- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Roots, Direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it?
- 0:31Speaker 3: It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:38Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:53Speaker 3: All Right, Wayne On The Roots, The Root, The Roots,
- 0:56Speaker 3: The Roots on Fire. So much going on I can't
- 0:57Speaker 3: keep up with it.
- 0:58Speaker 4: I'm just always ready at the dot when the music
- 1:00Speaker 4: starts it there's no time to get my act together.
- 1:03Speaker 4: I've spent the entire morning either writing a commentary or
- 1:05Speaker 4: out running errands, or out and meetings, or out dealing
- 1:08Speaker 4: with issues involving my businesses and downloading stories, and then boom,
- 1:13Speaker 4: it's time to go.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I'm exhausted. The show hasn't started yet.
- 1:17Speaker 4: The big news the day is, of course, the Iran deal.
- 1:19Speaker 4: We found it over the weekend. There was an Iran
- 1:21Speaker 4: deal and people said, I've heard this before, so on
- 1:25Speaker 4: my Top ten show I actually included.
- 1:27Speaker 3: It at I think it was number nine.
- 1:30Speaker 4: I had something on number ten that had to do
- 1:32Speaker 4: with the opening commentary, So it was my number nine story,
- 1:36Speaker 4: and I said, you know, this would obviously be number one,
- 1:39Speaker 4: not just on my top ten show, but number one
- 1:41Speaker 4: in America, number one in the world, and number one
- 1:44Speaker 4: for the economy if it's true. But we've heard this
- 1:47Speaker 4: a million times before Iran has agreed.
- 1:50Speaker 3: To a deal, and they haven't agreed to a deal.
- 1:52Speaker 4: They go back on their word, their liars, their noses
- 1:54Speaker 4: like Pinocchio, you can't trust them.
- 1:57Speaker 3: What did Reagan say, trust but verify?
- 1:59Speaker 4: But with these guys, I think it's a don't trust
- 2:01Speaker 4: and bomb them till they're dead. And so when Trump
- 2:05Speaker 4: said there was a deal, I just couldn't believe there
- 2:07Speaker 4: was a deal. So I said on the show, if
- 2:09Speaker 4: there's a deal, it's the number one story in the world.
- 2:11Speaker 4: If there's a deal, the stock market flies up on Monday,
- 2:14Speaker 4: and gold flies up on Monday, and crypto flies up
- 2:16Speaker 4: on Monday, and oil goes way down on Monday, and
- 2:19Speaker 4: all of that happened this morning. If there's a real deal,
- 2:22Speaker 4: well there's a real deal just in moments ago, Trump
- 2:25Speaker 4: vance and Speaker of the Iranian Parliament have officially signed
- 2:29Speaker 4: the piece memo. But you know, again, it's not a
- 2:32Speaker 4: piece deal. It's a memo. It's a memo of understanding.
- 2:36Speaker 4: It's not a contract. But I knew it was different
- 2:39Speaker 4: this weekend when you know who is overseeing the negotiations Pakistan,
- 2:44Speaker 4: and the leaders of Pakistan said there is an agreement.
- 2:46Speaker 4: All sides of agreed. And now Trump and Vance and
- 2:49Speaker 4: the speaker of Iran Iranian Parliament have signed the piece memo,
- 2:54Speaker 4: which means something. And the market flew today. Let's actually see,
- 2:57Speaker 4: I didn't see the final numbers. Final numbers just finished
- 3:01Speaker 4: up literally a few minutes ago. So it was a
- 3:03Speaker 4: big day on Wall Street.
- 3:05Speaker 3: So let's see. The Dow jumped five hundred.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Points, and gold jumped one hundred and one dollars an ounce. Wow,
- 3:14Speaker 4: and crypto jumped two eight hundred dollars to eighty six
- 3:19Speaker 4: actulyy to sixty six thousand, the highest has been in
- 3:22Speaker 4: probably a month. So it was a big day. And
- 3:25Speaker 4: oil went way down to about eighty dollars a barrel.
- 3:31Speaker 4: And I remember telling everybody on this show months ago,
- 3:34Speaker 4: probably in like April, maybe in late March, I said,
- 3:38Speaker 4: you know, everyone is hysterical about the price of gas.
- 3:40Speaker 4: It's a temporary blip. How do I know it's temporary
- 3:43Speaker 4: blip because oil futures on Wall Street at the time,
- 3:48Speaker 4: in early April, oil.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Futures were already at for November. Now, the November.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Futures sixty six dollars a barrel. So I said, how
- 3:56Speaker 4: could this war be real and last a long time?
- 3:58Speaker 4: If oils are ready projected to be sixty six dollars
- 4:01Speaker 4: a barrel in November, and if it's eighty today at
- 4:03Speaker 4: the first hint of a deal, it's gonna be sixty
- 4:05Speaker 4: six before you know it.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And gasid the pump's gonna be way down.
- 4:09Speaker 4: So Trump, Advance and the speaker of the Iranian Parliament
- 4:12Speaker 4: have officially signed the piece memo. Trump shares details the
- 4:16Speaker 4: sign agreement with Iran, says the text of the memo
- 4:18Speaker 4: to be released soon. Officials say the deal will be
- 4:21Speaker 4: released in the next twenty four to forty eight hours.
- 4:24Speaker 3: He discussed details of.
- 4:25Speaker 4: His memorandum of understanding with Iran during his meeting with
- 4:28Speaker 4: French President Emmanuel Macran. He's there for the G seven.
- 4:33Speaker 4: The main thing is that Iran will not have a
- 4:34Speaker 4: nuclear weapon. Trump said, claiming they fully agree.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Trump and JD.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Van's already signed the American side of the deal. In
- 4:42Speaker 4: Iran Speaker of the Parliament is signed on the Iranian side.
- 4:45Speaker 4: The official signing ceremony set to take place on Friday
- 4:49Speaker 4: in Switzerland. Trump himself confirmed the deals all signed. The
- 4:54Speaker 4: Strait has already partially opened. I think a lot of
- 4:58Speaker 4: great things are gonna happen in the Middle East right now,
- 5:01Speaker 4: noting the plumbing price of oil and the stock market
- 5:03Speaker 4: shooting up.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Like a rocket today.
- 5:05Speaker 4: I hate to sound like Trump, but I predicted the
- 5:07Speaker 4: market would fly, and it's a good thing when the
- 5:09Speaker 4: market flies. I own stocks, I wanted to fly. I
- 5:11Speaker 4: own gold, I wanted to fly. I own bitcoin.
- 5:13Speaker 3: I wanted to fly.
- 5:15Speaker 4: So these are all good things. But can you trust
- 5:17Speaker 4: the Iranians. The answer is no, a definitive no, an
- 5:20Speaker 4: absolute no. But he said probably soon, sometime after Friday.
- 5:25Speaker 4: He expects the full text the understanding.
- 5:27Speaker 3: To be released. I want it to be released because
- 5:29Speaker 3: it's a powerful document.
- 5:31Speaker 4: It's not like the Obama document, which was just a
- 5:33Speaker 4: terrible document.
- 5:35Speaker 3: This is a powerful document and I want it to
- 5:36Speaker 3: be released.
- 5:37Speaker 4: But some have criticized the president's peace efforts, including Fox
- 5:41Speaker 4: News host Mark Levin dubious about the deal. So some
- 5:45Speaker 4: are against it, some are unhappy with it, some are
- 5:48Speaker 4: questioning it.
- 5:49Speaker 3: I never accept anything face value, Iowa's question. But I
- 5:52Speaker 3: do trust Trump. I've said before personally, I didn't understand
- 5:55Speaker 3: what was going on.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Trump kept stalling, installing, installing, bombing them, and I thought
- 5:59Speaker 4: should bomb them sooner, But I said he knows more
- 6:02Speaker 4: than I do.
- 6:02Speaker 3: I defer to Trump, and I gotta go with him.
- 6:05Speaker 4: And a senior US official rejects Iranian regime spin there's
- 6:10Speaker 4: no twelve billion dollars in frozen funds for Tehran before
- 6:13Speaker 4: the deal. He says, this is a pay for performance deal.
- 6:17Speaker 4: In other words, here are the twelve things you got
- 6:19Speaker 4: to do Iran, and if you do eleven of them,
- 6:21Speaker 4: you get paid this much. If you do all twelve,
- 6:22Speaker 4: you get paid this much. And if you don't do
- 6:24Speaker 4: any of them, you don't get paid. It's kind of
- 6:27Speaker 4: like my life, all my shows, everything's paid for performance.
- 6:31Speaker 4: And I'm a great performer, so I get paid. Trump
- 6:35Speaker 4: trashes Obama on the world stage at the G seven.
- 6:38Speaker 4: He's in France, met with the French president. As I said,
- 6:41Speaker 4: Emmanuel Macron to discuss the Iran peace deal and a
- 6:44Speaker 4: potential Ukraine Russia peace deal. You want to see the
- 6:46Speaker 4: market fly up, Wait till you hear a second piece
- 6:49Speaker 4: deal with Ukraine and Russia. He trashed Obama on the
- 6:52Speaker 4: world stage over his twenty fifteen Iran nuke deal. Iran
- 6:56Speaker 4: gave Obama gave Iran nearly two billion in cash in
- 6:59Speaker 4: addition to billions bent, and still failed to stop their
- 7:02Speaker 4: nuclear program. Trump said one point seven billion taken out
- 7:07Speaker 4: of banks given to Iran. On top of that, tens
- 7:08Speaker 4: of billions was spent. So they tried to bribe them
- 7:11Speaker 4: to make a deal that didn't work, and it never worked.
- 7:14Speaker 4: And we've done a great job, and hopefully it's going
- 7:16Speaker 4: to be a good relationship and we're going to get along.
- 7:18Speaker 4: If we don't, we'll go back to where we started.
- 7:21Speaker 4: I don't know yet if it's going to be necessary.
- 7:24Speaker 4: The Iran deal, what we made is going to bring
- 7:26Speaker 4: a lot of success in the world, because oil.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Was really clogging up there for a while.
- 7:30Speaker 4: And of course Obama over the weekend said terrible things
- 7:33Speaker 4: about the deal and said, basically, it's the same deal
- 7:36Speaker 4: that I cut that it complained about twenty four hours
- 7:38Speaker 4: a day, and Trump and is people are saying, not true, completely,
- 7:41Speaker 4: not sure.
- 7:41Speaker 3: This's pay for play.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Obamas as we give you all the money in the world.
- 7:45Speaker 4: We hope you'll be nice boys, and Trump says you'll
- 7:48Speaker 4: get the money if you do the right thing. Big
- 7:51Speaker 4: difference in those two US gas prices slip alow politically
- 7:54Speaker 4: sensitive four dollar level for the first time in months.
- 7:57Speaker 4: So right off the bat, good news on the gas front.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Good news in California. California Governor Gavin Newso fumes as
- 8:04Speaker 4: he announces he's under federal investigation. Good screw you destroy
- 8:10Speaker 4: his life, scumbag.
- 8:12Speaker 3: You know this is how it works.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I want to explain exactly how it works in politics today.
- 8:18Speaker 4: First of all, Democrats go after Trump for something he
- 8:21Speaker 4: did not do.
- 8:23Speaker 3: It's a fake, fake persecution, not prosecution.
- 8:27Speaker 4: They persecute Trump, all the charges are fake, and they
- 8:32Speaker 4: try and destroy him and put him in jail for
- 8:34Speaker 4: life and cost him billions of dollars in losses and
- 8:37Speaker 4: legal fees. And then when Trump becomes president, he goes
- 8:42Speaker 4: after the people that really did commit crimes and they
- 8:44Speaker 4: complain and say, see he's hitler, see he's a dictator.
- 8:47Speaker 4: See he's stalin.
- 8:48Speaker 3: See he's a bad guy. And this is a political persecution.
- 8:52Speaker 4: But see Newsom steals elections in California, and Newsom and
- 8:56Speaker 4: company and all his you know, communist comrades. All the
- 9:00Speaker 4: money that's given to California has been stolen, in my opinion,
- 9:03Speaker 4: all of it's gone.
- 9:04Speaker 3: It's been stolen.
- 9:05Speaker 4: It's been handed out to stooges, handed out to Democrat donors,
- 9:09Speaker 4: handed out to illegal aliens, handed out to Muslims.
- 9:13Speaker 3: All the money's gone.
- 9:14Speaker 4: So he's fuming that he's under investigation. He's acting like,
- 9:18Speaker 4: see it's.
- 9:18Speaker 3: A political witch hunt. Trump's was a witch hunt.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Yours is a deserved investigation followed by I hope a
- 9:26Speaker 4: deserved indictment. And you really should go to jail. You
- 9:30Speaker 4: Democrats are such creeps. You should go to jail. So
- 9:35Speaker 4: the Newsoms have been subpoenaed for records. According to the governor.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Newsom said federal agents have contacted people and organizations close
- 9:43Speaker 4: to him and his wife. Newsom chief former chief of staff,
- 9:47Speaker 4: was indicted on federal wire fraud charges last year. According
- 9:51Speaker 4: to a semaphore, there are several investigations related to Newsom,
- 9:55Speaker 4: and they all are focused on Jennifer Newsom's taxes and
- 9:59Speaker 4: his chief of staff. The investigations did not originate from
- 10:03Speaker 4: the main Department of Justice in DC, but are out.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Of Sacramento and involved whistleblowers. So that's good. Good news
- 10:12Speaker 3: makes me feel good.
- 10:13Speaker 4: I'd really love to I'd love to see Soros put
- 10:16Speaker 4: in jail, but I'd love to see Newsom put in jail,
- 10:18Speaker 4: and Soros put in jail, and Obama put in jail,
- 10:21Speaker 4: and Clapperan Brennan.
- 10:23Speaker 3: And all of these creeps.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Federal investigators rated a Soros funded voter mobilization group Thursday
- 10:29Speaker 4: as part of reported ongoing fraud investigation.
- 10:31Speaker 3: It was the headquarters of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative.
- 10:35Speaker 4: FBI agents deployed across the state of Ohio to question
- 10:38Speaker 4: members of the organization, sometimes bearing subpoenas or demanding to
- 10:42Speaker 4: seize electronic devices.
- 10:44Speaker 3: A day later, multiple sources.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Familiar with the events told CBS News the operations were
- 10:49Speaker 4: part of a fraud related investigation. This raid marks the
- 10:53Speaker 4: latest flash point and the Trump administration's expanded use of
- 10:57Speaker 4: federal law enforcement to scrutinize alleged voter fraud and election
- 11:01Speaker 4: relative as conduct a push cheered by conservatives like Wayne
- 11:05Speaker 4: Rooted should say, who have long argued such cases runned,
- 11:08Speaker 4: under enforced, and it is condemned by Democrats and voting
- 11:11Speaker 4: rights groups who say the effort risk turning the FBI
- 11:14Speaker 4: into a political weapon against.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Liberal voter registration operations. Yeah, OKAYOC, this is the.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Ohio Organizing Collaborative is a non profit organization. Of course
- 11:26Speaker 4: it is that works closely with the Democrat Party in
- 11:29Speaker 4: voter mobilization and registration efforts.
- 11:31Speaker 3: You know exactly what it is. It's a scam. Again,
- 11:35Speaker 3: is an opinion show. It's my opinion. It's just another
- 11:37Speaker 3: Democrat scam.
- 11:39Speaker 4: They're all thieves and they're stealing the money, and they're
- 11:41Speaker 4: stealing and rigging elections, or I should say rigging and
- 11:45Speaker 4: stealing elections in that order. You have to rig it
- 11:47Speaker 4: to steal it.
- 11:48Speaker 3: We'll be right back, Hi, I'm way down the route.

- 15:19Speaker 4: She said he has copies of phone calls to one
- 15:22Speaker 4: of the two who are left, Kring Bass, and that
- 15:26Speaker 4: Ramen lady. The only reason I remember her name is
- 15:28Speaker 4: because she's like the noodles in Chinese food, Ramen. She's
- 15:32Speaker 4: a noodle, a right, a communist noodle, and so I
- 15:36Speaker 4: remember that.
- 15:37Speaker 3: So it's Ramen.
- 15:38Speaker 4: And of course Karen Bass, the mayor of La who
- 15:41Speaker 4: burned the city down and went to Africa a party
- 15:44Speaker 4: and probably was in an orgy in Africa.
- 15:46Speaker 3: That's probably why she went. She probably went to an
- 15:48Speaker 3: orgy in Africa.
- 15:49Speaker 4: Some African guy was being sworn in as president and
- 15:51Speaker 4: he's probably banging her. I'm sure that's what was going on.
- 15:54Speaker 4: So but again I have no insight, informations, just an
- 15:57Speaker 4: opinion show. These democrats are sick people, well man. It
- 16:01Speaker 4: all ties in with New York City goner Rea. Rates
- 16:04Speaker 4: are soaring in New York City and Mandamie rushes to

- 16:09Speaker 3: To the citizens of the Big Apple.
- 16:11Speaker 4: You know, if you've ever the only word I could
- 16:13Speaker 4: think of is yuck yichk I want to vomit. ConA
- 16:17Speaker 4: rearrates soaring in New York City, Connor Reel, how come
- 16:20Speaker 4: I don't know anyone's ever had gonorrhea? Because it's all
- 16:23Speaker 4: the illegal Aliens and all the Muslims and all the Communists,

- 16:29Speaker 4: whole New York City is filled with Gonorrheaugh don't stay
- 16:34Speaker 4: in New York City. I don't want to be in
- 16:35Speaker 4: their hotel rooms. I don't want to be on their
- 16:36Speaker 4: bed sheets. Disgusting.
- 16:38Speaker 3: You know that ties into the next story.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Apollo Global Management, which is, like you know, just about
- 16:44Speaker 4: a trillion dollar firm, one of the biggest firms on
- 16:46Speaker 4: Wall Street. Snubs Mandamian picks Texas as the hotspot for
- 16:50Speaker 4: their second US headquarters, so they could have opened and
- 16:53Speaker 4: they were looking to open another headquarters in New York City,
- 16:56Speaker 4: and instead they opened it in Austin, Texas.
- 17:00Speaker 3: So Apollo is a company almost worth a trillion. I
- 17:04Speaker 3: told you eight hundred billion dollars is under management. Crazy.
- 17:07Speaker 4: You know, I've never dealt with numbers like that, only
- 17:10Speaker 4: because I've never worked for a big company in my
- 17:12Speaker 4: whole life.
- 17:12Speaker 3: It never worked for a big company.
- 17:13Speaker 4: I work for myself, So I deal with millions, not
- 17:16Speaker 4: billions or trillions. But I'm a small businessman, and Apollo,
- 17:22Speaker 4: you know, creates a lot of jobs and pays a
- 17:24Speaker 4: lot of taxes.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Last year they paid a billion dollars in taxes to
- 17:27Speaker 3: the City of New York.
- 17:28Speaker 4: So that billion is going to be gone now because
- 17:30Speaker 4: they're going to be in Austin, Texas. How stupid is Mendami,
- 17:33Speaker 4: How stupid is New York? How stupid is the Democrat Party?
- 17:36Speaker 4: How stupid are the policies? How ignorant are the policies
- 17:39Speaker 4: Democrat Party? So what I wanted to rant about is there,
- 17:42Speaker 4: it's just a sign of everyone leaving. Everyone is leaving
- 17:46Speaker 4: New York City and Los Angeles and Chicago. And who
- 17:49Speaker 4: are the mayors of those towns? Minority? Minority, minority, and
- 17:52Speaker 4: one am I trying to say, DEEI not one of
- 17:55Speaker 4: them could manage a Jerry Queen with three employees. And
- 17:59Speaker 4: they're running billion dollar budgets in major cities. The three
- 18:03Speaker 4: biggest cities in America. I guess right, La, New York
- 18:05Speaker 4: and Chicago. I think they're still the three biggest. Maybe
- 18:07Speaker 4: Dallas is now bigger, maybe Uston is now bigger, but
- 18:10Speaker 4: they're top five gigantic cities being run by morons who
- 18:15Speaker 4: got in because of DEI.
- 18:17Speaker 3: You know, the people in the.
- 18:17Speaker 4: City are all minority. They vote for a minority doesn't
- 18:20Speaker 4: mean the minority is qualified. Matter of fact, they're almost
- 18:22Speaker 4: always non qualified. The people they elect because they're communists,
- 18:26Speaker 4: and communists are qualified to run anything.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Has nothing to do with the color and their skin.
- 18:29Speaker 4: They're just communists, but they got elected because the color
- 18:32Speaker 4: of their skin. New York, LA and Chicago all three
- 18:35Speaker 4: a disastrous mess that look like Hiroshima after World War
- 18:39Speaker 4: II in certain places in those cities, and the only
- 18:42Speaker 4: dif between them and Hiroshima is Hiroshima eventually rebuilt and recovered.
- 18:46Speaker 3: These cities are gone. They're finished. It's like a movie
- 18:49Speaker 3: Revenge of the Zombies.
- 18:50Speaker 4: There's zombies walking around with sores on their arms because
- 18:53Speaker 4: they've been injecting themselves with these horrible drugs and they're
- 18:57Speaker 4: rotting from the inside out. These are the people that vote,
- 19:01Speaker 4: and they do. You don't think I'm kidding. The drug
- 19:03Speaker 4: addicts them homeless. They're all allowed to vote in these cities.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Democrat Party recruits them. Scary all right. A sponsor of
- 19:10Speaker 4: this segment is Freedom Fest, the World's fair of Liberty

- 20:43Speaker 3: gonna be a good connection.
- 20:44Speaker 4: I hope it won't be a bad connection, because sometimes
- 20:47Speaker 4: in the car it's good and sometimes it's not. But
- 20:48Speaker 4: you know, you take your guests when you can get him,
- 20:51Speaker 4: especially when they're running for governor of Colorado. Scott Bottoms
- 20:54Speaker 4: the Republican candidate for Governor of Colorado, currently a Colorado
- 20:57Speaker 4: State Representative from Colorado Springs. His website Scottbottoms dot com
- 21:02Speaker 4: Scott Bottoms dot com.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Scott, Welcome to the show.
- 21:05Speaker 1: How are you, yes, sir? Thank you for having me.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I'm great.
- 21:08Speaker 4: So first, let's start with your campaign before I get
- 21:11Speaker 4: to anything else. So you are the candidate, you are
- 21:14Speaker 4: the candidate, or you're in a primary? Are you the
- 21:16Speaker 4: candidate representative Republican Party in November.
- 21:18Speaker 6: I'm a primary and our primary is ending June thirtieth.
- 21:23Speaker 6: We already have the ballots have already been mailed out
- 21:26Speaker 6: because we're that kind of state. But I'm still the candidate.
- 21:30Speaker 6: You are saying that correctly. But I do have a primary, all.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Right, And you have anybody major against you or all
- 21:36Speaker 4: kinds of little mad flies, godflies.
- 21:39Speaker 1: There's there's I'll be nice. There's two other people.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Okay, all right, that's all you'll say about two other people.
- 21:48Speaker 3: You have committed.
- 21:51Speaker 4: You have committed that if you are our elected governor,
- 21:54Speaker 4: you're going to take care of Tina Peters. Her sentence
- 21:57Speaker 4: was just commuted by the governor. Jared Pullis. What do
- 22:00Speaker 4: you think the governor did that? And what will you
- 22:02Speaker 4: do for Tina if you get elected governor?
- 22:05Speaker 1: Well, and I'm the only candidate saying this, but not only.
- 22:08Speaker 6: Will I make sure that she gets a full, complete pardon.
- 22:12Speaker 6: She did not break the law, she did not do
- 22:14Speaker 6: anything wrong. She was put in prison as a political
- 22:19Speaker 6: maneuver an activist hack judge in Mason County, Colorado, west
- 22:25Speaker 6: side of Colorado did this put her in jail, and
- 22:29Speaker 6: two other Democrat judges have admitted.
- 22:31Speaker 1: The fact that this was a hack job on her.
- 22:34Speaker 6: And not only will I pardon her sentence, but I
- 22:36Speaker 6: will also use state resources to make sure that she.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Gets to sue.
- 22:43Speaker 6: The state, sue the people involved, Sue the Secretary of State,
- 22:47Speaker 6: the attorney general, because Secretary of State was actually one
- 22:49Speaker 6: of the biggest players in this, and that woman needs
- 22:52Speaker 6: to go to jail. And so yeah, we're gon we're
- 22:54Speaker 6: gonna give her full restitution and a very loud bully
- 22:58Speaker 6: pulpit to make sure everybody knows exactly what happened here.
- 23:02Speaker 4: But what are the odds that you can actually win, Scott?
- 23:04Speaker 4: I mean, Colorado used to be a very Republican state.
- 23:07Speaker 4: It was filled with a lot of nice Christians in
- 23:09Speaker 4: the Colorado State area or Colorado what is a color
- 23:13Speaker 4: Out Springs area, and was a every Republican state. And
- 23:17Speaker 4: all of a sudden, it's not purple, it's deep deep blue.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Trump loses elections in that state by like, you know,
- 23:24Speaker 4: sixty five thirty five. It's a landslide. First of all,
- 23:27Speaker 4: what happened to Colorado.
- 23:30Speaker 6: Well, the first thing that happened in Colorado is you
- 23:32Speaker 6: have a lot of brokenness, you have a lot of corruption,
- 23:35Speaker 6: you have election corruption.
- 23:37Speaker 1: But here's one of the biggest ones.
- 23:39Speaker 6: I've been a pastor since I was twenty years old,
- 23:43Speaker 6: and I passtor at church in Colorado Springs right now
- 23:46Speaker 6: while I'm a state representative, and the church votes at
- 23:50Speaker 6: about forty five percent in the state of Colorado. And
- 23:53Speaker 6: here's another one. Gun owners only voted about fifty five
- 23:57Speaker 6: percent in the state of Colorado. Colorado is not a
- 24:00Speaker 6: blue state. It's just a bunch of red people sitting home.
- 24:03Speaker 6: And we're seeing the groundswell of that really changing right now.
- 24:06Speaker 6: They're done with this, they're feded up with this, and
- 24:10Speaker 6: the biggest group that's joining them, believe it or not,
- 24:13Speaker 6: is Democrats. The Democrats are even fed up, and unaffiliated
- 24:19Speaker 6: Independence are completely fed up. This is the year we
- 24:23Speaker 6: can do it. All of the numbers are showing us
- 24:24Speaker 6: this and showing that I'm going to be the next
- 24:27Speaker 6: governor of Colorado.
- 24:28Speaker 3: Well, I want you to do it. Believe me, I'm
- 24:30Speaker 3: rooting for you. But I feel like Colorado's estate is
- 24:32Speaker 3: just like Minnesota, and it's just like California. It's just
- 24:35Speaker 3: like LA.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Once they get full control of the mechanism a lah
- 24:40Speaker 4: communists throughout history, and these people are not Democrats. They're
- 24:43Speaker 4: really communists, extreme radical left communists and socialists and Marxists.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Up they fix the system. It's rigged.
- 24:51Speaker 4: I don't really believe the voting is sixty five thirty
- 24:53Speaker 4: five against Trump each each campaign. I believe it's rigged.
- 24:56Speaker 4: I believe it's very close. It might be fifty to fifty.
- 24:58Speaker 4: We might be winning nine they've rigged it. So how
- 25:02Speaker 4: do you unrig the process once they're in control and
- 25:05Speaker 4: no one's.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Allowed to see the books.
- 25:07Speaker 6: Well, this is one of the interesting thing that is
- 25:09Speaker 6: contributing to this year too, not that everybody in the
- 25:13Speaker 6: state is Democrats. Everybody is getting fed up and they're
- 25:17Speaker 6: pulling away from Democrat leadership, all that kind of thing.
- 25:21Speaker 6: We also are seeing investigations that are going on. There
- 25:25Speaker 6: are four investigations going on on our Secretary of State.
- 25:29Speaker 6: As I said, she's a crook. She needs to be
- 25:31Speaker 6: in jail. She's been rigging a lot of systems. She's
- 25:35Speaker 6: been breaking the law by bringing clerks under her authority
- 25:39Speaker 6: all kinds of things, But there are actually four DOJ
- 25:44Speaker 6: investigations that are going on around her. She released over
- 25:48Speaker 6: six hundred passwords for the voting machines last election cycles,
- 25:52Speaker 6: she released she sent thirty thousand ballots out to illegal
- 25:56Speaker 6: immigrants and said, oops, I didn't mean to do that.
- 25:59Speaker 1: So there's a lot of investigations.
- 26:01Speaker 6: Going on around her, and then there's also a really
- 26:04Speaker 6: serious investigation looking into her and Attorney General Wiser in
- 26:09Speaker 6: our state for sedition, If you remember, our Senecuar Staate
- 26:14Speaker 6: is the one who kept Trump off of the ballot
- 26:17Speaker 6: in the last or tried to keep Trump off the
- 26:18Speaker 6: bout in the last election cycle, and our Supreme Court
- 26:21Speaker 6: went along with her, and the Supreme Court of the
- 26:23Speaker 6: United States slapped them down nine to nothing. You talk
- 26:26Speaker 6: about corruption within the systems. That was a huge illustration
- 26:31Speaker 6: of how big our corruption is.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Well, you talked about an interesting word just now.
- 26:34Speaker 4: You said that she illegally released the pass keys, like
- 26:38Speaker 4: three hundred of them or something. Well, isn't that exactly
- 26:41Speaker 4: what they put Tina Peters in jail four or something
- 26:43Speaker 4: similar to what they put Tina Peters in jail four?
- 26:45Speaker 4: For sharing the pass key with someone. But she's allowed
- 26:48Speaker 4: to do it four hundred times. And Tina Peters did
- 26:50Speaker 4: it once and she went up in prison for.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Supposedly nine years.
- 26:54Speaker 4: If it was not commuted, she'd be riding in jail
- 26:56Speaker 4: for another seven eight years.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Isn't that kind of similar to what she did?
- 27:01Speaker 6: Yeah, it's but it's worse. We have these things called
- 27:04Speaker 6: smart hearings. So I'm a state representative. Every at the
- 27:08Speaker 6: beginning of every cycle, we bring in all the state agencies,
- 27:12Speaker 6: all of the state directors, everything, and they have to
- 27:17Speaker 6: submit a hearing to a hearing for us to ask
- 27:20Speaker 6: them questions, see where their finances going, all this stuff. Well,
- 27:23Speaker 6: for years in Colorado it's just been a Democrat high
- 27:28Speaker 6: fives and all that kind of stuff. And me and
- 27:30Speaker 6: a few other representatives got in four years ago and
- 27:33Speaker 6: we started turning over the apple cart. And I confronted
- 27:38Speaker 6: Secretary of State Griswold on that. I said, from what
- 27:41Speaker 6: I see, you put Tina Peters in jail for using
- 27:45Speaker 6: half of one bios password that she had legal access to,
- 27:50Speaker 6: and so she really didn't break the law. And I said,
- 27:52Speaker 6: but you, as Secretary of State, you made sure that
- 27:56Speaker 6: over six hundred full passwords were put into a spreadsheet
- 28:02Speaker 6: and allowed to be accessed by anybody in the state
- 28:04Speaker 6: that wanted to. I said, according to my numbers, that
- 28:07Speaker 6: means you need to be in jail for at least
- 28:09Speaker 6: fifty four hundred years. And the Democrats gabbled me down,
- 28:13Speaker 6: ran over. Three of them came over and started screaming
- 28:15Speaker 6: in my face. And then Secretary of State Griswold literally
- 28:20Speaker 6: and this is all on video, literally got up and
- 28:22Speaker 6: ran out of our hearing room because she did not
- 28:25Speaker 6: want to be confronted with any kind of truth.
- 28:28Speaker 4: You know, you say you're a pastor, and I'm a
- 28:30Speaker 4: jujsu Christ as my savior thirty four years ago.
- 28:33Speaker 3: So I'm an event.
- 28:34Speaker 4: I guess you call me an evangelical Jew or a
- 28:36Speaker 4: messianic Jew, but I believe in Jesus Christ very strongly.
- 28:39Speaker 4: When I watched the Democrat Party, Scott, I see people
- 28:43Speaker 4: that look like demons. It's not like we have like
- 28:45Speaker 4: a nice, genuinely disagreement on things.
- 28:47Speaker 3: This is sick stuff.
- 28:48Speaker 4: There are a bunch of demons. I think they're possessed
- 28:51Speaker 4: by Satan. I swear to you, and it's not like
- 28:53Speaker 4: I'm nuts or something, because number one, they all follow
- 28:56Speaker 4: Sololensky and the book is dedicated to the Devil, rights
- 29:00Speaker 4: dedicated to Lucifer. And number two here in Vegas, you
- 29:04Speaker 4: know which, by the way, we have more churches per
- 29:06Speaker 4: square mile I think than any city in the United
- 29:07Speaker 4: States Vegas. So Vegas is not really what you think
- 29:10Speaker 4: it is. But the Vegas uh what is it called,
- 29:13Speaker 4: County Commission is dominated six seven or seven of eight
- 29:17Speaker 4: seats or Democrats. And they invited a representative of the Satan, sure,
- 29:24Speaker 4: the Satanic temple to give the opening prayer two weeks
- 29:27Speaker 4: ago to their County Commission meeting.
- 29:30Speaker 3: They do an opening.
- 29:31Speaker 4: Prayer and it was the guy who loved Satan, and
- 29:33Speaker 4: he came with fake horns on his head, dressed like
- 29:37Speaker 4: the devil. This is insanity. These people are like in
- 29:41Speaker 4: love with Satan. So it is like I'm making it up.
- 29:43Speaker 4: It's all out there for you to see.
- 29:45Speaker 3: Now.
- 29:46Speaker 6: Yeah, if I had, if I had a few hours
- 29:49Speaker 6: to explain all this to you, all the things going
- 29:53Speaker 6: on in our state, where the most pedophile friendly state
- 29:57Speaker 6: were the most human trafficking friendly state, we have we
- 30:01Speaker 6: have many registered socialists sitting on the House of representatives.
- 30:06Speaker 1: You would be surprised at the stories I can tell you.
- 30:08Speaker 6: Legislation that has been passed, legislation that has gone through
- 30:12Speaker 6: that are protecting pedophiles, protecting these people.
- 30:16Speaker 1: We truly are an evil state.
- 30:19Speaker 6: And I can point out people to you that are
- 30:23Speaker 6: sitting in elected offices around our state and all the
- 30:25Speaker 6: way up into the governor's office that.
- 30:28Speaker 1: These people are evil. They are purely e and they
- 30:32Speaker 1: are doing they're actively doing the work of Satan. This
- 30:35Speaker 1: is this is horrible.
- 30:37Speaker 6: But here's part of the reason that I'm running for
- 30:40Speaker 6: this governor's office is they are Our tagline is Reclaim Colorado. Well,
- 30:45Speaker 6: we're going to reclaim a lot of things, including the moral.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Foundation that God created humanity through. And so we're going
- 30:54Speaker 1: to make sure that we root.
- 30:56Speaker 6: Out all of this stuff, all of the high places,
- 30:58Speaker 6: everything in the state of Colorado, because this is disgusting
- 31:01Speaker 6: what happens in the amount of corruption, the amount of fraud, waste, abuse,
- 31:06Speaker 6: everything that's happening. Our state is so completely broken. But
- 31:10Speaker 6: that's okay because I'm not scared and I like to
- 31:13Speaker 6: get into the fray and fight the fight.

- 35:27Speaker 3: We gotta guess.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Scott Bottoms, the Republican candidate for Governor of Colorado, currently
- 35:31Speaker 4: a Colorado State representative from Colorado Springs. His website Scottbottoms
- 35:36Speaker 4: dot com Scott Bottoms dot com.
- 35:38Speaker 3: So what you know? I'm a I'm a true conservative.
- 35:42Speaker 4: I mean I was hitting at literature for Barry Goldwinder
- 35:44Speaker 4: when I was three years old in my father's hands.
- 35:46Speaker 4: And I was a big, big Reagan fan. And so
- 35:49Speaker 4: I'm a real conservative, but I have some libertarian leanings.
- 35:52Speaker 4: I'm not a libertarian by any means, because some of
- 35:54Speaker 4: them are nuts, but I have libertarian leanings. So one
- 35:56Speaker 4: of my big things, one of my big things that
- 35:59Speaker 4: are confusing me. You know, I always felt like we
- 36:01Speaker 4: should legalize pot because first of we are wasting our time.
- 36:04Speaker 4: People want to smoke pot cot. There's not enough cops
- 36:06Speaker 4: to stop them. If they want to do it, let
- 36:08Speaker 4: them do it, let them ruin their lives. I never
- 36:10Speaker 4: worried about it too much. And then I saw the
- 36:12Speaker 4: result of what happened in Denver, and all my friends
- 36:15Speaker 4: who live in Colorado, tell me, Denver, once you legalize pot,
- 36:19Speaker 4: became this disgusting, filthy town and everyone's you know, got
- 36:23Speaker 4: no ambition, and they lie around all day smoking pot.
- 36:26Speaker 4: They don't have jobs, and they all vote Democrat, and
- 36:29Speaker 4: they came from all over the country to live in
- 36:31Speaker 4: Denver so they could smoke their pot.
- 36:33Speaker 3: So you know, I'm back to thinking we should never.
- 36:35Speaker 4: Legalize pot because it's just bad for society. I'm sure
- 36:39Speaker 4: that had a lot to do with the ruination of Colorado.
- 36:42Speaker 4: Was the legalization of pot, especially in the Denver area.
- 36:44Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, it most definitely did. We had, of course,
- 36:48Speaker 6: I was fighting against that. I didn't like the idea
- 36:50Speaker 6: you just you just slide into nothingness as a culture
- 36:54Speaker 6: when you allow that.
- 36:56Speaker 1: And then we made we made it legal.
- 36:58Speaker 6: For somebody to carry around found enough fentanyl to kill
- 37:02Speaker 6: seven hundred people?
- 37:04Speaker 1: What that was? Okay? And I did. Here's the big
- 37:07Speaker 1: one is.
- 37:08Speaker 6: I think it was one of our big maga newspapers,
- 37:11Speaker 6: Denver Post or one of them.
- 37:12Speaker 1: I could be wrong about that, but.
- 37:14Speaker 6: They did an article explaining how and they were so
- 37:17Speaker 6: caught off guard that marijuana abuse with underage teenagers was
- 37:25Speaker 6: up like sixty five percent or something like that, and
- 37:28Speaker 6: they're like, how did this happen?
- 37:30Speaker 1: You guys are such idiots. How do you think it happened?
- 37:33Speaker 1: You did it?
- 37:35Speaker 6: And but that's you know, taking responsibility. We don't like
- 37:38Speaker 6: to do that in Colorado.
- 37:39Speaker 3: Yeah, it's look up. You know.
- 37:41Speaker 4: I have friends who are very conservative, very Republican, very maga,
- 37:44Speaker 4: and yet they've got cancer if they need medicinal marijuana,
- 37:48Speaker 4: I have no problem at all with that. But all
- 37:52Speaker 4: the recent studies show that marijuana is very dangerous for
- 37:56Speaker 4: young people's brains and it's ruining their ambition. They get
- 38:00Speaker 4: away from them and they just spend their lives being bums.
- 38:03Speaker 4: And you see it and you smell in Las Vegas.
- 38:05Speaker 4: The whole strip stinks of pot. I mean, the whole
- 38:08Speaker 4: thing was a good idea in the beginning. In the
- 38:10Speaker 4: beginning I kind of like was like, all right, give
- 38:12Speaker 4: them freedom. Now that I've seen it, it's disgust me.
- 38:15Speaker 4: Pot is disgusting anyway. Last, but not least, let's talk
- 38:19Speaker 4: about Democrat leadership. Because in Colorado you've endured rising crime
- 38:24Speaker 4: and failing schools, reckless spending.
- 38:27Speaker 3: What else is new?
- 38:27Speaker 4: Everyone that's run by Democrats, same thing happens. So what's
- 38:31Speaker 4: your solutions if you become governor?
- 38:33Speaker 3: What are you going to do?
- 38:35Speaker 6: I tell you, one of the first things we're going
- 38:37Speaker 6: to do is we're going to go back to the constitution.
- 38:39Speaker 6: I'm going to sign an executive order that says anything
- 38:42Speaker 6: that is not constitutional will be rejected. I'm going to
- 38:46Speaker 6: be the vetoing ast governor in the history of Colorado
- 38:49Speaker 6: anything not constitutional, anything, So that means going against tabor,
- 38:53Speaker 6: which people outside of Colorado don't know what that is,
- 38:55Speaker 6: but it's the only thing that's kept us from calab
- 38:57Speaker 6: being California. We're more world in California and every other way,
- 39:02Speaker 6: but parental authority, second Amendment, all those things. We've passed
- 39:07Speaker 6: so many unconstitutional bills and I come down to the
- 39:10Speaker 6: to the well and the Capitol and I will debate
- 39:13Speaker 6: and say this is I'll read the constitution. I say
- 39:16Speaker 6: this is non constitutional, and they come down and admit.
- 39:19Speaker 6: They'll say, well, we're going to run the bills, you
- 39:20Speaker 6: sue us. So the first thing we're going to be
- 39:23Speaker 6: constitutional state, I'm going to go after the DEI, c R, T,
- 39:27Speaker 6: se L, grooming language stuff like crazy. That's going to
- 39:30Speaker 6: be by executive order. No state agency or state employee
- 39:34Speaker 6: will do that. We're going to also right now in
- 39:37Speaker 6: state of Colorado, ICE is not allowed to interact with
- 39:41Speaker 6: local police officers. We have we have many, but at
- 39:45Speaker 6: least five deputy sheriffs in the state of Colorado that
- 39:49Speaker 6: have been disciplined by our Attorney General because all they
- 39:52Speaker 6: did was call ICE and say this person is an
- 39:56Speaker 6: undocumented worker. So we're going to We're going to start
- 39:58Speaker 6: working on every level. We got the Venezuel cartel set
- 40:00Speaker 6: up in Aurora. I'm gonna go after them with the
- 40:03Speaker 6: National Guard and tear them apart. We've got a we've
- 40:06Speaker 6: got a big mountain to climb. But man, I've already
- 40:08Speaker 6: got my executive orders in line. We've already got our plan.
- 40:11Speaker 6: And uh and I love climbing mountains, and so put
- 40:14Speaker 6: it before me.
- 40:15Speaker 1: We got this.
- 40:16Speaker 4: I hope you come down from the mountains like Moses
- 40:18Speaker 4: with the tablets.
- 40:21Speaker 1: I'm willing God'll let me. I'll do it.
- 40:24Speaker 3: There we go. I like it all right. Look everything
- 40:26Speaker 3: you've said, it's fantastic.
- 40:27Speaker 4: I just hope there's a chance to win, because if
- 40:29Speaker 4: you don't win that, I would say Colorado's lost, then
- 40:31Speaker 4: it's over.
- 40:32Speaker 3: You know. If you could win this time, maybe you
- 40:34Speaker 3: could reverse things.
- 40:35Speaker 4: But if you lose this time, it's it's just going
- 40:37Speaker 4: to be too established and it's going to be over,
- 40:39Speaker 4: just like California's over. Spencer Pratt thought he change it,
- 40:42Speaker 4: but once you allow them to rig it, you know,
- 40:44Speaker 4: and he was definitely robbed.
- 40:45Speaker 3: And I hope they don't rob you because they're all thieves.
- 40:48Speaker 3: They're all thieves.
- 40:48Speaker 4: They steal the taxpayer money, and they steal and rig elections.
- 40:51Speaker 3: That's what they do.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Scott Bottoms, you appear to be a very good candidate
- 40:55Speaker 4: to me.
- 40:55Speaker 3: I like you.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Republican candidate for governor of Colorado, Colorado State, reper core
- 41:00Speaker 4: senative at a pastor, a lot of good things. Scott
- 41:02Speaker 4: Bottoms dot com, Scott Bottoms dot com.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Scott, we wish you a lot of luck. Come back
- 41:07Speaker 3: after your governor.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Thank you, sir, thank you for having me on. As
- 41:09Speaker 1: soon as I'm governor, I'll uh, I'll have you to.

- 42:31Speaker 4: I thought it's Talk Red, Talkred dot Com Talk Red.
- 42:34Speaker 3: You give me backwards, Batar. What's going on?
- 42:37Speaker 4: Tangible Investments is a sponsor of this segment of the show.
- 42:40Speaker 4: How important is its own gold?
- 42:42Speaker 3: Well?
- 42:42Speaker 4: First of all, Wayne rut will tell you it's the
- 42:43Speaker 4: most important thing in my life. You're supposed to own
- 42:46Speaker 4: like five or ten percent gold. Most people own zero.
- 42:48Speaker 4: I gotta admit I own about forty percent gold. My
- 42:51Speaker 4: life savings is almost all in gold. It's my single
- 42:54Speaker 4: biggest investment. That's how much I believe in gold. So
- 42:58Speaker 4: China's Central Bank agrees with me buying lots of gold.
- 43:01Speaker 4: They increase their gold reserves for the eighteenth consecutive month.
- 43:04Speaker 4: China's prepared for what's coming, are you See, you've got
- 43:07Speaker 4: to be a moron to keep your money in cash.
- 43:09Speaker 4: It goes down every day when you keep your money
- 43:12Speaker 4: in cash. You could say I have fifty thousand, and
- 43:14Speaker 4: ten years later you go, see, I still have fifty thousand.
- 43:16Speaker 3: What do you mean, Wayne? But ten years later.
- 43:19Speaker 4: The fifty thousand buys half of the car it bought
- 43:22Speaker 4: ten years ago, So you don't really have fifty thousand.
- 43:24Speaker 3: You have twenty five thousand. Even though you can.
- 43:26Speaker 4: Count out fifty it's still all there. It's not inflation
- 43:31Speaker 4: is eating it all up. It's not there anymore. Your
- 43:33Speaker 4: buying power is down to half or zero.
- 43:36Speaker 3: So you know, like if you.
- 43:37Speaker 4: Had I think it was if the number was if
- 43:39Speaker 4: you put a million dollars into gold at the turn
- 43:42Speaker 4: of the century, at the nineteen hundreds, if you put
- 43:45Speaker 4: a million dollars into gold today it would be worth.
- 43:49Speaker 3: I think one hundred million.
- 43:51Speaker 4: And if you put a million dollars into cash, they
- 43:53Speaker 4: would be worth like twenty five thousand. The buying power
- 43:55Speaker 4: would be twenty five thousand versus the million you had
- 43:59Speaker 4: in you know, the early nineteen hundreds. So really those
- 44:02Speaker 4: are incredible numbers. So China knows what they're doing, They
- 44:05Speaker 4: know what's coming. Are you prepared for what's coming? But
- 44:08Speaker 4: even if you buy goal, buying gold itself is not enough.
- 44:11Speaker 4: You need to buy gold at the right price. And
- 44:13Speaker 4: this is where buyers get misled. Other gold companies say
- 44:16Speaker 4: we only charge one percent over cost, but that's very
- 44:19Speaker 4: misleading because whose costs are they talking about? The real
- 44:22Speaker 4: question you need to ask is what are you charging
- 44:24Speaker 4: me above spot price? And then compare that answer to
- 44:28Speaker 4: the sponsor of my show, Tangible Investments. I've known the
- 44:31Speaker 4: guys it's Tangible for decades. Tangible has been in business
- 44:33Speaker 4: for more than forty years, if handled more than two
- 44:36Speaker 4: billion dollars in transactions, and their team brings over two
- 44:39Speaker 4: hundred combined years of experience. Right now, Tangible Investments is
- 44:43Speaker 4: offering gold billion at just one percent overspot that's unheard of,
- 44:47Speaker 4: and they offer silver as low as three percent overspot
- 44:50Speaker 4: unheard of.
- 44:51Speaker 3: If you want gold, silver, press metals, or rare.
- 44:53Speaker 4: Coins from a real firm with real credibility and honest
- 44:56Speaker 4: pricing at a time in a time in history where China.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Is buying up all the gold in the world for
- 45:02Speaker 3: a reason.
- 45:03Speaker 4: And if you think China is smart and I do
- 45:05Speaker 4: follow China, right call Tangible Investments right now, toll free

- 45:34Speaker 3: Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.
- 45:36Speaker 4: Get a Fire the website Fire dot org, Fire dot org.
- 45:41Speaker 3: Connor, welcome to the show. Let's start with that.
- 45:44Speaker 4: Thanks for having me, all right, So, first of all,
- 45:46Speaker 4: tell us about your organization.
- 45:48Speaker 3: What is FIRE?
- 45:49Speaker 10: What do you do so Fire is a nonprofit, nonpartisan
- 45:54Speaker 10: organization dedicated to defending freedom of speech and the First
- 45:57Speaker 10: Amendment around the United States. We do not care if
- 46:00Speaker 10: you are a Republican, Democrat, libertarian, green, or anything in between.
- 46:04Speaker 10: Our unofficial slogan is that if it's protected, we will defend.
- 46:08Speaker 11: It all right.
- 46:09Speaker 4: So, in Las Vegas, and that's where this show emanates from,
- 46:12Speaker 4: I live in Las Vegas and my adopted hometown for
- 46:14Speaker 4: twenty four years. In Las Vegas, a lawsuit was filed
- 46:17Speaker 4: by a father after his son was expelled from school
- 46:21Speaker 4: for expressing pro Ice views that is stunning to me.
- 46:25Speaker 4: He placed six pro Ice emblems on the walls of
- 46:28Speaker 4: a hallway, and the assistant principle at the East Career
- 46:32Speaker 4: and Technical Academy said the emblems were racist and they.
- 46:36Speaker 3: Expelled him from school. Tell us this story, because to me,
- 46:39Speaker 3: this is shocking.
- 46:40Speaker 4: And I'd like my fans in Las Vegas, of which
- 46:43Speaker 4: I have more than any other radio host in Vegas
- 46:46Speaker 4: Times ten, I'd love you to give me like a
- 46:48Speaker 4: number or an email we could.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Call and just destroy this school.
- 46:52Speaker 4: Just bombard their their phones with calls and tell them
- 46:55Speaker 4: that they've ruined their school.
- 46:56Speaker 3: And no one's going to go there anymore. So tell
- 46:59Speaker 3: us the.
- 46:59Speaker 4: Story and tell us there's some way we can make
- 47:01Speaker 4: a difference in contact them or contact the mayor.
- 47:04Speaker 3: What can we do?
- 47:06Speaker 10: Sure, So what we have here is a lawsuit filed
- 47:08Speaker 10: on behalf of a student who alleges that he was
- 47:10Speaker 10: expelled based on pro ICE expression. So this all appears
- 47:15Speaker 10: to have happened earlier this year when there were protests
- 47:18Speaker 10: and counter protests popping up around the country, particularly at schools,
- 47:22Speaker 10: about ICE and about the role that was playing in
- 47:24Speaker 10: cities like Minneapolis. So a few weeks before this student
- 47:27Speaker 10: engaged in his expression, it looks like there was a
- 47:31Speaker 10: walkout or other sort of anti ICE speech, and the school,
- 47:35Speaker 10: it appears, did not punish any of the students for
- 47:37Speaker 10: being involved in that. Ques when this student put up
- 47:40Speaker 10: pro ICE stickers on the wall, the school punished him,
- 47:45Speaker 10: not from what it looks like in the lawsuit, for
- 47:47Speaker 10: putting things on the wall when he shouldn't have been,
- 47:49Speaker 10: but because of the viewpoint that he was expressing in
- 47:53Speaker 10: the emblems and the stickers that he was putting on
- 47:55Speaker 10: the wall. And that's where the First Amendment steps In
- 47:57Speaker 10: the first Amendment requires the government to be neutral. The
- 48:00Speaker 10: government isn't allowed to play favorites. It isn't allowed to
- 48:03Speaker 10: say if you agree with me, you are you are
- 48:07Speaker 10: allowed to engage in speech, and if you don't, you're not.
- 48:10Speaker 10: So that's why the Constitution, and that's why the First
- 48:12Speaker 10: Amendment comes to play here, because the First Amendment held
- 48:15Speaker 10: more than pardon me, the Supreme Court held more than
- 48:17Speaker 10: fifty years ago that students are entitled to engage in
- 48:21Speaker 10: non disruptive political expression at school, and schools cannot step in.
- 48:26Speaker 10: Schools cannot censor students just because the principal and the
- 48:30Speaker 10: teachers may not like what the student has to say.
- 48:33Speaker 4: And ironically, here's what I would say, connor Ironically, when
- 48:37Speaker 4: students walk out to express their views, that should be punishable.
- 48:42Speaker 4: That's different than simply expressing your views. That's, you know,
- 48:46Speaker 4: interrupting the school day, that's killing hours of education, that's
- 48:50Speaker 4: wasting the public's money, the zaxpayer's money. So I think
- 48:55Speaker 4: that's one that should be punished. No one should be
- 48:57Speaker 4: allowed to walk out. And I guarantee you that I'm
- 48:59Speaker 4: walking out on their own. They didn't organize the protest.
- 49:01Speaker 4: I'm sure the teachers help them organize the protests, so
- 49:05Speaker 4: that should be punishable, but just simply having a pro
- 49:09Speaker 4: ice view should never be punishable.
- 49:13Speaker 3: That's exactly right.
- 49:14Speaker 10: And the reason we know that, and where most of
- 49:16Speaker 10: our First Amendment law comes from in the school context.
- 49:19Speaker 10: More than fifty five years ago is a case involving
- 49:21Speaker 10: the Vietnam War where there were students in Iowa who
- 49:24Speaker 10: wanted to wear black armbands protesting the war to school.
- 49:28Speaker 10: They weren't disrupting anything, they just wanted to wear these
- 49:30Speaker 10: black armbands to school.
- 49:32Speaker 3: And the Supreme Court was very clear.
- 49:34Speaker 10: It's said that schools cannot prohibit students from peacefully expressing
- 49:38Speaker 10: themselves just because the administrators don't like what they have
- 49:41Speaker 10: to say. Of course, if you're disturbing class, if you're
- 49:43Speaker 10: disturbing other people's lessons, that's very, very different. But what
- 49:47Speaker 10: the First Amendment never permits is teachers stepping in and saying, well,
- 49:51Speaker 10: even though your classmates express themselves, I'm going to let
- 49:54Speaker 10: them because I agreed with them, but you can't because
- 49:57Speaker 10: I don't like what you have to say.
- 50:00Speaker 4: It's a really weird situation, and I think i'd have
- 50:02Speaker 4: a hard time going to school nowadays. You know, when
- 50:04Speaker 4: I was a kid, which was a long time ago,
- 50:07Speaker 4: forty years ago. I was going to college and I
- 50:09Speaker 4: went to Columbia University, the most liberal college in America,
- 50:12Speaker 4: up there with Berkeley and Harvard, and all the other
- 50:15Speaker 4: kids were big liberals, and they were all for Jimmy Carter,
- 50:17Speaker 4: and I was a Reagan guy, and I expressed my
- 50:20Speaker 4: beliefs in Reagan and my love of Reagan and my
- 50:22Speaker 4: support of Reagan. And the teachers thought I was kind
- 50:25Speaker 4: of cute and odd, and they gave still gave me a's.
- 50:28Speaker 3: It wasn't a problem today.
- 50:30Speaker 4: I think if you go to college, forget about high school,
- 50:33Speaker 4: high school too, But if you go to college, especially.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Elite colleges Ivyley College.
- 50:37Speaker 4: If you express that you're a Trumper and you're a
- 50:40Speaker 4: maga and you want closed borders and secure borders, and
- 50:44Speaker 4: if God forbid you say you want mass deportation, I
- 50:47Speaker 4: believe every one of these comedy teachers would give you
- 50:50Speaker 4: an F and ruin your college career and ruin your
- 50:52Speaker 4: ability to go to law school or medical school afterwards.
- 50:55Speaker 4: You can't stick your head above the foxhall anymore because
- 50:58Speaker 4: the teachers are all literally far left communists, literally communist
- 51:02Speaker 4: Marxists and Conservatives aren't wanted in their classrooms.
- 51:07Speaker 10: I think what we're seeing in not only in higher education,
- 51:10Speaker 10: but in the K through twelve space as well, is
- 51:13Speaker 10: government is government officials, and frankly, these days, it doesn't
- 51:16Speaker 10: matter which party not being able to stop themselves from
- 51:20Speaker 10: trying to put a thumb on the scales in terms
- 51:22Speaker 10: of trying to force people to think and agree with them.
- 51:26Speaker 10: We see some states trying to tell college professors what
- 51:29Speaker 10: they aren't allowed to teach, and we see other states
- 51:32Speaker 10: trying to tell teachers what they are required to teach,
- 51:34Speaker 10: what doctrines they are required to profess, and the First
- 51:37Speaker 10: Amendment stops and to prevent all of that. This isn't Russia,
- 51:40Speaker 10: this isn't China. We don't have government state, you know,
- 51:43Speaker 10: we don't have state operated universities parting the government's tune.
- 51:49Speaker 10: What we have is First Amendment freedom of speech and
- 51:51Speaker 10: freedom of conscience and freedom of association, where everyone can
- 51:55Speaker 10: decide for themselves what views they want to adopt, and
- 51:58Speaker 10: bringing it right back to home. I'm a product of
- 52:00Speaker 10: the Clark County School District. I grew up in Henderson,
- 52:03Speaker 10: and I'm very proud that at my high school, I
- 52:05Speaker 10: had Republican friends, I had Democratic friends, and we all
- 52:08Speaker 10: talked to each other.
- 52:09Speaker 3: We learned about each other's point of views. That helped
- 52:11Speaker 3: our education. And that's where I.
- 52:13Speaker 10: Think this is really doing a disservice to the students
- 52:16Speaker 10: because I was teaching Connor.
- 52:17Speaker 3: Those days are gone, Bud, those dates are gone. I
- 52:20Speaker 3: don't think Republican students and Democrats are hanging out with
- 52:23Speaker 3: each other anymore. It just doesn't work. It's pretty bad.
- 52:26Speaker 4: I don't know any man who's a conservative dates a
- 52:28Speaker 4: liberal woman.
- 52:29Speaker 3: It just doesn't work. Man. Those days are just gone.
- 52:31Speaker 4: Trump Trump and Obama, and everyone claims Trump made divided
- 52:35Speaker 4: the nation. No, I think Obama divided the nation and
- 52:38Speaker 4: then Trump came along and it became triple.
- 52:40Speaker 3: You know, everyone's hatred and everyone's craziness.
- 52:42Speaker 4: But Obama was the first one to really badly divide
- 52:46Speaker 4: the nation according.
- 52:47Speaker 3: To your beliefs and your race and everything else.
- 52:49Speaker 4: But it's really got off the rails now with Trump's
- 52:52Speaker 4: arrangement syndrome.

- 56:21Speaker 4: war Zone Live. My guest Connor Fitzpatrick. The Foundation for
- 56:25Speaker 4: Individual Rights and Expression fire dot org, Fire dot org.
- 56:31Speaker 4: You're currently asking the Supreme Court to your case about
- 56:34Speaker 4: two kids' rights to wear Let's Go Brandon shirts at school.
- 56:38Speaker 4: Tell us more about that case.
- 56:41Speaker 10: That's right right now. We have a case that's depending
- 56:44Speaker 10: at the Supreme Court. We're asking the Supreme the Supreme
- 56:46Speaker 10: Court to hear the case where we are representing two
- 56:49Speaker 10: students in West Michigan who were prevented by their middle
- 56:53Speaker 10: school and now their high school from wearing Let's Go
- 56:55Speaker 10: Brandon political sweatshirts to school. They were non disruptive. They
- 57:00Speaker 10: did not disrupt any lessons or any activities. Throughout the
- 57:03Speaker 10: school day, but the school censored the sweatshirts and prevented
- 57:06Speaker 10: them from wearing them anyway. On the idea that let's
- 57:09Speaker 10: go Brandon is equivalent to sort of the more profane
- 57:12Speaker 10: chant that it comes from, and an argue that's silly.
- 57:15Speaker 10: There is a reason why words like heck and shoot
- 57:18Speaker 10: are considered acceptable and polite conversation, while their sort of
- 57:21Speaker 10: corollaries are not. It's silly to think that, for example,
- 57:25Speaker 10: heck means the same thing as hell.
- 57:27Speaker 3: It doesn't.
- 57:28Speaker 10: And going back to our earlier discussion, the Supreme Court
- 57:31Speaker 10: has held that you have a right to peaceful political
- 57:33Speaker 10: expression at school, and that's what that case aims to cement.
- 57:37Speaker 3: Well, that's what Americ is about. You know.
- 57:38Speaker 4: Look, I happen to be Jewish by birth, and I
- 57:41Speaker 4: remember in the nineteen seventies, I think it was seventy seven,
- 57:45Speaker 4: my memory is correct. But the KKK or the Nazis
- 57:48Speaker 4: marched in Skokie, Illinois. They're kind of the same to me.
- 57:52Speaker 4: So I don't know if the Nazis or KKK, but
- 57:54Speaker 4: they were marching in Skokie, a very Jewish suburb of Chicago,
- 57:58Speaker 4: and we let them march and I think, if I'm
- 58:00Speaker 4: not mistaken, it was my good friend Alan Jershowitz, one
- 58:03Speaker 4: of the great lawyers in the world, who is.
- 58:05Speaker 3: Jewish, who defended their right to speak.
- 58:08Speaker 4: He may hate there what they're saying, he may think
- 58:11Speaker 4: it's disgusting, but they have a right to say it.
- 58:14Speaker 4: In America, we allowed them to march in Skokie, and
- 58:17Speaker 4: now we've come all this circle later, you know, forty
- 58:20Speaker 4: fifty years later, and everyone's feelings are hurt, and everyone's
- 58:24Speaker 4: sensibilities are hurt. Everyone's a snowflake, and whatever you say,
- 58:28Speaker 4: it's no good anymore. And you guys are trying to
- 58:30Speaker 4: say no, everything's okay. You may hate what they're saying,
- 58:33Speaker 4: but they have a right to say it.
- 58:35Speaker 3: If I got it right, that's exactly right.
- 58:38Speaker 10: There's the old line. I disagree with what you say,
- 58:40Speaker 10: but I will defend to the death your right to
- 58:42Speaker 10: say it. That's what our First Amendment is all about,
- 58:44Speaker 10: and that's what America is all.
- 58:45Speaker 3: About, exactly.
- 58:47Speaker 4: I mean, I think a lot of people got embarrassed
- 58:48Speaker 4: last night during the UFC fight. The guy won the fight,
- 58:51Speaker 4: and he said and by the way, he took the
- 58:53Speaker 4: microphone after he won the fight, say, by the way, Michelle,
- 58:56Speaker 4: Obama's a man, and a lot of people are like,
- 58:58Speaker 4: oh my god, what disgusting to say.
- 59:00Speaker 3: And it may be disgusting thing to say, but you
- 59:02Speaker 3: have a right to say it.
- 59:03Speaker 4: It's America. If you want to say it, he can
- 59:05Speaker 4: say it. If he loses sponsors from it, that's okay too.
- 59:08Speaker 4: If some people like him because he said it, that's
- 59:10Speaker 4: okay too. You're allowed to say it in the United
- 59:13Speaker 4: States of America, even if it offends people.
- 59:15Speaker 3: Stop being a snowflake. That's all I can say. We
- 59:18Speaker 3: appreciate what you're doing, Connor Fitzpatrick. We appreciate, appreciate Fire the.

- 59:29Speaker 4: And I want everyone to have the right to say
- 59:31Speaker 4: what they want to say, even if it offends, Because
- 59:33Speaker 4: you know what, I'm the most defensive talk show host
- 59:36Speaker 4: in America. I say whatever the hell I want.
- 59:38Speaker 3: So I appreciate it. Thank you, Connor, Thank you.
- 59:41Speaker 4: All right, Connor Fitzpatrick from Fire, fire dot org, fire
- 59:46Speaker 4: dot org. Earlier in the show, we had Scott Bottom's
- 59:49Speaker 4: Republican candidate for the governor of Colorado sounded fantastic but
- 59:53Speaker 4: I'm very skeptical any Republican can ever win in a
- 59:56Speaker 4: in a deep blue state anymore.
- 59:57Speaker 3: It's just become.
- 59:58Speaker 4: Impossible because they're all read. I'm telling you, completely rigged.

- 1:00:43Speaker 4: could be the largest gas discovery in the United States
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: in the past one hundred years, says Mark Brunner. And
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: he says I can defend that statement one hundred percent.
