- 1:04Speaker 2: I read that last week? I may.
- 1:05Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:06Speaker 3: She left him on all of the shows, so it's
- 1:08Speaker 3: hard to track double Decker Shane reviews in the last month.
- 1:12Speaker 3: There you go, which is big. This is it's big
- 1:14Speaker 3: for us. I think it's true. I don't have any
- 1:17Speaker 3: reason to think it wouldn't it be true? A very
- 1:20Speaker 3: excited to dive into the gavel today. I'm gonna tell
- 1:22Speaker 3: Dan about a case that I watched from the TV
- 1:24Speaker 3: courtroom shows, uh, in which there are plenty, and Dan's
- 1:28Speaker 3: gonna try to guess the verdict. You can as well
- 1:30Speaker 3: at home, and then we're gonna do the whole thing
- 1:31Speaker 3: over again, but flipping in reverse.
- 1:33Speaker 2: And it sounds like yours is pretty straightforward. Judge Judy,
- 1:37Speaker 2: here's the case where someone gave someone COVID. Well, no,
- 1:40Speaker 2: it's not. There's more to it. Okay, all right? Is
- 1:44Speaker 2: this new? This must be new. It's new, jud It's
- 1:48Speaker 2: free Judy, Free v Judy Justice.
- 1:51Speaker 3: I think it's Justice Judy or something Purple Road Judy
- 1:55Speaker 3: and her and her like granddaughter is whatever next to her.
- 1:57Speaker 2: For some reason, the whole thing's just every every you know,
- 2:03Speaker 2: half a year. It's so ridiculous. She's the benchmark of
- 2:06Speaker 2: this every half a year.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I go, let me give it another shot with gdy.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So here we are. It's been half a year. All right,
- 2:14Speaker 2: let's dive in what.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Elizabeth Burciaga Evans is suing.
- 2:22Speaker 2: These names were read aloud for you during the court case.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you know me well enough to know that that's not
- 2:27Speaker 3: how I would take an information. All right, great, but yeah,
- 2:30Speaker 3: you think I would hear at once and be able
- 2:32Speaker 3: to pronounce it winded a couple of times. Berciaga evans,
- 2:36Speaker 3: it's a it's a dash, it's a hyphen upstairs. Twenty
- 2:41Speaker 3: dollars for unpaid loan and assault dollars for unpaid loan
- 2:48Speaker 3: and assault and assault sue and uh Tamara McClinton for
- 2:55Speaker 3: and she is counter suing for an unknown amount of money,
- 2:58Speaker 3: lost wages and a restraining unknown amount.
- 3:00Speaker 2: That's gonna go.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Well are you ready?
- 3:03Speaker 2: I'm ready? Elizabeth issuing her old roommates. Her and her
- 3:08Speaker 2: boyfriend moved in with Tamara and her husband. That's right.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Can you imagine, I know, can you imagine no being
- 3:16Speaker 3: married and be like, let's bring in two more people.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Didn't you guys have somebody live in the basement of
- 3:20Speaker 3: your house. It was longer than I anticipated.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yes, And that's exactly what's going on here, right, Yes,
- 3:25Speaker 2: you said it. Can you imagine? And you guys actually
- 3:27Speaker 2: did it? I forgot about it, and you want to
- 3:31Speaker 2: move on down? They moved in? Uh it happened. No,
- 3:34Speaker 2: they were you know it was. It was one of
- 3:35Speaker 2: those things.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Where it was like, hey, can we crash at your
- 3:38Speaker 3: place for for like a day or so?
- 3:41Speaker 2: And then and then they turned out for way longer
- 3:43Speaker 2: than man and that's fine. Did you have to have
- 3:46Speaker 2: a talk with him to be like you got to
- 3:47Speaker 2: get out? Uh? They went on tour. They went on
- 3:50Speaker 2: tour and it didn't come back and went on tour. Uh.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Tamara and her husband uh have now moved in or
- 3:59Speaker 3: other couple moved in whatever. November seventh, twenty twenty, okay
- 4:03Speaker 3: is when that happened.
- 4:04Speaker 2: When they got ready to.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Move in, Elizabeth found out Tamara is like, hey, we
- 4:09Speaker 3: don't have our half of.
- 4:11Speaker 1: The moving money you mine fronting us.
- 4:15Speaker 3: For that and that's a tough way to start a relationship. Yeah,
- 4:19Speaker 3: but she did.
- 4:20Speaker 2: It's one two hundred and forty five dollars for that
- 4:24Speaker 2: moving money depositive. You will, they keep saying moving money
- 4:28Speaker 2: if that's what they call moving They agree to pay
- 4:32Speaker 2: her back in full. T marr acknowledges that she did
- 4:35Speaker 2: indeed not have the money that she needed and did
- 4:39Speaker 2: agree to pay her back. She claims, though, that she
- 4:41Speaker 2: has partially done so by paying for groceries and cooking
- 4:45Speaker 2: dinners for long ago. She claims that Elizabeth said that
- 4:49Speaker 2: all of that can go towards the amount. Oh, Judy says,
- 4:52Speaker 2: do you have the receipts? She does not. I did not,
- 4:58Speaker 2: she asks Elizabeth.
- 5:01Speaker 3: She says that Elizabeth was keeping track of the groceries,
- 5:05Speaker 3: and Judy's like, why would Elizabeth be keeping track of
- 5:08Speaker 3: the groceries if you're the one buying the groceries, And
- 5:11Speaker 3: She's like, Elizabeth.
- 5:13Speaker 2: So Elizabeth. Elizabeth claims, I said no such thing. So
- 5:18Speaker 2: there's that. Elizabeth then says.
- 5:20Speaker 3: One day, Tamara comes to her room and asks to talk.
- 5:25Speaker 3: She says that her husband is uncomfortable with how Elizabeth
- 5:29Speaker 3: and her boyfriend watch him while he cooks. Okay, she says,
- 5:36Speaker 3: we do not watch him while he cooks.
- 5:40Speaker 2: This turns physical. You get into a fight, Tamara, she claims,
- 5:48Speaker 2: grabs her hair.
- 5:49Speaker 3: She starts shaking it back and forth. Don't watch my
- 5:52Speaker 3: husband while he cooks. And she ends up pushing her
- 5:56Speaker 3: off and grabs her hair and gets into a little
- 5:59Speaker 3: bit of a squabble. And she says that there was
- 6:02Speaker 3: some pain and suffering that took place, okay, and she
- 6:10Speaker 3: left that night but then came back lived there for
- 6:14Speaker 3: another month before moving out.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Tamara claims that now we're moving to Tamara's case.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Tamara claims that in January of twenty twenty one, she
- 6:27Speaker 3: got COVID from Elizabeth. Apparently Elizabeth didn't tell them that
- 6:34Speaker 3: she lost her smell and taste and proceeded to play
- 6:38Speaker 3: monopoly with them and share a.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Model of alcohol.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Oh just string it from the same bottle, huh.
- 6:44Speaker 3: She then was out of work, which is bad. Elizabeth, though,
- 6:53Speaker 3: says she didn't get tested for a couple of days
- 6:56Speaker 3: after the game night, and so she obviously did know
- 7:00Speaker 3: at the time that she had COVID, or else.
- 7:01Speaker 2: She wouldn't have done that.
- 7:03Speaker 3: But she also has some text messages that will prove
- 7:07Speaker 3: that Tamara doesn't care if she misses work.
- 7:13Speaker 2: What a twist.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Here are the text messages.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Two weeks prior.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Apparently Tamara thought that she might be getting COVID. Remember
- 7:24Speaker 3: when in this time everything was cod everything was COVID.
- 7:28Speaker 3: We're always just every think I might have COVID.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what we get in this case. It's just
- 7:34Speaker 2: like I think I might have COVID, And so she's like,
- 7:38Speaker 2: I'm going to go Tamara says, I'm going to go
- 7:41Speaker 2: get tested for COVID, but I'm not going to tell
- 7:46Speaker 2: my boss that. That's why I'm leaving because I don't
- 7:49Speaker 2: want my boss to make me come back to work
- 7:53Speaker 2: if it's negative.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Class Elizabeth claims that this shows that Tamara doesn't care
- 7:58Speaker 3: about work, so why would it matter if she got.
- 8:03Speaker 2: COO lives in the same house. You can't sue somebody
- 8:06Speaker 2: because they gave you COVID, Judge Judy's ready to rule.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Would you like her money? I think they're gonna get
- 8:13Speaker 2: to twelve forty five. Okay, think she the twelve forty
- 8:15Speaker 2: five has to be paid. It was your half of
- 8:16Speaker 2: the move in money. That's official. I think that's money.
- 8:19Speaker 2: I think that's it, Dan, You and Judy stuff.
- 8:25Speaker 1: One thing I learned about Judy in this case. She
- 8:27Speaker 1: said she is old. She's so old that she doesn't
- 8:30Speaker 1: know what lmao means.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Or l ol wow. Thank god.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Her granddaughter is sitting there with her, she's reading the
- 8:39Speaker 3: text her. She's like, what does this mean? Laugh out loud,
- 8:43Speaker 3: and she's like, okay, got it. And so she learned
- 8:46Speaker 3: those things, but she agrees with you. Dan one thousand
- 8:48Speaker 3: two hundred and forty five dollars to be paid for
- 8:50Speaker 3: the move in money money nothing for the assault the
- 8:55Speaker 3: country suit.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Get on out of here with that.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Yeah, if unfortunately it doesn't seem like you care about
- 9:02Speaker 3: work to begin with, use somebody for the loss.
- 9:05Speaker 2: She did it, you're not getting that.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a tough argument. It's a tough argument to
- 9:09Speaker 3: be made, that is for sure. But also more of
- 9:12Speaker 3: the story is don't want you, don't want you to.
- 9:15Speaker 3: But also if you know, God forbid next time around,
- 9:19Speaker 3: when we have a global pandemic, when doing game night
- 9:22Speaker 3: with the people that you live with, you know, if
- 9:26Speaker 3: you decide that I'm going to share a beverage with
- 9:28Speaker 3: that person, you that's you're taking the responsibility.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah, what may happen.
- 9:32Speaker 2: If you're having game night with shared alcohol during COVID?
- 9:37Speaker 2: You get what you get. You don't pitch a fit,
- 9:39Speaker 2: That's exactly That's exactly right. Like it's like it's like,
- 9:42Speaker 2: you know, during during COVID, obviously, me and my wife
- 9:45Speaker 2: nothing much changed for us in the way in which
- 9:47Speaker 2: we lived in our own house.
- 9:48Speaker 3: If you trying to share a beverage, we would. But
- 9:50Speaker 3: if I had COVID and she gets it. That's something
- 9:53Speaker 3: that you are inherenting, Like, Okay, that's something that could
- 9:56Speaker 3: happen by doing that, and you can't you can't get
- 9:58Speaker 3: you don't.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Don't you dare throw a fit. That's exactly right, Dan.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I also had Judge Judy just kidding, I Judge, you
- 10:05Speaker 2: did Judge jud It's been years. I don't want any
- 10:08Speaker 2: part of it. I learned my lesson. I don't need
- 10:10Speaker 2: a half half year rerun Judge Ross. On the other hand,
- 10:15Speaker 2: I'd be in that those chambers all day, you know
- 10:17Speaker 2: what I mean, Like fantastic you got man, he's the best. Yeah,
- 10:21Speaker 2: and I think that the thing about him, what are
- 10:23Speaker 2: you gonna say? Brand know what you're gonna say? The
- 10:25Speaker 2: thing about him is every time I watch him, Yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 2: I I would say, it's not even an understanding that
- 10:33Speaker 2: I get. It's more of an overstand Yeah. Yeah, And
- 10:35Speaker 2: you know what that is? Just because a lot of
- 10:36Speaker 2: times people say justice and you think they're speaking a
- 10:38Speaker 2: foreign language. You're like, what are you saying about? Nope, Justice,
- 10:46Speaker 2: Holly McLeod is, according to my notes, doing Felix Saltman.
- 10:51Speaker 2: But I meant suing. We don't know. I think they
- 10:54Speaker 2: were doing each other too, but that's either here nor
- 10:56Speaker 2: they are. Holla Cloud is suing Felix Altman for five
- 11:01Speaker 2: hundred dollars. Holly says, my son was a part of
- 11:07Speaker 2: the Soapbox Derby. He's ten. His name's Ben. I forgot
- 11:10Speaker 2: the intro. Yeah, I'm back. Yeah, he's ten. His name's Ben.
- 11:14Speaker 2: He's ten, he's been he's in the Soapbox Derby. I
- 11:17Speaker 2: met mister Altman during online dating. It took me a
- 11:20Speaker 2: long time before I introduced him to Ben. Well, you
- 11:24Speaker 2: gotta gotta be saying, there's a lot of more reasons
- 11:26Speaker 2: as well. We'll get there. Felix is like, yeah, I
- 11:30Speaker 2: got along great with Holly. We shared the same hobbies,
- 11:32Speaker 2: like trading cards. Come and judge. Ross is like trading
- 11:38Speaker 2: cards with her or her son, and he says with her,
- 11:42Speaker 2: Holly's like, yeah, we've played D and D together. Oh okay,
- 11:45Speaker 2: so awesome. Kevin Ross doesn't know what D and D
- 11:49Speaker 2: is awesome. He's like pulling out baseball card. I thought
- 11:54Speaker 2: so too. Maybe they were maybe some magic the gathering,
- 11:56Speaker 2: I don't know. Good for you, God bless you. That's
- 12:00Speaker 2: what you do. The bailiff is like D and D's
- 12:03Speaker 2: Dungeons and Dragons. You're on her and He's like, oh,
- 12:05Speaker 2: sounds like you guys are a matchmate.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And Thomas knows about Thomas. I bet, I bet he
- 12:10Speaker 1: is crazy.
- 12:12Speaker 2: So Holly's like, about a year into our relationship, I
- 12:14Speaker 2: introduced him to my son, and it took a year.
- 12:16Speaker 2: My husband passed away when my son was three years old,
- 12:20Speaker 2: seven years ago. I've been careful about who I introduced
- 12:23Speaker 2: to Ben, and in fact, Felix was the first guy
- 12:25Speaker 2: that I dated seriously enough to think about actually moving
- 12:28Speaker 2: on from my now deceased husband and the rest in
- 12:32Speaker 2: peace obviously, and felt comfortable enough sharing like letting Ben
- 12:36Speaker 2: meet Felix. I gotta be honest, this is so far
- 12:40Speaker 2: sounding a lot like a homework movie. Right, you got
- 12:42Speaker 2: the widow, you got the kid who just wants a dad.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Just wait for it. Brand You're gonna love this soapbox thirt.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Felix is like, so I helped Ben build the soapbox.
- 12:50Speaker 2: She needed help. She took, you know, Holly took a
- 12:53Speaker 2: picture of us together working on it and posted on
- 12:56Speaker 2: social media. And that was a big deal for me
- 12:59Speaker 2: because that really meant she trusted me with him. Was like, yeah,
- 13:02Speaker 2: it was awesome. I tagged him. I was absolutely thrilled.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I was delighted. And then I got a direct message
- 13:10Speaker 2: from a woman because she saw the picture of Felix
- 13:14Speaker 2: working with Ben. I loved your face. I can't believe
- 13:16Speaker 2: we didn't get it on camera. There's nothing you can do.
- 13:19Speaker 2: There's nothing you could do. You wouldn't have seen it coming.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Yeah, what the woman say the picture Felix was the
- 13:26Speaker 3: Felix is a cat.
- 13:30Speaker 2: He's a cat, He's a sneaky cat. No Felix, This
- 13:34Speaker 2: woman says, I'm Felix's ex girlfriend, and four months into
- 13:40Speaker 2: your relationship, we slept together. And Ross looks for four
- 13:46Speaker 2: months into their relations into Felix and Holly's relationship. So
- 13:49Speaker 2: while he was dating Holly, he slept with this other
- 13:51Speaker 2: that is that after that, after they had broken up,
- 13:54Speaker 2: they broke up and then oh yeah, oh exactly, that's
- 13:57Speaker 2: exactly what happened. It was a full oh contact situation.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Ross Ross goes, is that true? And Felix goes, yep,
- 14:09Speaker 2: just like that. Yes, uh. And then he goes my
- 14:12Speaker 2: ex her name is Gina, and then he starts like
- 14:14Speaker 2: physically shaking, like he's very nervous, like he's gonna cry.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Ross is like, I can tell you're nervous. And he's like,
- 14:20Speaker 2: are you nervous you got busted? Are you nervous because
- 14:23Speaker 2: you made a mistake? And he said both. I just
- 14:26Speaker 2: was hoping we could all forget it. Ross is like,
- 14:27Speaker 2: well what happened. He's like, He's like, what were you thinking?
- 14:31Speaker 2: And he was like, I was hoping that we'd be
- 14:33Speaker 2: a family. That Holly had been with me a family.
- 14:34Speaker 2: And I was at a bar and I was drunk
- 14:37Speaker 2: and Gina walked into the bar. She offered to drive
- 14:41Speaker 2: me home. And literally, that's all I can remember from
- 14:45Speaker 2: the situation. Uh, and I woke up in my bed.
- 14:48Speaker 2: I don't remember much else. Ross was like, was she
- 14:50Speaker 2: in your bed when you woke up? He says, yes,
- 14:51Speaker 2: she was his ex Welford take advantage of him. Either
- 14:55Speaker 2: she took advantage of him, or he is this is
- 15:00Speaker 2: the best possible thing he can do to make this
- 15:03Speaker 2: less bad. Just bumped into each other. Something they do.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Maybe don't go to bars, bike, maybe go to bars.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I'm surprised by the amount of people that so Holly.
- 15:13Speaker 2: It's almost like maybe maybe they're looking for Fridden. I
- 15:17Speaker 2: have friends actually low places. Dude, what does a whiskey
- 15:20Speaker 2: do down there? Wow, that's bolt the beer.
- 15:25Speaker 1: So what I've discovered is actually like, if you have
- 15:28Speaker 1: the blues, what does the beer do?
- 15:30Speaker 2: Chase them away? Chases the blues away? Get out of here?
- 15:33Speaker 2: That's what the dude? What about social graces? Where do
- 15:35Speaker 2: you stand there? I'm not big I'm not big on
- 15:41Speaker 2: what do you You're gonna hang around here? You gots okay?
- 15:46Speaker 2: We did it. So Holly was like, look, that may
- 15:51Speaker 2: as well. That may as well be true, or that
- 15:54Speaker 2: may be true. That may as well be true. That
- 15:56Speaker 2: may be true. But I didn't find out about this
- 15:58Speaker 2: until months later. He decided not to tell me, and
- 16:00Speaker 2: it really really hurt. Like I was hurt for me.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I was hurt for Ben. I broke it off with
- 16:05Speaker 2: him immediately. It's the first guy I trusted. I broke
- 16:08Speaker 2: it off immediately. Obviously, here we go. Very brain's gonna
- 16:14Speaker 2: stick up for me in here? No, no, no, that's
- 16:17Speaker 2: not what I'm doing. Obviously, very sad about the cheating.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Hate that what However, However, better than I was anticipating,
- 16:27Speaker 2: which was that he is a serial soapbox dirty guy.
- 16:31Speaker 2: It just goes around making soapbox cars with kids, with kids.
- 16:34Speaker 2: He's a creeper. So I think we can all admit
- 16:37Speaker 2: this is better than that. It's better than that. Correct,
- 16:41Speaker 2: And Felix is like, I got it. I understood. It
- 16:43Speaker 2: broke my heart. I wanted to be with her, but
- 16:46Speaker 2: I was hoping I can at least watch the soapbox right. Well,
- 16:48Speaker 2: they haven't even soap boxed yet. Damn. So they built
- 16:50Speaker 2: the car. They hadn't race yet. Holly was like, so
- 16:53Speaker 2: the soapbox race happened, and there are three heats been
- 16:59Speaker 2: won the first two, and then in the last heat,
- 17:01Speaker 2: the wheel fell off, the axle broke, and the car
- 17:04Speaker 2: spun out and crashed. Ben was not hurt, thank god,
- 17:09Speaker 2: but it did break with him inside of it. And
- 17:12Speaker 2: rossays like, this is what the five hundred dollars is for.
- 17:14Speaker 2: She goes, yeah, it's the cost of the soapbox. Ben
- 17:17Speaker 2: made it with Felix. Felix was supposed to help it
- 17:20Speaker 2: make it. It broke, and I have it itemized the
- 17:24Speaker 2: receipt of what the cost and the labor would be.
- 17:26Speaker 2: I went and got it fixed by a professional. This
- 17:28Speaker 2: is what they charged five hundred dollars. And he says,
- 17:34Speaker 2: did you pay when Felix built this the first time?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Did you pay him right? And she says no, I
- 17:41Speaker 2: did not pay him. Did he charge you? Did he
- 17:44Speaker 2: charge any money to build it? She says no. He
- 17:47Speaker 2: says how much were the supplies and she says one
- 17:51Speaker 2: hundred and fifty dollars or so. And he said, did
- 17:53Speaker 2: Felix did you pay for that? And she says no.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Felix said, I paid for the supplies out of my
- 17:59Speaker 2: own pocket to build this. So what does she spent
- 18:01Speaker 2: money on with Ben? What did she spend five hundred?
- 18:04Speaker 2: So he says, you want him to pay for it
- 18:05Speaker 2: and she says, yeah. He told me he knew how
- 18:09Speaker 2: to build this. He built it with my son, and
- 18:13Speaker 2: it broke. It wasn't built correctly even though he told
- 18:16Speaker 2: me he would. It was faulty craftsmanship and he caused
- 18:20Speaker 2: us emotional and financial damage. And he's like, what's the
- 18:24Speaker 2: financial damage? He paid for it? Sheres the number coming, Well,
- 18:27Speaker 2: we clearly would have not only would we still have
- 18:30Speaker 2: a soapbox I could have purchased myself, but we could
- 18:32Speaker 2: have won the whole thing. We came in first in
- 18:35Speaker 2: the first two events. She's suing for a hypothetical grand prize. Yeah,
- 18:40Speaker 2: and Felix says, uh so she says that. Ross says nothing.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Felix steps out from behind the podium and Holly, God,
- 18:53Speaker 2: I dreamed a dream. Uh, Holly, I'm really really sorry.
- 18:59Speaker 2: You and Ben are my law. And then he gets
- 19:02Speaker 2: down on one knee. No, he does not. He pulls
- 19:09Speaker 2: out a ring now and then he says this line,
- 19:13Speaker 2: which is maybe my favorite one of his trivial gaal. No,
- 19:17Speaker 2: that would be great, he says, Holly, I'd like to
- 19:21Speaker 2: marry you, or at least be engaged for a couple
- 19:23Speaker 2: of years. Ah. He's realistic, he knows how this is.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I'd like to marry you, or at least be engaged
- 19:33Speaker 2: for a couple of years.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You break things off before we get married.
- 19:37Speaker 2: And Ross is like, I was not expecting this. Ross
- 19:40Speaker 2: is like baffled. He has know what to do. What
- 19:44Speaker 2: she say? She say, Yes, it gets weirder, it gets weirder.
- 19:50Speaker 2: It's an all timer, man, it's an all time gavel.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Glad it was combined with that sucky Judy case. Holly
- 19:57Speaker 2: says Felix, I can't marry you right now, stand up,
- 20:02Speaker 2: stand up right now. I love you, and I love
- 20:06Speaker 2: having you in my life and Ben loves you and
- 20:09Speaker 2: loves having you in his life. But if you want
- 20:12Speaker 2: to get married, I have two conditions five hundred dollars
- 20:17Speaker 2: that would be great. You ready for these two conditions? One,
- 20:21Speaker 2: I want you to stop drinking. Yeah, pretty sane, right
- 20:26Speaker 2: love that. Number two, we're not going to be intimate
- 20:29Speaker 2: for a year. Oh no, so number one, stop drinking.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Number two, we're not. You can't be intimate with anyone
- 20:44Speaker 2: for a year. Felix, without hesitation, says done, Felix, My god.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Felix says done. Yes, absolutely, Wow, a probationary engagement. I
- 21:02Speaker 2: think Ross is like, I don't even know what I'm
- 21:06Speaker 2: doing here. I don't know why I'm here. We're not
- 21:09Speaker 2: here for this, We're here for legal issues. I have
- 21:13Speaker 2: to rule on this case still, and I'm going to
- 21:15Speaker 2: do that. Yeah, she's not gonna get any money because
- 21:19Speaker 2: she didn't spend any money. That that's how that's gonna go.
- 21:26Speaker 2: If Judge Ross pulls a Gino and gives her any money,
- 21:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna be mad. Ross gives her all the mo
- 21:34Speaker 2: I'm just kidding, and give her all the money, Ross says,
- 21:37Speaker 2: Judgment has to fall in favor of the defendants. You
- 21:41Speaker 2: didn't pay for anything, he doesn't own anything. However, sir
- 21:44Speaker 2: mister Altman, I suggest considering this second start that you
- 21:48Speaker 2: are embarking upon. Maybe it would be a good idea
- 21:52Speaker 2: to get her the five hundred dollars that she just
- 21:53Speaker 2: spends to get the soapbox. Maybe it would. Maybe that
- 21:57Speaker 2: would show a good faith on your part. You have to,
- 22:00Speaker 2: maybe you should. That's ross anyway, as I think.
- 22:04Speaker 3: This is the first kise I've ever seen where somebody's
- 22:06Speaker 3: suing the entire amount of money that they didn't spend
- 22:10Speaker 3: it all.
- 22:10Speaker 2: They didn't spend it all, which is really impressive. Yeah,
- 22:13Speaker 2: and then he proposes that he would like to be
- 22:16Speaker 2: married or at least engaged for a couple of years. Yeah,
- 22:18Speaker 2: what a case. Well, it's an all time. It's why
- 22:20Speaker 2: we do the show. All timer. Shout out, shout out,
- 22:24Speaker 2: shout out everybody involved. Man, what a time this is.
- 22:27Speaker 2: That's why we gabble. Well, let's see if we can
- 22:30Speaker 2: one up at next week. Come on, bramblefest, gabble gotta
- 22:33Speaker 2: be honest, Come on back next week. I think we'll
