Transcript
- 0:03Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Good day,
- 0:07Good day, How are you? What's going on, sister? All
- 0:15kinds of fun stuff right, Like it's always I know it's true, it's
- 0:19funny. I was in a group yesterday and we did some channel writing,
- 0:24and after the channel of writing, I was, you know, I wasn't
- 0:28planning on reading anything. But then someone says, well what about you,
- 0:30Bev. I was like, Okay, let's go through this. And one
- 0:34of the things that came through to me was like show up basically, build
- 0:38it and they will come, right. And I was like, for me,
- 0:41I understood what that meant. And it has nothing to do with the
- 0:45anything outside of myself. It's all with inside of myself. I get home
- 0:49and I get this letter from some friends that are traveling all over the world
- 0:53and I think they're they were over in Tasmania and now I think they're over
- 0:58in New Zealand. And I get this message and it says build it and
- 1:00they will come. This was like a few hours afterwards, I'm like,
- 1:03you cannot make this stuff up. And I understand the message for myself.
- 1:10So it was just freaking It's awesome and it's the confirmations, and it's like
- 1:14even knowing and you've gone through this too, knowing, like this is it.
- 1:17I don't think I'm going to do this anymore, you know, I
- 1:19just don't. It's just too I've got a lot going on right now,
- 1:23and I show up anyways and I get all these people that are coming in
- 1:27or yesterday it was like I think I had six people that said they couldn't
- 1:30make it, and because I know stuff's going around and they were sick and
- 1:34stuff, and I'm like, this is so it's it's not to be in
- 1:38a place of oh my god, like six people can't make it in.
- 1:42On the other side of that, it's like six people cared enough to send
- 1:45me a message that they weren't going to be able to come in yesterday,
- 1:48and it was a smaller group, which was nice, but we got to
- 1:53got to have the conversations and it was more intimate and it was exactly how
- 1:56it's supposed to be. It's not about it's it's I get excited to see
- 2:00what happens, like who's going to show up and how's the dynamics of the
- 2:04group going to be? Like it's to me, it's just as thrilling,
- 2:07and we can do that in life. We don't have to be trying to
- 2:09control every out, you know, every single aspect of our existence. We
- 2:15don't have to. But it's also recognizing that simplicity. Right on a simplicity
- 2:22standpoint or from a simplicity simplistic standpoint, we create every single thing that is
- 2:29in our experience. We've been doing it all along, and it's just as
- 2:32simple as my practice lately is when something comes up in my mind that I
- 2:38don't really care for my thoughts because they're my thoughts. I'm the one that's
- 2:40creating. I've allowed this creation to continue going and going and going, and
- 2:46now I'm aware of it, and I stop and I look at it for
- 2:49a second, and I'm like, wait a minute, what is what would
- 2:51I want to create from that space? That's not exactly what I would like
- 2:53to create. It doesn't exactly feel good. What's the opposite of that?
- 2:58So now I'm kind of going in a different direction and being aware of how
- 3:00I'm creating and what I'm creating. Simple, it's just simple stuff. And
- 3:06I say it's simple because it's just taking the time. If you would have
- 3:08told me this, probably five years ago, and I've been like, that's
- 3:10not simple to me because my mind was so busy. But I keep reminding
- 3:15people because you've reminded me too. Take dictation for the mind, Like that's
- 3:20where the channel writing comes from too. It's just you're just taking dictation for
- 3:23whatever pops in your head, even if it's twenty of your thoughts. You're
- 3:25writing it down. It's not something you're going to go show to everybody,
- 3:29but it's something to We've talked about getting outside of the purging from inside the
- 3:34mind, getting rid of all those list those who do listen, putting it
- 3:37on a piece of paper, even if you can't. Maybe you've put a
- 3:39list of made a list of things that you would like to purchase. Put
- 3:44them on a list. You may not be able to accomplish them right now,
- 3:46but you don't have to keep it in your mind cycling around. You
- 3:49know, it's like it's you have all this great you're on this great merry
- 3:51go around or on this great ride going around, and then all of a
- 3:53sudden something comes up and you're like, why is that in there? Write
- 3:57it down and get it out like it. So it's all these things that
- 4:00are all simple little things, but they make a difference and you're not going
- 4:03to know until you do it. And from the space that I was at
- 4:06before someone recommended that would have been like, well, that's just the stupidest
- 4:10thing I've ever heard. I'm just telling you it works for me. It
- 4:13works and it does improve my life. And that's really what it's all about.
- 4:17Best, what it's about for myself, because I know that I'm that
- 4:20rippled. Yeah, and I like that. Thank you for sharing that with
- 4:28with the audience. And always when we're talking, it's a reminder for ourselves
- 4:32as well. It's kind of way we show up kind of in a selfish
- 4:35way. This is for us too as reminders. Yeah, but doing a
- 4:40mind them this is this is important for Mike Bev's saying is you have all
- 4:47this stuff going on in your head and if you just kind of let it
- 4:51flow through your hand to a piece of paper and just make notes. And
- 4:56it doesn't have to be pretty or anything. It doesn't have to be in
- 4:59a sequence. You could be all over the page. It's just getting all
- 5:02those thoughts from your head into paper and you'll find that when you do that,
- 5:10things just start clearing up in your mind and you're not having those same
- 5:14thoughts anymore. The other thing is on a business side, we get you
- 5:19know, you have to be very creative with your business, especially when it
- 5:24comes to marketing or for myself like creating classes and workshops and such. Is
- 5:30we call it a mind them to get all the creativity that we got swirling
- 5:34in our head out on paper. So in either case is so you don't
- 5:40have to remember anything, especially like the to do list and I need to
- 5:44stop here, I need to pick this up, I need do that.
- 5:46Just get it out of your head, put it out on paper so that
- 5:49you're not all having all of that stuff swirling in your head and trying to
- 5:54remember everything. And if there's a creative piece that really it sounds like amazing,
- 6:00and I just let it swirl around in my mind. When I go
- 6:02to do my create it's like what was that thought? What was I going
- 6:06to do? And now I'm not. I'm kind of like disconnected from that
- 6:13piece of information that came to me maybe while I was in the shower.
- 6:17And now if I'm in the shower, I tell the universe I'm like,
- 6:20please help me remember this. But I get out of the shower but there's
- 6:25been times that I keep my cell phone on the ledge by the shower where
- 6:30I can reach it. If I gets that like super important, like I
- 6:33can reach it and make a note real quick. But typically if I'm in
- 6:39the shower, I can remember it when I get out because I'll just keep
- 6:42thinking about it over and over, and that's what I keep thinking about until
- 6:45I get done. But if you're like driving, maybe get you know,
- 6:49use you have a recording app on your phone, use the recording app on
- 6:55your phone, or get a little recorder to just job notes for yourself until
- 7:01you can get to a space where you can write them down. Pen and
- 7:04paper, I mean for ideas and stuff like that. Pen and paper I
- 7:09think is a lot quicker to just kind of write all over the place if
- 7:13you want. When you use a word doc on your computer, it's distracting
- 7:20to me because I'm like, you know, as you're typing and then you
- 7:24get the underlying because you forgot or you didn't spell the word right, that's
- 7:28distracting to me. If I'm doing it on pen and paper, I don't
- 7:30care. I'm just writing and writing, so you know, figuring out what
- 7:33works for you is best. Whatever tool and quiet the space of the head,
- 7:42because that is the connection to our spiritual GPS system, and we want
- 7:46to kind of tone down all that all that mixed mixed information, meaning just
- 7:54all the stuff you got swirling in there, which is great, and it's
- 7:59also a good reminder. All that stuff that's in your head is a distraction.
- 8:03It's a distraction from you hearing that connection, from you having an understanding
- 8:09that there are voices, you know that you could. Gosh, there's so
- 8:11many things that we can feel. I have so many people that they'll hear
- 8:15voices, they hear their animals talking to them, they hear I mean,
- 8:18there's all kinds of things going on, and you can't until you get into
- 8:22that place where you're more quiet and you don't have all that distraction, all
- 8:24those thoughts distracting you from having these amazing experiences you miss I wouldn't say I
- 8:33was gonna say you miss out, but you won't really miss out because you're
- 8:35right word exactly where you're supposed to be here. There's no accidents, there's
- 8:39no mistakes. But you can enhance this by by doing these processes that we're
- 8:43speaking of. And it's just one of the ways to help eliminate it's it's
- 8:48it's distraction. It's I will dislabel distraction as it is that anything else is.
- 8:52And that's important to keep in mind. Just you know, these stories
- 8:58that we can play through on our mind and stuff like that, and how
- 9:01they're and those stories are creating all the time, whether we're putting too much
- 9:05energy into it, because there are times those stories will go through until it
- 9:07catches you just the wrong I would say, just the wrong just the right
- 9:11moments to be able to enhance whatever that is that you're focused on. And
- 9:16it's not always what exactly we wanted, right, We didn't want to really
- 9:20kind of create that, but that's what was going through our mind. And
- 9:22when you recognize that you are creating with those thoughts, it's like I don't
- 9:26have to keep I don't have to continue doing the same thing over and over
- 9:28and over again. So how can I How can I stop that from becoming
- 9:33this big, huge avalanche from a tiny snowball? Right? So how can
- 9:37I How can I be more aware of that? And That's where I'm at
- 9:39right now, just noticing how I can be aware and how noticing that when
- 9:43we show up in the world and stuff, these full things that we think
- 9:48they're not a big deal, right, they're natural for us. But there
- 9:50are so many people out there that are going through these changes that they're having
- 9:54this awareness and they're starting to recognize that they are hearing the animals and they
- 9:58are hearing spirit and and all this other stuff. And it's amazing to me,
- 10:03just like even in a small group just for the channel and writing,
- 10:05and I know you've probably experienced this too, how many people are doing writing
- 10:09down similar stuff they're receiving because we're all connected, we're all collective. And
- 10:16it's interesting also then to see the differences, Like for me, I'll receive
- 10:18like sentences of information and then other people might just receive a word and their
- 10:24words are matching up with the other words the other person wrote down and all
- 10:26the way around the room. But it's more than that, it's not The
- 10:31bigger picture is recognizing that we're all one. There is no separation. We
- 10:35are all connected and can be connected at any moment. And it's effortless.
- 10:39It's just sitting there and like I said, just taking this dictation. You
- 10:43just got a pen and paper. You're sitting there and you're just whatever comes
- 10:46into your head, you just write it down. That's it, that is
- 10:48it. And then it's like you might you'll recognize that you're writing down your
- 10:52thoughts, and then you'll recognize, wait a minute, these aren't my words,
- 10:56Like some of the stuff that I was writing down. It's like,
- 10:58this isn't how I talk, this is not how always speak to myself.
- 11:01So it's awesome. It's awesome. I was like, Okay, thank you
- 11:05Jesus for coming through and like giving me some messages, because this is not
- 11:07how I talk, but it would be how it would. It just seems
- 11:11like that's how he might have spoken the time in the time frame and stuff
- 11:15like that. So it's it's fun and it's interesting and it's great to be
- 11:18in that space. But it's also great to witness other people recognize that they
- 11:22can start doing they can do the same things. They can do the same
- 11:26things as mediumship or any of that stuff. And it's putting that focus on
- 11:30it, right, That's the I think that's the biggest problem for most people
- 11:33is we're so distracted and and and that's been one of my big issues too,
- 11:37being focused on one single thing. Because I'll be focused on one thing
- 11:41and it's like, and we've talked about this, it's been a long time,
- 11:43and it's like writing on a writing on a train. It's like you
- 11:48look out the window and it's like, all of a sudden, something else
- 11:50that's got your attention. You forgot all about what you were going to do,
- 11:52or where your mind was going, or where my focus was at.
- 11:54And it's and that's what's happened to me. So it's to maintain that focus.
- 11:58And I think that's why a lot of people when someone dies in your
- 12:01family and you go through that grief process, that grief process is a process
- 12:05that can pull you into connecting more with the loved one that had passed away.
- 12:11So to me, if there's a blessing for all that stuff and i'm
- 12:13and I get to witness that, that's the amazing part. And I know
- 12:16you have as well. That's the that's the fun and amazing to see watch
- 12:20people grow and change. Yeah, it's so cool. A couple of things
- 12:26I would say about that channeling and using pen and paper is it it's a
- 12:33really good way just by taking the information that's swirling around in your head and
- 12:39putting it on paper. It's a really good way to identify your belief system.
- 12:43Oh yeah, which is you know, I like Suzanne Gaseeman, she
- 12:48calls it your BS system, which is belief system. But you know bullshit
- 12:54stories too, right, So Susan Gazeman uses belief systems. So that is
- 13:01what I'm learned by that. But those those BS stories, because we we
- 13:07we create stories about stuff and the whole what if avenue what if, and
- 13:13it usually after the what if is all negative, so we're focused on all
- 13:18the negative stuff. So that really will help you identify a lot of what
- 13:22you are believing or is your belief system and what you're hanging onto, which,
- 13:28as we talk about so much, is that your belief systems. If
- 13:33you're still hanging onto them from your childhood, then you're they're really not your
- 13:37belief systems. They were belief systems that you you got from the adults that
- 13:43were around you and how you internalize things as a child, and then grew
- 13:48up with those beliefs and now you're operating as an adult with those beliefs created
- 13:54by a child. So beliefs can be changed at any time. A belief
- 14:00is just something that you you think about something and then you know you well
- 14:05this this we say, you know, choose what resonates with you. So
- 14:09if someone resonates with you and you just keep reiterating that over and over and
- 14:13over, and then that becomes part of your your belief system and then you're
- 14:16operating from that space. So just know that your beliefs can change and you
- 14:24have to you can give yourself permission to let them change. So the other
- 14:31thing, as far as you know, receiving answers from a spirit or source
- 14:39or sending masters, whatever whoever you turn to. Your spirit guides that you
- 14:46could take a pen and paper and at the top of the paper write down
- 14:50a question about something you might be struggling with, or you need guidance on,
- 14:54or you need you know, want an answer to, or a topic
- 15:00and just write it at the top of the paper and then just start writing
- 15:03and just see what comes up. And you write and write, maybe set
- 15:05a timer for like five minutes and just write whatever comes to your mind.
- 15:09Don't try to analyze it while you're writing, just write it out, and
- 15:13then when your timer goes off, then go back and read it and see
- 15:18how much of that information actually pertains to your question or topic. It also
- 15:24will open up yourself to even more information to come through. So when you
- 15:30go back and read it, other stuff might come through. So be sure
- 15:33take your paper and write those things down as well that you're conscious of the
- 15:37other things. The other stuff maybe kind of an energetic flowing of information,
- 15:45and so you're really just letting it go through your from spirit to mind to
- 15:50your hand onto paper, so you're really not focused on what you're writing or
- 15:56just writing. And when you go back and read it, then and you'll
- 16:00see how it pertains to you and other stuff will come in. So now
- 16:04you're a conscious level where you can write down those notes as well. I
- 16:08just wanted to make sure I clarified I'm what I was trying to say.
- 16:15Awesome, I'm like, did I You know? Sometimes when I'm talking,
- 16:18I'm like, did I really say that? You people can understand? Let
- 16:22me say it again and listen listen to myself. Yeah, I hear you.
- 16:27As far as that goes, I really do, because I do the
- 16:30same thing. I really do. And it's surrendering for all that stuff too.
- 16:34It's just surrendering. You're just surrendering, you know, you're just surrendering
- 16:40trying to control everything you're just surrendering just to be in that space something else
- 16:45that's been really shown up for me. This last I would probably say for
- 16:48over a week, and I know, you know a song and I can't
- 16:49remember the girl's name right this moment. You probably do, but feary,
- 16:53you don't own me. Oh yeah, that song and that song different verses
- 16:57from that song would come up. First time, it's probably like two weeks
- 17:00now. So it's like, I know that I'm working through stuff, so
- 17:03I just as it comes forward, I let I ackdowledge it, I see
- 17:07it, and I let it go, and then I turn it into a
- 17:11faith thing. It's even it's not pushing fear away. There's not anything wrong
- 17:15with that. It's embracing fear, loving it, and it doesn't need to
- 17:18be in fear anymore because now it can be in the faith. It doesn't
- 17:22have to be in fear, it can be in love, right m.
- 17:25So it's recognizing those processes too. So it's it's just a there's a lot
- 17:30going on right now, and I know that this internal work is so valuable
- 17:33because if I can if I can put words to how I'm feeling, if
- 17:37I can recognize how I'm feeling and move beyond that that I'm helping a shift
- 17:44happen. Shifts are always happening. We're always in the middle of a big
- 17:47shift. The biggest difference between now and other times is I think it's happening
- 17:51more rapidly. It's happening, and it's very We talk about it a lot.
- 17:56Everybody talks about it. It's people are talking about energy and talking about
- 18:00changes, and we're going to have more changes because that's the way it's supposed
- 18:03to go. It's not supposed to stay the same. If it stayed if
- 18:07it was summertime, if it was think about that, if it was Arizona
- 18:11summertime, you know, the middle of the summer, every single fricking day,
- 18:17that would be boring. That would suck. So we always have something
- 18:19to look forward to. We always know that there's going to be changed.
- 18:22And the easiest one is we've always talked about you could still be crawling around
- 18:26on the floor wearing diapers at the age of fifty four. I mean,
- 18:30if you don't want to have change, right, But so it's it's just
- 18:32really recognizing and that it's not a big deal. A lot of the stuff
- 18:36that we put so much value into it's just really slowing down and becoming more
- 18:38simple, simple minded, which used to be not a compliments, but to
- 18:45me, I think it is a compliment because if you can be in that
- 18:47space, if you're trying to multize task all the time, you're really trying
- 18:49to keep yourself distracted all the time and not looking at any of your bs
- 18:55right, your belief systems, not looking at any of the stuff, because
- 18:57it's where do you begin, And it's just when with everything that we've been
- 19:03talking about today, it's just one little step at a time. It's not
- 19:04a big deal. It's not like everything's going to bombard you. It can,
- 19:08but you can control that. You can ask it to slow down and
- 19:11help me to process it where I understand what I'm processing and letting go of
- 19:15this stuff. It's we're in control of that stuff all the time. It
- 19:18can go by. For me. I encourage it. When I'm in a
- 19:21space and I'm receiving information and it's flowing through me like that, or it's
- 19:26bringing forward all these triggers, I'll be like, I'll work through the one.
- 19:30I'm like, okay, what's next. I'm not always like that.
- 19:33That's very seldom, but when I get in that space, because it's been
- 19:36recent, I'll get into that space and I'll start I'll be like, Okay,
- 19:40I see where that came from. I see what's going on? What
- 19:41now? And then something else will come up and I'll ask for what's next,
- 19:45because I'm in the space right then to be able to work through this
- 19:48stuff and to look at it, and I don't have an attachment to it.
- 19:52I don't feel like a victim to it. I'm neutral to it,
- 19:53so I can see it and then let it go. I don't have to
- 19:56carry it because, like you said earlier, this is stuff that we've more
- 19:59than like has started from childhood, that we've been carrying along this whole time.
- 20:04We're going to handle all of our problems the way we would have handled
- 20:07it from childhood. Think about the huts. Yeah, that's insane, right,
- 20:11because we didn't have the tool that was back when someone would when your
- 20:15mom could say I don't care, and that would be devastating when you don't
- 20:18care, you know what I mean. So it's those kind of things,
- 20:21and it's we don't We're not in that space anymore, in that little little
- 20:25body, right, so I do want to say, because I absolutely love
- 20:29that song. It's Francis Francesca Battest Deally and it's actually called the Breakup Song,
- 20:34and it's a song that it pertains to breaking up with fear, and
- 20:41I tell you it's powerful. I love it. It is. I love
- 20:45that song man. I so when when I'm by myself, I felt that
- 20:52song out as long as as loud as I can, because that is that
- 20:55powerful and feels so good. Yeah, when you're talking about multitasking and being
- 21:02that's creating distraction. There was a there's a friend that she would say she
- 21:10should be so proud of herself. She's like, oh, yeah, I'm
- 21:12multitask and I can get more done in half a day than anybody can get
- 21:17done in a full day. And it really came around to well, typically
- 21:22when that would come up, it was about cleaning her house or cleaning her
- 21:26space. And my first thought, because of my own programming, is who
- 21:33are you trying to impress? Who are you trying to prove yourself to?
- 21:37Who are you trying to live up to their expectations? And it's in it,
- 21:42and it was I get all this done, and then I go do
- 21:48this. This is this this is this Like in anything that she said or
- 21:53talked about, there was no time for herself. There was like no downtime
- 21:57if you're just if you're then that's not acceptable. You need to be doing
- 22:02something. So thinking about how did your parents behave and what were their words,
- 22:10and was that the expectation from your parents that if you're sitting still,
- 22:17that's not a good thing. You need to be doing something always constantly.
- 22:21So you're really if you're at whatever age you are now and you're still doing
- 22:26that, you're still trying to prove yourself good enough to your parents or those
- 22:30significant adults that were in your life who had those belief systems. And that's
- 22:34the prime example that now you're an adult and you're still trying to live up
- 22:38to those expectations. And they might have transitioned, they may not even be
- 22:45in the physical body anymore, they might live on the other side of the
- 22:47country, they might be your neighbor, but you're still trying to prove yourself
- 22:53to them that I'm productive, I'm good enough. And that's what it comes
- 22:59down to, is I'm good enough because I accomplished all these things, So
- 23:03look at me so that I can get accolades, So I feel loved and
- 23:07accepted, and that's the blanket of I'm not good enough is the blanket for
- 23:12I'm loved and I'm not loved or accepted. So just belief systems are powerful,
- 23:18and they're in that subconscious part of our mind and they're just operating the
- 23:25show. And until you have awareness of them, it's not going to change.
- 23:30You're going to keep operating from those spaces, those belief systems. But
- 23:36when you can have acknowledgment of them, now you're aware. When you're aware,
- 23:42then you can change it. There's a process, and that pen and
- 23:48paper is super valuable in having the ability to do that, to go,
- 23:53Okay, look at my belief systems. Look what I'm thinking is truth when
- 23:57really most of the bliefef systems that we have that we developed in childhood that
- 24:03we have today in our adult life are faults or they're no longer serving you.
- 24:08It's no longer a truth for you. It might have been a truth
- 24:12for you back then or maybe in your early twenties or thirties, but now
- 24:18you're maybe much older, forties, fifties, that belief system is no longer
- 24:22a truth for you. It's not serving you anymore. You can change it.
- 24:26It's okay to change it. Give yourself permission to change it. Right,
- 24:32that's a big deal. It is giving yourself permission to change something.
- 24:36So, yeah, we're fascinating creatures. I'll tell you. I love it.
- 24:41Yeah, excuse me. And it also reminds me we learned to perform
- 24:49by praise, right. We learned that as kids. Oh, look at
- 24:53what you're good, you're doing, and it's like we look forward to that.
- 24:56So we've actually been trained outside of ourselves. Not that anyone did it
- 24:59on because they're giving praise, but it's like it's up to us to give
- 25:03ourselves praise. And it's not from an ego basis, right, it's just
- 25:06from a he really did a great job, and you showed up today.
- 25:08I love it. You know. It's just recognizing yourself and it's not expecting
- 25:14someone else to Because I remember I would my husband and I lived on an
- 25:18acre and I was the one that did the yard work all the time.
- 25:19I spent my time out in the yard. And it's like I remember being
- 25:22out there and it's like thinking, oh, people are going to drive by
- 25:26and know that I just I did all this and you know what I mean,
- 25:29whatever whatever was going through my mind, but it was it was a
- 25:30long stuff like that. And it's not that was you're not you're you're not
- 25:34doing good at all. So it's like was constantly striving right for that perfection,
- 25:38to get that praise, the next level of praise, and what's the
- 25:41next level of praise? Something else. I was sitting here with my grandkids
- 25:47Friday, and we're there. We were doing coloring and drawing and a puzzle
- 25:52and stuff like that, sitting in the room, and my grandson keeps singing.
- 25:57He's been singing a lot, like he's seeing all the time lately.
- 26:00And I told him. I looked at him and and I go by the
- 26:04responses that my body has when this information flows through me. I said,
- 26:07you know what, it's so awesome that you sing, I said, when
- 26:11someone is mad at you and they're yelling at you, but it's not really
- 26:15about you, I said. As soon as you get a break, you
- 26:17may not be able to say anything right then you may feel stifled at that
- 26:19moment and not be able to say a single word, not be able to
- 26:22get any of your words up, I said, But as soon as you
- 26:25go back to your room, sing, I said, because when you're sitting
- 26:26there singing, this frees up this whole voice. It frees up all the
- 26:30space of the stuff that feels like it's been trapped in there that you know
- 26:33as soon as you go to say something and the parents says, no,
- 26:37I don't want to hear what you got to say. Listen to what I'm
- 26:38saying. You know what I mean. Same thing that we've been learning in
- 26:41life that goes so many different directions. You want to hear spirit, but
- 26:45you don't want to hear anybody talking. You don't even want to hear the
- 26:48words that are coming out of your mouth. Of how you're going to hear
- 26:49your spirit? Right, if you're not talking nice to your animals, you
- 26:52want to communicate with them, how do you expect that communication to go there
- 26:56is you've already broken that communication, so you can stop and listen. And
- 27:00but it's singing for me, it was to remind him. It's the singing
- 27:04to release all that energy that's trapped in there. And that makes a difference.
- 27:08And I can tell when I'm working on someone doing massage, I can
- 27:11work on their whole body, get to their neck and it's like a freaking
- 27:15it's like a steamy it's hot, and it's because it's been holding on to
- 27:18a lot of stuff. And I tell people all the time, singing,
- 27:22you know, back to the same thing, writing down stuff on the piece
- 27:26of paper, taking dictation for the mind, all this stuff, because it
- 27:29helps to relieve you of all this that you you've kind of put on your
- 27:33shoulders to do, and recognizing it, recognizing when the songs are coming up
- 27:37in the middle of the night versus specific verses, and I would wake up
- 27:41and I will tell you the first few nights when this was happening, I
- 27:42was in a space and it was like, oh, the song kept trying
- 27:47to kick me out of that space, but I wasn't moving out of that
- 27:48space. I couldn't. I wasn't. I was in a space of fear
- 27:53of things. And then as it's gone by now it's like I'm more neutral
- 27:57to it. Now, I'm like, oh, okay, I'm here the
- 28:00song and I'm having faith to it. I'm believing it. Otherwise it wouldn't
- 28:03be received this. Why else would it play out? Like why fear not?
- 28:07Like these kind of things come through to me when I'm writing stuff.
- 28:11Why So, it's because it's to let us know there is nothing to fear,
- 28:15right. But it's like that's easy for me to say until we start
- 28:18becoming getting into that practice and really looking at things, taking the time for
- 28:22yourself and writing things down, taking the time for yourself and singing. Maybe
- 28:26you can't write it down on a piece paper yet, go sing a bunch.
- 28:29Go listen to the breakup song and you know, belt it out all
- 28:33by yourself in the shower or while you're cleaning or whatever you're doing, and
- 28:37then see how you feel afterwards. They're gonna feel good. I would add
- 28:41to that too that when for the throat chakra as an example, is we
- 28:51get clogged up in everything because we're biting our tongue, we're holding back our
- 28:56words, we don't feel safe enough to talk. You know, there's multiple
- 28:59reasons is why our throat shot ruggets blocked. And what I would have people
- 29:11take a look at is how are you not speaking for your like speaking to
- 29:18yourself. How are you speaking to yourself or how are you not speaking to
- 29:22yourself? Because that also pertains so you know, when you have those self
- 29:27sabotaging thoughts of I'm not good enough. There I go. I messed it
- 29:32up again. I can't get it right. I'm not smart enough for this.
- 29:36And that's how you're talking to yourself. This is why a pen and
- 29:41paper is super powerful because you can get it out and look at it and
- 29:48you can use your voice in speaking to yourself. So using a mirror,
- 29:56if you want to know about mirror work, you know, look up Louise
- 29:59Hayes work. She was amazing at that. And talk to yourself in the
- 30:03mirror and hear yourself when you're talking to yourself, and see if you can
- 30:08choose more kind and loving words than the you know, self sabotaging and damaging
- 30:15words that you probably typically have swirling around in your mind or maybe you know
- 30:22when those thoughts come up, look in a mirror and say them to yourself
- 30:23and just notice how that feels. Because I know for me, it felt
- 30:29really crappy. It just sucked, and I you know, my body would
- 30:33even sink even lower. But when I started got into that space where I
- 30:37started speaking to myself in a more loving way, then that felt amazing.
- 30:42And so you know, again using your body as an indicator, how do
- 30:48those words feel or how do those thoughts feel love it. It really does
- 30:56slow things down, and then you get to look at things and then then
- 30:59if you want to have control, now you recognize where we you do have
- 31:02control, you know, And that's I think that's important for a lot of
- 31:04people because we've wanted to be in control because of situations in our life.
- 31:08We want to keep ourselves protected. But it's not a matter of being it's
- 31:12it's not controlling the way we've been doing it. It's a different kind of
- 31:15control. It's just being bearing witness too. And it's like, and I
- 31:18say control, it's just really you're in a different practice. And once you're
- 31:23in that practice and stuff, you'll find yourself. The other stuff will slip
- 31:26away. You just don't have to stay in that space anymore unless you want
- 31:30to. If you want to, that's fine too. There's nothing wrong with
- 31:33that because sometimes we like to stay in those places. Maybe that motivates you
- 31:37or for right now, you know what I mean, If maybe that gets
- 31:40the job done right now, that's okay, nothing wrong with it. There's
- 31:45nothing wrong with it. Again, noticing how it feels. If it doesn't
- 31:51feel good to you, then you know it's time maybe to make a shift
- 31:55and get that pen and paper out and recognize what it is you're feeling,
- 32:00and then what's the opposite of that? How can I shift this? Well,
- 32:02just knowing what the opposite of that is, whatever doesn't feel good to
- 32:06you, what's the opposite of that? How do you want to feel?
- 32:09And then start practicing that? So I'm true, go ahead, go ahead,
- 32:19I was just gonna says. It's recognizing you know, if you're if
- 32:22you're hung up on these things. It's recognizing you can contact Amy to make
- 32:25an appointment. I I if I'm coming you to you for fear and I'm
- 32:30saying, Amy, I've got all this fear in me, what are you
- 32:32going to recommend to me? Like? What are you going to tell me?
- 32:35Hey, go do this or do that? And you've got to be
- 32:37the responsible one to follow through and do the work if you're tired of being
- 32:42in the space that you're being. But it's to talk to a life coach,
- 32:45right, It's really to schedule with you and figure out how you can
- 32:47get past these things or how you can see them them differently. It's not
- 32:51getting past them as to me, it's just seeing things differently. And then
- 32:53it no longer. Those other things no longer have They can't serve you anyway,
- 32:59because you already became neutral for me, you don't need it anymore to
- 33:02help you to recognize that, hey, this is a trigger, this is
- 33:06something that can grow past. So it's like it's important to recognize sometimes we
- 33:10can't do it on our own. And that's why Amy and I have these
- 33:13conversations. I it is for me when I get on here and talk to
- 33:17you. I mean, it's for me, and it's for you. And
- 33:20if anybody else can get benefit from that, hallelujah, because we do.
- 33:24I get conver I hear conversations all the time, and I actually enjoy the
- 33:28conversations. I was just watching Alex Brari's next Global Soul with Van Prague on
- 33:34there and they're and they're flowing, like just having a conversation a lot like
- 33:37we do, and that's I like it. I like to go that route.
- 33:40To me, that feels good and I feel like there's a lot to
- 33:44gain and to grow from those kind of conversations because it's not being so pushed
- 33:49in your face, right, It's being presented and it's up to me.
- 33:52Do I want to take it? Does it resonate with me just checking into
- 33:57those things and then questioning everything everything that comes into you, like recognize how
- 34:01your body responds to this information. When I was telling my grandson you know
- 34:06if you sing, I almost felt emotional, like I felt like I was
- 34:07gonna cry. But that was like my soul just coming through me and letting
- 34:12him know that this is like an easy way to help you not take on
- 34:15someone else's crap, even though they're jumping a lot of crap on you.
- 34:19But we don't have to hold on to it. We don't have to be
- 34:22the receptacle for it. We can we can find ways of eliminating And for
- 34:27me, from a child's standpoint, that was easy. Well for me,
- 34:30everybody's a child. We're all children. We're just in suits that look like
- 34:34they've gained a little bit of age or wear and tear. That's all.
- 34:39I like that. Singing, screaming, laughing. They're all great energy shifters.
- 34:52When I'm in that space of feeling the heavy emotion and I need to
- 34:57release it out of my body, I'll probably it's not very often I do
- 35:01it, but I will just scream to the top of my lungs in that
- 35:06frustration or anger, let it out, do a little self reflection, and
- 35:13I typically bring in some laughter. I will laugh because I'm like, I'm
- 35:19showing up like that, and is it really that important? And is it
- 35:23so important that I'm getting upset about it or angry about it? And is
- 35:28this something I can change in me? Like? Of course I can change
- 35:32it, right, It's up to me how I'm I'm perceiving my life,
- 35:37how I'm viewing everybody's behaviors and how I'm internalizing them and then allowing them to
- 35:43upset me. And that's in my control. If I'm allowing somebody to upset
- 35:47me, that's in my control because I'm allowing it. So if I'm allowing
- 35:52it, the opposite of is don't allow it. So allow myself to feel
- 35:57differently, allow myself to feel something different, allow myself to see what's going
- 36:00on around me differently, and so then I can laugh at myself and it's
- 36:07okay with me. I'm in that space and I can do that. Some
- 36:10people have laughter out of discomfort. They're uncomfortable with whatever's going on, and
- 36:19so they'll laugh and it's a nervous laugh. So to me, there's there's
- 36:23difference. So just being mindful as again it's just how you're showing up and
- 36:29just being mindful as if there's anything within yourself that you want to change,
- 36:34but using that, using that throat chakra, doing some clearing around that.
- 36:40A lot of people who you know, bronchitis, sore throat tonsilitis anything that
- 36:52has to do with the throat area. If you have problems with it,
- 36:57take a look, where am I not speaking my truth? Where am I
- 37:00not standing up for myself? Where am I not not being heard? Holding
- 37:09back what I want to share? Type of thing. I used to get
- 37:15sore throats and stuff all the time. I was also much more introverted,
- 37:19and so it's very difficult for me to speak up for myself. So that
- 37:22throat chakra is super important. And you know, as we talk about,
- 37:28our body gives us the indicators when we have some stuck energy going on.
- 37:31It's just up to us to listen to what our body is telling us through
- 37:36those discomforts and pen and paper, just write out was my body trying to
- 37:43convey to me about how I'm showing up in this world and what's causing what's
- 37:49associated and attached to this discomfort? And how it's presenting itself to me through
- 37:54my body. Yes, these vessels are amazing. They're so they do communicate
- 38:05there. They have a lot of gauges. It's not really not different than
- 38:07our vehicles. It's got all these gauges, except for I feel like our
- 38:10vehicles that were these vessels that we're in actually have more gauges, and we
- 38:15can really fine tune things, we can really narrow down everything. Really,
- 38:21it's just taking that time and paying attention to it and not being a victim
- 38:23like, oh my god, my backs hurting again, what is this about?
- 38:27Or I'm so sick and tired of this. Well, sit inside of
- 38:30it. Your body's sick and tired of it too. That's why it's showing
- 38:32up to let you know, Hey, what you're doing right now isn't working
- 38:36right. So it's just really remembering these things. It's just it's funny,
- 38:39And I'm going to get back to the reminding people saying words to yourself and
- 38:45then really sitting with those words and feel how those words feel. You can
- 38:50do that anytime, really, that could be your little break for yourself.
- 38:54And I also recognized the reason I was struggling or had been struggling so much
- 38:59with meditation is because I too have been distracted, and it's like I've found
- 39:04a million reasons not to get into that space, which is the connection,
- 39:07which is my that's your that's my lifeline. When I when I had this
- 39:12experience and I can feel that connection, that's my lifeline, and it's something
- 39:15so subtle and so so easy to get to. But I kept myself distracted
- 39:20all the time from that. And I also was one of those persons that
- 39:22thought I could freaking multitask because I did it all the time. And it's
- 39:27like, that's not And then what happens And next thing you know, it's
- 39:30five o'clock. It's the end of the day. Right, the whole day
- 39:31went by. You were not present for it, but you were just you
- 39:35were, you multitasked, you're asked off for the whole whole day. And
- 39:37it's like, holy shit, it's five o'clock, Arry, Well, let's
- 39:39go. That's great. Didn't have to deal with that crap. This day
- 39:43went by early fast. It's not my favorite job, but at least it
- 39:45got fast, you know, got me through the job real fast, and
- 39:46I'm going to get paid and you know, all these other things that we
- 39:49do, but we feel like that's the that's the path that we're supposed to
- 39:52be on. This is this is what's expected of it is, this is
- 39:54how this is living. You know, I was thinking about that saying live,
- 39:58laugh and love, Well, what about thrive, laugh and love?
- 40:00You know, it's not just living, it's not just existing. It's thriving
- 40:05while we're here. So it's it's being aware of those words. It really
- 40:08is, and we can change things. Those were the words that were were
- 40:12great. Believe you know everyone puts to believe on them. Well what about
- 40:15faith? Faith? Is just is that knowing that you don't you're beyond the
- 40:20belief part. So it's like there's it's just this different training. It's like
- 40:23check out your words and see what they mean, and they how could it
- 40:27get better than this? Right, We've talked about that last week too.
- 40:30How can I get better than this? All the time? And it's even
- 40:34when it's it doesn't have to be bad to get better than this, it's
- 40:37just how can you get better than this? It's just being in that space
- 40:39of enjoying life, thriving, Yeah, which a lot of us haven't done
- 40:45because that really that was never an expectation of myself. I just had to
- 40:49get it done. I just had to show up. I just had to
- 40:51make sure the kids were fed and had everything that they needed. Right.
- 40:54It may not have had all the nurturing and all the love and stuff,
- 40:57but I made sure they had plenty of clothes and had a riff over the
- 41:00head, and you know, all the things that were not as important as
- 41:06you think they are when you're going through it, you know what I mean,
- 41:08trying to make if you didn't if you didn't have clothes, because I
- 41:12did it, and I had clothes from TG and Y or Kmart Blue Light
- 41:15Special. You know, I had tracks, tennis shoes, high waters.
- 41:17That was my that's what they had. I was tall. We lived in
- 41:21a small town. You only had access to certain things. And so for
- 41:23me, when the kids got older, I made sure they always had ams
- 41:27that went down to their ankles, even when they were sitting down. You
- 41:30know, these are things that were always a big deal for me. I
- 41:31always made sure they had above me on. But those weren't the priorities.
- 41:36That was that was the priorities for myself, you know what I mean.
- 41:38That's that's how we put our thoughts onto our children and what our expectations are.
- 41:44We create those things instead of allowing them just to have the experience.
- 41:47I've heard had too many families that I've talked about, big families, right,
- 41:52and some of them and it goes both ways. Some of them had
- 41:55such so much love in that family, how is that even possible? Then?
- 41:59And then on the opposite you have some that like none of them got
- 42:01to be seen or heard. So it's just it's just these experiences and we
- 42:06get to go out and figure it out. But we don't have to put
- 42:08all of our expectations onto our children by doing those things. Like if I
- 42:13wanted to go to school to be a doctor and I couldn't do it because
- 42:15I decided to have kids, or and then expecting one of my children to
- 42:17go be a doctor. You know, it's it's kind of along those lines
- 42:21instead of just allowing them, what if they wanted something differently? But I
- 42:24always, you know, I thought you I thought I knew it was best
- 42:28because I knew what I was lacking growing up, what I perceived as a
- 42:30lack growing up, and then I carry that over to the children and stuff
- 42:35like that. So there's just so many different ways to look at it.
- 42:37It's not looking at it like a victim. It's just looking at it and
- 42:39just being aware. You know, how am I going to show up now?
- 42:44Because I do. I show up to excuse me. I show up
- 42:47differently for my grandkids and stuff. And then I catch some of my old
- 42:50patterns coming through because I am aware of the words that I'm saying. I
- 42:53heard myself start to say the same thing the other day, well, I
- 42:55don't care, and then I said about how things are going in that direction
- 43:01with you know what I mean. I had to add love a bunch of
- 43:04words to because I started to go in the direction I don't want to go
- 43:06in right, and I corrected it. But it's like, but I'm also
- 43:09my grandkids need to know that I'm not perfect, but I am the first.
- 43:14I'll apologize and I will find a different way of presenting it or coming
- 43:17about with things and then keeping our words. Like I said before, if
- 43:22we if we've said things to someone like for instance, if I said to
- 43:24my grandson, well, my grandkids, I'm gonna get you some legos,
- 43:29and I think we should get you in your pair of shoes and some clothes.
- 43:31Okay, we're gonna we're gonna go do that right now, because they're
- 43:35they're hearing the words right this is the words. Well they don't hear.
- 43:38They don't they're not planning for the future. Everything is right now. So
- 43:42it's if I can't do it right this second, I'm putting a list down
- 43:45and then I'll make sure that I'm accomplishing those things because number one, I'm
- 43:49keeping my word to myself. I'm keeping my word to the other people.
- 43:52I'm not just spouting out something and then following through. Because I've done that.
- 43:57I recognize that I've done that in the past. A lot I didn't
- 44:00even know, but it was something that I'm aware. I can be aware
- 44:02of now. I wasn't able to even look at it before. But also
- 44:07knowing that I probably was raised with that, you know, you're going to
- 44:09get this as soon as you do this, and then it's like that the
- 44:12parent forgets about it and they're off onto something else. And it's not intentional,
- 44:15it's just because they learned from someone else that you know, keeping your
- 44:20word is there is not there was some value there. So it's like this
- 44:23whole learning process, it's like that it's coming full circle and seeing all of
- 44:28it now and then again not seeing it from a victim standpoint, just seeing
- 44:30it from a neutral standpoint, like, oh I had that as my experience.
- 44:35Okay, well I don't have to have that again. I go back
- 44:37to how can it be better than that? What would be the opposite of
- 44:40that? In my mind? What looks better like that would be the opposite
- 44:44of that? That I would enjoy and then create it so good, and
- 44:50I would wanted to say, I want to go back to your pants,
- 44:53because they cracked me up that. You know, growing up, if you're
- 44:59if you're, if your pants were too short, they were called high waters
- 45:02and the kids teach you about it, and it wasn't cool and all the
- 45:06things right, And then here we are in this day and age, and
- 45:12this happened several years ago. The short pants are created. It's the style,
- 45:17and they're called Caprice and it's cool. So we were starting to adah,
- 45:28and it's amazing. One parent, one parent had said to me something
- 45:31about my cabs and or my ankles or something, and from then on you
- 45:35would never have caught me in capriz anyways, because of my cankles, do
- 45:38you know what I mean? So It was those kind of conversations that someone
- 45:42says one thing joking around and they don't realize how much of an impression that
- 45:45can leave on to someone else. But it's not being like, hey,
- 45:49you should really watch what you're saying. I mean, we should watch what
- 45:52we're saying. But how does how do you respond when someone says that to
- 45:55you? How do you recognize that you don't have to take this on as
- 45:59yours Because at that moment I took it on his mind. I took it
- 46:01on as part of my story immediately last, don't it? Someone else said
- 46:07it? So it must be true. Right, Well, so because we
- 46:10were younger and the adults know better, the adults know everything, right,
- 46:14the adults are start exactly so, same thing. I mean, I'm just
- 46:19going to come to Louise Hay, the same thing happened to her. She
- 46:22was in like grade school. A teacher asked the class what do they want
- 46:28to be when they grow up. Louise Hay said, I want to be
- 46:30a ballerina, and the teacher basically said you don't have the body for it
- 46:37in some form of words, right, whatever that was, And so Louise
- 46:44Hay did not dance She says in her story she did not dance again until
- 46:49she was in her fifties because that one person said those words and she took
- 46:53it on and believed it to be true. And so, just as an
- 46:59adult, how many belief systems do you have that you are operating subconsciously from
- 47:08that are self sabotaging you and your life and the things that you want to
- 47:13accomplish and do. It's just it's so so wild. And I think it's
- 47:22awesome that you said that she was in her fifties because it's like here,
- 47:24of course, I'm in my fifties and it's like I'm this stuff's all you
- 47:29know, it's all coming to fruition or it's coming to the surface. Yeah,
- 47:32it's wild. It's wild. The way this container is so so fascinating
- 47:37to me. I think it's so incredible. It's so funny. If we
- 47:42were super comical, if we really took an aerial view of our life and
- 47:46looked at all the dynamics and how we showed up, it's it's very comical.
- 47:52I think there should be more comedic things about life and how we few
- 48:00things. I think I think a show from an alien's perspective of humans would
- 48:06be awesome. Yeah, like saying how we're aging and stuff and how we're
- 48:09complaining about it and and so on the other side of that. You know,
- 48:15both of us had we're suicidal at some point in our lives. Both
- 48:17of us have been I know, and I know a majority of people have
- 48:21contemplated suicide. And it's like, what if I had done that, I
- 48:23would I would have missed out on all this experiences that I'm having now,
- 48:29do you know what I mean? Right then, it felt like it was
- 48:30so heavy and so dark, and so like why am I here? And
- 48:34I can't do this anymore? To now, I feel like I'm in more
- 48:37control that I am thriving. I'm not in it. I'm not just a
- 48:40product of my environment. I'm so I am the environment. I am the
- 48:45creator of this environment that I'm in right now. So it's recognizing all that
- 48:49stuff and it's not it's not I wouldn't say it's a shame. It's just
- 48:52I could have been that person too that didn't allow myself to have this experience.
- 48:58Yeah, right that I wouldn't have allowed that experience. I would have
- 49:02stopped that experience. How dare we think about those kind of things, not
- 49:07saying that it's bad, right or wrong, because I'm not saying that it's
- 49:08wrong for anyone to do. I think that people get so afraid to say,
- 49:12well, you know, it's it's it's it's not a bad thing because
- 49:15they're afraid that people are going to go out and do it. But it's
- 49:17like, it's what if it's not something that can taunt you all the time
- 49:22anymore, you know, well, that's it. I'm going to go out
- 49:23and do that one thing and just do it. What if we become neutral
- 49:27to it and it's not even necessary, or what if it's what if it's
- 49:31we finally realize that when it's time that we're done and we've learned that we
- 49:36wanted to learn from this experience, that we just lay down and relax and
- 49:39go, not with medications, not with suicide or anything like that. We
- 49:44just know that it's our time. And I and I feel like we're all
- 49:46evolving to that place that we'll be here for as long as we feel like
- 49:51we're learning, and then then we're off onto the next journey. So it's
- 49:55like we've just put so much seriousness and everything, and that's the problem.
- 49:59It's been too serious, and what's the best way to change that laughter?
- 50:02Like you brought up laughter, not the nervous laughter, but hey, if
- 50:06it starts out nervous laughter and you can escalate to great billy laughter, freaking
- 50:09do it. Yeah, for sure. Oh, laughing at ourselves is a
- 50:21great way to reprogram the body too. It's because it sends a different message
- 50:25to your body that you're okay, you're safe, because we're operating from that
- 50:31fear, from the survival mode, try and get things done, multitasking,
- 50:36proving ourselves, wanting to feel loved and accepted through the accolades, through the
- 50:43acknowledgments, and that's all fear based. It's all survival. And when you
- 50:51can laugh, bring some laughter and humor into your body, even in those
- 50:55moments when you're having a mo oh, I can't says still because I'm gonna
- 51:00get in trouble. Start laughing in that moment, Seriously, just start laughing
- 51:07in that moment, because now your body's like, wait, what we are?
- 51:12We okay right now? Is it okay to sit here? And you
- 51:15just sit there and laugh and think, you know, maybe you start talking
- 51:19of isn't that funny? How I'm showing up that it's not okay to sit
- 51:23here and do nothing and just laugh. And isn't it funny that I'm still
- 51:29living by my parents' belief systems of you can't sstill, you need to be
- 51:32doing something and laugh right, and just start saying these things out loud or
- 51:37with a pen and paper write them out and laugh every time you write something,
- 51:42because it is that comic like we are. It's just so we're hysterically
- 51:47funny sually, you know, it just reminds me too, like being being
- 51:53kids, or being at church or any of those kind of things, and
- 51:55all of a sudden something was so funny and then laughing your ass off,
- 51:59like laughing and then knowing you're not supposed to be laughing. I've never laughed
- 52:02so hard in my whole life during those kinds of times, because you can't
- 52:06contain it. It's like and the more you would think about it, and
- 52:07the next thing you know, your friends over laughing at the same thing,
- 52:10and you guys can't even control it anymore. And then of course someone tries
- 52:15to come along and stop it, because they haven't because they're grouchy, because
- 52:19they're not in the same vibrational frequency, right, instead of just joining that
- 52:22laughter going in the laughter. How different would a Sunday service be if the
- 52:31pastor said something and then the congregation just laugh for like five minutes. Oh
- 52:37my god, it would just it would. It'll probably raise freaking king in
- 52:40off the map, honestly, honestly, because it's that that's how strong the
- 52:45energy is. And and you've got all the you've got like angels and higher
- 52:50beings that are and I say higher, they're they're really not higher than us,
- 52:53but they're they're they're not in their low density vibration at all. They're
- 52:58in the high density vibration at the or high vibration during that time frame,
- 53:01and they uplift all that. It's like a million prayers that were just sent
- 53:05out with that laughter in that space. So beautiful, and there's more the
- 53:09frequency. To me, the frequency raises during services when they're singing. Oh
- 53:16yeah, I feel it, And then when the sermon is being presented,
- 53:22the energy goes down, and then when there's music and praising, it goes
- 53:28up. Like I think that just now talking about that and recognizing that,
- 53:34I think that's what I could sense only now putting articulating it out loud that
- 53:42that's why I stopped going. I went for a year, and I'm like,
- 53:45the only time I feel energized and up and joyful is when we're singing.
- 53:50The rest of it didn't feel good. I was like a slumped door,
- 53:54like, oh dang, made me feel like crap. And then we'd
- 53:59singing and praise and I lift up and I smile on my face and I
- 54:02you know, just whole different energy. So interesting. I'm glad. I'm
- 54:08glad I had that awareness. Thanks for being here. I know, it's
- 54:12super cool. It's super cool. And then when you're at that high space,
- 54:15then you think about that, now you're connected to in that exact moment,
- 54:19if that whole congregation was laughing, if they had a pencil on paper
- 54:22and took five minutes after that laughter, as soon as it kind of quieted
- 54:25down, write whatever's coming into your mind, because they are all so connected
- 54:30that they're channeling that information through them right that moment. That's the evolution.
- 54:35That's where I see the evolution of churches and stuff like that. It's it's
- 54:38being in those moments. It's helping. It's not just getting this information of
- 54:43the sphere. And if you do this wrong. This is what's going to
- 54:45happen. It's learning that connection and that to me, that's important for kids
- 54:50too. Same thing. Get the whole kids, the whole group of children
- 54:52laughing, and then as soon as they calm down. I just ordered my
- 54:59grandson like in my like his laughter in my head. But as soon as
- 55:01they stand they calm down. Okay, get a pen and paper, and
- 55:05I want you to write down whatever's in your mind right now. It's huge
- 55:08because you're so connected right then, and that's helping teach people how they're connected
- 55:13without saying you're connected, because they can feel it. It's palpable because you've
- 55:17raised your vibrational frequency to that of love, to that of everything that's on
- 55:22what you consider on the other side, that there is no other side,
- 55:24but perspectively, Yeah, yeah, wow, what a great conversation. It
- 55:32was so good. It has been great. We never know, we just
- 55:37never know how things are gonna go, and it's ever I just every single
- 55:42time I pick up my pencil and paper, I'm like, okay, universal
- 55:45team, what do we want to talk about today? What's it gonna be
- 55:46today? Yeah? I know, I've I you know, I've been on
- 55:51that page too, Like in the morning, I'm like, oh, I
- 55:54don't know, I don't know what's gonna come up whatever. So I actually,
- 55:58just as a side note before we hop off here, I share with
- 56:02you that with you and you know, audience and students and stuff, that
- 56:07I find dimes like not all the time, but quite frequently. Well,
- 56:15I hadn't seen one in a while, and you notice that, and you're
- 56:17just like, I haven't seen a dime in a while. So over this
- 56:23this past week, there's a there's a beautification project going on downtown and they
- 56:30just poured our sidewalk in front of the business I'm working at. And yesterday
- 56:37we had an event and I decided to go down, walk down to one
- 56:44of the stores, walked out of the office door, turned right, walked
- 56:52about I don't know twenty feet. Found a dime, said I was walking
- 57:00and I looked and I saw this circle. I'm like, is that no,
- 57:04wait, it's oh my gosh, I found it. I was so
- 57:07excited. I'm sure the guy who was standing there in front of his business
- 57:12was watching me, thinking I was probably a little kookie, but I was
- 57:15just like, I got it done, dang right, I'm picking it up
- 57:22Yeah. I found I was going to get some stuff into my truck and
- 57:24I was at work and I walked walked out and I looked right behind underneath
- 57:29my back tire was a penny. Heads up. I was like, I
- 57:31gotta look a penny. So then that was the That was how my day
- 57:36goes. Something else I'll bring up to you too, that we've been noticing
- 57:38around here. I have both my wisdom teeth on the bottom, and it's
- 57:45it's interesting because when something's about to happen, like I don't know if it's
- 57:47like a shift that I'm going like a specific shift that I'm going through,
- 57:52one of them will will ache like something's going on. One of them was
- 57:55before a sweat lotch the night before I it was like it happen me up
- 58:00all night long, and the next day it kind of bothered me and it
- 58:04was gone completely, went there, the sweat lodged all that stuff. Another
- 58:07time was like going through group. It was like one of the groups and
- 58:09I'm like, I don't even know what the hell we're going to do with
- 58:12this group or whatever, and it's like the same thing and I go in
- 58:15there and I don't remember what transpired during that daytime. But it's happened to
- 58:17me several times. And it's so every time we say it, like oh
- 58:21I said, oh my, it wasn't too skipping, he's like, oh,
- 58:22Okay, something's about to something's about to happen for you. So and
- 58:27that's happened for you, Right, it's not happened to you, but it's
- 58:30that happened for me. And it's recognizing these things. Our bodies are telling
- 58:34us stuff all the time and that's exciting, but we've got to listen.
- 58:39Hey, you know what I tell your body? Can we do this in
- 58:42a more joyful way like chills or something? Yeah, And it's but it's
- 58:46enough to get my attention because half the time we learn from our grieving process
- 58:52that we learned from the joyful process. It's correct. So it doesn't have
- 58:57to be that way people, We can do it from the joyful process.
- 59:00Yeah, well similar, you know, and when you're tuned in into your
- 59:07intuitive abilities and empathic abilities that you can feel when the earth has a shift,
- 59:13right, so earthquake, volcano, a tsunami, her and even you
- 59:19know Mother Nature's hurricanes, tornado, all that, like you can feel that
- 59:23before it comes on. It might feel like some pressure in your head,
- 59:25a headache that just comes on and then when the event happens, it goes
- 59:30away. And I had that experience and I got. I got. I
- 59:36was sitting them in on my couch one night and just we're just hanging out
- 59:39watching TV and I got super nauseated and got somewhat of a headache, and
- 59:45I thought, pulled up. Now I had enough information and knowledge to you
- 59:50know, tune in and listen to this because I was fine just a second
- 59:53ago, and now all of the like hit me, like I was super
- 59:57nauseated and I got a headache, and I was sitting there, I'm like,
- 1:00:00okay, what is this? What is this? And not two minutes
- 1:00:04we felt that after shock of a big earthquake from California. Nice. Once
- 1:00:10that went through, I was fine. So you know, yes, our
- 1:00:17body are indicators of different things happening, and it's it's a discernment. These
- 1:00:22things like we can't we can talk about them, and we can share our
- 1:00:24examples and stories, but it's a discernment. Discernment, to my knowledge at
- 1:00:30this point, cannot be taught because we're each receiving the information. We're receiving
- 1:00:35the same information. It's how we internalize it and process it and define what
- 1:00:42it means to us and so so yeah, so I think that's cool,
- 1:00:49your wisdom teeth and all, yeah, super cool. It is cool.
- 1:00:55All right, friends, we gave you plenty. There's nothing here that you
- 1:01:00could watch this over and over and over again and implement some of the things
- 1:01:02that we shared. So we just show up. It's up to you to
- 1:01:07implement, to to take the information to you know, do something with it.
- 1:01:15So we can't do that for you, just say and be sure to
- 1:01:20share us with your friends and family or co workers, people that you feel
- 1:01:23might benefit from the information that we're sharing. Content is free, and the
- 1:01:30energetic exchange is you share us and you know, become a subscriber like it,
- 1:01:37comment all the things so people will see us even more. So with
- 1:01:44that, thank you so much for hanging out with us. We appreciate you
- 1:01:46your time, your energy, and we know how valuable that is, and
- 1:01:52so thank you so much. We're so grateful, and you find a word
- 1:01:58sis, thank you and have a wonderful week. All right, We'll see
- 1:02:01you next time. Take care. M
