  SPEAKER_00: We are going to be diving in today to how I catapulted from 10k months to 40k months.

  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about that journey, that quantum leap, and what I did to get there.

  SPEAKER_00: So we are going to go back in time on a little journey back to baby live when I first started my business.

  SPEAKER_00: And for those of you who don't know, I first started back in 2020.

  SPEAKER_00: 2020, yes, uh, in February.

  SPEAKER_00: I had just finished med school, I had just taken my board exams, I was like spring chicken, ready to go, ready to get, you know, business started after spending so long in school.

  SPEAKER_00: And you know, naturally with school, also had like medical school uh debt, like 111,000 in medical school debt.

  SPEAKER_00: For those of you who don't know, it's an it's expensive to go, so you make that decision, and so I really was able to collapse time at a very rapid rate.

  SPEAKER_00: So when I started my business, obviously I started from like quote unquote zero, you know, I started from nothing, and in February we were at like under 2k, March we were at 10, September we were at 30, by October we were at 40.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's like less than eight months, that's seven months, and that's quite the leap.

  SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna talk about what I kind of did and the biggest things that really made the difference.

  SPEAKER_00: And the number one thing that if you don't master is going to make you feel like you've hit a block in your business, it's gonna make you feel like you can't break the glass ceiling, you can't go belong beyond like the eight to 10k months, is going to be your wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: If we think about leaping from 10 to 40 in under seven months, it is not from working more, right?

  SPEAKER_00: The the strategy is not like if I work more, then I will make more.

  SPEAKER_00: I was working up until then, you know, I ran like a YouTube channel, I was like doing brand stuff, you know, I was in med school, I was working 70, 80 hour weeks between everything like that.

  SPEAKER_00: So if that was the answer, then everybody who worked hard would make that much.

  SPEAKER_00: But the issue is that people think, well, if I just put in more hours, if I just put in more work, then I'll get there.

  SPEAKER_00: Then something has to click and eventually it'll all add up magically.

  SPEAKER_00: Somehow it'll all add up, and I will start hitting that like higher income level.

  SPEAKER_00: The problem is that when you do not have the wealth energetics on board, what you are doing doesn't work as well for you, and it doesn't propel you as fast as it could.

  SPEAKER_00: So we really need to be mastering the wealth energetics behind our business if we want to be growing.

  SPEAKER_00: Because let me tell you, I cut my work in half, and that's how I grew.

  SPEAKER_00: It was not from hustling, grinding, it was not from working 80-hour weeks, 40 hour weeks.

  SPEAKER_00: I think I work like 20, okay, what would be considered like part-time hours.

  SPEAKER_00: And how is it that I four times like my business per month in that first year?

  SPEAKER_00: Right?

  SPEAKER_00: And so it can be very tempting to very much get into the it'll eventually all add up if I just do more and I'll make more.

  SPEAKER_00: And we do need strategy, but the thing is, is that it's like 20% strategy and like 80% wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if it was the strategy, then everyone who used the strategy, everyone who just put in more hours would have that growth, right?

  SPEAKER_00: But there's an incongruency.

  SPEAKER_00: Why is it that two people can use the exact same strategy?

  SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm posting, I'm doing things, doing all the right things, and some people really grow, and some people do not.

  SPEAKER_00: It's the energetics, right?
• 4:49
  SPEAKER_00: Just like we need energy good energetics behind the reason we eat healthy, right?

  SPEAKER_00: We want to be doing it from a place of loving ourselves and not shame, same with our businesses.

  SPEAKER_00: But so often there's all these beliefs and things in our nervous system that don't actually allow us to access the energetics that are gonna work for us in our business.

  SPEAKER_00: All right, we become very hyper-masculine focused because we're taught if we just focus more, if we just work more, then eventually we'll get there.

  SPEAKER_00: And it definitely feels like throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping that it's going to stick.

  SPEAKER_00: So we really wanna be working with these wealth energetics in order to get us to that next level and to break through that glass ceiling.

  SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, it is like you know, working in your business with two hands tied behind your back.

  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna feel very frustrating, it's gonna feel very annoying, and then what happens when we feel like something's not quote unquote working?

  SPEAKER_00: Our default is work more, work more, work more.

  SPEAKER_00: Then it'll work.

  SPEAKER_00: But what happens is then we burn out, right?
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: Our nervous system gets burnt out.

  SPEAKER_00: And then we learn, we start to have associations in our brain.

  SPEAKER_00: Well, like, shit, Liv, I want to make more, but I'm already burnt out here.

  SPEAKER_00: How the hell can I be making more and be less burnt out?

  SPEAKER_00: And this is what I see stops a lot of people in business.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like, all right, Liv, like I'm making some money, I'm at like 8k months or 10k months.

  SPEAKER_00: I want to make more, but I actually don't have the capacity for more.

  SPEAKER_00: Like I'm already tired.

  SPEAKER_00: Laundry's already exhausting, I'm already feeling like it's like dragging.

  SPEAKER_00: All right, and this tells me that we have wealth energetics issues.

  SPEAKER_00: This tells me that the energetics of your business are not fully clean.

  SPEAKER_00: There's little leaks, we're misaligned, we're operating from too much of a wounded masculine instead of having the right strategy and structure that's actually going to support the business you want with ease.

  SPEAKER_00: All right, how I got there again was not by working more.

  SPEAKER_00: It's having the right strategy, the right structure, and then letting the energetics do the heavy lifting.

  SPEAKER_00: When you allow wealth energetics to do the heavy lifting, you bring in ease, you bring in relax, you feel chilling your business.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not this like push, push, push, burnout, I want more, but I can't do it.

  SPEAKER_00: Like grind circle mentality.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is also why you see people burn out in business.

  SPEAKER_00: They're exhausted while they're launching, they're exhausted at the end of a launch, their business exhausts them, they're exhausted at the end of the year, they need to take all this time off, they need to take a month off, they need to take a sabbatical.

  SPEAKER_00: It's because of how they're running their business.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if that were true, then everyone who is doing it from that pushing way would have to do it that way, but it's not.

  SPEAKER_00: So this is really about examining, huh?

  SPEAKER_00: Where have I not actually been utilizing the wealth energetics to maximize my results?

  SPEAKER_00: Where have I not been using wealth energetics to do the heavy lifting for me?

  SPEAKER_00: And where have I been doing the heavy lifting?

  SPEAKER_00: Where have I maybe been in this cycle, in this loop of, well, I know I want to make more, but I want it to feel relaxed and ease.

  SPEAKER_00: I don't know how to do that, because right now it does feel hard.

  SPEAKER_00: I don't have the capacity for more.

  SPEAKER_00: You know that you don't have the capacity for more, but you want it to grow, and so you feel kind of stuck at this stalemate.

  SPEAKER_00: You feel stuck at this ceiling.

  SPEAKER_00: And so you may even look and be like, okay, how does love do it?

  SPEAKER_00: Like, how is she doing it?

  SPEAKER_00: How is she growing?

  SPEAKER_00: How?

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm telling you, it's a lot of it is the regulation work through wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: It's getting your nervous system on board with running a business in that way.

  SPEAKER_00: But so often we have these limiting beliefs, this lack, the four boundaries, the lack of personal power, this outsourcing our power to external validation, which causes us to lose momentum.

  SPEAKER_00: If we are constantly putting our personal power in something outside of us, which means, oh, I launched a thing and no one's bought yet.

  SPEAKER_00: Uh, I've posted on my stories, no one's bought yet.

  SPEAKER_00: My business is doing this.

  SPEAKER_00: This month is 5k less than last month, and blah, blah, blah.

  SPEAKER_00: That is a very like up and down roller coaster energy that does not tell, like, tells me that your nervous system is not the grounded, relaxed place from which to build like a business that can grow and scale.

  SPEAKER_00: So it's no wonder you have fears perhaps about going to the next level or if you can handle it or what that's gonna look like.

  SPEAKER_00: No wonder you feel like, well, if it's really demanding now, how is it not gonna be demanding at like 40k cash months?

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm actually here to tell you, it gets to be like less and less and less and less demanding.

  SPEAKER_00: So, like, look at where you're also outsourcing your personal power, where you're letting it be based on external circumstance.

  SPEAKER_00: This is gonna cause you to lose momentum.

  SPEAKER_00: How can you build momentum in your business if you're constantly needing that external validation?

  SPEAKER_00: If you're constantly letting that run the show, if you only feel good when, if you only show up when, if you have this circumstantial power.

  SPEAKER_00: That's not an alignment.

  SPEAKER_00: The reason I was be able to like grow so rapidly and grow so quickly is because I don't put my power in something external to me.

  SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's something that definitely got me from the 10 to 40, but that's also something that continues and allows me to grow and collapse time, get to like 40k days and etc.

  SPEAKER_00: So, really looking, it's like, huh, where am I actually running my business from a point of external personal power?

  SPEAKER_00: Where am I right, like the energetics of my business when it comes to money is not clean?

  SPEAKER_00: Where do I believe, like, you know, I need to work more to do more?

  SPEAKER_00: Where am I now?

  SPEAKER_00: I know I'm subconsciously blocking more because if I feel like making money is hard right now, why the hell is the universe gonna bring me more money if I believe it's hard at 10k and we're not gonna get to 40k?

  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't feel alignment, it doesn't feel good to your body.

  SPEAKER_00: Alright, so you're gonna self-sabotage and plug out and lose momentum, and then you're not gonna allow yourself to go there.

  SPEAKER_00: But you need to be the one in your business who has that level of personal power in their system.

  SPEAKER_00: You need to be the one who's leading.

  SPEAKER_00: But if we have all these beliefs, it's going to slow us down.

  SPEAKER_00: But we need to be able to have a system that can hold more clients with ease.

  SPEAKER_00: More money with ease.

  SPEAKER_00: If you believe it's hard, you're not gonna A be able to receive it, or it's not gonna be consistent.

  SPEAKER_00: We really want that stable, grounded, relaxed place.

  SPEAKER_00: Your system needs to be solid.

  SPEAKER_00: Really look and examine where your nervous system wavers in your business, where you're operating from this up and down kind of energy.

  SPEAKER_00: Perhaps your system is burned out.

  SPEAKER_00: Perhaps you haven't been structuring it in a way that's going to serve you.

  SPEAKER_00: Perhaps you have conditions that you've been operating under that aren't true.

  SPEAKER_00: Like if you just work more, it'll magically all click.

  SPEAKER_00: And so I see the question of like, what does it mean to be grounded?

  SPEAKER_00: When we think about not being grounded, it's very like I have a high and then I have a low, and then I have a high and then I have a low.

  SPEAKER_00: That doesn't allow you to build momentum to scale your income.

  SPEAKER_00: You actually need to be solid no matter what.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not like I feel good when I have a high month, but if you know it's slightly lower the next month, we go into a spiral, and then we make it personal, and then we have an income dip, and then we have a whole host of other things.

  SPEAKER_00: Notice how nothing is what I'm saying is like, oh, post three reels a week and two carousel posts and blah blah blah.

  SPEAKER_00: Because that all does not matter if your energetics are not on board.

  SPEAKER_00: You could have the perfect strategy, be working all the hours.

  SPEAKER_00: But if your energetics are not clean, it does not matter.

  SPEAKER_00: So you actually have to learn to become someone who embodies those energetics in their business so that their business can receive more clients, receive more money with ease.

  SPEAKER_00: The only reason I did it, the only reason it was possible for me was because I did the work in my system on the energetics to get there.

  SPEAKER_00: So I remember my first month in business.

  SPEAKER_00: So coming out of February, you know, I just graduated med school, blah blah blah.

  SPEAKER_00: Most people would have been like, well, you know what?
• 16:18
  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna save and save and save all my money to pay off my student loan before investing in myself.

  SPEAKER_00: I was like, I'm gonna hire a mentor who's gonna help me make a lot more money so I can do this faster and invest in that so that I can just make more and naturally overflow makes everything like overflow, essentially.

  SPEAKER_00: And I am so glad that I did that.

  SPEAKER_00: Because I guarantee you, the first investment I made, I think she was like 3k a month, so maybe like 9k, almost 10k.

  SPEAKER_00: I invested, having not been at 10k months before.

  SPEAKER_00: And I made 10k back in three days.

  SPEAKER_00: Why?

  SPEAKER_00: Wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: That first month, why?

  SPEAKER_00: In three days, wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: Why did I then hop to 20 and 30?

  SPEAKER_00: That was March.

  SPEAKER_00: By the summertime, we were at 20.

  SPEAKER_00: By September, we were at 30, and then I remember October 9th, Thanksgiving of that year, we were at 40.

  SPEAKER_00: Energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: A little strategy.

  SPEAKER_00: We need some, we need some structure to support your business.

  SPEAKER_00: But it was the nervous system work.

  SPEAKER_00: It was the energetic work.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if you want non-logical results, you have to be willing to play in the non-logical.

  SPEAKER_00: If you want nonlinear results, you have to be playing in the non-linear and getting that to do the heavy lifting for you.

  SPEAKER_00: Most people, like I said, would have contracted, would have been like, well, I'm gonna wait until I pay off all my student loans, you know, before I invest in mentorship.

  SPEAKER_00: But I wouldn't have not, I wouldn't have learned the energetics to be able to collapse time around my income.

  SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't have had someone poke all the little holes and give me the structure and give me like, oh, clean this up, clean this up, clean this up.

  SPEAKER_00: So I take it, I embody it, clean up, and this is how I stacked and grew.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you're feeling frustrated now, if you're feeling like it's quote unquote not working, I really, really recommend looking at these wealth energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: Looking at where the wealth energetics are not on board with you.

  SPEAKER_00: Look at where you've been defaulting, thinking it's I need to learn another strategy, it's this real strategy, or it's this, you know, doing this this many times per day, or this hook strategy, or this.

  SPEAKER_00: And we we need to show up in our businesses, don't get me wrong.

  SPEAKER_00: But like I said, smaller percentage, a lot smaller percentage.

  SPEAKER_00: And behind that smaller percent, if your energetics are not on board, it's not going to matter.

  SPEAKER_00: And I remember early in my business I had a vision.

  SPEAKER_00: I was always willing to play bigger.

  SPEAKER_00: And that is a mentality that has greatly served me.

  SPEAKER_00: And served me throughout my whole business, is I was always willing to play bigger than where I was at.

  SPEAKER_00: Because when you allow yourself to play bigger than where you're at, you are literally you collapse time.

  SPEAKER_00: If we think about you're gonna play here, you're here, you're gonna play here.

  SPEAKER_00: What does the world do?

  SPEAKER_00: Collapse time.

  SPEAKER_00: You play here when you're here, collapse.

  SPEAKER_00: Collapse.

  SPEAKER_00: This is when people talk about quantum leaping and collapsing time.

  SPEAKER_00: But you actually have to decide to be the woman who is going to master the energetics to expand your nervous system to receive more clients and more money with ease, to step into those like 20k to 50k cash months.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you're still having nervous system responses, if we're losing momentum every time, if you're I don't know, constantly checking DMs seeing someone's message, if you're writing stories about your income or views, or who signed up or who hasn't, or whatever kind of stories you're getting into, it's actually taking up so much mental space.

  SPEAKER_00: It's taking up a lot of mental space in your day.

  SPEAKER_00: And then you default to working harder instead of working smarter.

  SPEAKER_00: And that creates a lot of pressure.

  SPEAKER_00: Creates a lot of pressure on your system, creates a lot of pressure in your creativity.

  SPEAKER_00: You haven't heard before, like start start a business and that'll show you your wounds.

  SPEAKER_00: That'll show you your fear of being seen.

  SPEAKER_00: That'll show you your fear of being judged.

  SPEAKER_00: That'll show you your fear of speaking your truth.

  SPEAKER_00: That'll show you your fears of what Sally from high school is gonna think.

  SPEAKER_00: I remember working through those fears back in the day.

  SPEAKER_00: Fear of what so-and-so from high school is gonna think, they're gonna see me.

  SPEAKER_00: Dissolve that one quickly.

  SPEAKER_00: And then the people who bullied me in high school actually ended up hiring me.

  SPEAKER_00: Isn't that interesting?

  SPEAKER_00: But I had to work through all those fears in my system.

  SPEAKER_00: I couldn't let that slow me down.

  SPEAKER_00: If you're scared, oh, what if my family sees this?

  SPEAKER_00: What is so-and-so gonna think?

  SPEAKER_00: What if they judge me for doing that?

  SPEAKER_00: What if I speak my truth or I speak my opinion about something and people don't like it?

  SPEAKER_00: News flash, people aren't gonna like it.
