Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: And upgrading their models.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: And the change from the previous model of Gemini was you know between where they were and three, just night and day.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: We're gonna see that happen as well when Grok uh gets released.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Also, that could be just a massive, massive difference.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, the next the next iteration of OpenAI's Chat GPT, that'll probably be massive.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: But let's get started with this.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go ahead and uh do a share screen here and show you the slides.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Also, we'll talk about getting into uh some of the different things that are happening out there with regard to the uh the AI systems.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Now, the reason why this is massively important today, and if you missed the beginning of the show where I talked about the AI dystopia, sorry about that, you can uh check it out.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: But basically, there's like this perfect convergence of these different large language models and the improvements.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: And every 5.7 to 5.9 months, it's a doubling and improvement rate.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: The models that we're using that we have access to aren't even close to what the inside people are working with.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: They've started this recursive self-improvement where the models are changing their code, they're making their code better all by themselves, and they're deploying that code and installing it into these large language models.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: When we get the release, it's already been watered down and filtered and hopefully had some kind of safety protocols implemented.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: The large language model companies themselves, they're asking the government time and time again, please, for God's sakes, please regulate us, please slow us down, please slow our advancement.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: And I think that's kind of an escapegoat route of them doing that for a particular reason of basically blaming the government if in fact they fail or something really bad happens.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: But today we're gonna get more into how your Google My Business Optimized Profile is really where you need to be.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: And as I mentioned earlier in the show, the reason being is Google, they're trying to get a deal with Apple Siri.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that's gonna go through, but that seems to be some of the rumor out there.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: If that, if they happen to combine with that company, depending on the data allowment that they're able to get, it's gonna really be an entire game changer for people that have their businesses listed on the Google My Business platform.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: Now, if you're an agent or a business owner watching this now or during the repeat of this broadcast or checking out Santa Clarita Art of Artificial Intelligence, that's great.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: When you get there, just make sure that you look through the different blog posts that I've written, because I've written about this before, but the classes have never uh never been this detailed pertaining to uh the actual implementation of basically refining your Google My Business profile.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: Also, we're going to get into a little bit about how you're going to keep it updated.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: So, that being the case, let's move on to the next slide here.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Now, of course, as I mentioned with Google My Business and the Google profile, they've had many years of data scraping.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: They've had data mining, they've had people.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: At the very beginning of the internet, it lacked the infrastructure, the high-speed fiber, and the connectivity that it has today.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: For AI to actually take over and become something incredible, the infrastructure is already laid.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: So if you look back at the past revolutions, the agricultural and the industrial revolution, people talk about AI being a game changer and going to move much faster.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: The reason why it's going to move much faster is if you look at the agricultural or industrial revolution, they needed that physical operation to be built out.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: They needed the agricultural machines and those things to be built out.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: And in the Industrial Revolution, they needed the factories to be built out, right?
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: So if you had the breakthrough in the industrial revolution and the groundbreaking ceremony for the first industrial-based worker factory was built in Nantucket, and that's where it was, it took quite a while for that process to get out to Los Angeles.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: So there was time.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: Yes, it created job loss.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Yes, it created a lot of issues about people needing to upscale their work or whatever, but AI is different because the groundwork is already laid.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: And realistically, our connectivity, our connection point, is the internet.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: And the internet, of course, has been refined.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: Now, with that, I'll segue into what's why it's important now that you have your Google My Business listing put together.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: And Google having all the data, once the internet was put together, search was something that people got into.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: People wanted to know the best way to find things online.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: So people started using it.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: And what you'll notice, if you remember back in the day, for those of you that are in my age bracket, you remember that when you were searching, Google gave you a specific set of results.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: There was no AI overlay with it.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: So when you asked Google for a particular thing, Google came back and gave you whatever those top search search engine results, pages, or SERPs were.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: So you saw them and you were on the page.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: You would have to click and vet each one if you were looking to, like you would go in a library using the Rolindex, trying to find books.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: You got to go on the specific aisle, find the book, read the part that you're interested in, or the whole thing, and trying to put the data in in that particular regard.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: One second here.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Now Google was good at it because the other search engines they were using basically, they were not, they didn't have any kind of an algorithm or protective measure put on there.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: So the people that were able to game and black hat the system using information and building websites a certain way that really didn't mean that they were the true authority in the space, but they built them to be tricky so that the search engines would then find that data and replace them.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: Those strategies have all but died because we have now an AI engine that's doing that type of searching and it's reading all the content, which it already has access to.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: So now, in order to get that type of placement, you have to then make sure that you are filling out information, including your Google My Business listing, in accordance with the way that these AI systems are pulling data.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: So now they're not pulling data based on links and that kind of structure that has a little influence, but now they're really pulling data on getting questions answered.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: That's a big deal.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: So if you're able to fill out the information, a blog post, have AI help you with it.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: We'll walk through that.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: Or any kind of a social media update, have AI help you with that.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be incredibly beneficial.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Now, I also did a couple things.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: So for the show today, I did plug-in class 14 here.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: You get this by going to Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com, and I put the prompts in here that we're gonna be using for our particular class, including the prompt that gets you one of the better results as far as how you're going to update your Google My Business profile.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: And you should do it at least five days a week.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: I know it's a pain, you might think that it's too much, but there's ways to do it.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: We have, I actually have a scheduler.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: If you don't have the system yet or you haven't talked to me about it, I have a free system.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: You can do your updates.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: And of course, my plan is to hopefully you'll buy more, you'll get AI voice and these other things.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: But right now, for all ROG agents, people watching the podcast, it's free.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: And you can schedule out it to update your Google My Business Profile.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: So very easy.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, that's there.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: All right, so let's get back to this.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: So that you have the data.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: Google has the data, the foundation.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: You will see that you have to do daily updates.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: Your particular business should be listed.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: You should have the correct keywords chosen.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: And also don't forget to move into this particular landscape.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: Uh, the Google AI overviews, when they're showing these businesses, they're summarizing businesses.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: And because the AI is layered on there, they're giving instant answers.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: So if you don't have your Google My Business page optimized, the AI is going to use a competitor's information instead.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Now, one of the things that I'll show you on your Google My Business listing, do me a favor.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: Um, will somebody tell me if this screen is popping up here, the Santa Clara artificial intelligence page?
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: Do you see this here uh on the on the overlide for this overlay for the slide?
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: Do you see it?
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Because I'm showing a whole window, this piece here.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it looks like uh a Google search result page.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: Okay, perfect.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: I appreciate it.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: So this right here, this little profile strength deal, you have to have it so you're all green.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: So as long as this is all green, at least from the profile standpoint, you're going to be the highest ranked you can, at least for this.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: If this is lacking, and you'll see it where that circle, that donut, ex cop and me, the donut thing, the donut symbol, it's going to be cut.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: It's not going to be fully filled out.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: So if you're lacking, you can go in here, you click on your profile, and it might have something for you to add.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: Maybe it doesn't have a business photograph, maybe it's lacking um enough categories, or maybe something else.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: But it'll tell you how to fix that.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: So that's something you're going to want to work on if in fact it isn't there.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: Now, as far as this, you want your information to show up, of course.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: And um if you need help implementing this, of course, always I'm available.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: So reach out to me.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: All right, so number three here.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: Uh, my background just a little bit.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: I came from the Los Angeles Police Department.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: I've been playing with tech for a long time.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: In fact, I remember first getting on the job back in '91 when I rolled out to my first division on probation.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: They had just installed these uh computers in there that other cops didn't want to even touch.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: And I've been a nerd since I was young, so I've been playing with these systems already.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: So when I went in there, they wanted the police officers to use these computers, and they were probably a 286 or a 386 processor, if you even remember that.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: 486 was amazing.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: Pentium, the 586, it everybody got excited.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: But anyway, a lot of police officers, they still utilize that pencil, that number two pencil, and again, not mechanical, but a number two pencil, one of those white erasers in that clicky thing.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: And that's how we filled out our reports because on the back of the preliminary investigation report document or the PIR, you couldn't erase it with any of the orange or uh the red type erasers.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: It had to be that white type eraser, it would smear all over the page.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: But that's how they expected all of us brand new boots to write reports, even though we had a whole room full of computers, nobody touched them.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: So it took a while.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: You know, of course, jumping into the real estate and these other things in my history got us exciting, and that's where we are.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: So the data war.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: So this one here is going to be important.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: Um, they're gonna get customers that are looking for information.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Of course, now Google and Gemini, if they do get the uh the iPhone agreement and to be series AI, that would be amazing.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: But as it is, people are still using the platform to search.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Google is still massively used.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: The pay-per-click model might be brought into question a little bit just because AI is going to start to be that next monetization layer.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: So they're gonna use a lot of AI to monetize.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Um, like they have the pay-per-click campaigns on Google right now.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: If somebody's trying to sell you pay-per-click on Google, I would rather see you use your dollars to move over to the Facebook or MetaRealm.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: I have a system for that also if you're interested.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: But that's where you're probably gonna get more return on your money spent than you would by using Google Pay-Per-Click, because everything's integrated with, you know, you have people that are trapped on those platforms of Facebook and also the different meta platforms on Instagram, and they're on there, and you can you know that there's that AI overlay they have, which is basically the content, even a lot of bots are putting out content on those systems to keep you hooked and keep you dug in.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: So you continually keep scrolling so you don't get any real work done.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: You're just constantly looking at all the all the junk that happens to be on there.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: Well, those platforms, because the junk works, the platforms are still the best in marketing and advertising dollar and return for return on investment.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: They're fantastic.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: All right, so that's number three.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: Number four here, the nap, this marketing funnel.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: If you are uh publicizing anything, anything, whether you're doing a Google My Business page update or whether you're updating your uh you have a link to a blog post.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: You want to make sure that everything you put out there, you have a link.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: So this is like for the class today, for example.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: So here I make sure that I put a link here.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: Now, of course, this could have been built out better.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: I was trying to do it in a hurry.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: This was maybe 40 minutes prior to the class starting, but you need to have a link that goes somewhere.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Here, this particular link goes to this particular page, and I have a form right here for people to fill out.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: These aren't difficult to make.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: And in fact, now with vibe coding, you can probably have Jim and I or Chat GPT make you an actual form that returns to you via email the information that people put in here.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: You can ask it to create the code for that.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: And then where do you what do you do with that?
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: Well, you take that, you would just drop it in to a particular page that has the code on it on your website.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: Real T1 group, the websites that they issue us, the free ones, have the access to do this.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: I've built several forms in a system that I have, Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: I've taken the code it gives me and I plug them into the real the Real T1 website.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: So it's not difficult to do.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: And then you can have people come to that page.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: You can embed a video there of you saying something if you don't want to do your own videos.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: I know I've been talking to somebody recently using one of the different systems to do it.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: Depending on which one you want, if you want them to make a clone of you, then there's going to be a cost associated with that.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: And the cost isn't expensive, but what I mean is there's memberships to be able to produce a certain number of videos using a clone of yourself with your voice over time.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: You might get, you know, 10 minutes of video per month for 40 bucks and so on and so forth.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: So then you put in the script and your video avatar.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: This is a live broadcast right now, but your video avatar will then be out there and it'll be talking, and you can have whatever background you want.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: This happens to be a real background, it's not a fake background, but most of the videos you're gonna be watching on YouTube and the other systems are gonna have fake backgrounds.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: They're not gonna be truly real.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: They're not even green screened anymore.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: They're able to pixelate around the image of the individual talking.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: And you can see sometimes when they move, you'll get some interruptions in the visual.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: But for most part, they're really fantastic.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: Different overlays, different systems are gonna have them.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: But case in point, you need to start getting those videos out there.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And when you're putting information online, you definitely want some kind of a link for people to be able to click through because if you don't, you know, whether it's a funnel page or something else, they're left to do nothing.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: There, you're not gonna get any information.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, even previous to that, your offer is gonna have to be good.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: We'll talk about that and how Google, my business, is going to do it.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: So moving through here, Google tracks everybody's data.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: People have been using that platform since they really started hitting it out of the park back in the 2000s, the early 2000s.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: And now that particular system is still one of the best, one of the most data-rich informational projects of all time.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: And of course, now they have their AI and their Google Gemini 3 that just dropped this last week, is utterly fantastic.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: It beat out everybody else.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: But as I mentioned at the beginning, it's almost a perfect alignment of the planets in a way, because these other systems are gonna have their new model releases very soon.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: So we'll have to see what kind of leapfrogging happens.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Ultimately, the question is going to be who's going to get to this artificial general intelligence.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: Something I'll ask the question to the group is should we be going there?
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: And I think to really solve the biggest problems, we're going to need a generality.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: That's where human beings beat the machine.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Right now, if we have general understandings of things, I might be able to talk to Patrick, and let's say we're working on a transmission on a car, which maybe he knows a few things about, I know nothing about, but I know about other things.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: We might look at this transmission and I might have an idea that's unrelated to the transmission per se, but I have an experience over with something else, and I can say, well, you know, I know it's not the same, but we used to do this with this over here.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: Do you think that would help this?
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: And you say, oh my God, that's brilliant.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: Well, he might not have known about this other thing.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: That's where that general intelligence has to play.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: Now, when you increase the IQ of the general intelligence, now they know everything there is to know about cancer, but they also know everything there is to know about physics.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: So maybe that's going to have some kind of an overlay where the cure for cancer is something that is actually true.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: And somebody mentioned on a blog post or a actual when he was talking to the uh Emirates and the Crown Prince there of Saudi Arabia that cancer has been cured.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: Didn't hear much about it after that.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: So stay tuned.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: We'll have to see what happens.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: All right, so now we're moving into it.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: So when a customer types in Santa Clarita or best realtor in Santa Clarita, or you know, where's the best realtor in Santa Clarita near me?
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: These are the search terms that your Google My Business listing are going to help you place for.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: So we'll show you how to do that.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: And what'll happen is Google's going to show a particular map profile.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: You've seen that, the Google listings, and then it's going to have the reviews on there as well.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: There's also a way to reach out if you have been neglecting reviews, if you haven't been looking for reviews from clients, there's a way to do it so you don't get faced with some of those really crappy ones.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: And it's not gaming or gating, but gating would be soliciting reviews and soliciting particular high-ranked reviews.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: They call it gating, G-A-T-I-N-G.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: G-A-T-E-I-N-G, anyway.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: They call it gating.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: So if you basically you're providing a gate, so only people that are going to give you a five-star can get past it.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: That's the solicitation.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: Also, Yelp, you can't solicit at all.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: You can't say, hey, would you write me a Yelp review?
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: You can say this is my Yelp review page, but you can't say, well, and if you say it and they find out about it, it's a problem.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: So you can't do that.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: But getting reviews when people are looking, getting those five stars, it's not difficult.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: You just have to send out a cleverly put together email that AI can help you with.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: We'll have a show on that soon.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: And of course, the conversion.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: If you get your hands on somebody, if they give you personal information, a phone number, email, whatever it may be, some kind of connection point, I'm sure you have it.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: If you don't have it, you're going to need to get training on how to convert leads.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: But most of us in real estate have no problem once we get the person.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: Then we can talk to them, then we can build them out to be our client.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: We have a lot of things to say.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: If you're lacking in that, I know there's a great mastermind that Realty One puts on.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: And I believe that could be offered for agents that are not part of Realty One as well.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: So you can reach out to Patrick Rock about that.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: He's uh he happens to be on the call today, or his note taker is.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: All right, so and Kat Hayes as well.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: She's the head hunter there at Realty One.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: So if you're watching this later and you want to see about Realty One and all the advantages, there's that plug.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: They're fantastic.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: I've been at other companies out here for a lot of years, and they are they're really home to me.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: All right, so foundational best practices.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: So the nap, if you've never heard of this, that's going to be name, that's going to be address and phone number.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: And for the address, today we're looking at email addresses, not physical addresses.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: Physical addresses really don't do much anymore.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: And people are very reluctant to tell you where they live, but at a much higher, much higher conversion rate, they will give you their email address.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: As long as maybe you have some kind of notice on there, you promise not to spam them, you promise not to, you know, take advantage of their email.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: People are pretty good with that.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: SMS, uh, the text messaging has a massively high conversion rate, almost 70% interaction.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: And that also includes them telling you to stop or shut it down.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: But it's still a really good, a good way to reach out to people.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: Also, there are AI systems.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: I even have that particular system that sent it three to artificial intelligence.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: Well, it'll actually text people as after it obtains all their information, maybe a confirmation for a booking appointment or something else.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Send them a link to a particular place that you've denoted that they need to go to be able to search for real estate or whatever it may be.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: So as far as categories go, that's something else that AI can help you with when you're putting together your Google My Business page.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: Um, as far as you know, you're a real estate agent, you could also be a real estate consultant, you could be a real estate listing agent, real estate sales agent, everything real estate, and you'll see it in the drop down there when you start to make that inquiry.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Let's see here.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: So we do Johnny's real estate.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: Doesn't seem like there is one here.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: Now we're gonna um we're gonna find real estate.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: There's real estate agent, real estate agency, real estate school.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: So we might go over here now and go to Gemini.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna do this.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: Um this is via Gemini.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: So Gemini, of course, that's Google.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: OpenAI is gonna give you very much the same thing.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: Um, category selection here, primary category for the recommendations, they say real estate agent, real estate agency.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: So that's good.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: So it has real estate agent here.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: We'll go into the next one.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: And then as far as at a location, what's good about us is we happen to have whatever brokerage we're with as a real estate agent, you can use the address.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: Now, because there could be many different agents at a particular company, and everybody has a Google My Business listing, because of that, you're going to maybe have to go through an additional verification step.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: And you might have to go and film you walking in to Realty One or to Remax or to wherever you happen to be.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: So you'll be filming yourself going in and then your workspace and so on.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: So these are things that they might ask you to do to be able to further verify your business because they have, you know, 50 people that happen to be on Google My Business.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: And trust me, 49 of those 50 people aren't doing daily updates like you're going to be doing when we get done with the show, which is going to be just hands and you know, hands and above where they happen to be.
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: So that's where, and as far as services go, that's another selection that you can go through here and you can ask them for the services.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: It should be on here, but it's not.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: What services do you recommend?
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: And once you see it, and again, it doesn't matter about the spelling.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: I had some college.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: But anyway, you'll see here this is what it's going to give some recommendations.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: And these are specialized services as well.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: I don't know how many it gives you, but once you get on here, well, you could even ask, how many services can I select?
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: And it'll give you what that particular amount is.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't have an official limit.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Um, best practice is 50 services.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: Pretty good.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: There's some predefined ones on there.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: So again, you ask it, it's going to give it to you.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: I don't think this causes us any kind of mental breakdown as far as us not being as sharp.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: Once you have the information, then it's going to be up to you to go in there and build it.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: In the future, you'll probably be able to go to any of your AIs and say, hey, I need to build a business profile for you know, Phil's donuts.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: Can you put it together?
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: And it'll take everything and it'll build it all out without you touching anything.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden, you have a fully filled-out, fully optimized Google My Business Profile.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: And that's what agents are going to do.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: You'll have an agent that you'll be able to use, and the cost of those is somewhere around a thousand bucks a month, depending on a true agent, a true agentic agent that you're able to tell what to do.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: And it goes out and it works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, tirelessly.
- 26:09SPEAKER_01: Some of the new things they're creating, virtual worlds filled with agents that have been vetted, trained, proofed to make sure that they're not going to cause any issues, all secure, and a business and go to this virtual world and hire an agent, tax deductible, and hire an agent to come work for them that's already been built out.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: And I know it sounds absolutely insane, but that's where the world is going.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: And these agents apparently are fantastic.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: So, as far as uh the services, we got that visuals.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Whenever you build out your page, more photos than less, and right now with AI, you can have it create all sorts of cool real estate photos and not get popped by shutterstock or these others.
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: Now, something that I've noticed recently, when you go here and you ask for an image to be created, at some times you're going to see there's a shutter stock sticker on top of the image.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: You go back and you tell the AI that you don't want a shutterstock image.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: You want a custom image that you can use in your marketing and advertising.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: Because that custom image from Shutterstock, and I'm a big copier.
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: I I'll I'll drop and I'll pull photos just like this online.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: If it has that, if it has, if it's owned by somebody else, that's a problem.
- 27:27SPEAKER_01: And then I could get fined or get a nasty letter from an attorney.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: So what you have to do is you have to iterate again and make sure that that image isn't something that's somebody else's intellectual property and then getting in trouble for that.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: So just make sure that you uh you vet those pictures.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: But I've noticed that recently, and that's that advertising and marketing overlay I've talked about, that hasn't really been in existence up to this point, but it's going to start being something that we're all going to have to deal with no matter what large language model we use.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: Now, on that front, I'll throw out some other news that I've heard recently.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: Something that's going to kind of recommend is to have your own AI because right now, if you have these massive large language models owned by Gemini, owned by uh OpenAI, owned by XAI, which is Grok, owned by Meta, which is Facebook, they have a goal.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: Their goal really isn't your supreme benefit.
- 28:23SPEAKER_01: They're selling stuff too.
- 28:25SPEAKER_01: Uh OpenAI's Chat GPT has Zillow, right?
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: So there's probably some monetization platform built in there where they get some kind of a return from Zillow being their proud sponsored real estate syndication company.
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: And there's some lawsuits going on with regard to Zillow as well.
- 28:43SPEAKER_01: From uh, was it racketeering?
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: I guess Rico, some RICO violation.
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: Anyway, that that's a whole nother story, but we'll watch how that plays out.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: But ultimately, these large language models have their relationships with people.
- 28:56SPEAKER_01: The thing of the future, more than likely, is going to be you having your own locally sourced, your own open source AI system that's just for you.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: It makes Connor the best he can be.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: It gives Connor the best advice, it tries to make Connor wealthy, it tries to keep Connor healthy.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: That's my own partner, and within short order, we're going to have that.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: I know in New York recently they rolled out some kind of personal AI, and they had a uh some cat, some smart kid out of Harvard, maybe, almost like the Facebook story, built this virtual AI friend that would be your friend.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: They talked about the advertising, he'll never, they'll never leave you, um, they'll never cheat on you, on and on and on.
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: So they had this massive campaign in some New York subways.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: And I guess the pictures and everything were just totally demolished, vandalized.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: There was a lot of resentment moving from human-to-human relationships to human to AI relationships.
- 29:55SPEAKER_01: But ultimately, you know, we're gonna go to that shiny thing, and more than likely we're going to be very impressed on every different dopamine rendering level to want to saddle up and have our own AI.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: But if you're gonna deal with AI, which if you want to succeed and want to be above your competitor because they're using it, you're gonna really have to learn it that much better.
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: Hate to say it, but you need to know how the things work.
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: You need to, you know, spend your hour, an hour a day, if you can, or at least a couple hours a week, maybe break it off into 30 or 25 minute sessions, just learning a different AI.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: If you don't know what Sora is, create some silly videos on Sora, learn how it works.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: If you don't understand Chat GPT, if you've never used it, use that one, see what that's like.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: Claude, same thing.
- 30:45SPEAKER_01: Everybody's gonna give you through anthropic, everybody's gonna give you a little bit for free.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: So get on there and see what that's like.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Most of the AI generation models for a little depending, some video, they'll give you a little bit.
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: So get on there and learn them, see what that's like before you start to spend money, and then also look for free discounts or coupons, something that you might be able to find that gives you maybe 30 days free, 60 days free, or gives you some additional benefit of using some kind of a checkout code because those are still alive and well and they still work.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: All right, I've totally pulled off tangent.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: All right, so the next thing here, you're gonna see with regard to AI uh being the force multiplier.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: I'll get into the live demo here.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Right now, posting every day is going to be super important for your Google My Business listing.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: I'll get into uh that particular prompt that helps you do that.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: And I did put it at the communitycentic3 toai.com.
- 31:44SPEAKER_01: And then, in addition to that, um, you want to make sure that if you have every once in a while, it might send you something, have your holiday hours changed.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Do your holiday hours need to be updated?
- 31:55SPEAKER_01: That's like a free invitation, folks.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: Between you, me, and the wall, you're gonna want to change some hours.
- 32:01SPEAKER_01: Do something.
- 32:01SPEAKER_01: If they're talking about if you're open Veterans Day and Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year's, go in there.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: You can put, you know, hours that you might be operational in the real estate game.
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: Maybe the afternoon of Christmas after everybody's full and happy.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: Maybe you want to give a few hours and say you're open at these times.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: It loves that it'll push you up in the results pages when you get in there and modify these things.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: Also, other people can go to your Google My Business listing and ask you for questions.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: Ask a question, ask an update.
- 32:30SPEAKER_01: If you have friends and family, maybe if they have an innocent enough question and they have it about real estate, maybe they go on there and they fill out a question, allowing you to answer it.
- 32:40SPEAKER_01: That interaction is also a critical component, too.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: We don't get a lot of that, but that might not be a bad idea to talk to people.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: If you happen to have people close to you that want to see you succeed in your business, maybe you can say, hey, would you mind going on and asking that same question to Google so I can answer it?
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Because I'm sure if you have that question, other people do as well.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: All right, so now the uh here's here's gonna be the live demo.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: So, what we're gonna do is we're gonna start with um a couple things.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna put this into action.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna show you how to use AI to optimize Google business, Google local business places, and I'm gonna use it for Santa Clara artificial intelligence.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna do three crucial areas.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna do the primary description and attributes.
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: That's where we're gonna start.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: Then we're gonna get to proactive QA generation and then also high frequency Google Post content.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: It won't take long, but let's get through it here.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: So the first prompt we're going to do, let's go ahead and get a new chat going.
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: The first prompt is going to be this.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: And I did put this in my Santa Clarita AI community.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna write a professional.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: This is what I'm asking for.
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: Write a professional, 750 character max, Google business profile.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: They'll give you 1,500 characters, not words, characters.
- 33:58SPEAKER_01: I always screw that up.
- 33:59SPEAKER_01: Whenever I'm asking for content for blog posts, I usually want 2,500 to 5,000 words.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: When I'm doing a YouTube video description, 5,000 characters is the maximum.
- 34:12SPEAKER_01: Google My Business, 1,500 characters, and so on.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: Facebook has a pretty long text window.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: Usually I don't have to have it cut anything down, but I know for um for YouTube, it often gives me way more than 5,000 characters.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: So I have to go in and cut some stuff or ask it to reduce it.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: You'll notice that the iterations are getting better.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: It usually, if you have to iterate a second or a third time, usually it's all fixed.
- 34:39SPEAKER_01: And that, but back even a couple weeks ago, it might take seven or eight iterations to get it fixed.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: And by that time, it's very frustrating because yeah, and you you forgot how it was when you used to do it.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: So now all of a sudden it's just a pain in the butt to get it to do it right.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Well, anyhow, okay, we're very spoiled.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: That's the problem, too.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: We're very spoiled.
- 34:59SPEAKER_01: All right, so let's move into this.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, I was gonna finish about this.
- 35:02SPEAKER_01: So your own AI, you're gonna have probably something locally installed.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: It's it's the ownership that's gonna be the issue.
- 35:08SPEAKER_01: Next time you're about to buy something or make a decision, find out who owns what you're using.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: What's their what's their thing?
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Are they owning it and wanting you to use it because they're trying to get you to buy something?
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: Or are they trying to influence your political stance?
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: Are they trying to pull you off center?
- 35:27SPEAKER_01: Are they trying to pull you to another area?
- 35:29SPEAKER_01: And they did a study on Reddit.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: 99% effective was the ability of AI to change somebody's mind.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: 99%.
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: That is massive in the world.
- 35:43SPEAKER_01: And I know we're all, especially the ones that have walked the earth on this call the longest, people that are watching this that have lived longer than others, we think that we really have an advantage because we've been there done that.
- 35:55SPEAKER_01: We can get pulled off center just as easily as that super sharp 25-year-old.
- 36:01SPEAKER_01: Don't believe it's past your ability.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: If you have kids and people you love involved using these different systems, you know, I was telling somebody the other day, you have kids that have all this energy.
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: You want to settle them down, just hand them your iPhone or a game or an iPad.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: It's tragic, but they don't even want to go out.
- 36:21SPEAKER_01: In the future, if these AI worlds, these meta worlds and meta universes, which they're working on diligently, trying to have that be something that people spend more time in.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: These worlds are replicated pixel by pixel.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: Now they're using more globular type uh renderings, but it understands physics.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: You'll be able to walk around in a completely artificially made world and interact with all sorts of things and creatures.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: And, you know, talking to a Tyrannosaurus Rex or talking to an alien or talking to something, talking to them, having them follow you, interacting with them.
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: It's going to be at a certain point that people are going to have to force themselves to keep their interactions in the real world with other human beings, or we're going to lose all that forever.
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: And we're very easily, of course, convinced that this is the right thing.
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: So, yes, it's not only a Google My Business show, but also let's let's work on ourselves.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to ask for this.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: You would you would include, you know, if it's um Andrew Sherman Real Estate or however you have your particular branding, you're going to want to put that in here.
- 37:29SPEAKER_01: Something about branding that's going to be super important if you don't have a domain name representing whatever you're branding yourself as in real estate.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: That's your own intellectual property.
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: I'm not talking about buying into a real geeks platform where you might not own that domain name.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: Or um Tiger Leeds, I believe, was another one.
- 37:48SPEAKER_01: I don't know if they were assumed by them.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: But in some cases, you're going to buy a domain name or have another company do it because you're paying into their advertising, which you can do all this yourself.
- 37:58SPEAKER_01: I have a system that does that.
- 37:59SPEAKER_01: I can help you with that.
- 38:01SPEAKER_01: But if you're going to be paying for it, make sure that that intellectual property, that domain name, especially if you're going to be doing work, spreading it, hashtagging it, putting it out there, talking to people about it.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: Make sure that these people say that's still your intellectual property.
- 38:15SPEAKER_01: You might not get the website and the content that was created over the many years you were with this lead generation platform or website provider, but you still need that.
- 38:26SPEAKER_01: You still need that URL.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: You still need it to be yours.
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: You need to hold on to that.
- 38:30SPEAKER_01: That's your intellectual property.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: And that's just like having that cell phone number.
- 38:34SPEAKER_01: You're going to need to have that.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: So write a professional, 750 character max, Google my business profile description for a business named Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence, focus on high-value services for realtors and local business owners, AI, training, system integration, automation.
- 38:53SPEAKER_01: For this, if I do the search, okay, what you can do very easily, so it's going to give me this.
- 39:03SPEAKER_01: You notice it said 750.
- 39:06SPEAKER_01: It gave me 370.
- 39:08SPEAKER_01: So there's the first glitch.
- 39:10SPEAKER_01: I need it two, three, seven fifty.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: And it's going to get close.
- 39:20SPEAKER_01: So now it's 737, so this is gonna be better.
- 39:22SPEAKER_01: Can you change the prompt for can I change can I change a prompt for Andrew Sherman real estate?
- 39:38SPEAKER_01: And then and so basically it was also using some AI components because I want specific, I wasn't specific enough.
- 39:53SPEAKER_01: But this it basically, because I asked it to revamp it for Andrew Sherman Real Estate, then it redid it.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: The first iteration, it started plugging in some AI stuff in here, first, and even in the first paragraph right away.
- 40:07SPEAKER_01: But then I said make it all about real estate, and then it got it.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: It understood what I was saying.
- 40:12SPEAKER_01: So basically it converted this into you know Andrew Sherman Real Estate and then focus on high-value services for real estate buyers and so on, then it spit this out.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: But this is a good example of um how you would fill that out in Google.
- 40:30SPEAKER_01: So here's the second one.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be a QA generation for Google My Business listing, and all of these are gonna be posts, all of these are gonna be updates for your Google My Business listing, and this is how you do this.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: Oops, sorry, I keep shutting everything off.
- 40:48SPEAKER_01: Let me pull this in here real quick.
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: Okay, so this is how this is gonna happen.
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: So this is my business.
- 40:57SPEAKER_01: So on here, I'm gonna add an update.
- 41:03SPEAKER_01: And this is where it's gonna go.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: Like I said, you have 1500 characters.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: So this is how you do the Google My Business update.
- 41:08SPEAKER_01: You should be doing this every day.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: You should have just a moment in the morning that when you're looking at your content, and because every day you should be doing some content.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: And if you're gonna be doing a blog post, that's great.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: A YouTube video, that's great, some kind of Facebook update, that's great.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: But whatever content you put together, you're gonna want to make sure that this is a part of it.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: You're gonna want to come to Google and you're gonna want to do up to up to 1,500 characters.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: And if you if you find out the best time to do a Google My Business posting, you ask the AI that question.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: What would be the best time for a real estate agent based in Santa Clarita to post their update on my Google, the Google My Business profile and then put it in Andrew Sherman Real Estate.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: It's gonna give you the best times to do that.
- 42:00SPEAKER_01: Then if let's say you're doing this at 5 a.m.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: because you never sleep, because you're trying to get your business going, you'll want to paste that description here and then have it scheduled out to be at that particular time today.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: That's how you would do it.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: And of course, you can also have the same AI make you an image that reflects your update.
- 42:21SPEAKER_01: And I use that a lot.
- 42:23SPEAKER_01: Please make me an image that reflects or best is best reminiscent or reflective of standing for this particular update that I did.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: It'll do that too.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: Then you just slap the image in here and then you do the posting.
- 42:38SPEAKER_01: That's the update.
- 42:40SPEAKER_01: That's the update portion.
- 42:42SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 42:42SPEAKER_01: So now let's get into the second one here.
- 42:44SPEAKER_01: Um, number two, act as an expert realtor, business owner who needs AI's help, generate three common questions, they would ask.
- 42:54SPEAKER_01: And then this one we'll also want to change over.
- 42:58SPEAKER_01: So this is this prompt.
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: Ask an expert realtor and business owner who needs AI help, generate three common questions that they would ask on a goodness business profile.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: So here, so this is about you know, Santa Creta artificial intelligence.
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: Take this prompt and make it questions a real estate buyer would have.
- 43:30SPEAKER_01: So now it's gonna make it about.
- 43:33SPEAKER_01: Here's the three questions.
- 43:35SPEAKER_01: So it actually jumped in and it gave me everything that I need.
- 43:39SPEAKER_01: So here's the response to that.
- 43:41SPEAKER_01: As an expert local realtor, focusing on AI integration questions.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: Now give me the same, but without AI, an actual question, a home buyer seller would have any answer as a top realtor.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: Here's something very new.
- 44:14SPEAKER_01: This started happening a few days ago, where now it's giving you the YouTube results.
- 44:20SPEAKER_01: If you're running local and you're using Google My Business page and you're embedding your Google My Business page locale.
- 44:32SPEAKER_01: So basically, you take your link from your Google My Business page, you do the same thing.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: So you copy this.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: Make sure this is part of your content, especially when you're posting information on YouTube.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: So when you're uploading a video on YouTube, what channel is this here?
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: Uh okay.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: So when you're uploading a video on YouTube, I'm not gonna upload it, but I'll grab one.
- 45:02SPEAKER_01: Showing you guys all my stuff.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, there's one here.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: Sorry.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: I have 50,000 things going on here.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: So here's a video, it's not about real estate, but just for an example, you want to make sure that in the description that AI uses your actual Google My Business Listing link in here, because when people are doing the search on um on Google itself, it's going to pull up and it's you're gonna actually see uh this video could be yours.
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: And I have a few of these on here with regard to AI because I'm I'm running that, I'm running the table on AI personally here in Santa Clita Valley.
- 45:43SPEAKER_01: You can do the same with real estate very shortly because the questions that you're gonna be uh getting and the responses, the things that you're gonna be publishing are gonna be different than other people.
- 45:53SPEAKER_01: Right now, it used to be you you it used to be you needed a following.
- 45:58SPEAKER_01: Like on Facebook.
- 46:00SPEAKER_01: Facebook is no longer just spitting your content out to your audience.
- 46:04SPEAKER_01: When you have a Facebook page for your business, that's that's indexable and searchable by everybody looking for that particular thing, an answer to that particular question.
- 46:15SPEAKER_01: That's what AI is pulling in.
- 46:17SPEAKER_01: So it's no longer you needing to be specific.
- 46:20SPEAKER_01: And on YouTube, if I only have 340 followers, and some of these videos, I'll get thousands of views.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: If I only have 340 followers, even with the best people sharing everything, the best that I'm going to be able to do is maybe a thousand or twelve hundred.
- 46:34SPEAKER_01: But six or seven thousand views on a video short that I produce on YouTube, that's much more than my audience.
- 46:41SPEAKER_01: That really started to come online when AI was starting to be used even more in the propagation of information and data.
- 46:50SPEAKER_01: So it's really huge.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: So make sure that you keep your Google My Business page updated with those posts just like that when you start to produce that content.
- 47:01SPEAKER_01: All right, everybody, we got uh quite a few, quite a bit done today.
- 47:06SPEAKER_01: Go to the AI for realtors.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: You can see this at SantaClaritaai.com.
- 47:11SPEAKER_01: It's class 14.
- 47:12SPEAKER_01: And then basically you'll find the information on here to take these prompts and to be able to do your own Google My Business page updates.
- 47:21SPEAKER_01: If you need help setting up your Google My Business profile, let me know that.
- 47:25SPEAKER_01: Just give me a call.
- 47:26SPEAKER_01: We'll walk through it together online.
- 47:27SPEAKER_01: We'll get a Zoom call together for nothing, but just so I could help you get that set up and then start doing these updates.
- 47:34SPEAKER_01: If you need a system that auto-updates with a calendar and forms you can build, hit me up.
- 47:38SPEAKER_01: I'm more than happy to walk you through that for nothing, and I'll be able to give that to you.
- 47:43SPEAKER_01: And I appreciate you very much.
- 47:45SPEAKER_01: Any questions for today?
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: I have a question.
- 47:48SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 47:49SPEAKER_02: Hi, it's Kat.
- 47:50SPEAKER_01: Hi, hi Kat.
- 47:52SPEAKER_02: So I'm noticing that uh when you were just doing that demonstration on Gemini that you have a pro version.
- 47:59SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: And I'm wondering if everything that you have been teaching us, uh, we can do on the free version of these AI assistants.
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: For a little bit.
- 48:13SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 48:14SPEAKER_01: It's it'll give you the same information because the context window in my inquiry, it's not very many characters, and the information we're asking it isn't very many.
- 48:25SPEAKER_01: But if you were to say, make me a 5,000-word uh blog article regarding recruitment or coming to work at Realty One Group and the benefits, it would choke.
- 48:39SPEAKER_01: It probably wouldn't give you that much information, a context window.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: In a free version, it probably wouldn't.
- 48:46SPEAKER_01: It'll do everything up to a point.
- 48:48SPEAKER_01: The only limit's going to be the depth it's able to produce.
- 48:52SPEAKER_02: Okay, that's good to know.
- 48:54SPEAKER_01: Um you know, I would also for any kind of writing, anthropics clawed.
- 49:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you're gonna pay for something for like blogging and stuff, it's really wonderful.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: But Gemini is it's so close to being right there, is also as well.
- 49:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, all these things, they're all they're all converging to this general intelligence motif.
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: I don't know when that's going to happen, but they all work exceptionally well.
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: But yeah, for the free, most of them are gonna produce just about the same content on those platforms, which is gonna be the link.
- 49:28SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: You're more than welcome.
- 49:30SPEAKER_01: Anyone have any more questions?
- 49:34SPEAKER_01: Well, I appreciate everybody.
- 49:36SPEAKER_01: I will keep this updated, so please check it out.
- 49:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this popped out here.
- 49:39SPEAKER_01: There's a video that I put in as well.
- 49:42SPEAKER_01: So this uh this popped out and actually gave that.
- 49:46SPEAKER_01: So that's kind of cool.
- 49:47SPEAKER_01: But you can have that same result, you just have to do the content.
- 49:51SPEAKER_01: And if you're not doing content every day, you're missing it.
- 49:54SPEAKER_01: You're gonna need an hour, at least an hour and a half.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: And the more that you do it, the more you make something, the faster you're gonna get at it.
- 50:01SPEAKER_01: And then pretty soon you'll just know exactly where to go, what to do.
- 50:05SPEAKER_01: And then by the time you really get a good understanding on it, for almost free, you'll be able to have an agent do everything for you.
- 50:11SPEAKER_01: You'll just tell it what to do.
- 50:13SPEAKER_01: And if you haven't been practicing speaking to AI, I know that's weird for a lot of us.
- 50:18SPEAKER_01: I still hold back, but you get so much more conveyed than the typing of the word, and it picks it up pretty well.
- 50:27SPEAKER_01: So if you haven't started talking with it yet, maybe it's something to entertain.
- 50:31SPEAKER_01: I still think there might be issues in the future, but right now it's where it is.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: Be careful, be safe, and let me know if I can help.
- 50:38SPEAKER_01: Thank you all for watching.
