with summer comes the social media storm of summer aesthetics. i've openly talked about my dislike of the idea of "vibes," but i've found myself falling prey to the want to be perceived as "a vibe." it took some reminding myself to remember that creating an image for yourself is about so much more than vinyls or bellbottoms, and that its about our character, how we show up for ourselves and others, that defines who we are.
