- 0:02Hello and welcome to He's hot, but some things off.
- 0:07Am I getting the hang of this over fading the music out?
- 0:11Honestly, I feel like every time I every time I record, it's a
- 0:15little bit different. Hello, listeners, and hello
- 0:19special hello to my subscribers on Patreon.
- 0:24I I'm in a little bit of a mood. I was just at the gym and I,
- 0:33when I was leaving the gym, I was like, you know what?
- 0:35OK, I tried at the gym today. You know, sometimes you go, you
- 0:40go do something that maybe you don't want to do, but you know,
- 0:43you have to do and you try your best to like do that thing that
- 0:49needs to be done. Maybe it's not like perfect, but
- 0:54you know what, you gave it a try.
- 0:56No one's going to die. So it was one of those days at
- 1:00the gym because I have a spreadsheet that I follow and it
- 1:05shows me, OK, this day at the gym, these are the exercises I'm
- 1:09doing in this particular order. And this is how many sets and
- 1:15reps and how heavy the weights are, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:18And I did like 80%, if I'm being generous, more like 3/4.
- 1:23But I did like 7080% of what I wanted to do today, what I was
- 1:28supposed to do. And once in a while at the gym,
- 1:33as you're going through, as I'm going through my workouts, I can
- 1:36just feel that, you know what, today is not a day for breaking
- 1:38records. And that's OK.
- 1:41I don't allow myself to do this very much because if it's often
- 1:48that you're not, if you're not doing as much as last time, you
- 1:54know, if you did like 10 reps last time and you're only doing
- 1:578 the next time, that's a regression.
- 2:00And you do have days where, you know what, today's not the day.
- 2:04Let's not push, let's just rest. We burn some calories.
- 2:07We got to the gym, we gave it a try and today's just not a day
- 2:12for breaking records. Today is not the day to do that
- 2:15extra Rep or to add some extra weight.
- 2:19But we moved our bodies, we burned some calories, we got out
- 2:23of the house, we got to the gym, we really tried today.
- 2:27It was like one of those days. As long as they do not happen
- 2:33often, at least in terms of when you're doing weight training.
- 2:36Because with depending on what your goals are, if your goals is
- 2:40just for general fitness, then you don't have the necessary go
- 2:43through a trouble of like tracking your workouts and how
- 2:46many reps you did and how heavy the weights were that you were
- 2:50using. My goals is to like get stronger
- 2:56and bigger over time. So, you know, I do need to over
- 3:00the long term lift more slash heavier.
- 3:03You know, to have a day where you're not feeling it for
- 3:07whatever reason, it's fine. But those days need to be kept
- 3:11like relatively rare. Because if like half the time
- 3:13you going to the gym and like you're doing less than the time
- 3:16before, it's probably not going to help your goals anyways.
- 3:20And I thought podcasting would be like a good way for me to
- 3:24actually decompress. I do sometimes decompress by
- 3:29doing a podcast, but sometimes it's good for me to just speak
- 3:32my thoughts. I got home and I thought, you
- 3:34know what? I, I, maybe I'm in the mood to
- 3:36do some work. So I sat down on the computer
- 3:39and I did like the, I checked like 1 e-mail or I responded to
- 3:42one work e-mail. And then I was just like, this
- 3:45is not the T bitch. And I thought, OK, let's record
- 3:48a podcast. So here we are in California.
- 3:52We're actually in the many parts of the country not to talk too
- 3:56many politics. And I swear this isn't really
- 3:58about politics, but in many parts of the country we have the
- 4:02primaries right now. I have to explain to a friend
- 4:05that's not from the US what the primaries were.
- 4:08For those of you that are not from the US, primaries is what's
- 4:12like the easiest, least boring way.
- 4:14It's like when you have something where a whole bunch of
- 4:17randoms can nominate themselves. They need to like thin out the
- 4:21crowd. That's basically the primaries.
- 4:24I know that was not a usefully descriptive description, but
- 4:29this is not supposed to be a useful podcast either.
- 4:32Anyways, the amount of this is my point.
- 4:35The amount of trees we're killing to like for all these
- 4:42spam I'm getting. Not e-mail spam, physical snail
- 4:46mail spam. The amount of Flyers I don't
- 4:49even know what they are. All I know is it's not
- 4:53important. The amount of money and trees
- 4:58being spent slash killed for whoever it is or whatever group
- 5:05it is that's sending all this mail because it is like
- 5:09elections of some sort. It's like mind boggling.
- 5:12It's like can we kill less trees please?
- 5:16So I basically have to I go to my mailbox to check it like
- 5:20every other day and usually I don't get that much mail.
- 5:24Honestly. It's rare that I get an actual
- 5:27letter that is actually important and I'm very much for
- 5:34if something is not important slash I'm not interested in it.
- 5:39I don't want to spend any of my time or energy on it.
- 5:46I I just want to keep things like clean and efficient.
- 5:49Like I have enough on my plate that I don't need to entertain
- 5:54random advertisements, unsolicited advertisements that
- 5:58fill up my snail mailbox. I have to check it every other
- 6:02day because my mailbox is like a regular size for like an
- 6:05apartment building, IE not that big.
- 6:09And it fills up with all this spam.
- 6:13And it's like, you know what, I need my mailbox to have enough
- 6:17space in it for actual letters that are actually important to
- 6:21me. And sometimes when the Postal
- 6:23Service delivers like a package, like a small package, they
- 6:27usually like to put it into like the mailbox.
- 6:29And I would rather my packages be locked in my mailbox than
- 6:31just like sitting out in the mail room because we have had
- 6:34people, like people just come into the mail room just steal
- 6:37packages. Haven't for a while now.
- 6:40But like a couple of a couple of Christmases ago, someone just
- 6:45came in right around Christmas time, just like stole all the
- 6:46packages. It's very easy to tailgate into
- 6:48the apartment building anyways. So like, yeah, every other day I
- 6:52have to like, track down their extra.
- 6:54Usually I don't have to check it.
- 6:55I just check like once a week. It's bad enough I get the
- 6:58regular spam from like the local supermarket or whatever, but to
- 7:05get the extra spam from like all the political stuff, It's like,
- 7:11I also don't like that the way elections kind of work in this
- 7:17country is how much money do you have to do marketing and
- 7:21advertising? But it's always, it's always in
- 7:24the news, like how much money the different candidates and
- 7:28campaigns are raising. And they're using a lot of it
- 7:32for marketing reasons, including to kill a whole ton of trees to
- 7:36send people a ton of spam. And I don't want to see it.
- 7:40I don't, I don't like this concept of like, let's raise as
- 7:45much money as possible to spam as many people as possible.
- 7:49It's like how marketing works. But for me, I have a maybe
- 7:53that's why I like, I'm not really good at marketing stuff,
- 7:57you know, like the skin care business that I have.
- 7:58I honestly am not great at marketing it.
- 8:01If I was better at marketing, it would probably be like more
- 8:05successful. But I maybe I'm making my peace
- 8:09with. I'm just not that type of a
- 8:11person. Anytime anyone tries to sell
- 8:14anything to me in that traditional like sales slash
- 8:18marketing sense, I'm automatically turned off.
- 8:22You know what? I love cars.
- 8:24And when I was growing up, if we had half a chance to like go
- 8:28near a car dealership, I would be giddy.
- 8:31But now that I'm an adult and have dealt with many car dealers
- 8:36and have because I've like sold slash purchased several cars
- 8:39now, I'm like, I don't want to be anywhere near a car
- 8:42dealership. It's nice to like see new cars
- 8:47because I'm, I'm a car enthusiast, but like, like it
- 8:51just seems like 90% of car people that are that work in
- 8:57like a car showroom. They don't look at me like a
- 9:00human. They look at me like a stupid
- 9:04bag of cash. Do you ever get the sense that
- 9:07if you, if you have ever been into a car dealership on the
- 9:10showroom floor, do you ever get that feeling someone is looking
- 9:15at you? It it's like the way a dog look
- 9:17at looks at a piece of steak. It's like they're looking at you
- 9:21like they want to eat you up and not for your benefit, for their
- 9:25own benefit so that they get fed.
- 9:27I understand that businesses need to make money, but I just
- 9:31really don't like how certain I I I don't like how salespeople
- 9:39sometimes manipulate their potential customers to make a
- 9:43sale. So I I on some level I
- 9:48understand like salespeople, their job is to close the close
- 9:54the deal, close the sale. I get it.
- 9:56But I sell stuff now I have a skin care company.
- 9:59I'm selling skin care. I need to do sales for that.
- 10:02I need to convince people to buy my stuff.
- 10:04And I'm a travel agent. I need to convince people to
- 10:07like book trips. It's actually sales.
- 10:09So I'm actually in sales and marketing in a way because when
- 10:12you're one person can be do everything.
- 10:13But like it's like I'm selling stuff and I need to market my
- 10:17company and market my stuff out there and I need to convince
- 10:20people to buy my shit. But I feel like with the travel
- 10:25agency thing, I think I'm I'm naturally able to market that
- 10:33pretty well with the skin care thing, honestly, marketing that
- 10:38it feels foreign to me to market the skin care like an actual
- 10:42like physical product like that. With the travel agency though,
- 10:47you know the travel agent, I'm selling more of a service.
- 10:51Like I'm, yes, I'm selling the cruise if you will, but I'm not
- 10:56providing the cruise as a product like someone else like
- 10:59Atlantis or Virgin Voyages, whoever, the cruise line,
- 11:02they're providing the product. So I don't really need to in a
- 11:07way I don't need to push the product as much because the
- 11:11product is what it is. Like with the skin care thing, I
- 11:14formulated those products. So because I have a direct hand
- 11:20in creating that product, I feel like marketing that something
- 11:24you actually make is different than your kind of marketing
- 11:28someone else's product. Like actually I think I would be
- 11:32like, well, I probably wouldn't be a good car salesman from
- 11:35like, from like the point of view of how many sales can I
- 11:38make? But I think it's a job that I
- 11:41would actually enjoy if I was able to do it my own way.
- 11:45Because someone's going to come to a car dealership with the
- 11:49interest in they're, they're someone interested in buying a
- 11:52car and they are there to like, look at the car that you didn't
- 11:57make, like you're a Toyota dealer, right?
- 12:00Someone wants to buy a car, they like Toyotas or they're looking
- 12:02at Toyota and they go to a Toyota dealership.
- 12:04They're not going to the dealership because of the
- 12:06dealership. They're going to the dealership
- 12:07because of the car, right? It's the same thing for me.
- 12:09People are coming to me not because I'm not the main event,
- 12:13if you will, I'm not the main event.
- 12:16I'm not the thing they're looking to buy.
- 12:18They're looking ultimately to go on the cruise, right?
- 12:22How they book the cruise, they've got some options and
- 12:25that's where I advertise like, hey, if you book with just Joey
- 12:29travels, this is how it's advantageous, especially with
- 12:35the travel company. It's been relatively easy for me
- 12:38to highlight like ABCDE, like 1 to 10.
- 12:43I did a whole podcast on it. So that comes Nat like pretty
- 12:47naturally if I'm allowed to do sales and marketing in my own
- 12:52way for something I'm like passionate about, for something
- 12:55that I don't have to manufacture myself.
- 12:58I guess I'm finding out with the skin care thing.
- 13:01Yeah, it I just find it's so different than marketing the
- 13:05travel agency actually. So yeah, learning a lot.
- 13:09But yeah, I don't like this thing where one time I was
- 13:12touring like an apartment to rent.
- 13:15Not that long ago, actually, this was not that long ago.
- 13:17I was touring some apartment and I'm kind of gullible.
- 13:22I'm not, I'm not always the smartest light bulb in the pack,
- 13:27to be honest. I'm kind of gullible in like the
- 13:30in the street smart sense sometimes.
- 13:33And there's a there's like a demo unit and this chick was
- 13:38touring me through it. And I was talking about, Oh,
- 13:42yeah, it's like we're looking at the bedrooms.
- 13:44And I said, oh, one of these spare bedrooms might be good
- 13:48because I have like, a podcasting set up and I need
- 13:50space to like, in the office to like, put that equipment.
- 13:55And then she said, oh, you have a good podcasting voice?
- 13:59When I hear something just at the moment, like a compliment
- 14:04like that from like a person, I don't really know, it was from a
- 14:07friend. I maybe I, I would, we would be
- 14:10bantering or maybe we're just like shading each other, but
- 14:12from like a stranger in like a situation like that.
- 14:15I just believed it. I would just believe it right
- 14:17away. I just believe it right away.
- 14:21It was like a little bit later, like I've left the place after I
- 14:25was like, maybe she would just say that to like as a sales
- 14:30pitch just like butter me up. I don't know what it is.
- 14:34I don't think my voice is so like conducive to like
- 14:39podcasting or whatever. I think I just have like a very
- 14:41average voice. Anyways, I, I am a little
- 14:45gullible. I can be a little bit gullible
- 14:46sometimes in like the spur of the moment in the public from a
- 14:50stranger type of way. Like if a, if a random stranger
- 14:54came up to me and just said like some random thing, doesn't
- 14:59matter if it's like a compliment or not a compliment, I think my
- 15:01initial instinct is to like believe it.
- 15:04So I feel like I'm a little gullible.
- 15:06Yeah. But yeah, but like the, the spam
- 15:09is just crazy. I've got a few different phone
- 15:11numbers because I like a personal phone number and I have
- 15:14like a spam phone number. And then I have phone numbers
- 15:17for like the different businesses, but they, they
- 15:19needed their own phone numbers for work reasons.
- 15:22The way that some businesses get your phone numbers and just cold
- 15:26call you. I've told some of you guys, I, I
- 15:28tried to list my condo like a while ago.
- 15:31And what I discover is if you list your house OK, but then you
- 15:40take the listing off, you remove the listing without selling it.
- 15:45Apparently, there are real estate companies, like real
- 15:50estate agent people. They're specifically looking for
- 15:54when listings get taken off, when houses get delisted without
- 15:59selling. And then they will like, try to
- 16:02call you up. And I didn't know about this.
- 16:05So the first time this happened, I was getting like spam phone
- 16:10calls, like out of nowhere. And you know, like it when you
- 16:14have your phone number for like a while and you start using it,
- 16:17you give it to different companies, like eventually, like
- 16:20it'll get into the hands of like spambots or whatever.
- 16:24But it was like the day after the, I remember the morning
- 16:27after we took the listing down, the number of phone calls I was
- 16:31getting from these like random real estate companies, real
- 16:34estate agents or whatever. It was like crazy.
- 16:38I've never had that many spam phone calls and I could
- 16:41understand if they call it like my regular personal number and
- 16:44my spam number. A couple of them got one of my
- 16:50company numbers from one of the companies that I own.
- 16:52Like I don't Maybe it was like the skin care company at the
- 16:55time and I was like, I know how because like companies are like
- 17:00companies LLC stuff. It's like public record.
- 17:02You can trace it. It's not like super, super hard.
- 17:04If you someone wanted to do what they could.
- 17:06I tell you guys some tea. The one that called one of my
- 17:10company numbers, I just didn't like that they went, they traced
- 17:15me all the way to the LLC that I own and it called me from that
- 17:18number. I just didn't like that they
- 17:23were doing that. And like they also had their
- 17:26real estate whatever thing show up on the caller ID.
- 17:28So I knew right away it was like some random real estate company
- 17:32that I have no business with and they're calling my business
- 17:35number I picked up and I literally just started yelling
- 17:41profanities at this person. Like I literally just started
- 17:44like being so explicitly rude with extremely colorful
- 17:52language. And like the, I think, I think I
- 17:56heard the person went like like that.
- 17:58Like they were just like flabbergasted.
- 18:00I went in so strong because, you know, sometimes you just need
- 18:04like half just be. Sometimes I just need half a
- 18:07reason. Like once in a while it's like
- 18:10because I was getting so much spam and I was like, you people
- 18:13need to stop calling me. It's like you think you cold
- 18:16calling me because I took my listing off.
- 18:19And this is partially from again, like my disdain for
- 18:25salespeople. And these are like cold sales
- 18:27calls. And I didn't need my date
- 18:29interrupted with all these phone calls from all these companies
- 18:33that think they're going to try to get my listing because I took
- 18:37my listing down and my place hasn't sold.
- 18:40So this person, I don't know who this person is, they called and
- 18:44I was so like rude. I used so much profanity.
- 18:49It's like unbelievable, like words.
- 18:51I can't even at words. I cannot utter any sort of
- 18:56recording or podcast. Imagine someone being super rude
- 19:00and saying words that they have no business saying.
- 19:03I sounded like the most angry person in the world for about
- 19:08like 10 seconds without threatening them.
- 19:11I was just like swearing basically.
- 19:12But I didn't threaten them. I did call them a bunch of
- 19:15stuff, but I did not threaten them.
- 19:17I want to be clear. And they never called again
- 19:22because like, OK to call my personal line.
- 19:24This is probably associated with like the property records for
- 19:28the house that I can understand to go all the way to look up all
- 19:33the records to like call my business line.
- 19:36You need to stay out of my business and that person.
- 19:42But like, that's my strategy now.
- 19:44I don't know the the next time I have to take a listing down and
- 19:48someone tries to call one of my work numbers.
- 19:50I I think I'm just, that's more effective.
- 19:52Like what are you going to say to that person to be like, Hey,
- 19:57can you please not call? No.
- 20:00I feel like if you're going to be the type of person that's
- 20:04going to like look up someone's company work business and call
- 20:08their work phone number for somebody that has nothing to do
- 20:10with their work, they can't expect me to be nice.
- 20:14They can't expect me to be nice. You know, sometimes people do
- 20:17sales, marketing things that makes me want to like not be a
- 20:21customer of their product or service.
- 20:23Sometimes I see ads that are like, you know what, This ad to
- 20:26me is so distasteful. I feel like advertising people,
- 20:29when they run ads, they probably know that, OK, we can have like
- 20:35play it safe type of ad that appeals to lots of people, but
- 20:39maybe they want to go for like a race year or edge year,
- 20:43advertising that where it will really resonate with some
- 20:46people, but it might turn some other people off.
- 20:49It's always like a risk reward balance with stuff, right?
- 20:51So I feel like when people run certain ads, they know, OK,
- 20:54maybe we'll run some ads that are a little racier, a little
- 20:56edgier, not for everyone. Maybe we'll turn some people
- 20:59off, but it will really resonate with a certain population, a
- 21:02certain demographic. And that's fine.
- 21:04But like, sometimes I see stuff that's like, I dislike this so
- 21:07much, I'm never going to use your product.
- 21:10Yeah, it's like this, these real estate companies, like when I
- 21:12did the listing and all this political stuff, like, I just
- 21:15don't want, you know what? I really rather people just do
- 21:18emails now. Like, I don't care if my e-mail.
- 21:20I just gets out there to like telemarketers and all that kind
- 21:22of stuff. It's pretty easy for me to like,
- 21:25spam filtering is pretty good these days for emails.
- 21:29Remember some of the some of you that are not 18 years old,
- 21:32remember when the earlier days from the Internet and spam and
- 21:35junk filtering were not so good? Yeah, there was a little harder,
- 21:40like spam filtering, junk filtering.
- 21:41It's like pretty good these days.
- 21:43But like phone, phone call filtering, spam filtering for
- 21:47phone calls and for text messages, it's like we haven't
- 21:50evolved, OK? We haven't found a good way to
- 21:56filter out the spam phone calls and the spam text messages.
- 22:00Sometimes I'll meet people like real people, not like companies
- 22:04and sales people. And sometimes they'll be like,
- 22:06oh, like, let's swap contact info, like what's your phone
- 22:08number? And I told them I don't, I don't
- 22:09use my phone number. I really don't.
- 22:12The only reason I have phone numbers is if like some company
- 22:15or organization actually needs to like if I order something
- 22:18online and they have to have a phone number for some reason for
- 22:21like delivery issues. But if it's like an actual
- 22:24person, it's like, oh, let's keep in touch.
- 22:25What's your phone number? It's like, I don't know, I'm not
- 22:27using my phone number, but it, it's, it's the worst.
- 22:30It's the worst. I have to text a month because
- 22:32like the spam filtering, it's so shit when someone text me.
- 22:35Like there's no authentication on SMS. Honestly, like the
- 22:38technology itself was so old. Like when someone calls, it's
- 22:42like I, I don't pick up, but 99% of the time it's some spam.
- 22:47A lot of the times I have my phone on do not disturb.
- 22:49I have my phone lines set to DND and I basically make people
- 22:54leave a voicemail. If it's important, they will
- 22:56leave a voicemail. Trust and believe it was
- 23:00important, like the doctor's office, like an actual doctor's
- 23:03office that I actually have that I actually visit if they need to
- 23:06reach me and like I don't pick up, they will leave a voicemail.
- 23:11OK, you know, And there's all, there are people now with like
- 23:14the fishing and everything. I don't pick up phone calls
- 23:17anymore unless I have like agreed with someone like a
- 23:21company, like oh, when are you free to have a chat?
- 23:25It's like, oh, call me at 1:00, then it's like, OK, then at 1:00
- 23:29I'll be ready to take a phone call.
- 23:30If a phone comes in at 1:00 and it's the phone call I'm
- 23:32expecting when I pick up, yes, that's fine.
- 23:35Otherwise, everyone is going to voicemail.
- 23:37Absolutely everybody's going to voicemail.
- 23:41We as a society somehow like this spam, like people's time
- 23:46and energy is so precious. Like the amount of spam we get
- 23:49everywhere. The snail mail spam, like the
- 23:52emo spam is like pretty manageable like that or
- 23:54whatever. But like the phone spam, like
- 23:57the in person spam, like, oh man, it's yeah.
- 24:01And I get so mad. You know, sometimes you have
- 24:03apps on your phone and app updates and because of the
- 24:06update or because they push something through.
- 24:08Oh, the the Uber Eats app or like the DoorDash app, I forgot
- 24:12which one. One of them recently it was
- 24:16like, oh, it was Mother's Day recently it pushed a Mother's
- 24:21Day promo notification on my phone.
- 24:23And I hate notification spam. Like spammy notifications I
- 24:26hate. I was like, OK, when an app on
- 24:30my phone pushes me marketing spam.
- 24:33I'll give it one chance. I'll go into the settings for
- 24:37the app and usually there is like a setting to turn off, to
- 24:41turn off the promotional push notifications.
- 24:44OK, in this like whatever, DoorDash, I think it's probably
- 24:46Uber Eats. Uber, it's really bad for this.
- 24:48Probably the Uber Eats app. There was a brand new setting
- 24:53for Mother's Day and Father's Day promotions that weren't
- 24:57there before. So they updated the app just for
- 24:59these occasions to have a Mother's Day notification
- 25:06setting and it was obviously on. And that setting was not there
- 25:08before. That setting is not there most
- 25:10of the year. And I was like sneaky shit that
- 25:13companies like this, like this is like a sneaky thing that I
- 25:17think it's probably Uber. I'm I'm blaming Uber.
- 25:19I can't remember what app is sneaky shit like this that
- 25:22companies do in their ABS. I was like, you know what, I
- 25:25just turn off all the notifications.
- 25:26Like I went into my iPhone settings and I told my iPhone
- 25:30this app, no notification, but it's very easy to do that and
- 25:34that's great. There are some apps that were
- 25:36like, you know what? It's an app that I use.
- 25:38I do use Uber Eats like once a month to actually order food.
- 25:43And I was thinking should I just leave the notification on?
- 25:45Because if I order food, I want updates on it.
- 25:47But I'm thinking, you know what, if I order food, I will check on
- 25:50the status because I'm waiting for the food.
- 25:52If I'm ordering dinner, I'm ordering pho on a Friday night
- 25:56and I'm waiting for the pho. I will go into the app and like
- 25:59keep an eye on it because if like 45 minutes goes by and I my
- 26:04fuzz not here like I will check so that's fine.
- 26:07So I just turn off the system notifications for that whole
- 26:11app. So like I don't care.
- 26:12So no matter what they do with the app, I won't get the spam
- 26:15anymore. Just spam everywhere, guys.
- 26:19I feel like, I don't know, like, is there anyone who's not
- 26:23bothered by spam? They're obviously people that
- 26:25are like sending out the mailers, people that are like
- 26:28doing these cold phone calls, people that are like programming
- 26:31these spam notifications into all these apps.
- 26:34Like there's so many people creating spam.
- 26:37I'm wondering, like the people that are creating the spam, do
- 26:40they ever think like we're killing a lot of trees and
- 26:44bothering a lot of people and filling the people's inboxes
- 26:46with something that 90% of them are not going to read?
- 26:50Is this like, is this what we we should be doing and spending
- 26:54resources on? I guess this has been a rant.
- 26:57I didn't mean to. Well, I, it, it turned out that
- 27:00way. I don't think I meant to talk
- 27:02about spam that much, but I think it's a very relatable
- 27:05topic. So I do a lot of I do a lot of
- 27:08like I don't none of my phone calls ring.
- 27:11They just go to voicemail. E most of the emails spam
- 27:14filtering is pretty good. Like the junk e-mail, the the
- 27:17junk snail mail is like most of it gets like thrown away.
- 27:21I always have to like fish through and like, OK, what's an
- 27:23actual letter? Even if it's an actual letter,
- 27:25you can't trust that it's not spam.
- 27:27Some realtor try to did a handwritten letter to me and
- 27:32it's, but it's like from some person I didn't know.
- 27:34So I just like threw it away. So God forbid I get a legitimate
- 27:38e-mail and it's in like a blank, unmarked envelope because it's
- 27:41some confidential thing where they can't mark anything on the
- 27:43outside and I just throw it away.
- 27:45It's probably happened. All right, Well, I hope you have
- 27:48a good Thursday. I'm personally very excited for
- 27:51my new to me podcast recorder thing to come.
- 27:56It's supposed to come Thursday night.
- 27:58It's Wednesday as I record this. So hopefully this will be the
- 28:01last time that we'll have any sort of little audio issues.
- 28:04The last podcast recording I did, I heard a lot of these
- 28:08little takes on the recording, but there's no way for me to
- 28:10like edit it out. So hopefully the podcast quality
- 28:15will get better starting from whatever the next podcast I'm
- 28:19going to record. And until that podcast, bye
- 28:22y'all.
