Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is July the 30th, and today's calendar challenge is show off your good looks. Showing off your good looks is not about vanity. It's about self-appreciation, confidence, expression, and allowing yourself to be seen. You are beautiful, don't you know it? Celebrate yourself. You don't have to wait for anybody else to come around and tell you that you're beautiful, that you're handsome, that you look good, that you're stunning. You are stunning. So today, celebrate yourself and remind yourself of how radiant you are. Appreciate yourself. Appreciate who you have invested in becoming and give yourself permission to be seen. You don't have to dim your light. Minimize yourself, dress down, hide behind the scenes. Let yourself take up space visually, okay? Because you look good, okay? And appreciate the confidence boost that comes as a result. It is fun to put time and energy into your look. It is playful to enjoy the energy of dressing up and looking great. And remember that confidence is not perfection and perfection is not confidence. Confidence because perfection we don't reach. It doesn't mean you're flawless. It doesn't mean that everything is exactly where it's supposed to be. Celebrating your good looks, showing off your good looks is saying I can appreciate myself exactly as I am today.
