26:54of them a different expression of God.
- 26:56Right?
- 26:57And we're all children of this.
- 26:58We are all expressions of this.
- 27:01Then we share our stories.
- 27:02That's how we connect.
- 27:03That is how God is speaking through us and no more evident than our conversation today.
- 27:09I gotta get you out of here because I got another conversation with God.
- 27:14And I just I'm so appreciative of you.
- 27:17I know we're gonna be talking again, obviously.
- 27:19I think you would be very interested in knowing our business, and I would be interested
- 27:23Well, I'm gonna have you on our show as well.
- 27:24Well, that would be wonderful.
- 27:26I really look forward to it.
- 27:28Is there a website that we can go to to learn more about you guys?
- 27:31Yeah.
- 27:31If you go to the impactcatalysts.com.
- 27:34So that's got an s on the end.
- 27:35Theimpactcatalysts.com.
- 27:38And our YouTube channel is the kingdom catalyst, which is now this side of the
- 27:42business that God is calling us to.
- 27:44So come and join us there and make the most of all the free resources that he's having me give
- 27:48away.
- 27:49Well, I I know I will be, and a lot of other people behind us will be as well because we are
- 27:55one of those teachers.
- 27:56I am one of those leaders, and God has brought us together for a beautiful reason.
- 28:01So I am.
- 28:02Sammy, thank you so much for your time today.
- 28:04You're very welcome.
- 28:05Say blessed, guys.
