SPEAKER_00: Today is Hulindaf Nundalin, and we're gonna start where we left off yesterday.
0:03
SPEAKER_00: Four lines from the top of Nundalum and Aleph Yasiv Ribitzrah Barashmo Barmarta Kamehir Rnachman.
0:10
SPEAKER_00: Ribitzh Barshmo Barmarta was sitting before I'm Nachwan.
0:12
SPEAKER_00: The Yasubama was sitting and saying over the following.
0:14
SPEAKER_00: This we saw yesterday already.
0:16
SPEAKER_00: That Jusa Sha'amlu Sricha Bedika Kanegmayim Ayyim.
0:20
SPEAKER_00: That the Drusa that we said, again, one of the trefers in the Mishnah was if it was clawed by another animal.
0:25
SPEAKER_00: We know not all animals have the ability to render it a trefa, I'll p there a drisa.
0:29
SPEAKER_00: But this one did.
0:30
SPEAKER_00: So the drusa that we said, Rashi yesterday said Drusa Sha Amru.
0:33
SPEAKER_00: Meaning when does it need a badika?
0:35
SPEAKER_00: Anytime you're not 100% sure that it's a trefa because of the drusa.
0:37
SPEAKER_00: Either it's a suffic drusa, or the muckin that drisa, maybe if the name is not nicker, you're not sure exactly where the drusa happened.
0:43
SPEAKER_00: Is it in a place that would render it a trefa or not?
0:45
SPEAKER_00: So the drusa shamr, whenever you have a suffic, you have to do a badika.
0:48
SPEAKER_00: And based off this badika, you could determine if it's gonna be a trefa or not.
0:51
SPEAKER_00: What's this badikah?
0:52
SPEAKER_00: Drusa shaamrun, to badika na keged benam'aim.
0:55
SPEAKER_00: You need to check kineged the b'nay me aim.
0:57
SPEAKER_00: We saw yesterday the busar that's kineged, the intestines in that area.
1:00
SPEAKER_00: Did it redden?
1:01
SPEAKER_00: Did it become more red?
1:02
SPEAKER_00: If yes, then it's gonna be considered a drusa.
1:04
SPEAKER_00: Omar rivnachman is the proper gear.
1:06
SPEAKER_00: So lesson of shwa.
1:08
SPEAKER_00: He says, he's making a shwa that myri barav mikapavad, that rav paskined on this, that the badika is not only kneged the bename aim, the badika you have to do about a drusa is mikapavadma from the spoon of the animal, the kaf, adatma, until the thigh of the animal.
1:23
SPEAKER_00: What's the spoon?
1:24
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say in a second.
1:24
SPEAKER_00: So my kappa, what is the spoon of the animal?
1:28
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna say it's the spoon of the hand, what does that mean?
1:31
SPEAKER_00: That means the shoulder blade, meaning where the arm starts or whatever, the front leg of the animal.
1:35
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna say it's the shoulder blade of the animal, aim.
1:38
SPEAKER_00: That's exactly the area where the benem aim is, and that's knecking benemi aim.
1:41
SPEAKER_00: So he's not saying anything different.
1:42
SPEAKER_00: So what are you coming in?
1:43
SPEAKER_00: Oh, kim, my riba rav.
1:45
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's exactly what I said.
1:46
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, and the Mikha' the Maycha.
1:48
SPEAKER_00: So obviously it means from the spoon of the Maya, meaning the skull.
1:51
SPEAKER_00: It means from the skull at atma until the thigh, and that's a much larger area, and that's what he's coming to say.
2:07
SPEAKER_00: He found the two great Amarama very tshur Baehmarish Lakes.
2:10
SPEAKER_00: They asked you the Ka'amri, they were sitting over and saying this memor that Jrusa Shaamru, Sri Khabika Kemik can neged Bene'i'aim, the Jewish that we said, anytime you have a Safak, it needs a badika where can neged the intestines.
2:20
SPEAKER_00: The Bine'im.
2:21
SPEAKER_00: He told them, I just came from Babel, and I like him.
2:24
SPEAKER_00: It's Allah that Mayriba Rav mikapava adatma.
2:26
SPEAKER_00: That you know what Rav Paskins?
2:28
SPEAKER_00: Rav's the great Amira in Bavel, he paskins Mikapavadma.
2:32
SPEAKER_00: You're saying only Badika Kenegan Ma'ame'i.
2:34
SPEAKER_00: So Amaly Rishtokish.
2:35
SPEAKER_00: Rishtokish commented, you're coming from Bavel now saying in the name of Rav.
2:39
SPEAKER_00: Manu Rav, Manu Rav Le Danale.
2:41
SPEAKER_00: Who's this Rav everyone's talking about?
2:42
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's all day bringing alochhs from this Rav.
2:44
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know, I never heard of Rav.
2:45
SPEAKER_00: Some Rebechan Rahin says of Laina Hirale, the Isa Talmud.
2:48
SPEAKER_00: You don't remember that Talmud?
2:49
SPEAKER_00: Who's Rav Rav?
2:50
SPEAKER_00: By the way, Rav was the the he from the Gudali Amaram in uh in Bavil.
2:55
SPEAKER_00: They were both first generation Amaram, as we know, Rav Tanopalig.
2:58
SPEAKER_00: Rubhi also the Gimara says Tanopalig, we're gonna see he's uh he's really Rav's Rebbi, Ruhia.
3:03
SPEAKER_00: He's one of Rav uh one of uh Rav's Rebellion.
3:05
SPEAKER_00: Rav learned directly from Rabbeinu Aqaddish as well as Rabouts.
3:08
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbein Al Qadish was the last Tana, he compiled the Mishnah.
3:10
SPEAKER_00: Rabbih and Rish Lakish were also first generation Amairaim.
3:14
SPEAKER_00: Um and they were in Arith Isral, however.
3:17
SPEAKER_00: In the times of the Mishnah was primarily 99% all in Aireth Israel, the Mishnah, and all the Tanaim were in Arith Israel.
3:24
SPEAKER_00: By the time they got to the Amaram, the next generation, Rab Rabbich and Rish Lakish, um, all those khabras, a lot of them already went to Babel.
3:30
SPEAKER_00: That's why in Babel, the Ikr Tammud Babli, the Gamar says Mahashakim Hoshivani, that zoo uh toiras baba, that really the ikr Tammud Babli comes from Bavel, Babli, right?
3:39
SPEAKER_00: And that's where the we Baval was Mamash Ikhar when it when I came there.
3:43
SPEAKER_00: But that was only later on during uh Amar.
3:45
SPEAKER_00: Before then, Rebbe, that was Kisali, Kiyasa, right?
3:48
SPEAKER_00: They're coming down, they're going up, but mainly it transferred over to Baba.
3:50
SPEAKER_00: But during that first overlapping generation, you had a lot of Amaraminar Sisral as well, notably Rabiah and Raish Lakesh, who were the Gedele Amar Sasra, a bit later on, same time period, Ravami Rivasi, also in Art Sisral, but the Maisa, they all came Rebbi was not too much slow long before, and he was the last Tana, compiled the Mishnah, and Rav learned directly from Rebbe.
4:09
SPEAKER_00: So Ribyychanan sends back to Rash Lakesh, you're asking who this Rav is.
4:13
SPEAKER_00: You don't remember, you don't remember that Thomas Sheshim is Sheshimis' R Sheshimish as Rebbi Rabba.
4:18
SPEAKER_00: That he was Mishamish's Rebbi, that was he was Mishamish, sorry, Rebbi Rabbah, his Rebbe, his Rebbi Rebbi, his Rebbi was Rabbi Aqadbish.
4:25
SPEAKER_00: Ribhiya, also Ribhiya was his Rebbe, as he said a minute ago.
4:28
SPEAKER_00: By the way, it's interesting because Rav is Tanopalig.
4:30
SPEAKER_00: Ribyechanan is not Tanopalag, we don't say that generally, but Rav versus Rubychan, halakh karbiachanan.
4:35
SPEAKER_00: So it's an interesting thing.
4:36
SPEAKER_00: Rebihan was also a little bit older and he's still not considered Tana Upalig.
4:40
SPEAKER_00: So you have to know how to reconcile all these things.
4:42
SPEAKER_00: But either way says the Gemara that uh that you don't remember.
4:46
SPEAKER_00: Ribiachnan turns to Rish Lakesh you're asking who this Rav is.
4:49
SPEAKER_00: You don't remember that Talmud that was Mishamish, his Rebbe Rebbe, and Rabhiyah his Rebbi.
4:53
SPEAKER_00: But Elikim, call I San Shanah Malachim.
4:54
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's using a lush and shuah today, but Elikim.
4:56
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbichnan says, Walakim, call Aisan Shanah, M Sheshimish Oysait Tamid the Yeshiva.
5:01
SPEAKER_00: All those years that he was being Mishamish, that Rav was being Mishamish Rebbi, Anishimash di Bamidah, I was there too.
5:07
SPEAKER_00: And I was being Mishamish standing up, and he was sorry, the Yeshiva, he was sitting down while he was being Mishamash.
5:17
SPEAKER_00: They were in Yeshiva too.
5:18
SPEAKER_00: But he was in Yeshiva sitting down.
5:19
SPEAKER_00: So he was uh all those years that he was being Mishamish Rebbe, and uh and he was sitting down, this Rav.
5:24
SPEAKER_00: Anishy Mashibamidah I was being Mishamish standing up.
5:27
SPEAKER_00: So sitting down, he was more comfortable over there.
5:28
SPEAKER_00: So he was it was like he was more Hashab.
5:30
SPEAKER_00: Um Govar, and in what way was he better, says Rashi.
5:34
SPEAKER_00: Um Bamehu Godl, how was he where was his godless more than me?
5:37
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbi Achman is saying that Rav's greater than me.
5:39
SPEAKER_00: But it's still interesting, by the way, we're passing the Gribi Akhan verse Rav.
5:42
SPEAKER_00: But Uman Govar, how was he greater?
5:44
SPEAKER_00: Who govern Bahulah?
5:45
SPEAKER_00: He was greater in everything.
5:46
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says specifically, but Tayroba Hasidas.
5:48
SPEAKER_00: Rav was greater, Rabbi Achman says he was greater than me in Tayrabah Hasidus.
5:52
SPEAKER_00: Says Gummar, Pasuk Rishlakishba'am R.
5:54
SPEAKER_00: So Ishlakish remembered.
5:55
SPEAKER_00: And he said right away when Rabi Achan reminded him, he said, Brahm, Zachhar Aisha Ish Latoev.
5:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're right actually.
6:00
SPEAKER_00: He is Zakhar Aish Latoyv.
6:01
SPEAKER_00: Sha Umrushmoa Mi Piv.
6:03
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you a Shmua that I heard heard over from Rav.
6:05
SPEAKER_00: You just reminded me.
6:05
SPEAKER_00: Shmuta, Vishkutah, Kshaira.
6:08
SPEAKER_00: That if you have a suffic, when an animal was shachhted, you see that uh the conna was shmuta, you see the khan was out of place.
6:16
SPEAKER_00: But you're not sure if it happened before shit or after shit.
6:19
SPEAKER_00: If it happened before shita, it's gonna be considered a trait.
6:21
SPEAKER_00: If it happened after shita, not a problem.
6:23
SPEAKER_00: If it became shmuta because of the shita that you did.
6:25
SPEAKER_00: So in that case, if you have a suffic, it's gonna be k shera.
6:28
SPEAKER_00: And why is it?
6:28
SPEAKER_00: Sh'e ashala shmuta, shhetti has the shuta, because it's impossible for an animal that had its connah already shmuta before the shit, it had its conh misplaced, it's impossible to don't do a normal shita on it.
6:40
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that you did a shita on it, it's muchach that it only became shmuta as a result of your shita.
6:46
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's gonna be shera.
6:47
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Raman argues, by the way, incidentally argues on this, on this, even though that's not the point over here, that Yobi Vyakib, that there actually is a way to tell Yobi Vyakib Rashid says you cut it in a different place, and if the cuts are similar to each other, then you know in which order it happened.
7:01
SPEAKER_00: But Ramakhan Rim Nachman clarifies that Loishanu al-Shlay Tafaz Bis Simonim.
7:04
SPEAKER_00: That's only true that it's not gonna be able to, you're not gonna be able to have a shmuta and do a proper shit.
7:10
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if the shaykhit wasn't holding the actual symanim while he did the shritah Alba Tafas bin Simon, but there's a way that the Shaykhit can hold the Simanim and do the Shita, Vishakat, Efle Shmuta Shatas Shit.
7:19
SPEAKER_00: It's possible that it was actually dislocated before the shriitah, and the Shaykhit can still get a good Shita and if he just moves it around with his hands, even if it was dislocated before.
7:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemaravita.
7:30
SPEAKER_00: This was the rule we saw in the Mishnah.
7:32
SPEAKER_00: Kol Shain Kamaya Chaya Trefa.
7:35
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah listed all the trefas.
7:36
SPEAKER_00: We're still on the first mission over here of Perak Edu Trefas.
7:39
SPEAKER_00: We listed 18 different tru Trefas and the Mishnah ended off, hence we're about to according to uh start with another Mishnah of Elu Kshaydras, right?
7:46
SPEAKER_00: Uh so the Mishnah ended off.
7:48
SPEAKER_00: Zechlau, what's the rule after you learnt these 18 Trefas?
7:51
SPEAKER_00: That Kol Shain Kamaya Haya, Trefa, we paskin Trefa Einechaya, which means that a trefa is something that's gonna cause an animal to die within the next 12 months.
8:00
SPEAKER_00: So kolshain kamayachaya, anything like any animal that you have in front of you, you shafted this animal, but it had this trefa in it, any animal, shain kamayachaya, that a similar animal, meaning that has the same situation that's alive, any animal that has the same issue that wouldn't stay alive, kol shain kamayachaya, that it would die within the next 12 months, then trefa.
8:19
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be considered a trefa.
8:22
SPEAKER_00: What is it coming to include?
8:23
SPEAKER_00: Anytime we have a claw, we know the rules coming to Lasuya something.
8:25
SPEAKER_00: Say Gmar Lasuya Maya Lasuya Shav Schmidzah is coming to include, we saw this already, Shev Schmitzah, the seven Amoraic teachings, the seven uh shmuis we learned from Amaram.
8:34
SPEAKER_00: We went through this already.
8:35
SPEAKER_00: The very in the house of the very Yysef Rishba in the house of Yosef the hunter, Mahu Begida Nishhaya, they used to hunt the way they used to hunt, they used to kill the animal by uh knocking it in its or rather they used to trap the animal, actually, because they did a kosher shita afterwards, that's the question.
8:52
SPEAKER_00: So they used to catch the animal by shooting it in its gidanasha.
8:57
SPEAKER_00: Begida Nishia.
8:58
SPEAKER_00: They use it by or Begida Nasha, sorry, they would shoot it with an arrow in its uh gidanasha.
9:03
SPEAKER_00: Mikate, and they would kill it, and then they would kill.
9:04
SPEAKER_00: They would uh do a shita.
9:05
SPEAKER_00: So also gonna be the rebuna memisar, anamalu.
9:07
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, basically the shaila was were they rendering it a trefa now, are you they the uh messing up the gidanasha or not?
9:14
SPEAKER_00: Now what's the question?
9:14
SPEAKER_00: The question is now we know that the animal's not gonna live out its 12 months without the you know, with this puncture over here.
9:20
SPEAKER_00: Mitsab Shaniya wasn't one of the 18 in the Mishnah.
9:23
SPEAKER_00: So they came to Rabun and Memisari and asked if it's a trefa.
9:25
SPEAKER_00: Some of the way he answered that.
9:31
SPEAKER_00: We only know about the trefas that the Chacham told us.
9:33
SPEAKER_00: This is not one of them, and therefore it is not going to be a Trefis.
9:43
SPEAKER_00: The way they used to capture the animals, they would shoot it in the kidney.
9:46
SPEAKER_00: It's also gonna be the Rababa, and they also brought the Shah to the Rababa.
9:52
SPEAKER_00: You only have the Trefus that the Kham counted.
9:54
SPEAKER_00: Ask the Gemara's question about the Hasina the Kamehameha.
9:56
SPEAKER_00: We see that animals in this type of situation do die.
9:59
SPEAKER_00: They don't live out there 12 months.
10:00
SPEAKER_00: So I understand it wasn't in the Mishnah, but how are you not, how are you not uh considering it a trefa if trefa in a haiyan it's not gonna live, says the Gemara.
10:07
SPEAKER_00: Gemir, we have a Messira, the Badrila Sama Chaya, that there actually is a cure to this, which is Masma, all the other Trefas don't even have a cure.
10:15
SPEAKER_00: But this has a cure, and if you put the right psalm, it's gonna live, and it's gonna uh since it's gonna live, you have a way out, it's not gonna be considered a trefa, and therefore Inlohela Masha Manuha Hamim says the next Mishnah.
10:26
SPEAKER_00: Second Mishnah in Paracethrefus, this is gonna mirror the first Mishnah, whereas the first Mishnah counted out the Trefus.
10:32
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be pretty much uh very much in sync with the first Mishnah.
10:36
SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna count count out a luksharis bimah.
10:39
SPEAKER_00: These type of things we would have had a Havminat say that maybe are gonna be considered a Trefa, A Lukshairis Bimahema, and a lot of the cases are gonna be very similar to the cases that were Trefus.
10:46
SPEAKER_00: We're just gonna see it's not it's not too bad yet, so it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
10:51
SPEAKER_00: The following thing is gonna be causal bamehemo.
10:52
SPEAKER_00: Nikva Gargaris with the Gaggeris got a nekev.
10:54
SPEAKER_00: A nekav we know is a filubemashu, and therefore the kone afilukatse kone pogam is gonna be okay.
11:00
SPEAKER_00: The nekiv in the veshet afilubamashu is gonna be a problem.
11:03
SPEAKER_00: And then the kone, if it's only a nekiv, no problem.
11:05
SPEAKER_00: So nek nikva gargeris, no problem.
11:07
SPEAKER_00: Oh shinizdika, or it got uh it got like uh a bigger uh in Nystika, it got uh uh cut through but to its length, not to its width, to its width if it's too much, it's a problem.
11:18
SPEAKER_00: But if it got too cut through to its length, that's also gonna be kosher.
11:21
SPEAKER_00: Add kama techhaser, but to a certain point we already learned this as well, that the kone, if it's missing parts of it, then it could also be a trefa.
11:29
SPEAKER_00: But add kametechhaser, but how much does it have to be missing of it to be considered a trefa?
11:35
SPEAKER_00: Rajbag Oymer add ki isra italki, Ribishimil says, until the size of a isr ha italki, this Italian type of coin, and that was an issir.
11:44
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, nifkisal, or says the Mishnah.
11:48
SPEAKER_00: So that again, anything smaller than the Isr italki, it could be missing and it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
11:52
SPEAKER_00: If the part that it's missing from the con is the isra italki, then it's gonna be considered a trefo.
11:55
SPEAKER_00: Nifchisago goiles will mayach if the brain, if the skull got damaged, but the the lining and the the krumshalmayach, what's the the membrane of the brain that we saw?
12:07
SPEAKER_00: We saw in the presentation, the inner one, the outer one.
12:09
SPEAKER_00: But the point is the krumshalmayach was not penetrated.
12:12
SPEAKER_00: It was the brain had that or the skull had damaged, but the membrane that was surrounding the brain did not get uh punctured.
12:19
SPEAKER_00: So that is gonna be kedira.
12:20
SPEAKER_00: That's another example in the Mishnah of something that's not gonna be a problem.
12:23
SPEAKER_00: Nikkevalev, what if the the heart got a neck of a nivea base colour, but it didn't go through all the way to the base kalale, that's also gonna be kosher.
12:29
SPEAKER_00: Nishbrah vale nifsaka choshallah, if the spine broke, but the but the spinal cord didn't uh break, so the shedra, the the backbone or whatever it is broke, but not the spine that's attached to it, not the spinal cord, that's also gonna be kosher because we saw in the Mishnah.
12:46
SPEAKER_00: Again, these are all mirroring.
12:47
SPEAKER_00: We saw that nifsika shedra, nishbara shedra, v nifsa ka chutchala.
12:51
SPEAKER_00: That was the problem.
12:51
SPEAKER_00: So this is not a problem if it was not nifsaka chutchala.
12:53
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna nitha kove, minishry and a kazais.
12:56
SPEAKER_00: If the liver was taken, but you have some left.
12:59
SPEAKER_00: You have at least kazais of a liver left in the animal, that's gonna be kosher, because what we see is a trefa, only at the nitokula, the entire thing is taken.
13:05
SPEAKER_00: Hemsa sube sa koisis, these two of the two of these stomachs, that I got a nekiv, but the nekib was in the inner walls that are connecting the two.
13:14
SPEAKER_00: So in the hemsis, the base akois, the only problem is if the nekiv is gonna be on the outside.
13:18
SPEAKER_00: But if the nekib is gonna be on the inner walls, that's in between the two, that's not gonna be considered a treef, it's gonna be kedira.
13:23
SPEAKER_00: Nitel athul, if the spleen was taken out of the animal.
13:26
SPEAKER_00: Or nitzluha kloyas, the kidneys were taken out.
13:29
SPEAKER_00: Nitel lechia tahtang, the lower jaw was taken.
13:32
SPEAKER_00: Nitlahal Aim Shala, if it was a female animal, if the womb was taken out, all these things are also not trefas, they're they're kseras.
13:38
SPEAKER_00: The charusa bideshamayim.
13:40
SPEAKER_00: If you have a shriveled lung, but this time it's harusa bideshamayim.
13:44
SPEAKER_00: It happened naturally, bideshamayim.
13:46
SPEAKER_00: It didn't happen al Y day uh injury or all ye day a person.
13:48
SPEAKER_00: Hagluda, uh animal that's skinned, this is already a machelikus.
13:52
SPEAKER_00: Again, all those things are ksherois.
13:54
SPEAKER_00: They're not gonna be considered trefas, they're a little bit similar, they're all they're very similar to all the cases we had as trefas, they're just a little bit less.
13:59
SPEAKER_00: It's not a trefa yet, because it's uh not all the way there, it's only uh these uh like we saw.
14:06
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara, the last case, Hagluda, if the animal's like skinned completely, so mayor machabachimpis.
14:11
SPEAKER_00: The remero says kser, it's not gonna be considered a treva, whereas Khachamim Poislin, they say it's a Kshairah with that zakamara.
14:17
SPEAKER_00: Itmar.
14:17
SPEAKER_00: So the following.
14:18
SPEAKER_00: Remember, it says Elu Trefas Dafka.
14:20
SPEAKER_00: Elu Trefhois, meaning the first mission we had, that was Dafka.
14:24
SPEAKER_00: That was being very specific.
14:28
SPEAKER_00: No, that one was Lav Dafka.
14:29
SPEAKER_00: This mission of Elu Kshais, that is Dafka.
14:32
SPEAKER_00: Says Gammachim Lilfrika.
14:34
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna explain this in a second.
14:34
SPEAKER_00: What is the machleika somewhere here?
14:36
SPEAKER_00: They're arguing about when Ramasana said, Damr Ramasna Ramasma said, Hi buca de Atma, the Shafmi Dukteh.
14:42
SPEAKER_00: If you have the ball of the thigh bone that slipped out of place, Trefa Ramasma says that's a trefa.
14:48
SPEAKER_00: So now we'll explain the machelikas between Rebehan and Rish Lakesh.
14:57
SPEAKER_00: So, how do we read the Mishnah?
14:58
SPEAKER_00: So Tannah Trefa is with Tanah Zakla.
15:01
SPEAKER_00: So the Tana and the Mishnah taught the 18 Trefas, and then he taught the Zeh Kwa that we learned at the end of the Mishnah.
15:05
SPEAKER_00: What's Zahakla Suya?
15:06
SPEAKER_00: Like we saw a minute ago.
15:07
SPEAKER_00: It's coming the Asuya Shev Schmitz.
15:09
SPEAKER_00: So the Zehakhlal, anything callsha Einah Kamaya Hai is gonna be considered a Trefa.
15:13
SPEAKER_00: That's the Asuiye the Shev Schmitzh.
15:15
SPEAKER_00: The Khazieh Lid Ravmasna, the Asib is Zaqla, but then the Tana looked at the Mishnah he was forming, and he saw that if I would just read this Mishnah with the Zeha Klau, this Za Klau very much sounds like it includes, and it's being a Suye R Masna's trefa over here.
15:29
SPEAKER_00: The one of uh Bukha de Atma the Shaf Midukte, of the ball of the th- the thigh bone bowl that slipped out of place.
15:35
SPEAKER_00: So the Zehakla, the Tana saw that it might be including this uh case as well.
15:40
SPEAKER_00: You might come to include it, but he didn't want you to include it.
15:42
SPEAKER_00: So my timeout, why would he think you would include it?
15:45
SPEAKER_00: Because it dominated to it, because it's very similar to the cases of things that are trefus because they're missing something.
15:49
SPEAKER_00: And Tanurya the Treface, Hanihu the Tarfa, Kadurmasna Kshayra.
15:54
SPEAKER_00: That's why he specifically went out of his way to use the words Elu Trefus, which is Mashmah Dafka.
15:59
SPEAKER_00: These are gonna be considered Trefus.
16:01
SPEAKER_00: These Dafka, but not Ravmasnas, that's not gonna be that's not gonna be a Trefah, it's actually gonna be Kshayra.
16:07
SPEAKER_00: So that's Rub Yachnan who holds Elu Trefais Dafka, and the Tana said Elu Trefis Dafka because because you saw you would have included Ravmaska from Zaklao, so he came along and said, no, don't include that Elu Trefus and nothing else.
16:20
SPEAKER_00: So why did we say the next one, by the way?
16:22
SPEAKER_00: Why do we say Elukshay Rus if he doesn't know that's Dafka?
16:24
SPEAKER_00: Because that's already poetic symmetry of the Mishnah.
16:26
SPEAKER_00: We said Elu Trefus, that had a reason because it's Dafka, as we saw.
16:29
SPEAKER_00: But Elukshay Rus, by the time we get there, it's not Dafka.
16:32
SPEAKER_00: But we said Elu Trefus because we we said Elukshay Ris in the same lush because we already said Elu Trefus.
16:37
SPEAKER_00: So it's poetic symmetry, even though the first one is Dafka and the second one is not Dafka.
16:41
SPEAKER_00: But says the grammar of Sherman Lakeshama, Sherman Lakhish says it a little differently.
16:44
SPEAKER_00: Elukshais Dafka, it's really Elukshay Rus that is Dafka.
16:49
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
16:49
SPEAKER_00: What is Pshat?
16:50
SPEAKER_00: Ton of Trefa is Vitana Zakla.
16:52
SPEAKER_00: So we said all the Trefus, then we said Zakla.
16:56
SPEAKER_00: And then we saw Ravmasna that wouldn't have been included in the Zakla.
17:00
SPEAKER_00: We would assume that it's not included.
17:02
SPEAKER_00: Why?
17:02
SPEAKER_00: My time.
17:02
SPEAKER_00: Lavlunakuividama, because it's not similar to the trefas that are that are trepas because of a nekab.
17:13
SPEAKER_00: It's not similar to the trefas that were removed, that are trefus because something was removed.
17:17
SPEAKER_00: So tono elukseras, hiding with the cherished hoda Ramasna Trefas.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: So that's why he said Eluk Sheras Dapka.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: Because he saw that you wouldn't have included Ramasnas in the Mishnah of Eluk Trefus, because he felt it's not similar to Kla.
17:30
SPEAKER_00: If you're not gonna include it in Elu Trafus, you're gonna assume what it's Kasher.
17:33
SPEAKER_00: But he says it's not Kasher, and therefore Tana Eluk Sheras Dafka.
17:36
SPEAKER_00: So we continue with the next Mishnah.
17:37
SPEAKER_00: Elukshairas, these ones are kasher, but not Ramasna.
17:40
SPEAKER_00: Ramasna is not gonna be kosher, and that is that's gonna be a traiphon, that is the machikas Rebekna and Rish Lakish.
17:45
SPEAKER_00: What the logic, what the logic in real time when the Tana was forming the Mishnah, how he was thinking, and how he was forming it, Rabihan says Elu Trefis Dafkar, Rab Shimulakish says Elu Ksherh's Dafka, and the Machlaikas was within or of Masna.
17:58
SPEAKER_00: If you would if you would naturally include it in Elu Trevis, or if you would naturally exclude it of Elu Trevis, based on that, that's what the Tana felt he needed to say Elu Trevis Dafka or Elu Kshayro's Dafka.
18:09
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamara.
18:10
SPEAKER_00: Hanu the Ksharus, I'm in Ramasa.
18:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the Sheras had Ramaster Trefa, and that's Rish Lakeshgufa.
18:14
SPEAKER_00: One thing we saw was Ramaster, right?
18:15
SPEAKER_00: I'm Ramasna.
18:16
SPEAKER_00: Hi, Buka Datmanashmi Dukte, this thigh bone ball that got uh dislocated.
18:21
SPEAKER_00: So Treva, Ramaster said it's a trefa.
18:23
SPEAKER_00: Rava Markshayra, Rava argues and says it's kosher.
18:26
SPEAKER_00: The is siknive, but if the ligament torn, then trefa.
18:29
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a trefo.
18:30
SPEAKER_00: So what's a lacha?
18:31
SPEAKER_00: If sik namik shera, even if it's torn, it's gonna be kosher, ademisahla isakuli.
18:35
SPEAKER_00: Until it starts decaying, if it starts decaying, then it's going to be considered a tree.
18:44
SPEAKER_00: Up until how much of the so we know the kana.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: The kana, even in nekev, we saw is gonna be kosher.
18:48
SPEAKER_00: It's Elukshair is one of the topics.
18:50
SPEAKER_00: Why?
18:50
SPEAKER_00: Because Khati Kana pogam is gonna be okay.
18:52
SPEAKER_00: Has to be barupa to be a problem.
18:54
SPEAKER_00: But if the kana is missing a part of it, then it's gonna be a problem if it's too big.
18:58
SPEAKER_00: What's too big?
18:59
SPEAKER_00: Ad Kama Techhasar, how much has to be missing from the kana to be a problem?
19:02
SPEAKER_00: So we saw K isrha italki, like the coin that comes from uh Italy, Mr.
19:06
SPEAKER_00: So says Umar Zi'ri.
19:07
SPEAKER_00: Ziri says, Atun, the layman tchamilakan shiura, you guys that you're not so familiar with the shear, because you never saw Isra italki, that's the the example the Mishnah gave.
19:17
SPEAKER_00: I'll give you an example that you would be able to uh visualize.
19:20
SPEAKER_00: Shiura bid dinra kurdinah.
19:22
SPEAKER_00: The Shiar is a dinner that comes from uh Kurdina, Kurdistan.
19:26
SPEAKER_00: That's uh that's uh area where Rashi says Rashi says Aysayuma kirim ume harare aratu.
19:33
SPEAKER_00: Araratu.
19:34
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says, what?
19:35
SPEAKER_00: Well it harre arrat, that's in modern-day Turkey, it's on the border of Turkey and uh Iran and uh I think Syria and Iraq where they all meet over there.
19:45
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying it's still called Kurdistan today.
19:46
SPEAKER_00: It's an area of it's a it's the Kurds.
19:48
SPEAKER_00: They don't have an official country, they live in that area together, and there's uh what?
19:52
SPEAKER_00: Is Ali here?
19:53
SPEAKER_00: I think mayor is Kurdi.
19:54
SPEAKER_00: A lot of Kurdish Jews.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: They're the ones that are always attacking the the they're not friends with Iran, they're not friends with Assad, they were they're like uh they're who you want your your go-to when you want to cause instability over there.
20:05
SPEAKER_00: The Kurds, whatever, the Kurds.
20:06
SPEAKER_00: So didn't record the knowledge.
20:08
SPEAKER_00: Hari Ararat is where the table landed on those mountains over there.
20:11
SPEAKER_00: There's a whole documentary, by the way, I think like one of these big things.
20:14
SPEAKER_00: Like they found the what they found the table on.
20:18
SPEAKER_00: It's very cool.
20:19
SPEAKER_00: I saw like there are a lot of like Mahamish, like the whole Tsurah and the right dimensions, and obviously it's like decayed, but it's like on Mount Ararat.
20:28
SPEAKER_00: Posik literally says Arhare Ararat, but it's a it's a massive, the biggest mountain in that area.
20:33
SPEAKER_00: Whatever, very cool.
20:34
SPEAKER_00: Either way, the dinra Kurdina, so if you want to know this is talking, it's the same size, you want to pick visualize the sheer, it's a diner from uh Kurdina.
20:43
SPEAKER_00: The Have a Kipshita Zutrasi, and you want to know the size of it.
20:46
SPEAKER_00: Uh another example, it's like a coin, it's like a small coin.
20:48
SPEAKER_00: It's small pshita.
20:49
SPEAKER_00: The pshita is the coin that they had locally, so it's like a small coin.
20:54
SPEAKER_00: And you could find it between the small coins that you have in Pompadisa.
20:57
SPEAKER_00: Amribchana Peturah.
20:59
SPEAKER_00: Ribchana, the money changer, says that ilaminay have a koi barnafka.
21:04
SPEAKER_00: I was sitting and doing my money changing, I look up and I see one there.
21:06
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Echun walks in.
21:07
SPEAKER_00: Barnafko is Rebechan, the son of the blacksmith.
21:09
SPEAKER_00: Ribeklan's father was a black blacksmith, he was known sometimes as Barnafko.
21:13
SPEAKER_00: So I'm sitting and doing my thing, money changing, and I look up and I see Rabi Echlanan there.
21:16
SPEAKER_00: Um Paul Mini dinu a koordinah.
21:17
SPEAKER_00: And the reason he came to me, I'm a money changer.
21:19
SPEAKER_00: And he came to me because he wanted a dinner from Kurdistan, the Sha're Bay Tref also, so he has the right shear, so he can measure uh traf lists, so he could see if he had kamate chas or if a part, a part of the khand was missing, and he wanted to measure it out.
21:33
SPEAKER_00: Is it the size of a dinner kordina or not?
21:36
SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to get up, I wanted to stand up.
21:37
SPEAKER_00: The god walks in, I wanted to stand up for Bihan.
21:41
SPEAKER_00: And he didn't let me stand up, why not?
21:42
SPEAKER_00: Because Amalhi told him, Shabni Shav, sit down.
21:44
SPEAKER_00: Ain't bali umni shash and ammunitami de khamibisha iskimakum because there's a lacha, you're working right now, you're on the clock, and you're not allowed to stand up for a Tamul Hacham at the time that you're on the clock.
21:56
SPEAKER_00: You're working for someone else right now.
21:57
SPEAKER_00: If you stand up, you're taking time out of your work, and it's Xalo, because you're working for someone's paying you to work.
22:01
SPEAKER_00: So you're not allowed to stand up for Tamil Chaqam while you're working.
22:04
SPEAKER_00: So I think Marbala, is that true?
22:08
SPEAKER_00: This is as it relates to the people when they brought the farmers when they brought Bikurim to Yushalaim.
22:12
SPEAKER_00: So when they came, it was a whole uh procession, and we know everyone gave them covet.
22:16
SPEAKER_00: And call bali umni's um, all the workers, everyone in their stores, they would stand up for the people bringing bikurim into your shalim.
22:22
SPEAKER_00: Everyone would stand up for them.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: Bisha'em islaim when they would say shalom alaykum, ask them how they're doing, but they would tell them, Achainu anshe making plaini, our brothers from this uh plaini place, bayachim bishaalim, and they used to give them tremendous covet.
22:34
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
22:35
SPEAKER_00: That they're in the middle working and all of a sudden everyone gets up and starts greeting everyone, bring uh bringing bhikurim.
22:39
SPEAKER_00: Amr Bihar Mihan answers them, Ipnayimdim.
22:42
SPEAKER_00: Ipnai Tamid Kham inamdim.
22:43
SPEAKER_00: You're right, they're different.
22:44
SPEAKER_00: For the farmers bring in bikurim, you have to stand up.
22:46
SPEAKER_00: For Tamil Khachanim, you don't stand up.
22:48
SPEAKER_00: And Amr Biz Ba'avn, Ba'irai Kama Khiviv a mitzvah bishaita, meaning that's much more important.
22:52
SPEAKER_00: And Urbiysi by Ovin says that come and see how chhaviv a mitzvah bishaita is a mitzvah uh in its proper time being performed.
22:59
SPEAKER_00: Sharpnay ma'am, because the people bring a bikurim, which is a mitzvah bishaita, you have to stand up for them, even if you're in the middle of work on your employer's khashbin, and mipnay ta'midiqam eindu.
23:09
SPEAKER_00: And even in front of Tamidikham, you don't stand up for Mimah, says Gomara.
23:12
SPEAKER_00: How do you know?
23:13
SPEAKER_00: How is that to show you uh anything about Khaviv a mitzvah bishaita?
23:16
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's because of a slightly different reason.
23:21
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the only reason that we used to make this big deal and stand up for the people bringing Bikurid is because we didn't want to cause a nichhol la asid lava, meaning if people if they're gonna be it was a big tier chal the time, bring the first fruits all the way to Ishlaim and this.
23:31
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if we're not gonna make a big deal, maybe they're not gonna do it next time, and that's why we don't want to cause a mikshal la asid lava in the future.
23:38
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's why we do it, but not to show you the khadiva mitzvah bishaita, maybe there was a more practical reason, and we'll hold it over here and get this.
