Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
  mouth is. This
• 0:24
is Nate's Daily Wager for September 24th, 2023.
• 0:30
Nice win for us yesterday, and that was a lot closer than I
• 0:33
expected it to be. Even though it only had a 1 1/2
• 0:36
point spread, I still expected Florida State to just, you know,
• 0:42
take it to Clemson. But now I got to maybe
• 0:44
reevaluate both of those teams. Maybe Florida State isn't as
• 0:47
good as I think, Maybe Clemson isn't as bad as I think, or
• 0:51
maybe it's a combination or whatever.
• 0:53
Anyways, got the win took overtime, but that doesn't
• 0:56
matter. All right, so today we got the
• 0:59
football looking real. Football, NFL football.
• 1:03
Looking at this Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins game, we got the
• 1:08
Dolphins 6 point favorites and I think they're going to cover
• 1:12
easily. I think they're going to win by
• 1:14
double digits. So I'm going to take the
• 1:17
Dolphins -6 against the Denver Broncos.
• 1:21
In today's NFL football action. See anything better than that?
• 1:24
Pound it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 1:26
to it. And Gaffer's got something for
• 1:29
you there at the end. But before then, cousin, tell
• 1:33
him what you got. Hey, calls of Vinny, it's Week 3
• 1:47
and I'm back with your lock of the week.
• 1:50
You know, this week we're looking to kind of get a short
• 1:52
thing here. You can get a get a W to W
• 1:55
column. Get some positive momentum going
• 1:57
here. So we're going to go back to the
• 2:00
old fashioned teaser, The teaser bet where we reduced the risk
• 2:04
and increase the probability of winning.
• 2:06
Increase the probability of putting money in your pocket.
• 2:10
And in honor of my tease this week Cousin Vinny has a haiku
• 2:13
for you. NFL bets tease point, spread
• 2:17
  shift. Hopes are increased winning
• 2:19
dreams released. There you have it, cause of
• 2:22
Vinnie's teaser. Haiku All right, so wait, let's
• 2:25
get to this teaser. Who does Cousin Vinny like?
• 2:28
Well, usually Cousin Vinny likes to pick two favorites that are
• 2:32
around six point favorite. Favorite margin.
• 2:35
So we can tease it down to a pick them.
• 2:37
All they have to do is win the game.
• 2:38
And this week there's two really obvious games that we're going
• 2:41
to pick here. The first one is the Miami
• 2:43
Denver game. Denver's heading to Miami, going
• 2:46
up against the best offense in the league.
• 2:48
They're going to get smoked. Russ Wilson stinks.
• 2:51
And not only do I like Miami to win the game, I probably like to
• 2:54
spread here too. So if you want a little side
• 2:56
  sprinkle, do that. But right.
• 2:58
For this we're going to go and just tease as one part of the
• 3:01
two-part teaser and then the other part of the teaser.
• 3:04
Sorry Nate, we're going to pick the Buffalo Bills who are a a
• 3:07
road favorite. Six points going into
• 3:09
Washington, Washington. New owner, same shitty
• 3:13
franchise, same crap. The quarterback don't stand a
• 3:16
chance against the Bills this weekend.
• 3:18
Josh Allen is going to come out and out place him.
• 3:21
How? This is why they might not cover
• 3:24
the spread. You know Buffalo is going to win
• 3:26
this game out, right? So what we're going to do here
• 3:29
is tease the Bills down to a pick him and tease the Doppins
• 3:32
down to the pick him. Both teams win, you take it to
• 3:35
the bank and you lock it up. So until next week, cause of
• 3:39
Vinnie with your lock of the week.
• 3:50
