  Speaker 1: eternal word from the Lord, eternal word from Yahweh, Elohim,

  Speaker 1: El Elyon, Almighty God, right? We have the word that

  Speaker 1: he left, us to live by, amen, so we could

  Speaker 1: get involved, amen, and intimate with the Lord Jesus. I'm

  Speaker 1: be guided by the power guided by the love, and

  Speaker 1: know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom

  Speaker 1: you have sent. Amen. I believe that's the Lord speaking.

  Speaker 1: eternal word is Jesus. The eternal life is Jesus. Amen.

  Speaker 1: The will of God is for, the will of the

  Speaker 1: Father is for us to believe in the son who

  Speaker 1: he sent, not the son who he created, not the

  Speaker 1: son who was born as a man. No, the divinity

  Speaker 1: of the Lord Jesus Christ expressed in revealed to us

  Speaker 1: in the form of a man named Jesus Christ. I

  Speaker 1: know we're Christ followers, right? We're always accused by our

  Speaker 1: counterparts of people who don't believe how we believe. They
• 5:06
  Speaker 1: always accuse us of having three gods because they say
• 5:10
  Speaker 1: that we're in error of believing in a triune God
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: or the Trinity. But Jesus reveals the Trinity, the second
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: person of the Trinity, If you believe in first mentions,
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: when you look at the book of Genesis, in the beginning,
• 5:22
  Speaker 1: God created the heavens and the earth. You see the
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: next person that shows up is Ruach Elohim, the Spirit
• 5:29
  Speaker 1: of God hovered over the darkness, right? Over the water,
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: over the sea. And so we see the Creator God, right? Elohim.

  Speaker 1: Then we see Ruach Elohim, the Spirit of God. And
• 5:41
  Speaker 1: then when God said, let there be light, the Father said,
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: let there be light. We know that later on, Jesus said,
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: I am the light of the world, all three in one.

  Speaker 1: Just in case, you know, people always wonder why we
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: believe what we believe is because we have good evidence
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: and good reason to believe in a triune God. He

  Speaker 1: revealed himself, amen, unto his people, continues to reveal himself
• 6:06
  Speaker 1: to all those who seek him out diligently and seek
• 6:09
  Speaker 1: him with all our heart, the Bible says, right? So,
• 6:13
  Speaker 1: An amazing word, an amazing gospel, an amazing life that
• 6:17
  Speaker 1: you can live when you put your hope, faith, and
• 6:20
  Speaker 1: trust in the one who gives eternal life. So what
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: if eternal life is more than just living forever? Ever
• 6:28
  Speaker 1: thought about that? Well, I have eternal life. Well, I
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: used to watch Dracula movies back in the day, right?
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: And Dracula said that he would grant us or give
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: the people he bit eternal life, right? that your destiny,
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: he says, you'll be with me forever. You will never die, right?
• 6:49
  Speaker 1: So the idea of living forever is one thing, but
• 6:53
  Speaker 1: God's idea of eternal life is another. It's not just
• 6:57
  Speaker 1: that you live forever. You're going to be in the
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: presence of the one who gives you eternal life forever
• 7:03
  Speaker 1: times infinity. That's eternity. Jesus gives us a powerful definition.
• 7:08
  Speaker 1: The definition is eternal life is knowing God and knowing Christ.

  Speaker 1: How about that? The biblical meaning of eternal life is
• 7:18
  Speaker 1: knowing Christ, knowing God, right? Because we know that eternal
• 7:23
  Speaker 1: life begins with a relationship, not with a religion, right?

  Speaker 1: God related to mankind by showing up in the form
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: of man. Get it? He's not a God that's so
• 7:39
  Speaker 1: outside of us that he never revealed himself to be
• 7:43
  Speaker 1: one of us. He created us so he knows how
• 7:46
  Speaker 1: to become one of us. He created us. The issue
• 7:51
  Speaker 1: is that we were born with the choice that we
• 7:56
  Speaker 1: can make later on when we're able to make choices.

  Speaker 1: Whatever age that could be, I know there's debates of
• 8:03
  Speaker 1: the age of accountability, but whatever age you and I
• 8:06
  Speaker 1: came to realization that we need Jesus, that is the
• 8:10
  Speaker 1: proper time for each every individual. And God met us
• 8:15
  Speaker 1: where we were. Showed up, right? Revealed himself. That's the
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: powerful message of the Lord. The powerful message of the
• 8:23
  Speaker 1: gospel that the son was sent and whoever believes in
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: him shall not perish but have what? Eternal life. It's
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: all through the scriptures. So eternal life begins with the relationship,
• 8:38
  Speaker 1: not just with a religion. You can know about God
• 8:44
  Speaker 1: When a lot of people do this, I used to
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: do this before Jesus transformed my life. I used to
• 8:49
  Speaker 1: know about God. I used to know about Jesus. I
• 8:51
  Speaker 1: knew the story of the cross. I knew the story
• 8:54
  Speaker 1: of the gospel, but I truly didn't know him. Honestly,
• 9:00
  Speaker 1: I always thought before Jesus saved me, right? I always
• 9:03
  Speaker 1: thought that Jesus, the cross, salvation was always for them.
• 9:09
  Speaker 1: Somebody else. Couldn't have been for me personally. It had
• 9:13
  Speaker 1: to be for the people in the Bible, people who
• 9:15
  Speaker 1: went to church, the goody two-shoes, all those things. All
• 9:20
  Speaker 1: those thoughts used to come to my mind. People used
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: to say, well, why don't you go to church? I said,
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: I don't want to be a hypocrite, right? Very popular
• 9:27
  Speaker 1: reason why people don't go to church because we don't
• 9:30
  Speaker 1: want to be hypocrites. And then you realize, you know,
• 9:34
  Speaker 1: when God reveals himself, you realize the most hypocritical thing
• 9:38
  Speaker 1: I could have done is not investigate the claims of
• 9:42
  Speaker 1: the Lord. Or not go to church to find out
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: what it's all about? Instead of just speculating, right? Instead
• 9:49
  Speaker 1: of just putting up ideas in my own mind, why
• 9:52
  Speaker 1: don't I go for myself and check it out? Why
• 9:55
  Speaker 1: don't you go for yourself and check it out? Why
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: don't you investigate the claims of the Lord Jesus Christ?

  Speaker 1: for yourself right so I was on that on that

  Speaker 1: wave of making excuses of why I didn't go why
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: Jesus wasn't for me and God wasn't real like I
• 10:12
  Speaker 1: was on that wave years ago because I didn't know
• 10:15
  Speaker 1: any better so Pete you know the saying you can't
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: do better if you don't know better But thank you, Jesus,
• 10:21
  Speaker 1: for your grace upon all of your creation, right? You
• 10:27
  Speaker 1: could go to church. You could attend. You could be
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: in the building, right? You could read the Bible, which
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: is very important. Read the Bible. Read your word. You
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: could sing worship songs, which, by the way, believe it
• 10:40
  Speaker 1: or not, I'm married to a worship leader. I'm not
• 10:42
  Speaker 1: really too much into slow worship music. I'll listen to it,
• 10:46
  Speaker 1: but it's not on my playlist. I like more upbeat music.
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: That's just me. And I know a lot of people say,
• 10:51
  Speaker 1: what do you mean? You don't want to sit there
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: and cry and soak in? Yeah, sometimes that happens, amen.

  Speaker 1: But it's just not my genre, the slow music. But amen,
• 11:00
  Speaker 1: if that's you, praise the Lord. I'm just saying. Just
• 11:03
  Speaker 1: a quick tidbit about me. I'm a DJ, so you probably, oh,

  Speaker 1: you listen to all kinds of music. I do listen
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: to all kinds of music. But what inspires me is
• 11:11
  Speaker 1: upbeat music that praises God more than the slow. They
• 11:16
  Speaker 1: both inspire, especially when it's driven, created, and inspired by
• 11:21
  Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus and His Spirit. So you can sing
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: worship songs, go to church, read the Bible, and you
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: can still miss. You can still miss the relationship with Jesus.
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: And you can still miss the reason why He came.
• 11:34
  Speaker 1: And you can still miss the relationship that Jesus can
• 11:38
  Speaker 1: give you. right, for eternal life. This is eternal life,
• 11:43
  Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus Christ. That's the point. So to know
• 11:48
  Speaker 1: God means to pursue him. To know God means to
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: trust him. To know God means to listen to his
• 11:57
  Speaker 1: word and allow God to transform your life. He created
• 12:03
  Speaker 1: our lives. He knows what's best for us. I might
• 12:06
  Speaker 1: not understand everything about the Lord. You might not understand
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: everything about the Lord, but he understands everything about us.
• 12:13
  Speaker 1: And he just wants us to follow and trust him,
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: believe in him, right? Whatever situation, I'm facing a situation
• 12:20
  Speaker 1: that I'm thinking about right now. I'm like, wow, how
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: am I going to do X, Y, Z? And I'm
• 12:25
  Speaker 1: keeping reminding myself, well, I don't have to figure it
• 12:27
  Speaker 1: all out. I have to go to the one who
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: knows all things to help me through it, not to
• 12:32
  Speaker 1: figure it all out. You know, I have a habit
• 12:34
  Speaker 1: of trying to figure things out And I always have
• 12:38
  Speaker 1: to remind myself, I don't know. I don't know everything.
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: What about you? Do you know everything? Go to the
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: one who does know everything, the one who gives us
• 12:45
  Speaker 1: eternal life, the one who is eternal life. The one
• 12:49
  Speaker 1: that we pursue is the one who we worship, right?

  Speaker 1: The one who we want to spend more time with
• 12:55
  Speaker 1: is the one we love the most. Jesus makes it personal, right?

  Speaker 1: To know God means to pursue him, to trust him,
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: to listen to his word, And allow him to transform
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: your life. So it's a personal thing. It's not a
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: private thing. Jesus makes it personal. In Jesus Christ. Whom
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: you have sent. So specifically. The will of the father.
• 13:20
  Speaker 1: Is for us to believe in the one who he sent.
• 13:24
  Speaker 1: Very personal. Very direct. Very exclusive. As a matter of fact.

  Speaker 1: This Jesus. Specifically this Jesus. The Christ. Born in Bethlehem.

  Speaker 1: of Nazareth, right? Jesus born from a virgin. This Jesus, right,
• 13:44
  Speaker 1: is eternal life. So the way to the Father is

  Speaker 1: only through the Son. I know people want to jump
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: over Christ Jesus to get to the Father. People want
• 13:57
  Speaker 1: to pray a certain amount of times a day in
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: a certain direction to get to their God. But Jesus said,
• 14:04
  Speaker 1: I am the way. The truth and the life, that
• 14:10
  Speaker 1: life you're talking about is the eternal life, right? It's
• 14:15
  Speaker 1: only through Jesus, this is quoting from the Lord, that
• 14:19
  Speaker 1: you can get to the Father. It's only through him
• 14:21
  Speaker 1: that you could be made right with the Father, that
• 14:24
  Speaker 1: your relationship will be reconciled. It's an amazing claim. Jesus
• 14:30
  Speaker 1: said it. Amen. I kind of believe Jesus more than
• 14:33
  Speaker 1: what other people say because he's the one who experience life, death,
• 14:39
  Speaker 1: and resurrection because he is eternal life. So I'm going
• 14:44
  Speaker 1: to believe the one who proved to the whole entire
• 14:48
  Speaker 1: universe that he has eternal life, that he conquered sin
• 14:54
  Speaker 1: and death, and that he paid the debt. The more
• 14:58
  Speaker 1: debt I get into, amen, which thank you, Jesus, I
• 15:01
  Speaker 1: don't have too much, but the more debt I get into,
• 15:04
  Speaker 1: I realize monetary debt And the sin debt, no comparison.
• 15:09
  Speaker 1: Jesus paid it all. He paid my sin debt. He
• 15:12
  Speaker 1: paid your sin debts. Do you realize that we owed
• 15:16
  Speaker 1: a debt that we couldn't afford and Jesus paid the
• 15:20
  Speaker 1: debt that he didn't owe? It's an amazing concept if
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: you think about it. The sin debt is a debt
• 15:28
  Speaker 1: that we all owe, right? More than what we owe IRS,
• 15:32
  Speaker 1: the government, bills, loans, credit cards, way more. The debt
• 15:39
  Speaker 1: of sin is more costly than the debt. Now, I'm
• 15:43
  Speaker 1: not saying, oh, get into debt. It's all good because
• 15:45
  Speaker 1: Jesus saved you. No, I'm saying pay your debts off.
• 15:49
  Speaker 1: But the greatest debt that we owed that we still
• 15:51
  Speaker 1: can't pay on our own was already covered by the
• 15:56
  Speaker 1: covering of the Lord Jesus. His blood covered our sin debts.

  Speaker 1: That's important because he is eternal life. So to know God,
• 16:06
  Speaker 1: you need to pursue God. You need to trust Him.
• 16:09
  Speaker 1: You need to listen to His Word. So the way
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: to the Father, we know, according to Scripture and according
• 16:15
  Speaker 1: to what Jesus said Himself, the way to the Father
• 16:18
  Speaker 1: is through the Son. Eternal life isn't something we earn. Please.
• 16:24
  Speaker 1: That's religion. It's not something we earn. Eternal life, oh,
• 16:27
  Speaker 1: let's earn. Let's do this. Let's do that. So we
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: could earn favor with God. So we could earn eternal life.

  Speaker 1: That's religion. And that's what we're accused of a lot
• 16:36
  Speaker 1: as believers, right? Well, you guys are religious. You guys
• 16:39
  Speaker 1: are religious, amen? And they don't understand that we're relational.

  Speaker 1: We have a relationship with the true, living, holy, righteous God,
• 16:47
  Speaker 1: the just God, the God of eternal life, the God
• 16:51
  Speaker 1: of love, the God who is love, right? He revealed
• 16:55
  Speaker 1: himself to us. We had a personal encounter with God.
• 16:59
  Speaker 1: And people are like, yeah, right. I'm like, okay. I mean,
• 17:02
  Speaker 1: people don't believe based on our testimony, people believe when
• 17:06
  Speaker 1: Christ Jesus shows up personally in their life, then you
• 17:11
  Speaker 1: can't tell us nothing, right? Raise your hand if you
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: have experienced God for yourself. Nobody could convince you out
• 17:18
  Speaker 1: of knowing what you know. No one could convince me
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: that there is no God. I have personal experience, amen,
• 17:25
  Speaker 1: an encounter with the living, holy, righteous, loving God, right?
• 17:29
  Speaker 1: So nobody could talk you out of what you know,
• 17:32
  Speaker 1: And you can know now who Jesus is. He will
• 17:35
  Speaker 1: reveal himself to you if you search for him. If
• 17:39
  Speaker 1: you're looking for truth, you're going to find Jesus. If
• 17:41
  Speaker 1: you're looking for love, you're going to find Jesus. If
• 17:43
  Speaker 1: you're looking for purpose, you're going to find Jesus. If
• 17:46
  Speaker 1: you're looking for eternal life, Jesus is eternal life. Brother Ralphie,

  Speaker 1: it public about him being eternal life. This is not

  Speaker 1: an idea that man thought of. This is the design

  Speaker 1: of God. This is the purpose of God. This is

  Speaker 1: the word of God. And when we speak out the

  Speaker 1: word of God, get ready. Things are going to change.

  Speaker 1: Things are going to move in your life and in

  Speaker 1: my life. The way to the Father is through the Son.

  Speaker 1: Eternal life is not earned. Eternal life is given. And

  Speaker 1: that eternal life that we could find is only found

  Speaker 1: in the Lord Jesus Christ. So you know how I feel.

  Speaker 1: I say this all the time. Don't only say that
• 18:46
  Speaker 1: you believe in Jesus. You should be believing and following
• 18:52
  Speaker 1: the eternal life giver, Jesus. He's the only one who
• 18:56
  Speaker 1: promises eternal life, true eternal life. There's other religions that
• 19:01
  Speaker 1: have some kind of promise for eternity. But Jesus' claim
• 19:05
  Speaker 1: is exclusive because truth by definition is exclusive. So he
• 19:11
  Speaker 1: made the claim that he's the way, the truth, and
• 19:14
  Speaker 1: the life. The life he's talking about is the eternal life,
• 19:17
  Speaker 1: the abundant life. So we have abundance here, the promises
• 19:20
