- 0:11Speaker 1: It's no Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. Amya house,
- 0:18Speaker 1: drump Shooter. It's Thursday. Well, normally every Thursday, I dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend Mark Lupe joins us. But Mark is with his
- 0:23Speaker 1: family in Greece, a family vacation. Remember I think he
- 0:27Speaker 1: told us he's going to be away for two weeks.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We have a big surprise today. It's not Friday. It's Thursday,
- 0:33Speaker 1: but our Friday friend Cory is joining Good Today. Corey.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Are you there? I am here for a thrilling Thursday.
- 0:41Speaker 1: I'm going to rebrand it strange.
- 0:44Speaker 2: No, well, listen, I mean, it's just that I almost
- 0:46Speaker 2: get to kick off my weekend early though, because I
- 0:48Speaker 2: don't have to get up so early tomorrow.
- 0:50Speaker 1: That's all right, you could go out to dancing tonight,
- 0:53Speaker 1: my friend. Thank you for filling in for Mark today.
- 0:56Speaker 1: It's really really helpful. Let's jump into Asher. What time
- 0:59Speaker 1: is it, my friends? It is time. Big story at
- 1:02Speaker 1: the top of the show, everybody's talking about Amy Rubek
- 1:05Speaker 1: and t J. Holmes. Remember those two. They were the
- 1:08Speaker 1: host ofs GMA three, the co hosts, and then they
- 1:11Speaker 1: got handsy with one another and then they sort of
- 1:14Speaker 1: lost their job, which I still don't totally understand they
- 1:18Speaker 1: were both going through separations. Now. The timing's always fuzzy.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Whenever we do these timelines of the relationships, I'm looking
- 1:26Speaker 1: at you, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jerry, they never quite match.
- 1:29Speaker 1: At Ariona Grande, I'm looking at you too. They always
- 1:33Speaker 1: when they get together, these celebrities always hell, we never
- 1:36Speaker 1: got together until after we got separated, and it's a
- 1:40Speaker 1: bit of a crossover, which probably happens in real life too. Unfortunately.
- 1:45Speaker 1: So ultimately they were fired and they've really worked since.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So they did get a big payout, So don't worry
- 1:51Speaker 1: about money. They've got a lot of money that's coming
- 1:55Speaker 1: to an end. They launched a podcast, they did tons
- 1:59Speaker 1: of meeting, but what they really did was get photographed
- 2:03Speaker 1: all around New York by the paparazzi, which I have
- 2:06Speaker 1: to admit I believe they enjoy a little bit. So
- 2:09Speaker 1: they were at this event a few nights ago. Mister
- 2:11Speaker 1: was there. It was actually Mister who spotted almost and
- 2:14Speaker 1: they were really really handsy. At one point TJ was
- 2:20Speaker 1: literally putting his hands down her hands and they were
- 2:24Speaker 1: like really because like you know, when you see a
- 2:26Speaker 1: couple hands and it's lovely. This was like that couple
- 2:30Speaker 1: we've all seen them. They just can't stop kissing and touching.
- 2:35Speaker 1: We get it, Amy TJ. We get it. You are
- 2:38Speaker 1: in love. I believe you. I'm not doubting you. I
- 2:40Speaker 1: believe that you love each other. But why do you
- 2:44Speaker 1: have to show the world. It feels a little bit
- 2:48Speaker 1: too much. Narrow personal little note here. I went to
- 2:52Speaker 1: a wedding about a year ago. A dear friend of
- 2:55Speaker 1: mine who works on the Today Show got married and
- 2:57Speaker 1: she's very close with Amy. I've met Amy many time.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I'm socially through our mutual friend the wedding, Aim Hindj
- 3:06Speaker 1: with Dirty the wedding. Yeah, okay, what do you think, listen?
- 3:10Speaker 2: I have a theory about that. You know me, So,
- 3:12Speaker 2: I think there's a psychological component to this. I think
- 3:15Speaker 2: they have become a brand together, and they're this hot,
- 3:18Speaker 2: sexy brand visually, both very attractive, and I think they're
- 3:22Speaker 2: actually they're turned on by the attention they receive when
- 3:26Speaker 2: they act as way in public. I bet you they
- 3:29Speaker 2: go right home and they put on the fluffy slippers
- 3:32Speaker 2: and flannel pajamas and they're watching, like you know, Flintstones
- 3:37Speaker 2: episodes on like Nickelodeon, Like, it's not that this is
- 3:41Speaker 2: all performative, and I think it's just bs because they
- 3:44Speaker 2: love to see people watch them. It's a voyeuristic attraction
- 3:47Speaker 2: that they are really.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Probably a part of. I think it's a bad attention,
- 3:51Speaker 1: isn't it. A friend of mine, another friend of mine
- 3:53Speaker 1: who knows them really really well, said that they're obsessed
- 3:56Speaker 1: with the paparazzi. They're obsessed with having their picture in
- 3:59Speaker 1: the page and is exciting. Both of them always wanted
- 4:01Speaker 1: to be really, really famous, and they sort of were
- 4:04Speaker 1: like moderately famous. I didn't really think if I didn't
- 4:08Speaker 1: know Amy, I probably wouldn't be able to tell you
- 4:11Speaker 1: her name. There's a lot of really beautiful, really smart
- 4:14Speaker 1: people on television, but there's only one holder. There's only
- 4:17Speaker 1: one Robin Roberts. I don't think Amy was in that
- 4:19Speaker 1: Oprah type league of hosts, and so this has made
- 4:23Speaker 1: her quite famous, and so I think she's enjoying all this. Now,
- 4:27Speaker 1: this is what the problem is. Whenever they get really
- 4:30Speaker 1: handsy at an event, we talk about it. They're the
- 4:34Speaker 1: lead of the nrdy but nice show. They're in the
- 4:36Speaker 1: newspapers everyone, so we're rewarding their behavior again. So it's
- 4:40Speaker 1: a round. It's a circle, isn't it. They have realized
- 4:43Speaker 1: if they like attention, which they do, if they like
- 4:45Speaker 1: publicity they do, how do they get it by being
- 4:49Speaker 1: really outrageous with one another when they're out and you know.
- 4:52Speaker 3: What, it's worked again. It's absolutely that's worked again. So
- 4:56Speaker 3: do we stop talking? They're they're not going to stop
- 4:59Speaker 3: doing this. I spotted the two of them. So every
- 5:02Speaker 3: day I go for a long walk down the down
- 5:05Speaker 3: the west side, down.
- 5:06Speaker 1: The Hudson River. It's beautiful, Cory. I always, not always,
- 5:09Speaker 1: but I often see Amy and TJ running down there.
- 5:12Speaker 1: They're both big runners. The two of them run like
- 5:16Speaker 1: pretty regular people until they see some like.
- 5:20Speaker 2: The camera rubbing each other into the hand.
- 5:24Speaker 1: They're like holding wastes. They're doing like a conga line
- 5:27Speaker 1: down like I could see.
- 5:29Speaker 2: It's totally bs and I'll tell you, but they have
- 5:31Speaker 2: to be very careful, Rob, you know. Protecting your brand
- 5:34Speaker 2: when you do become famous is also another part of it.
- 5:36Speaker 2: That same public that has just built you up loves.
- 5:40Speaker 1: To tear you down. You go too far, so watch
- 5:42Speaker 1: it with that brand. They do, And I would say
- 5:45Speaker 1: to them I was a marketing expert for for a
- 5:47Speaker 1: long time. You too, Corey, what is your brand? Like?
- 5:50Speaker 1: What is your brand? Do like honestly in forwards or
- 5:53Speaker 1: less a little plug for but forwards? What do you do?
- 5:57Speaker 1: And you know, it's perfectly fine if they said our
- 5:59Speaker 1: brand is just sex, our brand is affection, right, great,
- 6:02Speaker 1: So what are you going to join? Only fans because
- 6:05Speaker 1: you do that? To do with that, right and then
- 6:07Speaker 1: be that thing. That's the thing you are.
- 6:09Speaker 2: But right now it feels very performative and like and
- 6:12Speaker 2: that genuine I tell you that's where they're homeplane scrabble,
- 6:15Speaker 2: darling scrabble.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Yeah. I find that with my friends, not my celebrity friends,
- 6:20Speaker 1: but my friends who are just when we're in public,
- 6:22Speaker 1: they're always touching, a kissing, and then I know they
- 6:25Speaker 1: go home, would sit on O sense something of the sofa?
- 6:28Speaker 1: They don't. They don't speak. It's aw alloying to put
- 6:31Speaker 1: on a show. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for them, it
- 6:35Speaker 1: does work. We are talking about them again. I do
- 6:38Speaker 1: wish them well, but I think, like Harry and Meghan,
- 6:41Speaker 1: the two of them have to sit down and say,
- 6:42Speaker 1: what is our brand? Because we both got fired for love,
- 6:45Speaker 1: We've sort of played that out. We did a year
- 6:48Speaker 1: of interviews and stories about that, and it was really interesting.
- 6:50Speaker 1: In the podcast was a big expose on that. I
- 6:53Speaker 1: listened to the first couple of episodes. I loved it,
- 6:56Speaker 1: But then after that, what are we doing now? They
- 6:58Speaker 1: are both journalists, they're both roll She particularly is a
- 7:01Speaker 1: really really good journalist, So maybe do an interview show.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I think she's great at asking questions, getting information out
- 7:09Speaker 1: of really interesting people. Maybe do that, or maybe double
- 7:13Speaker 1: down on this very affectionate sexual sexual image that they have.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And then if you take that to its logical conclusion,
- 7:22Speaker 1: I'm trying not to be frude here, Corey. We know
- 7:25Speaker 1: where that goes. So it is a question which brings
- 7:27Speaker 1: us to our whole question of the day. Amy and
- 7:31Speaker 1: TJ got really raught you when they were out together
- 7:35Speaker 1: at an event in New York City, Miss d was
- 7:37Speaker 1: there are these two trying to Are they just trying
- 7:42Speaker 1: to add? Is it desperate? Hey? Go vote on our
- 7:46Speaker 1: Twitter page. I'd an ordinizer up. Her Facebook page is
- 7:49Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back to morrow
- 7:53Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey, Corey Love, what are you
- 7:55Speaker 1: working on? Yes?
- 7:56Speaker 2: Well, you know we haven't heard from Megan Marco's dad
- 7:58Speaker 2: for a while, which is I'm not sure that's good
- 8:00Speaker 2: or bad.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You can you all can make that judgment on that.
- 8:03Speaker 2: But her father's making news again here because you know,
- 8:05Speaker 2: he's struggling apparently in the Philippines. That's after he moved
- 8:09Speaker 2: from Mexico to the Philippines to apparently start fresh, if
- 8:12Speaker 2: you will. But it's been hard, a source close to
- 8:15Speaker 2: the family is saying, and he said, you know, he
- 8:17Speaker 2: thought he'd find peace and quiet there, but he's actually
- 8:19Speaker 2: found isolation. It's brutally hot in the Philippines, brutally hot there,
- 8:24Speaker 2: and he's sort of like wallowing in the same sadness
- 8:27Speaker 2: that he sort of left Mexico for. So he left
- 8:30Speaker 2: ros Rito, Mexico after over a decade of living there.
- 8:34Speaker 2: And he's eighty years old, and he's a former lighting director,
- 8:37Speaker 2: you know, so he's worked in that industry for a
- 8:38Speaker 2: long time.
- 8:39Speaker 1: At eighty years old, you're.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Not doing that kind of work anymore because it's kind
- 8:42Speaker 2: of a grueling job. So he relocated earlier this year
- 8:45Speaker 2: to say Boo, which is, you know, a sweltering and
- 8:48Speaker 2: densely packed island in the Philippines alongside his son, Thomas
- 8:51Speaker 2: Markle Junior.
- 8:52Speaker 1: But insiders say, you know, he hoped the distance.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Would be something where he could heal the old wounds,
- 8:57Speaker 2: especially the ones with Megan, But so far, nothing's changed.
- 9:00Speaker 2: He just took his same misery elsewhere. And this is
- 9:03Speaker 2: a lesson I want to talk to people about too,
- 9:05Speaker 2: because I often tell people, until you clean up your
- 9:09Speaker 2: situation where you are, it doesn't matter where you can
- 9:13Speaker 2: go in the world. You're just you're just bringing that
- 9:15Speaker 2: same baggage with you. So he took his He took
- 9:17Speaker 2: his baggage, his you know, his boss, his boss that's
- 9:20Speaker 2: with him from Mexico to the Philippines. He didn't work
- 9:24Speaker 2: on himself or work on his relationships, So why would
- 9:27Speaker 2: they be any different in a different location.
- 9:28Speaker 1: When you're really smart, really smart, Yeah, you carry it around.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It follows you around, doesn't it. If you are not
- 9:35Speaker 1: a nice person at home, you're not going to be
- 9:37Speaker 1: a nice person at work. You just follows you around.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Think a change of locations can change you is silly. Yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 1: it doesn't. And I think the reason a lot of
- 9:46Speaker 1: people think it does is because when you go on
- 9:47Speaker 1: holiday for a week, you're all happy and smiling, and
- 9:50Speaker 1: you think your whole life is going to be perfect.
- 9:51Speaker 1: So you go back to live there, and then all
- 9:54Speaker 1: those feelings, all those emotions, they come flooding back. You
- 9:58Speaker 1: are who you are. I think he would be better
- 10:00Speaker 1: of working on himself. The sad part of this, though,
- 10:02Speaker 1: is that he's not well inside. Has told me. You know,
- 10:05Speaker 1: he's an old man. He has lots of regrets, and
- 10:09Speaker 1: I think, I don't know. It's complicated here because he
- 10:13Speaker 1: really did betray Meghan. We can't we can't emphasize enough
- 10:18Speaker 1: what he did to Meghan. I wish she found a
- 10:22Speaker 1: place to forgive him. I'm not guilting her here. It's
- 10:25Speaker 1: definitely her choice. Families can be really, really complicated. I
- 10:29Speaker 1: also two sources tell me there's a trust issue there,
- 10:32Speaker 1: that she just doesn't trust him, which is ironic because
- 10:35Speaker 1: that's how Harry's family feel about him. It's interesting, isn't it.
- 10:38Speaker 1: We're always talking about Harry's relationship with his family, and
- 10:41Speaker 1: we seem to forget that Meghan's in a very similar
- 10:43Speaker 1: position with hers. All she has is her mom. I
- 10:47Speaker 1: hope they find some peace, not just for the dad's sake,
- 10:50Speaker 1: for Meghan's sake, for the grandkid's sakes. It makes me
- 10:54Speaker 1: sad that this man is all by himself in his eighties.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But this is what happens in life. You can't treat
- 11:00Speaker 1: people terribly and then say boohoo, I'm all alone. Look around.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I've pushed people away by behaving really really not in
- 11:11Speaker 1: a way that I'm proud of. And now that person's
- 11:13Speaker 1: gone from my life and there's no making that up.
- 11:16Speaker 1: And so treat people well and that's going to make
- 11:19Speaker 1: your life better. Okay, this story made me so sad.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I think I've spoken about this. I try not to
- 11:25Speaker 1: speak about her very much. But of all the celebrities
- 11:27Speaker 1: that I've worked for, my favorite one was Kate Spade.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Kate Spade was just so dear to me. We became friends,
- 11:33Speaker 1: we traveled together. I miss her terribly well. Now a
- 11:37Speaker 1: friend of hers, someone she was actually a business partner with,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I've met this lady is writing a book, and sources
- 11:45Speaker 1: tell me that friends, family members are really really cautious
- 11:50Speaker 1: about this. Four years since Kate's passing, the family and
- 11:56Speaker 1: friends have been really trying to make sure a Kate's child,
- 12:00Speaker 1: she has one daughter, that she has some grace to
- 12:04Speaker 1: grow up in a world that is not constantly talking
- 12:08Speaker 1: about the suicide of her mom. They've asked friends not
- 12:11Speaker 1: to do interviews. You see these documentaries about Kate, these
- 12:15Speaker 1: books about her, They really would rather they didn't exist. Well,
- 12:18Speaker 1: now one of her closest friends is doing just that.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I'm told the book is very tender, it's very gentle.
- 12:26Speaker 1: But Kate was so private, so private. Her daughter has
- 12:31Speaker 1: been struggling to she lost her mom, and so this
- 12:35Speaker 1: is just makes me. It gives me pause. It gives
- 12:38Speaker 1: me pause. I remember after she died, pretty much every
- 12:40Speaker 1: TV show, the morning shows called me to see if
- 12:44Speaker 1: I would go on and talk about Kate. And I
- 12:47Speaker 1: reached out to the family and they said, please don't
- 12:49Speaker 1: rob and I didn't do it. I didn't do it.
- 12:52Speaker 1: So now this feels like a betrayal. It doesn't sit
- 12:55Speaker 1: well with me. Obviously, people have stories to tell. Kate
- 12:59Speaker 1: was a big part of many, many people's lives. But
- 13:02Speaker 1: the whole book about your friendship with somebody who would
- 13:06Speaker 1: not want you to do this, who would want privacy. Yeah, well, well.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I think you know you're right for all those points.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I will say there is one exception if the friend's
- 13:15Speaker 2: intention is because all the other books out there have
- 13:19Speaker 2: portrayed Kate in a way that she feels is unfair, unflattering, unjust,
- 13:23Speaker 2: and she wants people to know the other side, or
- 13:27Speaker 2: to know the beauty of the friend. It really depends
- 13:29Speaker 2: on what she writes, it doesn't I mean, Kate maybe
- 13:31Speaker 2: have preferred her not to write it at all, but
- 13:33Speaker 2: I think it's an important book. And wow, the irony
- 13:38Speaker 2: though of Kate seemingly having everything, having it all, being
- 13:42Speaker 2: the being the epitibill the girl, right. I think of
- 13:46Speaker 2: her and I see the floral print dresses and the
- 13:48Speaker 2: little perfect handbag and the perfect effect, and she was
- 13:52Speaker 2: so you know, so.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Hurting inside, full of demons. I miss you. I miss you, Kate,
- 13:57Speaker 1: I really do. And I'm not sure I'm going to
- 13:59Speaker 1: be able to read this book. I don't think i'm
- 14:01Speaker 1: going to. Really, I want to remember you as I
- 14:05Speaker 1: do and rest in peace, my dear friend. Okay, quickly,
- 14:08Speaker 1: before we go to break, very hot Maximum from Dancing
- 14:11Speaker 1: with the Stars has apparently hung up his dan shoes
- 14:14Speaker 1: and it's not hit the bottle explained.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Oh that's very clever, Rob. Yes, well a Maxim and
- 14:20Speaker 2: I always butcher her name, but I think Schmierkowsky.
- 14:22Speaker 1: I always yes.
- 14:23Speaker 2: So Maxim Schmilkowsky, he's launching this new Ukrainian inspired vodka,
- 14:28Speaker 2: so he's got my vote on that. But Dancing with
- 14:31Speaker 2: the Stars, he's an alum of the show, of course,
- 14:34Speaker 2: But yeah, he's trained in his barroom glitz, you know,
- 14:36Speaker 2: for a little barroom buzz with the New York launch
- 14:40Speaker 2: of this handcrafted vodka. It's called Tetchya Kappa and it's
- 14:43Speaker 2: a personal tribute to the woman who taught him how
- 14:46Speaker 2: to do vodka shots before he was even in his
- 14:50Speaker 2: teen So I'm not sure if we were to want
- 14:51Speaker 2: to celebrate that part of the brand, because that's underage drinking. However,
- 14:56Speaker 2: in Ukrainian culture, he says, we toast to everything, birthdays, funerals, graduations,
- 15:00Speaker 2: all with vodka. That is our version of wine. So
- 15:04Speaker 2: that's an interesting kind of cultural perspective too about how
- 15:07Speaker 2: that that is the position that vodka has in that culture.
- 15:11Speaker 1: So it's named after max.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Beloved aunt Tetchya, and that's Aunt the Ukrainian and the
- 15:17Speaker 2: vodka is made of Sauvignon blanc grapes, no corn, no sugar,
- 15:21Speaker 2: and was designed to be sipped like a fine mescal.
- 15:24Speaker 2: So I'm like, you know, we got to get to
- 15:26Speaker 2: New York and try this.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Honey, ho, do you better send us a bottle? If
- 15:29Speaker 1: you're listening Max a level, I was actually invited. I
- 15:31Speaker 1: think tomorrow night, Friday night, they're having a party for
- 15:34Speaker 1: Maximum a roof somewhere and maybe I'll go and we're
- 15:40Speaker 1: gonna take a quick breaking movie right back. Welcome back
- 15:44Speaker 1: to the Naughty but nine Shammy host from Shooto with
- 15:46Speaker 1: a dear friend, Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey, let's get to
- 15:49Speaker 1: the polls. Yesterday we talked about how a fan exploded
- 15:53Speaker 1: in the court room at the did de trial swim
- 15:55Speaker 1: and chatting got excluded out? Did he was watching all this?
- 15:59Speaker 1: The jury wasn't there to see it. Do you think
- 16:01Speaker 1: Diddi is loving all this attend It's a bit of
- 16:03Speaker 1: an obvious question, said, yes, I absolutely agree. I agree.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I agree. Don't forget to vote on today's long Twitter
- 16:12Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty
- 16:16Speaker 1: Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 16:21Speaker 1: your results. And now it's time for nicest of the today.
- 16:27Speaker 2: No, yes, well, this is a very sweet story, you know,
- 16:31Speaker 2: so Megan Markle, she celebrated Princess Lilibit's fourth birthday with
- 16:36Speaker 2: never before seeing photos. Now there's like a really beautiful,
- 16:39Speaker 2: heart melting Instagram tribute and we've had a lot of
- 16:42Speaker 2: family photos with you know, intimate relationship moments and stuff,
- 16:46Speaker 2: really really great. And she said happy birthday to our
- 16:48Speaker 2: beautiful girl. That was the caption, and a black and
- 16:51Speaker 2: white photo of herself cuddling little Bit on a boat
- 16:54Speaker 2: along with her never seen before images of the delivery
- 16:57Speaker 2: room where she had the baby. So that was really
- 16:59Speaker 2: sweet to see her and Harry dancing around and stuff
- 17:02Speaker 2: when the baby was born. Really fine, so very.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Sweet, sweet, really really sweet. Nice this of the day.
- 17:08Speaker 1: And I noticed the name lots of reports out there
- 17:11Speaker 1: that Blake Lively is begging Taylor Swift to forgive us
- 17:14Speaker 1: a messages, emails, texts telling me it is over. So
- 17:20Speaker 1: Taylor has not responded to a single text message, not
- 17:23Speaker 1: a voice message, not even an email. She's done, and
- 17:26Speaker 1: she is furious. Taylor's the naughtiest of the day here,
- 17:29Speaker 1: because if you've had a friendship, you do owe somebody
- 17:33Speaker 1: an explanation. I was Taylor, I would pick up a
- 17:36Speaker 1: phone and Taylor, I'd say, like, this doesn't feel right
- 17:40Speaker 1: and I don't think we can be close anymore. But
- 17:43Speaker 1: I find and we talk about saying finding the good
- 17:46Speaker 1: and goodbye a lot on this show. If somebody's that hurt,
- 17:51Speaker 1: and clearly Blake ears, I would write a little note
- 17:54Speaker 1: back just me. You don't have to do this, naughties.
- 17:58Speaker 1: But I think this one here makes me sad to
- 18:01Speaker 1: have a really good friend. I have you ever lost
- 18:02Speaker 1: a really good friend over something so awful? And it
- 18:06Speaker 1: makes me say I hate to see friendships fall apart,
- 18:09Speaker 1: particularly friendships that have been around for a really long time.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Oh it's also sad annaughty is the day. Let's end
- 18:16Speaker 1: with a moment of rubb You get a rub now
- 18:21Speaker 1: a moment of today is actually conflicting with what I've
- 18:24Speaker 1: just said about idealities in the day. However, let's talk
- 18:27Speaker 1: about detachment. Detachment is a superpower. Detachment doesn't mean you
- 18:33Speaker 1: don't care. It means you can finally care about yourself
- 18:36Speaker 1: and so let go when things are not working, let
- 18:39Speaker 1: them fall away, release it. Your power isn't told in on.
- 18:45Speaker 1: It's knowing when to walk away with grace. So walk
- 18:50Speaker 1: away with grace. If someone's coming at you. I've had
- 18:52Speaker 1: to learn this. I used to love a good fight.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Oh I love to get into an argument and scream
- 18:58Speaker 1: and shan and start mine fort Now I'm really good
- 19:02Speaker 1: at letting go, but you have to really practice, and
- 19:06Speaker 1: you've got to let go to in your mind. If
- 19:08Speaker 1: you were thinking about somebody all the time, you've not
- 19:11Speaker 1: let go. You know, when you're really over something somebody,
- 19:15Speaker 1: when you just move on. Hey, that is it for today, Corey.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Thank you for jumping onto data phil In with Mark.
- 19:25Speaker 1: You can start your weekend now. Ely Caly have a
- 19:28Speaker 1: fabulous three day weekend. Naughties. I'm gonna see you tomorrow.
- 19:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna do a solo show tomorrow month the Elvis
- 19:35Speaker 1: Durant Show early, So I'm gonna take the show really
- 19:38Speaker 1: really early tomorrow morning and I'll be on Elvis I

- 19:46Speaker 1: is it for today. Thank you so much for listening
