- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome the later base.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, it's great to have your company.
- 0:09Speaker 3: I'm James Macpherson with Liz Staer and cayleb Bond coming
- 0:12Speaker 3: up tonight. I'm sure many of you have or would
- 0:14Speaker 3: love to go whale watching. I want to show you
- 0:17Speaker 3: some incredible footage from New Hampshire where a couple of
- 0:19Speaker 3: bodies got a lot closer than they anticipated to a whale.
- 0:22Speaker 2: The whale landed on their boat. We'll show you that later.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Plus, when we look at what's making news tomorrow, an
- 0:28Speaker 3: incredible story about ambulance staff accused of embezzling millions of
- 0:32Speaker 3: dollars in false overtime claims, and the front page of
- 0:36Speaker 3: Tomorrow's Australian details how the government's renewable stream continues to
- 0:40Speaker 3: fall short. But first, it's been a massive day again
- 0:44Speaker 3: in US politics. Joe Biden was seen alive sort of.
- 0:49Speaker 3: It's the Secret Service director Kimberly Cheetle. She resigned, and
- 0:53Speaker 3: Democrat heavyweight Chuck Schumer announced to raucous applause that Kamala
- 0:58Speaker 3: Harris had all but.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Guaranteed the Democrat nomination.
- 1:03Speaker 4: So now that the process is played out from the
- 1:07Speaker 4: grassroots bottom up, we are here today to throw our
- 1:11Speaker 4: support behind Vice President Kamala Harris. I'm clapping.
- 1:16Speaker 2: You don't have to, maybe not Raucus. I'll tell you
- 1:21Speaker 2: this though.
- 1:21Speaker 3: The difference between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is no
- 1:24Speaker 3: one ever needs to tell people to cheer for Donald Trump.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Kamala Harris held her first campaign rally, and after the
- 1:31Speaker 3: now obligatory fawning over the corpse of Joe Biden, she
- 1:34Speaker 3: told the crowd that she would prosecute Donald Trump because
- 1:37Speaker 3: she used to be a prosecutor, so she'll do what
- 1:40Speaker 3: prosecutors do.
- 1:42Speaker 5: Before I was elected Vice president, before I was elected the
- 1:45Speaker 5: United States Senator, I was elected Attorney general of the
- 1:48Speaker 5: state of California. And I was a courtroom prosecutor before them,
- 1:52Speaker 5: and in those roles, I took on perpetrators of all kinds,
- 2:00Speaker 5: credators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters
- 2:12Speaker 5: who broke.
- 2:12Speaker 6: The rules for their own game.
- 2:16Speaker 5: So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump's tape.
- 2:23Speaker 3: So she's going with the Donald Trump's a convicted felon.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I'm a prosecutor. She was a terrible prosecutor.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Calebn this I'm not sure this is going to change
- 2:30Speaker 2: any mind.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It's a nice line, but she's really not going to
- 2:34Speaker 3: win the election by you know, orange man bad. She
- 2:38Speaker 3: needs to actually come up with some policies of her
- 2:40Speaker 3: own rather than simply say I'm not Donald Trump.
- 2:43Speaker 7: Well, I mean, by the bye, I thought Donald Trump's
- 2:46Speaker 7: type was younger and hot, to be honest, bats, I
- 2:49Speaker 7: think with what has happened in the last few weeks,
- 2:52Speaker 7: Biden knew obviously before he checked out, that he was
- 2:58Speaker 7: no longer going to be able to fight an election
- 3:00Speaker 7: on the basis of orange man bad. Trump knew that
- 3:04Speaker 7: he wasn't going to be able to fight an election
- 3:06Speaker 7: against Biden on.
- 3:08Speaker 1: The basis of Biden bad because.
- 3:10Speaker 7: Things had just changed so much after he got shot
- 3:13Speaker 7: that he didn't have to anymore.
- 3:15Speaker 1: If Kamala falls down the trap.
- 3:17Speaker 7: Of doing that again, I think she's going to be
- 3:20Speaker 7: justly rewarded for it in not being elected president, because
- 3:24Speaker 7: the tone has just changed so much in America. And
- 3:28Speaker 7: sure it is different now that Kamala is there as
- 3:30Speaker 7: opposed to Biden. And when we go back to his
- 3:33Speaker 7: speech at the RNC last week, he only mentioned Biden
- 3:36Speaker 7: once by name and otherwise referred to it as this
- 3:39Speaker 7: administration because he saw no need to bring Biden into it.
- 3:42Speaker 7: But I don't think going after Trump's character now plays
- 3:46Speaker 7: in the same way as it did a week ago,
- 3:49Speaker 7: let alone six months ago. Sure you can give it
- 3:51Speaker 7: a go. We all know Trump's character. We saw his
- 3:54Speaker 7: character after he got shot.
- 3:56Speaker 2: And that was one of strength.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I think it's foolish to use that again. And it's not.
- 4:00Speaker 8: Lost on the Dems, whether it's the Democratic Party or
- 4:03Speaker 8: Democratic voters throughout America, that what Chuck Schumer just said,
- 4:09Speaker 8: there is weapons grade gas lighting. The process is finished
- 4:13Speaker 8: from the bottom up.
- 4:15Speaker 6: We have our nominee.
- 4:17Speaker 8: In twenty sixteen, they didn't want Hillary Clinton. They got
- 4:20Speaker 8: Hillary Clinton. In twenty twenty, they didn't want Joe Biden,
- 4:23Speaker 8: but they were basically told, this is our nominee. And
- 4:26Speaker 8: it's happening all over again in twenty twenty four.
- 4:30Speaker 9: So there's a lot of people, even very.
- 4:32Speaker 8: Unlikely allies, that are calling the Democrats hypocrites. You guys
- 4:38Speaker 8: have said ad nauseum for months that you are the
- 4:43Speaker 8: party that is defending democracy, and yet you have thrown
- 4:47Speaker 8: out every democratic process that is supposed to take place
- 4:51Speaker 8: when the party is choosing their presidential nominee once again,
- 4:56Speaker 8: they're just being told, well, this is basically yeah nominee.
- 5:00Speaker 8: So everyone go to the DNC next month and just
- 5:04Speaker 8: endorse her because we the elites have decided. So it
- 5:07Speaker 8: must be a very cold day in hell because I'm
- 5:10Speaker 8: for once agreeing with Black Lives Matter. They themselves have
- 5:15Speaker 8: called out this absolute raw check this headline out Black
- 5:20Speaker 8: Lives Matter says Dems are Party of hypocrites for installing
- 5:25Speaker 8: Harris sans public voting process.
- 5:29Speaker 9: They're not wrong, and let's not forget this is a.
- 5:32Speaker 8: Massive surprise coming from BLM because Kamala Harris back in
- 5:37Speaker 8: twenty twenty when they were busy rioting, literally burning cities down,
- 5:44Speaker 8: she was their biggest fan.
- 5:47Speaker 5: They're not going to stop, and that's this is a movement.
- 5:51Speaker 5: I'm telling you. They're not going to stop. And everyone
- 5:54Speaker 5: beware because they're not going to stop. It is gonna
- 5:57Speaker 5: They're not gonna stop before election day in November, and
- 6:00Speaker 5: they're not going to stop after election day. And that
- 6:02Speaker 5: should be everyone should take note of that on both levels.
- 6:05Speaker 5: That is, they're not going to let up, and they
- 6:08Speaker 5: should not and we should.
- 6:09Speaker 6: Not and they should not let up.
- 6:13Speaker 8: Okay, yeah, just keep burning American to the ground.
- 6:16Speaker 6: This is so called for.
- 6:18Speaker 8: So it's very surprising that here we are four years
- 6:21Speaker 8: later and even BLM, these Marxist to the bone people
- 6:26Speaker 8: who literally were just rioting through America in the name
- 6:30Speaker 8: of George Floyd and the injustice done to black Americans
- 6:34Speaker 8: throughout the ages, they themselves have called out the Democrat
- 6:39Speaker 8: Party for being undemocratic.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Like you said, I can't believe we're all sitting here saying, yeah, BLA,
- 6:45Speaker 3: you're right. The money, I mean, normally they're more proficient
- 6:47Speaker 3: at burning cities than making acute and astute political observations.
- 6:52Speaker 3: But they said, quote, we do not live in a dictatorship.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Now I thought it was Donald Trump who was the dictation.
- 6:58Speaker 9: They're supposed to be the deic movement.
- 7:00Speaker 3: They're saying of the Democrats, we don't live in a dictatorship.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Delegates are not oligarchs. Installing Kamala Harris as the Democrat
- 7:07Speaker 3: nominee without any public voting process would make the modern
- 7:11Speaker 3: day Democrat Party a party of hypocrites. Well with friends
- 7:16Speaker 3: like BLM. Caleb, who needs enemy.
- 7:18Speaker 7: Well, I don't know that I necessarily take my cues
- 7:21Speaker 7: for democracy from people who run around buildings down. It's
- 7:27Speaker 7: not not typical democratic behavior those of that status.
- 7:30Speaker 2: They then said, defund the police participating.
- 7:33Speaker 7: In the democratic process by forcing you to do what
- 7:36Speaker 7: we want you to do. Or I just love the
- 7:40Speaker 7: deliciousness of a mob like BLM going after a woman
- 7:44Speaker 7: of color. I mean, surely right now they should be celebrating.
- 7:48Speaker 7: Oh my god, we have a nominee here, you know,
- 7:51Speaker 7: presumptive nominee for president from the Democrats, who is a
- 7:55Speaker 7: woman of color.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And I know they keep putting.
- 7:57Speaker 7: Her up as though she's African American. Art think she's
- 8:00Speaker 7: actually happy she's not.
- 8:01Speaker 8: Her mum is Indian Jamaican, right, so American? Y?
- 8:07Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, they put her up like she's not slaves
- 8:10Speaker 7: in America through her lindage.
- 8:13Speaker 9: She leans into that, leans into that I'm black.
- 8:16Speaker 6: I'm not.
- 8:18Speaker 1: But but they're going after a woman of color. How
- 8:21Speaker 1: good is that?
- 8:22Speaker 7: I mean, next thing BLM will come out and indorse
- 8:25Speaker 7: Donald Trump or something.
- 8:26Speaker 1: If this is the way they keep going, it's going
- 8:28Speaker 1: to speak.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Of leaning into being African American. Remember when Hillary Clinton
- 8:32Speaker 3: used to do that. She would literally change her accent
- 8:34Speaker 3: to try and.
- 8:34Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yet, don't forget that. Elizabeth Warren was supposed
- 8:40Speaker 7: Indian American as well poke goddess, as Cubin used to
- 8:44Speaker 7: call it. But watching Kamala Harris and the cackling she
- 8:49Speaker 7: goes on with that clip we just played there where
- 8:52Speaker 7: she was just kept saying over and over, it's.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Not going to stop, It's not going to stop.
- 8:56Speaker 7: We got it the first time, like when you first
- 8:58Speaker 7: said it's not going to stop. We kind of got
- 9:01Speaker 7: the point. But she does this all the time because
- 9:03Speaker 7: she doesn't know what to say.
- 9:05Speaker 1: She's a terrible orator.
- 9:06Speaker 7: And of course, the last black president, who was the
- 9:09Speaker 7: first black president of the United States, Barack Obama, was
- 9:12Speaker 7: a much better orator. In fact, I dare say one
- 9:15Speaker 7: of the best orators we've had as a president of
- 9:18Speaker 7: the United States.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Even though we used auto we could speak very well.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Kamala doesn't have any of that.
- 9:23Speaker 7: And you watch it, does anyone actually like this woman?
- 9:28Speaker 7: Will we have dug deep to find that she does,
- 9:32Speaker 7: in fact have one fan or at least one fan
- 9:35Speaker 7: out there. And look, I'm sure watching this that you
- 9:38Speaker 7: will be reassured that the people backing in Kamala Harris
- 9:41Speaker 7: have at least three brain cells to rub together.
- 9:46Speaker 10: I heard a rumor that you worked at McDonald's.
- 9:48Speaker 5: Is that true?
- 9:51Speaker 10: School me too, I worked registered, dry through and grill.
- 9:56Speaker 10: I was known as a triple threat.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Okay, just for the rack I did fries, did fries,
- 10:04Speaker 5: and then I did the cashier.
- 10:05Speaker 10: Okay, I'm impressed fries.
- 10:07Speaker 6: Okay.
- 10:08Speaker 10: So here's my question for you. If you get the
- 10:10Speaker 10: motor ked to pull through the drive thrill, you want
- 10:13Speaker 10: to know, right, what is your order at McDonald's.
- 10:18Speaker 5: I would well, let's see, I would probably do a
- 10:21Speaker 5: quarter pounded with cheese and fries.
- 10:23Speaker 10: I respect that order.
- 10:25Speaker 7: Yeah, searing political commentary there. Kamala Harris of course talking
- 10:30Speaker 7: to Drew Barrymore who was sitting there with this dooring
- 10:33Speaker 7: look on her face. And Kamala Harris posted that that herself, right,
- 10:38Speaker 7: she posted that, reposted that. Now, now I get the
- 10:42Speaker 7: whole bragging about the fact that you come from humble
- 10:45Speaker 7: beginnings thing. I mean, you know, ALBANIZI never shuts up
- 10:48Speaker 7: about the fact that his mother was a single mother
- 10:50Speaker 7: and he grew up in housing commission.
- 10:52Speaker 1: All this sort of stuff.
- 10:54Speaker 7: But that was hardly the message you want to be
- 10:57Speaker 7: sending out there. Like you can say, I get the
- 11:00Speaker 7: trouble you're going through cost of living because once upon
- 11:02Speaker 7: a time I worked at macas.
- 11:04Speaker 1: But to post that video as though.
- 11:06Speaker 7: It's like for a proud moment in my political career
- 11:09Speaker 7: to be asked on live television about what my.
- 11:11Speaker 1: McDonald's order would be.
- 11:13Speaker 7: I forget about whether or not she's going to press
- 11:16Speaker 7: the new button.
- 11:17Speaker 1: We know what she's going to get if she goes.
- 11:19Speaker 8: It's like, finally it's something I can speak to with authority,
- 11:22Speaker 8: and I don't need a speech.
- 11:23Speaker 9: I do know the answer to this question.
- 11:26Speaker 8: So she's deeply, deeply unpopular at the DNC. We know
- 11:30Speaker 8: that four years ago she had to drop out of
- 11:33Speaker 8: running because she got less than two percent of the vote,
- 11:35Speaker 8: So it was over.
- 11:37Speaker 9: Before it began.
- 11:39Speaker 8: Well, write Bart's done a number on her and publish
- 11:42Speaker 8: this beautiful gem announcing to the world at large that
- 11:46Speaker 8: this woman has had ninety two percent of her staff
- 11:51Speaker 8: leave since she's been sworn in as vice president. She's
- 11:56Speaker 8: not even popular amongst her own staff. Open Books, which
- 12:01Speaker 8: is a watchdog organization that reports on government expenditure, found
- 12:05Speaker 8: some well over ninety percent of her staff resigned in those.
- 12:10Speaker 9: Well it's not even four years yet, so she's only
- 12:13Speaker 9: got four remaining.
- 12:16Speaker 8: Out of the original forty seven people that she had
- 12:20Speaker 8: working for her initially, twenty four of them dropped out
- 12:24Speaker 8: in the last year alone. These staff members cited chaos, disorganization,
- 12:31Speaker 8: and abusive culture, they said, and they just had enough
- 12:36Speaker 8: of them.
- 12:36Speaker 6: One of them was.
- 12:37Speaker 8: Directly quoted as saying they were tired of being treated
- 12:41Speaker 8: like shiit.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Well, I mean, can you imagine putting up with that
- 12:45Speaker 3: cackle day after day?
- 12:48Speaker 7: Was SERI to be bleeding like Donald Trump's after he
- 12:51Speaker 7: got shopped, wouldn't they?
- 12:52Speaker 3: You know, just the interesting thing on her cackle because
- 12:54Speaker 3: we make fun of it all the time, and all
- 12:56Speaker 3: the press do, and yet she continues with it with
- 12:59Speaker 3: that effect, So she clearly would be aware of the criticism,
- 13:03Speaker 3: but continues and persists with it. Her advisors haven't told
- 13:05Speaker 3: her cut it out, so clearly they.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Don't think it's an impediment.
- 13:09Speaker 9: The nervous laugh.
- 13:10Speaker 8: It's impulsive, like I don't I don't even know if
- 13:12Speaker 8: she is in control of it. Like someone starts asking
- 13:16Speaker 8: her a question, she's already laughing because she doesn't know
- 13:18Speaker 8: the answer, and she's got to buy herself time.
- 13:20Speaker 7: Well, Well, the one thing we know is that with
- 13:22Speaker 7: all those staff leaving your office. She is now unburdened
- 13:25Speaker 7: by what has been speaking of which we know she
- 13:29Speaker 7: has been unburdened by what has been with the Joe
- 13:32Speaker 7: Biden out of the way so she can be the
- 13:34Speaker 7: presumptive Democratic nominee. And we brought to you the vision
- 13:37Speaker 7: last night, not the vision of Biden, but the vision
- 13:40Speaker 7: of Kamala Harris talking at an event to Joe Biden
- 13:45Speaker 7: on the phone. And then she of course alluded to
- 13:47Speaker 7: can you see?
- 13:48Speaker 6: Can you see?
- 13:48Speaker 7: And then Joe Biden, being the great omnipresent man that
- 13:51Speaker 7: he was able to see down the phone line. Apparently
- 13:54Speaker 7: he's been hidden away since he contracted COVID some six
- 13:58Speaker 7: odd days ago, or contracted COVID in inverted commas.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Well, we have finally seen the man today. Take a
- 14:06Speaker 1: look at him, just thundering up these stairs. He's going
- 14:11Speaker 1: for it now.
- 14:11Speaker 9: Doesn't say a word.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Look at the man.
- 14:13Speaker 7: He's been asked questions, He asked questions, doesn't say.
- 14:16Speaker 6: A word, really climbing those.
- 14:18Speaker 2: That's the best we've ever seen.
- 14:19Speaker 6: I read that is he is charging.
- 14:23Speaker 7: This is the best argument for contracting COVID that I
- 14:26Speaker 7: have ever seen in my life. He's come out the
- 14:29Speaker 7: other side of COVID looking much better now.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You would think, after.
- 14:32Speaker 7: All the speculation about the phone call that was made
- 14:37Speaker 7: into this event yesterday and whether or not that was
- 14:39Speaker 7: actually recording, and Kamala herself went to say, I mean
- 14:44Speaker 7: on the phone, et cetera, et cetera, that they could
- 14:46Speaker 7: have at least put him up just for a little
- 14:49Speaker 7: presser today. He could have stopped on a quick door
- 14:51Speaker 7: stop there and said, gooday, folks, here I am.
- 14:54Speaker 1: How are you going. He's apparently going.
- 14:56Speaker 7: To do a stand up tomorrow, which is really curious
- 15:00Speaker 7: given that just yesterday he was canceling meetings with people
- 15:03Speaker 7: like Benjaminitt Yahoo wasn't well enough for that but couldn't
- 15:07Speaker 7: speak today, But tomorrow he's going to get up and
- 15:09Speaker 7: do a stand up.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Just gets weirder and weird about the day.
- 15:11Speaker 3: The speculation in the US media has been that because
- 15:14Speaker 3: he's been forced out, they've really needed a week to
- 15:17Speaker 3: massage him to get into a position where they can
- 15:19Speaker 3: trust him to stand in front of a camera speak
- 15:22Speaker 3: to the American people and not go rogue on them
- 15:25Speaker 3: and start saying what he really thinks, or worse, still
- 15:28Speaker 3: repeating what Jill has been telling it's it, and so
- 15:31Speaker 3: they finally got hto a point it's tomorrow morning, our
- 15:34Speaker 3: time that he'll address that.
- 15:36Speaker 2: That'll be an interesting address to hear what he.
- 15:38Speaker 8: Says it will, and many people need that reassurance because
- 15:42Speaker 8: he's resigning via Twitter, which a lot of people are
- 15:46Speaker 8: still not convinced as to how legitimate that was. We
- 15:49Speaker 8: know that Biden doesn't do any of his own tweets.
- 15:52Speaker 8: The announcement wasn't on White House letterhead, there was no
- 15:56Speaker 8: presidential seal on the letter. And check out his signature.
- 16:01Speaker 8: This is something that a lot of people have drawn
- 16:04Speaker 8: attention to. On the left, you have what we know
- 16:07Speaker 8: to be Biden's signature, and on the right, we have
- 16:11Speaker 8: the signature that was on that letter. Now I'm not
- 16:14Speaker 8: saying he didn't sign it, but a lot of people
- 16:16Speaker 8: have gone, hang on a minute, is this really the
- 16:21Speaker 8: same signature. There's some really notable differences there. So the
- 16:25Speaker 8: tweet wasn't exactly proof of life, which is what everyone
- 16:29Speaker 8: was looking for at the time. His conference call with
- 16:33Speaker 8: Kamala the other day in which she kind of referred
- 16:36Speaker 8: to it as a recording and then caught herself in
- 16:38Speaker 8: a Freudian slip.
- 16:39Speaker 9: That wasn't proof of life.
- 16:41Speaker 8: Everyone now is very familiar with the fact that we
- 16:44Speaker 8: have these voice clone scams. I mean, we've covered it
- 16:48Speaker 8: before on our show. You can get a call from
- 16:50Speaker 8: your daughter saying, Hi, Dad, I lost my phone so
- 16:54Speaker 8: I'm calling from a different number, or my phone's was
- 16:57Speaker 8: dropped in water somewhere, can you please send me money,
- 17:00Speaker 8: et cetera, and so on. Because in the day of Ai,
- 17:03Speaker 8: which we are living in, all someone needs is.
- 17:05Speaker 9: A SoundBite of your voice, and.
- 17:08Speaker 8: Then they simply tell Ai what to say in that voice,
- 17:12Speaker 8: and Ai.
- 17:13Speaker 9: Puts it out. So no one was convinced that was
- 17:15Speaker 9: proof of life. Then we have today where everyone was like, well,
- 17:20Speaker 9: there he is in the flesh.
- 17:22Speaker 8: In the distance, but didn't say a word. He attended
- 17:27Speaker 8: the rally and didn't say a word.
- 17:29Speaker 9: You'd think at the very least he would endorse.
- 17:31Speaker 8: Her in person for the first time, or at least
- 17:34Speaker 8: get up and say, I'm really sorry for the way
- 17:36Speaker 8: in which I resigned.
- 17:37Speaker 6: That was rough.
- 17:38Speaker 8: You guys deserve better from your president. Didn't say a word.
- 17:44Speaker 8: And because presidential doubles are not a wild conspiracy theory,
- 17:49Speaker 8: you can read about them Saddam Husein, Queen Elizabeth the Second,
- 17:53Speaker 8: many of the big names of the past, Fidel Castro Stalin,
- 17:58Speaker 8: they all used decor an extremely, extremely convincing body doubles.
- 18:03Speaker 9: You'd never be able to tell the difference.
- 18:05Speaker 8: Business Insider did an incredible article on.
- 18:08Speaker 9: This, and I love this kind of stuff.
- 18:11Speaker 8: So seeing him in such fine form today and storming
- 18:14Speaker 8: up the stairs of Air Force one, everyone's.
- 18:16Speaker 9: Like, hang on a minute, is that actually him?
- 18:20Speaker 8: Which has peaked a lot of people's curiosity and has
- 18:24Speaker 8: got them to posting this woman who has recently resurfaced.
- 18:28Speaker 8: For twenty seven years, she was the CIA Chief of Disguise.
- 18:33Speaker 8: Here she is Johnna Mendez explaining to you just how
- 18:37Speaker 8: sophisticated their body.
- 18:39Speaker 9: Double masks were back in the day.
- 18:42Speaker 8: So you can only imagine how great they are now
- 18:46Speaker 8: forty years later.
- 18:49Speaker 2: It could keep you.
- 18:50Speaker 11: Safe, it could keep you from getting shot. Then he
- 18:52Speaker 11: can keep you alive. A mask in this by museum
- 18:55Speaker 11: we call the mask a five second mask. They proved
- 18:58Speaker 11: a valuable could change your ethnicity, you could change your gender,
- 19:03Speaker 11: change your nationality, and if you needed to, you could
- 19:06Speaker 11: actually become another person. The masks were full face latex masks.
- 19:11Speaker 11: It allows you to throw your brow, it allows you
- 19:14Speaker 11: to squint your eyes, it allows you to speak. I
- 19:18Speaker 11: went to the White House and I briefed George H. W. Bush,
- 19:22Speaker 11: the President at the time, while I was wearing a
- 19:26Speaker 11: full face mask. So We're sitting like this close together,
- 19:31Speaker 11: and I'm telling him that I'm going to show him
- 19:34Speaker 11: the best disguise that we have, and he's looking for a.
- 19:37Speaker 6: Bag, like where is it.
- 19:39Speaker 11: I said, well, I'm wearing it, and I'm going to
- 19:41Speaker 11: take it off. And I reached to start taking it off,
- 19:44Speaker 11: and he said stop. And he got up and he
- 19:47Speaker 11: walked and he looked and he looked at it. He couldn't.
- 19:50Speaker 11: He didn't it was a mask. He wasn't sure what
- 19:52Speaker 11: I was wearing. He sat back down. He said, okay.
- 19:55Speaker 11: So I took it off and I was holding it
- 19:58Speaker 11: up in the air so he could see it my
- 20:00Speaker 11: whole head. It had hair and a face and a knack.
- 20:04Speaker 9: So you could walk around as someone else.
- 20:06Speaker 8: Absolutely, now I'm not saying that it wasn't him. I'm
- 20:13Speaker 8: just saying this is par for the course in a
- 20:17Speaker 8: lot of world leaders having decoys. It's it's very very
- 20:20Speaker 8: and the fact that he didn't speak. Today has got
- 20:23Speaker 8: a lot of people talking.
- 20:25Speaker 7: In hiding in having a body double for Joe Biden
- 20:29Speaker 7: right now. I mean, like the dude's a dead man
- 20:32Speaker 7: walking anyway, what difference is it gonna matter?
- 20:34Speaker 8: Because they're trying to convince people. So we talked about
- 20:38Speaker 8: last night how senior Democrats have come out saying we
- 20:42Speaker 8: tried the peer pressure, it didn't work, and then we
- 20:44Speaker 8: all just went in it was a coup. We set
- 20:47Speaker 8: him up for the debate, he was supposed to crash
- 20:49Speaker 8: and burn. Then we peer pressured, peer pressured. He just
- 20:52Speaker 8: kept stubbornly saying I'm running, I'm not pulling out, nothing's happening.
- 20:56Speaker 8: And then we just decided you're out, and we made
- 21:00Speaker 8: it happen by ourselves.
- 21:02Speaker 1: They've got him hog tied somewhere.
- 21:04Speaker 8: As James just said, this guy would be extremely disgruntled.
- 21:08Speaker 8: Wherever he is, he's probably extremely angry.
- 21:11Speaker 7: He probably doesn't even remember that he resigned from the exactly.
- 21:15Speaker 9: You don't want him marching out. You don't want him
- 21:18Speaker 9: to wait to be like, hang on a minute, what.
- 21:20Speaker 3: So tomorrow morning, will it be Joe Biden or will
- 21:22Speaker 3: it be a double body posing this joke that's going to.
- 21:25Speaker 9: Be really interesting.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Hang on, hang on, hang on. The minute, the minute that.
- 21:30Speaker 7: Person opens their mouth, you're going to know whether it's
- 21:32Speaker 7: Joe Biden or not, like you would have to try
- 21:34Speaker 7: really hard to that demented.
- 21:37Speaker 9: Again, I'm not saying that it's not him.
- 21:40Speaker 8: I'm simply saying, if you read up this Business Insider,
- 21:45Speaker 8: many people have covered this over the decades, this is
- 21:49Speaker 8: something that body doubles are trained in, how to speak,
- 21:53Speaker 8: how to act as somebody else. Some of them even
- 21:56Speaker 8: get plastic surgery done to look.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Surgress it.
- 22:01Speaker 9: It is a serious job for some people.
- 22:06Speaker 8: Is a lot of people are still asking, given how
- 22:09Speaker 8: cheaper he was, we haven't given that you have not
- 22:14Speaker 8: seen him downstairs like that, and the fact that he
- 22:16Speaker 8: did not speak a word, not to the reporters, not
- 22:21Speaker 8: at the rally, his the.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Vision again, so you reckon that might not be Joe Biden,
- 22:25Speaker 3: that could be George Clooney.
- 22:27Speaker 8: Well, the fact that you think, the fact that you
- 22:29Speaker 8: think that is completely out of the question just goes
- 22:33Speaker 8: to show you you don't know anything about body double.
- 22:36Speaker 2: That's true. I'm not very experienced in body I.
- 22:40Speaker 9: Just very interesting and I'm sure.
- 22:43Speaker 8: Most of these rumors will be put to rest when
- 22:46Speaker 8: and if we do see him finally address the nation,
- 22:51Speaker 8: because on Monday, his personal physician put out a statement
- 22:55Speaker 8: saying he's had his tenth shot of Pat's Loavid, he's
- 22:59Speaker 8: doing much much better. And then we see him looking
- 23:03Speaker 8: remarkably better.
- 23:05Speaker 6: So whatever that pack Sloven stuff is mate.
- 23:08Speaker 7: But he didn't he didn't have COVID in the first place,
- 23:10Speaker 7: as far as I'm concerned.
- 23:12Speaker 8: You're happy to agree that that.
- 23:15Speaker 7: But if the didn't have COVID, then you know what
- 23:18Speaker 7: I'm trying to imagine.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Imagine you, Liz, as a member of the US press pack.
- 23:21Speaker 3: You would be the only journalist to put up your
- 23:23Speaker 3: hand and say, yes your question.
- 23:24Speaker 2: No, I don't have a question. I'd just like to
- 23:26Speaker 2: touch your face.
- 23:27Speaker 8: I don't want to pull on your sheet because but
- 23:30Speaker 8: they are they are incredible mass And what she was
- 23:34Speaker 8: talking about was forty years ago. So can you imagine
- 23:38Speaker 8: how much technology has advanced. Looks their master of disguise
- 23:43Speaker 8: working for the CIA, It's an entire department.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I've seen missus possible.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Harris would be a massive improof.
- 23:56Speaker 7: And then Kamala gets elected president and then like rip
- 23:59Speaker 7: So and I'm going to say Donald Trump.
- 24:06Speaker 9: Even Obama wouldn't be He wouldn't be able to disgrace him.
- 24:11Speaker 3: I'll tell you someone who would want to wear a
- 24:12Speaker 3: disky is going out in public these days, and that's
- 24:14Speaker 3: the format. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheetle. She resigned overnight.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Resigned via a letter and not surprising after the torrid
- 24:23Speaker 3: reception she got from senators. We brought you some of
- 24:27Speaker 3: that last night. But here's the letter that she released
- 24:30Speaker 3: announcing her resignation. She wrote to the men and women
- 24:33Speaker 3: of the US Secret Service, the Secret Services solemn mission
- 24:37Speaker 3: is to protect our nation's leaders and financial infrastructure. On
- 24:41Speaker 3: July thirteen, we fell short on that mission. You could
- 24:45Speaker 3: say they felt done the statement of all in light
- 24:48Speaker 3: of recent events. It is with a heavy heart. She
- 24:51Speaker 3: ended up with a heavy heart on Trump, ended up
- 24:53Speaker 3: with a bloodied ear, with a heavy heart that I've
- 24:56Speaker 3: made the difficult decision to step down as your direct Well,
- 25:00Speaker 3: it only took her nine days after Trump was shot
- 25:03Speaker 3: in the side of the head and an absolutely horrendously
- 25:07Speaker 3: embarrassing experience before the whole world as she was interrogated
- 25:11Speaker 3: by senators before she finally realized I am not going
- 25:15Speaker 3: to survive this. Although it's a little bit outrageous, I
- 25:18Speaker 3: think that she was allowed to resign. The fact that
- 25:20Speaker 3: she was in that position for a week and a
- 25:23Speaker 3: half after that absolute debarkle and then was able to
- 25:26Speaker 3: go of her own free will this testament to more
- 25:30Speaker 3: ineptitude or is it more nefarious than that?
- 25:33Speaker 2: But she should never have been allowed to write that
- 25:35Speaker 2: letter herself.
- 25:36Speaker 8: No, and after ten strenuous days of assuring the world
- 25:40Speaker 8: at large that she wasn't trying to get Trump killed,
- 25:44Speaker 8: She's just genuinely that.
- 25:46Speaker 9: Bad at her job.
- 25:48Speaker 6: She gets to resign with a heavy heart.
- 25:50Speaker 8: Nobody else has a heavy heart about your resignation, Lady,
- 25:54Speaker 8: rest assured of that.
- 25:55Speaker 9: But the bigger question here is why wasn't she fired?
- 25:58Speaker 8: Why is no in this administration ever fired Lincoln's disastrous
- 26:05Speaker 8: withdrawal from Afghanistan, Hey just gets nothing.
- 26:09Speaker 9: Free pass, mate, job well done.
- 26:11Speaker 6: He's still in power.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Then you've got may Orcus, who has presided over the
- 26:16Speaker 8: worst border crisis in the history of the United States,
- 26:20Speaker 8: maybe the worst border crisis anywhere.
- 26:22Speaker 1: In the known world.
- 26:24Speaker 8: Again, still in power. She'll be right, mate, Free free
- 26:28Speaker 8: pass for you too. Can nobody be fired for doing
- 26:32Speaker 8: a patently terrible job in this administration. And what I
- 26:38Speaker 8: think this speaks to is the fact that much like
- 26:41Speaker 8: Biden has been a puppet president for four years, they're
- 26:46Speaker 8: all puppet ministers.
- 26:48Speaker 9: They don't call them ministers over there, but we do
- 26:51Speaker 9: here in Australia.
- 26:52Speaker 6: They're all puppet ministers.
- 26:54Speaker 8: So they know they won't be fired for an abject
- 26:57Speaker 8: failure because they are essentially at doing what they've been
- 27:02Speaker 8: told to do by whoever is actually running the country,
- 27:05Speaker 8: which is who Trump likes to refer to as the
- 27:08Speaker 8: deep state. So they get to stay in their jobs,
- 27:11Speaker 8: and they know full well they will despite doing an appalling.
- 27:15Speaker 9: Job, because they're like, well, I'm just following orders.
- 27:18Speaker 1: But I think, well, I suspect that in effect she
- 27:22Speaker 1: has been fired.
- 27:23Speaker 7: I think that they had worked out by now that
- 27:25Speaker 7: it would have been preposterous for her to remain in
- 27:28Speaker 7: that position. But they've given her the dignity of being
- 27:31Speaker 7: able to say.
- 27:33Speaker 1: With Jill, yeah exactly.
- 27:35Speaker 7: So she's been given the dignity of being able to say, well,
- 27:37Speaker 7: I resigned, rather than going through the whole public carry
- 27:41Speaker 7: on of being sacked. And it's so obvious that she
- 27:44Speaker 7: doesn't actually think that she ought to go. She genuinely
- 27:49Speaker 7: doesn't think that she has done anything wrong. We saw
- 27:53Speaker 7: the line of questioning the other day where her response
- 27:56Speaker 7: was basically, oh, well, yeah, I mean it kind of
- 27:59Speaker 7: went badly.
- 28:00Speaker 1: But I can't tell you much more than that.
- 28:02Speaker 7: And she was asked directly last time that there was
- 28:05Speaker 7: an attempt on a president's life, which of course was
- 28:07Speaker 7: Ronald Reagan in nineteen eighty one. What did the director
- 28:12Speaker 7: of the Secret Service do at that time? Cheatle had
- 28:16Speaker 7: one answer, it's not the truth, though.
- 28:20Speaker 12: Would you agree that this is the most serious security
- 28:22Speaker 12: lapse since President Reagan was shot in nineteen eighty one
- 28:26Speaker 12: of the Secret Service?
- 28:27Speaker 6: Yes, sir, I would.
- 28:29Speaker 9: And you know, do you know what.
- 28:31Speaker 12: Stuart Knight did when he was in charge at the
- 28:34Speaker 12: time of the Secret Service? Do you know what he
- 28:36Speaker 12: did afterwards? He remained on Judy, he resigned, He resigned.
- 28:43Speaker 7: And gold isn't it But she says it with so
- 28:46Speaker 7: much confidence. He remained on Judy. That's exactly what I
- 28:49Speaker 7: meant to do. This is my station in what She
- 28:51Speaker 7: couldn't even recognize that she ought to go.
- 28:55Speaker 9: Talk about a DEEI higher, I don't know. I'm just
- 29:00Speaker 9: Bill Biden's mate, and that's.
- 29:01Speaker 6: Why I'm here.
- 29:03Speaker 3: The other aspect of her resignation was it allowed her
- 29:05Speaker 3: to resign because she didn't want the Secret Service to
- 29:08Speaker 3: be distracted with all the focus and attention on her.
- 29:11Speaker 3: So her resignation was an act of graciousness on her
- 29:14Speaker 3: part rather than an admission of abject failure.
- 29:18Speaker 8: Talking of people who should be outright fired. What about
- 29:22Speaker 8: the Secret Service that were there that day on the ground.
- 29:26Speaker 8: They we had counter snipers on the roof, direct line
- 29:30Speaker 8: of sight, They knew he was there. How else could
- 29:33Speaker 8: they have shot him between the eyes twenty six seconds
- 29:36Speaker 8: after he first pulled the trigger.
- 29:39Speaker 9: These guys' heads aren't rolling either.
- 29:42Speaker 8: In fact, Cheetle, when she was asked were their men
- 29:45Speaker 8: on the roof that day, she could not even answer
- 29:48Speaker 8: that question.
- 29:49Speaker 9: Well, the press has answered it for us.
- 29:52Speaker 6: Check out this headline.
- 29:53Speaker 8: Officers left post overlooking roof before shooter ascended, according to
- 29:59Speaker 8: the eight police Commissioner. Here's a question from Dan Bishop
- 30:04Speaker 8: and the answer from Pennsylvania's Police Commissioner. Dan Bishop asked,
- 30:08Speaker 8: are you then saying, from your knowledge that those ESU
- 30:12Speaker 8: officers left the location where they could look out the
- 30:16Speaker 8: window in search of this person. The commissioner replied, yes,
- 30:21Speaker 8: that is my understanding. What were they doing going for
- 30:25Speaker 8: a smoko? They knew three hours, For three hours, this
- 30:30Speaker 8: person of suspicion.
- 30:32Speaker 6: Was lurking around in the background.
- 30:34Speaker 8: We've shown you the footage before, everyone seen it worldwide.
- 30:39Speaker 9: How is it possible that even plubs in the crowd
- 30:43Speaker 9: knew he was there, knew he was armed, and knew
- 30:46Speaker 9: what he was up to.
- 30:47Speaker 8: And we're supposed to believe these guys, who had permission
- 30:50Speaker 8: to shoot, they did not even need to, you know,
- 30:53Speaker 8: radio someone and.
- 30:54Speaker 9: Be like, I've got this guy my line of sites.
- 30:57Speaker 6: Should I neutralize the risk?
- 30:59Speaker 8: No? No, they had permission to do what was ever
- 31:02Speaker 8: necessary at whatever minute they thought it was necessary.
- 31:07Speaker 9: And nothing, nothing, absolutely nothing.
- 31:10Speaker 3: These guys were in a window overlooking where the shooter
- 31:13Speaker 3: took his shot at Trump from and so they were
- 31:16Speaker 3: perfectly positioned. And had they remained in their post when
- 31:20Speaker 3: Thomas Crooks arrived, they would have had perfect position to
- 31:23Speaker 3: shoot him. And he was on the roof for three
- 31:25Speaker 3: minutes before he took that shot. The reason they left
- 31:28Speaker 3: their post was because the photo had been circulated of
- 31:31Speaker 3: a suspicious person, and so they left their position to
- 31:35Speaker 3: go down on the ground and start help looking for
- 31:37Speaker 3: him in the crowd.
- 31:38Speaker 9: The crowd that was screaming at the missus Mary Is.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Then left the roof exposed for crooks to get up
- 31:44Speaker 3: there and take the shot. Here's some remarkable body cam
- 31:47Speaker 3: vision from agents after the shooting had taken place up
- 31:52Speaker 3: on the roof, trying to work out if the shooter
- 31:55Speaker 3: just being killed is the same guy. They've all got
- 31:57Speaker 3: a photograph on their phones of that they been searching for.
- 32:01Speaker 13: So this is the guy that, yes, out, this is him, okay,
- 32:09Speaker 13: right there obviously, so in the back on that bike
- 32:16Speaker 13: we don't we don't know, treating that as suspicious device.
- 32:21Speaker 13: And then this was this is a bike with the
- 32:22Speaker 13: stuff and iris and they were seeing him walking away
- 32:25Speaker 13: from that, I believe.
- 32:27Speaker 3: So they knew there was a suspicious person, they knew
- 32:29Speaker 3: what he looked like. They left their posts to try
- 32:31Speaker 3: and find him. Meanwhile, he climbed up onto the very
- 32:34Speaker 3: roof they were supposed to be watching and took a
- 32:36Speaker 3: free shot at Donald Trump.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Fantastic, isn't it.
- 32:38Speaker 7: And obviously the Secret Service, being so terribly shown up
- 32:41Speaker 7: by all of these, have decided, well, we're obviously not
- 32:44Speaker 7: up to doing the job ourselves, So we're going to
- 32:46Speaker 7: ask Donald Trump to do our job for us, or
- 32:48Speaker 7: at least try and make our job easier for us.
- 32:51Speaker 1: They have given some advice to mister Trump. Take a listen.
- 32:56Speaker 14: The Secret Service is apparently now telling or asking the
- 33:00Speaker 14: Trump campaign to stop.
- 33:02Speaker 6: Doing their rallies outdoors.
- 33:04Speaker 14: This is reporting from the Washington Post, just breaking in
- 33:07Speaker 14: the last couple of minutes.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Here.
- 33:08Speaker 14: I can tell you that I asked Don Junior about
- 33:11Speaker 14: that at the RNC last week if he was going
- 33:14Speaker 14: to encourage his father to stop holding rallies outdoors. He
- 33:17Speaker 14: said that his father would not like that at all.
- 33:20Speaker 14: He loves those outdoor rallies.
- 33:22Speaker 7: Now, look, I wouldn't be surprised if outdoor rallies happen
- 33:25Speaker 7: with less frequency because of this.
- 33:27Speaker 1: But fancy the Secret Service.
- 33:29Speaker 7: Trying to tell him, Look, we're probably not up to
- 33:32Speaker 7: the job of protecting you, which is literally our only
- 33:36Speaker 7: job in the world. Would you mind just going indoors
- 33:39Speaker 7: to make things a little easier for us.
- 33:41Speaker 3: It's like the ultimate victim blaming, right, If you hadn't
- 33:43Speaker 3: had your rally outdoors, it wouldn't have bumped your.
- 33:46Speaker 6: Head on a bullet.
- 33:47Speaker 3: We're no good at our jobs, so you've got to
- 33:50Speaker 3: change your entire campaign. The problem, of course, is to
- 33:53Speaker 3: hold a rally indoors is far more expensive. You can
- 33:56Speaker 3: accommodate far less people. And Trump held a rally just
- 34:00Speaker 3: a few weeks ago where he had one hundred thousand people.
- 34:03Speaker 3: They estimate you'll never get that indoors. So is this
- 34:07Speaker 3: for Trump's safety or is this just another form of
- 34:09Speaker 3: election interference?
- 34:11Speaker 6: I well, for first thing.
- 34:12Speaker 8: I thought when I saw this advice from the Secret
- 34:15Speaker 8: Service was this is so that when it happens again,
- 34:19Speaker 8: which it may, well we're talking about the guy who's
- 34:22Speaker 8: most likely to be assassinated anytime soon in the world,
- 34:27Speaker 8: so that the Secret Service can then turn around and say, well,
- 34:30Speaker 8: we warned him, We warned him, we wouldn't be able
- 34:32Speaker 8: to protect him if he kept having these outside rallies,
- 34:35Speaker 8: and he's just so obstinate, and he persisted despite our
- 34:38Speaker 8: expert advice. I've said it at nauseum. I believe this
- 34:43Speaker 8: guy because we've heard from countless experts at this point
- 34:46Speaker 8: who have said, even sitting members of the American Congress,
- 34:52Speaker 8: their House of Reps, this could not have happened without help.
- 34:57Speaker 8: This could not have happened without some people on the
- 35:00Speaker 8: inside being in on it. That is what I've believed
- 35:04Speaker 8: since day one. Nothing else makes sense. There is no
- 35:08Speaker 8: way to explain this away, the abject failure. So it
- 35:13Speaker 8: makes sense that they're just like, well, just stop having
- 35:16Speaker 8: rallies outside because if you keep it up, we can't
- 35:19Speaker 8: guarantee your safety. And then they're off the hook if
- 35:23Speaker 8: and when it does happen again.
- 35:25Speaker 3: I do understand what the Secret Service is getting at, though,
- 35:27Speaker 3: because if you hold your rally indoors, there's no slope roofs,
- 35:32Speaker 3: so it would be perfectly easy for them.
- 35:34Speaker 9: It's not on health and safety issue.
- 35:36Speaker 7: Yeah, but imagine but if they do it indoors, like
- 35:39Speaker 7: they might have to stand on seats in a stadium
- 35:42Speaker 7: or something. Can you imagine the safety the health of
- 35:45Speaker 7: health and safety implications of that.
- 35:47Speaker 9: Trying to miss everybody else's heads, it's.
- 35:49Speaker 7: Going on a slope roof is bad and off They've
- 35:52Speaker 7: got to stand there in a stadium on the on
- 35:54Speaker 7: the seats, ready to go, they might fall forward. They'll
- 35:56Speaker 7: really have to call in the union, then, won't.
- 35:58Speaker 2: They hey, just before we go or break?
- 36:00Speaker 3: Talking about administrative stuff ups. Can we talk about Queensland
- 36:04Speaker 3: for a split second? Go on, because Steven Miles, the Premier,
- 36:07Speaker 3: has been boasting about the fact that government has been
- 36:09Speaker 3: purchasing hotels. They've been renting rooms in five star hotels
- 36:13Speaker 3: to provide accommodation for homeless people, just to give them
- 36:16Speaker 3: somewhere to stay until you know social housing is organized. Well,
- 36:20Speaker 3: that's a great idea, except that people are enjoying the
- 36:23Speaker 3: five star hotel accommodation just a little bit too much.
- 36:27Speaker 3: LNP Housing spokesman Tim Mander has accused the government of
- 36:31Speaker 3: providing such glorious and luxurious accommodation that when social housing
- 36:36Speaker 3: is provided, people are refusing to leave the hotels because
- 36:41Speaker 3: they're so good. There's one hotel, the crystal Brook Hotel,
- 36:44Speaker 3: where they're accommodating people. It's got an outdoor pool, it's
- 36:47Speaker 3: got a fitness center, and apparently people are saying.
- 36:50Speaker 2: No, we'd rather just stay here rather than take I've never.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Had it so good.
- 36:54Speaker 8: Thanks for the offer of social housing, but i think
- 36:58Speaker 8: i'll stay.
- 36:58Speaker 1: As of eleven pm, I'm homeless. Moving between us.
- 37:02Speaker 2: We're going to go to a break.
- 37:03Speaker 3: When we come back, we'll look at what's making news
- 37:05Speaker 3: tomorrow that's coming up and seeing.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Welcome back.
- 37:10Speaker 3: Let's take a look at what's making news in tomorrow's papers.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Will start in Victoria with the Herald's son an incredible
- 37:16Speaker 3: front page story an exclusive Ambulance Victoria staff stood down
- 37:20Speaker 3: amid claims they embezzled three point five million dollars amboheist
- 37:24Speaker 3: is the headline. The story reads that a major fraud
- 37:27Speaker 3: has engulfed cash strapped Ambulance Victoria, with multiple staff accused
- 37:31Speaker 3: of embezzling a combined three point five million dollars from
- 37:34Speaker 3: the emergency service. It goes on to say that six
- 37:37Speaker 3: workers in the payroll department have been stood down over
- 37:42Speaker 3: allegations they claimed for overtime that they never worked. Six
- 37:47Speaker 3: people three point five million dollars. That's a fair bit
- 37:50Speaker 3: of overtime one hundred grand each. A whistleblower apparently alerted
- 37:56Speaker 3: the department to this. Investigators were brought in, and I
- 38:00Speaker 3: guess those investigations are continuing while these people have been
- 38:02Speaker 3: stood there.
- 38:02Speaker 7: I mean, if ever you needed another argument that government
- 38:05Speaker 7: just cannot run in anything.
- 38:07Speaker 1: They didn't notice until someone else told them.
- 38:10Speaker 7: That six people had each stolen allegedly in the vicinity
- 38:14Speaker 7: of six hundred thousand dollars.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Each in over time.
- 38:18Speaker 7: And they also apparently uncovered people rocking up to work
- 38:21Speaker 7: and not even logging onto their computers. So we've got
- 38:25Speaker 7: all these problems if we don't have enough coppers, and
- 38:28Speaker 7: we don't have enough people actually driving the ambulances, we
- 38:31Speaker 7: don't have enough paramedics, we don't have enough doctors, etc.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Meanwhile, we've got so much large, yes.
- 38:36Speaker 7: Over in the bureaucracy of ambulance Victoria, that they can
- 38:41Speaker 7: literally defraud the government of three and a half million dollars,
- 38:44Speaker 7: six of them, and it just went unnoticed.
- 38:46Speaker 9: I wonder how long a period that they did that over.
- 38:50Speaker 8: That would be really interesting because obviously the longer the period,
- 38:54Speaker 8: the less noticeable it would be.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Yeah, that kind of money, it must have been over
- 38:58Speaker 2: a stretch.
- 38:58Speaker 9: Yeah, you would assume so. But hey, these guys are
- 39:02Speaker 9: paid a pittance.
- 39:03Speaker 6: They have endlessly tried for raisors.
- 39:06Speaker 9: Some of them just took it into their own hands, like, you.
- 39:09Speaker 8: Know what, we're gonna get our dues. We're gonna ensure
- 39:13Speaker 8: that we're paid well where were.
- 39:14Speaker 7: Well, you know, as they often said, it's only a
- 39:17Speaker 7: raught if you're not in honest, they sure as hell we're.
- 39:22Speaker 8: In on it.
- 39:22Speaker 7: Let's go to a slightly less amusing story of emergency
- 39:26Speaker 7: services on the advertiser tomorrow. Make sure if you live
- 39:30Speaker 7: in Adelaide you pick up the Advertiser every Friday.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Great column some blow called caylib bond rats it and
- 39:35Speaker 1: the story tomorrow.
- 39:36Speaker 7: So see if his volunteers take place of police and
- 39:39Speaker 7: ambos flaming out the headline Volunteer firefighters risk burning out
- 39:44Speaker 7: because they're being called to take the place of police
- 39:46Speaker 7: and paramedics in the regions. A Country Fire Service officer
- 39:50Speaker 7: has warned this bogeys. A group officer has been involved
- 39:53Speaker 7: in the CFS for a long time, Kim Eagle. He's
- 39:56Speaker 7: from Port Lincoln and he's told a parliamentary committee that
- 39:59Speaker 7: beca they have such a shortage of coppers etc. That
- 40:03Speaker 7: they are calling out volunteer firefighters to go and fill
- 40:08Speaker 7: in for police. Now, good on these blokes for stepping
- 40:12Speaker 7: in where they need to step in. This is the
- 40:15Speaker 7: kind of spirit that makes this country great. But how
- 40:18Speaker 7: scary to think that the person rocking up to a
- 40:22Speaker 7: potential homicide situation, to a domestic violence situation to God
- 40:27Speaker 7: knows what else right is a bloke who's trained in
- 40:31Speaker 7: how to put out a fire. He's not trained in
- 40:33Speaker 7: anything else. He's certainly not paid to do this job,
- 40:37Speaker 7: and we're sending him out as though he were a
- 40:38Speaker 7: copper or a paramedic.
- 40:40Speaker 1: It's just incredible.
- 40:41Speaker 3: And in the event there's a fire, these guys are
- 40:43Speaker 3: exhausted from having to do police work and ambulance work.
- 40:47Speaker 3: It's a classic case of robbing Peter to pay Paul right.
- 40:50Speaker 3: One problem is creates another one, and it's unfortunately quite
- 40:54Speaker 3: typical of what's happening to our emergency services right around
- 40:57Speaker 3: the country.
- 40:57Speaker 8: Indeed, to the front page of the os OW extremist
- 41:01Speaker 8: spared terror call, what a surprise. The Albanese government is
- 41:06Speaker 8: not considering listing his Bubtim.
- 41:11Speaker 9: As a never I can never pronounce it. Whatever you think, Yeah,
- 41:16Speaker 9: what's your what's your his?
- 41:18Speaker 6: Okay?
- 41:19Speaker 9: That was very convincing, thank you.
- 41:21Speaker 8: They are not considering listing them as a terrorist organization,
- 41:25Speaker 8: despite the group having praised her mask for the October
- 41:28Speaker 8: seven attack and revelations its leaders are calling for Sharia
- 41:32Speaker 8: law to be introduced across Australia. So these radical preachers
- 41:37Speaker 8: who had a much bigger splash on the front page
- 41:40Speaker 8: of the ODDS just yesterday that went into detail about
- 41:45Speaker 8: what these guys.
- 41:45Speaker 9: Are preaching to their followings.
- 41:47Speaker 8: It's just got to me wondering what do you have
- 41:49Speaker 8: to do to be considered officially as a terrorist organization
- 41:55Speaker 8: if you are in our country and you were outright
- 41:59Speaker 8: saying screw democracy, screw these people, we.
- 42:03Speaker 6: Don't like their culture, We're not part of this.
- 42:05Speaker 9: We are here to take over and we want to
- 42:07Speaker 9: roll out sharia law. How are you going to go
- 42:10Speaker 9: about that peaceably?
- 42:12Speaker 8: What do you have to do for the Albanese government
- 42:15Speaker 8: to go Yeah, okay, we do consider these guys a
- 42:19Speaker 8: domestic terrorist.
- 42:20Speaker 3: Group and I believe his book Teria Harriot are registered
- 42:24Speaker 3: as a terror organization in the UK?
- 42:26Speaker 12: Are they?
- 42:27Speaker 3: So it's not like these guys have no form and
- 42:30Speaker 3: our allies don't have opinions that we could very easily
- 42:33Speaker 3: liaise with them, get the information and make a determination.
- 42:36Speaker 7: And his book Toia, I think is previously spoken in
- 42:38Speaker 7: defensive honor.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Killings and all that.
- 42:40Speaker 7: Right, So we are talking at a very radical organization
- 42:45Speaker 7: and even on that basis, the Prime Minister is not
- 42:48Speaker 7: willing to declare them a terrorist organization.
- 42:51Speaker 1: You would have to assume that they would.
- 42:54Speaker 7: Actually have to go out and kill someone then before
- 42:57Speaker 7: they get deemed a terrorist organization. So the problem with
- 43:00Speaker 7: that is that by the time they've killed someone, they
- 43:03Speaker 7: didn't need to be called a terrorist organization anymore. It's
- 43:07Speaker 7: pretty damn clear because they've executed the terror that they
- 43:10Speaker 7: wanted to roar it upon the world. If you can
- 43:14Speaker 7: openly stand out there and say that we want to
- 43:17Speaker 7: overthrow democracy and replace your system of law with Sharia law,
- 43:23Speaker 7: then you are a terrorist organizer.
- 43:25Speaker 6: And you are insurrection exactly.
- 43:27Speaker 7: You are trying to strike terror into the hearts and
- 43:31Speaker 7: minds of Australians by telling them that we are coming
- 43:35Speaker 7: for you.
- 43:35Speaker 1: And not only are we coming for you, we're coming
- 43:37Speaker 1: for all the.
- 43:38Speaker 7: Systems that allow you to live in a peaceful and
- 43:42Speaker 7: free manner in this country. Now you can make the argument,
- 43:45Speaker 7: and this is probably what Albanezi would say if you
- 43:49Speaker 7: asked him, Well, you know, socialists believe that we should
- 43:52Speaker 7: overthrow the terms of the oven as well.
- 43:54Speaker 1: It's a different thing, right, It's a completely different thing.
- 43:57Speaker 7: We're talking about a political ideology that wants to over
- 44:00Speaker 7: the country entire and they can't even make the list
- 44:04Speaker 7: there is something seriously wrong.
- 44:06Speaker 2: They're not a terror organization.
- 44:07Speaker 3: They're just a glorious part of the patchwork of multicls
- 44:11Speaker 3: cultural enrichment.
- 44:11Speaker 8: But this is so extremely hypocritical at a time when
- 44:15Speaker 8: we've seen the radicalization of younger boys in our country,
- 44:21Speaker 8: normally around sixteen years of age. We've seen that in
- 44:25Speaker 8: the month's proceeding today and it's it's grace countless headlines
- 44:30Speaker 8: saying we're really worried about these young guys being radicalized
- 44:33Speaker 8: online into Islam. And then you want to turn around
- 44:37Speaker 8: and say, oh, well, these guys are okay, just keep
- 44:39Speaker 8: doing what you're doing.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Nothing to see define hate speech? How are we ever
- 44:43Speaker 2: going to define a terror organization?
- 44:45Speaker 1: Good point.
- 44:46Speaker 8: Indeed, second splash the odds power up needed slow shift
- 44:51Speaker 8: to green. Pressure is growing on Labour's bid to hit
- 44:55Speaker 8: eighty two percent renewables by twenty thirty with just one
- 44:59Speaker 8: new green energy project connecting to the grid in the
- 45:03Speaker 8: June quarter, as developers urge the new South Wales government
- 45:07Speaker 8: to speed up priority projects or risk derailing the energy transition.
- 45:12Speaker 6: Mate nobody believes.
- 45:14Speaker 8: That we're getting to eighty two percent renewables by twenty
- 45:17Speaker 8: thirty one.
- 45:19Speaker 1: One quarter one.
- 45:21Speaker 2: Chris Bowen believes it.
- 45:22Speaker 7: Well, I mean, Chris come believes a lot of things,
- 45:24Speaker 7: but we don't believe anything he ses.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Speaking of renewable energy.
- 45:28Speaker 3: Interesting story on the front page of the Newcastle Herald tomorrow,
- 45:31Speaker 3: holding out Liddell Hope says the headline oppositionally that. Peter
- 45:35Speaker 3: Dutton says he remains hopeful Energy Giant AGL will reverse
- 45:39Speaker 3: its anti nuclear stamps and work with the Coalition government
- 45:43Speaker 3: to allow nuclear energy to be generated at the former
- 45:45Speaker 3: Liddell coal fired power station site. Now AGL who own
- 45:49Speaker 3: the site, and this site is crucial for the coalition's
- 45:52Speaker 3: nuclear plans, but AGL want to turn it into a
- 45:54Speaker 3: clean green energy site. Dutton says, if they won't allow
- 45:59Speaker 3: a nuclear reacted to be put there, then a coalition
- 46:02Speaker 3: government would forcibly seize that land.
- 46:05Speaker 2: We love the internal contradictions for the coalition well.
- 46:08Speaker 7: Indeed, but what Dudney suggesting is a clean green energy
- 46:12Speaker 7: site in the what's the problem?
- 46:14Speaker 1: By the way, what a great headline holding out Liddell Hope. Hahaha,
- 46:18Speaker 1: I love it.
- 46:19Speaker 2: We're going to go to a break when we come back.
- 46:21Speaker 2: Whale watchers.
- 46:22Speaker 3: These guys got a lot closer to a humpback than
- 46:25Speaker 3: they ever intended.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Will show you the vision just a second. All right,
- 46:30Speaker 2: Welcome back, Liz.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Podcaster Matt Walsh, who did that What is a Woman documentary?
- 46:35Speaker 2: Which was brilliant. He's got a new documentary coming out.
- 46:38Speaker 8: Matt Rolsh of The Daily Wire has now gone under
- 46:41Speaker 8: cover to answer the question.
- 46:43Speaker 9: Am I a racist?
- 46:45Speaker 6: You're not going to want to miss this? Check out
- 46:47Speaker 6: the preview?
- 46:49Speaker 2: Am I racist?
- 46:51Speaker 6: I would really appreciate it if you laugh.
- 46:52Speaker 2: I'm trying to learn them on this Jurney.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Do you please live?
- 46:55Speaker 2: I'm going to sort this out. I need to go
- 46:57Speaker 2: deeper under cover if I want to be an ally,
- 47:00Speaker 2: need to look like one.
- 47:07Speaker 6: What is racism?
- 47:08Speaker 2: Prod us? The King said not to judge people buy you.
- 47:10Speaker 6: That was the King said.
- 47:11Speaker 2: A lot of stuff with America inherently racist?
- 47:14Speaker 7: What the hell is that?
- 47:15Speaker 6: The word inherent is challenging?
- 47:17Speaker 7: There?
- 47:18Speaker 14: America is racist to expones all of the inherently.
- 47:21Speaker 11: Yes, the entire system has to burn. And I'm not
- 47:24Speaker 11: going to even use save this country.
- 47:25Speaker 6: This country is not worth saving.
- 47:26Speaker 11: This country is a piece of shit.
- 47:30Speaker 8: Oh sorry, I cannot wait to watch the feature length film.
- 47:37Speaker 8: This guy is the biggest troll, but can also come
- 47:41Speaker 8: across as extremely serious when he wants to. And there's
- 47:43Speaker 8: one interview in a longer preview where one of them
- 47:47Speaker 8: kind of asks a bit more about him and she's
- 47:49Speaker 8: all like, oh, well, you can't be.
- 47:51Speaker 9: Too careful these days, and he's like, yeah.
- 47:53Speaker 11: No, you really.
- 47:55Speaker 7: This is like Sasha Baron Cohen levels of duping people
- 48:00Speaker 7: Alley g and boor At and all that. And people
- 48:02Speaker 7: took a hook line and sinker, and clearly they took
- 48:05Speaker 7: a hook line and sinker here as well, which just
- 48:07Speaker 7: goes to prove how utterly dumb some of these lifties are. Well.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Speaking of hook line and sinker, let's talk about fish,
- 48:14Speaker 3: big ones. A lot of people pay a lot of
- 48:16Speaker 3: money to get close to whales, but a couple of
- 48:18Speaker 3: fishermen in New Hampshire got a lot closer than they anticipated.
- 48:22Speaker 3: They were just fishing, minding their own business when a
- 48:25Speaker 3: whale leapt out of the water and landed on their boat,
- 48:28Speaker 3: throwing them into the drink.
- 48:33Speaker 8: Oh my god.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Now media were reporting it.
- 48:51Speaker 3: As a humpback whale that was really pissed off, but
- 48:54Speaker 3: experts said, no, no, the whale wasn't agitated.
- 48:56Speaker 2: It was just the boat was very unlucky to be
- 48:59Speaker 2: in that spot that moment.
- 49:00Speaker 8: It does come across this piste off though, he's like,
- 49:03Speaker 8: you want a piece of me, I'll get out of it.
- 49:06Speaker 7: I don't know why people pay a lot of money
- 49:07Speaker 7: to go while watching I just go to the local
- 49:10Speaker 7: food court.
- 49:10Speaker 1: But I have to say though that I reckon, I reckon,
- 49:14Speaker 1: I reckon. Those people had a whale of a time
- 49:17Speaker 1: on that note.
- 49:19Speaker 3: That's it from us, So coming up gives the read
- 49:21Speaker 3: a penny show it's coming up in a moment
