Transcript
- 0:13Speaker 1: Cell towers, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, smart devices running around the clock. You live inside a field of man made electromagnetic signals for every hour of your life, and no human before you ever did. My guest today has spent much of his medical career trying to understand what that shift is doing to us, and especially what it's doing to our children's brains. My guest today is Doctor. Carlos Laredo Ritter, a pediatric neurologist that's trained at UNAM in Mexico City with over a decade treating children with epilepsy and autism.
- 0:48So Doctor. Ritter noticed that something that most doctors were missing, that parents kept telling him the same thing. Their kids got worse around screens and devices. He listened, but then he tested it with EEGs, and the results redirected his entire career. In this interview, you're gonna learn why your body runs on electricity, and how EMF exposure interferes with it.
- 1:10You're gonna find out what happens inside of a home when EMF gets measured for the first time, something most homes have never ever done before. And you're gonna hear from a doctor whose goal is very simple, to give you real, objective facts and honest answers so you can decide what's right for your own family. Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. On this show, I talk to real Americans with real solutions to the real problems that we're facing today.
- 1:38I help you connect the dots between the problems we see in the present and the decisions made by powerful people in the past. Because once we understand how we got here and what the real history of America actually is, we can remember where we came from. We can learn from the past, and we can make real change for a better future. Now before we start, please hit that like button. It helps whichever platform you're watching on, and it really helps get this information out to more people.
- 2:03Also, please subscribe and share this with someone who really needs to hear it, let and me know what you think in the comments. Remember, every Man in America show is done as a podcast as well. So if you wanna listen instead of watch, just go to your favorite podcast app and search for Man in America. Alright. Let's get into that right now with my guest, Doctor.
- 2:19Carlos Laredo Ritter. Doctor. Ritter, it's great to have you on the show, and I'm really looking forward to this discussion, because your area of expertise, you know, EMF on top of a lot of other areas of expertise, is something that if you look at how the human world has changed significantly, say, even in the past twenty years or thirty years, let alone fifty or one hundred years, we're now surrounded by all kinds of Wi Fi signals and electrical signals and power lines and Internet cables and all these things all around us that didn't exist just a short while ago. And we pretend that we're the same humans in the same environment that we've always been. And so, I'm looking forward to this.
- 3:05So I guess I'll let you give yourself a little bit of an introduction, a little of your background and what is, what jump right in?
- 3:12Speaker 2: I love exactly what you just mentioned because we cannot pretend that we live in the past. We live in the present right now and it's different from whatever we used to have. So thank you for having me. My name is Doctor. Carlos Laredo Ritter.
- 3:30People know me as Doctor. Ritter. And I'm just a normal guy. I'm a medical doctor. I'm a pediatric and pediatric neurologist.
- 3:42That's how I got introduced to this world of EMS. And I didn't get introduced by anybody that knew anything about EMS. I saw it on my patients. So I'm going to tell a story. It's going to be really short, but it's a story from twenty years in the making.
- 4:06So being a pediatric neurologist, one of the things that I see, it was epilepsy. And at that time, twenty years ago around, moms, I'm a pediatrician, moms they came to my office and they started telling me the story of the epilepsy of their kids, right? So it was something constant that they started saying that of course, already epileptic patients, fragile patients, but the moms started seeing that every time they played with Wii, the console that we have, it was wireless at that time, they started to have more epileptic seizures than prior. So it was so prominent that I already knew what the next mom was gonna tell me. Oh, I know that you're gonna tell me that every time that your son play video games, it gets worse.
- 5:05So can I pass off by that? Because, I mean, I'm not that smart, but when you hear the same story 200 times, then something has to be behind it, right? Long story short in there, I used to do electroencephalograms in my patients. Electroencephalograms is a study that we neurologists use to see what is the electric activity of the brain. We're trying to see if it's normal or it's abnormal.
- 5:36And when we catch that is abnormal, we wanted to see how abnormal is. So that is the study that I used to perform in my patients all the time. And there was one particular patient that showed me that when he was playing with a wireless console, a few milliseconds prior to the burst of epilepsy or whatever the graph element in there of epilepsy, it was very noticeable that it wasn't belong to the brain. It belonged to something else. Electrical in nature, but it didn't belong to the brain.
- 6:24So that's how I start my journey here.
- 6:28Speaker 1: So real quick, when you say it, okay, so you have these children you're studying, their moms are coming in, they're saying, they're playing this console. You mentioned the Nintendo Wii, Was that one of You the know, which is, they were famous for having these wireless remotes. So it wasn't, you know, when I grew up, you kind of plug in your cord with a little remote, but the Wii came out and you could do boxing, you could do fishing, and it almost like virtual reality, but it wasn't, you know, having screens, you could physically react. And so, what you're saying though, as you're studying, that you said before you noticed a spike in the electrical activity in the brain that would indicate seizure or epileptic seizure activity or a precursor to that, you saw some other electrical spike, but it wasn't in the brain. Is that correct?
- 7:18Speaker 2: It was in the brain, but it wasn't belong. It wasn't the genesis. It was
- 7:26Speaker 1: So the same something external.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Exactly. So the brain absorbed it and it showed in the electroencephalogram. Immediately after a few milliseconds after this, of course, I have to say, I didn't see any epileptic patients. I graduated from a hospital where we see extreme difficult cases. So I was that kind of doctor.
- 7:56The one where some neurologists cannot do anything else while they cannot refer it. So I see very difficult patients. And the ones that are medicated with four or five anti epilepsy medications and they're not getting better. So of course they're really fragile and they were extremely sensitive. And now I know to external sources of electromagnetic fields.
- 8:29I didn't know absolutely anything of this at that time. I was kind of curious. So my journey started by asking other pediatric neurologists around. There's not that many in the world. I mean, there's so many, it's very exclusive group of people.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So a pediatric neurologist. So someone that is specifically focused on neurological and brain activity of children.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Exactly, exactly. So I remember that time just asking doctors in different countries and nobody even understood the question that I was actually posing. Therefore, course they didn't have any idea. A few years pass and I kind of have the curiosity, right? And I started searching in medical papers and absolutely nothing that it can be remotely directed to what is the genesis of this or what is what I'm even seeing.
- 9:33But eventually a few years later, kind of like two years later, I wrote, I read a paper on the biophysics area, the area that kind of merged a little bit physics and biology. And it turns out that they were describing some of the things that I saw in those patients. It turns out that somebody knows what's going on and of course those papers they were so complex for me to understand because they were written mostly in equations, the equations form. So I didn't have any idea. Again, long story short, I decided to do a third specialty, sleep medicine.
- 10:24This is because the common denominator that I'm starting seeing now with a lot of my patients is that they don't restore when they sleep. They're not awake when they're supposed to be asleep, but they're not doing the function of the body while they're asleep, which is restoration. So I decided to do a third specialty sleep medicine from the biology point of view, not from the respiratory point of view, like any other, well, the average. And again, a long story short, I was born in Mexico City and I was doing my practice in Mexico City. I met a lot of people here in The States and other countries in Europe.
- 11:12And I got invited here to direct an area to study sleep medicine and EMS. I'm doing the story really short now. There's a lot of details in between, but there was a point in my life where I could not advance anymore because I needed to understand physics. So I went again to study. I studied four years physics, Yale University, Stanford University online.
- 11:43I did it online. Those universities offer course a online and I took them. And that's when my eyes just got open. So basically whatever we're going to talk about today is EMS from the point of view of a medical doctor that saw something in patients and then try to make sense of what is the reality that we are in MERS right now. And you start the whole introduction amazingly well.
- 12:18We live in the twenty first century and we are making wireless devices the main run of the telecommunications industry that we have right now. I mean, we communicate through computers right now using most of the times wireless devices. Therefore we're immersed in there. And that is the thing that if I ask somebody, Hey, can you see Wi Fi? And they kind of look at me funny, Is this guy kind of dumb or something?
- 12:54No, we cannot see it. With our naked eyes, it is something that is invisible to us. Because it's invisible to us, we don't even acknowledge that we are immersed in there. If we couldn't see it, well, things will be a little bit different. But cell phone communication, etc, nothing that is visual.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Two hundred and fifty years ago, a small group of brave men defied a powerful kingdom, sacrificing everything they held dear to gain independence from tyrannical rulers. And they established this government that was of the people, by the people, and for the people. Yet somehow, in these last two hundred fifty years, that government changed into something that seems to be no longer for the people, and that oftentimes seems maybe against the people. And if you look at what the government is putting into our drinking water, well, I definitely wouldn't call that for the people. Fluoride that's supposedly for your teeth, chlorine to keep things clean while keeping us sick.
- 13:59And honestly, that's not a decision I wouldn't mind someone else making for my own family, and that's why I use Cove Pure to purify my water. Over 209,000,000 Americans are on fluoridated water right now, and here's what the science actually shows. A recent study confirmed that fluoride exposure is linked to lower IQ scores in children. It's not some fringe study. That's from the JAMA Pediatrics, is one of the most respected medical journals in the world.
- 14:24And chlorine, well, that is even the worst part about it. So it's what happens when it reacts with the natural particles in the water from plants and soil. So it creates these chemical byproducts called THMs, which the government itself calls probable human carcinogens linked to disruption of your gut and cancer. So sure, some states are moving on from this, you Utah and Florida have banned fluoride, but this process takes years. Your kids, your family, they're drinking this water today, so you need something that's gonna work now and that's exactly what Cove Pure is.
- 14:56So Cove Pure is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants, right, fluoride, THMs, pharmaceuticals, PFAs, anything that isn't water gets filtered out. And so not only does it clean up your drinking water, but it actually tastes really good. It tastes clean. On top of that, it actually gives you instant hot water or cold water, which is nice for that, you know, hot morning tea or a tall glass of ice cold water when I come in sweating from the garden. So don't wait for the government to be suddenly for the people again and choose your health over pleasing powerful corporate donors.
- 15:28Take back control of your water. And in honor of America's 200 birthday, Cove Pure is giving you $250 off if you use my link. So it's covepure.com/mia. Again, it's covepure.com. That's covepure.com/mia, and you'll get $250 off of your order in celebration of America's birthday.
- 15:54I've looked at a lot of different parasite cleanses, I've done a lot of them. This one looks phenomenal, not to mention it's developed by this guy who's been doing this for fifty years. So I would recommend you do the stool test to see if you do have any parasites, or if you have Lyme issues to kind of pinpoint exactly what's going on. But I've done these parasite cleanses before, not this exact one, but these are very, very potent, very powerful. And I actually really trust the one that was developed by the guy who's been doing this for over fifty years.
- 16:24So the URL to go directly to this cleanse is sethcleanse.com. So again, that's sethcleanse.com, will take you straight to this page right here to make it easy for you. And, you give it a shot. Yeah, give it a shot. Let me know what you think.
- 16:40Thank you. Your background was obviously biological, in studying the biological, the organic body. Whereas you have physics, which is much more scientific, you know, equations, a lot of math. And so, if you're looking at the crossover, so you look at say, a certain cellular device is emitting a, say a five gigahertz signal off of it. That's physics.
- 17:11Then you have the biological, which would be then the physics crossing over and then affecting. Does that connect? And I think this is, you know, what you illustrated, I think, is one of the very core problems of Western medicine, but a lot of how we do things in the West, is that we look at things in isolation. Whereas if you study, say, the Ayurvedic or Chinese medicine, you study some of these other cultures, they look at things holistically. They look at things and say, Oh, well you're sick.
- 17:43Is it your emotions? Is it your, are you out of balance with the elements? They look at, it's much more holistic and you find that they're actually can be much more effective in treating what's happening. Whereas aside, instead of just looking at this very, like sliver of thing, even if you go to the hospital, you'll have six different specialists that come in. They'll say, Oh, I'm only a, you know, a lung specialist.
- 18:09I'm only a speech therapist. I'm only this, because I've been through it with family members that have become sick. And you're looking at it and saying, Well, where's the one person that connects it all together? And you think, Are they even communicating with each other? Right?
- 18:21So, it's just interesting what you're kind of pulling together. But one other comment I wanna make though is that you think because you can't see it, it's not gonna affect you. Well, imagine if you walk into a house that's full of carbon monoxide, and maybe you don't smell it. It's still there. Right?
- 18:38Now, if that carbon monoxide was say a green gas, you'd walk in and say, Oh, look, there's a green gas that's probably not good for me, that maybe that's gonna poison me. Right? But how is carbon monoxide, which is something that affects us on a cellular and biological level, how is that different than Wi Fi? Right? Because they're both these invisible substances that have a biological effect, right?
- 19:04Speaker 2: Do you know, so using that analogy, which is an amazing analogy, problem with Wi Fi or EMFs, let's put EMFs as the thing, it turns out that it doesn't carry that much energy. Therefore it needs a lot of time in order to destroy the human body. Let me give an example. So in physics. In physics we know that we have ionizing radiation, nuclear radiation in one extreme, and then we have these ones, EMFs and the other one.
- 19:43They're exactly the same except that they're in one opposite side of the spectrum because one of them carries so much energy that if you get exposed only ten minutes to nuclear radiation, the example that I like to use is, what would happen if I stand right now in a nuclear reactor? First off, they don't let me. Nobody can get in there because of course they know that ten minutes in there is gonna kill me. It's not gonna kill me right away. I'm gonna die probably a year after that I got the exposure.
- 20:20And I'm gonna die from so many different diagnosis at the same time. I'm gonna develop two, three different cancers. I'm gonna develop autoimmune diseases. I'm gonna develop all the diseases that are getting destroyed by particles just penetrating my body and breaking it. Kind of like if they're microfluidics.
- 20:46Because nuclear radiation carries so much energy, we know that we cannot be exposed that much time. Ten minutes stop. No, well, ten minutes is a dead sentence. Problem with EMFs is that it carries the same energy, exactly the same, but in a way lower amount. Therefore the damage that you have for ten minutes in one, you will have it twenty years on the other one.
- 21:17That is a huge problem. Using the analogy that you just got, the carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is kind of like the nuclear ionizing radiation. You just need a little exposure and you will die. So if I get you, I don't know, I'm gonna say it's not my area.
- 21:40So maybe I'm going say something that is not that smart, but probably 500 particles dissolve in the air in a period of time of half an hour is a dead sentence. So when the dosage matters, if you get exposed to the same amount of particles, but over the time in a two year period, That means that you can kind of fight a little bit. Probably you're not win that battle at the end of the day. But whatever I'm trying to say here is that the amount of exposure matters and it makes EMFs a perfect enemy. One, because it's invisible.
- 22:31So if you don't know that something is attacking you, you don't put your defense on, right? And the other one, if you get exposed and it doesn't kill you right away, you will never blame that as the culprit of your problem.
- 22:51Speaker 1: It's kind of like a lot of the modern things that they say are GRAS, right? Generally regarded as safe or things they're putting into medication, say mercury or fluoride, and they tell us that, Oh, it's such a small amount, right? It's such a small amount, it doesn't do any harm. Well, but what if it builds up over fifty years? Right?
- 23:12It makes me think, you when you mentioned this, you mentioned nuclear radiation, ten minutes, you're dead. What if we discover that a person that's exposed to consistent Wi Fi for forty years, after forty years, they start developing brain cancer? And what if what happens, so let's just say Wi Fi became prominent twenty years ago, it really kind of became more common, and not just, you know, that, but also you have the five gs and the four gs and the six gs. And so what if in, in twenty more years, all of a sudden, in the course of a couple of, you know, say five years or so, you see that brain cancer skyrockets, and now half the population has brain cancer. You know, can't study the long term effects of these things, because also the technology is always changing, and they tell us it's safe, And so science is very risky.
- 23:59Science is, they're really messing. They're kind of playing God here. It's not, it's not good.
- 24:04Speaker 2: But you know what now? These questions already been posed out there. Particularly, I think that the institutions that we have, they're not up to the task. And I'm sorry if I offend somebody, but 2011, the World Health Organization classified electromagnetic radiation as a 2B carcinogen. And it's precisely what RG just mentioned.
- 24:36Like, hey, we should apply the precautionary principle. The precautionary principle means that we do think that it caused so much damage. Therefore, the exposure should be limited. Now, they can quash that. I do believe that it's a type one carcinogen and I'm going to show a few papers in a minute why I think, why do I think that?
- 25:08But going back to whatever you said, yeah, they already classified it. I'm fine with the classification of a 2B carcinogen because that means that everybody should apply that precautionary principle. That means that everybody should know what is my exposure today in my room. I'm gonna say my room because it's where we sleep. And that if we have to pick from those twenty four hours a day, which one is the one that I have to protect my body the most?
- 25:42I will say sleep. Why is that? Because when you're asleep, you're really exposed. You're really fragile. And now the biochemical pathways, let me just say like this in two seconds.
- 25:59Why do we sleep? Because we need to restore. The difference between you and me awake right now and you and me asleep is that right now you have a set of biochemical pathways activated. They cannot be activated whenever we are sleeping Because when we're sleeping, we're diagnosing inside of a cell. Imagine each cell just trying to see what is the damage that I accumulate in the last eighteen hours.
- 26:31So runs a diagnosis. After it runs a diagnosis, each individual cell, which is going to be completely different from each cell, then it comes with how am I going to repair cell number one my damage, cell number two cell number 1,000,000,000,000 my damage. So we activate extremely delicate biochemical pathways. So the purpose is to restore. You go to sleep really tired at night, but you don't wake up.
- 27:10If somebody wakes up in the middle of the night, it's not good. It shouldn't happen. It happens to everybody. So now we can see as a normal. It's not.
- 27:20And you should wake up in the morning, refresh. If somebody doesn't wake up, Oh my goodness, I feel like a million bucks. You didn't restore. And it turns out that if we have to pick in that twenty four hour cycle, when should I actually protect myself? Of course, the only toxin that I know is electromagnetic radiation right now because I've been focusing on that 1100% of my time.
- 27:50But we shouldn't get exposed at nighttime in my room to electromagnetic radiation. I hope that makes sense.
- 27:58Speaker 1: And so, that makes perfect sense. And so, how I guess maybe explain that how does an EMF affect the body? Like what does it do? And I imagine between your knowledge of physics and biology and kind of merging those things, like, let's just say that for instance a young child is say you have God forbid someone does this, but say you have a Wi Fi router next to a crib, right? Or say that the baby is sleeping in your bed and you leave your cell phone charging right next to your bed, next to you and your baby.
- 28:40How what does that EMF do? How does it affect a human body?
- 28:47Speaker 2: If you allow me, actually I'm going to put one more in there. Okay. And let me put it this way. The numbers that I'm going to say are not correct, but they're just to exemplify. Wi Fi is actually not good for humans.
- 29:03It's really close to your house, right? It's really close to your body when you're sleeping. Probably like whatever you just mentioned. The router that's right next into your room. And that one is gonna probably have a two watts power emitting radiation.
- 29:25But maybe we have a cell phone tower that is two miles from my house. I don't even see it from there. But that cell phone tower probably is emitting 150,000 watts of power. Therefore, even if I take the router away from my house, which we should, we shouldn't have it at least when we're sleeping. Imagine that we turn it off, we still have probably two miles from my house that cell phone tower, probably still we have 7,000 watts of radiation power.
- 30:05Therefore, we need to start thinking which ones are the biggest sources. But going back to the question is, there's so many different ways, different mechanisms, how EMFs destroy the human body. And I share with you a PDF. It's a PDF that I use so much just to exemplify how much we actually know. But going back to the point that you had, we know things in an isolated point.
- 30:38So these ones are papers, papers that I can read And look, one of them is titled Low Energy Electron Induced DNA Damage. And if we scroll down, pretty much all the papers that I describe in here, well that I choose to put in here, are papers that describe how electromagnetic radiation in a form of electron volts can break DNA. The only thing that these papers concur with themselves is how many electron volts. Example, this one that we have on the screen, it says that between three to 20 electron volts. The one that we have below, it says three to a 100 electron volts, right, break DNA.
- 31:39And if we go to the other ones, some of them they said that less than one electron volt to four electron volts. People don't need to understand what electron volts are at this moment, but whatever we have to understand is that when we bring these new technologies in our houses, we are bringing radiation that is emitting electron volts. So now my question as a medical doctor now, I don't practice medicine the way that I used to. Now I'm a scientist that kind of my patient is your house. I need to understand how many electron volts are you exposed or your kids are exposed in their own bedroom when they're asleep?
- 32:35If we can go down a little bit and whatever I show now some equations. Yeah, there. Let's just start there. I'm trying to show this paper not to confuse people. Actually, I'm trying to show this paper to make it a little bit more simple.
- 32:57So my job as a medical doctor should be, hey, if you have DNA damage, that means that your DNA is breaking in a higher amount than it should. DNA have a lifespan and it gets restored and replaced. But if we break it so fast, it's gonna try to repair. And if we repair it so many times, it's gonna create mutations. Mutations are the principal thing that happens with cancer.
- 33:37DNA that had some information prior but it got broken so many times and it got repaired so many times during a period of time of five years, of ten years, of twenty years that now is repairing as a mutation. And this mutation has the possibility to be a mutation of cancer. So I hope that I'm explaining myself from here. So whatever I do wanted to know as a medical doctor is you my patient. You my patient that in one moment in the council, I ask you, Hey, open your mouth and say, Ah, and things like that.
- 34:26I want to know what is the environment that you're exposed day after day, year after year. And it turns out that we have the solution since a long time ago. This equation that I'm showing here is an equation that is extremely old and pretty much it says, how can I know the energy from emfs? Well, it's really easy because we already have a constant. H in here is a constant.
- 34:59It's Planck's constant and this is the number. If I multiply this constant by the frequency of the EMF, I need to know exactly how many electron volts you are exposed in a twenty four hour period. And whatever I did, if we can scroll down all the way to the bottom, of course, I simplify all the equations so nobody can tell me that I'm making up these numbers. Those are equations. I do make some assumptions and you can go a little bit lower.
- 35:36The assumption there is that the power density that is leaking inside of your house meters. I have meters to measure EMFs. I use professional meters and I use eight different meters because EMFs is not a simple thing. I need to use eight different meters in order to kind of put the pieces of the puzzle together. And if one of my meters get maxed out and it gets maxed out at 2,000 microwatts over square meter, That means that we're gonna have an exposure of electron volts.
- 36:22Now I'm gonna ask you if you can go all the way down into the paper. We're gonna have this exposure. Oh yeah, that one. 1.37 times 10 to the 21, which is this number, which it writes like one six trillion seventy seven trillion electron volts. Electron volts sorry.
- 36:57Electromagnetic radiation is a serious thing. And in here, whatever I'm trying to show is how we have some papers saying that, oh, you know what? A 100 electron volts has the potential to break your DNA. Well, I need to know if you're exposed to one six trillion, etc. My point is that even though this number is a huge number, it's going to take time for this number to break that DNA.
- 37:34It's going to take five years, ten, twenty years. For me the exposure started and for you and for everybody else that is listening, our exposure started when we first got EMFs in our lives. EMFs comes in different forms. Electricity is one of them. I hope that I'm making sense and I'm not making this extremely complex.
- 38:01Oh no,
- 38:02Speaker 1: no, it makes sense in a very simple way, just looking at, there's a giant number, and even a small amount of that giant number is not good, yet there's this huge number that if you didn't put a little, tell me how to read it, I'd have no idea how to even pronounce that number. Well, you say it's one sextillion, 77 quintillion electronic volts.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Exactly. So going back to your introduction at the very beginning, we cannot pretend that we live in the 1300s when electricity wasn't even a boom. No, we live in the twenty first century and every house has electricity in their houses, in their walls. Of the things that I do right now is I shield houses. Now, that word shielding is kind of misleading a little bit because whatever I need to do is I need to grab those electron volts and send them to the ground.
- 39:09It's not that simple. Sometimes when I do this kind of interviews, everybody is asking me, Hey, tell me five things that I can do really fast and really quick and I'm good. Unfortunately, that false sense of security is something that we have to fight against. I hope don't get me wrong with this thing that I'm gonna say, internet is my best friend, but at the same time is my worst enemy. Because there's so much misinformation in there that it gives the public the misconception of false sense of security.
- 39:51Hey, I already purchased this and I can put this in my phone and I'm saved. No, no, because you don't understand how physics works and how radiation, the real name of electromagnetic fields is electromagnetic radiation because it radiates. Therefore, and we have so many sources, therefore it's coming from everywhere. Now we have to capture it and then we have to send it to the ground. If we have time later on, I have some pictures of, or maybe we can just put a house.
- 40:37How do we shield houses? How do I make sure, measure before and then measure after, that I grab those electron volts and now those electron volts are not reaching the human body, at least in the bathroom. And hopefully we can do that soon.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah, I'd love to learn about that because obviously it's one thing to have your say, you know, you need Wi Fi for a certain part of the day, put it on a timer, right? Turn the Wi Fi off Exactly. After 10PM or whatever. You know, locate your router.
- 41:14You know, so one thing that we're doing in our house is we've hardwired a lot of our devices. We still need to do a few more things with Wi Fi, but we've intentionally tried to hardwire as many things as possible. Thankfully, my basement has a drop ceiling, it's easy for me to run cables everywhere.
- 41:29Speaker 2: Perfect. Yep. Perfect. That's one
- 41:31Speaker 1: thing to prevent that. But even if I had none of that, and now I live in the country, right, purposefully. We, when we're looking for the location of our house, we're looking at where are all the big power lines at? Where are the five gs towers? Now, we're in a relatively good area, but what happens if the farmer next door leases his land for a five gs tower, and now there's a five gs tower, you know, a quarter mile away?
- 41:57That's the question, right? Because there's certain things that you can't escape. Then, if you can't escape them, then how do you do your best to mitigate the damage from these things? If you could go back in time and buy oil before the world relied on it, would you? Of course you would, anyone would.
- 42:17So why aren't you buying silver right now? You see, the people who recognized oil early didn't just make money, they got ahead of one of the biggest economic shifts in history. And today, a similar opportunity is unfolding with silver, because silver is a lot more than just a precious metal. It's a critical resource used in solar panels, electric vehicles, defense systems, AI infrastructure, and even these massive data centers that are powering our digital world and the surveillance grid. So while demand keeps growing, it's actually still affordable enough that the average American can start accumulating it right now.
- 42:52And that's why investors are turning to silver to protect against inflation and own one of the world's most important strategic resources. Don't be the person who looks back in ten years and says, I saw it coming, but I just didn't act. I'm sorry. So visit goldwithseth.com and learn just how easy it is to own physical silver. Again, that's goldwithseth.com.
- 43:16And here's something a little extra. If you just mention my name when you reach out to Noble Gold, they're gonna send you a one tenth ounce of gold coin just as a thank you when you open a new qualified account. So again, that's goldwithseth.com.
- 43:31Speaker 2: 18 hundreds, so an amazing guy. And I'm trying to switch all my my my website and everything to his name, Michael Faraday.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Yes, Faraday.
- 43:45Speaker 2: He discovered two things that are fascinating for me. I have his biography and he discovered that every wire that has electric current is going to emit an electromagnetic field. When he described that, he described it as, it's an invisible light coming out of the wire. And in the transcript that I have, everybody, oh yeah, that's my guy. That's one of the guys that I admire with all my heart.
- 44:21So everybody laughed of him saying that there's an invisible light coming out of wire. He was right because in the spectrum it could be considered as light, but it's on the electromagnetic radiation spectrum. He discovered in 1800 that every wire is going to have by law of physics that field. We live today like if that doesn't apply. So we put, like you said, some people, most of the time they call me because they're gonna purchase a house or they live on their power lines.
- 45:10Oh my goodness. Well, I need to capture those electron volts and send them to the ground. It's not possible. In some instances when the power line carries 375,000 volts, it's too much per line. And sometimes it has three lines, six lines in there.
- 45:33The amount of fields that produces is humongous. But most of the times, whatever we have to do is we have to build a cage like the one, he didn't actually coin the name Parraday cage, but he show us how if you have a cage, now this is very important, the material of that cage, it has to be the most important thing. It has to be not precious metals, but a specific alloy in order to prevent EMFs to penetrate in there. The second thing is that it needs to be, I use something that is called medical grade grounding system. It's not the grounding system that electricians use.
- 46:33It's the same principle. But what the electricians use is just a rod of carbon steel. Amazing for current. Current is wherever you get, whenever you touch the socket or the outlet. Everybody knows that we shouldn't because we get shocked.
- 46:53That is current. I don't care that much about current. I don't care at all about current. I care about fields, electromagnetic fields. So it's really difficult to capture fields.
- 47:08Therefore we need very specific materials. I use, of course, is aluminum base. And here I have to be really careful with whatever the audience listen. Well, hear from me. The alloys that aluminum has is whatever makes the aluminum important.
- 47:32So I build a cage when somebody is building their own house. When we have the studs up and we're ready to close the walls of the house, we lay the mansion there in the ceiling, in the walls, and we connect them to this medical grade grounding system. Which means that we can never ever trap radiation inside of that room which is the most important thing.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember I was talking to someone before about EMFs and I was, I had looked into at one point the idea of you can get specific kind of EMF blocking paint, maybe some lead and different things in the paint that you can use. They use it for data centers and everything to help. And I thought, Oh, could you just paint the inside of your house? And what they said was like, Yes, you could. However, if you have something emitting radiation inside of your house, it's going to just start bouncing back and forth all over your house.
- 48:38You're going to create a, like a kill zone inside of your house if you do it like that, right?
- 48:43Speaker 2: Exactly. It doesn't have lead, but whatever I use, it's a layer of cobalt. They're non toxic and they get trapped in between the pain. But a layer of cobalt, then a layer of carbon and graphite, they can actually absorb, they capture. But yeah, if we don't connect them to a medical grade, and I want the audience to hear that name, medical grade grounding system, which is an apparatus that it has to be buried outside of the house and is the one that distributes to the ground, the EMF.
- 49:36If we do that, then we know that nothing can be trapped in there. So those are the ways that we can prevent from those electron volts to reach the human body in there. And I'm going to say it this way. We're electrical in nature. Even when I graduated as a neurologist, you don't have in your mind that wherever we are, we're electrical and we're medical doctors that should know the electric activity of the human body.
- 50:18Because we don't know physics, we are very superficial in the electric point of view. But because we're electrical, we're going to absorb in a higher ratio compared to the walls of my house. Going back to whatever you were saying, so yeah, I don't have Wi Fi in my house. I totally killed the router is void of Wi Fi. I do have, whatever you did, a lot of ports with Ethernet.
- 50:53Therefore, I have a very fast Internet and I don't have that source that is emitting. Everybody knows I have kids and a lot of friends come to the house and they know. They have to put their phones with no Bluetooth, no Wi Fi. Sometimes I ask them, Hey, if you're going to spend the night, let's put a napkin out and tell your parents that they can call my phone, that it's going to be downstairs so they can reach you at night. The thing is that we do need to change a little bit our lifestyle because again we're getting exposed to that number, six trillions of electron volts.
- 51:40And we need to be a little bit smarter and try to have the benefits of whatever we want in the house without having the side effect of exposure. So pretty much we capture EMS and we send them to the ground. Not everything can be kept. Not every material is good to capture. Not every material is good to ground.
- 52:09Some of the devices that you can see online, they ask you, Hey, just connect it to the ground prong of the electric system. Well, much every single time that I go and measure those sheets or because they're connected to the electric system of the house, they're bringing electricity into the human body. And so whatever they thought that it was beneficial for them is actually bringing more DMX into their body. Going back to the last point that we were talking, it is a serious topic that we shouldn't try to minimize it. Let me tell you, I have so many types of clients now.
- 53:05I have the clients that they reach me and they want me to validate their thoughts. EMF is not that bad, right? Well, unfortunately I'm not going to be the guy that is going to validate that. It is a big deal. The other one is, oh don't worry, if I buy this online I spend already $20 on this thing.
- 53:30Unfortunately you're going to spend more money, I hope that doesn't sound really bad, during your cancer later on when we could prevent so many amounts of electron volts destroying your DNA. Pretty much whatever I do, I keep practicing medicine in a different way now, in a preventive way. I don't want you to come to my office and say, Hey, we detect cancer really, really early. No, no, no, no. I mean, sorry that I'm gonna say this.
- 54:09By the time that you already have cancer, already past twenty years developing that cancer, we should have detected before when it was not forming. It was an information. But when we could do something that is different of whatever we do right now. I don't wanna practice medicine the same way that I used to practice medicine because the definition of insanity is do the same thing over and over and pretend that something's gonna change. If we keep diagnosing diseases once that you already have them, it is late.
- 54:55If we wanted to keep treating diseases with pills, with chemical. Even if they come from nature, they're chemical compounds. When we're actually battling right now electrical toxins, I hope that I make.
- 55:19Speaker 1: No, yeah, you do. So one question is, so you mentioned, you know, when building a house, putting the cobalt in the different layered metals within the wall and a wall mesh. But what about for people that already have a house? It's expensive to pull down sheetrock and put it back up again.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 55:38Speaker 1: I mean, about like grounding mats or the things like that that may not be the perfect solution, but are easier and more accessible for people?
- 55:47Speaker 2: Yeah. I would say, I hope that it doesn't sound really bad, but I do believe that every house should have at least one medical grade granting system to our service. And so we can plug in there the grounding mat.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Because we have a lot of different grounding mats. Like even on, you know, when my wife and I work on our computers, we've got grounding mat, wrist mat, you know, so our hands are resting on the grounding mat, but they just plug into the ground on the plug. You're saying that there's a medical grade grounding system that you can actually attach to the house, you know, where the power comes into your house and you can use that. So if you can ground your entire house with this medical grade system, does that mean Yeah,
- 56:44Speaker 2: the idea is correct. Although we don't connect it to the electric system of the house. We want it to be separate and we want it to be only at the disposal, can be only used by the humans in there. So imagine the background in map that you have instead of connecting to the electric system of which the name that they use is grounding. That is a misleading name.
- 57:19Yeah, it is grounding for the electric system, but it is not necessarily for medical purposes. But if we bring one medical grade grounding system into this room and I have a port in there where I can connect my grounding map, then you will actually be disposing everything that you absorb into that map, into that grounding medical grade grounding system. Now, yeah, this would be the, not the best solution because you're still exposed to so many electron volts, but at least it can discharge kind of like if we're grounding ourselves in nature, which is amazing. But again, we're still absorbing those electron volts. So if we can combine, imagine that I have my map right now at 01:30PM, but then I go to sleep at 10PM or 9PM in a room that actually has almost none man made electron volts.
- 58:35So then I'm actually just attacking this problem in a nice way.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Okay, that makes sense. And so, these medical grade grounding systems, how do you get ahold of them? You've got a website, which I'll pull up your website, right? Which is emfhometesting.com. And so, I guess part of it, like a lot of things, the first step is to gather data on what the problem looks like.
- 59:12So, say you think you have mold in your basement and you're getting sick, well, you first want to test and see how much mold do you have, what kind of mold, where's the mold And coming so if someone, if I were to say, Hey, Doctor. Ritter, come help me fix my house. Like what's that process look like?
- 59:33Speaker 2: So I do need help in here in this point. So whatever I do is, yeah, I go to your house. And like I said, I use eight different meters. All of them professional meters, they're expensive meters. But well, that's what we need in order to have a fair idea of what is your exposure.
- 59:57So I go there, I measure your house in two different ways. One, I measure every single room with electricity and all the devices that you normally have. Then I ask you to kill the electricity completely from the house. The reason why I do that is because I need a variable, something that I can have two sets of numbers and then compare them to each other. Because meters, imagine electromagnetic fields they travel at the speed of light.
- 1:00:33So there's no meter that can actually capture necessarily the reality. Then they collide with each other, they interfere with each other. So they're gonna treat the meters. And I wrote some protocols how to measure and I wrote some protocols how to analyze those numbers, these equations in the background. Once that we have the idea what is what we are exposed to, yeah, we can come with a solution for that problem.
- 1:01:12Now, whatever I'm doing lately is I'm trying to give the highest possible shielding. And again, shielding is the wrong word in there, but it helps them here. The highest possible shielding that we can have in a house, in a room. Why is that? Because if I prevent radiation that we have today to leak into the room, it's only gonna get worse.
- 1:01:42They're gonna erect more towers. They're gonna have more Wi Fi's. They're gonna have more satellites. So we're actually inviting more EMFs not less. Therefore, I have to do is that baseline, how much you're exposed today, it kind of help me.
- 1:02:00Can I blame my cancer to this? Well, it would have a huge exposure. Maybe it's a part. I cannot say, I don't want to say, hey, this is the culprit of everything. Although, but I can say that if at least we don't lower our exposure, it's not going to get better, our health environment.
- 1:02:27And here's the thing, I know that nobody wakes up in the morning and asks, Oh my goodness, how many electron volts am I gonna be exposed today? No. But they're gonna wake up and they're gonna say, Why I didn't sleep? Why I don't feel as refreshed today? So four things.
- 1:02:47And I'm going to pivot in a minute to answer the question. The human body works because we have electricity. We produce our own electricity, Which it shouldn't have any other electrical fields. Being able to interfere with our own production of electricity, which it happens. There's a lot of physics that says one electric field is going interact with another electric field, and the strongest is going to overcome the weakest and where the weakest.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: Kind of electrical osmosis kind of thing.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: Exactly. Exactly. So four organs, the cardiovascular system. We have specific cells that pump blood, but the way that they pump it is because they produce electricity, The peacemaker that we have, our natural peacemaker, our blood vessels. They either expand or they contract depending on how much electricity the brain is giving them, The central nervous system, whether it's mental or neurological, it comes from the same.
- 1:04:04Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. The third one is going to be the immune system because the immune system gets activated by gated voltage channels. If we don't have those or we don't have the right electricity from those channels, then we're gonna either overshoot any responses or under in sleep. Those four areas. So if somebody suffers from those four or any of those four, we should ask, what is my exposure to this new toxin that we have?
- 1:04:51Because not that if I shield your house, you're gonna be one day you were bad and the next day you're 100% okay. No, because the damage is already there. Although there's something amazing in the human body we can restore. I did a study that hopefully we can talk about that study later. I went to Europe and shield some houses and do electroencephalograms and sleep studies with those clients.
- 1:05:21And then I have houses that I didn't shield, but I did electroencephalograms and sleep studies. It turns out that all of them, they were under the electric homeostasis point of view of the brain. They were below the normal that humans should be. So we're underperforming a lot. At least in that homeostasis of the electric system.
- 1:05:51It turns out that after a year of living in a shielded room or sleeping in a shielded room, the ones that the windshield, they recover most of them. It wasn't instant, The first three months, so I did electron photograms every three months. And the first set of electron photograms that I have, it was actually even worse than the baseline, which it was very discouraging for me because, oh my goodness, I've been studying this my whole life and it turns out that it was a lie. No. The next came, the six months came and they started getting better.
- 1:06:34Whatever I think is that they were kind of detoxifying, living with EMF for so many years, decades and sometimes, can unbalance your body. And once that you don't have at least at night, then the body starts readjusting. It takes time. But that is what sleeping is for. To replace broken pieces inside the cell.
- 1:07:04To restore your human body. So I say that sleeping is our best tool that we have to fight absolutely any chronic illnesses. If we don't have the ability to restore at night and at the same time we overexpose our body to toxins, kind of like this one. This toxin for me is very important because this one is the one that breaks DNA. And I already show if we are exposed to over a 100 and the number is way over a 100, there's a possibility that we're gonna destroy the human body and of course the restoration area during sleep.
- 1:07:50So if we combine those two, I poorly sleep and I overexposed myself to toxins, it's just a matter of time that we're gonna get any chronic illnesses, any of those devastating chronic illnesses. In those four areas, central nervous system or the brain, the heart and the immune system. Hence, hope that I make it a little bit not so complex.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Oh, no, no, you have. And I know it's not easy because I bet if I was also, if I had your background and your education, you and I could talk on a level that would be very different, right? But one of my jobs is to help really smart people and help make that so it's easy to understand these things. Try to make it easy for me to understand it. It's like, I've got a simple mind.
- 1:08:45If I can ask the right questions, and if I can understand that maybe someone who's watching this can also understand it, right?
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: It took me time. It took me time.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: It's not easy. So, well, we're actually, we've already hit an hour, very quickly, it But so, maybe we'll do another show to kind of go deeper into some other different topics related to this, but I want to bring your website back up again. And so can people contact you? I mean, people are, what do you recommend people do? What's the action they can take?
- 1:09:16If
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: they can send an email or the number that we have in there, that would be amazing. Of course, I'm not gonna answer the phone right away, but give me time and the people who helped me, they're gonna give me your information and yeah, we can get together. Of course, I live in Texas, right? So by living in Texas, it kind of constrain me a little bit on whatever I can do here. Whatever I do is sometimes I'm trying to help people who, Hey, I'm in a shield.
- 1:09:55Could you point me to the best products that we have? I don't sell the products, but I can contact you with whoever sells the products. Those people who sell those products, they don't sell it directly to the public because those are very delicate devices, delicate, not all the paint that you can see online or to say that EMFs is the same. Let me tell you a really tiny story. When I started learning about these EMFs, I went to Europe and because I find out that there was eight different manufacturers in there about this kind of paints and things like that.
- 1:10:39So I went over there and I asked him, Hey, could you please show me I'm this guy that I'm trying to learn about EMFs? And they show me how they do things. One of them actually kind of listened whatever I was just putting in there. And we got together with three physicists and we can improve some of the things, this medical grade grounding system. I wrote a paper about the grounding system.
- 1:11:09They allow me to measure and to do the testing. I can provide people with that paper. Basically whatever those pains have is the most important thing. The ratios and it's not the most expensive thing actually. There's more expensive that actually are not the best.
- 1:11:36But I can point out to people what to do. So I wrote some protocols how to shield. I can send them to people. And usually is, Hey, I'm gonna build a house and here's my builder. Can you talk to my builder and tell me exactly what we need to do?
- 1:11:56And yeah, so I send things to New York and to Florida, to different parts of the different states in The United States. Not international, but just here in The States so far. But, yeah, I can help with those things. So, yeah, we should take it serious and we should try to minimize as much as possible. One thing that you said, hey, if I turn off my Wi Fi, of course that's better than if you just leave the Wi Fi on.
- 1:12:33Although we're not killing the entire problem. But we're making it a little bit better. So yeah, we should shield whenever it's possible. I believe that everybody should be shielded. I live in a shielded house so I don't have to take any medications.
- 1:12:56I'm 54 years old. I don't have any problems. But I did cure my insomnia, let me tell you this. And I hope that we don't go very thin. I developed insomnia.
- 1:13:10It's the worst thing that I can describe. Not that I want to kill myself, but sometimes I thought, Oh my goodness, if I'm not here, I'm not gonna suffer. Insomnia is one of the worst things that I suffer. I'm a sleep medicine doctor, I never took absolutely anything for my insomnia, but I shield my house. And it took me two years.
- 1:13:36After two years I can tell you that I don't have insomnia. Yeah, sometimes I have bad days, especially because I go and measure houses that are horrible. Yeah, sometimes I feel that I have too much exposure, maybe that's not gonna be the best day for me, the best night, but I don't have insulin. That is the kind of thing.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: Well, that's helpful. So your website again is emphometesting.com. On the homepage, it's really easy. You've got a lot of information, but they can scroll down. Here's a phone number and an email information to get ahold of you.
- 1:14:18And so, yeah, Doctor. Ritter, I really appreciate the time you've given us today. I appreciate your effort into this and trying to find solutions problems. I thank you again for your time today. It's been a pleasure Thank speaking with
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: you so much. It was a pleasure for me.
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: Oh, wonderful. Well, thank you. Take care.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: Thank you. You too. Bye bye.
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: Bye bye.
