- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning! The Root!
- 0:11Speaker 2: The Root!
- 0:12Speaker 1: The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 2: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 2: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 2: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:41Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Alright, way down the route, the route, the route, the
- 0:57Speaker 1: route is on fire.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Hold on a second, I know the show is starting
- 1:01Speaker 3: and I'm just not ready yet. I got so many
- 1:03Speaker 3: articles in front of me, I can't keep up with
- 1:05Speaker 3: them all.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I got light blasting me in the face. Hold on
- 1:07Speaker 1: one second. Alright, so much going on today, my gosh.
- 1:12Speaker 3: You know, I wrote the column on Friday and it
- 1:15Speaker 3: was based on the speech I gave when I was
- 1:18Speaker 3: the speaker at the Charlie Kirk Candlelight Prayer Vigil in
- 1:21Speaker 3: Las Vegas on Thursday night. And I wrote the column
- 1:24Speaker 3: that we should not and cannot ask for unity. That's
- 1:27Speaker 3: the biggest lie ever told. The second biggest lie is
- 1:30Speaker 3: that we're all the same.
- 1:31Speaker 1: We're all guilty. We all want to murder each other. Lies. Lies, lies, lies.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Everything's a lie. Everything I hear about Charlie Kirk's lie.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Everything I hear about what happens is a lie. The
- 1:42Speaker 3: actual assassinations, Allah, you and I both know, that kid
- 1:46Speaker 3: didn't do it by himself. This is another cover-up. This
- 1:49Speaker 3: reminds me of exactly what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Massive cover-up. This is a massive cover-up. Something is very wrong.
- 1:57Speaker 3: But the reality is when liberals say we're all the
- 1:59Speaker 3: same and that the state senator was killed in Minnesota
- 2:03Speaker 3: along with her husband, and we didn't say anything. There
- 2:06Speaker 3: wasn't one conservative in America who went online and cheered
- 2:11Speaker 3: the death of a Democrat state senator.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So that's a lie. And also they say, oh, and
- 2:19Speaker 1: the guy who did it was a conservative.
- 2:21Speaker 3: That's a lie. We've debugged that. He was not a conservative.
- 2:25Speaker 3: He was some sort of crazy nut job. I don't
- 2:29Speaker 3: know what he was. Maybe he was anti-fa. Maybe he was,
- 2:32Speaker 3: I don't know what. Maybe he's another transgender killer. But
- 2:35Speaker 3: I know one thing. He was not a conservative. But
- 2:38Speaker 3: they lie and say things like that.
- 2:40Speaker 1: They make it up as they go along. But let's
- 2:42Speaker 1: just say he was a conservative.
- 2:44Speaker 3: There wasn't one conservative in the United States of America
- 2:47Speaker 3: who celebrated online and danced on the grave and said.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Yes, the state senator Democrat is dead.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Nobody did that because we don't do that. We don't
- 2:57Speaker 3: believe in that. It's not that we don't do it publicly.
- 3:01Speaker 3: We don't do it privately either. If Barack Obama got
- 3:03Speaker 3: his brains blown out tomorrow, I'd be as shocked as
- 3:06Speaker 3: any Democrat and sickened as any Democrat.
- 3:09Speaker 1: And I hate the man and I despise everything he
- 3:11Speaker 1: believes in.
- 3:12Speaker 3: But I don't believe in political violence and I don't
- 3:15Speaker 3: believe in anyone's brains. being blown out, political or otherwise,
- 3:19Speaker 3: and I don't celebrate people's deaths, let alone publicly.
- 3:24Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Crazy what's been going on over the weekend. I swear
- 3:27Speaker 3: to you, the country is falling apart.
- 3:29Speaker 1: We're headed for civil war.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Or as I say, or as I said on Australian
- 3:34Speaker 3: TV on Friday night when they asked me about this situation,
- 3:38Speaker 3: they said, is America breaking up and headed for civil war?
- 3:40Speaker 3: And I said, well, Democrats want civil war. They'd like
- 3:44Speaker 3: there to be civil war. I do not want civil war.
- 3:48Speaker 3: But if there is civil war, you can bet we're
- 3:51Speaker 3: going to win. You can bet I'm going to be
- 3:53Speaker 3: on the winning side. You can bet the people that
- 3:55Speaker 3: have all the guns.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Are going to be the ones who win.
- 3:57Speaker 3: But we don't want civil war and we don't want
- 3:59Speaker 3: to kill a single person. And we would never celebrate
- 4:02Speaker 3: the death of a single person. But I do believe,
- 4:04Speaker 3: this is what I told Australian TV, I do believe,
- 4:07Speaker 3: I pray we can avoid civil war.
- 4:09Speaker 1: But I do believe we're as divided as the civil war.
- 4:12Speaker 3: And I don't believe there's any way to have unity,
- 4:14Speaker 3: and I don't believe there's any way to sing Kumbaya
- 4:16Speaker 3: and compromise with someone who hates you and wants you dead.
- 4:20Speaker 3: There's no compromise anymore. What there could be is a
- 4:23Speaker 3: divided states of America.
- 4:25Speaker 1: There could be a red Republican states of America and
- 4:28Speaker 1: a blue Republican.
- 4:29Speaker 3: States American the next five years this country may very
- 4:32Speaker 3: well break up I was the first one to talk
- 4:35Speaker 3: about this two years ago I talked about the you
- 4:37Speaker 3: know the great American divorce that so many people I
- 4:41Speaker 3: know including me have been divorced and it's terrible but
- 4:45Speaker 3: it's not that terrible When it's over, you move on
- 4:47Speaker 3: and everything's good. My life's fantastic now. My ex-wife is
- 4:51Speaker 3: a nice lady. We're friends still, but she's in the
- 4:53Speaker 3: rearview mirror and it doesn't bother me at all anymore.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I got a new wife and life has moved on.
- 4:58Speaker 3: And so divorce is bad, but it's at the time,
- 5:01Speaker 3: but you get over it. And so it's not that
- 5:04Speaker 3: big a deal. And the same thing is true with America.
- 5:08Speaker 1: America's going to get divorced and we don't need a
- 5:10Speaker 1: civil war.
- 5:11Speaker 3: It's not that big a deal. We could be a
- 5:12Speaker 3: loosely connected series of states that don't agree with each
- 5:16Speaker 3: other on many things, but maybe share other things. Kind
- 5:19Speaker 3: of like Europe. The EU is like that. You know,
- 5:22Speaker 3: the people of Hungary have nothing in common with the
- 5:25Speaker 3: liberals in UK and France and Germany.
- 5:29Speaker 1: My gosh, they're such liberal countries. And Hungary is a.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Right wing country, but they're all in the EU and
- 5:35Speaker 3: they're all part of Europe and the European Union. But
- 5:38Speaker 3: they have their own armies and they have their own
- 5:40Speaker 3: governments and their own tax systems. I think we could
- 5:43Speaker 3: have a, you know, a zero percent or a flat,
- 5:45Speaker 3: a low flat tax in the red Republican states of
- 5:49Speaker 3: America and let Democrats have all the transgenders. Let the
- 5:53Speaker 3: blue states have all the illegal immigrants, all the transgenders,
- 5:57Speaker 3: all the weirdos of the world, all the people that
- 5:59Speaker 3: don't want guns, go to.
- 6:01Speaker 1: The blue states. All the people that want guns will
- 6:02Speaker 1: come to my states.
- 6:04Speaker 3: And we'll have a divided but very good divorced states
- 6:07Speaker 3: of America, red states and blue states. We can't live
- 6:10Speaker 3: together anymore. That much is becoming very clear. And anyone
- 6:14Speaker 3: who says otherwise and preaches otherwise is silly. Not when
- 6:17Speaker 3: you've got pastors talking about the fact.
- 6:19Speaker 1: That, you know, Charlie Kirk, at.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Least he didn't say, I'm glad they killed him.
- 6:23Speaker 1: He deserved to die. But there was a pastor who happens.
- 6:27Speaker 3: To be, get this, Jasmine Crockett's pastor in Texas who said,
- 6:33Speaker 3: basically mocked Charlie Kirk's assassination and his Christian faith and.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Said, you know, it's not good that he got shot.
- 6:40Speaker 1: I don't want him to get shot.
- 6:41Speaker 3: But, you know, he deserved it. Basically, he's so divisive
- 6:45Speaker 3: and so terrible, he deserved it. That was basically what
- 6:47Speaker 3: he said. He takes a temporary medical leave of absence
- 6:51Speaker 3: just now.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Bye-bye.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Everyone's going bye-bye. They've all outed themselves as insane.
- 7:00Speaker 1: There was a nurse there. Beautiful nurse, by the way.
- 7:03Speaker 1: She was stunningly beautiful. She's one of the most beautiful
- 7:06Speaker 1: nurses I've ever seen.
- 7:08Speaker 3: And this nurse reported, I think in New Jersey, reported
- 7:11Speaker 3: her doctor celebrating Charlie Kerr's death. And the hospital suspended
- 7:17Speaker 3: the nurse. And it made national headlines and she was
- 7:21Speaker 3: on Fox News over the weekend.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And guess what just happened?
- 7:24Speaker 3: She was reinstated and the doctor has been dismissed from
- 7:27Speaker 3: the hospital.
- 7:29Speaker 1: All the people who've.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Been going crazy are all getting fired. Thousands of people
- 7:34Speaker 3: are getting fired. This is all backfired so badly on liberals.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I'm going to give a stand.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I stand my whole show anyway. Standing ovation. When I ovate,
- 7:44Speaker 3: it's standing automatically.
- 7:46Speaker 1: There she is. There's the gal. standing ovation because here's
- 7:53Speaker 1: what I believe really happened. Okay.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk was a man of God and a Christian
- 7:58Speaker 3: man of faith. And they assassinated in the same way that,
- 8:01Speaker 3: you know, people kill Jesus Christ. I'm not saying Charlie's
- 8:03Speaker 3: Jesus Christ, but I'm saying it was an assassination and
- 8:06Speaker 3: it was based on his, not just his political beliefs,
- 8:09Speaker 3: but his religious faith.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And it's all backfired. See, God has plans. You could ask,
- 8:15Speaker 1: why did God let Charlie be killed?
- 8:17Speaker 3: But Charlie's in heaven now, and him and God are
- 8:20Speaker 3: working on America together.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And they had what, I think 3,500 chapters?
- 8:26Speaker 3: Of Turning Point, and I heard something like 35,000 people
- 8:29Speaker 3: called to ask if they could open a chapter this
- 8:32Speaker 3: past weekend. Turning Point's going to be so much bigger
- 8:36Speaker 3: than it ever was, and all these people.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Have been outed. Something, the devil made them come.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Out, and maybe Jesus is the one who made them
- 8:44Speaker 3: come out and out themselves and look like the terrible communist...
- 8:49Speaker 3: Enemies of America they are and they're all getting fired.
- 8:52Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Teachers are getting fired and Secret Service agents are getting
- 8:56Speaker 3: fired and FEMA employees are getting fired and NFL employees
- 9:01Speaker 3: are getting fired.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It's great. It's great.
- 9:04Speaker 3: We didn't realize how many terrible people there were. And
- 9:07Speaker 3: I heard that thousands and thousands of people every hour
- 9:10Speaker 3: of every day now are leaving the Democrat Party because
- 9:13Speaker 3: they're so disgusted by this celebrating of the death of
- 9:17Speaker 3: a nice man with two young kids. So this is
- 9:21Speaker 3: backfiring so big time. And it's going to lead to
- 9:25Speaker 3: a much bigger midterm win for the GOP and much
- 9:30Speaker 3: more support for President Trump. These people are so crazy,
- 9:33Speaker 3: I guess, because they're all vaccinated. They all took the vax.
- 9:36Speaker 1: They've lost their minds.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Their brains are rotting with some sort of vaccine dementia,
- 9:41Speaker 3: vaccine Alzheimer's, and their heads have hollowed out just like
- 9:45Speaker 3: Joe Biden.
- 9:46Speaker 1: They've all lost their minds. Remember Joe Biden?
- 9:47Speaker 3: I mean, I know you remember him because you don't
- 9:49Speaker 3: have dementia like Joe Biden. But do you remember how
- 9:52Speaker 3: Joe Biden, despite having dementia or Alzheimer's, despite being mindless
- 9:56Speaker 3: and brainless, he still was able to get up and
- 9:59Speaker 3: give multiple speeches speeches where the background was bright red
- 10:03Speaker 3: like the devil and he had things shining in the
- 10:05Speaker 3: background that looked like the devil. And he gave speeches
- 10:08Speaker 3: that conservatives and MAGA are domestic terrorists.
- 10:12Speaker 1: See, this is evil, man. These people are pure evil
- 10:16Speaker 1: and the devil has got a hold of them. This
- 10:18Speaker 1: is Satan.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Nobody says and does things like this. Nobody out loud
- 10:24Speaker 3: at least says, oh my God, somebody I don't like
- 10:27Speaker 3: got killed.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm glad. Nobody does that unless you're the devil, man.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Unless the devil's got your mind and your body. All right.
- 10:37Speaker 1: So good things are happening.
- 10:38Speaker 3: I feel like this is all going to turn out
- 10:41Speaker 3: to be great, even though it started with something horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.
- 10:45Speaker 3: The worst thing I've ever seen maybe in my life.
- 10:48Speaker 3: I get a look. I watch movies all the time.
- 10:51Speaker 3: Mafia movies, war movies. People get their brains blown out.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I've never seen someone I know. assassinated in front of
- 10:57Speaker 3: me and the blood pouring out of his neck and
- 10:59Speaker 3: Charlie fall dead to the ground I know Charlie Kirk
- 11:02Speaker 3: he's a friend and a guest on this show and
- 11:04Speaker 3: my co-host on the network right on Real America's Voice
- 11:07Speaker 3: TV we each had shows it's the most horrible thing
- 11:09Speaker 3: I've ever seen I was in shock for two days
- 11:12Speaker 3: but I've started to come out of it and really
- 11:14Speaker 3: believe that good things are gonna come of it because
- 11:18Speaker 3: God was involved in all of it and Charlie is
- 11:22Speaker 3: of God and I'm telling you good things are happening
- 11:25Speaker 3: by the way My stock portfolio is going up like
- 11:29Speaker 3: a rocket, like 10% a day, a day, because of

- 14:44Speaker 1: That's VRAinsider.com. Uh, I don't have that Pitar, so I
- 15:09Speaker 1: don't know what you're talking about. No, not here. Here
- 15:12Speaker 1: you go. We're back. We're back. I'm still my director Pitar.
- 15:15Speaker 1: We got lots of things.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Oh man, doing this show, you have no idea how
- 15:18Speaker 3: many thousands of things need to be done by a,
- 15:20Speaker 3: you know, by a very small crew.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I've got me, I've got my director Pitar.
- 15:24Speaker 3: I've got Andrew Paul, my executive producer and booker and
- 15:27Speaker 3: VP of my company. I've got, uh, Daniel and Jason
- 15:30Speaker 3: who are my audio guys. I've got, uh, guys in
- 15:34Speaker 3: Denver who handle all the cameras, and we're talking about
- 15:38Speaker 3: one guy there, one guy, either Daniel or Jason, that
- 15:42Speaker 3: handles my radio each day. So it's like a small
- 15:45Speaker 3: crew of like four or five people that handle a
- 15:47Speaker 3: very busy show, very busy.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Podcast, a lot going on. All the different parts of
- 15:53Speaker 1: the country.
- 15:54Speaker 3: All right, so before we went to the break, I
- 15:56Speaker 3: mentioned VRA, which is the sponsor of this whole show,
- 15:58Speaker 3: Keep Heritage. And I mentioned that, you know, I tried
- 16:01Speaker 3: a portfolio. I put it together like, I don't know,
- 16:03Speaker 3: eight months ago. And it's up like 45%. It's all
- 16:06Speaker 3: kept stocks. It's up 45%. But it's mostly gold and
- 16:10Speaker 3: gold mining and Bitcoin. And gold soared to a new
- 16:15Speaker 3: all-time record high today. And here's another article, strong chance
- 16:20Speaker 3: that the United States will form a strategic Bitcoin reserve
- 16:24Speaker 3: this year. President Trump's going to form a strategic Bitcoin
- 16:27Speaker 3: reserve for.
- 16:28Speaker 1: People to know what that means.
- 16:30Speaker 3: In other words, the United States will go out and buy,
- 16:32Speaker 3: let's say, $ 100 billion worth of Bitcoin and then just
- 16:35Speaker 3: keep it like we keep gold in Fort Knox, although
- 16:37Speaker 3: there's a big debate.
- 16:38Speaker 1: How much is really still there in Fort Knox?
- 16:41Speaker 3: But the idea is no matter what happens in the world,
- 16:43Speaker 3: the United States has a reserve in case the dollar
- 16:46Speaker 3: goes to zero and the world collapses. We've got a
- 16:48Speaker 3: gold reserve. Now we're going to establish a Bitcoin reserve. Well,
- 16:53Speaker 3: if the United States goes out and buys billions of
- 16:55Speaker 3: dollars worth of Bitcoin, what do you think that's going
- 16:57Speaker 3: to do to the.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Price of Bitcoin?
- 16:59Speaker 3: The day that we announce we're actually starting the strategic
- 17:03Speaker 3: Bitcoin reserve, Bitcoin's going to go to 200,000 from where
- 17:06Speaker 3: it is now, which is 115,000.
- 17:08Speaker 1: It's going to go to 200,000.
- 17:11Speaker 3: So you got to have Bitcoin. You got to have gold.
- 17:14Speaker 3: You got to have gold mining stocks. Gold is going
- 17:16Speaker 3: to keep hitting all-time highs. Kip used to say gold,
- 17:20Speaker 3: his projection was 10,000 an ounce. He just changed it
- 17:23Speaker 3: over the weekend to 15,000 to 20,000 an ounce.
- 17:26Speaker 1: That's where gold is going. It's only.
- 17:29Speaker 3: At $ 3, 600. And it's going to go to $ 15, 000 to $ 20, 000.
- 17:34Speaker 3: So for the next 20 years, you need to own
- 17:36Speaker 3: gold and Bitcoin in addition to key stocks. And Kit
- 17:39Speaker 3: Perridge will walk you through it every step.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Of the way.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Go to VRAinsider.com. VRAinsider.com. You automatically get two weeks free.
- 17:46Speaker 3: And after that, you'll stay for life. I was talking
- 17:49Speaker 3: about all the people who have ruined their lives and
- 17:52Speaker 3: been fired from their jobs. The numbers are incredible. And
- 17:56Speaker 3: I mentioned this... This New Jersey doctor who cheered Charlie
- 17:59Speaker 3: Kirk's murder and the nurse got suspended for telling the
- 18:02Speaker 3: world about it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: She's reinstated. He's fired. It's a big news story now.
- 18:06Speaker 3: I mentioned this pastor who is the pastor in Texas
- 18:10Speaker 3: for Jasmine Crockett.
- 18:11Speaker 1: He's on a.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Medical leave of absence after basically celebrating Charlie Kirk's death.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Left-wing streamer Stephen Bunnell, aka Destiny, calls for conservatives to
- 18:22Speaker 3: be murdered more often so they will be afraid to
- 18:26Speaker 3: attend events or speak out, this guy needs to be
- 18:29Speaker 3: arrested tomorrow.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Well, not tomorrow, tonight, right now.
- 18:34Speaker 3: An FBI raid should hit his house and they should
- 18:37Speaker 3: throw him on the ground and they should drag him
- 18:39Speaker 3: in for interrogation and they should put him in prison
- 18:42Speaker 3: for a long time forever saying you should murder anybody.
- 18:46Speaker 3: You notice on this show, I hate liberals. I can't
- 18:48Speaker 3: stand liberals. I want liberals arrested. I want liberal organizations
- 18:52Speaker 3: put out of business. I want bad people deported out
- 18:54Speaker 3: of the United States.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Have you ever heard me say I want to murder someone?
- 18:57Speaker 3: Have you ever heard me say someone should be murdered
- 18:59Speaker 3: by you, by someone who's listening to me?
- 19:01Speaker 1: Of course not. I don't want anyone murdered. How about
- 19:04Speaker 1: the MSNBC? MSNBC. MS-13 scumbag. How about that guy?
- 19:09Speaker 3: Abrego, whatever the hell his name is. Abrego Garcia. Yeah,
- 19:13Speaker 3: he is basically an MSNBC employee.
- 19:15Speaker 1: He's not MS-13. He's MSNBC. Do I want him murdered?
- 19:19Speaker 4: No.
- 19:20Speaker 3: No, I want him sent to El Salvador to the
- 19:22Speaker 3: Supermax Epcot prison for the rest of his life. And
- 19:24Speaker 3: if he happens to get murdered in his cell, well,
- 19:26Speaker 3: I have nothing to do with that. But I'm not
- 19:28Speaker 3: rooting for it. I wouldn't celebrate it after it happens.
- 19:31Speaker 3: I wouldn't let him sleep. If a horrible bad guy
- 19:34Speaker 3: who's a trafficker of people and women and drugs and
- 19:38Speaker 3: maybe even sex trafficker, drug trafficker that kills people, if
- 19:42Speaker 3: he goes to jail for life, I wouldn't lose any sleep.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I wouldn't cry. I'd be very happy he went to
- 19:47Speaker 1: jail for life. But I don't want to murder. I
- 19:49Speaker 1: don't want anybody murdered. These people are all crazy and
- 19:52Speaker 1: they're all losing their jobs.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Employees fired, suspended for celebrating Charlie Kirk's death. Airline pilots, educators,
- 19:59Speaker 3: retail workers.
- 20:00Speaker 1: They're all out on social media and they're ruining their lives.
- 20:04Speaker 1: We've outed them. Thank you, God, for outing these people.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I think God is using Charlie Kirk to save America
- 20:11Speaker 3: and make America great again and clean all the evil
- 20:13Speaker 3: people out.
- 20:14Speaker 1: VRA is the sponsor of this show. VRA. I thought
- 20:18Speaker 1: you said energy. We just did VRA. I know. Why
- 20:21Speaker 1: is it in order? Okay. I'm lost. You know what?
- 20:24Speaker 1: We're out of time. I'll get it when we get back.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I'm not worried about it. You know who sponsors the show.
- 20:27Speaker 1: All the great people. VRAinsider.com. Might as well say it again. VRAinsider.com.

- 21:30Speaker 1: Toll free 800-422-8148. All right, way down the route, the route,
- 22:01Speaker 1: the route, the route's on fire. Bob Violand, I've never
- 22:04Speaker 1: heard of him.
- 22:04Speaker 3: It's a punk rock duo in England, and they've had
- 22:07Speaker 3: their next major gig canceled in Holland after their front
- 22:11Speaker 3: man celebrated Charlie Kurtz's death on stage.
- 22:14Speaker 1: The list is so long. We are canceling. You know,
- 22:18Speaker 1: I don't believe in cancel culture. Except if you scream,
- 22:21Speaker 1: kill conservatives and celebrate. Yes, the conservative is dead. Of
- 22:25Speaker 1: course I'm mad. You know, people are, why are you
- 22:26Speaker 1: so mad, Wayne? Because that could have been me.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Because Charlie Kirk is me.
- 22:32Speaker 1: It's all of us. It's Sean Hannity. It's Laura Ingraham. It's, it's,
- 22:37Speaker 1: you name it. Name the conservative personality. It's not. It's everyone.
- 22:41Speaker 1: It was Rush Limbaugh. It was Michael Savage. It is...
- 22:44Speaker 1: You name the conservative... Ben Shapiro. Clay Travis. Any conservative
- 22:49Speaker 1: you can name.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson. We're all targets now. And these people would
- 22:56Speaker 3: celebrate our death.
- 22:57Speaker 1: For what? Because I want low taxes?
- 23:00Speaker 3: All right.
- 23:01Speaker 1: This is our guest segment.
- 23:01Speaker 3: We've got a great guest standing by, but we have
- 23:03Speaker 3: to mention the sponsor of this show, Dan Montano.
- 23:08Speaker 1: CEO of.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Zeta Genesis Medicine has been a guest on my program
- 23:14Speaker 3: many times. He's spoken about the company's medical research study
- 23:17Speaker 3: on reversing type 2 diabetes. Dan believes his drug could
- 23:20Speaker 3: reverse type 2 diabetes. I know that many of you
- 23:23Speaker 3: have type 2 diabetes or know someone who suffers with
- 23:26Speaker 3: type 2 diabetes. If you'd like to participate in his
- 23:29Speaker 3: upcoming type 2 diabetes medical research studies in Las Vegas
- 23:33Speaker 3: using this breakthrough drug, please visit cure-diabetes.org, cure-diabetes.org, and.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Register here on the screen. I want you to see
- 23:44Speaker 1: a Facebook post. We've got to change this. I don't
- 23:46Speaker 1: know why this is written the way it is.
- 23:49Speaker 3: But by the wife of one of the earlier test
- 23:51Speaker 3: subjects who had type 2 diabetes and says her husband's
- 23:54Speaker 3: been cured, it says it cured my husband's type 2 diabetes.
- 23:57Speaker 3: He hasn't been on oral medication for two years, and
- 23:59Speaker 3: his AIC went down almost two points. If you or
- 24:02Speaker 3: a loved one is interested in this medical research study
- 24:06Speaker 3: to reverse type 2 diabetes, go to cure-diabetes.org, cure-diabetes.org. All right,
- 24:15Speaker 3: our guest is in. Kim Herman, president of the Southeastern
- 24:19Speaker 3: Legal Foundation. The website is slfliberty.org. Please put them up
- 24:24Speaker 3: on the screen, slfliberty.org. Kim Herman, welcome to the Wayne
- 24:29Speaker 3: Allyn Root Show.
- 24:30Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:33Speaker 4: I'm doing good. Thanks for having me.
- 24:35Speaker 1: All right. Great to have you, Kim.
- 24:36Speaker 3: You support the Supreme Court's recent emergency rulings that support
- 24:40Speaker 3: the Trump administration because the Supreme Court's obligation is to
- 24:43Speaker 3: the Constitution and not to have the back of lower
- 24:46Speaker 3: court judges. And this has become kind of a controversy.
- 24:49Speaker 3: The lower court judges are complaining that the Supreme Court
- 24:52Speaker 3: keeps overruling them and they're acting like there's something wrong
- 24:54Speaker 3: with that. Isn't that exactly what the Supreme Court's job is?
- 24:58Speaker 3: Not to overrule, but if it's supposed to be overruled,
- 25:01Speaker 3: you overrule. And if it's not, then you support the ruling.
- 25:04Speaker 3: There's nothing wrong with Supreme Court overruling 50 lower court
- 25:08Speaker 3: judges in.
- 25:08Speaker 1: A row, right?
- 25:12Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:12Speaker 5: I mean, the only thing wrong with it is that
- 25:14Speaker 5: it's showing how wrong our district court judges.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Are these days, right?
- 25:18Speaker 5: And how we're seeing just a lack of faithfulness to
- 25:21Speaker 5: the Constitution overall. you know, quite frankly, to get some
- 25:25Speaker 5: policy outcomes is what we're really seeing.
- 25:29Speaker 4: And it's very disturbing.
- 25:31Speaker 5: You know, recently, Amy Coney Barrett, one of our Supreme
- 25:34Speaker 5: Court justices, made it very clear.
- 25:35Speaker 4: She said, we don't wear.
- 25:37Speaker 5: Red or blue. We wear black for a reason. Our
- 25:40Speaker 5: Supreme Court is faithful to the Constitution. And these lower
- 25:44Speaker 5: court judges need to recognize their place in the judiciary.
- 25:48Speaker 3: The only thing I'd argue with is I don't really
- 25:50Speaker 3: like Amy Coney Barrett's statement because it's total BS. Because
- 25:53Speaker 3: we all know that every single liberal judge is not
- 25:56Speaker 3: wearing a black robe.
- 25:57Speaker 1: They're wearing a blue robe. And every single ruling is pro-Democrat.
- 26:01Speaker 3: And why can't my side just openly say I'm a
- 26:03Speaker 3: conservative and I'm going to rule for the Constitution like
- 26:06Speaker 3: all conservatives would? I don't see anything wrong with that.
- 26:09Speaker 3: When I appoint you, if I'm president, I'm a Republican,
- 26:11Speaker 3: I expect you to be a conservative judge. Nothing wrong
- 26:14Speaker 3: with that. Which, by the way, doesn't mean conservative. It
- 26:16Speaker 3: means just follow the Constitution. the United States Constitution. But
- 26:19Speaker 3: when a Democrat appoints a judge, they expect them to
- 26:23Speaker 3: be all liberal.
- 26:24Speaker 1: And they all are.
- 26:25Speaker 3: It seems like they always are. Our side, Kim, is
- 26:29Speaker 3: not always conservative. As a matter of fact, it's.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Kind of 60-40. Thank God it's 60 on our way.
- 26:35Speaker 3: But it's still only about 60-40 with like a Judge Roberts,
- 26:38Speaker 3: Justice Roberts, as an example. He's certainly not a rubber
- 26:41Speaker 3: stamp for Trump. He clearly doesn't like Trump. So we're
- 26:44Speaker 3: like 60-40 and they're 100 to zero.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Do I have that about right?
- 26:50Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, one of the things that I think
- 26:52Speaker 5: we need to look back to is really something that
- 26:54Speaker 5: Ed Meese said.
- 26:55Speaker 4: And, you know, this was before he was Ronald Reagan's
- 26:57Speaker 4: attorney general.
- 26:59Speaker 5: But, you know, he made it really clear that we
- 27:01Speaker 5: need to be looking at the original intent of our
- 27:04Speaker 5: Constitution and.
- 27:05Speaker 4: We need to be looking for jurists.
- 27:06Speaker 5: We should be only putting judges on our federal bench
- 27:09Speaker 5: who are going to look at the original meaning of
- 27:11Speaker 5: the Constitution. whether that's conservative or liberal. You know, you
- 27:15Speaker 5: can put it in either camp, if you will. But
- 27:18Speaker 5: when you look at the justices who typically side with
- 27:21Speaker 5: a more conservative viewpoint, it is because they are being
- 27:26Speaker 5: true to the Constitution. That is what all of these
- 27:29Speaker 5: jurors should be doing, right? The days of the 1970s
- 27:32Speaker 5: Supreme Court are long gone, and they should stay.
- 27:34Speaker 4: In the past.
- 27:36Speaker 1: But what do you think?
- 27:37Speaker 3: What do you personally, Kim Herman, think about Amy Coney
- 27:41Speaker 3: Barrett and all the new justices that Trump put on?
- 27:44Speaker 3: Three of them, he put three justices on. And I'm
- 27:47Speaker 3: wondering what you think of them. Are they conservative or
- 27:50Speaker 3: they are not conservative? and they're constitutional or they're not
- 27:54Speaker 3: even constitutional sometimes, because I thought their rulings have been
- 27:57Speaker 3: very strange on certain issues.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I really do.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Thank God they've been with us mostly lately, but I've
- 28:03Speaker 3: not been happy with some of their immigration and wall
- 28:06Speaker 3: rulings and Title 42 rulings. Some of them bothered me
- 28:11Speaker 3: and it didn't seem conservative or constitutional at all. And
- 28:14Speaker 3: I was kind of shocked that these are people at
- 28:15Speaker 3: Trump appointment appointed. But you're the expert and you understand
- 28:19Speaker 3: the Constitution and judges responsibility. What do you think of
- 28:22Speaker 3: those three Trump justices and what do you think overall
- 28:25Speaker 3: of the Supreme Court?
- 28:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, I think we need to look at
- 28:30Speaker 5: it that in the very beginning of the Trump administration,
- 28:32Speaker 5: the Supreme Court was seeing an emergency docket like it
- 28:36Speaker 5: really had never seen before. And I don't know if
- 28:38Speaker 5: it necessarily knew what to do with it. I don't
- 28:40Speaker 5: know what was going through their minds. I can't attribute.
- 28:43Speaker 5: any characteristics to them or what they were thinking. But
- 28:45Speaker 5: what we saw in the movement and as lawyers is
- 28:49Speaker 5: an emergency docket like we had never seen because we
- 28:52Speaker 5: saw district court judges that were quite frankly out of hand.
- 28:56Speaker 5: When you look at some of these rulings that came
- 28:58Speaker 5: out of the lower courts and especially our more liberal
- 29:01Speaker 5: lower courts, They were getting cases in front of them
- 29:04Speaker 5: like the Harvard case, right? We look at when the
- 29:07Speaker 5: Trump administration pulled funding from Harvard because they're not following
- 29:11Speaker 5: the law.
- 29:11Speaker 4: They're violating civil rights.
- 29:14Speaker 5: A motion went before that judge in just a mere
- 29:17Speaker 5: few hours. she ruled against the administration. I don't know
- 29:21Speaker 5: how anyone could have read the dozens of exhibits, the
- 29:26Speaker 5: 72 papers and documents nearly that quickly. I mean, I
- 29:29Speaker 5: can't read that quickly.
- 29:30Speaker 4: I wish I could. I don't know anyone that can.
- 29:32Speaker 5: And so we're seeing this going up to the Supreme Court.
- 29:35Speaker 4: And they're having to grapple with all of this and
- 29:38Speaker 4: figure out.
- 29:38Speaker 5: And so what I think we've seen recently towards the
- 29:41Speaker 5: end of the term on the merits, right, these cases
- 29:43Speaker 5: where they're reaching final rulings, I feel confident in that.
- 29:47Speaker 5: I feel that the court is taking good cases and
- 29:50Speaker 5: that those justices are ruling with the Constitution in mind.
- 29:53Speaker 4: I hope it stays that way. You know, we've seen
- 29:57Speaker 4: justices go from.
- 29:58Speaker 5: One type of, you know, one way of looking at
- 30:00Speaker 5: the Constitution to another throughout their long tenures. But with
- 30:03Speaker 5: Justice Thomas there, Justice Gorsuch, you know, I feel confident,
- 30:08Speaker 5: Justice Alito, that at the end of the day, the
- 30:11Speaker 5: Constitution will win in these cases.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Hey, Kim, I'm certainly not an anti-education guy because my
- 30:17Speaker 3: daughter went to Harvard and I went to Columbia. So
- 30:19Speaker 3: I'm a pro-education guy, or at least I was raised
- 30:21Speaker 3: that way by my family, but I don't feel that
- 30:23Speaker 3: way anymore. I don't want any of my kids to
- 30:25Speaker 3: ever again go to Harvard or Columbia or Princeton or Stanford.
- 30:28Speaker 3: All of them are like brainwashing faculties or factories. to
- 30:33Speaker 3: make kids come out to be ultra-left Marxists. What is
- 30:36Speaker 3: it about most judges seem to be left-leaning, most lawyers
- 30:40Speaker 3: seem to be left-leaning? There's no law that says you
- 30:42Speaker 3: can't be a conservative lawyer or a conservative judge. Why
- 30:45Speaker 3: does it seem like these, I'm telling you, it seems
- 30:48Speaker 3: like they're all against us.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Why is every judge against us?
- 30:54Speaker 5: You know, I mean, when you look at the number
- 30:56Speaker 5: of judges that Trump put on during his first term, right,
- 31:00Speaker 5: we would have hoped that we would have seen a
- 31:02Speaker 5: change in that.
- 31:02Speaker 4: But I mean, at the end of the day, it
- 31:04Speaker 4: all comes down to education.
- 31:05Speaker 5: Like you said, this has been baked into our educational system,
- 31:08Speaker 5: whether it's K through 12 or college.
- 31:10Speaker 4: These kids are being brainwashed. They're being brainwashed to.
- 31:13Speaker 5: Hate, as we have seen in real life this past
- 31:16Speaker 5: week with the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Right. And they celebrate it. And they celebrate it.
- 31:22Speaker 4: Back to our campuses. Educated people celebrate it. It's absolutely appalling.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Oh, it's disgusting. But what are.
- 31:29Speaker 4: They being educated with?
- 31:31Speaker 3: I'm a lifelong conservative, and I hate Obama's guts, right?
- 31:34Speaker 3: But I would never be happy and cheer his death.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Never. And I would never say, oh, yeah, someone I
- 31:39Speaker 1: hate is dead. Who does that? These people are crazy.
- 31:43Speaker 1: There's a mental illness on the left.
- 31:45Speaker 3: It's beyond belief. I had so many of them. They
- 31:48Speaker 3: all read the same script too, Kim. Every liberal in
- 31:51Speaker 3: my life said to me this weekend, oh, okay, so
- 31:53Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk got killed.
- 31:54Speaker 1: So what? The Minnesota state senator got killed. So we're
- 31:58Speaker 1: even now.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Well, first of all, there's no even. Charlie Kirk got killed.
- 32:03Speaker 3: You should be saying what a terrible thing and say
- 32:05Speaker 3: you're appalled. But no, they don't say that. And the
- 32:07Speaker 3: Minnesota state senator got killed and they were a Democrat.
- 32:10Speaker 3: I think it was a she, if I'm not mistaken,
- 32:12Speaker 3: was a Democrat. No conservative I know cheered. I don't
- 32:16Speaker 3: know anybody who cheered because a Democrat got killed.
- 32:19Speaker 1: So it's not the same. They're cheering. Why are they cheering?
- 32:23Speaker 1: They're crazy. They're making things up, Kim.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk was a nice man, a good Christian, a
- 32:28Speaker 3: family man, two beautiful kids.
- 32:30Speaker 1: He didn't say anything divisive. He was polite in his debates.
- 32:33Speaker 1: I don't get it.
- 32:34Speaker 3: It's just so weird. We are up against such an evil,
- 32:38Speaker 3: bad enemy, you know?
- 32:39Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 32:42Speaker 4: We really are. It's a spiritual war and it's a
- 32:44Speaker 4: constitutional war, right?
- 32:45Speaker 3: Right.
- 32:46Speaker 4: I mean, at the end of the day, it's.
- 32:47Speaker 5: A lot of people who hate our Constitution. They hate America.
- 32:51Speaker 5: They hate the great experiment that is our country. They
- 32:54Speaker 5: hate free speech, right? What makes us different than all
- 32:57Speaker 5: of the countries in the rest of the world?
- 32:59Speaker 2: Free speech.
- 32:59Speaker 4: It's our constitution and it's free speed.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Right.
- 33:02Speaker 3: And by the way, and the ability to own a gun.
- 33:05Speaker 3: That makes us different in every country in the world.
- 33:06Speaker 3: The ability that you can fight back against your own government,
- 33:09Speaker 3: against bad guys without being defenseless.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Hey, Kim, I really enjoyed this. Can you stay for
- 33:13Speaker 1: another segment?
- 33:16Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Four-minute break, and then we'll keep you for one more
- 33:19Speaker 1: eight-minute segment. So don't go anywhere. We'll be right back
- 33:22Speaker 1: with Kim Herman.
- 33:23Speaker 3: She's the president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation, slfliberty.org.
- 33:28Speaker 1: I'm Wayne Allyn Root. Be right back. All right, a
- 33:34Speaker 1: special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 33:44Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 33:51Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:57Speaker 3: production much easier and Mark, you're a legend in the
- 34:01Speaker 3: oil industry and the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:08Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:15Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:21Speaker 6: United States when it sold out to U.S.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Steel.
- 34:25Speaker 6: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 34:26Speaker 6: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 34:30Speaker 6: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum and
- 34:34Speaker 6: the Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're
- 34:37Speaker 6: very familiar with I think.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:42Speaker 3: into $ 13 million.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Is that correct? In the nine year run of your
- 34:46Speaker 1: publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 4: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: $ 10, 000 turned into 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 34:54Speaker 3: 130 million.
- 34:55Speaker 1: That's an incredible track record.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project
- 35:00Speaker 3: is so special. I hear about projects and deals all
- 35:04Speaker 3: the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:10Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:29Speaker 6: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:32Speaker 6: only operator in this field And right now we can
- 35:36Speaker 6: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 35:39Speaker 6: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:42Speaker 6: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 35:46Speaker 6: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:48Speaker 6: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:51Speaker 3: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 1: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff, lostsoldier.com.
- 35:58Speaker 3: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:02Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, LLC. That's the company,
- 36:06Speaker 3: that's the project, but the website, lostsoldier.com.
- 36:10Speaker 1: If you're an accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you.
- 36:12Speaker 3: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Fill out the form and you get to Lost Soldier.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Mark and his people will get back to you as
- 36:19Speaker 3: CFO and let you know all the details you need
- 36:21Speaker 3: to know, lostsoldier.com.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today. Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Good to see you again. All right, sway down the route,
- 36:51Speaker 1: the route, the route, the route is on fire. Welcome back.

- 38:10Speaker 3: all made in America. Great Patriot Store is not a

- 38:54Speaker 4: All right.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Back with Kim Herman, president of Southeastern Legal Foundation, the
- 38:58Speaker 3: website SE.
- 39:00Speaker 1: SLFLiberty.org. SLFLiberty.org. Put her up on the screen. Kim Herman
- 39:06Speaker 1: is back with us. Hey, Kim, welcome back. So let's
- 39:10Speaker 1: talk about some lower court rulings.
- 39:13Speaker 3: So what do you think about the lower courts trying
- 39:15Speaker 3: to block ICE raids or the deployment of troops on
- 39:19Speaker 3: the streets of Los Angeles in response to anarchy?
- 39:23Speaker 4: What are your thoughts on that? I mean, I think
- 39:27Speaker 4: it's crazy that anyone's fighting this in the first place, right?
- 39:29Speaker 5: I mean, when we have the crime that we have
- 39:32Speaker 5: in so many of these cities, why is anyone rejecting
- 39:35Speaker 5: the help of the president of the United States who
- 39:37Speaker 5: wants to come in and make our streets safer, especially
- 39:40Speaker 5: after what we've seen in Raleigh recently? We're seeing this
- 39:43Speaker 5: all over down in Texas. I mean, it doesn't matter
- 39:46Speaker 5: where it is. We need to stop the crime in
- 39:48Speaker 5: this country. And Quite frankly, what we're seeing from many
- 39:51Speaker 5: of our district court judges, as they made clear, is
- 39:53Speaker 5: that they're going to rule the way that they want
- 39:55Speaker 5: to rule, whether or not the Constitution supports that ruling
- 39:58Speaker 5: or not.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Now, we have to look at every opinion separately.
- 40:01Speaker 5: You've got to look at each particular situation.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I get that.
- 40:04Speaker 5: But at the end of the day, the attack that
- 40:06Speaker 5: we have seen on this administration's policies from the judiciary
- 40:10Speaker 5: in the first place and the lower courts refusing to
- 40:13Speaker 5: follow the Constitution has been absolutely troubling.
- 40:17Speaker 4: And then their.
- 40:17Speaker 5: Rejection of the Supreme Court overturning them when they're wrong
- 40:21Speaker 5: has been even more concerning to attorneys like myself who
- 40:24Speaker 5: fight and argue and bring cases to the Supreme Court
- 40:27Speaker 5: on a regular basis.
- 40:28Speaker 1: By the way, you obviously went to law school. How
- 40:30Speaker 1: did you keep from getting brainwashed?
- 40:35Speaker 5: I had amazing parents who instilled in me amazing Christian
- 40:38Speaker 5: values from a very young age.
- 40:40Speaker 1: There you go. I thought the same thing.
- 40:41Speaker 3: You could ask me, how did I go to Columbia
- 40:43Speaker 3: University and not get brainwashed? I represented Reagan in the
- 40:46Speaker 3: campus-wide debates in 1980, and everybody hated me. And you
- 40:50Speaker 3: know what happened after the debate? They voted for me 70%.
- 40:52Speaker 3: I won the debate with 70% of the vote. Even
- 40:54Speaker 3: though they hated Reagan and hated me, they had to admit,
- 40:57Speaker 3: I just destroyed the other guy in the debate.
- 40:59Speaker 1: But it was tough. Four years of nothing.
- 41:01Speaker 3: But communists It was just incredible.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Columbia was the worst of all of them. Oh, my God.
- 41:06Speaker 1: That's why I didn't go to law school. I was
- 41:08Speaker 1: pre-law and I didn't go. I can't imagine. I didn't
- 41:12Speaker 1: want to be around these people. I went straight into business.
- 41:14Speaker 4: I can't imagine.
- 41:15Speaker 1: I went straight into business and I never regret it.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I went to Wake Forest.
- 41:19Speaker 1: In business, at least everyone, for the most part, is
- 41:21Speaker 1: a conservative.
- 41:22Speaker 3: So I decided to go into business and they were
- 41:24Speaker 3: all friendly with me and I never looked back.
- 41:26Speaker 1: But I was planning to.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Be a lawyer.
- 41:28Speaker 1: So let's talk about the big one.
- 41:31Speaker 3: How could a court decide on the economic policy of
- 41:34Speaker 3: the United States with tariffs? The president's decision as the
- 41:38Speaker 3: CEO of the country is he wants to fight their
- 41:41Speaker 3: tariffs by hitting them with tariffs and say, look, if
- 41:44Speaker 3: you can hit us with tariffs... We can hit you
- 41:46Speaker 3: with tariffs. Let's save the middle class and the working class.
- 41:49Speaker 1: And judges think, unelected judges, think they know.
- 41:52Speaker 3: More about the economy, even though they've never run a business,
- 41:56Speaker 3: and Trump's a billionaire, than our president. It doesn't make
- 41:59Speaker 3: any sense to me. They can't decide economic policy.
- 42:05Speaker 4: No, they can't decide economic policy.
- 42:07Speaker 5: And one of you know, one of the key issues
- 42:09Speaker 5: here is where where does each branch how much power
- 42:11Speaker 5: does the executive have versus how much power should the
- 42:14Speaker 5: legislature have and where does that kind of fall? You know,
- 42:18Speaker 5: but at the end of the day, that's what the
- 42:20Speaker 5: Supreme Court is really going to ultimately rule on.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Can you imagine that if they rule against Trump, we'd
- 42:24Speaker 3: owe back about a trillion dollars?
- 42:27Speaker 1: I mean, this is crazy. We're winning the trade war.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Trump announced.
- 42:31Speaker 4: Right.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, and a lot of times it's really
- 42:37Speaker 4: when is the court ruling, right?
- 42:38Speaker 5: The court is, the lower courts are so quick these
- 42:41Speaker 5: days to issue these preliminary injunctions, to issue these temporary
- 42:44Speaker 5: restraining orders when the issues haven't really been fully fleshed out.
- 42:48Speaker 5: And so that's another really concerning aspect of all of this.
- 42:51Speaker 1: They're sticking their nose where it doesn't belong.
- 42:53Speaker 5: Even if the court ultimately says they don't have the
- 42:55Speaker 5: power to do it, right, let the cases fully flesh
- 42:58Speaker 5: themselves out.
- 43:00Speaker 1: I'm with you. I'm with you. We got to run.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Kim Herman, president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation, SLFLiberty.org.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Great having you on. Hope we'll have you back again soon.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Thanks, Kim.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Hi, this is Wayne Allen Root.
- 43:15Speaker 3: If you're sick and tired of supporting woke companies, I
