- 0:48Speaker 2: Welcome, oh TB one oh four five ESPN Baton Rouge.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Here on this Wednesday morning of Game week week number
- 1:00Speaker 2: one in college football. We move right along.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Jake Is, Blake Space, and tay Te all here with you.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Blake Space actually plays today. Yeah, oh said we wouldn't
- 1:19Speaker 2: do it. Leading the show, Taylor Swift, Travis Kelsey engage.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Yeah, you were wrong, got sports baby.
- 1:30Speaker 6: I mean, it's the biggest story in sports ESPN dot com.
- 1:34Speaker 6: Who cares that Spencer Ralighs is a QB.
- 1:37Speaker 4: We already knew that. We tried to tell you for months,
- 1:40Speaker 4: really did, though nobody saw the big engagement. True, that's true.
- 1:45Speaker 5: So you know, I just want to.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Lead the show Taylor graduation. Taylor was mad about it,
- 1:50Speaker 4: but we just said, Taylor, what do you do? You
- 1:52Speaker 4: not love love. It's a weird thing. Buddy was in
- 1:56Speaker 4: the air.
- 1:57Speaker 5: I hate to be this guy, but let me be
- 1:59Speaker 5: this guy. Though. I'm a big football fan, and yesterday.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Was roster because you're a Cowboys fan and I'm looking, well,
- 2:11Speaker 3: I didn't say it like women, and I sall fan. Okay,
- 2:14Speaker 3: uh yeah, no, I don't care about winning. Yeah, football fan,
- 2:18Speaker 3: yesterday's roster cut day. I'm looking up on ESPN dot
- 2:22Speaker 3: com and I'm like, where's the where's the roster track?
- 2:24Speaker 3: Or it's always the lead story. Nope, gotta scroll a
- 2:26Speaker 3: little bit further down the page because the lead story
- 2:30Speaker 3: is an engagement that no one should care about. And
- 2:33Speaker 3: if that's not bad enough, I get on Facebook, Instagram,
- 2:37Speaker 3: whatever you want to call it. Look at all the stories.
- 2:39Speaker 3: There are people from my high school, people that used
- 2:42Speaker 3: to be teachers, everything, posting the screenshot or the you know,
- 2:46Speaker 3: a little photo that they put out of their engagement,
- 2:49Speaker 3: and some of the comments are OMG, I'm crying, and guys,
- 2:53Speaker 3: I hate to tell you, but if you're crying over
- 2:55Speaker 3: the engagement of two people you've never met, then unfortunately
- 2:59Speaker 3: you have no life. It's it's it's gone too far.
- 3:02Speaker 3: It's like this Taylor Swift fan base is now a cult.
- 3:06Speaker 3: It's like the people that worship the Royal family and
- 3:10Speaker 3: they're like both right under Texas A and M. It's
- 3:12Speaker 3: like Texas A and M Swift, these royal fans. That's
- 3:15Speaker 3: a big stig stake. I saw a tweet the Winds
- 3:24Speaker 3: find me another fan base that is like this, find
- 3:26Speaker 3: me one as far as the musician.
- 3:29Speaker 2: But yeah, if you were at media day, you would
- 3:32Speaker 2: know Beyonce whoa my gosh.
- 3:36Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 3:36Speaker 4: She's been through so much heartbreak she finally found true love.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you should care about it. I saw a tweet
- 3:45Speaker 3: that went viral yesterday. It said Travis Kelcey only took
- 3:49Speaker 3: two years to propose to Taylor Swift. That means my
- 3:53Speaker 3: boyfriend has until December to buy me the ring that
- 3:57Speaker 3: I picked out back in May.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Guys, what are we doing here? What are we doing it?
- 4:00Speaker 3: Don't don't tweet that out. Don't do this to yourself.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Think about Okay, whatever day, your boyfriend probably follows you.
- 4:07Speaker 5: Right right, I guarantee that's probably an issue as well.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Whatever date they decide to get married, that date will
- 4:16Speaker 3: be booked for the next five years because all these
- 4:19Speaker 3: swifties are gonna want to have to get married on
- 4:21Speaker 3: that date. The poor dad that wants to pay for
- 4:25Speaker 3: the wedding, well, dad, Taylor Swift had a four million
- 4:27Speaker 3: dollar wedding, and I want mind to look exactly the
- 4:29Speaker 3: same after every single detail. Like, come on, guys, it's
- 4:33Speaker 3: two people you've never met. Let's move on. Let's let's
- 4:35Speaker 3: worry about things that actually affect us.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I feel like, if you're gonna, if you care enough
- 4:40Speaker 4: to get married on the same day as I promise you,
- 4:45Speaker 4: that's why happen. I think you probably care enough that
- 4:47Speaker 4: you don't want to get married. You just want to
- 4:49Speaker 4: follow it on Twitter. You just follow the updates even
- 4:52Speaker 4: though it's not gonna be like televised. Maybe it should be.
- 4:55Speaker 4: I don't know, Oh it will No, there will be
- 4:56Speaker 4: some ro.
- 4:59Speaker 5: Oh yes there.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So I love I love how passionate Tate is. And
- 5:05Speaker 2: as soon as he told us that this upset him,
- 5:09Speaker 2: he should have known that this is Yeah, so you
- 5:12Speaker 2: did this to yourself? Yea, I went like, honestly, I
- 5:15Speaker 2: forgot about it. I was locked in on the Elite
- 5:18Speaker 2: Flag Football jamboree last night. You know I didn't even
- 5:20Speaker 2: really you know, get a chance to see the news
- 5:22Speaker 2: until later.
- 5:23Speaker 3: So I'm I'm at Rouse's with Landon Foster when the
- 5:26Speaker 3: snooze breaks right. The NFL tweeted it, Adam Schefter tweeted it.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Ben shop Hero tweeted it, yep, like okay, we don't
- 5:33Speaker 3: have anything better to do. And I was like, land
- 5:35Speaker 3: and turn your phone off for the next two hours.
- 5:38Speaker 3: And he was like, did they break up? I was like,
- 5:40Speaker 3: way worse, way worse.
- 5:42Speaker 4: I get, like, you know, I just it's a weird,
- 5:45Speaker 4: weird hill to die on to like hate it that bad,
- 5:48Speaker 4: I think. I mean, it's just it's not too like
- 5:50Speaker 4: cringey people. I don't think. I think it's too likable
- 5:54Speaker 4: people that are very good at what they do in
- 5:56Speaker 4: their profession. They're not like they're not trying to be
- 6:01Speaker 4: in your face. They are in our face. I don't
- 6:03Speaker 4: think they're absolutely trying. I don't think they've made like
- 6:06Speaker 4: been together and public like that much. They did a
- 6:08Speaker 4: podcast together recently which broke the internet. Broke the Internet,
- 6:12Speaker 4: but like they're not out there trying to reb it
- 6:14Speaker 4: in people's faces. I feel like they're doing it the
- 6:16Speaker 4: right way. I don't think there should be any hate.
- 6:20Speaker 4: We should just love that. We could have let we
- 6:23Speaker 4: could have like we could have led with like talking
- 6:28Speaker 4: about Michael Parsons going to the Packers probably, but no,
- 6:33Speaker 4: we wanted to. That wouldn't have pissed you off enough.
- 6:36Speaker 4: It needed to be Taylor Swift.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So that's your breakdown. That is your breakdown of the
- 6:41Speaker 2: biggest news in sports. Here all O TV. How's everybody
- 6:46Speaker 2: doing though? Everybody good? I mean Wednesday, little hum day morning.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Yeah, good energy.
- 6:55Speaker 6: I know, I don't even know how to follow that up.
- 6:57Speaker 5: I don't know that we can No, we can't.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Sorry, I I love it.
- 7:01Speaker 5: We we smelled blood this morning before the show. We attacked.
- 7:07Speaker 6: I knew was gonna be oh man, yell. I got
- 7:11Speaker 6: about that.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Well, it was it was my fault because I asked Matt.
- 7:15Speaker 5: It's like, hey, pick what we lead with.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I was like, we leave with Spencer Ratler or that
- 7:18Speaker 3: crap with Taylor Swift, that Travis Kelsey we're laughing about
- 7:21Speaker 3: it should.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Hit the chest on me.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Yeah, nobody to blame but yourself. You know, It's like
- 7:35Speaker 2: I used to come back to the huddle with my
- 7:36Speaker 2: father in law was our offensive coordinator. You know, you
- 7:39Speaker 2: hit the chest and the player be like, hey, that's
- 7:41Speaker 2: my back coat, and you let him know she was
- 7:43Speaker 2: hella in my bad.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm glad you're admitted because I didn't mess that
- 7:48Speaker 4: one up.
- 7:49Speaker 5: You did, buddy, Okay.
- 7:51Speaker 2: You know, obviously, whenever we come back, we'll break down
- 7:54Speaker 2: Spencer Ratler. That is the biggest news thing that bothers
- 7:58Speaker 2: you the most on a football field, wing around the
- 8:00Speaker 2: room here. For me, it's either when somebody does pat
- 8:04Speaker 2: their chest that's my bad, like no crap, we all
- 8:07Speaker 2: saw it, saw it played out, or what we were
- 8:10Speaker 2: talking about before the show. Whenever the defense stops the
- 8:14Speaker 2: offense on fourth down and then throws up the fourth
- 8:17Speaker 2: down signal when it's in fact first down for your team,
- 8:22Speaker 2: that's probably number one for me because you got to
- 8:25Speaker 2: know the situation. Sure, well, you know, defensive people they're
- 8:29Speaker 2: they're they're big dumb dumbs.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Which which gap do I feel? Coacha? Yeah, we all know.
- 8:38Speaker 4: If you smart people play on offense, no doubt, dumb
- 8:43Speaker 4: dumbs play on defense.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Always.
- 8:47Speaker 4: It's a good question because there's a lot of things
- 8:50Speaker 4: that bother me when they happen. Sometimes the fourth down
- 8:53Speaker 4: thing is definitely one of them. I don't like when
- 8:58Speaker 4: receivers look for flags. It's not a great one, it's
- 9:02Speaker 4: not a great look. I just don't like it because
- 9:06Speaker 4: they look for it all the time, like every time.
- 9:11Speaker 6: I don't like when oh sorry, I didn't have anything else.
- 9:17Speaker 6: I don't like when somebody very obviously fouls and they
- 9:20Speaker 6: throw their hands up like what, yeah, I hate that?
- 9:24Speaker 2: Do anything like bro, yeah you had half his jersey
- 9:30Speaker 2: in your palm. Yeah yeah, okay, that's a going too.
- 9:33Speaker 3: My least favorite is uh, when like a DB's burned
- 9:38Speaker 3: by a good ten yards and the receiver happens to
- 9:41Speaker 3: drop it in the the dB pulls one of these,
- 9:44Speaker 3: it's again complain.
- 9:45Speaker 5: I'm like, Buddy dropped the wide up and or a
- 9:48Speaker 5: bad throw.
- 9:49Speaker 2: He'll do the seat belt when he got beat by
- 9:52Speaker 2: seven yards up?
- 9:53Speaker 5: What is the ebs?
- 9:54Speaker 2: I love you, we need you, but man, you are
- 9:57Speaker 2: extra yeah, I mean all when they do get beat.
- 10:05Speaker 5: What does the seatbelt mean?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Well, it's just straps, Like you're like, you're yep, yeah,
- 10:11Speaker 2: what does that mean?
- 10:12Speaker 5: You're putting them in straps? You're locking them up, locking
- 10:15Speaker 5: them up? Yeah, clicking or ticket.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I guess to me, yeah, I'm blocking them up.
- 10:25Speaker 5: I'm putting a seat belt on. That's just safe. Bud yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 5: mm hmmm.
- 10:31Speaker 6: Why don't you do like locking then a key? Why
- 10:34Speaker 6: don't you do that instead? If you're locking them up?
- 10:37Speaker 5: I like that. I mean it's better handcuffs, yeah, prison,
- 10:45Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Yeah, at first, like whenever it first happened, I was like,
- 10:49Speaker 2: are they they're putting like a sword into like.
- 10:53Speaker 5: It's holster Kelly said that on Monday he.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Thought it was a sword. I didn't even hear that,
- 11:00Speaker 2: and that's what I kind of thought, like years ago.
- 11:03Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 11:04Speaker 6: Huh, that's what Trevor Bower did.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Yeah, a sword, Oh yeah he did. Actually though, Okay.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Well you can't do anything like gun related, so you
- 11:14Speaker 4: gotta find swords.
- 11:15Speaker 5: Or I'll get you have vibes. I'll get your penalty
- 11:18Speaker 5: nun chucks. That'd be sweet, that'd be Greatlash.
- 11:22Speaker 4: It's a classic though, Slash Yeah, I mean I don't
- 11:26Speaker 4: I don't have a problem though.
- 11:27Speaker 6: I don't either.
- 11:28Speaker 4: That might be my favorite, unless you like, do it
- 11:31Speaker 4: too slow and you get them to graphic with it.
- 11:33Speaker 5: That's pretty good though, like if you.
- 11:34Speaker 6: Just started doing like I don't think so.
- 11:38Speaker 5: The joker, Yeah, yeah, yeah, don't act like you're carving
- 11:41Speaker 5: a pumpkin.
- 11:42Speaker 2: No, I'm thinking like you could like do like a
- 11:44Speaker 2: dirty bird situation and just be like at the end.
- 11:48Speaker 2: I don't know, uh, but what I do know is
- 11:50Speaker 2: the New Orleans Saints starting quarterback, which we're gonna break
- 11:52Speaker 2: down when we come back here on O T B

- 14:45Speaker 5: Why do wear number ninety nine? I don't know.
- 14:47Speaker 2: My older brother did my first year of football and
- 14:49Speaker 2: said I'll take it as well. I want to talk
- 14:54Speaker 2: about boxing numbers. Well, it's not a bad number though, No,
- 14:58Speaker 2: it's not a bad number. What's the worst number in
- 15:01Speaker 2: the nineties? In the nineties, it's ninety six, I think so. Well,
- 15:09Speaker 2: I know so.
- 15:12Speaker 5: I'm gonna go with.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Three as soon as I said them, Yeah, ninety three,
- 15:19Speaker 4: ninety three, ninety one can look sweet. I feel like

- 16:10Speaker 2: Not by the rocks at j LO has, but by

- 16:21Speaker 2: gotta be ready to go. And you go see them
- 16:23Speaker 2: over a go Flow IV spot. That's exactly what you're
- 16:25Speaker 2: going to get.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Yeah, check them out right there on Jefferson Highway right

- 16:31Speaker 4: you're curious about like IV therapy IV treatment like it is,

- 16:50Speaker 4: of your day, whatever it is.
- 16:51Speaker 5: Go check them out? Right there, go flow IV.
- 16:54Speaker 2: All right, the New Orleans Saints have named their starting
- 16:57Speaker 2: quarterback and it is.
- 17:01Speaker 5: Spencer Rally. No real, no surprise.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And we would be more surprised when we'd have people
- 17:09Speaker 2: that cover the Saints every single day that would come
- 17:11Speaker 2: on the show and say, no, it's gonna be Shuck,
- 17:12Speaker 2: And I'm like, I just don't see that. And you
- 17:15Speaker 2: look at the signs, and you look at who started
- 17:17Speaker 2: the first game, you look at who started the third game,
- 17:20Speaker 2: and you kind of look at their situation. This isn't
- 17:22Speaker 2: even a negative for Shuck. I thought there was some
- 17:25Speaker 2: good things that Shuck did. It wasn't like he went
- 17:27Speaker 2: out there and lost the job. I just think with
- 17:30Speaker 2: what you currently have, the situation you have in front
- 17:33Speaker 2: of the quarterback with an offensive line in the interior
- 17:36Speaker 2: that right now is struggling to say the least, All right,
- 17:40Speaker 2: which quarterback skill set gives us the best chance to
- 17:43Speaker 2: thrive with that going on?
- 17:45Speaker 5: And it is Spencer Rattler. And look, I went to
- 17:48Speaker 5: training camp.
- 17:48Speaker 4: Practice was that was that the second week maybe.
- 17:52Speaker 5: Like early second week of camp.
- 17:54Speaker 2: And then I came back and I told y'all, because
- 17:57Speaker 2: the team always tells you before the coaches do.
- 17:59Speaker 5: I said, and right now, it's Spencer's team.
- 18:02Speaker 2: He would make a play, seven or eight guys would
- 18:05Speaker 2: go and they'd dap him up and they'd hoot and
- 18:08Speaker 2: they'd holler. He had an RPO run down the sideline.
- 18:11Speaker 2: You had seven guys putting their finger up in the air,
- 18:13Speaker 2: you know, calling his name.
- 18:16Speaker 5: Right.
- 18:16Speaker 2: That's what we mean when we say the team's going
- 18:19Speaker 2: to tell you before the coach does. If you go
- 18:21Speaker 2: to a practice, it's not that they like this guy
- 18:23Speaker 2: better or they don't like this guy. You like everybody,
- 18:27Speaker 2: but it's who do they think is going to be
- 18:30Speaker 2: QB one, the leader of the team. And that day
- 18:34Speaker 2: I came back and I said, well the team, right now,
- 18:36Speaker 2: it's Spencer. And I thought throughout training camp they both
- 18:40Speaker 2: had some good moments. You go back and you actually
- 18:43Speaker 2: watch the tape and don't just you know, all this
- 18:46Speaker 2: guy through an.
- 18:46Speaker 5: Interception or this guy took a sack.
- 18:48Speaker 2: But if you actually break down the x's and o's
- 18:50Speaker 2: of it, they got in and out of the huddle,
- 18:54Speaker 2: they got lined up, they you know, were assertive in
- 18:56Speaker 2: making the calls. I thought they did a nice job
- 18:59Speaker 2: delivering the football where it should go most times. So
- 19:03Speaker 2: I think it came down to and correct me if
- 19:05Speaker 2: I'm wrong here, and my assessment it came down to,
- 19:08Speaker 2: it's going to be an off schedule offense because of
- 19:10Speaker 2: some of the issues that they have, and Spencer Ratler
- 19:13Speaker 2: is a better all schedule quarterback than Tyler Shuck.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:17Speaker 4: I don't know if the off scheduledness of like what's
- 19:22Speaker 4: going to be needed is really a deciding factor when
- 19:26Speaker 4: you're starting, when you're when you're trying to decide on
- 19:27Speaker 4: who's going to start game one week one. I just
- 19:31Speaker 4: think it was probably the overall body of work from
- 19:34Speaker 4: the offseason through the training camp. Like we as fans,
- 19:36Speaker 4: we get to see the games and we get to
- 19:38Speaker 4: see exactly where they put on the field, And yes,
- 19:40Speaker 4: it's kind of like a test over a quiz like it.
- 19:44Speaker 4: It equals more in the overall grade. Yeah, but it's
- 19:46Speaker 4: not the only part of the grade. It's not the
- 19:49Speaker 4: only thing that the coaches are looking at. So you're
- 19:51Speaker 4: taking you take in all the scrimmages you've had, you
- 19:54Speaker 4: take in the inner squad practices you had, when you
- 19:57Speaker 4: when you practice against another team, you take every single
- 20:00Speaker 4: every single situation. You take that and it's all part
- 20:04Speaker 4: of the equation. And in what we saw were the games,
- 20:07Speaker 4: and that's the biggest part of the grade, but it
- 20:09Speaker 4: was always a pretty equal battle. Two guys that went
- 20:13Speaker 4: out there and executed an offense, went through their progressions
- 20:16Speaker 4: were for the most part accurate. Of course, we lacked
- 20:19Speaker 4: the explosive plays in the first half, which is we've
- 20:22Speaker 4: been trying to tell, like, the first half is what's
- 20:24Speaker 4: important in a preseason game. When you're deciding starters. If
- 20:27Speaker 4: you're deciding the fifty three man, it's the whole game,
- 20:30Speaker 4: but when you're deciding starters, it's the first half that's important.
- 20:33Speaker 4: And the Saints told us all what they were thinking
- 20:37Speaker 4: when they started Spencer in the third preseason game. It's
- 20:40Speaker 4: just the way it is, and we're not saying and
- 20:43Speaker 4: Jake you kind of led with saying, you know, it
- 20:45Speaker 4: was you know, it surprised us that people would think
- 20:49Speaker 4: that Chuck would be the kind of the shoe and starter.
- 20:54Speaker 5: When people would come on.
- 20:54Speaker 4: The show and be like, yeah, I think they're the
- 20:56Speaker 4: organization's leaning, it's like, you know, I don't understand why
- 21:00Speaker 4: people would think that, and it's not based on how
- 21:03Speaker 4: he played. I think he played well, and I think
- 21:06Speaker 4: he got probably got a lot better. I think he
- 21:08Speaker 4: kind of played the same in all the games, like
- 21:11Speaker 4: in which was playing pretty well. We're not consider and
- 21:14Speaker 4: say that any quarterback played great because of the lack
- 21:16Speaker 4: of production the entire offense at But you're not going
- 21:19Speaker 4: to know who the long term starter for the Saints
- 21:24Speaker 4: is going to be until you get into the fire
- 21:26Speaker 4: of a regular season, until that first fourth quarter hits
- 21:30Speaker 4: in game one, or the game.
- 21:31Speaker 5: Is tight and you have to win a game.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Like quarterbacks in the preseason for the most part, especially
- 21:36Speaker 4: the way we ran an offense, like we didn't try
- 21:38Speaker 4: to take shots downfield. Yeah, we weren't doing a lot
- 21:41Speaker 4: of play action trying to score fast. It was trying
- 21:43Speaker 4: to work an offense, trying to install a brand new
- 21:46Speaker 4: offense and work different plays and situations in games. So
- 21:51Speaker 4: you're really not going to know until one of these
- 21:55Speaker 4: quarterbacks or both these quarterbacks get their feet put to
- 21:57Speaker 4: the fire in a regular season game and they have
- 21:59Speaker 4: to go out and win a game. Quarterbacks have to
- 22:01Speaker 4: win a handful of games, yeah, in the during the season,
- 22:05Speaker 4: and it's how the outcome of those situations the outcome
- 22:08Speaker 4: of those games is how we judge quarterbacks at the
- 22:11Speaker 4: end of the day, at the end of the season,
- 22:13Speaker 4: at the end of their career, that's how they're going
- 22:15Speaker 4: to be judged. So it's all a best guess by
- 22:19Speaker 4: these coaches. This coach is stuff about who's ready to
- 22:22Speaker 4: step in Week one. I think Tyler Schuck has the
- 22:24Speaker 4: potential to be a really good quarterback in the NFL,
- 22:27Speaker 4: and it might be for the Saints. I don't know.
- 22:29Speaker 4: I would assume it is. It is for the for
- 22:31Speaker 4: the next couple of years. Ed Ratler might be the
- 22:34Speaker 4: guy for the long term where he might not be.
- 22:36Speaker 4: But as of right now, going into Week one, we're
- 22:38Speaker 4: sitting here on August twenty seven, Kellen Moore and the
- 22:41Speaker 4: staff decided he was the best fit for this team
- 22:44Speaker 4: right now, just from where he is as a quarterback
- 22:47Speaker 4: and hole from all the things you said. Physically on
- 22:49Speaker 4: the field, he can make all the throws I think
- 22:51Speaker 4: he does. He plays off schedule probably a little bit
- 22:53Speaker 4: better right now that we saw in the preseason games,
- 22:58Speaker 4: and then from the getting in it out of the huddle,
- 23:01Speaker 4: running the operation, being that guy heat like you said,
- 23:03Speaker 4: the team, it was just different when he was on
- 23:06Speaker 4: the field and made a play with a team celebrating
- 23:08Speaker 4: that that means the team's got your back.
- 23:09Speaker 5: The team's going to gravitate towards the.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Guy who they feel right gives you the best opportunity
- 23:13Speaker 4: to win, because if you win, everybody gets paid better,
- 23:16Speaker 4: everybody has a chance to make to make different incentives,
- 23:22Speaker 4: you know, different all these different things. At the end
- 23:24Speaker 4: of the day, it's a business for these players, and
- 23:26Speaker 4: they're going to gravitate to that guy.
- 23:29Speaker 2: So if you're still not sold on Spencer Rattler because
- 23:32Speaker 2: of where he got drafted, I do think you got
- 23:34Speaker 2: to get that out of your mind.
- 23:35Speaker 5: And Matt broke it down perfectly yesterday.
- 23:38Speaker 2: This Matt of how he was a seventh round choice
- 23:41Speaker 2: and he'd beat out a second round choice because like
- 23:44Speaker 2: I always appreciated that the Packers like allows you to
- 23:47Speaker 2: have a competition, And I talked about it. When I
- 23:49Speaker 2: was in Denver, we had moneyball second round draft choice
- 23:52Speaker 2: c J. Anderson, undrafted free agent CJ. Al played moneyball
- 23:55Speaker 2: in camp. CJ won that job. Once you get there,
- 23:58Speaker 2: you're there, and you'll hold on to a draft choice
- 24:02Speaker 2: like Isaiah Foski, all right, Like probably shouldn't have made
- 24:05Speaker 2: the team last year, but he was a second round choice,
- 24:07Speaker 2: so they held on to him.
- 24:08Speaker 5: This year he gets cut, you'll hold on to that guy.
- 24:10Speaker 2: But the good organizations they don't allow that to affect
- 24:15Speaker 2: how they make their decisions. And you select a quarterback
- 24:18Speaker 2: fortieth overall, and maybe he can still give you something.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Right, this isn't permanent.
- 24:24Speaker 2: But let's also not forget just because Spencer Ratler was
- 24:27Speaker 2: a fifth round draft choice, there was a time when
- 24:30Speaker 2: we talked about him being a lock to be a
- 24:32Speaker 2: first round draft choice.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Things happen at least a second.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Caleb Williams comes in, turns out he was pretty good,
- 24:38Speaker 2: beats out Spencer Rattler at Oklahoma. But before that, like
- 24:43Speaker 2: Spencer Ratler was okay, well, this guy's gonna be a
- 24:45Speaker 2: first round pick, let's move on next guy. He's got
- 24:49Speaker 2: the skill set and the talent to be in that conversation,
- 24:52Speaker 2: and so don't allow that to be the deciding factor
- 24:55Speaker 2: for you in which way the New Orleans Saints went.
- 24:57Speaker 2: And don't just think that it's a wasted pick for
- 25:00Speaker 2: the Saints either right now, just because one, I don't
- 25:03Speaker 2: we don't know how it's.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Going to end up.
- 25:05Speaker 2: And two when you bring in somebody that is the
- 25:08Speaker 2: afforded overall pick, like you you told Spencer Rattler, Hey,
- 25:13Speaker 2: we see some flashes, but it's got to be more
- 25:16Speaker 2: consistent and we need you if you want to be
- 25:18Speaker 2: in this competition, if you want to win this job,
- 25:20Speaker 2: you've got to raise your level of play as well,
- 25:22Speaker 2: or he'll take your job.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:23Speaker 4: Since when did draft in somebody in the second round
- 25:26Speaker 4: mean that it's like a top five pick, Like that
- 25:28Speaker 4: doesn't guarantee you a spot. Let's just put it this way,
- 25:31Speaker 4: like the organization is committed to a second round pick
- 25:35Speaker 4: and those dollars to a quarterback, right, it doesn't matter
- 25:38Speaker 4: who the quarterback ends up being. So if I spend
- 25:42Speaker 4: ten dollars on one person and one hundred dollars on
- 25:44Speaker 4: another person, how many total dollars it has been?
- 25:48Speaker 5: Hundred and ten total dollars?
- 25:49Speaker 4: Yeah, what if the ten dollars guy starts over one
- 25:51Speaker 4: hundred dollar guy?
- 25:52Speaker 5: How many dollars it does?
- 25:53Speaker 4: Spend one hundred and ten dollars? What if it's the
- 25:55Speaker 4: other way, how many dollars?
- 25:56Speaker 5: Hundred?
- 25:56Speaker 4: It's the same amount, It's like, so it's a it's
- 25:58Speaker 4: a business, and like we're in a rebuilt situation with
- 26:02Speaker 4: a brand new coach. Nothing is permanent, so we don't know.
- 26:04Speaker 4: We've said it multiple times here. Both quarterbacks are going
- 26:08Speaker 4: to need to play this year. You hope probably, you hope.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Let's hope that Spencer goes out.
- 26:15Speaker 2: So we've seen some of the Bomb Squad, We've seen
- 26:18Speaker 2: some of the actions.
- 26:19Speaker 5: That mister Ruiz gave us, the old lookout, the old
- 26:24Speaker 5: Lookout Black.
- 26:24Speaker 4: I mean, it's a long, long season, man, I think
- 26:26Speaker 4: we're going to see both these guys. Let's hope not
- 26:28Speaker 4: Let's hope that, you know, Ratler becomes the next Drew Breeze.
- 26:32Speaker 4: Here start as we go seventeen and oh do you
- 26:36Speaker 4: think Taylor, I don't think seventeen and O's table. I
- 26:41Speaker 4: don't think so.
- 26:42Speaker 5: Well, actually it's still on the table. It's on the table.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Played a game yet. Everyone's going out right now, But
- 26:46Speaker 5: I don't think it's realistic. Okay, there you go, there
- 26:49Speaker 5: you go. I'll be down there.
- 26:52Speaker 2: I actually getting to know Spencer a little bit.
- 26:56Speaker 5: I am.
- 26:56Speaker 2: I'm rooting like hell for him and Tyler Shuck's a
- 27:00Speaker 2: great dude as well, but just for Spencer to have
- 27:04Speaker 2: all of us create exactly what narrative we thought he
- 27:08Speaker 2: was when he was seventeen years old on the reality
- 27:11Speaker 2: TV show, when you got producers saying, ham it up,
- 27:14Speaker 2: do this?
- 27:15Speaker 5: Do that? You're seventeen, your own TV, You're on Netflix.
- 27:17Speaker 2: You're like, absolutely, none of us would want a camera
- 27:21Speaker 2: on us when we were seventeen years old, none of us. Right,
- 27:24Speaker 2: you were at LSU, I was probably a freshman in
- 27:26Speaker 2: high school.
- 27:27Speaker 5: None of us would want that, right, none of us
- 27:30Speaker 5: would want that.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Okay, So like for him to go there, to go
- 27:33Speaker 2: to Oklahoma to still have some of that ending and
- 27:36Speaker 2: then probably got humbled by when Caleb Williams came in
- 27:39Speaker 2: and they made that decision. And then you go to
- 27:42Speaker 2: South Carolina, you have some success. You talk with Shane
- 27:45Speaker 2: Beemer off the record, he can't stop talking about Spencer
- 27:49Speaker 2: Ratler and what he meant to that program. And so
- 27:51Speaker 2: you know, from where he was to where he's at now.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I do think it's a cool story and I think
- 27:55Speaker 2: he's easy to root for.
- 27:56Speaker 5: Yeah, I do too. And he's been through the fire
- 28:00Speaker 5: for sure.
- 28:00Speaker 4: South Carolina, he had to play with a lot of
- 28:03Speaker 4: lookout blocks. It'll play with a team that didn't have
- 28:06Speaker 4: the talent around him, and they still won big games.
- 28:09Speaker 4: He was still very productive. So look, I mean, let's
- 28:13Speaker 4: cheer for both these quarterbacks. Let's get behind Rattler as
- 28:17Speaker 4: the starting quarterback for however long that is, whether it's
- 28:20Speaker 4: I don't know, five six games, whether it's seventeen, whether
- 28:23Speaker 4: it's ten years, I think we should cheerpoint.
- 28:27Speaker 5: All right, we'll take another break. We've got a lot
- 28:29Speaker 5: to break down.
- 28:30Speaker 2: It is game week, so you know we'll certainly get
- 28:32Speaker 2: to LSU and Clemson continue breaking down that matchup. We
- 28:37Speaker 2: do have doctor Etheridge coming by in the second hour
- 28:40Speaker 2: to talk injuries, all the latest. There, We've got Dear
- 28:43Speaker 2: Delandro one of our favorite segments, Would you rather Wednesday
- 28:46Speaker 2: as well? Stay locked in here to one O four
- 28:49Speaker 2: five ESPN vetters.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 28:53Speaker 2: All right, go to get Gordon dot com. But once
- 28:56Speaker 2: you go to get Gordon dot com, I want you
- 28:58Speaker 2: to go check out the billboard competition.

- 29:45Speaker 2: A very cool opportunity. Go design that billboard, Go win
- 29:48Speaker 2: those prizes. Get Gordon dot Com.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Tigers turn Talkers. This is off the bench.
- 30:10Speaker 9: Lots of world trouble mind, I love my body in
- 30:17Speaker 9: somewhere in the same time wants the world. It's onside
- 30:23Speaker 9: of the room.
- 30:26Speaker 2: That's nothing. D I mean, if Abercami and Fitch can
- 30:37Speaker 2: make a comeback and be official licensed partner of the NFL,
- 30:41Speaker 2: we can bring songs like this back.
- 30:43Speaker 5: I didn't know that they still had stores. Honestly, well,
- 30:46Speaker 5: I don't know that.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Whatever I'm just saying like this, like this kind of
- 30:50Speaker 2: song is like when I was wearing that.
- 30:52Speaker 5: So this brings me back to the same moment.
- 30:54Speaker 4: I wonder what's hot at Abercrombie and Fitch right now?
- 30:56Speaker 4: What's the style I'm going there? When side Rapp mew
- 31:02Speaker 4: say the new the new super Troopers? Someone the super
- 31:05Speaker 4: Troopers three? Anybody I did not I.
- 31:08Speaker 5: Didn't love to like the first one, never saw it too,
- 31:12Speaker 5: but they still did it the first ones. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:15Speaker 5: really good. Ah there man, these club d had club
- 31:20Speaker 5: club Dread doesn't underrated the comedy.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Bill Paxson's character and so good beer fast, You're fast,
- 31:29Speaker 2: very quotable.
- 31:32Speaker 5: They're all great.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Some you can say on air, some you can't. Yeah
- 31:35Speaker 4: there they had a show to a Fireman show. Oh yeah,
- 31:40Speaker 4: ta coma d Yeah, and it's pretty funny for like
- 31:46Speaker 4: for like comedy sake com that like I had never
- 31:49Speaker 4: heard of it until I just like scrolled on it
- 31:51Speaker 4: one time, like you don't hear about.
- 31:53Speaker 5: It, and it was pretty good.
- 31:56Speaker 2: What has not been good is l s U football
- 31:58Speaker 2: and season openers since uh twenty, they've lost every single
- 32:01Speaker 2: one of those.
- 32:02Speaker 5: They have gone zero for five, and it is well documented.
- 32:07Speaker 2: It has talked about a lot, and it is something
- 32:11Speaker 2: that well, it needs a change if LSU wants to
- 32:14Speaker 2: get back to playing for championships because you lose the
- 32:17Speaker 2: first game, then you're just swimming upstream for the rest
- 32:20Speaker 2: of the season. Our guy, Hump Palmer, did a great
- 32:23Speaker 2: job breaking it down. Check out article on Louisiana Sports
- 32:27Speaker 2: dot Net. He's got his three things that have played
- 32:29Speaker 2: LSU and opening losses. But I'm going to give you
- 32:32Speaker 2: some of the ones here for this show. Starting slow
- 32:36Speaker 2: for sure is one of them. Not capitalizing on opportunities
- 32:42Speaker 2: is one of them. Like you'll go back in some
- 32:43Speaker 2: of these games and like let's go to Florida State
- 32:46Speaker 2: in Orlando. Well, I mean you hit the ball and
- 32:49Speaker 2: you're going right down the field. I mean you hit
- 32:51Speaker 2: a big play. I think it was Trey Bradford hits
- 32:53Speaker 2: a big play and you're marching and you're driving, and
- 32:56Speaker 2: then you don't put the ball in the end zone.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Right.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Those like when you're opening a game and you were
- 33:03Speaker 2: having success like that and you got all the momentum
- 33:06Speaker 2: and then the defense Bowson neck and they keep you
- 33:08Speaker 2: out of the end zone and you got to settle
- 33:10Speaker 2: for a field goal. Man, that the momentum and the
- 33:12Speaker 2: shift in that and it's like if you would have
- 33:14Speaker 2: scored a touchdown because you had this great drive going
- 33:18Speaker 2: and then you just stall out. Like those are the
- 33:20Speaker 2: things that just halt all the momentum that we're talking about.
- 33:22Speaker 2: The Florida State game in New Orleans, like you like
- 33:26Speaker 2: in the first half, didn't You didn't look like you
- 33:29Speaker 2: had a walk through for that game, and you just
- 33:31Speaker 2: look lost and they jump out in front. And then
- 33:35Speaker 2: when you figured out, then it's too little, too late,
- 33:37Speaker 2: and you make this great comeback, but you fall short
- 33:40Speaker 2: against UCLA. It's almost like you didn't know they were
- 33:44Speaker 2: going to run counter over and over again. And like
- 33:48Speaker 2: I've talked to some of the coaches that were on
- 33:50Speaker 2: that staff, right they were like, well, we got told
- 33:53Speaker 2: all week they're.
- 33:54Speaker 5: Not going to do that. They're not going to do that.
- 33:55Speaker 2: It's like, no, they got zach Scharbona and two really
- 33:57Speaker 2: good tight ends. They're going to run counter.
- 33:59Speaker 5: What they do?
- 34:00Speaker 2: They ran it eighteen times and they ran it right
- 34:02Speaker 2: through you. So I mean there's there's a lot of
- 34:05Speaker 2: Bo Polini. I love BO, love Bo.
- 34:08Speaker 5: You can't play man when you're playing Mike Leach.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Like Mike Leach was always going to expose man coverage,
- 34:15Speaker 2: like he is going to run shallow crossers pick rubs like,
- 34:21Speaker 2: that's just what he's going to do. And he picked
- 34:25Speaker 2: and he rubbed you to death and set an SEC
- 34:27Speaker 2: record for their quarterback.
- 34:28Speaker 4: They got bench two weeks after that, it was a
- 34:30Speaker 4: five hundred and five in a lot like, hey, they
- 34:36Speaker 4: almost had a comma in that stat line for yards thrown.
- 34:39Speaker 2: They're gonna run, They're gonna run, Chris Cross. It's kind
- 34:41Speaker 2: of what I call it. Everybody's just gonna go like this.
- 34:45Speaker 2: If you're playing man and they're gonna laugh that, you
- 34:47Speaker 2: you know, continue to do so. So I mean Hunt
- 34:50Speaker 2: breaks it down against a great article. Three things. There's
- 34:52Speaker 2: more than three things. I think there's there's things in
- 34:54Speaker 2: each game, but there's a lot of those that we
- 34:57Speaker 2: always talk about the controllables what can we control? Well,
- 35:00Speaker 2: there was things they could control that they just didn't
- 35:02Speaker 2: adjust to. And I'm I'm talking about multiple players, multiple
- 35:06Speaker 2: coaching staffs, multiple like it has been a theme for
- 35:09Speaker 2: LSU in these opening season losses.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Yeah, you have to be prepared. I mean that's about
- 35:14Speaker 4: training camp so important. That's why you work on everything
- 35:17Speaker 4: in training camp. Uh, you're kind of breaking down a
- 35:21Speaker 4: couple of years here in a couple of opening games
- 35:23Speaker 4: and you don't know what the what a team's gonna do.
- 35:28Speaker 4: They could have the same head coach, they could have
- 35:30Speaker 4: the same defensive coordinator or offensive coordinator, but come out
- 35:33Speaker 4: the next year and not look anything like they did
- 35:35Speaker 4: the year before, or it runs something new that they
- 35:38Speaker 4: never showed the year before.
- 35:40Speaker 5: That's why you have to be ultra prepared.
- 35:41Speaker 4: So like, man, I remember this, I hadn't thought about
- 35:44Speaker 4: this all the time, but the calendar situation, like to
- 35:47Speaker 4: not be able to be prepared and know how to
- 35:49Speaker 4: defend a calendar is inexcusable. Excusable. Yep, running man to
- 35:57Speaker 4: man against Mike Leach inexcusable. You just don't do it.
- 36:00Speaker 4: You don't do it. So like what it leads to.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Of course, players have to make plays when they're presented
- 36:06Speaker 4: the opportunity to make a play, but it's the coaches
- 36:11Speaker 4: that present them that opportunity and put them in the
- 36:13Speaker 4: place to do that. So it's it's a little bit
- 36:15Speaker 4: of both. It's a little bit of a guessing game
- 36:16Speaker 4: on an open opening game on what they're gonna do,
- 36:20Speaker 4: Like you know, personnel wise, who they are because they're
- 36:22Speaker 4: returning so many people Clemsons are turning to so many
- 36:24Speaker 4: people you personal personnel wise, you know the skill set,
- 36:28Speaker 4: you know what they can do, you know what dangers
- 36:29Speaker 4: they present to your offense or your defense. But you
- 36:32Speaker 4: don't know where they're going to be lined up necessarily,
- 36:35Speaker 4: you don't know which direction they're gonna go once the
- 36:38Speaker 4: once down set hut. Yeah, so you have to be
- 36:41Speaker 4: prepared for everybody. Oh, I'm sorry, Yeah I did see Uh.
- 36:46Speaker 4: I was watching the Clemson South Carolina game film. Big
- 36:50Speaker 4: clap team, big fake clap team. I was shocked no
- 36:54Speaker 4: one jumped off sides when they fake clapped yesterday. They
- 36:58Speaker 4: did take a snap from under center on short yard.
- 37:01Speaker 4: It's so funny watching gun teams go underneath center like
- 37:04Speaker 4: once a game. Yeah, cuh because snap got stepped on,
- 37:09Speaker 4: fell down fumble in the backfield South Carolina ball. It
- 37:13Speaker 4: was good, just good, clean fun. So you gotta practice
- 37:16Speaker 4: that every now and then. You gotta practice it in
- 37:18Speaker 4: live situations too. Anyway, I think the moral of the
- 37:22Speaker 4: story is is that the drought ends here. This is
- 37:27Speaker 4: the biggest underdog we've been in one of these games.
- 37:29Speaker 4: It's the best team you've played, the.
- 37:30Speaker 5: Best team we've played on Florida State.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Istate went undefeated that year, and that that's a good team.
- 37:36Speaker 5: I'm just talking about from top to bottom.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Like as far as the players, I think Clemson has
- 37:42Speaker 2: more Sunday players. That was a great Florida State team,
- 37:44Speaker 2: So I won't take anything away from them. But I
- 37:46Speaker 2: mean this this high end NFL draft choices on both
- 37:50Speaker 2: sides of the football. That Florida State team did as well.
- 37:52Speaker 2: But I'll take Kate club Nick over Jordan Travis every time.
- 37:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, and we don't need to like compare
- 37:57Speaker 4: team every team, but like we're playing a team everybody knows.
- 37:59Speaker 4: I mean, ranked number five. I believe they're ranked for
- 38:02Speaker 4: it's a correct ranking for them, and like the preseason,
- 38:07Speaker 4: and it's fine, they'll get knocked down to about ten
- 38:09Speaker 4: after Week one. It's fine. You can rank it wherever
- 38:12Speaker 4: you want to. I just think LSU matches up all.
- 38:19Speaker 4: I look back at that the USC game last year
- 38:22Speaker 4: and like, offensively we executed pretty well. There was things
- 38:26Speaker 4: we like we didn't executing some situations and some big
- 38:29Speaker 4: plays that we didn't make, but like we came out
- 38:31Speaker 4: fire and executed. The defense certainly did not just didn't
- 38:34Speaker 4: make the plays. That they need to in the open
- 38:35Speaker 4: field one on one coverage. But all those as we know,
- 38:40Speaker 4: we did a great job in the in the transfer portal.
- 38:42Speaker 4: We shired up a lot of the positions. I just
- 38:44Speaker 4: expect us.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Uh.
- 38:46Speaker 5: And there's great tape to watch against.
- 38:48Speaker 4: Clemson on kind of the figuring out the puzzle of
- 38:52Speaker 4: k club Nick and figuring out good ways to defend him. Yeah,
- 38:54Speaker 4: gotta have great cornerback play. South Carolina did it great.
- 38:57Speaker 4: They locked their receivers down. Now they made some plays
- 39:00Speaker 4: downfield on one on one coverage. And I'll get into
- 39:02Speaker 4: this later on the show, a little bit of the
- 39:03Speaker 4: film review. What I saw in the film. Like I said,
- 39:07Speaker 4: you get good defense, good defensive tackle play, you get
- 39:10Speaker 4: good safety play. Of course your linebackers are going to
- 39:12Speaker 4: be good. There are there's film out there from a
- 39:15Speaker 4: schematic standpoint that'd show you how to beat this team.
- 39:18Speaker 5: Yep.
- 39:19Speaker 2: And we'll continue to break it down, look at it
- 39:22Speaker 2: from every single angle. As I mean, we are fast
- 39:26Speaker 2: approaching Saturday night in Clemson South Carolina Memorial Stadium, not
- 39:31Speaker 2: calling it Death Valley or OTB when we come back here.
- 39:34Speaker 2: One of four five ESPN better.

- 39:57Speaker 2: well here's what you need, they'll bring it.
- 39:58Speaker 5: But even if.

- 41:44Speaker 2: against it.

- 42:24Speaker 2: this L. Shue game with a lot of them in tensity.

- 42:29Speaker 5: boys thing? Yep, that's Tim mm.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Hmmm, you've done a voiceover for an L Shu hyper
- 42:38Speaker 2: I bet that's it was so hyped, so hyped the

- 42:45Speaker 2: we hope to win and go Tigers?
- 42:47Speaker 5: Or did you do the roars the crowds?
- 42:52Speaker 6: Can we find it?
- 42:53Speaker 4: Ever?
- 42:54Speaker 5: Please find it? Never rains? There's no chance ever in
- 42:59Speaker 5: that stadium.
- 43:00Speaker 6: It rains in there all the time.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Yeah, like literally literally Yeah to a game they canceled,
- 43:07Speaker 3: which speaking of did y'all see Sorry?
- 43:10Speaker 5: So I went to a game they canceled because there
- 43:14Speaker 5: was just so much of it. I was at that too,
- 43:16Speaker 5: played the game.
- 43:18Speaker 6: New PA announcer Dixon mcmacon shout out.
- 43:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:22Speaker 6: Also, I meant to say this. Did you already mention
- 43:24Speaker 6: that the start time for the Clinson LSU game was
- 43:27Speaker 6: flex They moved it.
- 43:29Speaker 5: To six fifty two Central Time?
- 43:32Speaker 6: Central Time?
- 43:32Speaker 5: Yes? Sorry? Time is it?
- 43:33Speaker 6: So six fifty two?
- 43:35Speaker 2: So in my brain I've already committed to the Eastern
- 43:37Speaker 2: time zone because I got to be there and show
- 43:39Speaker 2: up and everything.
- 43:40Speaker 5: So yes, yeah, what time was it at? Thirty thirty?
- 43:47Speaker 3: One of them were seven thirty Easter it was moved.
- 43:50Speaker 4: Yes, it got moved in six fifty time twenty minutes.
- 43:54Speaker 6: So breaking a lot of news here, Yeah, pushback. I
- 43:58Speaker 6: guess I'm not breaking it, but I'm reporting is here.
- 44:01Speaker 5: Like you said, I don't know if y'all mentioned.
- 44:02Speaker 6: It already, Yeah I could. I don't remember if y'all

- 44:20Speaker 5: talk about that one week.
- 44:22Speaker 6: I think he used to fill in for.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Yes for sure. So that's that's a big job. That's
- 44:29Speaker 2: a fun job. That's more iconic jobs in LSU. Gotta
- 44:34Speaker 2: have a great voice athletics.
- 44:37Speaker 5: Are you trying to say that you couldn't do it?
- 44:40Speaker 4: Oh, my voice is incredible. Well, we're gonna see. We're
- 44:43Speaker 4: gonna grade you. We're gonna grade it's not incredible. I
- 44:46Speaker 4: like every time I hear myself on TV or like
- 44:50Speaker 4: a playback of something, Uh, just turn it immediately off.
- 44:55Speaker 5: I feel like a lot of people are like that though.
- 44:56Speaker 5: They just don't like the sound of their own No.
- 44:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I agree.
- 44:59Speaker 5: I don't either, Like, no way, that's how I sound.
- 45:03Speaker 5: That sounds so.
- 45:04Speaker 6: Sweet and going on. Yeah, something's getting lost in transfers.
- 45:09Speaker 5: Getting lost. Maybe my ears are messed up. I can't
- 45:15Speaker 5: wait for this highlight tape. Whenever TA finds it.
- 45:17Speaker 4: We are going to play it in its totality and
- 45:19Speaker 4: we're going to grade it. We're going to grade it.
- 45:21Speaker 4: We're going to go one. Either you've done one.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Not not like it that not like the ones where
- 45:28Speaker 2: like they really put some time and resources into it.
- 45:31Speaker 5: Like I was like twenty sixteen, a long time ago,
- 45:35Speaker 5: I would probably be over softball like not.
- 45:38Speaker 4: I'm gonna shoot, that was like five years ago. Now,
- 45:42Speaker 4: I'd be a lot better now than I was when
- 45:43Speaker 4: I did it. Yeah, just because you know you're a
- 45:46Speaker 4: big radio professional media, I've got a voice coach. Just kidding,
