- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Why you're not getting a hygienist that you want.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: You're going about it the wrong way.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: You think it's a money problem.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: It's not a money problem that these hygienists are facing.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: It's a culture, it's a flexibility because of their families and what stage of life they're in.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: And if you solve this, it will help you recruit.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to another episode of My Dental Playbook.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: I'm your co-host, Gary Bird.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Along with my friend Dr.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Blake Hamblin, we're going to be diving deep into his office and we're going to be breaking down how you can build your hygiene team.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: I know this is one of the biggest obstacles that offices face, and we created a multi-part series, and it's going to really help you solve the problem around hygiene.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: We're going to be talking about the current state of the hygiene market, why you can't find a good hygienist and the recruiting framework that Dr.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Blake uses that works really well.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: We're also going to be talking about marketing to hygienists and how to get them to come in and interview and actually get the ones that are talented and want to work.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: That's kind of important.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: And then we're also going to be talking about onboarding and KPIs, and we're going to be talking about compensation and structure.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And lastly, we brought in some heavy hitters to help you understand the difference between fee for service versus in network, rule versus city versus, you know, suburb type areas.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: So we're going to be talking about every kind of situation that you could possibly look at.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: This is an amazing series.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: If you haven't watched the previous episode, make sure you go check that out.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Stay tuned.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Thanks so much for tuning in for another episode.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: If you don't recognize her, it's probably because you didn't watch the last podcast that she did.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: And uh uh Paige actually did a whole podcast on uh treatment presentation and using patient financing, which was amazing.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Go watch that if you haven't watched that.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: And she's done a couple of webinars for us and things like that.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: But today she's gonna be helping us with one of the biggest problems that Dennis face.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: And her answers are amazing because it's gonna be the opposite of what everybody else is doing and saying right now, which I love.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: I love content like this.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: But Autumn, you um, I'm sorry, Paige, you um work with Autumn in your office and she heads up the hygiene side.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: But one of your jobs is recruiting and setting up all the ads and all those kind of things.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: And I know um Autumn helps with that, but you had some really, really good uh examples of how you guys keep attracting hygienists and just kind of stay on top of it.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, could you just explain your philosophy?
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: You said on here that you are you're just kind of like posting every single month and you're also um changing the ads constantly.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Can you explain why that is?
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Because I think a lot of what most people do is like, I'm gonna hire.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Oh, we got somebody interested, yay.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: And then they hire and then they don't, they stop.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: And then one or two people go on maternity leave or quit, and then they're like, ah, so can you walk through how you guys have solved that?
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: We're looking for an amazing dentist to partner with us in our local market and maybe even potentially in other markets for us to open up more practices.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: And we just got more new patients at our current practice.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: So we're looking for another dentist here.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: If you're looking for an amazing opportunity where you can have as many new patients as you can handle, learn new treatments, tons of CE, mentorship.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: This is the place for you.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Dr.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Hamlin is looking for the perfect dentist.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: This sounds like you, reach out to us.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: You can DM us, comment down below.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: We would love to hear from you.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: So, can you walk through how you guys have solved that?
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so just like you said, I mean, we're kind of just constantly posting and we try to do different things.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: So we know that everybody's going to go and use the big platforms and we use those too, but we also do things like Facebook, right?
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: So we're constantly posted in all of our local groups.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: And, you know, Dennis Strates, it's a small world, you know.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: So people are going to talk and people are going to tell each other about jobs.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And so we get a lot of hits through that.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: We definitely use Indeed.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: Um, we'll do Cloud as well, which is one of the apps.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: And we're kind of just rotating those and we don't always do them all at the same time.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: We kind of just start with one and see where we get some hits and if we're getting anything or um sometimes.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So it's kind of like it's kind of like a part-time job, right?
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: It's not something that you do one time and then walk away from, right?
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: It's something that we're consistently having to go back to it and and refresh and update our verbiage.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: And, you know, maybe we said something that we're like, oh wait, you know, I wouldn't want to work there either.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Let me change that.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: So yeah, which I love, which we'll jump into because you're gonna give us some example ads that I'm gonna include in the show notes, which is awesome, but you change them all the time.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: So it'll help somebody get started.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: But the what most people don't realize about marketing, and this is true if you're marketing for new patients or hygienist or whatever you're doing.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: Once if you're if you're fishing in a small pond and you're using a particular kind of bait to fish in that pond, and the fish all hit it and they're all excited about it, but then they realize all their friends and their homies are all dying.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: So they're like, hey, don't mess with that that bait anymore.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: It's not a good bait anymore.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: I've already seen it.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: You have to use new bait.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: This probably isn't a good example to use for hygienists, but uh you get what the illustration, what I'm trying to say, is like you have to keep refreshing um the creative because you're there's only so many hygienists in your market, and they've if everybody's seen your ad 50 times, it's probably time to change your ad.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: So I I love that.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: So one of the things that you said to me, and I and at the end, I want to go over your framework.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: I think that's probably the most powerful of this because no matter what ad you use, your framework kind of guides you.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: But I first want to talk about Indeed, you don't even pay for Indeed, right?
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: You're just using the free version, right?
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we just use the free version and it gives you so many, like you can post like three ads at a time.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: And we'll, you know, if we're looking for a hygienist at the moment, we'll go in and we'll post two for hygienists and we'll keep one running for something else, typically, probably like an assistant, because you just never know.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: And we always just want to give people the opportunity.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: We never want to pass on a really solid person.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: Um, so we're always looking.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Even when we're not looking, we're still looking.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, we'll just go in and post those and then we'll leave them up.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: And if we're not getting any hits, then we'll just go and we'll post on Facebook.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Um, we you know, even I I think I was posting so much.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: I actually started my algorithm started, you know, working towards me.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: And I was getting people that were looking for jobs like on TikTok and stuff that's awesome as I was scrolling.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: So that was pretty funny.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: But we just kind of trying to find them in different places.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you said you go into the Facebook groups.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Like what if I was a let's say that I I'm a dentist and I'm in, I'm not in you're in Houston, but let's say I'm in Cincinnati and I hire you and you were gonna help me with this in Cincinnati and you move there and you're in my office.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: What what Facebook groups would you start looking for exactly?
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I would just, you know, a local hygienist in Cincinnati, or if there's like a certain um suburb of the area, like we have, you know, Katie and stuff like that.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: So I would type suburbs in and I would just start joining all of those Facebook groups, like any of them that you can get your hands on and that will let you in.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: I would join all of them when it comes to hiring and stuff, um, or people looking for jobs, even just like local play, like local groups that aren't specific to hygiene or specific to any of that.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Um, I would I would join those.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: Jobs for Houston or jobs for Katie or whatever or Cincinnati or whatever it is.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Because there's some hygienists in there.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: Well, you just never know.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: And sometimes people did other things before they became a hygienist, or maybe they've been in, you know, working as a hygienist and haven't loved the offices that they've been at.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: And so they're like, you know what, I'm over this.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go and just look for, you know, I used to bartend or whatever.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: And then I'd go and I post, and they're like, well, I'm actually a hygienist.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: And they'll, you know, they'll go to those ads, and you just really never know where you're gonna find somebody.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Now, what are you saying in these Facebook groups?
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: So we kind of try to hit very simply, we we hit on our PPP, which we I think I had spoken to you a little bit about this, but we always try to hit on the pain paradise and the process, right?
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: So Okay, so really, really quickly, this is the content process.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: So if you're taking notes, I want you to write down at the top of your piece of paper P P P.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: And this works for all recruiting, but you have to use it for hygienist because there's a shortage of hygienists and the pain on the front end is very big.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: This is why you're not, this is literally why you're not getting any hygien hygienists to apply.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: So say those one more time for really slowly for me.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: The P P P.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: Pain paradise process.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: For pain, we focus on what are their pain points?
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: What are people really hating about their jobs?
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: So we focus on things like work-life balance, um, we hours on pay, uh, and we offer a different pay structure, like just different things that they're really struggling with in any other office that they're going to, we try to really focus on those things.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Well, really quickly on that, I want I want I really want to lean into this because I think it's really important.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: So this is where the rubber meets the road.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Because if you're a dental office that has, let's say you have like um, it's just you and one hygienist.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: And so that means they have to work, you know, four days a week with you, 40 hours a week, they can't take off any time.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: When they do take off time, it has to be when you're taking off time and it's not paid, they don't have health insurance, so there's no flexibility.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: They have to, if you have to leave early for to go get your kid, like that's not an option.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Hygienists hate that those kind of jobs right now.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Is that right?
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: That's correct.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they they really want flexibility.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: So they they want flexibility because they have kids.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: So one of the things they most of the hygienists, most are women, and most of them have little guys, right?
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: So, so okay, so one of the things that you guys have done is you talk to the pain, right?
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: So you're like, hey, at your current job, just to frame it for everybody, do you not get time off the way that you need to?
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Do you not get health insurance?
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Are you not able to pick up your kids?
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: Like, that's the pain, right?
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Right, right, exactly.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: Um, and then we focus on paradise.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: So like even your worst day there isn't your best day here.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: Like you're going to always have a good day.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: We do things differently.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: Like, we try to really focus on um what we're doing different and how we can not only are they benefiting us by working here, but like how we would benefit their life.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: Um, we also include quotes from employees or you know, things like that.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: We try to really hone in on the culture with the paradise.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: So to help the dentist, because then I think you probably, Paige, have a good idea how hygienists feel because you're out there working with them, you work with them in your office.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: But I think the doctors sometimes struggle to understand, they're like, what?
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: They're making great money.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Like, what's the problem?
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: Um, could you frame paradise for me, like that you've built?
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: And for the audience out there, doctors, when you're listening to this, I want you to put on your empathy hat and put yourself in their shoes.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: So you're a you're a mom, you have a kids, and listen to what Paige is gonna say and let me know if you you think hygienists would like this.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: So go ahead, Paige.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Go get kick like kick off like what that would look like.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, one of the things for us is the schedule.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: So we do staggered scheduling for our hygienists.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: So say we have four in a day, two of them will come in and work seven to two, and then two of them will work nine to four.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: So they alternate those days.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: So they're not always working the nine to four, and they're not always working that seven to two.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: So if they have doctors' appoints, appointments they need to go or take their kids to, or they have a show, or it's Mother's Day and they want to have breakfast with their kids and before they come into work, like there's so many things that it really just provides such a boost for them that they are still getting to do those things that are really special with their family, but also have a their career and be a working mom.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: That's so good.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, so if I'm a hygienist and I'm just like really, really good, and I come to you guys and I go, Man, I want to work with you guys.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: Your pay looks good.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: You're a little bit below where I was making before, but I see I have a bonus that I can make as well.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited about that and I want to learn more about that.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: But you know what?
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Like every other Tuesday, I can't work, and every Wednesday I have to leave by 12 o'clock to go pick up my son because his dad can't pick him up or whatever, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: You guys are like, no problem.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we can we have a shift for that.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I think we focus more on the person.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: We everything else is flexible.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Like, if you are a killer hygienist and we can't see ourselves without having you on our team, everything else is flexible.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: So that's kind of how we try to frame it.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: So, whatever that looks like, we're willing to work with you.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: We're willing to figure it out.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: If we need you on our team, and you're gonna be such a good solid team member and like such a good solid person to join us, we're gonna figure the rest out.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: We will be flexible.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: That is so awesome.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: So, this is and this is why you guys have more hygienists than other people.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Other doctors are like, I can't get enough hygienists.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: You guys are like, we got a bunch of awesome hygienists right now.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: And it's because you've built this flexibility.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: And and and a lot of dentists get upset with like the temping.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And I understand why it's like, man, temps are expensive.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: They don't, they don't know our culture.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: They don't, but really what temping is is just extreme flexibility.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: But there's downsides to tempting because you never know the poop show you're about to walk into.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Like you have no idea.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: You're just walking in cold turkey.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: So you're dealing, you're driving far.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: One day you might have to drive an hour, uh, next day you might have to sit in traffic, you're dealing with crazy patients, crazy doctors.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: What if you could work at an amazing office?
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: Just totally amazing office.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: Culture's great, pay is great, bonuses are great, and they're working around you in your schedule to make it work for you.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: Which one are you gonna pick?
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: Like it's so simple.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: I I absolutely love this.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: So, so we got the first two P's.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: What's the final P, the process?
- 13:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so the final P is process, and that's really where we focus on our standards, our training.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: So, yes, we are willing to be flexible, but not with our standards, right?
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: So we really hold our standards high and we hold everybody accountable.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: And so, yes, we have a you know, structure around those things with the training and all of that, but we also have the flexibility.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: So I feel like even most people really enjoy structure anyways, so we don't find that that is the biggest issue.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Everyone kind of starts buying in and you know it it works really well for us.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: So we really focus on our standards there and the fact that we are really building something bigger.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I love that.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: So you're actually working that into the ads, right?
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: So it's the it's it just for the audience, it's the pain.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: So you don't lead a lot of people lead with we'll pay you 80 bucks an hour, we'll pay you 60 bucks an hour.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: Like that's not what you're doing.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: You're you're in these Facebook groups, you're in Indeeds, you're going in and you're saying, Hey, do you feel pain point, pain point, pain point?
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Which shows you that you understand the person that you're talking to.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: We are here to help you with that.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Paradise or pleasure, paradise, pleasure, parody, like all the good, here's what we can do to fix that.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: And this isn't for everybody because if you don't meet our standards, you can't work with our team because our team's so awesome, which now makes everybody want to work with your team.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Right, exactly.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: And you know, like you said, we don't lead with money.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: We don't lead with this is what we're paying you, this is what we're offering.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Yes, we are very aware that everybody needs money to work and that's what we're all doing, but ultimately we have a bigger thing that we're building.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: And we do pay well, and it's different, but with the bonus structure that we have, people can really make really good money.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: Um, but we don't lead with that.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: We lead with look what else we're offering.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Yes, we have this, and that's what everyone's really here for, right?
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: But we have something so much bigger and better.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: And it's ultimately we have longevity with our employees because of it.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: That's awesome.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: That's that is exactly the right process.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: And this is exactly, docs, why you're not getting the hygienist that you want.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: You're going about it the wrong way.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: You think it's a money problem because you like money.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: I like money.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Everybody likes money, but it's not a money problem that these hygienists are facing.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: It's a culture and it's a flexibility because of their families and what stage of life they're in.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And if you solve this, it will help you recruit.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: They don't, they're not paying any money for recruiting.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Paige is just going in there and posting pain, pleasure, and process.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: And she's going into the Facebook group, she's going into Indeed, they're going into cloud, but they're not paying for those things.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: And they have hygienists always lined up, and it's part of her job.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: So this was so good, Paige.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Amazing job.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Uh, down below will be the ad if you guys want to see their example ads.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: Again, you got to change them though.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: So, but you'll kind of see some examples of that they've used that have worked in the past for them.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: But by the time you watch this, they're already going to be moved on to the next ad.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: So this is not something that you just copy and paste and hope that it works forever.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: It won't.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Um, any any other thoughts or any other tidbits if someone's listening to this saying, man, I I wish I I wish I had these tools.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: Is there anything else that you would add to this page?
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I would I would say maybe um with the paradise even like add in things that you do, like team outings, team billing, um, you know, team lunches.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: Um, figure out what motivates each staff member.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: And and those are also things that you can kind of like will help you.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: Everybody, like you were saying, everybody is kind of motivated by different things.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: Some are motivated by money, some are not.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: Um, so there's different things that you can kind of throw in there also that help motivate different patterns of people.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna throw in one more thing that you didn't bring up, but I know that it influences people's decision on where they work is you guys have um a nice website, right?
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Like it's a newer website, it feels fresh.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: You have a ton of new technology, a new building.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: So that's like, oh, cool.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I'd rather work there than a dusty old building with like orange shag carpet and paper records, right?
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: And then number three, you guys have a ton of Google reviews, which everybody before they go to call you and to apply, they go, look, how many Google reviews?
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: And you guys have a lot of Google reviews.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Those are all working in your favor, would you agree?
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, you're absolutely correct.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: I mean, obviously, it just, I mean, everybody, even me, I'm Googling a place and looking up the reviews before I'm going, right?
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: So having that technology, having those Google reviews and being able to stand behind them, I think is really big and it it gives us a lot of power.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: It helps.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: It helps.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna hurt.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: So so if you're out there and you're like, you have really old pictures on your website, you have a really old looking building and it needs to be like painted and a new sign, and you have like three Google reviews and two of them are angry, you're gonna struggle hiring.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Like it's gonna be hard for you to hire somebody.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Just this this isn't gonna solve your problem.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: So I just wanted to call that out.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: You uh as always, Paige, you do an amazing job.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: You guys run a really tight ship and um thank you so much for coming on today.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, of course.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for having me.
